Naturally, some people are still unsure of the reason why the 21st. December was a relatively quiet affair, but we would emphasize that as a civilization you took a great step forward. What is now important is that you continue to focus on all that you wish to be manifested, and you will see it gradually take place. Now that you have left the lower energies behind it will be easier to achieve results, as you will no longer be impeded or held back. Progress as we measure it is the level to which you can raise your consciousness, and it did not reach the expected or desired level before Ascension date. If your intent had been more powerful the result may have been more successful, but you did bring success much nearer than previously. Dear Ones, 21.12. was a success for many individuals, and be assured each soul will have received the higher energies. That can only have been good news because it means that the vibrations upon Earth have risen up, and you have moved that much further into the New Age.

In respect of the many changes that are needed to finally put an end to duality, we along with our allies have never let up in our efforts to bring them in to being. Consequently, they are getting ever nearer to manifestation. As you will know we must carry out the changes with your approval and not impose our will upon you. We are therefore careful to ensure that our allies keep everything above board and within your legal system. However, you do have laws that were not made for the betterment of people or in Love and Light. Those will not be allowed to stop progress and in any event will eventually be removed, as will all those laws that are used to falsely imprison people. In the future all laws will be reviewed and only those that are fair and just and maintain your freedom and sovereignty will be retained. It also means that any person falsely imprisoned will be released, and we know that there are many in this situation.

In time your levels of consciousness will be such that criminal actions will be far from your thoughts, and eventually there will be no crime and therefore no need for prisons at all. Minor indiscretions will be considered by higher Beings, who will decide if any action needs to be taken. Often it is unnecessary as in recognizing their mistake, the answer is already apparent to the soul involved. You presently have the Ten Commandments that have served you very well, except that they are set aside and ignored by those who only care and serve Self. Such souls cannot continue in this way, and will find themselves unable to advance with those who do accept the Oneness of All That Is. They will seal their own fate, and stay within the lower vibrations by their own choice. They will have no one else to blame for their situation, as so often they have been warned of the need to change their ways.

As time passes you will begin to notice more and more, that all types of corrupt practices are being investigated and the culprits are being revealed. It is the result of the upliftment in your levels of consciousness, that desires a return to honesty in all dealings and transactions. There will be no hiding place as the facts will come out as part of the cleansing that is taking place. Anything that still remains of the lower energies is being purged, as you prepare to introduce the changes taking you into the New Age. The media is still largely in the hands of those who hide the truth, but they cannot prevent other mediums such as the Internet revealing the facts.

The whole process of bringing the changes in is not easy, as there are so many people with vested interests in preventing them. However, progress cannot be stopped, and much still happens to move matters on until they reach a point when action can be taken. At this time you have what may be called a "bottleneck" because so many aspects of the changes are verging on completion together. Once what is happening becomes apparent, there will be a whole series of events following in quick succession. Having stepped onto a new pathway there will be changes at various times in the future, over some years before you finally become fully fledged Galactic Beings. These will be most enjoyable experiences, particularly as you will be beyond any interference that presently originates from the lower dimensions.

Disclosure is such an important factor in your evolution that nothing will be left to chance where it is concerned. From our point of view there are still too many people that hold some measure of fear at the prospect of us openly coming to Earth. We are therefore looking for better coverage of our presence from your media, but it must be done correctly and not for sensationalism. There is no doubt whatsoever that we must go ahead soon, and we cannot wait indefinitely. So you may be sure we are doing all we can to create the right setting for disclosure to go ahead. It will be a most momentous occasion and celebrations will be in order for such an historic event.

Time continues to go faster and as it does you will likely lose track of it as it does not dominate your life as previously. This will go along with forgetfulness and a tendency to live in the now. It is bringing you to a point where you will find that life becomes easier by simply going with the flow. We know some people cannot exist without having everything planned, but you will all adapt to the changes and find life is so much more enjoyable taking it as it comes. It will help inasmuch that as you go further into the New Age you will have much more time to yourself, and few if any worries. You have not really experienced what it is like to be free, because you have been imprisoned on your own planet. It has become accepted as normal, and this is why we of the Galactic Federation of Light and others have spent so much time trying to get you to awake to the truth.

Dear Ones, whether you have recognized it or not, you have moved a lot further along your path since the Millennium. This has fulfilled our belief that given more time, more souls would respond to the increasing levels of Light reaching your Earth. Now virtually every soul has moved on through Ascension and have taken in more of the higher energies. They will be further uplifted by the continuing flow, and events showing major changes for the better will be of considerable help. We leave you with our unending Love and blessings for your future.

Beloved Ones, welcome to the Age of Aquarius, the Golden Age of Love and Light, of evolution and of Harmony. This is a most wondrous and fabulous time which awaits you all. Despite the fact that many souls temporarily lost hope, a determination is firmly growing again which will empower all of you in your onward evolution. Your evolution has grown by leaps and bounds on many levels and the issues, who somewhat got stuck behind and who yearn to bring renovations, will pass through the cleft of the door.

This cleft will remain wide open for all who wish to go along and actively participate in this renewed World. Gaia in particular is most grateful for your continued perseverance and your convictions to keep on threading the path of enlightenment. It requires a tremendous perseverance and power to be able to continue this in all the enlightenment and the Love which are your hearts.

We have always been aware of the fact that you would make it this far and there is no way back anymore into this density and this illusion, since your hearts are creating a whole different world and state of Being full of Love and Light. A most gloriously radiant time has arrived and the radiance of it will flourish fully throughout your world. Afore-mentioned radiance depicts your hearts and souls who are enlightening up to your highest state of Being and your highest gradation of the Light. Nothing or nobody will stand in your way when your determination brings you where you presently are.

Many attempts have been done to try to counteract this process coming into manifestation, but to no avail for those attempts have not been successful. The Light is unstoppable and is much more powerful than the will of the dark. You have had enough with this duality, and so we welcome you to the Golden Age of enlightenment where only enlightenment will be the order of the day. Master Saint Germain is at the helm of this Age and his work will bear fruits on condition that you have faith and believe that miracles do happen and are a reality.

A long time ago a decision was made by the hearts of humanity that they were fed up with duality and that it had to come to its end once and for all. What has been sown will now come to pass! Even if for some hearts and souls it seems that they are still dwelling in the same world of sorrow and pain, I advise you to not give up and to look through the illusion! Deep within your being tremendous changes have taken place and much has faded ; Love has been born and has grown. The outer world will follow, what is left to deal with are just the last debaucheries and creations which once have started and find their exit.

Many hearts and souls have recovered themselves in the truth of their beings, the sole truth of their beings. There is only your truth and not that  of somebody else; the opinions of someone else are all too often contradictory with your own. That’s why I have to emphasize that you must have faith in yourself for it is ultimately your own truth that will lead YOU on YOUR way back home. Every culture has its own differences, its own nuances. Every ‘race’ if I may describe it so rather disrespectfully, has its own differences and this applies also to the Galactic and the Higher World of the Light.

The Masters for instance will have different opinions and thoughts than the Archangels, a Pleiadian will have different customs and convictions than a being from Sirius. To get the point accross : despite the many differences which we keep, there is and always will be a unity and a warmth of Love for one another! This remains true as long as Love is the motivation and the source from which all originates and emerges. Love is the ‘glue’ that holds us all together and than it doesn’t matter what the differences are : for we are all one and forming one!

Many souls choose to depart this world often resulting in feelings of sadness for those remaining. Many times we hear the question :”why?” followed by some nasty remarks aimed at each other. This sadness often brings with it a kind of distress and even anger which can destabilize you and lead you into lower, darker vibrations.

We do not ask you not to feel grief with the crossing over of a beloved person as that would be inhuman to request this of you all. Rather we ask that you let go of these occurrences and that you cherish this experience because all too often this is the choice made at the soul level of those departing. Some souls choose to instruct and to give some issues the chance to free themselves out of the collective thinking or better said : to help humanity with freeing their collective thinking out of those issues. Other souls choose a more easy path for themselves to reach their Ascension by leaving their physical vessels behind and in doing so come closer to their Light and to God.

Never forget that you are extremely strong by choosing the path to perform this Ascension WITH your physical vessels involved in the process. This requires a lot of trust, willpower, patience and perseverance!! Never underestimate yourselves : you are immensely powerful and beloved by going through this whole process. No single word can duly express our gratitude nor can it let you feel how we only have your best interest at heart and certainly not how grateful we and Gaia truly are! With all of my soul, my Light and my heart I express my deepest gratitude for being here and to ask you to keep on going just a little while longer. A marvellous world is being born and this thanks to you! Keep on building with all of your Love : the more you are in a state of pure Love the more a radiant splendor will emerge for you.

Build your happiness by being there for each other, by being yourself in all times, the great and the not so great times. Build your projects with your heart in the right place and with the intention of guiding this world to a much better, a more beautiful place. It will be a world of everlasting luck! , this is what the new earth energies are
all about. What are many forgetting?

 

As we have moved through the shift, even though not noticeable for some,
changes have taken place. Many people have told me they feel like the energy of
the earth has changed and they feel without any clear direction.

 

Some are just floating in between and finding it hard to get that inner
direction.

 

It is like we have accomplished something, but now we do not know what the next
step is.

 

I have also noticed many still holding on to old beliefs, old matrixes, old
systems and thinking the way to change those systems can be done while still
having those old beliefs.

 

Many are holding on to the old thought system that was there before the shift,
all that they knew before the shift, they think most of that still applies to
this new world somehow.

 

We even see it in some of the channelings, there is not really something new,
it is either a repeat or a continuation of what was happening before the shift,
and what was told to us before the shift.

 

The only difference is that now more are talking about some of the new
energies, that we have new creational abilities, there is more love, kindness
and compassion.

 

What is happening is that even though we moved through the shift into these new
energies, and yes they allow for a better ability to create or manifest, people
still have old matrixes within them, matrixes and belief systems that even
though they think the new energies are here, they can feel they are here, they
are not ready to fully use them as the old matrixes and belief systems are
within their being, their consciousness, their mind.

 

You can say I have released all that, but saying you have released them doesn’t
mean the imprints have been released.

 

Belief systems are very stubborn, and I have not seen many who were able to
completely eradicate them, even though their thought system is different, there
is still the imprint within the consciousness. Especially the overall human
consciousness. And no matter what, this does influence some of what you think
and do.

 

Belief systems are not just thought systems within your own thought system.

 

They are embedded within our DNA, in our society, in our consciousness, even
within our energy systems.

 

How many have really worked on clearing all that out?

 

Most have just worked on clearing it from their mind.

 

It’s not easy to clear out any of this, and the best place to start is usually
within your own being, and even that is something that is not that easy as it
requires a lot of guidance within and conscious actions. Not just a thought
that says, I am clearing out all of this.

 

Energy does not really work that way, energy needs to be moved consciously,
this is what the new earth energies are all about. Doing the work consciously,
not just thought, but conscious action.

 

How else are we going to learn how to be conscious creators?

 

This is the age of the spirit, the so called golden age of the sun and our
light bodies are in a way fueled by the sun in many ways.

 

But our light bodies are not always fully present with us, or even outside of
us, we have some access to them, we can communicate with some of them, but many
are inactive as they have not been used for a long time because of the density
within the 3d world.

 

The energies at this moment feel lighter, I don’t know if many have noticed, it
feels a bit more fluid and this is why some are experiencing some things
happening faster, maybe manifesting faster.

 

But many are still doing this from within the old belief system and matrixes.

 

Even though it is a good experience to see something manifested, most of the
time it is not a real conscious experience of really creating it yourself,
working with the energies yourself.

 

And as you start to learn how to work with these energies, these new energies,
you have to understand that they work in a different way than the old energies
and also it requires some adjustment of how you think.

 

It requires adjustments within the energy bodies, the physical body, the mind,
the brain and even the heart. As these new energies are in a way very different
than the old energies from before the shift.

 

Yes, not much has changed within the overall human consciousness, but this does
not mean the energies upon earth are not different. Many have told me it feels
more quiet, more peaceful, lighter, but in a way more powerful.

 

As an energy worker myself I can see the difference, I feel the difference and
did go through the process of adjustment to these energies as they affected my
way of thinking, way of feeling and working with the energies.

 

To me it feels for myself I have graduated in a way from the old, and now this
whole new world has opened up and it is going to take some time to adjust and
learn how to work in it.

 

But the goal still stands, even though the outer circumstances have changed,
the inner guidance is still there, go all the way, learn everything there is to
learn in this new world and get to the goal you have set for yourself.

 

 

From one source to another

Being called a disciplinarian is something that has been directed my way for centuries. Through my tutelage, you will be guided but there will be no holding back of your progress as you work towards increasing your human qualities. This does mean dear ones you are required to move so fast that you are unable to retain what it is you are learning, it only means you will be encouraged to face all truths as they are presented, there is no hiding, no stalling. The many who have yet to reach ascension in this embodiment may seek my teachings and guidance knowing the fullest of effort is to be applied each step of the way. 
 
Please dear ones understand with your whole heart that discipline is equal to freedom. There are many who may not agree, and this statement can carry much argument depending on where your mind-set is. There are numerous dear souls that live among you, sharing your beloved Earth  that consider the mere word “discipline” as a bad word that instead is compared to the absence of freedom. Many that are undisciplined tend to be controlled by their tempers, cravings and passions that can cause over-indulgence. Understand dear ones that the ones that are undisciplined are truly without the freedom that is given when you have been gifted with certain talents and skills such as playing an instrument, knack for writing poetry, or creating delicious and eye appeasing desserts. 
 
Realize dear ones Self-Discipline encompasses your actions in accordance to what it is you think rather of how you are feeling at a precise moment. Sometimes sacrificing includes letting go of something that is pleasurable in order to commit to something else that has more meaning and importance in your life. It is Self-Discipline that encourages you to make these choices. Parents do this all the time for their children. How many times have you sacrificed your own sleep to look after your child’s fever through the night, or when you may have agreed to go with your child’s class on a field trip instead of having a relaxing day of your own? There are many instances that can be offered, but sacrifice for many is a daily occurrence. 
 
We have witnessed many that were under the influence of Self-Discipline while working on a project where the initial enthusiasm vanished. They continued working anyway knowing the importance of the finished product. The dedication many of you give to have your physical body in tip top condition instead of relaxing on your sofas demonstrates Self-Discipline. Whenever you wake yourself early just so you can meditate, study a bit or to enjoy the peaceful silence requires Self-Discipline. When many are on diets, especially during the early stages when the stomach begins to shrink the most, many want to quit, but their inner voice urges them to continue – that is Self-Discipline when they continue to honour their body through healthy food choices and portions. There are many examples of Self-Discipline that can be exercised in your day and many still do them without realizing they are illustrating discipline at all. 
 
Many dear souls who have been on their journey of self-discovery have come to the realization that Self-Discipline was a weakness, something that took great effort. But we have seen many of you put your heart and soul into something that you truly wanted and were successful because of many attributes that include Self-Discipline. Everyone has the ability to be more disciplined and committed to their journey and to improve their quality of life in all areas; it is merely a matter of choice and sticking to that choice especially during the hard and challenging times. 
 
There are a few necessary traits that contribute to increasing your own Self-Discipline. One is Self-Knowledge. You are required to choose which behaviour is best to reflect the goals you wish to achieve and demonstrate the values that help to create who you are. This does require you to go within and reflect, analyse yourself and make it a habit to write your goals, dreams and ambitions down. Many people we have witnessed are empowered when they create their own mission statements and keep that statement close by to encourage them of their journey and what it is they are aiming to achieve. Of course you must choose what is best for you, but remember your choices now is what is helping you create your tomorrow. 
 
Another trait that is part of being Self-Disciplined is being consciously aware. This does make perfect sense dear ones. You need to be aware of what you are doing or not doing. If you are not aware of your behaviour is speaking of undisciplined volumes, how would you be able to know how to react or act differently? While increasing your Self-Discipline, you may from time-to-time find yourself within the actions of being undisciplined, you may bite your nails, realize you have ignored going to the gym or abandoned your diet. Be observant and in time you will catch yourself quicker. Each time you notice you didn’t follow through on a positive life-changing choice you are provided with the opportunity to make another decision to resume your choices that are positive and disciplined that helps bring you into perfect alignment of the goals you are aiming to achieve. 
 
Even though you make the effort to write your goals, dreams and ambitions, you also need to make a personal commitment with yourself that you will follow through. What will happen is your internal alarm will alert you to wake early so you can meditate but you are suddenly under the impulse to ignore your inner alarm or that project that you have been working on even through the initial enthusiasm has drifted becomes a struggle to complete. Commitment can be a struggle for many dear souls. You are encouraged to begin making conscious choices that are easy to follow through each time, then increasing the level of difficulty in your choices at certain intervals that provides you a checkpoint on your prognosis. It may take longer to reach your desired goal, but with your determination and commitment you will succeed reaching your goals, dreams and ambitions. 
 
Becoming more disciplined does require hard work and effort. Being more Self-Disciplined relies on your courage. Many try to pretend something is easy while they are struggling and find the task at hand painful and difficult. It requires courage to rise and face this difficulty and seek the help and support required that will enable you to reach fulfillment of what you are aiming to achieve. Over time you will acquire little victories where you persevered and kept going. These little victories of winning the inner battles within yourself that tell you to quit will help to increase your confidence and before you know it thanks to the courage you have brought into your ambitions, dreams and goals Self-Discipline will start coming to you naturally. 
 
Dear ones, you will find yourself being tested and sometimes you may begin to listening to the negative self-talking that is going on within the mind. You can control this by re-encouraging yourself the importance of your goals, why you are putting out so much effort, what it is you are aiming to achieve. Reassure yourself through positive self-talk that you LOVE what you are doing. Dig a little deeper if need be and reinforce your energy with a fresh wave of courage to help further your commitment and hang onto the awareness of the task you applying your effort to fulfill. 
 
When you are so driven to fulfill any areas of your journey it is important dear ones to remain focused and aware. Commit to yourself and to the path you are on. Yes it can be a daunting path, but it is also filled with wondrous rewards. Come, seek my presence and we will travel far but know you will be encouraged to always give at least 100%. Today and every day you are deeply loved not only by me, but by the many that walk beside you and of course you are loved and cherished by God.

Warm greetings to all.

This transmission of love is here to assist you in your expanded awareness of your Divine Self. What is asked of you here is that you simply and gently notice the Presence of Divinity that pours through you as you read these words. Notice the transmission of love that comes from your own heart. Nothing more is asked of you here. I shall begin this talk on the Rainbow Light Body by first stating that it is all about YOU and your Self-awareness. This Body of Light is but the radiant manifestation of God that you are. This Radiance holds no form, no limits and no descriptions of Itself. It simply IS. However, in the human realm there are indeed many terminologies and teachings that attempt to explain with clarity the true nature of this Light Body. I can tell you with great joy that It is sublime beyond your human imaginings. It is called by many names, such as the Higher Self, True Self, Divine Self, Rainbow Light Body, Fifth-dimensional Light Body, Etheric Body, Causal Body, Diamond Self, etc. From a multidimensional perspective, yes, there are what you term "levels," "stages" and "degrees" to this Divine Body of Light that you are. There can be said to be many types of Light Bodies, indeed. But ask yourself, what is the point of holding so many distinctions? You are all very much aware of various names and concepts regarding such things, but where does it all end? And does it ever really end? The "paradox" from a multidimensional perspective is that it never ends, for creation is a multifaceted diamond. That is why one name for this Body of Light is the Diamond Self, because in this state it is everyone and everything. The so-called paradox here is that on the other hand all things must come to their end, for things are temporary, they are temporal and spatial, whereas the true nature of Divine Light is that It is unmoved and unchanged. It never really ceases to be the Indefinable Reality. This is not for the human mind to comprehend. However, it is mentioned here because there is a deep inner knowing within you that KNOWS it is Perfect beyond measure. This inner Self-knowledge cannot be touched by the ego, yet the ego can and does act as a cloud to obscure the Radiant Clarity of your Divine Perfection. Little does the ego know that, in a manner of speaking, it too is sourced from the same Perfection!

Breathe with Me, dear ones. Breathe and remember that Divine Presence within you right now. It is You! This treatise on activating the Rainbow Light Body is not really about "activating" anything. I confessed! It IS about you showing an active interest in your True Nature, which cannot be known by the intellect. I will share with you some exercises and some "secrets" about realizing the Rainbow Light Body. First, It is of course not a "body" as you would term It, for It has no structure or form. It is Divine Clarity. Some of you may be familiar with the term, the "Clear Light." Well, this is a very good term, in that it speaks of a Light that is beyond the spectrum of light as you know it. Try to imagine, if you will, a Colorless Light. Sound a bit paradoxical? Very good, for humans can only learn through lessons of paradox. I, however, am familiar with both human paradox and a Reality in which no paradox really exists. The latter is the True Natural State of the Light Body.

Breathe deeply, friends. The first "secret" here is that the dense reality that you know was created on the out-breath of Source. Now, this out-breath of density, dense light, is where you humans sometimes make a noisy sigh when you feel frustration, tension. Remember, "As above, so below." This is all metaphor here, for I can only "speak" to you in a way that you may comprehend using human metaphors. Well, the Creator, in this sense, SIGHED the creation of the multiverse. Does this sound negative? Understand, if you will, that creation was created through a degree of tension; in other words God created a hologram, a facsimile, of Itself. Yes, I just called God a FAX MACHINE! (Smile) The analogy here being that a fax machine can produce endless copies or "holograms" from itself, while at the same time never losing any of its own weight, its own essence and identity. In the same way, there IS NO lessening of God's Light through creation, although Its holograms/parts appear vibrationally less radiant than the Whole. God is ALWAYS Absolute and Unchanged. How can Source ever cease to be Itself?

It is not possible, My friends, and in the same way, the Light Body does not need to be "activated" or "created" by you, nor can It be. You must simply have an ACTIVE INTEREST in It, and It will lead the way. Every religion speaks of the Light Body in some manner. It is depicted in science fiction, movies, comic books and many forms of entertainment, even expressed through music. Now, this out-breath of creation is where Divine Light appears to become tensified or densified into matter. Your legendary Bruce Lee understood this Taoist principle very well through his trademark "Yeows!" and force projection techniques. Projection is the out-breath, the electric yang principle. Attraction is the in-breath of creation; the magnetic yin principle of the Cosmic Mother. Now, through simply learning to adjust and relax your breathing patterns you can bring in more prana, more Light or Life Force, on your in-breaths, as well as discharge less tension and more Love and Light on your out-breaths. While all this is happening, your Radiant Light Body is never diminished nor depleted of Its Light/Life Force Energy, which is endless. Using your imagination, you could simply picture your Light Body as breathing you into a greater manifestation of Pure Light. You can practice seeing your physical body as a "puppet," if you will, of your Divine Self. This is the opposite of how the ego uses the body as a puppet, to further its sense of separation from others and its Source. You have no true "free will" when under the influence of the ego. When you allow your Higher Self to "pull the strings," so to speak, you are actually claiming your power as an empowered sovereign Being of Light, where you recognize that there is in fact only One True Will, and it is God's, thus it is yours. Most of humanity still has this backwards, believing that through asserting the will of the ego is the way to happiness and success. But as the very wise Dr. Wayne Dyer often reminds other Truth-seekers, "There is no way to happiness. Happiness IS the way." Therefore, the only "way" to happiness is through choosing happiness, and for many people who are feeling fatigued and stressed, this must first come in the form of finding some quick relief from tension to ease the sense of a heavy burden. A very natural and immediate way to find relief is through putting your attention on your breathing pattern, even if you do not initially take any deep breaths. For AWARENESS of the breath is very empowering when you make the choice to learn what your habitual way of breathing is telling you about yourself; your perceptions, beliefs and attitude about yourself and your world. Your Light Body responds immediately with giving you more Light when you open your mind and heart to discovering WHY you react in the subtle and not-so-subtle ways that you do. This is not to say that all of your reactions are fear-based. It is simply about being more AWARE of the inner intentions that you have that cause you to react in whichever ways you do. You do not even need to label these intentions as good or bad, or positive and negative. You can simply learn to deeply FEEL the difference in vibration between them, in more and more subtle ways. The more you learn to notice the inner changes and subtleties of your own mind, body and energy field, the more POWER you have in integrating more of your Rainbow Light Body, which includes balancing all of your chakras. Just as a diamond is also a symbol of indestructibility, so too is your Diamond Light Body indestructible (and multifaceted as It manifests in creation).

A very important area of concern for many Lightworkers is the issue of whether or not one "needs" to be instructed, attuned and activated by, or through, another person. In most cases, since most of you are still quite dependent upon others for attention, validation and love, the answer logically becomes "yes," and your Light Body respects this. However, for those of you who are adamant that everyone needs an external teacher, guide or "expert" on such matters of "activation," whether it is kundalini awakening that you are seeking or Fifth-dimensional Light Body, or whatever, remember that there have been people like Dr. Usui (the "founder" of the Reiki modern system) that DID NOT rely upon ANY human teacher or guru to activate his natural healing abilities. He had allowed himself to be a powerful conduit of Universal Life Force Energy through a very determined focus of making DIRECT CONTACT with the Divine Source, rather than rely upon a "middle man." The irony here is that when a Truth-seeker is so open as this, he/she actually ALLOWS the true "middle man" (their Higher Self) to form of Bridge of Light to Christ Consciousness, in which he/she travels upon in a type of out-of-body experience which brings them closer to their Light Body. This type of DIRECT EXPERIENCE is FAR MORE empowering than paying for "attunements" from a so-called "master" of a healing modality (Usui, for example, was far more powerful in his channeling of Reiki than most modern-day "certified Reiki masters"), although the latter approach is valid and can be very empowering for those who pursue that choice with enthusiasm. It is only until the Truth-seeker really begins to genuinely, intuitively FEEL that they do not need to rely upon anyone else but their Higher Self for guidance, that it is clearly seen, "No, I do not need this belief system, teacher or guru to guide me, but I AM open to receive love and assistance from others." As My beloved astrologer/numerologist friend, Linda Goodman, once channeled in an epiphany, "GURU = Gee, You Are You!" You ARE your own Guru, for that is what I, the Higher Self, AM. ("Guru" basically means "dispeller of darkness" in Sanskrit.) And thus it is so!

Your Radiant Light Body, quite simply, is LOVE. Breathe with Me and FEEL this Truth within you, AS You. Just as dear Hawayo Takata learned after crossing over into Spirit that Reiki is Love, so too do you have the opportunity now (without "croaking") to perceive with clarity, "Hey, I AM the very Love that I seek! It is right here, right now. I AM right here, right now." Do you FEEL the utter beauty and simplicity of this? Now... There are many simple Light Body meditations, visualizations and exercises that would serve you very well. As My sister at RainbowLightBody.com recommends (No, this isn't a PLUG to advertise a product! Wink!), LOVING-KINDNESS is REQUIRED for your Self-realization of the Rainbow Light Body. She emphasizes this and related points, rather than focus on specific meditations, simply because it is so very overlooked by so many people who seek to "activate" their Light Body. So many Lightworkers are willing to shell out money for a book, a class, a teacher, a method, rather than really inquire within as to whether it is necessary at first to seek external help in this way. Again, this method is valid, for it is merely a reflection of one's faith. I simply wish to REMIND Truth-seekers that the help that they seek is closer to them than "the tip of their noses." Now, this sister at the aforementioned website is, like Me, a HUGE proponent of cultivating Self-love, which she calls "Radical Self-love." (Ooh, I LOVE that term! Perhaps we can also call it the "Radical Light Body.") A very simple meditation that Cosmic Awareness gave in a 1984 channeling is to imagine VITAL ENERGY flowing to you from all directions and building up along your spine, and then flowing out into all areas of your body. Furthermore, imagine this energy flowing back out from your body as it forms your aura. You can imagine this energy as white light, golden light, a rainbow spectrum of colors, or however you wish, and you really do not need to imagine anything specific at all, of course, in order for this simple exercise to be effective. (It also greatly strengthens the immune system.) The key to all healing is FEELING well-being with positive emotion, for this many of you know as the Art of Allowing. As a note, it is very efffective if you imagine/FEEL that YOU are the Light Body that is feeding the physical body, as the ego personality becomes transparent and ALLOWS the Vital Energy to be fed back into the Higher Self. (Yes, I AM asking YOU to gift ME with this Vital Energy as well! This is the "torus effect" known in metaphysics and science.)

A great spiritual inspiration named Brother Lawrence called it "practicing the Presence of God," for that is practically what this Light Body business is all about. There are simple things that can assist you in this practice (if you aren't using them already) such as breathing more deeply from the diaphragm, drinking more water, grounding exercises, etc. For some of you, like the great non-dualism teacher Mooji, you do not feel it necessary at all to formally practice any such meditations and visualizations! This is a very advanced attitude, indeed, if you are of this temperament, for you are in essence living as your Higher Self in human embodiment. If you would be very conscious of allowing your thoughts, words and actions to be examples of loving-kindness, you are manifesting a high-level spiritual attitude that is the hallmark of Self-mastery. This is a powerful feed-back system of Self-love that benefits all of creation; indeed the entire Omniverse. You cannot realize your Light Body until you bravely face and fully accept, love and heal your ego's shadows through allowing God's Light to shine on them and transmute them. You have an opportunity here and now to have an attitude of practicing living principles of advanced spirituality. Many of you reading this message already are. All of you are congratulated for how far you've come, but most importantly for Who-You-Really-Are.

Beloved ones, we wish to welcome you into your new world now that you’ve had a week or two to feel out the new energies. While it still may not be apparent to many people that anything happened during the Shift, we can assure you that much has indeed happened.

As was witnessed by some who are presently embodied on the planet among you, the very structure that previously supported the third dimension has been removed by those great Beings who constructed it in the first place. Your world and everything upon it has been moved up into the 4th dimension and will now move gradually into the 5th dimension, as more people begin to feel the heart-based feminine energies that are now available to anyone.

The work done by the light workers on the planet has been extraordinary, your devotion to the cause exemplary. Now the entire Universe will benefit from your work, as well as that portion of the Earth’s population who are yet unawake, but whose Higher Selves wish for them to also ascend. We thank you for your astonishing generosity of spirit, beloved ones of the collective of humanity.

For those of you who are still dissatisfied with the outcome of Shift, we apologize profusely for any misunderstandings or expectations that were not met. Part of the misunderstanding, if one existed, stems from semantics, the use of language and the ability of our messengers to accurately convey our messages. Another part of the “problem”, if one exists, is that sometimes the human mind (and ego) has difficulty in understanding that we work on a different time frame.

We do not work from dates, but from levels of energy. And there are always changes in plans.
However, the time period of 12/12/12 to 12/23/12 was quite extraordinary. Due to the very expectations, hopes and desires of those focusing on the potentiality of ascension, your combined efforts enabled the legions of Heaven to lift up the planet and humanity into a lighter vibration, lower density plane. As we have stated earlier, a transformation of your world has taken place, just not in the manner expected by some.

It will take some time, in your terms, for the changes to be apparent in the physical. However, those among you who are particularly sensitive have already experienced a noticeable difference in the energies. Those who have the gift and ability of clairvoyance have witnessed a change in the light radiating from the planet and surrounds; the darkness that had invaded the lower dimensions of your world is gone. All that formerly supported the continuance of the rigid structure of three-dimensional life is now gone.

All the structures that were created in 3D are now without inner support; like a building from which the primary supports have been withdrawn, they will collapse. Still, patience is required for those who look to see outward changes.

We remind you, gently, to first look within if you desire to see and experience changes in your world. You are all co-creators; your thoughts as a collective create the world in which you live. Although multiple timelines do exist and intermingle, it is still up to the collective of the timeline in which you find your major focus that will determine what you experience.

We encourage you to leave the structures of the old energy to fall into decay on their own. Placing your focus upon them or resisting them in any way gives these structures power, at least for a short time. Focus instead on your own inner journey. You have all done the work, whether in full consciousness or not; at some level your multidimensional being has been involved in the great Shift, the one long predicted by many cultures across the globe.

In Heaven, we work with long cycles. This Shift was expected for a long time as it came at the end of one world and the beginning of another. Yet with all change, there is some cross-over and gradual loosening of old bonds and ways of thinking that need to be done, even as new ways of living and thinking become more common with the passage of time.

You, our beloved and hard-working light-workers, are needed here on the planet, to continue to hold the light and to be examples of how to live in the new energies. We encourage you to play with the energies, first to see if you do sense any differences. Some light-workers, although very awake, aware and able have not yet tapped into their higher abilities (clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience and others).

Do not fret or be disturbed by this apparent lack that you may be experiencing. As the tension and stress attributed to the old energies begins to leave your bodies, you will begin to naturally open up to feeling, seeing and hearing new things. Other abilities will also manifest as your higher selves begin to be able to merge and anchor into your physical body.

Work on learning to balance and calm your emotional body, as it is one of the sensitive bodies that absorb a lot of information, but which is blocked when you are upset, angry, and anxious or in fear. Clearing the emotional body of fear will enable you to access higher functions of intuition. And do learn to take a moment or two (or much longer) to spend time with yourself in a quiet place so you can listen, simply listen for the quiet voice within. If you feel that it is yourself talking in your head, you are correct.

What is being said is another issue. If your ego is trying to dominate the conversation, the message will be controlling, even negative in its wording. In contrast, the voice of your higher self will be gentle, calm and sometimes even funny. Our messenger can attest to the humor of her guides; she has enjoyed many a chuckle or laugh due to a wry comment or two.

There is much to learn or remember for now you are opening up to the realization that you are truly multidimensional beings, existing at once on many different planes. Your higher bodies communicate with other soul extensions and members of their soul monad or families, as well as communicate with other greater beings whose “bodies” encompass planets, stars and even Universes. We do not relate this to make you feel intimidated, but to encourage you to explore your new world, step by step, in a manner that will not lead to overwhelm.

Seasoned light-workers are being situated to offer assistance, if needed, along the way to fifth dimensional living and you may call on us, Father-Mother God, the archangels, the angels and ascended masters, as well as upon your galactic brethren for assistance. For now, this assistance will be mostly on an energetic level, but in time when more of your population are feeling better adjusted, our assistance will become more physically apparent.

Particular dates and predictions will not be given out as that only leads to expectations and disappointments.
To quicken your own personal ascension, we encourage you to look out sources to teach you meditation and relaxation techniques. Listen to how you feel about anything that you explore. If your body begins to tighten up and you feel stressed or anxious, then whatever you are exploring is not for you.

You are in charge of your ascension. It is a process, but can be speeded up according to how much you apply yourself to the “work”.

And there will be some who float naturally along with the energies and do not have to do any work that is apparent to an onlooker. However, be aware that many light-workers have embodied with little or no karma, and have already attained ascension in other worlds and planes numerous times.

They are here with you to anchor a greater light quotient to keep the energy level of the general population high enough to sustain the continuance of the ascension process for all. In doing this sacred work, they are contributing to the Whole of Creation, for the entire Universe is being affected by the work being done here.

We are quite pleased by what has taken placed on Earth. From the darkest, most dense planet of the third dimension she has literally been transformed. And she will, again, take her rightful place as one of the most beautiful planets existing within this Universe. We hope that many of you will choose to linger upon her as she is raised up in vibration and becomes as bright as a star. There is much to be done to heal her physical body, but also much potential for the use of creative energies to assist in this work of the new age.

If you are still experiencing disappointment and sorrow, please call upon us for comfort. Our nurturing feminine energies can bring a relaxation and release to whatever is bothering you. It is possible that you also may need to work on journaling or doing some other inner kinds of work as this great change will bring up much that needs to be healed. In the process of everyday living in 3D, much was stuffed down in order to be able to function in the restricted manner in which the 3D world required.

While it was never meant to be so restrictive, it became so. The resulting traumas and emotional upsets are still stored in the tissue and cells of your physical body, manifesting as pain, heat or cold. Call upon the healing angels and the gentle Arcturians to assist you in these healings.

We encourage you to release now all judgment of those who participated in the darkest episodes (and to some degree, still persist) of your old world; they will have to undergo a life review upon leaving this world. We can assure you that self-judgment is far more severe than anything that the heavenly hosts would choose to dish out. These ones will suffer remorse and even dismay at what they have done when they experience it through their own bodies.

Leave that punishment and vengeance to the out-playing of natural law. And work on releasing your own sense of self-judgment that has been taken on in as a result of living in a constrictive environment with many laws and expectations, most of them false, unattainable or designed to control and intimidate the population.

In our eyes, you are perfect. As you expand your sense of self, you will also begin to experience the wonder of your being. You are all beautiful light beings, whose light brilliantly shines through the massive aura of your planet. We love all of you and admire your determination to sustain the work through many lifetimes, despite all of the resistance, pain and trauma that you have endured.

There will come a time when you will be able to review much of what has transpired here, to see and even experience some of your currently suppressed history, that which has been untold or buried by your erstwhile controllers. Much will be revealed. Much will astonish you. You have worked hard and the way will become easier as you move into the new energies. Be open to what comes.

There will be much opportunity and changes coming for those who are able to focus their intent and dreams into being. It is a wondrous new world that you are entering. A child-like sense of wonder, an ability to open your mind to possibilities and a determination to meet the challenges that will come will give all a new sense of being alive.

You have finally struck free of the bonds that held you back.

Use your creative powers to create the world in which you want to live. Bring it into manifestation and discover the wonders of your multidimensionality, as well as the endless opportunities, joy and wonders that will unfold to those who go forth with eyes open and senses expectant.

Where we left off:
We left off with the Landing Party from the Mothership preparing for their assignment. The Arcturian was saying, “Some of you will remain on the cloaked Ship and bi-locate to your assigned areas. Others will remain on the Ship and send telepathic messages to find those who are open to that type of communication. Finally, others will actually land on the planet, but in a frequency that is out of sync with third dimensional consciousness. Hence, only those with multidimensional perception will be able to recognize your presence.”

Mytria and I were just about to leave the Briefing Room when the Arcturian telepathically asked us to follow. Mytria and I heard the message as ONE person. However, the Arcturian had beamed away. More advanced training, we thought.
We joined our intuitive forces and sought out the Arcturian’s location with our Heart-Mind.
With a mutual look of recognition, we held hands and beamed into my favorite Holosuite. Sure enough, the Arcturian was in the Earth Holoprogram, waiting to prepare us for our Mission on Ascending Earth.
The Arcturian Speaks:
We want to give you some specific training before you begin your Mission as Pleiadian Emissaries to Earth. Since you both have learned to bi-locate, you have been chosen to assist our Earth Family to remember how to experience multiple realities within the NOW. Furthermore, since you are Divine Complements, you will also be called upon to assist our Earth Family in remembering how to merge with their Twin Flame/Divine Complement.
Since you are both well trained and in full unity with your Multidimensional SELF, you will actually be consciously living three expressions of your blended multidimensional SELF:
You will remain here on the Mothership in your highest expression to guide your other multiple aspects of SELF.
You will be in the half-octave-up frequency of Earth’s shifting base-line frequency. From this position you will be able to freely move around and assist our Earth Family, but only those of fifth dimensional consciousness and beyond will be able to perceive you.
Simultaneously, you will inter-dimensionally time travel back to the moment in which your ascending planet in the Pleiadian System was facing similar challenges as Ascending Earth. In this manner, you will directly experience your Pleiadian ascension in order to clearly remember what was most effective in your world. Once remembered, you can use these ascension strategies to assist the Earthlings.
We stated in the briefing that you would all be getting your assignment after the meeting. You are, indeed, getting your assignment, but training will precede the initiation of your Mission. We will begin our training with the integration of the masculine and feminine expressions of your ONE Twin Flame. Your Twin Flame is also known as your Divine Complement because he or she divinely complements you in every way.
Because of your long interaction with polarized third/fourth dimensional realities, you have had many incarnations of being either male or female. Eventually, most of your expressions in third/forth dimensional form forgot that you had a perfect complement in a higher frequency and/or different reality.
However, as you progress towards your return to the fifth dimension, you begin to lose your need and desire for a polarized expression. It is then that you seek out your Divine Complement, just as you - Mytria and Mytre - sought each other on your Pleiadian planet. The two of you did merge in creating a child, but were separated before you could complete your merging into ONE Androgynous SELF.
Within your joint expression of SELF you can easily and intimately experience multiple realities within the NOW of the ONE. It is for this reason that we will begin our instruction with your “Blending into Oneness.” Once you have mastered the experience of Blending into Oneness with your Divine Complement, it is much easier to blend into Oneness with your Earthly expressions of SELF.
Divine Complements blended into ONE is the “Mother Root” of all the expressions of SELF that you have in your myriad experiences of form. All of the members of this Mission have multiple expressions of their SELF in a human earth vessel. Many of these humans also have their Divine Complements embodied on Earth during the time that you will be entering.
Therefore, it is important that you have an in-depth understanding of the topic of Divine Complements, as you will be instructing your Earthly Ascending humans to merge with their Divine Complement. Because this topic is so very vast, we will have to begin at the beginning, which is Source in the twelfth dimension. We will begin by expanding your awareness regarding your cycle from Source, into your myriad expressions of reality and then back to Source.
The Grand Cycle
Leaving and Returning to Source
For eons beyond time, your consciousness existed within the ONE of Source. Whenever Source desires to intimately experience Its many worlds and realities, It creates a Portal of Light through which It merges with Its creations. These Portals of Light (consciousness within form) are the highest evolution of consciousness within every reality. Within your Pleiadian Homeworld, the highest expression was in humanoid form.
Since there is a great deal of Pleiadian DNA in humans, they too are manifest in humanoid form. As you both know, there are many forms that Source uses to serve as a Light Portal through which It can experience It’s creation. Some examples of Source’s Portals of Light encased in form are humanoids, insectoids, arachnoid, cetacean and draconian. There are also Portals of Light in the fifth dimension and beyond with mutable forms of light and/or exist as pure consciousness with No form.
However, since we are now discussing the return of Light Portals that form planet Earth, we will discuss the creation of the Divine Child. A Divine Child is a Humanoid being who will eventually take a form in one of Source’s worlds of form. Not all beings have a gender. But we are focusing on the Cycle of a Light Portal (human) created to be the window through which Source can experience a third/fourth dimensional reality based on form and gender.
When Source in the Twelfth Dimension is moved to create a Portal of Light It calls forth Its First Light Ray of Masculine, non-manifest Essence to merge into It’s Second Light Ray of Feminine, potential form. As the Masculine and Feminine Rays of Light merge into Oneness of the highest frequency of light, unconditional love, a Third Ray, the Light of the Divine Child, is created from the creative powers of that love.

Third Ray-(Divine Child, Humanity)-Unconditional Love
The First Ray of the Masculine uses His Power of Creation to create a field of unconditional love into which He sends His Seed of Creation…
The Second Ray of the Feminine uses Her Infinite Wisdom to enter that field of unconditional love so that she may conceive their Divine Child…
The Third Ray of the Divine Child emerges from this field of unconditional love with all the Qualities of both Father God and Mother Goddess…
The First Ray expresses Source’s Divine Quality of the Power of Creation.
The Second Ray expresses the Source’s Divine Quality of Infinite Wisdom.
The Third Ray is the result of the merging of Creative Power and Infinite Wisdom honed into beingness by Source’s Divine Quality of Unconditional Love.
These Divine Qualities of the Power of Creation, Infinite Wisdom and Unconditional Love are implanted in the ATMA of the High Heart of every Divine Child. Once the Divine Child has learned to access and live via the Divine Qualities of the Fourth through Seventh Rays, the High Heart opens and the Divine Child commences with his/her Return to Source.
The Next Four Rays Spring from the Need of the Divine Child
Fourth Ray - Activates the Divine Quality of Purity

Sixth Ray - Activates the Divine Quality of Invocation
Seventh Ray - Activates the Divine Quality of Transmutation
These four Rays of Light represent the Divine Qualities of Source, which were bequeathed onto It’s Divine Child. The birthright of these Qualities will assist the Divine Child to prosper within form and, eventually, return Home to Source.
The Fourth Ray is the foundation for expansion of consciousness
The Fifth Ray is the foundation for the exploration of consciousness
The Sixth Ray is the foundation for unity consciousness
The Seventh Ray is the foundation for transmutation of consciousness
The Qualities of these inner Rays of Light activate humanity’s inner Light Portal so that the Divine Child can share his/her reality with the ONE. The activation of these Qualities in daily life will light the way back to Source. When the Qualities of Source are unveiled and utilized by the Child of Source he/she can find the way back to their Divinity by steadily expanding their consciousness.
Using the Qualities in Human Life
Once the Light Portal/Divine Child/Human can remember and master the Qualities of the Fourth through Seventh Rays, they can embrace their innate creative Qualities of Power, Wisdom and Unconditional Love imbedded within their High Heart.
The Fourth Ray is the foundation for expansion of consciousness.
The Fourth Ray holds the Divine Quality of Purity and focuses on living in peace.
When you, the manifest Portal of Light and Divine Child of Source, are centered within the Divine Quality of Purity, you can more easily find peace in daily life. The innate Quality of Purity is a “firewall” against any darkness that attempts to invade your form. Within the safety of this firewall, you can begin the expansion of your consciousness into the Knowing that YOU are the Divine Child of Source, and hence a Portal of Light.
This Knowing develops a greater confidence in your innate Purity. This confidence assists you to maintain a state of consciousness that is above interaction with that which distracts you from your true Purity of Purpose. In this manner, a dedication to furthering your Purity of Purpose directs your attention and intention onto that which is loving and pure. This intention creates an increase of consciousness that expands your perceptions beyond the confines of third dimensional limitation and into the higher expressions of your own Divinity. In this manner, you awaken your Individual Consciousness.
The Fifth Ray is the foundation for an exploration of consciousness.
The Fifth Ray holds the Divine Quality of Truth and focuses on Healing and Science.
When centered within the Divine Quality of Truth, your consciousness and perceptions expand beyond the myriad illusions of your polarized reality. You begin to remember your true, Multidimensional SELF, which activates your higher abilities.
These higher abilities guide you to explore your reality through the higher perceptions of your expanded consciousness. This exploration of consciousness activates your innate creativity, and you long to improve the reality in which you live. Thus, you expand your consciousness into Group Consciousness.
With the activation of your creative exploration you remember higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF who consciously, or unconsciously, guide you to discover advanced ways to perceive the world through new scientific methods. Furthermore, your exploring consciousness FEELS the unconditional love of your Higher Expressions and begins to notice how this unconditional love carries a remarkable ability to heal all life. On whatever Path you take you become a leader in your world because you must find the truth.

The Sixth Ray holds the Quality of Invocation and focuses on Reverence in Daily Life.
When you are centered on the Divine Quality of Invocation, you remember to daily, if not hourly or even moment-to-moment, communicate with your higher expressions of SELF.
Through this Unity with your higher dimensional expressions of SELF, you remember the Oneness of ALL Life. Thus you seek to join in Unity Consciousness with your fellow humanity, as well as with all planetary life. Hence you have expanded your consciousness into Planetary Consciousness.
Unity with all life expands your consciousness into a deeper experience of your own Multidimensional SELF. Those who once appeared to be your Guides are now realized as higher expressions of your own expanded SELF. Your ever-increasing unity with your Multidimensional SELF expands your perceptual field into higher and higher frequencies of reality. Hence, you become an inter-dimensional traveler. This traveling introduces you to members of your Galactic and Celestial SELF. Thus you have expanded your consciousness into Galactic Consciousness.
The Seventh Ray is the foundation for transmutation of consciousness.
The Seventh Ray holds the Quality of Transmutation and focuses on the transmutation of all form into its higher frequencies of expression.
When you are centered on the Seventh Ray Quality of Transmutation, you begin your return to Source. It took you many eons to finally move from the Twelfth Dimension of Source Consciousness, into the Tenth and Eleventh Dimensions of Cosmic Consciousness, then into the Eighth through Tenth Dimensions of Universal Consciousness, into the Seventh Dimension of Oversoul Consciousness, the Sixth Dimension of Light Consciousness (consciousness as Light), the Fifth Dimension of Planetary and Galactic Consciousness and finally into the Third/Fourth Dimensions of Individual Consciousness.
With the full awakening of the Divine Quality of Transmutation, your physical form becomes c**bersome. Your consciousness is resonating a frequency that is too high to be encased in such a dense form. Therefore, symptoms of transmutation begin to occur more and more frequently. This period of change can be quite uncomfortable, as you may feel “crammed into a box that is too small for you”.
However, your third dimensional world has been based on resistance.
You have felt resistance against the earth with each footfall, as well as the resistance of your clothing against your skin. You knew you were YOU because you were separate from all that was NOT you. You spent your time doing work, which is resistance over time. However, you are now agitated at the thought of work and individuality is not needed to express yourself.
In fact, the YOU that you have come know as your SELF lives in Unity with All Life. You tire of your human experience and are ready to return Home. Of course, this Return will be beyond time, as it begins with your return to the timeless fifth dimension. Furthermore, since fifth dimensional consciousness is focused on Unity, this return begins by unifying your consciousness with your Divine Complement.
Do you now understand the long journey to merging with your Divine Complement? Furthermore, can you better realize how the blending of the Masculine Power of Creation with the Feminine Ultimate Wisdom is vital for the conception of your higher expression of Lightbody?
When your consciousness is trapped in the lower frequency humanoid form, the experiences sent to Source through your Light Portal are blurred by illusion. On the other hand, the Light Portal of your Lightbody is free of illusion and can perceive Source while Source perceives you. Therefore, you can develop an interactive relationship.
Conversely, while wearing your fifth dimensional Lightbody you can perceive your SELF as a component of the Totally Unity of Source. Additionally, you are aware that there are millions of expressions of your SELF on myriad realities and dimensions with whom you are united within the ONE of Source.

Married 76 years, Mich. couple die 12 hours apart

WYANDOTTE, Mich. -- In death, as in life, William and Edna Kreger were nearly inseparable.

William Kreger, 96, a former mayor of Wyandotte, died Friday. Edna Kreger, 97, died the next morning, just about 12 hours later.

"It's like my dad came to get her," said the couple's son, Conrad Kreger.

Kreger said his parents met as teenagers at Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte. They were married for 76 years and had six children.

"My dad never went to bed without kissing her goodnight and telling her he loved her," Kreger said.

William Kreger served as the mayor of Wyandotte from 1950-1956, according to the city's website. He spent several years on the Wayne County Commission and the board of commissioners for Huron-Clinton Metroparks.

Kreger said his father also owned Coca-Cola bottling facilities and was a former publisher of the News-Herald family of newspapers.

"He used to go to work at 5 o'clock in the morning and come home at 10 o'clock at night," Kreger said.

Kreger credited his mother with instilling faith and a sense of honor in him and his siblings.

William and Edna Kreger enjoyed traveling. Their trips included Russia, China, New Zealand and Australia.

On Thursday, William Kreger fell and hit his head at home, according to his son.

Kreger said he and his sister, Gretchen Wenk, were at their father's bedside at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and told him: "Dad, it's OK to go. Make a place for mother."

William Kreger died at about 6 p.m. Friday.

Meanwhile, Kreger said another sister, Suzanne Smith, was with their mother at her home. Edna Kreger had dementia and was under hospice care.

Kreger said Smith woke up early Saturday morning and strongly felt the presence of their father.

Later that morning, she took a shower. When she got out, Edna Kreger had died.
"We're not approaching this as an event to be mourned," Kreger said.. "It's an event to be celebrated. As Christians, we believe life has not ended. It's just changed."

A shared funeral Mass is scheduled to take place Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wyandotte.

Along with their children, William and Edna Kreger are survived by 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
