Begin now to fortify your body to receive nourishment from God. Meditate, spend time in nature, eat healthy organic food, start internal cleansing and major housekeeping on all levels, and most of all, place our full attention on the perfection that we are.
The natural state of ALL creation is one of perfection. This includes our physical bodies as we are all a dynamic part of the unified whole. The manifestation of dis-ease or discord is a direct result of inharmonious actions, words, feelings and thoughts that are not in alignment with God's Law, which are founded upon harmony, unity, love and perfection. Any act of miraculous healing is brought forth by penetrating through to the true condition of any seeming malady - that condition being God Perfection.
Before 12/12/12, it is HIGHLY recommended that you have an advanced level of control and balance over your three lower bodies - the physical body, the emotions, and the mind. This entails a demonstration of physical purity, having brought the needs and wants of the body under the dominion of your soul. The astral/emotional body is dispassionate and calm, demonstrating the ability to maintain a state of harmony and balance in the face of adversity. In achieving control over the mental body, your thoughts are qualified by the Divine Presence within and demonstrate a high level of stillness and inner quietude.
As Light Workers, it is our divine privilege to transmit the Light of God That NEVER Fails into all areas of discord and fields of separation to bring about the remembrance of the natural state of perfection in any given form or situation. This is why it's especially important to continue to call forth from the Great Central Sun & transmit thru the planetary Crystalline Grid to every human being and throughout Gaia, especially to areas of great discord, the Violet Flames, the White Fire Love & Ascension Flames, the Platinum Cosmic Light & other Rays of the Sacred Fire. And we also continue to apply the Sacred Fires to all particles of the physical body until the Immaculate Concept is revealed and God's Divine Love naturally radiates thru us in every moment, and our physical bodies bears witness to dispelling all notions of illness and dis-ease.
In Divine Reality, there is no illness nor is there 'health'. There is only God's Diamond Heart Perfection manifesting within everything. In properly utilizing the power of our attention and intention, we can hold the heart-mind steady in the light, perceiving only the Truth - that all is perfect, whole and in divine order. Also, it's important to extend God's Blessings you are receiving out in the spirit of selflessness. See, think and feel God in everything and everyone as a silent blessing and divine act in accordance with the Law of Love.
So let's keep our focus upon the ultimate goal - God Realization. In holding our entire Group Soul within this pristine vision of wholeness, we effectively raise ourselves up to level of purity required to swiftly progress to the next initiation.
Let God SHINE forth through us into full outer expression. It is no longer necessary to seek the Divine through any outside sources. Placing our focus upon anything outside of God's Perfection within us, or giving our power to outside sources is to maintain seperative 3rd dimensional thinking & actions. When we know that the source of all Divine Love, the Spirit of all Divine Wisdom, & the understanding of all Divine Truth lies within us - we can all tangibly experience the Divine Remembrance and manifestation of our Infinite God Self in physical form.
By placing our focus and intention on experiencing God's Presence within us in every moment, & perceiving and experiencing God's Presence in every person we look at...it's like we are seeing God standing in front of us in everyone & everything. Thus we are placing our focus on the Supreme Deity in the whole human family and all of Gaia! The new 5th Dimensional Emanation is Unity Consciousness - that One Life is in All and Through All! CELLULAR LIGHTNING BOLT ACTIVATION Goddess Nut and other Guardians through Aluna Joy Dendara, Temple of Hathor, Message #4 - March 15 2012
The following is the fourth message that we received in Egypt this past March 2012 over Equinox. You can find our other messages on our website at www.alunajoy.com under the "Articles for Personal and Planetary Transformation" link. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Atlantean/Egyptian Masters and the Star Elders assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos on the website that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites.

Is anyone feeling pressure in their tummy? Like very subtle type of activation affecting them in the tummy? (Some of the group answered, "Yes.") It a weird little pressure in the solar plexus. Maybe the feeling of pressure is the womb giving birth. We are standing under Goddess Nut who is giving birth to the light of the Sun.
The Goddess Nut is giving birth to Hathor through the light of the Sun that comes from her womb. She says that all life comes from the place that they call the "Great Potential." This Great Potential is like a giant ocean, or it also could be perceived as a sound that reverberates throughout the entire universe. Last night when we were in our circle, they (the Guides, Guardians, Masters, the Ancient Ones, and the Star Elders) said that they were preparing the temple to be a chalice for this Great Potential - which we have entered into. The walls of all these temples are now filled to the brim with this ocean of potential. When I look (with my inner sight), this "ocean" looks like crystal clear, pure bubbling water, the purest of pure water imaginable. We are now being bathed in this beautiful water.
In this water, there are little sparkling lights, and these are rays coming through the water from the Sun - the Great Central Sun - not our physical Sun. Our guides, guardians and angels would like us to invite these little particles of light into our hearts. If we observe them closer, these particles of light look like little, tiny lightning bolts. Our guides would like us to ask these light particles to enter into every single cell of our bodies. They say that we have already done the work to open and activate our hearts; and now as we bathe in this Great Potential, we begin to build a new body as well. One way to help build this new body is for us also to look into every cell of our bodies and add the light of the Great Central Sun.
The light in each lightning bolt goes into every single cell of our bodies becomes part of the molecular structure of our physical form. So we could feel tingly all over. Some of us may be noticing that already with a subtle tingling all over and a funny feeling in the solar plexus area. This tingling is the little bubbles of light.
A reminder… neither the Goddess Nut nor any master of light would ever do anything to us without our permission. So this is our moment to give permission to allow every cell of our bodies to be blessed by these little lightning bolts of light. If this process feels too strong, we can ask the Great Potential to slow down the process. If we like it and want more, and we want it faster, we can ask them to speed it up. But either way, slower or faster, the universe will listen to us. In other words, if the entering of light particles is uncomfortable, "they" will slow it down. If we are ready for more light particles, "they" will give us more. Actually, it is incorrect to use the terms "they" or "it," because this light energy is the Great Potential. So it is really not an "it" or a "they," but the Great Source of All That Is.
This lightening in our cells is going to activate our bodies in such a way that we will be able to access another layer, or level, of ancient truth that has been locked inside of us. This ancient truth is something from the distant past, before Atlantis, when the Earth realm was still a land of light and not a land of duality. This new knowledge that we will be open to receiving is from the past, yet it will become a foundation stone or a launch-pad for the new dimension that we are now building inside the collective consciousness of the world. The more we envision and dream this new knowledge of light (of non-duality), and feel it in our collective consciousness all across the planet, the quicker this reality will be manifested. Again, this is why we have come here and why the Star Elders had me entitle the group "The Atlantian Recovery Project." There are pieces of knowledge and light that we (and those reading this message) need to recover that will become the launch-pad, or the foundation stone, or that even can be perceived as a boat in which we can sail into the next world.
Initiates from before and during pre-Atlantis, would use these lightning bolt lights in their cells to activate themselves, so they could remain free and limitless - so they could manifest with their minds and be masters of this physical reality. But when the age of Atlantis fell, they didn't use this technology in the elevated state we are seeing now, because it wasn't time to take the physical body with them into the next dimension. But now we are going to use thees little lightning bolts of light in our cells to actually help us to take our physical bodies into the next dimension. No matter how the outer world appears right now, that this could not be further from the truth, it is true.
This advanced lightning bolt activity is happening with all light beings across the planet. It is taking place within the light of the Great Potential and is moving into the cells of our bodies. This movement of light into the body's cells is giving us an opportunity to access a deeper place inside of us that we know has always been there but, up until this time, we haven't been able to access it completely. That ability to access the light within is the next level of ancient knowledge we are to recovering, so we can use it as a launch-pad to the next frequency or level.
So inside, I am asking her (Goddess Nut) if we can have a glimpse of what it will look like on the other side, or what "being on the other side" will mean for us. OK… I just get a blank page because the future isn't written in stone like the past (this world) has been. In the past, there had been grand and great divine interventions from master beings to help anchor this Earth . . . the world that we know now. But now this job has been handed over to humanity, because we have grown, and we have evolved. This job of anchoring light and accessing the deeper truth has been given to us now. So we are the Gods and Goddesses - not just one of us, but all of us. And now we come together with ONE heart and with one vision (many pieces of the vision put together) to create a whole piece, a whole world in which no one piece, and no one has been forgotten.
Every single aspect of this new world has been thought out and dreamed of by each one of us (and those reading this), along with others all across the world that are working with these Equinox energies. We are in the process of creating a new world that has yet to manifest. That is why all of us who created this new world can't see beyond this present world, because the new world has not been fully created yet. Just as when people arrived here eons ago, they didn't know what this world would look like as well. This is the leap of faith we are facing.
No one person has more power than any other despite the illusions that some have more than others. Each person has an equal piece to this puzzle of the new world, and the beauty of this is this time nobody can control, alter or misuse that power to control evolution anymore. This will new world be a world of unity in which each person will be considered equally as valuable as any other. All people will find their places and their jobs in this new world. Some work will be based on what they have done in the past, but their jobs will change form considerably, because the new world will be considerably different as well.
Well, I think she (Goddess Nut) wants us to go down now to the Old Kingdom Chamber, if we can, and finish, because what we have done up here (in Nut's Side Chamber) has been in preparation for what will come next. In the Old Kingdom Chamber, we will pick up those pieces that are necessary for us to make that launch-pad for the new world. Also, there will be a great blessing for us in the Old Kingdom Chamber and an honoring, because many of us (and those reading this) already anchor the energy that is there. In other words, it is as though this building that houses Goddess Nut's Chamber wasn't our home; but where we are going next was our home. So they will be welcoming us back home.
(At the back of the main Temple of Hathor at Dendara, there is a staircase leading down to a lower section. This, the Old Kingdom section of Dendara, is where our group went next. We turned out the artificial lights)
The Star Elders and guardians say we are now entering the void of the Great Potential - the place where there is nothing and everything. They want us to imagine that we are floating out in space away from any planet or any star, and in every direction that we look. In every direction we only see an infinite universe. There is no defining factor out there where we are in this universe. There is no large planet . . . no large sun . . . just a sea of light and empty, void space - just like what actually is inside of every single cell of our bodies. We think we are just a tiny speck in this universe. Now they want us to imagine that we are not that speck anymore, but this entire universe is WITHIN us. That little speck - what we thought we were - now becomes the whole ocean of potential. That little speck that we thought we were now becomes a lightning bolt that activates the entire universe.
In this space -we understand that we are not separate from anything, and we are a part of all of creation. This is the way of the Old Kingdom. This is what they believed and felt, and the space from which they operated. This is the piece of wisdom that they would like to give to us now. Because when we understand that we are all of creation and all of creation is us, there is nothing we can't create, do, think, feel, manifest or be in this space. In this great universe, as we look around inside of ourselves, we realize there is no end. There is eternity in every single direction. This universe radiates out from us endlessly in every possible direction, and it encompasses all of creation, and all of creation encompasses us.
All of the guardians who are around us, encircling us, and have created this space for us have one thing to say. They want us to take this knowledge and awareness deep into our hearts . . . deep into the center of this universe . . . and they say "Welcome Home." They say "Welcome Home" because, as light beings, we were never wired to think that the body was our home. We were never wired to think that the one that we see in the mirror, that our city, planet, or even the dimension we are in was home. Once we claim a space like this, like who we think we are, or where home is, it limits us to that place. So what they are activating in us is an understanding of home that encompasses all creation so that we may come, go, move, travel, and create an experience in any direction that our consciousness takes us.
All of the guardians are sending us blessings and love for having the courage to take on this physical form in a dimension of duality; for in so doing, we would have to forget most of who we are and why we were here. They appreciate the fact that we hold strongly to the light on the planet Earth through some of the darkest times creation has ever seen. They are telling us that only the brave ones came . . . only the brightest and the strongest came. They are telling us this, because every time we feel small, ineffective, not big enough, not strong enough or don't feel like we are worthy enough to be the beings that we truly are, we should remember this place. Remember our welcoming home back to creation where all things are possible.

Group member Alice: So, before the bowls started, I don't know if you felt this or not. A big being came walking in - it was probably Horus - and he gave you a look, almost like "What are you doing?" He stopped right at the steps where the bowls are placed, and he looked at the bowls. I got the sense that he thought that this was going to be an offering for him. So he stopped and waited until the bowls started. Then the bowls started singing, and he was standing right in the corner next to them. At some point, he leaned over the bowls, and I thought that he was going to grab one, but of course he couldn't. Then, as I looked at his hand, it turned into a hawk's claw, and I realized that he had converted into a hawk, and he flew off down to the other end of the chamber. By the way Aluna, you glow in the dark. The glow is like phosphorescence.
Aluna: Well, that makes sense. Horus does size people up, or check them out, because he is the great protector, and he wants to make sure that whoever is here is "okay." You will feel his presence strongly at Edfu. It is as though he is saying, "Who are you and why are you here?" He says "This is my space." He doesn't see people down here very often. In fact I think Horus was he saying "Why have we taken so long to bring a group down here?" We have never done work down here before. We have never had the opportunity. So we thank spirit for this opportunity. Now let us take time to integrate what has just be given to us all.

On Tuesday 21st August 2001 two new crop formations were reported near Chilbolton radio telescope in Hampshire, UK. Both were very impressive looking and consisted of a large number of small 'pixels', which when viewed from the air formed a recognisable shape - unlike many other crop formations.
One represented a 'human face' and the other resembled a radio transmission that SETI (the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) sent from the Arecibo radio telescope in 1974. This latter formation will be examined in this article, in which I hope to not only describe and explain the original transmission, but also to examine and decode a number of significant changes occurring in the crop formation.
After speaking to witnesses, it would appear that the 'Arecibo' formation was created on August 20th. Although I could roughly make out the binary pattern of the formation from aerial photographs, some aspects were not quite clear enough to discern individual 'digits'. Therefore I visited both formations myself (they are about 200m apart in the same field) on Saturday 25th August 2001."
An interesting interpretation of the 'human face' crop formation comes from researcher and writer, Wayne Herschel. In his vision, the face resembles that of the Egyptian Sphinx and Viracocha, a prea-Inca god. But the most thought-provoking resemblance is to the famous Mars Face.
"First, I will give some background to the original message sent from Arecibo, back in 1974. Arecibo is on the northern coast of Puerto Rico and contains a natural disc-shaped hole in the rock. Inside this bowl was constructed the world's largest radio-telescope, with a diameter of 1000 feet.
In 1974 a number of modifications had been carried out to the transmitter, enabling it to broadcast signals at a power of up to 20 terawatts (1 terawatt = 1 trillion watts) and as an inaugural test of these improvements it was decided by SETI to transmit an encoded message to the heavens. This signal was aimed towards the globular star cluster M13, some 25,000 light years away and consisting of some 300,000 stars in the constellation of Hercules.
The message was actually transmitted on November 16th 1974 and consisted of 1679 pulses of binary code (0's and 1's) - which took a little under three minutes to transmit. It was transmitted on a frequency of 2380MHz (which is significant later).
Why 1679 digits?
The reason for this is down to mathematics. 1679 is the unique product of two prime numbers; 23 and 73. Any sufficiently intelligent lifeform would no doubt look for unique, universal constructs - such as prime numbers, chemical element frequencies and binary digits. Don't forget that because we could be trying to communicate with an intelligence completely different to our own, we cannot talk in terms of 'human' systems, such as centimetres, feet, decimal numbers etc.
Because ONLY the two prime numbers 23 and 73, when multiplied together, produce 1679 there can only be a single way to arrange the signal, if you were converting it into a matrix grid - 23 squares by 73 squares.
The original binary code is shown in figure 1.
Binary coding
In order to fully understand the message encoded in the transmission, it's essential to understand the binary code. This is actually much simpler than our base 10, decimal system. Whereas in base 10 we count from 1 to 9 and then carry 1 into the 10's column and start again in the units column, until we've got 9 in the 10's column and 9 in the units column. Then we have to carry 1 into the 100's column and start again in the 10's and units columns, and so on and so on.
In binary each column goes up in powers of 2, hence the columns are units, 2's, 4's, 8's, 16's etc. Because we can only deal in 1's and 0's, we rapidly move up through the columns - because as soon as we exceed 1 we carry into the next column. For an example of counting in binary, see the table below.
To go back to the original transmission of binary pulses (fig.1), by converting it into 23 columns of 73 rows we get the matrix shown in figure 2 (below):
You can now see a graphical pattern depicted by the 1's and 0's of the code. For clarity I've converted this into black squares (representing 1's) and white (empty) squares (representing 0's). You can see that viewing it like this, makes the actual message a lot clearer, as shown below, in figure 3 (below).
This is where a slight puzzle becomes visible. By performing the steps described above, the literal translation of the original pulses is on the left of figure 3. However, the image printed in a couple of my books is that shown on the right of figure 3. This is an exact left-right mirror image of my decoding. I suspect that this is possibly an error which went un-noticed when the book went to print - although I have checked two books which both depict the same pattern as shown on the right of figure 3.
The pattern which occurred in the Chilbolton crop field, is the same image as shown in the books (ie. the one on the right of fig.3 and the mirror image of the original decoding). This could imply that IF someone hoaxed the formation, they copied the incorrect pattern printed in a book. Alternatively, I may have converted the original pulses by mapping left to right when converting into a 23x73 grid, instead of going from right to left - which personally doesn't seem correct to my interpretation of the original binary sequence.
If anyone can explain this discrepancy, I would love to hear your comments. However, for the purposes of the rest of this article I shall refer to the pattern physically laid in the crop field. The results are the same because the actual code remains unchanged irrespective of whether it's the original or a mirror image anyway - as the binary coding remains unaltered.
Decoding the original message
The original message was comprised of several 'sections', each depicting a particular aspect of 'our civilisation'. At the top are binary representations of the numbers one through to ten, interestingly showing the numbers eight, nine and ten as two columns. This shows anyone decoding the message that we can specify that numbers too large to be written on a single line can be 'carried over'.
The next section contains the binary values 1,6,7,8 and 15 which indicate the atomic numbers of the primary elements for life on Earth; Hydrogen, Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Phosphorus respectively.
The larger section of three rows, represents the formulas for the sugars and bases in the nucleotides of DNA. Beneath this is a graphical representation of our DNA 'double helix' either side of a 'straight vertical bar' which indicates the number of nucleotides in DNA.
Directly below the DNA double helix is a small representation of us - humans - with a body and two arms and two legs (like a little stick man). On the left is a binary value of the population of Earth. This can be calculated as roughly 4.29 billion, which is roughly the population of the world, back in 1974. On the right of the humanoid form is a binary code for the height of humans.
Because we cannot communicate in 'human' measurements (such as feet and inches) the height is represented in 'wavelength units'. As mentioned earlier, the actual message was transmitted on 2380MHz. To convert this into a wavelength we divide into 300, to obtain a wavelength in metres. 300/2380 = 0.12605042m = 12.6cm. This is our 'wavelength unit'.
From the code for the height of a human, we can see that the value is 1110 in binary, or 14 in decimal. If we multiply 14 by our wavelength unit (12.6) we get 176.4cm, or roughly 5'9" - the average height of humans.
The next section is a simplified representation of our Solar System - where we live. It shows the sun and nine planets, roughly representative of size. By moving the third planet up slightly it highlights that something is significant about the third planet from the sun - Earth.
The last section depicts the origin of the message itself - the Arecibo radio telescope, which is the curved structure. Underneath this, as the last two lines of the message, is another binary number. This time it's 100101111110 (split onto two lines in the centre) and equates to 2430 in decimal. Again, using our universal 'wavelength units' we get 2430*12.6cm which is 30618cm - or approx 1000', the diameter of the Arecibo radio dish.

What's different in the Crop Formation?
After extensive analysis I have discovered nine major discrepancies between what we see in the crop field at Chilbolton and the original message that we transmitted to the stars in 1974. I shall leave any interpretation until later, but for now just highlight the differences. The exact detail of these changes couldn't be confirmed until I actually visited the formation on the ground, in order to accurately check the binary code - reading flattened crop as a 0 and standing crop squares as 1's.
Rather than point out the differences in order of importance or anything, I shall merely start at the top of the pattern and work downwards.
The numbers 1 to 10 appear exactly the same in the formation.
However the atomic numbers indicating the prevalent elements making up life on Earth, has an additional value inserted into the binary sequence. This is precisely added in the correct location, and in the original binary code (therefore it can't be a mistake). Decoding from the crop formation, this additional element has an atomic number of 14 = Silicon.
Moving down, the next change is an obvious one - consisting of an extra strand on the left side of the DNA double-helix. Another, less obvious, change is in the binary coding of the number of nucleotides in DNA itself (in the center). If you look in the diagram above, I've highlighted the changes more accurately on the right, by using red squares and outlines to indicate which 'digits' have been changed in the crop formation.
There are quite significant changes to the shape of the humanoid, which becomes almost 'alien-like' and to the diagram of the Arecibo dish. For clarity, I've not bothered going over these in red because the differences are easily apparent.
Either side of what is now an ET, there are changes to both the 'population' figure and also the height value. The latter is now 1000 in binary, or 8. If we multiply this by the original 'wavelength unit' we get 8*12.6cm = 100.8cm which is roughly 3'4" - interesting, because this would correlate with ET witness accounts.
Below this we notice additional changes to the Solar System chart. The third planet from the sun is not the only one 'highlighted' now. The fourth and fifth are as well. The fifth even appears to be emphasised even more, with three additional 'pixels'.
Lastly, what was representative of the Arecibo transmitter in the original message is even more cryptic and would imply a diagrammatic version of the formation which appeared in the same field at Chilbolton last year, in 2000. This can be viewed in my database, reference uk2000ee.

2. Gray Extraterrestrial holding a disc

The message within the disk was deciphered using the standard 8 bit binary code known as ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange). The cipher starts at the center of the disk and spirals outward counter-clockwise, this is also the same read pattern that a compact disc or DVD uses.

The empty spaces represent the binary number of ZERO and the blocks represent the binary number ONE. Using this cipher we get the following message:
"Beware the bearers of false gifts and their broken promises. Much pain, but still time. Believe there is good out there. We oppose deception. Conduit closing. 0x07" The binary code of 0x07 at the end of the message would produced a bell sound similar to that of an old typewriter / bell sound (Example: DING!).

Conduit CLOSING (Ding!)
Is this a friendly message from benevolent beings?
The message sounds friendly enough and is just want we want to hear. But I think this is a deception, and you will see why. Those who study or already are in contact with extraterrestrials (or benevolent beings), know that our Government collaborates with a malevolent specie of grays which we know as Zeta Reticulans or Reticulans (because they inhabit a binary solar system known as Zeta Reticuli).

The Reticulans and the Alpha Draconians (Reptilians) have been in contact with our Governments for a long time. The Reticulans are responsible for all the abductions and mutilations (both human and animal), while the Reptilians are those behind our leaders. They are using our Governments to control and enslave our race.
If you are familiar with my articles, you know that almost all my history lessons lead back to the Reptilians and two constellations: The Pleiades and Orion's Belt. The Illuminati always worshiped The Orion's Belt. Actually they are obsessed with it.

Notice anything strange? How about the three Stars behind the Alien? They look like Orion's belt, but do they match its alignment?
As you can see it's a perfect match. But what does this mean? Are the alien visitors positive beings from/around the Orion Constellation or is this a malevolent trademark?
It's not easy to draw a safe conclusion, but my instinct says this is another deception. Why would a benevolent specie want to connect a peaceful message to Orion's Belt?

A flying disc is clearly noticeable and bellow it an extraterrestrial being. The ET walks on a black & white floor, one of the most prominent Illuminati signs. In the foreground we can see an astronaut with broken helmet (or some kind of beast?). The astronaut/beast is holding a similar disc in his left hand. Maybe the painter had a vision about the upcoming events? Is the cave painting presenting an apocalyptic scenario?
If the character in the foreground is an astronaut with a broken helmet, then his head is being sucked out through the hole. May this represent a planet without an atmosphere? The ET in the background also seems to be wearing some kind of helmet.

Cleaning up the Pineal Gland is useful for those wishing to develop their multidimensional perception. All medical vaccines are also mercury tainted. Thimersal (a vaccine preservative) is methyl mercury and is very difficult to get out of the brain once its in there. Avoid eating fish and bottom feeders such as shrimps and prawns. Tuna and dolphin meat is particularly bad for mercury - the bigger the fish the higher the concentration of mercury in its body tissue.
Eco light bulbs - if one is smashed mercury vapour is released into the room and inhaled. Avoid at all costs breaking one indoors.
Mercury can be removed from the body by the daily use of chlorella, wheatgrass and spirulina. Cilantro herb taken daily can help remove mercury from brain tissue.
2. Fluoride - in toothpastes and tap water. Its another heavy duty poison. Avoid it at all costs. It calcifies the pineal tissue and basically shuts the gland down.
3. Organic foods - some pesticides are pineal toxins. Organic healthy food with a high ratio of raw is supportive to pineal detox. Meat is not helpful either. Some people who channel seem to not be affected but for many the toxicity and density of meat will pose challenges and we want to make the work easy if we can.
4. Alcohol + smoking. Naturally these need to go along with the emotional attachments to using them (usually boils down to self worth issues or unresolved trauma).
5. Heart Healing - raises the overall vibration of the being and heals fear - a useful advantage for when we start seeing other dimensions.
6. Other toxins - if something is toxic do not put it in your body. If you cant say its name its most likely bad. Toxins include artificial sweeteners (aspartame K) , refined sugar, phylenanine (in squashes), E numbers beginning with 1, deodorants, cleaning chemicals, dental mouthwashes (saltwater is suffice) and air fresheners.
7. Raw chocolate. Raw cacao is a pineal gland stimulant / detoxifier in high doses because of the high antioxidant content.
Being disciplined with steps 1-6 for a year or so will certainly bring about pineal awakening. Step 6 is optional but very useful too.

Coronal Mass Ejections, solar flares/solar winds are a major part of the upshift of energies and as such an integral part of the Planetary Ascension. As we have previously shared, CME's can & do disrupt the Human Auric Field. Emotions can be mal-effected if imbalance occurs. But preventive maintenance is possible. As we are currently entering into Mercury Retrograde those energies can be further amplified. It ius quite interesting that this X-Class is hitting as we enter the Merc-Retro. The energis will be fantastic...but a double edged sword, meaning it can be well utilized, or if ignored, a pressured time of emotional swings.
Miscommunications, travel issues can result. Fox News : The sun unleashed a huge flare yesterday, (July 12), the second major solar storm to erupt from the sun in less than a week.
The solar flare peaked at 12:52 p.m. EDT (1652 GMT) as an X-class sun storm, the most powerful type of flare the sun can have.
According to NASA and the Space Weather Prediction Center (SPWC), which is operated by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, today's sun storm registered as an X1.4-class solar flare. It is more powerful than the X1.1 flare that erupted on July 6, making this latest tempest the strongest solar storm of the summer so far.
Because the solar flare erupted toward Earth, it is expected to send an enormous wave of charged particles toward the earth that could supercharge northern lights displays, and may cxreate radio blackouts.
X-class solar flares are the strongest type of storms that occur on the sun. When aimed at Earth, the most powerful X-class flares can endanger satellites, airplane communication, astronauts in space, interfere with navigation and communications signals, and damage power system infrastructure on our planet.
Yesterdays solar flare marks the sixth X-class solar flare of 2012. While it is the strongest yet of the summer season, which began in late June, it is not the most powerful solar flare (CME) of 2012. That title is currently held by the March 2012 event that unleashed an intense X5.4-class solar flare.
The sun is currently in the midst of an active phase of its 11-year solar weather cycle. The current cycle is called Solar Cycle 24 and is expected to peak in 2013.

NASA: The CME launched toward Earth by yesterday's X-flare is moving faster than originally thought. Analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab have revised their forecast accordingly, advancing the cloud's expected arrival time to 09:17 UT (5:17 am EDT) on Saturday, July 14th.
X-FLARE! Big sunspot AR1520 unleashed an X1.4-class solar flare on July 12th. Because the sunspot is directly facing Earth, everything about the blast was geoeffective. For one thing, it hurled a coronal mass ejection (CME) directly toward our planet. Hi my miraculous friend, I am so grateful to connect with you once again, and share some of the energetic happenings going on at this time.
Surrender Time
The energies pouring in right now are guiding us to move into a place of surrender. The idea of surrendering has nothing to do with giving up anything. In fact, giving up and surrendering are completely different vibrations. To surrender simply means we are able to release all that hinders us from living in the natural flow of life where we are able to create our greatest lives. For many of us who were/are hanging on to dear life as a result of the current energetic climate, are literally being pushed to our breaking point so that we can finally come to a place where we completely surrender.
If we are someone who is still identifying themselves by their story, past experiences, or what society has told us we should be, then we may still be holding on to the old fear based Earth Matrix. In this vibration, there is still great struggle. If we are in this space, let's be willing to give ourselves full permission to let go and surrender all the doubts, worries, fears, and resistance still keeping us there. Let's allow ourselves to enter our very new miraculous lives. It's here, and it's waiting for us.
It's important to note that living from a place of surrender does require some practice and intention. The more we practice living our lives from this space, the more second nature it will become.
Seeing Through the Eyes of the Universe
For those who have consciously made the choice to surrender, there's some major magic happening right now. We are being gifted with the opportunity of remembering that our eyes and inner sight are indeed the eyes of the Universe. In return, we are actually beginning to see the world in a brand new way. The veils have completely lifted.
When a newborn baby comes into the world, he or she sees the magic and wonder in every person, place, thing, and experience. The only difference is that their mind is not fully developed enough to digest & comprehend it all the way we as adults can. With all that we have learned and remembered about ourselves and life itself (which mostly comes through lifetimes of experience,) we are now able to look at everything with childlike wonder as we take in all the beauty and splendor around us. At the same time, we are able to see through our magical eyes with an expanded awareness and wisdom that can only come with experience. Every single experience we went through no matter if we deemed them good or bad at the time, are what have led us to this miraculous moment in time where we are able to see the magic in everything. This is what it means to see through the eyes of the Universe.
Everything is New Again
As we start to see through the eyes of the Universe, many of us may notice that everything becomes new again. Energetically, many of us are feeling called to see old friends that we have not seen in a very long time. Some of us are feeling a pull to visit our hometowns or locations we grew up in, that we may have moved away from a long time ago. This pull can also be to locations and geographical vortex points we may not have necessarily been to in this lifetime, but rather a previous lifetime. Others are feeling guided to resolve any unfinished business from their past. If we are someone who feels a pull to do any of these things, then that is part of the 'everything is new again' energy happening right now.
A big part of the current 'everything is new again' experience is actually creating a massive collective healing for our world. We are being guided to go back to those times and locations in our lives that have simply become a distant memory and are being asked to shift any old or out-dated belief systems we may still be carrying around them. By doing this, we are able to heal them and actually bring them back to our present moment where we can have a brand new perspective on them. With this new way of looking at our past, we no longer allow it to hinder us in anyway. In fact, we can now easily move forward and create the miraculous lives we have always known is possible for ourselves.
The New Children
A big part of this magical new energy we are able to connect with has a lot to do with the children coming in at this time. These luminous children are holding a sacred space of love, magic, joy, play, unity, wholeness, Divinity, and peace that is drastically raising the collective vibration of the world. They are gifts to us and we are gifts to them. It's a symbiotic relationship in the sense that, those 'Love Workers' who have diligently been working towards raising the consciousness of the world for over half a century have made it so that these beautiful children can return and support us across that finish line to the world we may have only once read, heard, or dreamed about.
How deep in My heart are you, and how deep in your heart am I. I am the deepest of the deep, and, beloved, you are too. Unbeknownst to you, you are high, and you are deep. If only you would accept this. If you would accept this, you would live a life beyond that which you have thought possible. Accept and make possible all that which you have, by default, turned away.
I hear you protest this. You say: "God, well, look at my life. Look at what it has been. Look what it is now. My life is not what I expected it to be."
I say to you: "Beloveds, that was then. This is now." And I go into a song and dance about letting go of the past. The past isn't yours. You don't own it. It doesn't belong to you. It's not of use to you. The past is back in memory, and no longer are you to go back.
If even a minute ago, life was disappointing, it doesn't have to be so this moment. The life before you right now can come from a higher plane. No longer are you to flatten your life down and keep it there. Imagine your life rising. Imagine your life lifting itself up. Imagine your joy. Enjoy, but no longer be surprised. No longer be surprised at the blessings that you were meant to have and to give.
Give yourself a chance, and you will manifest all the beauty and goodness you desire.
When you stick to the past, you block the present. This must be so. You hardly give the present a chance. You say you're not good enough or smart enough, and that life isn't so easy as that. I am telling you precisely that life is as easy as that. What you have to do is to keep moving forward and keep looking up.
If this thought is new to you, then it's time for you to try something new. If you met someone today who had just arrived full-grown on Earth, what would you say to him? Would you tell him that the high road is not for him and will only disappoint him and that he had better take the low road?
You are that new person who arrived today on Earth, and you absolutely must tell yourself new stories because the old ones are stale.
I am telling you with all My heart to write new stories, develop them, arise to them. Give the new stories a chance. When the old stories worked so well, what makes you so sure that the new ones won't work?
I am urging you to raise the bar. Just raise it. What has been accomplished in this world that someone didn't try? Athletes have broken records. Why wouldn't you break records in your life? Picture it, feel it, love it, think it, have it.
Oh, you may say that this and that hold you back. I say, "You are holding yourself back. Keep your dreams and desires ahead of you. Don't drop them. Don't let them go by the wayside. Get your vision back, and let your vision work for you."
The same old thing is not going to inspire you. The same old thinking is not going to inspire you. Inspire yourself and those around you. Inspire.
You have held yourself enslaved to an old pattern of life. The bells are ringing now. Time for life, time for your life, to reach the top of the tree. Time for you to rise. You can fit into a new framework. If the Earth can turn on its axis, what can't you do? You can stop on a dime, and you can change the direction of your life and so become a great blessing on Earth. What are you waiting for?
The original plan for the liberation of this planet has been expanded. There will be less talk and more action:
1. Less intel will be declassified and given to the general population. The reason for this is that the awakened part of the general population has underperformed regarding what it did with the intel received. It is not strategically wise to release intel that even the awakened population laughs at and at the same time the Cabal uses it to the disadvantage of the Light.
You will still receive intel and updates, but certain things will be withheld until the appropriate time.
2. The Matrix is beginning to crack in the mass media. The cracks will expand and widen.
The mass arrests scenario is beginning to leak into the mainstream. This article tends to be a little bit too violent for my taste, but it manages to get across the message that certain people need to be stopped in their actions:

3. At a specific point before the Event, certain actions will be taken that will bring undeniable proof to the awakened population that the Plan is real and that there are indeed Light forces working towards the planetary liberation.
4. Greed and lust for power inside the Light forces on the surface of this planet (Positive Military, White Dragon Society…) is understandable and tolerable as an intrinsic part of the human nature, to a certain point. But when it begins to hinder operations, create delays, or when certain suffering could be prevented inside the general population and it is not, people responsible for this will be held accountable. The Resistance Movement is monitoring all operations of the surface positive groups and knows exactly what everybody is doing.
5. The Resistance Movement will give positive groups on the surface of the planet a certain limited period of time to carry out the actual liberation themselves. If they fail to do so, direct action will be taken by the Resistance independently from any positive groups or the general population. This is the second part of Operation Omega Phoenix. Very few details will be given out before the actual operation itself. If Operation Omega Phoenix 2 will be needed, it will be less user-friendly to the general population because a little more severe disruptions in the distribution chain are possible. The Green Light (advance notice to the general population) for Operation Omega Phoenix 2 may or may not be issued.
6. The “containment”, as many channels describe it, is not possible. There will be actual physical arrests of the Cabal taking place. The positive ET forces will only assist from the distance with their light healing and balancing technologies to ensure they will happen with as little violence as possible.

The world peace invitation and release of technology Following the meeting of the Keshe Foundation with the world ambassadors invited to Brussels on 21 April 2012, now our invitation goes to the nations of the world through their ambassadors and their leaders to attend a gathering on 6 September 2012 at the Keshe Foundation Center in Ninove, Belgium (or in any other place the nations may choose). As your Excellencies have been aware, we invited representatives of every country to the first presentation of our technology on 21 April 2012. The ambassadors of some nations attended this meeting and others chose to ignore the call, due to pressure from other nations, and decided not to attend or withdrew at the last moment. With this second invitation we directly and unequivocally invite the leaders of your nation to appoint qualified individuals who can take part in the upcoming meeting at the Foundation on 6 September on behalf of their governments. The reasons for this invitation and the meeting are as follows: On 21 September 2012 the Keshe Foundation will release the first phase of its space technology and the gravitational and magnetic (Magravs) systems it has developed, to all scientists around the world simultaneously, for production and duplication. From that point on, international borders will cease to have any real significance. This is because, once the first flight system has been built and put into operation for the public, the time of travel for example from Tehran to New York will be about 10 minutes maximum. The new airborne systems will enable every individual to make the same length of journey in the same time and at hardly any cost from any point on this planet. The craft will not be detectable with present radar technology. The energy crisis will be resolved at a stroke, and once the technology is put into practice the powers that control energy supplies and through them the present financial structures will find their hands empty. The world water shortage will be addressed and resolved by presenting this technology to the public soon after the release of our energy and space technology. How we have done this? For the past six years we have used the international patent system to make sure that every nation and major scientists around the world have a copy of our patents in their possession. Thus we have prevented any possible blocking of this technology by any individual or group and now most nations are in possession of our patents for energy generation, medical systems and space travel. In this way the methods used in the past to prevent international development have been circumvented and now all nations have the same opportunity to work together to see that this technology is developed safely. The principal point is that our technology is intended to be freely available to every government for the benefit of all its citizens. Through the systems we have developed every nation can have access to as much energy, water and food as they need, as well as to new methods of health care and of transport, all at very little cost. According to its charter the Keshe Foundation and all its technologies are owned by the peoples of the world. The patents are the assets of every individual on this planet and cannot be claimed by any one person or organization or nation. This means that all income generated by the technology belongs to the nation that makes use of it. We will release the list of countries invited to the meeting on 6 September 2012 and the full e-mail addresses of those who receive invitations, so it will be up to you as a government to make it known who from your nation will be attending this meeting. By the time this email arrives at your embassies a copy will be posted on the Foundation forum and website so your citizens will be aware of the offer that has been made to you. Then it will be for you to make your response known to them, as well as to the Foundation, and we will gather the names of the delegates appointed and let your officials know where and how to meet. Following this meeting, the presentation on 21 September 2012 will be the first step in the Keshe Foundation’s teaching program to share its knowledge and put it into the hands of the people worldwide. Once these new technologies and their benefits are known to the general public, the leaders of every nation will need to decide how they are going to implement them for the betterment of everyone. At that point there will be two choices: either we all work together to change the life of everybody on earth for the better through the correct patterns of conduct, or the advanced nations of the world will see in the near future a flood of immigrants in tens of thousands flocking to the major cities. We are prepared to present the technology to your representatives in any setting so that they can understand its implications and the changes it will bring about. From now on, we can make sure that no child or adult will die of thirst or hunger and that no nation will be attacked by another, because the potential military applications of the new technology are so horrendously destructive that we will have no choice but to accept that fighting over the resources of the planet is a thing of the past. There has been nothing wrong with protecting national assets, but now as the leaders of small regions of the Earth it is your responsibility to see that its resources are available to be shared, and that with the help of our technology everyone’s basic needs for energy, water, food and health care are met. The Keshe Foundation takes no account of color, nationality, religion or political affiliation, thus our call is going out to every government to appoint a team of scientists to come and see our technologies at first hand. Then they can decide whether or not to make use of them. If you ignore this invitation your nation will soon have no choice but to follow the lead of the nations who have decided to develop them. We call on your nation to start the process of world cooperation as soon as possible because once these systems are in operation, the frontiers that separate one country from another will have no meaning. We have set the scene for a change of course for humanity and in the coming months we will see it through. In the near future people will come to realize that we are here to serve each other and not to be served, as all resources will be available to everyone at the same time and in the same measure.
