Black hole at heart of our galaxy “will erupt next year”, say astronomers By Rob Waugh

A huge eruption lit up the skies on our planet two million years ago - creating a fuzzy ball of light around the size and brightness of the moon.

The eruption - a huge blast from the black hole at the centre of our galaxy - would have been witnessed by our ancestors, homo erectus, on the plains of Africa.

Scientists have found the first evidence of this “huge explosion” of radiation from the supermassive black hole - four million times the mass of our sun - a faint glow in a cloud of gas millions of miles from the black hole itself.

Scientists describe the supermassive black hole - Saggitarius A* - as a “dormant volcano”.

Blasts of energy can jet out of black holes when stars and gas clouds are “consumed” by the black hole - and scientists warn that there are “lots and lots” circling our galactic centre.

One in particular could erupt next year.

"They have been monitoring a cloud and predict that it will fall into the black hole at some point in the next year; however, the amount of material will be far less than the event that illuminated the stream," said Greg Madsen, astronomer at the University of Cambridge.

"It will be much fainter and will pose no threat to Earth, but several powerful telescopes will be poised and ready to watch what happens."

Astronomers have long suspected that a large explosion occurred millions of years ago - but have never been able to prove it.

The evidence comes from a lacy filament of gas, mostly hydrogen, called the Magellanic Stream. This trails behind our galaxy’s two small companion galaxies, the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds.

“For twenty years we’ve seen this odd glow from the Magellanic Stream,” said Professor Joss Bland-Hawthorn, of the University of Sydney, who led a team studying this problem.

“We didn’t understand the cause. Then suddenly we realized it must be the mark, the fossil record, of a huge outburst of energy from the center of our galaxy.”

“It’s been long suspected that our galactic center might have sporadically flared up in the past. These observations are a highly suggestive ‘smoking gun’,” said Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal.

Stan Woosely, a scientist at the university of California, tries to identify where the powerful explosions in the universe are coming from, where stars are dying and where black holes are being born. From BBC science show Death Star.

The team gives its arguments in a paper accepted for publication in The Astrophysical Journal. Professor Bland-Hawthorn will speak about the work at the Galaxy Zoo meeting in Sydney, Australia, on 24 September.

The galaxy’s supermassive black hole has been known for decades. It’s orbited by a swarm of stars whose paths let us measure the black hole’s mass: four million times the mass of the Sun.

The region around the black hole, called Sagittarius A* [“A-star”], pours out radio waves, infrared, X-rays and gamma rays.

Flickers of radiation rise up when small clouds of gas fall onto the hot disk of matter that swirls around the black hole.

But evidence has been building of a real cataclysm in the past. Infrared and X-ray satellites have seen a powerful ‘wind’ (outflow) of material from this central region. Antimatter boiling out has left its signature. And there are the ‘Fermi bubbles’ -- two huge hot bubbles of gas billowing out from the galactic center, seen in gamma-rays and radio waves.

“All this points to a huge explosion at the center of our galaxy,” said team member Dr. Philip Maloney of the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA.

Scientists studying the galactic center came together at a workshop at Stanford University in California earlier this year.

While at the workshop, Professor Bland-Hawthorn realized the Stream could be holding the memory of the galactic center’s past.

Death Star: Huge explosion in deep space

On 2nd July 1967, a satellite picked up a huge burst of gamma rays. Was it evidence of a nuclear bomb test in space? Or was it from a much bigger explosion in deep space? Can Einstein's famous physics equation E=MC2 help?

Struck by the fiery breath of Sagittarius A*, the Stream is emitting light, much as particles from the Sun hit our atmosphere and trigger the colored glows of the aurorae -- the Northern and Southern Lights.

The brightest glow in the Stream comes from the region nearest the galactic center.

Geometry, the amount of energy from the original flare from Sagittarius A*, the time the flare would take to travel to the Magellanic Stream, the rate at which the Stream would have cooled over time -- “it all fits together, it all adds up,” says team member Dr. Greg Madsen of the University of Cambridge in the UK.

Scientists say that such flares can and will happen again.

“There are lots of stars and gas clouds that could fall onto the hot disk around the black hole,” says Professor Bland-Hawthorn. “There’s a gas cloud called G2 that we think will fall in next year. It’s small, but we’re looking forward to the fireworks!”

A letter from the Post Office

Whoever wrote and did this for this child... is a beautiful soul working in the UNITED STATES Post Office. Thank you.

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month.
The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey.
She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her.
I told her that I thought we could so, and she dictated these words:

Dear God,
Will you please take care of my dog?
She died yesterday and is with you in heaven.
I miss her very much.
I'm happy that you let me have her as my dog even though she got sick.
I hope you will play with her.
She likes to swim and play with balls.
I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that she is my dog.
I really miss her.

We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey & Meredith, addressed it to God/Heaven.
We put our return address on it.
Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven. That afternoon she dropped it into the letter box at the post office.
A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet.
I told her that I thought He had.

Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand.
Meredith opened it. Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.'
Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God in its opened envelope.
On the opposite page was the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:

Dear Meredith,
Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I recognized her right away.
Abbey isn't sick anymore.
Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart.
Abbey loved being your dog.
Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to keep your picture in so I'm sending it back to you in this little book for you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.
Thank you for the beautiful letter and thank your mother for helping you write it and sending it to me.
What a wonderful mother you have.
I picked her especially for you.
I send my blessings every day and remember that I love you very much.
By the way, I'm easy to find.
I am wherever there is love.

A balloon returned from a high-altitude flight this year covered in microscopic life forms which seemed not to be of this world - and reignited the debate over whether life on Earth actually began here, or somewhere else.

This year, other scientists have argued that life originated on Mars, due to a mineral found in Martian meteorites, thought to be crucial to the genesis of life. Another experiment showed that amino acids could have arrived in impacts with comets - which suggests life might be widespread in the solar system.

But a new book by American ecologist Dr Ellis Silver argues that humans may well not be from Earth - and may have arrived separately. Silver offers arguments, based on human physiology, that suggest we may not have evolved alongside other life on Earth - but arrived from elsewhere, brought here by aliens as recently as a few tens of thousands of years ago.

Silver, an environmentalist who is currently working with the effort to clean plastic debris from the Pacific, says his book aims to provoke debate - and is based on scientific work on the difference between humans and other animals.

“The Earth approximately meets our needs as a species, but perhaps not as strongly as whoever brought us here initially thought,” Silver said in an interview with Yahoo news.

“Lizards can sunbathe for as long as they like - and many of them do. We can just about get away with it for a week or two. But day after day in the sun? Forget it. You might as well just lie down on the freeway and wait for a bus to hit you.” We are dazzled by the sun, which is also odd, says Silver - most animals are not.

Silver claims that some chronic illnesses that plague the human race - such as bad backs - could be a sign we evolved on a world with lower gravity. Silver points to other unique human traits - such as the fact that babies’ heads are so large that women have trouble giving birth - in earlier eras, this was often fatal for mother, child or both.

“No other truly native species on this planet has this problem,” he says. Silver also points out to the “extra” 223 genes in human beings, which are not found in any other species, and to the lack of a fossil “missing link”.

Silver chose not to publish in a scientific imprint, wanting to inspire open debate. Reviewers have compared Silver to other space-gazing theorists such as Erich von Däniken, while others have said, “it is possible to drive a coach and horses through several of his arguments.”

Silver also claims that the human race has defects that mark us out as being possibly “not of this world”.

“We are all chronically ill,” says Silver. “Indeed, if you can find a single person who is 100% fit and healthy and not suffering from some (perhaps hidden or unstated) condition or disorder (there's an extensive list in the book) I would be extremely surprised - I have not been able to find anyone.”

“I believe that many of our problems stem from the simple fact that our internal body clocks have evolved to expect a 25 hour day (this has been proven by sleep researchers), but the Earth's day is only 24 hours. This is not a modern condition - the same factors can be traced all the way back through mankind's history on Earth.”

Silver does not suggest one answer - but a possibility that early pre-humans such as homo erectus were crossbred with another species. He also suggests several possible origins, including Alpha Centauri.

“Mankind is supposedly the most highly developed species on the planet, yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth's environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring (raw) foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more. Plus there's a prevailing feeling among many people that they don't belong here or that something "just isn't right".

“This suggests (to me at least) that mankind may have evolved on a different planet, and we may have been brought here as a highly developed species. One reason for this, discussed in the book, is that the Earth might be a prison planet - since we seem to be a naturally violent species - and we're here until we learn to behave ourselves.”

“Humans are not from Earth was published mainly to gauge reaction from readers and to provoke thought, particularly among those who might not have considered such a possibility before.”

Ellis hopes that readers will contact him with more evidence for a more extensive follow-up work.

The claim that bacteria are arriving from space has also caused controversy - and revived the idea of “panspermia”, where life from Earth might have “pollinated” other planets nearby..

"There is probably truth to the report that they find curious stuff in the atmosphere," Chris McKay, an astrobiologist at NASA told SPACE.com in an interview. "The jump to the conclusion that it is alien life is a big jump and would require quite extraordinary proof."

Professor Wainwright and his colleagues at the University of Sheffield aim to conduct further tests.

“In the absence of a mechanism by which large particles like these can be transported to the stratosphere, we can only conclude that the biological entities originated from space," Wainwright added.

"Our conclusion then is that life is continually arriving to Earth from space, life is not restricted to this planet and it almost certainly did not originate here."

Silver’s more radical idea is presented as polemic, intended to inspire argument - “Initial reaction has been positive, although one reviewer thought it was a parody, while another found the writing style heavily dictatorial,” he admits.

The debate over the origin of life looks set to intensify. Simulations on supercomputers at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the U.S. have found that amino acids, the building blocks of life, could have arrived on Earth via comets.

This would suggest that life might be found elsewhere in our solar system - or even beyond.

Nir Goldman suggests that the simple molecules found in comets (such as water, ammonia, and carbon dioxide) could have supplied the raw materials, and the impact with early Earth could have “ignited” a prebiotic reaction.

A series of experiments where projectiles were fired into a cometary ice mixtures formed amino acids - the building blocks of life.

"These results confirm our earlier predictions of impact synthesis of prebiotic material, where the impact itself can yield life-building compounds," Goldman said. "These results present a significant step forward in our understanding of the origin of the building blocks of life. This increases the chances of life originating and being widespread throughout our solar system," Goldman said.

Silver wants to pose the question of whether humans arrived separately, “Recent scientific reports suggest that life itself might not be from Earth but might have arrived here on meteors or comets. This primitive form of life then evolved over billions of years into what we find on Earth today.

“My thesis proposes that mankind did not evolve from that particular strain of life, but evolved elsewhere and was transported to Earth (as fully evolved Homo sapiens) between 60,000 and 200,000 years ago.”

“Little in the book can be proven - it can only be supposed or suspected. But there is more than enough indisputable evidence to make further study worthwhile.”

Many of those I speak to seem to be more in love with the idea of being awake, than they are actually interested in doing it.

Many more think they are awake, but you need only look in their eyes to see they are fast asleep behind the wheel.

I have found that simply giving the people the keys to their awakening is generally not enough. And sometimes it can be dangerous for them, much like giving a learner driver the keys to a Ferrari.

To those awakening to their 6th it is OK to simply give them the wisdom on which they can stew; which may lead them to understanding their own consciousness; and eventually to "I am".

But for any to awaken beyond the individual to understand; "We are", they generally need to be taught the hard road to their understanding.

This is because there is a great difference between 'knowing' and 'understanding'. Knowledge can be taught; but wisdom must be understood.

So I give the hardest road to any of my students. Not to give them the answers, but to send them somewhere they may not necessarily want to go where they will find their answers.

Shifting your mortal vessel to very high frequencies is one of the most painful things anyone will ever go through. As it polarizes you further from the collective.

You do a dis-service to those you lead down these paths to give them anything but the fullest extent of what they are giving themselves into. For as purity of heart is corruptible, to lead it into unspeakable cleansing pain unprepared; can see it blackened in darkness.

Parts of the highest initiation could easily kill someone who is unprepared or has doubt in their heart. Therefore much like an athlete trains; we must prepare their minds for the onslaught; and this can not be done by handing them the answers.

Love is by far the hardest path to walk; which is why so few do it.

But it is also the most beautiful and the most powerful.

I will not give anyone wishing to awaken the keys to the doors. Instead I will only offer them riddles and things to consider. To meditate or think upon.

This not only gives them the chance to nurture the understanding of their awakening by their own mind; but also displays to me the level of true desire they have to find enlightenment.

The reason I am writing this blog, is to address probably my only criticism of this beautiful site, in that too many people are mistaking 'quantity' and expanse of knowledge and theory; for quality that will lead them to true wisdom and understanding.

Such as believing you can attune to the El'ohim. Which is holistically incorrect. The El'ohim are chosen, you can not just read a mantra and consider yourself one of them.

But as with everything perception is power; so there is nothing 'wrong' with giving people such a beautiful concept to believe in. Much like the mind receives a fright and the body jumps; to believe in beauty will always influence a persons life in a positive way.

We just need to understand that true wisdom is not something that can be spoon-fed, nursery style to those who wish for it.

My post serves more as a warning to those seeking to find truth and wisdom in the myriad of theories and 'Drs' releasing rubbish to the masses online today. Not to those of good intention who are trying to help others. Intentions of purity should not be shunned, they merely need developing and evolution like all good things.

Though you may be offered many truths, very few can be so.

Test with your heart, and remember one of the oldest pieces of wisdom ever offered this world; that nothing good comes easy.

Do not believe that you can merely say a few words and know the true Divinity. Things like this are merely a piece of a much larger jig-saw. One that is very complex and hard to piece together.

Seek the things that will challenge you, as this is where growth lies.

Test of the wine; if it is to your liking and taste; then drink of it.
If this wine is not to your liking, then do not drink of it.

And much like the knowledge I have offered you for your consideration;

Do not spit of this wine; for no finer drop shall you be offered.

A wise man is delivering his stock to market down a long and unforgiving road, when he comes across two men outside a small town taking shade from the heat by the roadside. One man is heavily burdened by provisions to see him safe upon his journey; the other is light of such a load.

The wise man greets the men as he approaches; “good day to you both. I carry a great load as you can see; but I can seat one of you for my journey to the markets in the south.”

The man light of load approaches and eagerly addresses the wise man; “I am expected in haste only an hour by your grace to the west of the markets of which you speak. I have much coin with which to reward any who could see such a journey fulfilled.”

The Wise man acknowledged his request and then turned to the man arriving before him late by weight of his pack. “And where is your destination my friend?”

Having heard his fellow travellers offering, the man humbly conceded; “I have no coin with which to ply your pocket. My journey lies east of where you find trade, but I would not see your business suffer by its course regardless.”

With this the wise man made his decision and spoke; “Then it is with you seeking east I shall arrive to market.”

“With your assistance I can see my trade concluded swiftly, and in kind I shall then see you east to your journeys end.”

Grateful of this offering, the humble man removed his pack and flask of water. Concerned for his safety of his fellow traveller, he made offering of these to him, only to have them regarded angrily.

Confused he turned to the wise man and asked; “Old man, I offer to pay you and yet you see me stranded? Why would you choose this man over me?”

The wise man replied; “But you are not stranded. Though your journey may be longer and harder, you have all you need to see its end. I gave grace to this man for the same reason he presented to you his flask and pack.”

“For he stands before me as someone who is aware of the pain and hardship this road may present. Who has accepted the costs of such a journey and seen himself ready to meet it. This is a man who has already learned the lessons this road has to teach and is respectful of their virtues.”

“You appear before me blind to such dangers. So concerned with your destination are you, that you pay no heed to its course.”

“On a road like this you, devoid of any people and all their comforts; your coin has no value. When the heat of your journeys day brings you thirst, can you drink of your coin? When the cold of journeys night embraces you, will your coin keep you warm?”

“When you consider all the lessons that this road presents; what your fellow traveller offers freely, is of more value than all the gold of man.”

In long forgotten days of old, there was a city of renown above all others.
A city made of gold, in days of stone and wood; of which no other could conquer.
This was a city of peace radiating of grandest beauty,
where love and happiness were rule of life.

Its strength was that of Dragons, mighty, wise and old.
From the grace of the wild beasts who loved them, came the bounty of their lands.
As a dragon’s heart was pure, no other lands would they call home.

Their came to be a Princess named Elmira with a heart of love, too innocent and trusting.
Born to the bloodline of those charged with protecting the power of the Dragon, which lay in its blood.

Once whilst she was out riding did she fall from her Dragon over the forests of East,
which grew too thick for her loving Dragon to land and retrieve her.
For three days and nights did she suffer; alone, starved and injured, till she feared that she was lost.

Then upon angelic beauty of the Princess fallen, came a woodsman and his sons;
who by way of life lived in cunning recognised the treasure which they had found.

For as long as Men and Dragons had roamed the land,
legend had spoken of the power contained within blood from the Dragons heart.
For any who drank of their blood; would see its power bound inside of them to their own.

Seizing opportunity that they might see their hands with fill of treasures,
they went to her and spoke; “We shall see you safe from Forest, if you feed to us of your Dragons blood.”

For the innocence of the sweet Princess had been broken;
she did make deal with wicked man, forsaking its cost.

Upon her safe delivery from the darkened forest,
she took a blade to her hand.
Slicing her palm she turned to them so to honour her promise and told them;
“Drink now, and see the truth of your heart known”.

Each in turn, the three men drank from her blood and in them it took its seed.
And rose forth from each of them to take to the sky; Dragons of the darkest black ever seen,
bearing teeth sharper than any before.

Then after Dragons fled and lengthy journey did the Princess come upon her lands to find its skies corrupt. Where once light had shone upon noble Dragons as they flew,
now before her did she see them blackened.

As what once had been her home now lay before her in ruin.
What once was mighty, now no more than rubble.
No farmers did she find in field, no shop could she find kept.

Returning her gaze to sky, she saw what had brought her home such cost.
Three dragons perched upon the crest of mount; casting their fire down upon the world.

Weeping tears of regret she fell upon the road, not knowing where to go, and there she sat for many days.

And though many people passed by her there;
most had no eyes with which to see her tears.
Until no more tears had she left to weep.

Then to those who passed had she pleaded weakly, her words replacing tears.
But so many failed to hear these words, that soon did she find longing gone to speak.

Then in her darkest hour did come upon her;
an average and simple looking man of the North cheaply clothed.
As he knelt before her from his sleeve he tore some cloth;
and with some water saw it wipe her face.

Then from his water did he make her drink, till again she found her voice.
Looking to him through broken eyes she asked; “Why have you given this to me?”

“Milady, I am one of those who are sad to see how we treat our fellow man;
and shamed to think how many selfish couldn’t stop to give you aid.”

“For I know this world it wasn’t made for just you or me,
but for many of our many hands.
And I know that even though sometimes it may seem harder to love, than to hate.
Our goodness is judged by that we give and not that which we take.”

“Now I've known love for some time now Milady and if there is one thing that I have learned.
It’s that even the bitterest of tears with time will dry, though the pain inside still hurts you.
And even when you’ve pleaded so long and hard, that you’ve lost the will to try.
If one of heart listens carefully enough, then you're certain to hear you cry.”

She regarded him through faded eyes and found hope in a true heart.
Though his face was tired and his skin was scarred, no gentler man could pass.
The Princess asked the man; “Why have you come here today?”
To which he promptly answered pointing East, “To see the fabled Dragons slain.”

She regarded in his belt a dagger, crafted of cheapest steel.
As came had he with no sword of renown or armour crafted for Kings.
Sensing of her thoughts he said; “Milady, though my dagger may appear to you as nothing,
you see it now having bested all known manner of finest steel,
so in it you too may place your trust.”

She asked of him; “And who then do you fight for man, as I see no crest upon you?”
To which the man answered; “Fight for heart do I my lady, for mine and any knowing need.
As I am one who has known dark and times of need; in which none stood to fight for me.
So for seven years did I train in battle; so I may defend of me and mine.”

The Princess looked of his face intently, lest recognition failed to find.
“These lands are my home of all my life, yet never of you do I recall.”
The man answered; “These lands are foreign to me, as never before was I here.
My home lay across the seas of South, and from greatest distance have I come.”

“For of Seven years as blade was taught, did I also learn ways of love.
Though I may be of different lands and trials, the pains we share are the same.
And though I may fall here today not a man of your country, my blood shall bleed no less red.
No injustice or horror should ever be turned from our eye, lest inside it find its power.”

Though she had no more tears to cry of pain, her eyes welled with that of joy,
welling of a spring deep within her, of waters that no manner of hate could destroy.
For like the noble man before her had said, no light shall ever be covered by dark.
For even in the darkest night shall we see; with but a tiny flame to light our path.

So now did she take of his dagger, to again see her palm bleed for man.
“Then drink of this my fearless knight and see no Dragon ever have you beat.”
Trusting her words did he drink her blood and his blade did turn to grand.
And from him sprang the greatest of Kings that had ever graced the lands.

His armour shone with brilliance that neither claw, nor flame could dent.
And his scars became strength for which, the mountains themselves would bend.
For as the men of the woods had drank, and of blackest beasts were they consumed.
The one of heart had so become a man to whom no such beasts shall be immune.

There are those who believe Jesus is the spiritual answer, some who say Muhammad.
Those who see our truths and future in science and the Universe.
But all should know, that we are all one people asking the same questions;

'Who am I?' and 'What is the meaning of life?'
For we all can look at our face and we can recognise it as such,
All can look at our own hands and say; 'These are my hands.'
But how many of us truly understand what is within us asking these questions?

Who are we? What IS the meaning of life?
Why is our meaning any better or more correct to those of different beliefs?
Why does our God save us, but not others? Is that the action of loving God?
Are we all not this worlds Children? Do we not all live of the same world?

The answer to these very questions is in our blood.
All 'our' blood, not just those who are like ourselves.
We all bleed. We all bleed red. We all feel the same pain.
So how is that we find ourselves seeing others so differently?

No man is above his wife, just as no parent is above their child.
For even a teacher of old and wise years, can still learn from their students.
Wisdom is something that is learned through collective experience.
It is something we should all share as a collective. Not to be coveted.

Too long has the truth been hidden by those saying they love us.
Too long have the few held the balance of power in this world.
For it is only by their perception of wealth and power, that they are such.
And is it only be the perception of being weak and poor, such is so.

For money is only paper, deemed as powerful as we believe it to be.
Gold is merely as valuable, as the collective of minds who covet it.
For it is the truly divine who deems you rich and poor by your standards
It is the deeds and purity of our heart by which we shall be judged.

Those who have much and gave little
Shall be found short and wanting
But those who have little but gave all
Shall be those welcomed by the divine as Kings

For what is knowledge if it not taught?
Just as, what is a chance if it's not worth taking?
Just as, what is a dream if it's not worth chasing or losing?
We, all of us; can sense that this is not how it is meant to be.

We need to realise we are supposed to creatures of balance.
Just as day gives to night, and dark to light.
Just as joy is to fear, and hate to love.
So is man to women, and sister is to brother.

This is the true essence and balance of 'life'.
This is what life is, this is what all life is SUPPOSED to be.
There is no 'us' and 'them', 'believers' and 'non-believers'.
There is only 'We' and 'Ours'. We are one, not many.

A bird above our heads is just as important as the grass beneath our feet.
A plant is life of value as high as that of our own.
The wind blows across both of us, waters fall upon both our heads.
We both drink of the blood of this Earth and live through its pulse.

We lost the true value and understanding of life, when we lost our balance.
We forgot that the 'essence' of God within our spirits is that of both male and female.
We know only of the power and virtues of our physical God 'Father',
And neglected the love and nurturing of our physical God 'Mother'.

How naïve are we as a species to believe that all life would come from a woman.
Except that of the truly divine creation, from which all things came.
This has been suppressed from us as a species for far too long.
We are as Children being raised only under a Father who have become angry without love.

True balance and Wisdom was well known to the ancients like the Egyptians.
Male and Female held in the same regard, the two halves who together become one.
True power comes from the balance. By both true wisdom is gained.
Knowledge of when to form a fist, and when to give gentle caress.

For too long now have we fought, that we have forgotten how to love.
Why should we say another shall 'burn in hell' when they are of good heart?
No God was present when any of the books of man were written.
So how foolish is any man to say them to be of certainty?

We need to remember that for someone to be considered divine
One needs only understand more than you
Therefore I as a man, to you all may be considered truly divine
Though I am no less human than yourselves.

We are all of us, powerful and divinely capable creatures gifted intelligence
We are all of us, trained to seek the truth of all things
Yet we have stumbled upon the road through our 'faith'
By believing all that is told to us, is all there is; we no longer seek higher truths.

None should ever stop considering truth of all things
Just because they are told to have faith in something
For we all need to remember that;
Telling someone to stop asking the question is not the same as answering it.

There is a wisdom in this world which we overlook, which answers all things, if we ask.
I see the truth of the divine in everything that surrounds me, every day.
The Earth speaks to us of the most ancient and pure knowledge of our collective at all times.
We need only ears open to hear. Eyes open to see.

We now need to look at our world and life intelligently
With the gifts of our mind that all 'our varying Gods' gave to us
We need to begin to understand the collective truths of all man
Not just those within books written by men we believe understood God more than we.

For I swear to you this; that none have correctly captured the essence of our divinity.
They have all been corrupted in their interpretation, by misguided men.
They have all become a shadow of the message for which they were intended.
None are without flaws contrary to being divine, therefore none of them can be said of holistically of God.

We need to look inside ourselves, as one people.
For this is where we shall find the truth of the divinity.
This is where it has always been. But none have looked.
This is where it shall always be. We need only to look.

We do not 'need' Churches or Books to know the truth of God.
We need only the world around us.
Open your eyes and ears to the miracles around us all;
And ask yourself; “Why have I seen this? What is the message for me to learn?”

Love those around you unconditionally, understanding their flaws.
Give whatever and wherever you can to those who have fallen and need it.
Compassion for those who are broken, cause none with love, can not be fixed.
Respect all life around you, taking only what you need to survive.

Come together with good people to prevent evil, regardless of your differences.
For it is by the collective action of the good people, that evil shall be beaten.
Respect those of difference to you. Including those in your own family.
Just because your heritage dictates a path, does not mean you need follow.

Examine all avenues for peaceful conflict resolution.
Though a heavy-hand is sometimes necessary, it is not the only way.
So too should you examine the virtue in your own motivation;
'Am I acting as one of pure heart, for the good of love and life?'

And most importantly; give back for that which you take.
For we are creatures of balance, in its purest essence.
We come from the Earth, so shall we return to the Earth.
Therefore as we take from it, so too should we give to it.

This is, in all things; physically, emotionally and mentally.
We are all responsible for our own place and balance in this world.
If we can not stand as a proud person of good heart in balance,
Then never can we stand as such a person under the true divinity of any God.

Remember, that nothing which is buried shall not be uncovered
Nothing that is hidden shall not be found.
All those who have eyes, let them see.
All those who have ears, let them hear.

The waters of the water-bearers are now upon this world.
The Northern star now shines bright in our darkest night.
The fires of the past Age shall now be extinguished by the divine waters of wisdom.
The true King, not of England; comes to sit upon their throne, with a Queen his balance.

Darkness will always be darkness,

There is only one evil, though its forms are many.

Light is also always the same light,

Just as the same sun shines upon us all.

It is the same goodness and virtue within light,

Which is felt by all living creatures.

Dark retreats from notice where sun does shine.

But for all to know the beauty and grace of dawn,

All days must welcome their night.

But even as the sky sets and gives to darkness

It can never be said to be of lights defeat.

For what we know daily as the darkest hours,

Are the very same that shine upon our fellow man elsewhere.

Many seeking answers ask;

“Why must we know such darkness in life?

What God can be said to love those, they allow to know of such pain?”

To those I would say;

“Without having tasted lemon, could you still say sugar sweet?

If you were not to know hard work, could reward still hold meaning?

It is through knowing the bitter that this world has to offer; that we learn to appreciate the sweetest of those bitters.

And also by such distinction, see true height given to the measure of joy.”

Autism is not a handicap or a disability; it is a sign of the awakening of very powerful intellectual abilities, and it is a gift that needs intense stimuli and encouragement. When that awakening starts, the physical abilities the child has already developed get sidelined as the brain moves into extreme overdrive, and intense fascination with what is going on inside itself captures the child’s attention.  The basic skills that the child was building are no longer interesting; they are boring and they get ditched as the infinitely creative inner world expands exponentially for the child.  The child is not shutting down but growing intellectually at an incredible pace that allows no time for basic motor and social skills to continue normal development.  If this is realized and the child is enthusiastically allowed to freely develop this inner world, then s/he will pick up the basics later, and possibly rather slowly because the inner world is so much more interesting and exciting than the humdrum activities that most small children are engaged in.  Remember, the world you experience is illusory, and Reality lies within!

As the child becomes aware, as s/he will, that certain basic skills – reading, writing, talking, and socializing – are necessary for communication with the world outside themselves, they will focus enough attention there to enable them to pick these up quite quickly because they want to communicate with others about the things within that they find so fascinating.  The vast inner world that an autistic child is discovering is a world of connections without limit.  It is the collective mind to which every human has access and which everyone influences constantly.  It is just that most are unaware of their connection to it and of the influence that they have on it and that it has on them.

Humanity has been evolving over the eons, as is generally understood and accepted, but that evolution is generally thought of as something that happens unconsciously, by chance, as circumstances change and new skills become necessary for survival. And evolution will continue to occur unconsciously over the eons as it has been doing, indefinitely, if you choose to remain unaware, but each one of you has the ability to evolve consciously, and autistic children are showing the way.

You were created in Love, free to experience constant joy, and, as most of you realize, when you are in joy everything flows far more freely and easily.  Over the eons during which your various cultures have developed they have established codes of behavior and beliefs about those behaviors, leading to rules and limitations to which people are expected to conform, thus limiting or stifling the freedom and joy that were meant to encourage and expand your amazing creative abilities.

As you can see all over the world, these unhelpful and sometimes very damaging limitations are being discarded because the collective has made the choice to be free once more.  For those who have grown up unquestioningly accepting the limits, restrictions, and laws that your cultures, religions, societies, and various other organizations have imposed, this is very unsettling, threatening, and even terrifying. It is another reason why you need to go daily to your quiet inner space and ask for help to release all the limiting beliefs and attitudes that no longer serve you or humanity generally.  It is in releasing those “shoulds and musts”, or “shouldn’ts and mustn’ts” that you start to allow yourselves the freedom to be yourselves instead of attempting to be some sort of cardboard cutout figure that it seems society expects you to be.  You are, each and every one of you, unique beings with your own individual, creative talents that you have every right to own and develop.  Trying to fit into a mold set by others for you is detrimental to your health and well-being.

Your human potential is limitless, and this is becoming apparent as new mental and physical skills continue to be uncovered, developed, practiced, and demonstrated daily.  You are beings of Love, beings of pure energy that is completely boundless, who chose to experience limitation and restriction.  Well, the time for those experiences has finished, and many among you have now discarded those attitudes and that sense of limitation in favor of allowing yourselves to use and enjoy the unique potential that is embodied within you.  Seeing others allow their potential to flourish allows and encourages those who felt that they were not quite ready to start doing likewise.  The New Age that has established itself firmly and powerfully on Earth is like an enhanced atmosphere that has intensified the vitality of the energy field in which you are enveloped, drawing you out and encouraging you to look with new eyes at the world around you, so that you can see the marvelous creative possibilities that were always present but unseen, and which can bring you untold happiness just by playing with them.  You have examples of this as young people everywhere expand their horizons and express new ideas that benefit everyone.

Autism is a wake-up call – a call to awareness to any who would diagnose those who do not conform or develop in the prescribed or expected manner as ill, damaged, or in need of treatment.  Every human is unique and has unique needs and talents that must be honored.  It does not honor anyone to impose ill-considered restrictions upon them or to decide for them what their path of growth should be.  Adults need to respond positively to the wants and interests of the young ones in their care by providing a safe and loving environment in which they can grow in the direction that their talents suggest to them, and which will bring them joy.

Joy is your right.  When you are experiencing joy you are on your path; when you are bored, dull, or depressed then you have taken an inappropriate direction and may need to retrace your steps to the point at which joy weakened or ceased, and then take the necessary steps to rekindle it.  Frequently, it is quite easy to see what changes you need to make; it is just that it often seems that you “shouldn’t.” Question that restriction, and if it appears invalid for you, then discard it, and reclaim your freedom and the joy that goes with it.  Joy will lead you home to Reality and to all that that has to offer.

I received a message on FB today about a very poor dog who is in need of urgent help/healing.

His name is Yimi. He was abandonned by his owners a week ago and hasn't moved, eaten or drunk ever since. He has given up. He is now on an IV but won't last much longer like this.

What is Vipassana or Insight Meditation?

Vipassana (insight meditation) is the ultimate expression of Socrates' dictum, "know thyself." The Buddha discovered that the cause of suffering can actually be erased when we see our true nature. This is a radical insight. It means that our happiness does not depend on manipulating the external world. We only have to see ourselves clearly— a much easier proposition (but in the ultimate sense, knowing oneself with clarity reveals there is no permanent self, as the Buddha taught).

Vipassana meditation is a rational method for purifying the mind of the mental factors that cause distress and pain. This simple technique does not invoke the help of a god, spirit or any other external power, but relies on our own efforts.

Vipassana is an insight that cuts through conventional perception to perceive mind and matter as they actually are: impermanent, unsatisfactory, and impersonal. Insight meditation gradually purifies the mind, eliminating all forms of attachment. As attachment is cut away, desire and delusion are gradually diluted. The Buddha identified these two factors— desire and ignorance— as the roots of suffering. When they are finally removed, the mind will touch something permanent beyond the changing world. That "something" is the deathless, supramundane happiness, called "Nibbana" in Pali.

Insight meditation is concerned with the present moment— with staying in the now to the most extreme degree possible. It consists of observing body (rupa) and mind (nama) with bare attention.

The word "vipassana" has two parts. "Passana" means seeing, i.e., perceiving. The prefix "vi" has several meanings, one of which is "through." Vipassana-insight literally cuts through the curtain of delusion in the mind. "Vi" can also function as the English prefix "dis," suggesting discernment— a kind of seeing that perceives individual components separately. The idea of separation is relevant here, for insight works like a mental scalpel, differentiating conventional truth from ultimate reality. Lastly, "vi" can function as an intensive, in which case "vipassana" means intense, deep or powerful seeing. It is an immediate insight experienced before one's eyes, having nothing to do with reasoning or thinking.

Is insight meditation a religion?

No. Although it was discovered by the Buddha, insight meditation is not Buddhism. It is the method by which the Buddha and his disciples freed themselves from every form of suffering and attained awakening. This simple technique is a democratic method, open to people of any faith or those who ascribe to none.

Is insight meditation an escape from reality?

No. On the contrary, it is the ultimate confrontation with reality.

The land of Lemuria is right here on Earth and I have felt it’s vibrations and that of its High Priests and Priestesses for a very long time if not all of my life. There are many humans throughout history who have been drawn to the enigma of this ancient place and people and who have tried and succeeded in connecting with the frequencies of Mu. I am also one of those people yet what I have learned during my meetings with the Lemurians does not come from any book or what someone has told be but what they have taught me themselves.

We have published one of my meetings with the Lemurians but many of those other meetings have been kept within our own sacred library for there are some things that cannot be taught mainly because they must be experiences rather than told. Today, though, I will share with you this meeting and the channeled words of Lord Zeniel because he has requested that we do so for he and the collective members of Lemuria are very proactive and involved in human and Earth ascension and evolution.

During our ritual to open stargates and communication lines with the various tribes in the universe that we work with, I began to hear my spirit name being called which is a title my higher self. I closed my eyes and I was instantly enclosed within my Merkahbah vehicle. I understood that I would be taken to the owner of the voice that was calling to me and sure enough I began to travel through a wormhole and I understood that I was travelling through the different dimensions of time. Below I explain my account of my journey to the place of ancient civilization.

I begin to feel a slight chill and as I open my third eye to see which realm I am in, I instantly recognized the scenery as I have been here many times before; I have arrived at the place of ice and snow and this place is the land of Lemuria.

I begin to see a figure walking towards me. As he gets closer I can see that he is wearing a long coat made of fur and he is wearing snow boots made of the same material. The coat he is wearing is open, revealing that he is wearing a blue tunic and tight, black trousers beneath. He is very tall though not as tall as the Anunnaki gods and he is large in statue; his body appears to be muscular. His hair is light brown and slightly wavy and long, down to his shoulders, and his eyes are like blue sapphires.

Note: I must explain now how the eyes of the Lemurians are so that you can understand. Their gaze is crystallized as they are one with the crystalline energies of Earth and the masters at fashioning tools of healing and metamorphosis out of the various crystals that grow in the Earth. I could say that the Lemurians are Autogenes meaning self born and those who sprang up from the Earth but I know that this is not so as it will be revealed in this work.

The Lemurian greets me by kissing each cheek and then my forehead and then he hugs me tightly to him. I instantly connect with his pure vibrations that immediately make my own vibrations quicken so that I begin to vibrate at his frequency to enable me to stay in this realm during the time of this meeting.

Zeniel: “Hello, Nanaea. I am so glad that you have come. You heard me calling you, eh? Very good. I asked you to come here because my family and I would like you to enlighten humanity on whom we are and where we come from. We also want to impart some teachings with you that we wish you to share.

My name is Zeniel and I am the head high priest of Lemuria during this time. I am also known as Melchizedek for it is here in Lemuria that Melchizedek incarnated and as you know he is the high priest to the divine hierarchies. I will take you with me to our dwelling place where you can meet the other head high priests and priestesses of Lemuria.”

Helen: “Blessings, Zeniel. I am so happy to meet you and to be here (I smile) and I am so excited to learn all that you wish to teach me. Firstly, can you explain more to me about the Order of Melchizedek? I know that many would be very interested in learning about this.”

Zeniel: “Yes of course I can, sister, but first let us go to meet the other head high priests and priestesses and they can also explain some important stories about us to you.”

I begin to walk with Zeniel and I can see that there is a large building ahead and we are walking towards this. As we are walking, Zeniel continues to speak to me:

“We are what you could call shamans; we live closely with the Earth and we work with the Earth and celestial energies to perform different levels of alchemy. We commune with the spirits of the trees and of course crystals and all of the other elements that are available to us. We hunt, we grow our food and we abide by the seasons.

From a young age Lemurians are trained in the martial arts and learn how to use energy as a form of spiritual practice. Yes, we are warriors and tutored in combat but there is not reason to put this into practice as there are no wars here and no battles; not anymore, not since the split.”

Zeniel senses that I will ask about which split he speaks of and he tells me,

“Do not worry, Nanaea; all will be revealed very shortly because now we are here and now you can meet the others.”

I notice that we are indeed at the building we were heading for and he opens a door and we enter inside.

I am in a very large room and within this room there is a very large, oval table with eleven other Lemurians seated around it with one empty chair next to the head seat which I guess is where Zeniel will sit. Those seated around the table are men and women of different skin colours and facial characteristics yet all of them have the same sapphire blue eyes as Zeniel.

They twelve smile and greet me and Zeniel motions for me to sit in the empty chair and he seats himself beside me.

For a moment the Lemurians look at me smiling and I feel a little uncomfortable at being the center of attention and I am lost for words. Thankfully, Zeniel begins to speak and breaks the silence.

Zeniel: “Brothers and sisters, you know who this is. Nanaea has kindly come to visit us and she has some questions she would like to ask us.”

Zeniel looks at me and says,

“Before I answer your questions I would first like to explain to you that all Lemurians are priests and priestesses and also want to say to you that we are the first root race of humans that were created by the Anunnaki gods. It is important for people to know that they are looking upwards at the skies and wishing to be on some other planet and this is because they believe that there is much better up there than there is down here.

Humans have a problem when it comes to time because they cannot comprehend the age of their own planet which is billions of your years old. They do not understand that we, as the first root race civilization on Earth, are much older than many of the other tribes in the universe and we reside on their planet. Yes, we are in a different dimension, but we still co exist with your dimension and we are Earthlings and we are proud of this. We are also much more advanced than some tribes in the universe.

We communicate with several cosmic brothers and sisters and we also have students from different civilizations who come to us for training for although we were tutored in the arts of the Anunnaki mysteries, it is us who teach it to other nations and we have the authority to do this by our ancestors. It is not difficult to appreciate that considering the Anunnaki are an ancient race who are masters of genetics and advanced technology that other nations would want to learn their techniques and teach them to their own people. Humans really need to change their way of thinking and their perceptions because they do not appreciate just how sophisticated the Anunnaki are and their superior knowledge and wisdom is of a very high caliber and greatly valued among the other star nations.”

Helen: “thank you for explaining this, Zeniel, for although I know this already, it is important for others to know about this, too. Can you explain more about yourselves as being the first root race? How are you different to the humans of today?”

Zeniel: “We are Anunnaki avatars. We were the first race of humans that the Anunnaki created as I have told you before. We are much larger than the humans of your dimension and we are as you know, we are much more technologically and spiritually advanced.

Helen: “Zeniel, can you explain why the humans of today are not as advanced as the Lemurians?”

Zeniel: “Yes, of course, and this I will say now will also answer the question you had while we were outside.

The Anunnaki created the first root race which is known as the Lemurians. We were known as the children of the gods and your world speaks about us as the ‘Sons of Light.’ Many of you know that corruption came to Lemuria when some branched off from this tribe to create Atlantis and the corruption grew and became deeply imbedded in the Atlantean society. Two distinct groups began to form; those who you call the sons of light and those who you call the sons of darkness. This began the downfall of the civilization of Atlantis and luckily Lemuria was still safe and to ensure its safety it had already begun to move into a different dimension to Atlantis.

The sons of darkness are the dark brotherhood; they are the ones who began rebelling against the divine guidance of the Anunnaki and who wished to become gods even though they are gods. They dissected themselves from the divine and closed down all channels between their mental and their higher selves. They wished to reign as kings of the Earth and anyone who opposed them would be taken in chains.

As you have been told previously, the sons of darkness or the dark brotherhood lured in the citizens of Atlantis with their lies and their mind control programs and gained their support and favour and the sons of light had to go into hiding for they were being hunted by the dark brotherhood and their supporters.

Just before this time, more root races of humans were created by the Anunnaki and they were residing in Atlantis. Remember, try to understand the concepts of this time span which was thousands and thousands of years; the rebellion did not just happen in one day or one month or one year.

Religion began to be introduced and the new root race of humans, who had been trained in the Anunnaki arts and who were spiritually and technologically advanced began to forget all of their learning’s. You have read in this book you call the bible that humans were living for many hundreds of your years and slowly through time their life spans became less and disease became more. Death of spiritual knowledge causes death of the physical body and degeneration of the mind. All of these things need to be taken into account. This is why humans began to be born smaller and less enlightened, mainly because of the society they lived in but also because they went into a state of devolution. When you forget you devolve. When you are confused at lose memory of your own divinity, that you come from gods so therefore you are gods, you degenerate and this happened to the whole root race and your modern day humans are the result of the rebellion against the divine.

Not all is negative, sister; during the past 50 or so of your years humans have begun becoming more enlightened and you can see this by the size that humans grow to now. Humans are also living longer but this process needs to be sped up for you know that the new world is upon you and whether your world is ready or not it will happen because it has been too long that the dark brotherhood have held onto your world and only through a shock to the system of your consciousness will all awaken and demand freedom and union with the other tribes of the universe.

So you also wanted to know about the Order of Melchizedek. I am Melchezedek and the order is the priesthood which includes both brothers and sisters. I am also who you know to be Archangel Michael and I am the first avatar of Lord Marduk. “This is Beniel (male) This is Sherel (female) This is Nanel (female) This is Kaduel (male) This is Lisiel (female) This is Uliel (male) This is Sepiel (male) This is Zoliel (female) This is Theliel (female) This is Saniel (male) This is Gresiel (female)

We are the high priests and priestesses of Lemuria and also the Order of Melchizedek. We each specialize in our own individual skills.”

Helen: “Why do you each have Hebrew sounding names with ‘El’ at the end? Why do you not have Sumerian or Babylonian names? Is Sumerian not the language of the gods?”

Zeniel: “Nanaea, our language is Sumerian or I should say the language of the Anunnaki which is the language of the gods. We have ‘El’ in our names because it means we are of the gods. If we pronounced them with the Babylonian ‘Il’ it would still mean the same.

It is important that I speak to you about the Mer-Ka-Ba because we know that our teachings regarding this would greatly help humanity for I wish to say that the Mer-Ka-Bah is like a galaxy that is created by the electromagnetic fields around the body. You see, although we do recognize the Mer-Ka-Ba as being a chariot which transports you through the different dimensions, to us the Mer-Ka-Ba is much more than this.

Many of you know that ‘Mer’ means ‘light’, ‘Ka’ means the spirit that drives the ‘Ba’ which is the ‘body’. Please know that the Mer-Ka-Ba is not only used for ascension purposes but many of us, who are the original Ascended Masters, use it to travel through the different dimensions as well as across the universe as I have just explained to you.

The Mer-Ka-Ba is what you navigate in to travel through time so that you can visit the past and the future but again this is not all that it can do; it is a healing chamber within the realms of spinning sacred geometric shapes which counter rotate against but through each other for from the Mer-Ka-Ba radiates transcendent healing life force energy which enables the cells and its elements to vibrate in alignment with the sacred geometric shapes. Remember that you come from the Earth and your composition is made up of the Earth as well as the elements of the stars. All need to be incorporated into the multi-dimensional hexagram which encumbers both above and below and the uniting of the sacred feminine and the sacred masculine within you.

The Mer-Ka-Ba is also an antenna and receiver which amplifies your heart, soul and mental messages out into the universe and receives the same communicational frequencies back so you may use the Mer-Ka-Ba as a communication device when you wish to connect with different collective consciousnesses throughout the cosmos.

The holy and most sacred vehicle can be activated through a number of methods which enable the light body to awaken from its slumbering state and become a part of the Mer-Ka-Ba structure which assists the energies of the Mer-Ka-Ba to vibrate inwards which is back to the source of all that you are as an incarnated being.

So I think that I have said much and this is good, for now. On behalf of me and the Lemurian high priests and priestesses we wish to thank you and know that we will be back in contact with you again shortly.”

Each member of the Priesthood rises to embrace and kiss me and slowly, as I am saying my thank you’s and goodbye’s, the vision fades and I am back in my seat and my usual surroundings.

Our suggestion is instead of trying to hang onto ( time ) as if it is a static thing just like the mountains around you, you might view as static or the planet you're living on as static, in that you can always count on it to be a certain way.  What we encourage you to understand is that as you're moving to these next dimensions as the planet itself is shifting, the known's that you have in your life are shifting and changing with that...so instead of feeling frustrated by time, in that it's working against you for some reason, play a game with it, be lighthearted about your perception of time these days...Celebrate your awareness of the shift, celebrate the shift in your dimensional reality, that you observe through your experience of time.

“Greetings Dear Ones,  

We are the High Council of Orion.  

Today's topic is TIME, for time is getting very unusual on your planet, or we should say, your experience of time is getting very unusual on your planet at this time.  For how many of you have felt like a day has gone by in an instant, where you look at the clock and you can't believe it's mid afternoon, for you feel like you just got up and maybe two things have been accomplished or completed or done, and it feels like the end of your day already.  

And then there are other times where the moments seem to string on for infinity, and you wish they would end and yet the clock seems as if it has stopped moving.  You are all experiencing the breakdown of time in your reality.  

Our suggestion is instead of trying to hang onto it as if it is a static thing just like the mountains around you, you might view as static or the planet you're living on as static, in that you can always count on it to be a certain way.  What we encourage you to understand is that as you're moving to these next dimensions as the planet itself is shifting, the known's that you have in your life are shifting and changing with that.  

So instead of trying to grasp on to time as if it will act the way it did five years, 10 years, or when you were young ago, allow yourself to be in observation about the time, allow yourself to not have judgment about the time. Open your mind to even say “Isn't it interesting how time is shifting and changing in such a way, that I don't even know how to predict it anymore.”  

Many of you know that in the realm beyond your third dimension, time and space don't exist.  So as you are transitioning to new dimensions would it make sense that time and space would seem to be shifting and changing?

Kind of exciting isn't it!!

What you're seeing is evidence of shifts and changes, so instead of feeling frustrated by time, in that it's working against you for some reason, play a game with it, be lighthearted about your perception of time these days.  

Stop trying to hook it to productivity and results and the way you've always done, like I'm working for eight hours a day and in this day I need to get these things done, and you feel thwarted by time.  We encourage you, instead of moving to the energy of feeling betrayed or thwarted by time, say “Oh my goodness look at time is changing, this is evidence of our change on the planet!”  

It's exciting!!!!

As you do that your human expectations of what life will be and what you “Can accomplish,” will shift and change.  For your not trying to hold time static, the truth is in this time of Ascension, in this time of shifts and changes on the planet, this would be one of the things you want to see changing.  

Maybe you can even ask yourself, I see time changing, so what can change about my perception of time?  For it will not behave the way it has in the years in the decades prior to now.  Celebrate your awareness of the shift, celebrate the shift in your dimensional reality, that you observe through your experience of time.
