Today I was doing a long distance healing on a client. As I was doing the healing, my guides told me I was not loving the person enough. I said I did not know the person, so I was being neutral. They said No, that is not the way we want you to do healing.

I thought about it. I said what if I loved him/her like I love my brother. They said No, that's not enough.

I thought about it. I said what if I loved him/her like I was doing healing on myself. They said YES, do all healings on others as if you are doing the healing on yourself.

The person may have a different name, but it is really yourself that I you doing the healing on.

I felt the love quotient for my client go through the roof!!!! It was amazing.

Just thought I would share that with you guys.

          Human consciousness exists on many levels at once.  It is really an intricate collection of states of consciousness distributed throughout the physical and subtle bodies.  In fact, each organ of the body has a primitive consciousness of its own that allows it to perform specific functions.  Each organ is also part of a system.  The cardiovascular system, the reproductive system, the digestive system, and the nervous system all include organs working at slightly different stages of a single process.  Similar levels of function and states of consciousness exist within the subtle body as well.

          When we pronounce mantras, we initiate a powerful vibration that corresponds to both a specific spiritual energy level and a state of consciousness in seed form.  Gradually, the vibration of the mantra begins to override all of the lesser vibrations.  These eventually become absorbed by the mantra.  After a length of time that varies with each person, the great wave of mantra stills all other vibrations within individual organs and systems.  Ultimately, the individual will be in perfect harmony with the energy and spiritual state represented by and contained within the mantra.

          The practice of Sanskrit mantra increases the vitality and energy-utilizing ability of the chakras in our subtle body and the organs of our physical body.  As we grow proficient in mantra meditation, new experiences may begin to present themselves to us.  Some people may begin to see auras.  Others may find that a mysterious energy is now available through the hands or feet.  You may find that your intuition becomes much sharper.

           Just as there is a great variety of human abilities, so, too, there is great diversity in the application of this newly available energy.  Many of us will heal physical problems, change undesirable life conditions, and eliminate negative karma.

          Throughout our lives, the life energy of prana courses through our biospiritual system.  The chakras whirl, collecting and distributing energy, and the physical organs perform their functions with the energy at their disposal.

          Just as mantra cleanses and energizes the physical body, mantra repetition has a similar effect on the subtle body.  Even speaking a mantra very softly influences the chakras that correspond to the nerve centers of the physical body.  Just thinking a mantra  -  pronouncing it subvocally in your mind  -  can further the process of clearing away spiritual impurities, energizing the chakras, and burning off karma.

            Namaste dear Friends  ~  Yes, another new week is upon us.   In Australia, anyway, it is Monday afternoon and very, very wet!   But, that is another story.........a lot of the southern States are experiencing  severe flood conditions with mass evacuations.   We had the same conditions in Queensland earlier this year and also same time last year.   One can't help but notice the extreme climate changes occurring around the world.   I suppose we have to expect that with the physicality of life in general going through many upheavals and shifts in readiness for a lighter and better way of life in a higher frequency.

            What I wanted to share today are my observations in my everyday life concerning ascension.   I blogged a lot about this on another website, where people shared their experiences, quite openly.   We all supported each other on the blogsite as the energy downloads of last year created some very harsh physical and emotional symptoms.   When one shares, another would comment, and it went on from there........It turned out we had very similar experiences as we cleared out our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies.   As we clear out, it makes room for more spiritual light to enter, and also makes our bodies gradually lighter as we ascend into the fifth dimension.  

            This is a mammoth task, to ascend from third dimensional living  -  physically and emotionally  -  to a higher dimension where we leave behind a world created by unenlightened minds.  So it is normal on some days to start to feel disassociated with the current world and its affairs.   Even sitting at the computer typing this blog, I am in this world but not part of it.   My consciousness is raised sufficiently to live in my own spirituality, and be the observer of the "outside world."   When going among people such as shopping centres, it is like walking around in one's own bubble, one's own created world of higher energy.  Of course, I still stop and talk to people I know, and also project love and light everywhere I go, it is automatic when you are aware of how love and light can change people and surroundings and help clear away any negativity.   When you have raised your vibrations to a noticeable degree, it attracts people to you because it makes them feel good.

            What I have also found amazing is the rising awareness in people that something is changing....something is definitely happening and they are beginning to awaken.   I smile and nod and allow them to find out for themselves, as that is up to their higher-selves to guide them through this transformation.   We live in amazing times of spiritual transformation that will awaken people to realize that this way of life on 3D is not being our true selves.   I just hope and pray that the ones running the countries start to awaken as well so that we can start living as we should, in a more fair world for ALL, a much more altruistic way of life where we see every person as our brother or sister and not separate from ourselves.  To hear of a member on another website who was in desperate need of medical attention and bleeding severely, being turned away from a US Hospital because he didn't have health insurance.   He returned to where he was living and patched himself up as best he could and took the last of some herbs he had.   I am aware that this is only one story, and I am sure it is happening frequently everyday.

In Australia this is unheard of.   We have a free hospital system where no person is turned away, and the Government has set up medical facilities in the outback to treat our native aborigines.  Doctors from around the world come here to Australia to experience working in the outback in these facilities, and seeing the love in which they look after these often very poorly nourished people, brings tears to my eyes.

WHEN ONE IS IN THE NASCENT STAGE OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND DOES NOT REALLY COMPREHEND THE IMPORT OF THE SAME,  DEPENDING ON HIS WILLPOWER ET AL, HE HAS TO FEND OFF NEGATIVITY WHICH HE MAY FIND DIFFICULT TO HANDLE AT TIMES ... 

THIS IS WHEN HE IS AFFECTED BY THE DIS_EASE CALLED STRESS, WHICH IN TURN, AFFECTS HIS PHYSICAL BODY AND CAUSES  DIS_EASE TO SET IN, IN VARIOUS HUES.

IT MAY NOT BE EASY FOR AN OVERLY STRESSED INDIVIDUAL TO MAINTAIN COMPOSURE DURING TENSE TIMES ... BUT HE CAN MAKE AN ATTEMPT BY RESORTING TO PRAYER AND/OR LISTENING TO SOOTHING MUSIC, ETCETERA.

AS AN INDIVIDUAL GROWS SPIRITUALLY, HE RESORTS TO MEDITATION .... WHICH TAKES A LOT OF PRACTICE AND CONCENTRATION .... AND THAT IS WHEN HE FEELS PEACE WASH OVER HIM .... THE WAVE OF PEACE IS SO WELCOME AND FEELS SO GOOD .... YES, GOD IS WITH US ALL THE TIME, AS ALSO OUR SPIRIT GUIDES, OUR HIGHER SELF ... GUIDING US UP THE RIGHT PATH ... ALONGWITH COSMIC / UNIVERSAL FORCES, ASCENDED MASTERS, ARCHANGELS ... WHO SING HYMNS IN UNISON AND CALM US ... Sourcing the New World From Within

Beloved ones, in these important times I must urge you to remember that your life flows forth from Me. You live from the Spirit outward. Your heart is the entry point for every increment of energy that then becomes your life and everything that you see in it.

Therefore, I ask you to return, daily and even hourly, to that feeling place of perfect faith where you feel the astounding power of this Love -- where you recognize that I Am your daily bread, that I Am your food. First is the spiritual and then it becomes physical. It becomes the symbols of the world.

As your heart opens and your vibration soars, you will find your life coming more into accord with that which your heart knows as the truth. But, dearest ones, don’t stop there, and don’t be fooled into looking outside of yourself for that which brings you what you need.

Remember that it comes as Love. It comes from Me. The more that you feel and believe this, the more will manifest as a world of beauty, as Heaven on Earth. As you see your life change, and you feel Love urging you to take this action, or that one…please, go ahead. Act on the urgings of the Spirit of Love.

Listen when you hear My guidance. But always be sure to stop for a moment and to be aware from whence your blessings come. Connect to the vibration of Love. Re-establish the continuity, the flow, until every atom of your being remembers that I Am the Source and I Am Love and you are this very energy.

You are My heart. You are My Light, and this communion is the spiritual soil from which every symbol springs, every experience of your life. Especially when you feel powerfully guided to take action, to serve, to embrace a certain path, to imbibe a certain food that speaks to you of vibrant health, remember that it comes from this communion and is made manifest always through your heart.

The human perspective has always been to look outside of yourself and to believe that nourishment comes as food and abundance comes as money. But in the truth of the heart it is cleare that the Source is the Moment of Creation. It is the energy of life. It is the power of living Love that is then made manifest to reflect to you the space in which you live, the level of our communion, the blessings of your deep connection to the endless life I Am.

Beloved ones, we are making a shift in this world that means everything. It is the shift to Love. It is the awareness of God. It is the truth of the unity of one life breathing you and living in exuberance here and now.

It is from this place that the New World springs into being, the world that your heart is creating, the vision that has been before you for the whole of your life. It is the conviction within that peace can reign, that equality and abundance is for everyone and that Love is the only truth.

It is now time for these things to be actualized, to be made manifest, to be lived and rejoiced in. But the only way this can be done is if each of you, beloved ones, deeply remembers the Source. You must remember the flow, that all life is sourced through the heart from the glorious explosion of God I Am awakening as Love.

You are an integral part of this by re-establishing your true faith in the source of your life, in the feeling level of the heart and our communion and then, holding this as your truth until it is clear that the life that you live in the world is a result of your heart’s attunement.

Look to Me as your bread, your water, as the food by which you truly live and the abundance which supports you…even if at first it feels and seems impossible and flies in the face of everything you have experienced through the mind as your human expression. As you listen, as you pause, as you make the choice to remember to attune to the source of life, to remember first and foremost that it is this place of communion, this trust in our Love, this connection to the circle of life, of Love, of giving that then becomes your world in this moment that you take to remember -- before reaching for the food on your plate, before using that money for a purchase, before making your choices of what needs to be part of your life.

When you hold this vibration of trust in Me, when you look upward for your spiritual sustenance, it brings you into the vibration of the New World, the world that is truly Heaven, the world that is Love made manifest. In every area this is the truth, every area…in areas you have never even paused to consider.

In the area of Love relationships, of course…but in the areas that are seemingly sourced from outside of you such as the garden, the growing of food, the choices of what to eat…even the belief that you must take care of the body in certain ways…all of this I simply ask that you remember to take one moment and to pause, to open your heart, to re-establish the remembrance, the connection to the real flow of life and to send forth a prayer of gratitude that I Am your Source -- for example, that I Am your food, that I Am your energy, that I Am your warmth, your ability to take care of the circle of your life, of your environment.

All of this comes from within, bursting through the heart as the energies of Love, and the results of our communion are then made manifest in the symbols of the world and the life that you are living here.

In these times of powerful change, the greatest shift of all is this remembrance that you can look to Me for everything. The Love that you are sustains you.

The more deeply that you feel this and that you believe on the feeling level, on the level of resonance that life comes forth from Me…that you are fully created in limitless glory in the eternal Now Moment, that you can embrace this perfection, say “Yes” to it, say “Yes” to life in ways the mind cannot imagine…then, trust your heart to make manifest this Love, this life force, this joy in the experience of living, as every moment of your experience in the world.

As you connect to Me as the Source of everything, you are more easily freed from the consensual dream of life outside of you. This doesn’t mean there is no call to action or that you don’t need or want to eat food...although this can change.

It means that when you make the choice, there is a moment of remembrance before you move that re-establishes the actual flow of Real life, of its establishment as the beautiful expression of God you are, here and now. And then, once you feel this remembrance and once there is a song within your heart that knows you are perfectly supported, then make your move. Buy your food. Make your juice. Imbibe in the symbols of Creation as they show up as your world.

If, as yet, some of those symbols are imperfect and are still holding the resonance of duality, first allow the living Spirit to inform you of the gift of service in the experience you are living. Then, re-affirm this life and your connection to Me as the Source, your ability to be this explosion of Love.

Feel your heart as this magnificent sun that pulses forth the energies of God I Am which you live and name and make yours. Hold that feeling state of divine communion as you go forth, and through the heart, connect with everything -- establishing Real communication with the energies of Love that become your world as you keep looking upward and raising your vibration until that which you see is the truth of who you are.

So, beloved ones, at this moment it is like strata. The energies of the New World are high and clear. The energies of the old world are more muddied, confused. They are still tied to the old way of seeing things. Your work if you will is to keep holding to a world of Love that is sourced from God and flows forth through your heart to be made manifest as a world of life and health and abundance of body, of Love, of relationship, joy…abundance work, service, all of it.

It is first brought forth in you, manifested in the symbols of your changing world and then, honored, beloved ones, and this is so important … honored as the expression of the Love you are, embraced in communion by your heart and celebrated.

That you might now become a conscious participant in life is the goal. This now is the vision that resonates within you. Trusting this life, this Love I Am, as sufficient for your every need will bring to you your ability to live as the heart of God, open, available and infinitely free…right here, while expressing as a human being.

As your heart opens, the world changes. Relating to this world consciously is important. This means relating to your own heart, that you might stop and remember and honor life and all of its gifts, that Love may be made manifest as the world. The world of Love is brought forth right now through this moment of remembrance and communion, through seeing the Source within your heart and clinging to it, allowing Me to keep feeding you freedom.

In this time you are powerful creators. In this time your heart’s beliefs will be made manifest, consciously ameliorated by Love, as long as you acknowledge your heart and live from the inside outward.

Now I have said to you that everything you see is simply a veneer painted on the world of Love – the reflection of the heart’s beliefs in separation from your whole and perfect good. This is the truth and the circle does go both ways. You can make this connection with the truth of life, with the Source of Love by moving through the illusion, by taking what you see as the world and not believing it and using your heart to see the truth and to move right through the illusion. This brings you, beloved ones, to the same place.

But because we are healing duality, because it is time to end the belief in separation from Me, from Love, from the glory of the life you are, it is important to now recognize the Source within you and your open heart as the powerful conduit for releasing into the world the true activity of Love, vibrant, alive, full of joy. This will allow you to focus your world, to be the acknowledgement that the Love within you becomes the world you see and that I Am always supporting you.

I Am the fulfillment of your every need. The more that you feel this, the more amazing your life will be, with things that you need showing up in an instant in absolutely amazing ways.

So look to Me when you open your eyes in the morning before you think about what must be done for the day. Before you think about the weather or what you shall be wearing, return to your heart and bathe in Me until you remember that every good and all that you need is supplied, and through your heart, even the weather changes and abundance will seem to drop from the sky or show up in ways you can’t foresee.

Even in the simple things, remember that your life comes forth from Me. As the Moment of Creation births anew the wholeness of Love as the hologram, feel the resonance of this truth. Then step forth and let your day begin, and don’t be surprised at the way that Love comes before you and brings you new ways to celebrate this wholeness and to remember that I Am your supply and that your heart is the conduit for your world.

Thus what you are guided to do will be supported from the highest resonance and what you feel will be the communion of Love on every level, in every area of your life, until every breath is a celebration and acknowledgement and every moment is a prayer of gratitude when the New World shows up unimpeded and you live every moment through your heart.

You do not have to climb the mountain to achieve enlightenment, because you ARE the Mountain.

          In each of us, there are wholesome and unwholesome roots  -  or seeds  -  in the depths of our consciousness.  If you are a loyal person, it is because the seed of loyalty is in you.   But don't think that the seed of betrayal isn't also in you!    If you live in an environment where your seed of loyalty is watered, you will be a loyal person.   But if your seed of betrayal is watered, you may betray even those you love.   You'll feel guilty about it, but if the seed of betrayal in you becomes strong, you may do it.

         The practice of mindfulness helps us identify all the seeds in our store consciousness and water the ones that are the most wholesome.   When one person comes up to us, the very sight of him/her makes us uncomfortable.   But when someone else walks by, we like them right away.   Something in each of them touches a seed in us.   If we love our mother deeply, but feel tense every time we think of our father, it is natural that when we see a man who evokes the memory of our father, we will feel uncomfortable.   In this way, we can "see" the seeds that are in us  -  seeds of love for our mother and seeds of hurt for our father.   When we become aware of the seeds in our storehouse, we will not be surprised by our own behaviour or the behaviour of others.

         The seed of Buddhahood, the capacity to wake up and understand things as they are, is also present in each of us.   When we join our palms and bow to another person, we acknowledge the seed of Buddhahood in him or her.   When we bow to a child this way, we help him or her grow up beautifully and with self-confidence.   If you plant corn, corn will grow.   If you plant wheat, wheat will grow.   If you act in a wholesome way, you will be happy.   If you act in a unwholesome way, you water the seeds of craving, anger, and violence in yourself.

Our Earthly Origins
Reclaiming Our Roots

As we begin to see more clearly the people we come from, we can begin to alter our perception of who we are now.

Some cultures are more rooted to the earth and connected to their inherent spirituality. But every one of us, even those of us who have been disconnected from our roots for hundreds of years, comes from a place that was once inhabited by people who worshipped and honored the earth on which they lived. In other words, we can all claim this wisdom as an essential part of who we are.

One way we can begin to rediscover our roots is to explore the early earth-based religions practiced in the parts of the world that birthed our ancestors. If we explore the ancient spiritual practices of our ancestors, we will find that their practices and beliefs share many elements with Native American, African, and aboriginal religious traditions. People who are connected to the earth and honor her share a fundamental philosophy that we can claim as our own because we too are of the earth. Many of us have become so disconnected from the earth that it feels foreign and awkward to imagine communing with her or performing a ritual for her. If we are honest, though, we will find within ourselves a yearning to feel more connected, more grounded, and more at home in this world. This yearning can lead us back to our disowned roots, which, of course, leads us right into the heart of the earth.

As we begin to see more clearly the people we come from, we can begin to alter our perception of who we are now, laying claim to our inherent relatedness to the earth. We might celebrate this by observing the ancient calendar of solstices and equinoxes, celebrating and honoring the cycle of the seasons as our ancestors did, or we might explore any one of the many earth-based practices through reading or participating in ritual. When we do these things, we tap back into our roots, finding nourishment at the wellspring of our earthly origins, the source we share with all of humanity.

Experts Said it Wouldn't Work, But Rescue Dog and Dying 4-yr-old
Proved Them Wrong

Service dog guards wheelchair in Hembree family photo As nearly anyone who has adopted a pet from a shelter can attest, there’s something special about a rescued animal; it’s as if they can sense they’ve been given a second chance at life. That’s certainly the case with Juno, a Belgian Malinois who was adopted just days before she was to be euthanized. But since coming to live with her family in Alcoa, Tenn., she now has taken on the role of rescuer to a dying boy whom experts believed was not suited for any service dog.

Four-year-old Lucas Hembree suffers from Sanfilippo syndrome, an
inherited, metabolic disease that causes children to lose the ability
to speak, walk and eat. The disease also causes severe neurological
damage that leads to aggressive behavior, hyperactivity and seizures.

With no cure or treatment currently available, Lucas isn’t expected to
live past the age of 15 and may be in a vegetative state by the time
he is eight. Realizing that every moment is extra precious, Chester
and his wife, Jennifer, wanted their son to experience as much as he
could while still having the capacity to enjoy life.

A Faith-filled Shelter Visit

When the disease started to take a toll on Lucas’ joints, Chester
looked into getting a service dog to keep Lucas steady when he walked.

“I was told that a service dog would cost at least $15,000, and that
Lucas wasn’t a good candidate because of his deteriorating abilities
and his behavior,” Chester says. “I refused to accept this answer.”

A combination of prayer and persistence led Chester to Juno. “I came across a posting about her on a rescue group’s website,” he says. “I had the feeling in my gut that I had to go see this dog.”

The whole family made the two-hour trip to meet Juno, who was being held at an east Tennessee shelter. “She was emaciated, and was days away from being euthanized,” Chester says. “She had been surrendered to the shelter because her previous owners didn’t understand the breed.”

gotten to know and love the Belgian Malinois while working as a law
enforcement officer years earlier.

“I used to help with the training of police K-9s, and our dogs were
Belgian Malinoises,” he says. “I loved their desire to work and their
‘never quit’ attitude.” In addition to being a popular choice for
police dogs, the breed is often used in combat. In fact, it’s believed
that the dog which helped Navy SEALs take down Osama bin Laden was a Belgian Malinois.

Juno Proved a Winner

But while the breed has proven its prowess on patrol and in combat,
Chester needed to be sure Juno would be a suitable service dog for his little boy. “I put her on a loose leash and she walked with me and
never pulled,” Chester says. “Next came the Lucas test. They took to
each other immediately, like kindred spirits.”

The Hembrees brought Juno home and showered her with love and affection.

“I wanted to make sure she had plenty of time to adjust to the family
before I started the formal training,” Chester says. Yet, from the
beginning there seemed to be something instinctive about their
relationship. One day, Chester noticed Juno circling Lucas while he
was in his wheelchair. “She was whining and nudging him with her
nose,” Chester says. “I checked his oxygen levels and they were very
low.” After giving him oxygen, Lucas returned to normal and Juno
greeted him with licks and affection.

“That’s when I knew she had the Juno and Lucus, inseparable - Hembree family photoability to pick up on his neurological changes,” Chester says. “Now she alerts us when Lucas is about to have a seizure or if his oxygen levels drop really low. She has saved him several times."

Juno has become a literal shoulder for Lucas to lean on when walking, and a calming influence when he became agitated. And while Chester makes sure that Juno gets time off, he says that it’s hard to get Juno to leave Lucas’ side. “You don’t see one without the other close by,” he says. “It really feels like it was meant to be.”
