Locations 5+ are rare for humans to experience. Why? Because humans exist for experience in space-time. Locations 5+ are transcending human. These states are common in the afterlife but not common in the physical. Hence the reference to Oversoul for locations 5+. Oversoul spends majority of experience in time-space vs Soul which is more centered in space-time.
