I started on a path of personal development around 7 years ago. In that time I've experienced a number of different coaching and enriching modalities from basic psychology to emotional freedom technique. My experience has taught me to be open and drop my preconceptions.
What brought you here?
I'm investigating reiki following a recent experience where I felt moved to lay my hand over my mums heart (she has heart condition). We both felt the heat where my hand hovered over her heart and I want to better understand what is happening and see if I can aid her healing.
