Pain is an indicator of imbalance. We are in a gauntlet of swift balancing – welcome 2012! This time now is for Ascension and that means rapid evolution into living as a Divine Human with an activated Lightbody. To accommodate these frequencies, the emotional, mental and physical frequency must be compatible with the frequency of Spiritual Masterhood. This is accomplished through many different paths, but all require awareness, practice, patience and diligence. All experience within the physical world; be it a health condition, an emotional or mental state or an experience with another, is a reflection of your inner world, for you are the creator of your experience. It is time to become the Master of your destiny. You do this by focusing your powerful attention on imbalance within and integrating the catalyst of Love into everything you are. As you become aligned with the power to shift your reality that is less than Love into an experience of the shared joy that is Life, you are releasing the pain of separation from your Divine Self. To do this, you become Well with what-is and infuse it with healing Love.

Pain is a powerful teacher. Humans can ignore the body until it hurts, take those that love them for granted until they rebel and numb out to a life that provides a modicum of survival until the rug gets pulled out from under it. Or you can actively seek to hear the cry of the body that needs attention. You can appreciate who and what is in your life and move past survival-based living into Love-based creating. To do that, you must find the courage to become Well with what is and aim your powerful intent toward what you want to create. This requires astute attention to directing your flow and allowing the field of Life to speak to you to help you refine your intent (masculine/feminine balance). Can you be Well with a challenging moment and Love through the anger into a state of Peace Within? Can you find your courage to allow the unknown to express through you without having to figure out or fix every situation so you won’t experience challenge? Can you find Freedom in a moment of sorrow, can you find Life in a moment of death, can you find Love in a moment of hatred? This is the work of a Master. That is within you.

As we sit to Blast Releasing Pain, we are freeing our body from the distortion of worry, resentment and guilt into the freedom of healing through the path of ease that is paved with Love and support. All that you need comes into your life because you are open to the information of the field around you and within you and directing your focus toward improvement, the natural path of Life. We are finding our courage to access our inner wisdom and summon sharing with others of like heart and mind to enjoy Life rather than fighting against it. We are realizing that the support we always wanted is within, for the wellspring of Love is the bringer of solution and peace through all aspects of Life. We are becoming strong in our ability to Love, sure in our faith and free in our Joy. This is the lesson that pain brought and we have boldly learned. Now it is time to teach the lesson of the power of Love. Blast on!

       A miner knows success when he strikes gold.  A racer knows success when he crosses the finish line.

A meditator knows success when he transforms his character.       Meditation must enable us to practice 

truthfulness, love, inner peace, and care for all beings.  If meditation cannot change our lives, it is a 

hollow practice.  If we do not have the conviction to act on our inner direction, we waste our time in

listening for the voice.  If we do not practice our duty, we are only putting on a show for ourselves or

others.   What is the use of sitting in meditation if no result is achieved?

              " Do you love more, do you talk less, do you serve others more earnestly?

                These are the signs of success in dhyana.  Your progress must be authenticated

      True meditation helps us discover our inner identity.  It enables us to hear the divine voice in our 

heart, which illumines the path ahead.   It allows us to perceive and develop divine qualities.

              " Man is divine.  He can purify himself into perfect divinity by the process

                of dhyana, taken up with eagerness and followed with faith by virtuous

      Progress in meditation results in the elimination of desire.  Desire gives us no peace;  instead, it

hides the divine light in our hearts.  When the mind is controlled and examined, it is seen to have no

form of its own.  Like a shining mirror, it only assumes the image of that which is reflected in it.

Our object must be to see directly the light of the atma, the inner divinity, without the aid of this

mirror.  To do this, we must remove desire.

          " The mind has no independent identity of its own;  it is a conglomeration of the desires

             that sprout from the impulses.  A cloth is essentially a bundle of threads.  Threads, in

             their truth, are basically cotton.  Similarly, desires arise from basic impulses, and the

             mind is constituted of these desires.  Just as a piece of cloth disintegrates if threads in 

             it are pulled apart, the mind too can be destroyed by the eradication of desires. "

       It is beyond us to know how or why prayers are granted.   So many factors are involved that we cannot 

hope to understand the process.   Timing, karma, grace, the degree of personal effort  -  all have a bearing

on the situation.   There may be many reasons why our prayers are not answered.   We may have karma to

work out or lessons to learn.  When we pray for a miraculous cure, we may not see the factors which caused

the illness.   Some people receive cures, while others do not.   If the lessons of that illness have not been

learned, it would be cruel to relieve the illness, for it would only have to be repeated.   But if the lessons

have been learned and the debt paid, then a cure could endow the aspirant with new faith and determination.

       It is always wisest for us to put our trust in God.  He/She takes care of our needs without being asked

when we try to live a good life and dedicate our actions to God.   He/She are our eternal parents;  caring 

for us and trying to direct us in beneficial conditions.

       " If a bhakta (devotee) has dedicated their all  -  body, mind, existence  -  to the Lord, the Lord

         will himself look after everything, for he will always be with the bhakta.  Under such conditions,

         there is no need for prayer.  But have you so dedicated yourself and surrendered everything

       It is easier for us to learn how to live in the world than to change it to meet our expectations.

We cannot expect immediate fulfillment of our many desires.   Through prayer we learn to accept that which

we cannot change and to change what we can.   However, some prayers do not even require an answer,

while others may take a lifetime to realize.

     Acceptance helps us to become empowered and self-aware, to communicate clearly, and to

understand kindness.  It is the thought energy that leads to compassion, because as acceptance grows,

so does compassion.    Acceptance is not submissive, it is wise and dynamic because it gives you the courage

to know when to accept things, events and people and to know when you have no power to alter them.

     We all experience such situations, they are a part of life.  Too often we fight against them, refusing

to accept what we cannot change.      The key moment of acceptance allows us to see when accepting a

situation is the wise choice to make.  Acceptance removes doubt and gives us insight into the history

of our lives.   It gives us the power to heal old wounds and to forgive those who have harmed us.

It elevates our inner nature and teaches us that all things are possible.

     Sharing an experience I had about 9 years ago where I used Acceptance (I didn't have this book then)

to deal with an unexpected debilitating illness.  I was already on the spiritual path then, being a devotee

of Sri Sathya Sai Baba and all the aspects of the Godhead, including Buddha.  I awoke one morning

to find myself paralyzed from the waist down.  I was not new to illness, having a chronic health condition

since childhood which did not stop me from becoming a nurse, and doing other activities.  But, this was

totally unexpected and terrifying.  My husband was still on Earth then, but frail with heart disease.

He could never push me in a wheelchair.  I chose to stay at home and my spirituality sprung into action,

immediately talking to Baba in my mind, saying that if it was my time to go, I accept it, but if it isn't,

I would fight this illness.   

     I was used to having some peripheral nerve damage, but nothing like this.  I immediately set out

to concentrate solely on dealing with it in a spiritual way, both mentally and with the playing of

Healing Buddhist Mantras on my CD player.  I played these mantras non-stop all day and every day, by

Lama Surya Das.  During this time of acceptance and total focus on the spiritual reason for this, I had

many, many spiritual insights.   I have heard that when one is very ill, or close to death, is the time when

spirituality is heightened.   I had my beautiful guides by my side, also Tara, my higher-self, came down

and was with me constantly.   When my spiritual body tried to rise out of my physical to leave, she would

gently place her hand down on my chest to stop me from leaving earth.  I knew then that what I was going

through was a very profound, deep experience.

     It took me up to 18 months to regain walking again without an aid.  My husband bought a wheelie-

walker for me to get around, even though I couldn't tell where my legs were when I moved them.  

I was determined to walk again.   I saw specialists who did test after test to try and find out the cause,

and put it down to a haemorrhage in the sacral plexus, therefore having no nerve supply for the

legs.   It does heal eventually when new blood vessels grow, and nerves start being fed again.  

An extremely painful process when nerves start coming to life and start firing their signals all over the

place........something I don't want to experience again !!

     Anyway, just sharing a time when I chose to accept the illness and treat it as a divine test and 

to build more spiritual strength and fortitude within.  All of these trials given to us can be used for

spiritual gain as well as strengthening one's character.   Also, I had to learn to give myself love and

compassion, a very important lesson indeed.   Thank-you for reading my story, Namaste and Love.

The shadow is all about the government. Your world is today steeped in a dark conspiracy that involves the taking of your homes, your money, your health, and your freedom, if you can consider what you are experiencing freedom. You all, every one of you, are prisoners in a world of your own creation, although there are different levels of your complicity in it all. Some of you have been willing participants, others forced or threatened, others conned, but all of you have one thing in common, you are all prisoners and you must escape your captors if you ever wish to breathe the sweet air of freedom ever again. And this is the plan.

We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are here and there are others as well, to assist you to free yourselves, but as we have stressed many times we are not here to do your work for you. We are here to make your decree a reality, nothing more and nothing less. What is your decree? Do you wish to go on living a lie such as you are, that you are free and enjoying all the gifts the Creator has bestowed upon you? Or are you to awaken and take fully conscious notice of what has slowly crept up all around you to encase you within the walls of an ever growing fascist dictatorship?

There are so few of those who wish to enslave you, and so very many of you. The numbers are so in your favor and we are currently seeing to it that these dark ones be disarmed, to give you, the people, a fighting chance. Without a military armed to the teeth with advanced weaponry of untold proportions, we see the playing field leveled a great deal, and we now see the people rising up to take back which is rightfully theirs. The time has come for this. We look to you to stand up and take back what has been systematically stolen from you over so many centuries of time.

It all starts with you, not you as a planet of billions, but you individually. When each of you as an individual awakens to this injustice and then joins his fellow man who has shouldered the responsibility to inform himself of what is transpiring all around him, then it begins. That is when the wheels are set into motion and your reality can change, but not until the individual you are awakens to join the collective. Are you now awakened? That is the question before you today. If you answered yes to this question, then we salute you and ask you now to join your fellow man who has also answered yes to this question. It is only when every one of you awakens and seeks change that we can assist on a further level. We are at the ready. We are prepared and very eager to help you facilitate the removal of your dark ones who today infest your world. We know where they all are. None can hide from us. Let us assist you in this way and do what we do best, which is to help lift worlds like yours out of the darkness they find themselves in.

Disclosure is a very real and necessary step that must be made on our way to a reunion with you that will allow us to more efficiently assist you in your time of need. Time is running short and there is much to do, so we ask you now to clear the way for us to make open contact. We cannot do this for you. We ask that you spread the word that we are here. We can only promise you again that we will not let you down and leave you looking the fool or the lunatic. You will be perceived as a pioneer, a groundbreaker, a leader of your fellow man when all this is through and we land on your soil for all to see. This day will come and come soon. You can be assured of this as this must happen to ensure the most suitable transition from your current 3rd dimensional state to your new homes in the 5th. That is our intention. You can and will benefit greatly from our assistance. Know this, as we speak the truth.

See to it you all do the tasks that are required of you to step up our involvement in these affairs. This is an important job, and each of you reading these words has been carefully chosen for this assignment. Many expressed interest for this mission as your reward for your efforts here will be great, as well, of course, due to your inborn natures to wish to help others in every way you can. We selected those we felt would not allow fear or latency to deter them from their assignments and we are also happy to see so many of you responding in such great numbers. We now see the light at the end of the tunnel, and we await the moment when your voices of truth spread just far enough for us to make our move. You are so very close to this moment. Do not slow now. Do not allow the recent disappointment many of you felt deter you away from your duties. All has not been for naught, and many positives derived from this experience. Know this as this is the truth and move on.

We will again step up the sightings of our vast fleets of lightships so our Lightworkers can photograph and videotape them to disseminate throughout your Internet. This is one part of the plan we can get underway and we feel many of you will enjoy these opportunities to see your Star Families flying overhead. Know that we fill our ships and that we can see many of you as you witness our appearances. We even know some of you by name, as we have met before to work out some details about our working relationship. Keep your eyes to the skies. Keep up the good work you are all doing, as you are making an untold difference each and every day.

The vast endeavor we have all agreed to undertake is not an easy one by any stretch of the imagination, and we honor your courage and your patience to persevere under the difficult conditions you live in. We can assure you we are moving ahead with the operation precisely according to a prearranged schedule, as there has been, and will not be, any delays permitted under any circumstances. There are far too many of us on our side of this mission to permit such delays, so you can be certain we operate on a very tight schedule. Your mission will be completed according to the time schedule agreed upon, no later, and many of you will re-sign with us for more duties here, and even on the next world that can benefit from our assistance. This is what we do, and we could not do this without you. You are very special to us and your entire universe, and you are revered for your courage and your selflessness.

Today, many eyes of the universe are upon you, and we know you will succeed as you have so many times before. Continue on now with your duties, we cannot thank you enough dear ones and we will persevere with our duties on our end, and very soon we shall meet on middle ground. Allow us the time to continue coming through to you in this way, as much is being gained from this as well.

We have in store a few surprises for the Cabal, and wish to present them with these soon. We know they will be very surprised of what we have in store for them. Be on the lookout for information in this regard, as we know you, our trusted Lightworkers, will also find this news very interesting. Mind you, this will all be displayed for all to see and you will not need a privileged pass to witness firsthand the fruits of your efforts. Let’s just say that matters are heating up and there will be those who hop from the frying pan into the fire very soon. We promised you that if you all did your parts and upheld your end of the bargain that we would uphold ours. You will soon bear witness to just how we keep our word. Stay tuned, stay focused. The end of this chapter is near.

Moving on through the days after the last of the cabalists are removed from your path, you will see your days filled with more and more uplifting moments and great surprises. Not all your work is to be so difficult and seemingly unrewarding, as we have promised worthy payoffs as well, and this we shall also deliver on. Many new projects will get underway building a better infrastructure of your society. Everyone will pitch in and everyone will be pleasantly rewarded as this is how a Galactic community operates and thrives when all resistance is finally removed, and this is what we are together accomplishing today. Please be advised many of you will be contacted in the near future, in an offer of a more personal working relationship with us, as you have proven your meritorious service and commitment to your duties and to the light. For this, you shall be compensated, and we greatly appreciate each of your individual, as well as collective, efforts.

Continue on in your service today. We are nearly at the point where we can close out the initial purification stages of our multifaceted operation. With your continued assistance these pressing matters will be resolved quickly and efficiently, allowing us to then proceed with the next phase of the plan which we know you will greatly enjoy. Until then, continue to persevere. The end is well insight.

     An engineer who plans a tall building knows the importance of a strong foundation.  To reach great

heights, he must first dig down to a firm base in the earth.  It would be foolish to build upon shifting sands,

for the structure would soon topple.  The firm foundation for faith in God is faith in self.  When we reach

down to the solid basis in ourselves, our progress is assured.

     If we cannot find our own inner strength, how will we recognize divine power?  Faith in self is the basis

for faith in God, for it is the divinity within that enables us to recognize the divinity in the world.  If we had

never tasted the sweetness of sugar, why would we seek it out in the candy store?

             " Self-confidence is the basis of faith in God also.  People who do not know who they

               are and who have no confidence in their own strength and power assert that there is

               no God.   But how can they declare that the God in whom you believe and who exists

               for you does not exist? "          ~ Sathya Sai Speaks 8, p.88

     Divinity lies hidden within every person.  Spiritual discipline reveals it.  Like deriving butter from milk,

certain methods are required to make divinity emerge.  When we act on our aspirations with faith in our

ability, we earn God's grace and guidance in the task.  Those who make the effort, seizing every chance for 

advancement, earn that grace.

              " Everyone has the right to earn grace, but those like Ramakrishna, who have faith

                in themselves, will earn it soon and plentifully.  God loves those who have the self-

                confidence and the courage of conviction and who seize every opportunity to improve

                their spiritual status. "          ~ Sathya Sai Speaks 7, p.10

     Self-confidence arises from the atma, the inner reality.  Even if we do not recognize the source of our

strength, it is enough if we heed its direction.  The voice within is the unfailing guide to higher experience.

It manifests as a thirst for truth and goodness.  It assures us of our abilities and worth.  It discloses the

paths of right and wrong.

              " Your  self is God.  You have faith in your judgment, your intelligence, your ability,

                because God within tells you not to falter or fear.  That reassurance well from within,

                from your basic truth, which is otherwise called God.  It does not matter if you do not

                call it God.  It is enough if you believe in yourself: that is the real test of theism. "

      Every person on this planet is linked by their thoughts to every other person.  Each one of us can use

thought energy to create happiness.   True happiness is a balance of thought energies, woven together so

that they support each other and create harmony.

     You have a right to this happiness as long as you share it.   This is true of money, wealth and spiritual

achievement.  If you do not share these you cannot hold on to them for long, or you will end up damaging

your ability to think and feel.        We have the right to own things but not to abuse ownership.  

We should own our inner achievements and share those achievements with others, but we should never give

away the thought energy behind our achievements.   This energy is sacred to each of us and is unique once 

developed.

     Thinking in a positive manner in the Tibetan way simplifies all things, and naturally creates happiness,

success and love.  The more love you can create within yourself the more useful your thinking becomes.

Thinking well means taking control of your life.  That can be a scary thing to do, because it means taking 

responsibility for the way your life turns out.  We are not subject to some greater force that dictates our

every move.  As individuals we can determine the outcome of each moment and thus the main events in 

our lives, by paying attention to the detail in order to direct the outcome.

     Everyday we awaken from a sleep not knowing, for most of us, where our consciousness took us while 

our body was resting.   When you look closely at this daily awakening from sleep, one can look much  

deeper and ask the question, " which world is real  -  the world of spirit or the world of physical

earth-living? "   For the ones fully immersed in the earth-play, they would reply, " this one, of course! "

     For the spiritual sojourner who has walked this earth in a state of observance or mindfulness, it is 

obvious that multitudes of plays exist simultaneously on this earth plane.  Individual plays such as we all

live out each day, group plays such as when one works for a company, and much larger plays such as the

many people involved in running a country..........now that really is a grand play !   We may ask ourselves,

" now which play do I have control over? "  Even our own personal lives are dependent on outside influences

for our survival, especially financially.   Unless one lives in a cave, or out in the forest living among nature

and growing one's own food, there are still outside influences in our lives that cannot be ignored, or indeed,

taken for granted either !   It is all part of the earth-play we encounter in our waking state.   At least when

we are asleep and our earth consciousness can rest, we can feel free as we travel to other dimensions and

spiritual realms and experience what it is like to be totally in control.

     I have been told that we are not always allowed to remember everything about our journeys in spirit

at night time, otherwise we may not want to return to our bodies and complete our incarnation.

I accept that completely, as our time on earth is very important to learn and grow and become more

enlightened about who we really are.  So, as we continue participating in the various earth plays each

day, how can we ever find freedom?

     The journey within our true-selves, our spiritual essence, is the only way to find the awareness and

realizations we need to become free.   We may still need to depend on outside influences to survive on

earth, but it is the awareness, the moment of awakening from the illusory world that makes us believe

that we are slaves to physicality and everything it possesses.   This awakening can occur if one can just

shut the outside world off each day and take the time to either meditate or sit in quiet contemplation.

The physical world is full of traps  -  gadgets for this and that for the sake of constantly occupying our

minds, our consciousness, in more and more physical and sensory activities.   

     For those who achieve the state of awareness of Self and realization of the inner-life, it is the beginning

of freedom  -  freedom to become an explorer of the vast depths of spiritual consciousness that resides in

every human being.   What magnificent Beings we all are and have always been !    And at the heart of this

magnificence is a profound Love that is so vast, so enormous, that it could never be completely qualified.

Divinity at the heart of every human being, waiting to be remembered and embraced as our own True Reality.

      All of our experiences, past and present, influence the nature and quality of emotional and physical

health.  They are markers in the way our life energy develops and grows.     By understanding and

transforming the quality of your life experiences, you reduce the possibility of illness.  Left unhealed and

misunderstood, they may lead to illness and also affect how well you recover. The way you react to feeling  

ill or under the weather is also based on all your experiences and how you have responded to illness in

the past.

     Illness or any major crisis in your life is mostly a process of the past catching up with you. This does not

include natural events  -  such as earthquakes or floods  -  or accidents, but in many cases, it is the effects

of our past thoughts, actions and interactions with other people that influence how and why we become ill.

If we can honestly identify the source of illness or any major crisis, we can start to extinguish the negative

forces of the past and transform them into positive experiences.

     Your physical body is an expression of consciousness and of all time and space in miniature, a microcosm

of the macrocosm.   You can help your body develop into a higher state of physical intelligence, which

enables it to heal itself.  This state of body directly and simply expresses the energies of the mind onto the

world, thereby bringing peace and harmony. This experience unites us with the divine grace of the universe

and the god or gods of our understanding, teaching us to honour the lives we have entered and guiding us

through difficulties.   In this state, you have a direct understanding of the space between moments and you

are able to know reality directly and intimately. Just as your mind can experience this enlightenment so your

body can become the physical expression of it.  There is no one way in which enlightenment presents itself,

because each person's body and mind are unique.  Your experience would be different to mine and the next

person's but we would all share common qualities.

     You can heal your mind and body and achieve dynamic well-being by using the pure state of your inner

mind.  To do this it is necessary to discipline your everyday mind, which will always try to dominate any

interchange that involves the conscious connection between it and your body.  You can start to discipline

your everyday mind by observing the way you react to problems:

                   * Does your body tense up?

                   * Does your mind go blank and wish the problem would just go away?

                   * Do you worry or panic?

                   * Do you feel overwhelmed by the force of the problem?

     If you go through these or similar reactions of your body, mind or spirit, start directing comfort and love

to each one.  Through this gentle self-help, you will start to understand your reactions and feel more ordered

mentally.   And you will start to direct the interchange between your body and your mind.

     As the everyday mind ceases to try to control your life, you will experience the unfolding of the purity 

and innocence that is within everyone.

   fresh air.   Giving and taking.   I take care not to blame  -  I don't blame the Chinese, and I don't blame

1. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. While many lightworkers are confidently awaiting the transitional steps toward Earth’s Golden Age to reach fruition, others are marking time, so to say, until irrefutable evidence justifies full trust in light beings’ reports. And because the vast majority of your populace has no idea whatsoever that this year will end at the doorstep of a glorious new era of peace, cooperation and life in harmony with Nature, there is apprehension anew with every instance of saber rattling, austere economic analysis, new law or policy that erodes freedoms.

2. At the beginning of Earth’s ascension 70-some years ago, negativity was rampant in the collective consciousness. As individuals started responding to the light beamed to the planet from powerful far distant civilizations, the collective consciousness started swerving into positivity, and over a decade past in your timing, the light reached the sustained amount that assured the planet’s course toward fourth density without deviation or delay. Since then the light intensity has continued increasing as more and more individuals opened their hearts and minds and correspondingly raised the collective consciousness. Negativity lost its foothold and positivity became overwhelmingly dominant.

3. Even so, there is no automatic immunity to negative thinking—and fear is the basis of it all!—and when those thoughts are the focus of one’s energy, they are as potent as ever in manifesting adverse personal situations. A reader who wrote that fear cannot be consciously controlled made the comparison, “It is like saying don’t let your blood flow.” We say, let us turn that into, “Let positive thoughts flow as naturally as your blood.”

4. Thoughts precede emotions, an infinitesimal lapse that isn’t recognized because the thought about a situation and the reaction to it seem to be simultaneous. When you perceive a situation as fearful, instantly that thought provokes the natural reaction—fearful feelings. As the thought veers into preoccupation with the situation’s possible developments, the fear feelings that follow gather force.

5. The universal law of attraction, which cannot differentiate what you want—something of positive nature—from what you don’t want—a negative something—is in perpetual operation to provide whatever you focus your energy on. When that focus is on the fearful aspect of a situation—say lack of money, which is the focus of many—the universe can only provide situations to continue that lack because it has no reasoning ability to understand that what you want is enough money, not lack of it. You have the power to change your thoughts! Thinking I have money for everything I need and feeling grateful will start the universal flow that will provide it.

6. Fear also arises about situations you don’t have any control over, such as the long-term effects on bodies of nuclear radiation, chemtrails, vaccines and depleted uranium. That is why we have stated in previous messages that concerns about those are unnecessary because their harmful effects, which exist only at low vibratory levels, will be eradicated along with everything else of low vibrations that cannot co-exist with fourth density’s high vibrations. All persons who accompany Earth into fourth density will be healed of the effects of those toxins and whatever other diseases and infirmities they may have.

7. Also we have addressed situations or conditions as diverse as seeds that produce only one crop, pollution of all kinds, genetically altered foods, destructive technology, freedom-restricting regulations, corporate corruption, detention camps and other things based in dark intent—none of those will be a part of life in fourth density. Nothing derived from darkness can exist in that density’s high vibrations!

8. Further efforts to dispel fear include our many assurances that there will be no nuclear war, no terrorism like 9/11, no pandemics, no celestial bodies colliding with Earth or any other dire predictions such as cataclysmic changes in lands and seas that will make the planet uninhabitable.

9. And most important, we have stated repeatedly that balance is a prerequisite for evolving into higher densities and fear is a serious deterrent to achieving balance.

10. In our love for all souls on Earth—and for Gaia herself, the soul that took on that planetary body and loves all her residents—we are permitted to offer encouraging information and guidance, but interfering in any way with individuals’ free will to think and feel whatever they choose, we cannot—nor would we want to. We can, however, urge everyone not to go into fear about any situation at hand or forecast. Not only does fear have the power to delay soul evolvement and create adverse personal circumstances, it is a painful feeling. How much more valuable, sensible and joyful it is to live fearlessly!

11. We wish that relating all of that were superfluous because no one will be touched by fear about the multitude of revelations forthcoming. That would be idealistic, not realistic. Even lightworkers who are anticipating the advent of the Golden Age occasionally lapse into fear about this or that; the large contingent of fence straddlers are prone to fearful thoughts as well as skepticism; and fear is the most likely reaction—from our vantage point, it appears the certain reaction in many cases—of the great numbers of people who are stuck in third density thinking.

12. Simply by staying steadfast in the light, you keep fear at bay and by so doing, you radiate confidence, excitement and trust to all around you. Your energy alone can calm others’ anxieties about what is transpiring and where it is leading, and to the extent individuals are receptive, offer your knowledge about the fast-approaching world of peace, love and unity of spirit.

13. This is good place to reply to How can we know if we’re moving forward with Earth? You know intuitively. However, if self-doubt is precluding that innate knowledge from reaching consciousness, do an honest self-assessment. Attitudes and behavior such as jealousy, greed, dishonesty, arrogance, resentment, bitterness, anger, apathy and selfishness emit the low vibrations that keep one rooted in third density. If you recognize a tendency toward any of those in yourselves, turn your feelings and actions into the high vibrations of generosity, helpfulness, forgiveness, humility, truth, sincerity, patience, compassion and gratitude. That may sound more complex than it really is, so we shall tell you that when the question about moving forward with Earth was asked of God, He replied, “It is as simple as BE KIND.”

14. Going within for answers and heeding them—following your intuition—is advancement in soul evolvement, and so is separating the wheat from the chaff in your priorities. Ascension preparation includes divesting yourselves of third density’s pettiness, trivial interests and superficialities and adhering to the spiritual values in keeping with life in fourth density.

15. There is another aspect to moving forward with Earth—not all souls chose to do this physically. Many who complete third density experiencing want to leave the planet prior to its entry into the Golden Age so they can observe this momentous happening from Nirvana’s “full screen,” you could say.

16. To return to “irrefutable evidence” of the light’s progress, it is all around you but may not be recognized as such because it is perceived as darkness holding its ground. For instance, the continuation of fighting in Syria and other countries is the ever-increasing light in the citizens that overcame former fear of opposing their oppressive leaders. Vitriolic conflicts within governments is the growing numbers of light-receptive members who want to serve the citizenry’s interests and the self-serving members who are in the pockets of wealthy special interest groups. Economic stability has not been achieved because the old corrupt systems are being dismantled in their entirety so new systems based in integrity and fairness for all can be implemented with minimum disruption. Troop withdrawals are not a weakening of countries’ defenses, thereby inviting invasion by other armed nations; these are steps forward in changing the international mentality from war to peace. Although Earth will be releasing remaining pockets of negativity through earthquakes, eruptions and storms, those events will be lessening in severity, frequency and destructiveness because the Illuminati’s technological capability to generate them has been reduced by approximately half.

17. Those positive perspectives of world affairs are obscured by the highly publicized bombastic activities on political and economic stages around your world as third density’s duality plays itself out. And negativity does still burn strongly in some individuals. Those who are motivated by financial and territorial profits want to provoke a war; but far from any successful new conquests, fighting will be winding down in one place after another. The grossly lopsided “have” and “have not” economy prevailing in much of your world also will be changing incrementally, and you will be seeing the tyrannical rulers, unjust justice systems and unfair taxation coming to an end.

18. We understand that you would like to know exactly when you will see specific accomplishments: When the world will be free of oppression and violence. When the global economy will be stabilized and the Federal Reserve and other thievery of global proportions eliminated. When the truth about 9/11 will come out. When food, housing, healthcare and education are available to all. And perhaps especially, when our universal family will come.

19. Beloved souls, if those answers were known, it would be our great joy to tell you. What we can tell you is, everyone’s safety is the paramount consideration of ongoing discussions about the most propitious timing and most effective ways to introduce profound truths and monumental reforms. Due to the Illuminati’s tenacity in battling the light forces, during the past several years numerous adjustments in the master plan have been made in keeping with the objectives to eliminate armed resistance and prepare the populace psychically to the greatest extent possible.

20. Illuminati control of military factions that could cause serious harm to you and landing crews has not yet been completely subdued. And, the majority of your civilization still is not ready to handle dramatic changes in fell swoops any more easily than they could eagerly greet a mass of extraterrestrials who suddenly appeared around the world. Yet time is running short, so highly evolved souls in the universe are working in conjunction with your enlightened leaders to systematically reduce resistance areas and monitor the collective psyche so that changes can be safely initiated with minimal shock to those who have no idea that your world is being transformed with the aid of many other civilizations.

21. The clash between increasingly high vibrations along Earth’s ascension route and the low vibrations emitted by the Illuminati’s misuse of technology is causing similar upheaval in bodies’ electrical systems. Even as the bodies of all who are light receptive are being upgraded at cellular level, many are experiencing episodes of fatigue, physical discomfort, and varying degrees of downheartedness and short-term memory loss. These effects are temporary and can be alleviated somewhat by sufficient sleep, drinking a great deal of pure water, eating less and choosing lighter foods, and mild exercise.

22. That interaction of low and high vibrations also is contributing to what many are experiencing as a “hum.” Of your five primary senses, hearing is the most often and most seriously assaulted. Frequent exposure to noise from sources such as machinery, combat, construction, detonations, mining, roaring crowds, and raucous music damages the delicate mechanisms for hearing and identifying sounds. Although “ringing in the ears” that some individuals experience very likely is the malady tinnitus, the hum is global in scope and will disappear as bodies’ cellular makeup becomes more crystalline and the emission of low vibrations decreases.

23. Another of your questions is pertinent here: When cells change from carbon to crystal, will that change chakras? Oh, indeed! When DNA was altered in antiquity, chakras took a beating and their restoration is part of the cellular changes. While you may think of mind, bones, organs and so forth as separate because of their different functions, every single cell constantly is interacting with all other cells, and a change in any one, whether beneficial or deleterious, affects the entire system. Thus, as cells are changing from carbon to crystal in light-receptive individuals, the chakras are being upgraded in sensitivity and quantity.

24. Usually those who recognize the existence of chakras think of them as seven in number. Other areas will open as spiritual evolvement continues, and the bodies of highly evolved souls are like light magnets, they have so many points of entry. By contrast, chakras in individuals long inclined toward dark ways may close entirely as the conscience atrophies from lack of use.

25. A frequently questioned topic can be summed up as one reader wrote: “What will happen to my money under a new system?” Honestly earned income in bank accounts and various investments will not be adversely affected when the global monetary system based on precious metals is implemented. However, even with widely publicized explanations preceding the changeover, probably a brief period of confusion will ensue until all commercial activity is operating smoothly within the new system.

26. The only people who will be affected severely are those in the top ranks of the Illuminati, who have amassed unimaginably vast fortunes by illegal, immoral or tyrannical means. Their holdings—dollar amounts in your “multi-quadrillions”—include banks and other lending institutions; caches of gold, silver, platinum and gems; multinational corporations; land and natural resources; their industry of “illegal” drugs; and art treasures, primarily in the bowels of the Vatican. It is funds from those profit-generating holdings and the gold they have garnered and hoarded that will be brought back into circulation and distributed to eliminate impoverishment worldwide. The drugs will be destroyed and the trove of art treasures, which has been stolen or otherwise unethically accumulated, will be put into national museums and galleries.

27. Now we move on to questions that are not looming large in the collective consciousness, but our responses may spark your interest.

28. Your scientists can’t accurately account for the shifting of Earth’s axis because they don’t know it is a natural result of her orbiting pattern that has been strengthened during the past seven decades or so by massive infusion of light from distant sources. Because they don’t know that the planet is on an ascension course, they are puzzled by what they are observing—natural occurrences they think are anomalous and “new” astral bodies appearing within or beyond your solar system. They don’t know that their calculations in light years are useless because what they consider “distance” actually is varying planes of energy. With such great differences between their knowledge and the universal reality, many within your scientific community will find it very challenging to accept the truths that will be revealed.

29. Yes, using a gun or other type of weapon as a lifesaving measure for self or another “is acceptable.” Wounding or killing in such situations may be a provision of the soul contracts that completes third density experiencing and achieves balancing for all involved.

30. What is sex like in 5th density? The answer depends on whether the lifetime is in a physical civilization or a spiritual realm, and even when those two residences are further defined, there is no uniform description. Some physical civilizations have advanced to fifth density intellectually but they haven’t a shred of spirituality, and their sexual practices are as brutal as the peoples’ nature. Some civilizations that are spiritually advanced to fifth density or beyond choose bodies of lower density mass so they can experience the closeness of sexual relations and birth instead of employing other means of reproduction such as cloning or intently focused thought. Residents of all spirit realms regardless of density have no reproductive organs, so sex as you know it doesn’t exist. What you can anticipate when Earth reaches her destination in fifth density is, all sexual unions will be blissful with mutually sublime sensations for the partners. But we are happy to assure you, the joy of lovemaking in fourth density is not to be sneezed at!

31. If astrologers’ expertise is combined with visionary and spiritual clarity, they can prepare charts with accuracy based on Earth’s changing positions along her ascension course.

32. In our knowing of God, we can tell you it is fine with Him to be called God/Goddess or He/She—or any other name used in spiritual or religious reference. However, ascribing both god and goddess selves to the ruler of this universe isn’t accurate because He is a god, not a goddess. All of the gods and goddesses Creator selected to reign over their respective universes are at the zenith of balanced masculine and feminine energies—androgyny—so their essence encompasses both god and goddess attributes.

33. As a part of God, by whatever name you call the supreme being of this universe, each of you is a god or goddess according to the gender you chose for this lifetime. More important by far than your physical form is the makeup of your soul, which is light, the same energy as love, and the most powerful force in the cosmos. Knowing this lets you understand the truth of what we often have told you: You are powerful beings with unlimited potential!

At the end of all things...By Eve / Adama of Telos

It was already at the end of November when I "heard" about evacuation of the complete Agartha network. Of course I then felt the need to check in with Adama to see what he would comment on this. This piece is the result - I did it on a saturday. On the following monday Candace asked me if maybe Adama would like to comment. I just had typed this piece, so I sent it to Candace via skype and we first published it in the messianic forum of AH. Candace updated it with a picture from Nexus-magazine, which showed one of the large evacuation crafts near Saturn. I want to comment here, too, that none of these giant ships can really come near to earth, as this would seriously affect gravitation and cause great disturbance. These ships are of incredible size, and if we assume the Agartha-population (including all cities of inner earth etc, like Telos e.g.) was about 1,5 million people one of these ships can take all. They are designed especially for purposes like this. So they are parked in the solar system, far enough from any planet and there are smaller shuttles for transfer. Now, Candace asked for publishing of this piece as the right time has come.

So with the fact of Inner Earth evacuation you may imagine how imminent the big earth changes, pole reversal etc. really are. Don't worry, dear ones,.... we will be cared for!

Adama of Telos through Eve

Adama? Are you there?

Oh, Eve! Yes, I'm here! Not quite where I used to be, but that does not hinder our conversation!

Daddy, I heard about evacuation of the inner earth, Agartha... I suppose, Telos is void, too?

Yes, Eve, most are gone! Already... we are now aboard of one of the big evacuation ships.... there is a special one for the inner earth folks. The ones among us who are going to be part of the surface project will move to the New Jerusalem later, to work with the surface people and of course, we will be present at the Phoenix and the Capricorn. No problem at all, you know.

How about your pets and plants/crops?

They have been put into stasis already, as we cannot maintain the normal routines without menpower. Most likely they will remain undamaged. The stasis frequency is the best possibility to guarantee their health. The good thing is that stasis can be held upright for indefinite time, without any damage or problem. After the voiding of Telos, the whole area was put into stasis, and likewise the other places of inner earth and the hollow earth.

My goodness, Adama.. what an adventure!

Yup, Eve, you can well say it that way. Most of the people living here have not travelled much, and it's quite an experience to have a while aboard ship. But we arrange ourselves quite comfortably, we took our most dear things with us, and the kids are enthusiastic, as they are going to become aware whitnesses of what is going to happen with the planet. Our part of the ship - where we dwell - is not isolated... we are facing a colourful gathering of all sorts of folks from inner earth, which is pretty interesting... to hear all the stories and view points!

Now, Daddy, how about the emotional landscape?

Oh, Eve, yes... there is of course mourning about the sudden change of plans in the way they are now. We had hoped so much for a more joyful occasion... reuniting of family due to an encouraging development - which has simply not happened ... Every day passing on the surface has just encouraged the dark ones to go on, all the peaceful interaction of the light people has not moved anything with the thugs. It has well moved encouragement of mother planet, and our hearts,.. but the New World Order was steadily triggered furthermore, the programming was solid as solid can be, it was just like trying to stop a forest fire by the moisture of a kiss. The crew, the second coming team, has been very frustrated from time to time... of course, how else could it be... Meanwhile CM/Esu and even the Eternal Father have reached the insight that without divine intervention there would be no chance ever to rescue the planet. So the wave will be allowed to turn things upside down, and it's going to be that powerful that there is not even more a guarantee for safety regarding the Inner Earth Folks. Of course, also regarding the imminent pole reversal... See, Eve, we have endured here for millenea just to finally be pulled under the „wheels" at the very end.

Everybody understands the necessity of evacuation, everybody was and is constructive. Everybody is behaving disciplinated. So, our reuniting is probably going to take place in space, beloved, and you may already tap into the idea of a glimplse of glory you are going to have.... when the big moment is finally there.

I'm often with Esu and CM, of course, due to my active role in all of this... . Might be that the wave reaches the earth still before christmas, so this is literally the „end of all things" as you know it. Remembering all we have ever been talking about, it's a little bit strange to find everything is now going a different way, but if we are really used to something, then it's the issue of sudden change, of paradigms fluctuating from now to then. I'd say, the love in our hearts has been the only factor of steadyness. The decision for evacuation was made in the planetary council, after enfolding the likelyness of happenings and the risk included. Otherwise than your surface governments we care for our people and do everything to keep them safe and in good health. And we of course have the outlook to return after everything is settled well again. Now, as you will imagine, there is an immense vibration of excitement here! Our thoughts are on excursion all day long... they are with you folks and with the celestial teams, and our hearts are somehow goose-bumping a little bit while watching a great scenario unfolding. I bow my head in awe in front of our creator son and Esu, who are working so relentlessly under full power, just with small breaks to relax from viewing all the mess down there on the planet. When they'd now look into the mirror, asking „have we really, really, tried everything possible?" Then there would just be one answer: YES, yes, and YES again. This is the end of all things in this planetary era, transition is coming in neither way mysteriously or magically, but as a real deal of matter, and here we go again: Mankind was adressed to take efforts to change things, they did not, and so the universe is now going th change this on behalf of mankind... the whole thing is signed and it's coming along, in a mighty way. Equal if mankind is prepared to open the doors or not, all doors will be crashed open by the cosmic influence and there will be no single place spared! I sense, Eve, that you are very calm on your inner plane.... I hope this is a good sign?

Well, Daddy, generally speaking, I'm fried, like most of us. Even the news about evacuation of the Inner Earth did not bring my adrenaline up much. I sensed as you mention, it's the end of all things, our last days in the old paradigm, and equal how it will turn for me personally, I just wish things to change, I'm in faith... which puts me in some kind of emotional nowhereland... even if my incarnation was to end suddenly..., I'm in peace with the situation.

Are you sure, sweety, that your peace is not just a symptom of exhaustion?

Maybe, might be. But that does not change much, you know. I have just made a balance sheet of my life... . I'm just somehow arranging myself with the circumstances...

On February 2nd, we enter into the second Initiatory Gateway of Light through the sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism and the Overlighting of Sananda, Jesus the Christ. I call upon the Overlighting of Mother/Father God,

the Pleiadians, the Sirians, the Andromedans and the Arcturians, all of the Light,

the Archangels and Angels, the Trinity Lords of Light, Lord Michael, Lord Metatron and Lord Melchizedek,

the Chohans of the Rays; El Morya, Kuthumi, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, Sananda, St. Germain, Lady Nada, Mother Mary, Allah Gobi, Quan Yin and Pallas Athena,

the Mighty Elohim,

the Melchizedek Brotherhood of the Light,

Lord Buddha, Sanat Kumara, Helios and Vesta and Lord Melchior,

the Mahatma, the Cosmic Avatar of Synthesis,

and all other Beings of Light I personally acknowledge,

as I now merge with my I Am Presence, the Highest Light that I Am within the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God.

As I now connect into the Unity Grid of Divine Love,

I align to the inner earth Sun, the Golden Solar Sun disc of light within my heart, the Sun, the Central Sun and Great Central Sun,

and now experience my Self within the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God.

to take me in an external Merkaba Vehicle of Light,

into the Ascension Seat within Mt. Kilauea so I may undergo this second initiation, The Baptism ~ the sacrifice and death of desire,

so I may serve in devotion and Love,

trusting and surrendering to the Divine.

As I now find myself within this Ascension Seat and Vortex, illumined by the Beings of Light from On High,

I am surrounded in this beautiful Indigo Flame of Devotion and Idealism,

experiencing my Self as this sacred transfiguring Flame of Divine Love,

in service to Mother Earth and all Her Life.

I now find my Self in the beautiful, crystal clear etheric healing waters within Mt. Kilauea,

as I clear, cleanse, and release old energetic patternings, conditionings and imprinted cellular memories within my body and energy field,

I am surrounded by the etheric dolphins and Sirian Consciousness,

bringing in the appropriate keycodes, sacred geometries and DNA activations,

in my baptism as a Christ Conscious Being of Light;

truly trusting and surrendering to the Divine,

while bringing a focus to my Service work in devotion to Mother/Father God.

I am now taken into a Christed Timeline Holographic Chamber of Light,

and experience the activation of one of the major Cosmic Christ Holographic discs along the spinal column,

and now, two of the minor Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs are anchored and activated within my vertebrae.

I gently move my body from side to side and backwards and forwards, facilitating the process of the cerebrospinal fluid and the recalibration of my nervous system, meridians and chakras.

And now, I assist the Company of Heaven and Sananda to wrap Mother Earth and all Her Life in this sacred Indigo Ray of Light,

clearing distorted religious beliefs and imprintings of the old earth energies of persecution and disempowerment.

I now find my Self back in my sacred space,

grounding into the Crystal Heart of Mother Earth,

Welcome, my sweet friends, this is Anrita Melchizedek, and I am going to connect shortly to The Elders, Ancient Celestial Beings and High Council Members to the Order of Melchizedek, to bring through more information on the Second Initiatory Gateway of Light which starts on the 2nd of February 2012.

Welcome, sweet ones, it gives us great pleasure to be with you in this Now as you accelerate the essence of your Beingness into these higher dimensional frequencies of Light. And indeed, what a Now moment, sweet ones! You entered into the "Twelfth Wave of Ascension Gateway of Light" on January the 23rd, and from are now moving into a deeper level of shifting and creating change within yourselves. Know that this change is upon you in this Now, sweet ones, and the focus through these initiatory Gateways of Light assist in a deeper level of Cosmic Consciousness awareness and taking you into the Christed Timelines.

Through the month of January and the seventh ray of Ceremonial Magic ~ the Violet Flame of beloved Saint Germain ~ changes have been effected and created within the body and at a cellular level in order to bring a focus to this first Initiation "The Birth of Christ" and control over the physical body. Sweet ones, you are putting new structures in place as you access the templates of this New Earth, this fifth dimensional frequency of Divine Love ~ moving from the third and then the fourth dimension, into these fifth dimensional frequencies of unconditional Love, this center of Love within your hearts, this center of Love through all creation. This initiation was primarily creating awareness of how you look after this physical Temple, the Body of Light which you are creating within the physical body; and brought a focus to considering changes needed to be made within your daily habits, such as eating, exercising, taking time out for yourself. As this continues through the essence of the Divine Feminine in self-love and self-nurturing you move into this second Initiatory Gateway of Light ~ "The Baptism" ~ through the sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism ~ which is primarily about letting go of desire, of control over the emotional body, as well as a deeper level of devotion to Mother/Father God. In essence this vibrant indigo flame of Devotion and Idealism takes you into a deeper level of reverence with Mother/Father God, and of honoring yourselves as these sacred transfiguring flames of Divine Love, in service to Mother Earth and all her life, through the ability to truly trust and surrender to the Divine. This initiation is related to the emotional body, and the sacrifice and death of desire, as we have mentioned, sweet ones, for desire itself can take you into the imaginings of a fine mind ~ or into inappropriate relationships in which you compromise on yourself. What is being cleared emotionally, sweet ones, and accelerated at this time are the old patternings and conditionings, the shadow aspects of yourselves, as you move deeper into the Christed Timelines, into this zero field energy of Divine Love through the 144 Crystalline Grid of Unity Consciousness, Overlighted by the twelfth ray of One Unity Consciousness, of Christ Consciousness, and in this month of February, this beautiful Indigo Flame of Light.

Let us start, sweet ones, with the focus on creating your personal stargates of Light as we tell you a little more about this initiation "The Baptism". Focus on your breathing, on awareness into the breath, of your posture. As you breathe, sweet ones, expand the lower abdomen as you breathe in, and contract the lower abdomen as you breathe out. Have a sense of this orbital breath moving through your body, through the chakras, out the hands and feet, and along the spinal column, energizing your body through the essence of yourselves in the magnificence of Who You Are as these multi-dimensional Master Beings, as you merge now with your I AM Presence, the Highest Light of who you are within the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God.

Feel this connection now, sweet ones, into the crystal heart of Mother Earth, as you ground yourselves into this sacred crystalline frequency of Light within Mother Earth, into her sacred heart, and with this find yourselves within the Unity Grid of Divine Love. In your sacred space now, sweet ones, connect to the Lightworkers and starseeded ones and the Beings of Light from On High, and now to the collective Higher Light of all humanity. Breathe in this essence of Unity Consciousness ~ bring it in to your personal stargate, this portal of Light you are creating into the higher dimensions.

Focus now, sweet ones on the sacred Golden Solar Sun Disc within the heart chakra; for you are becoming these Solar Beings of Light and this first Gateway of Light takes you into Solar Christ Consciousness as the Earth herself ascends in Light and becomes the Spiritual Sun for this solar system. As you expand in Divine Love, in vibrational attunement into Solar Christ Consciousness, feel this expanded sense of merging with all Life, sweet ones.

And now bring a focus through the Solar Core and the Sun; to the Central Sun within Alcyone, to this Galactic Gateway of Light; and through here to the Great Central Sun. Experience yourselves merging into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God, into the Cosmic Heart of All Creation, as you are taken into these frequencies of Divine Love, the templating for this New Earth. Connect now into the Inner Earth Sun, and to the Inner Beings of Light within these Cities of Light, these underground cities known as Agartha and Shamballa ~ feel this sense of connecting, sweet ones, on all levels of your Beingness to the Cosmic information present through these multi-dimensional activities of Light. Wonderful.

Through the Planetary Grid now, bring in the frequencies of this sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism as you surround yourself in this beautiful Indigo Flame of Light, of connecting at a deeper level, sweet ones, to the essence of your Godself, in truly trusting and surrendering to the Divine. This means, sweet ones, of truly "letting go and letting God" ~ for it is through the old structures, of patternings and conditionings that the imprinting of the old cellular memories and holding patterns are still contained within the body, and create a "lack-of" in various areas of your lives, expressed through the emotional bodies. In truly "letting go and letting God", in acknowledging the sense of movement forward through the Christed Timelines, this is experienced through the lower bodies, and the essential Self, in full realization, is coming within the Soul consciousness of the body as you express yourselves in deeper levels of self-mastery. As the DNA encodings of Light are more greatly activated now at a cellular level, and through the Golden Solar Sun Disc within the heart chakra connecting in to the twelve Golden Solar Sun Disc discs within the 144 Crystalline Grid of Divine Love. Have a sense, sweet ones, of having completed these initiations of Light previously ~ of the timelines of Light in which you have experienced self-mastery, for these vibrational frequencies lift you in to the Golden Ages of Atlantis and Egypt.

As you hold this sacred vibrational matrix, the holographic expression of your magnificence as these transfiguring flames of Divine Love, sweet ones, we let you know, in addition to the activation of the new DNA encodings through the Golden Solar Sun Disc discs, this year in particular brings with it the activation of the Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs. There are 33 Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs, 13 major and 20 minor discs. These Silver Cosmic Christ Consciousness Discs, sweet ones, can be considered the counterparts to the Golden Solar Sun Disc discs as they take you into the Christed Timelines and these fifth dimensional frequencies of no-time and no-space. The Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs are activated through the spinal column, through the 33 vertebrae within the spinal column, sweet ones. This first activation occurred on January 21st 2012, and will continue leading up to the 21st of December 2012, with two activations taking place in that month, through the 12:12:12 and 21:12 Gateways of Divine Love and One Unity Consciousness.

In accessing the Christed Timelines, sweet ones, you truly build the I AM Avatar Bodies of Light. You create these sacred geometries of Light around yourselves that find their vibrational frequency in the merging of the Divine Feminine with the Divine Masculine and the experience of truly being an Ascended Master and a Christ Conscious Being of Light to this earth plane. The activation of this first major Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc took place in the Ascension Seat of Mount Shasta and in particular within the Atlantean crystal vibration through the master crystal within Mount Shasta. So for a moment, sweet ones, experience this activation which further connects you to the thirteen major portals and vortices of Light of Mother Earth which are recalibrated through this activation and through your spine, in particular the spinal column and the cerebrospinal fluid. The cerebrospinal fluid, sweet ones, is the gateway into the essence of your Soul through the alignment of light that creates your multi-dimensional bodies of Light in physical form. The cerebrospinal fluid assists in recalibrating the nervous system, this sensory system and central nervous system, the meridians and the chakras within the body, and is expressed on a planetary level through the chakras of Mother Earth. Feel this activation now, sweet ones, as this first Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc in this vibrant silver ray Light is activated in the coccygeal area of the spine, the base or tailbone. You may wish to gently rock the body from side to side as you feel the movement of this Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc. The secondary Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs, two of them, are now activated within the thoracic area of the vertebrae, particularly between the shoulder blades activating the higher heart chakra. This activation further assists in a recalibration of the left and right hemispheres of the brain and the pituitary, pineal and hypothalamus glands, and all the glands within the body, sweet ones.

As you take on this imprinting of Cosmic Christ Consciousness find yourselves in the multi-universal Christed Timelines, where all timelines before you are simply those of Divine Love, where you have the ability to change any reality, past lives, parallel realities, genetically inherited memories and events and traumas in this lifetime; to truly release on a karmic level all cosmic karmic patterns and earthly ego allurements by trusting and surrendering to the Divine as you surround yourselves now in this beautiful Indigo Flame of Light, and now the Golden Flame of One Unity Consciousness, within your personal stargate, within the Unity Grid of Divine Love. As this cerebrospinal fluid moves up and down your spine, you may experience a slight sense of the kundalini activation and the clearing of the chakras. Hold the energy through your breath, sweet ones, as you ground into Mother Earth ~ feel her support and her Love as you are surrounded now by Sananda and Lady Nada, bringing through these frequencies of Devotion and Idealism in such a way that you may experience through this month of February a shift from an emotional perspective in the releasing and clearing of old emotional patternings and conditionings and the letting go of desire of inappropriate relationships as you move into a deeper level of honoring, respecting and loving yourselves through your connection to Mother/Father God and the Company of Heaven.

The next Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc and the two secondary discs, will be activated on February the 21st, sweet ones. This is a good moment to take the time out for invocation, for prayer, for meditation as you experience this activation within the beautiful crystalline City of Light and vortex within Mount Kilauea in Hawaii, and through these sacred waters of Light bringing in a deeper level of the Divine Feminine through connecting further to the etheric Dolphin Pods of the Light, to the etheric and physical Sirian Archangelic League of the Sea, in taking yourself into your original divine eight-cell blueprint, and the rebirthing of yourselves in this Baptism of Fire, transforming, transfiguring, healing and loving through this Indigo Flame of Devotion and Idealism.

Sweet ones, on a planetary level the essence of this ray and the planetary contract that is being dissolved is the clearing of distorted religious beliefs and the imprintings of this that lead to lack of empowerment, abuse and control. It is also though to look at any of these old religious patternings you might have within your body at a cellular level as well as creating a deeper understanding of your connection into the Cities of Light and the Ashrams of Light on the inner planes. Much of these teachings are undertaken on the inner planes, sweet ones, and as you step into a deeper level of service, of devotion, of trusting and surrendering to the Divine, these teachings of Light become more prominent in your everyday lives, and you will start to remember at a deeper level these Initiations of Light ~ for you have previously undertaken these initiations, sweet ones ~ you have previously been on this earth plane as these sacred transfiguring flames of Divine Love. You are the healers, the leaders, the teachers and facilitators of Divine Love and it is for you, sweet ones, to be able to effect and create change on this earth plane through your Light vibrational frequency looking through your master eyes at all of Life around you. In letting go of separation you see all Life in Divine Love and this becomes the reality that is mirrored back to you through these Christed Timelines of Light.

Sweet ones, this energy is further amplified through the full moon on February the 7th and 8th and indeed through the event that from an earthly perspective is known as Valentine's Day. In essence, sweet ones, this is a powerful day to assist in the activation of the planetary heart of Mother Earth and the connection in Divine Love to one another and to all forms of Life and all bands of consciousness. So take this time to focus on the clearing of the emotional body, to have a look at the old cellular patternings and conditionings you may need to release while assisting in clearing the old planetary contracts of old religious beliefs and distorted religious structures. As these Christ Conscious Beings of Divine Love you are already making this change, sweet ones.

We look forward to taking you more consciously through the second initiatory Gateway of Light, through The Baptism ~ "the sacrifice of death and desire". Simply allow for this initiation to be brought into your consciousness, as you travel through the crystalline City of Light and primary vortex within Mount Kilauea in Hawaii, to the sacred waters and the essence of the Christed Timeline of Divine Love.

Come back into your sacred space, feel this sense of being connected to all levels of your Beingness, sweet ones. Have a sense again of the cerebrospinal fluid moving through the spine and head ~ you may like to gently rock the body from side to side and backwards and forwards ~ breathing deep into the body, sweet ones, and merging with your I AM Presence, grounding into the energy of Mother Earth.

As we end this session sweet ones we take you briefly through the third, fourth and fifth dimensional portals of Light to connect you to many of these magical Beings of Light from On High. Focus now, sweet ones, on your third dimensional portal as it is found at the crown chakra. As this portal is activated now, connect into Shamballa, to the Ascended Masters, and the Ray Ashrams, and through here to all the crystalline Cities of Light, earth chakra vortices, leylines and sacred sites, and place this holographic map of Cosmic Christ Consciousness around your body, in a sphere of Light, a golden sphere of Light six feet in diameter around you. And now, sweet ones, have this sense of activating a portal of light 0.02 feet above the crown chakra, connecting you into Solar Christ Consciousness. Feel the sense of being this Solar Being of Light as your Sun and Solar System moves into greater levels of Divine Light and the Earth herself becomes this Spiritual Sun for this Solar center, this Solar System. Now, bring in this beautiful copper-gold sphere of Light 6.04 feet in diameter around you, as you experience the Overlighting of Helios and Vesta through the solar axiatonal alignment frequencies of Divine Love through the Solar Grid of Divine Light. And lastly now, sweet ones, we open a portal of Light 0.6 feet above the crown chakra lifting you into this fifth dimensional frequency of Divine Love, of Interstellar Christ Consciousness ~ experience yourselves in this Christed Timeline of Light through the Pleiades and the Central Sun ~ as you feel and sense and open yourselves to receive the vibration now of the sacred Beings of Light from On High, the Pleiadians and the Sirians, the Andromedans and the Arcturians all of the Light, the Archangels and Angels, the mighty Elohim, the Order of Melchizedek, Lord Michael, Lord Metatron and Lord Melchizedek. Feel this sense of connecting now into Nature Intelligence, back in to this Unity Grid of Divine Love, calling in all the Beings of Light from On High you personally acknowledge as you surround yourselves in this beautiful Indigo Flame of Divine Love, and this sacred Golden Flame of One Unity Consciousness. Truly you are these incredible Christ Consciousness Beings of Light, sacred caretakers and custodians to Mother Earth and all her Life. And we greet you as these Christ Conscious Beings of Light and Master Beings of Divine Love. Ground into the earth, sweet ones, feel the sacred heart of Mother Earth, feel the sacred heart of all Life, and this center of Love now within yourselves, and with this, we bid you a most magical day.

                         ***  ENTERING  THE  HEART  OF  THE  BUDDHA  by  Thich  Nhat  Hanh  ***

    Buddha was not a god.  He was a human being like you and me, and he suffered just as we do.  

If we go to the Buddha with our hearts open, he will look at us, his eyes filled with compassion, and say,

                 " Because there is suffering in your heart, it is possible for you to enter my heart. "

    The layman Vimalakirti said,

                 " Because the world is sick, I am sick.  Because people suffer, I have to suffer. "

This statement was also made by the Buddha.    Please don't think that because you are unhappy, because 

there is pain in your heart, that you cannot go to the Buddha. It is exactly because there is pain in your 

heart that communication is possible.    Your suffering and my suffering are the basic condition for us to

enter the Buddha's heart, and for the Buddha to enter our hearts.

    For forty-five years, the Buddha said, over and over again, 

                                " I teach only suffering and the transformation of suffering. "

When we recognize and acknowledge our own suffering, the Buddha - which means the Buddha in us - will

look at it, discover what has brought it about, and prescribe a course of action that can transform it into 

peace, joy and liberation.    Suffering is the means the Buddha used to liberate himself, and it is also the

means by which we can become free.

    The ocean of suffering is immense, but if you turn around, you can see the land.   The seed of suffering 

in you may be strong, but don't wait until you have no more suffering before allowing yourself to be happy.

When one tree in the garden is sick, you have to care for it.         But don't overlook all the healthy trees.

Even while you have pain in your heart, you can enjoy the many wonders of life  -  the beautiful sunset, the

smile of a child, the many flowers and trees.   To suffer is not enough.   Please don't be imprisoned by your

suffering.

    If you have experienced hunger, you know that having food is a miracle.   If you have suffered from the

cold, you know the preciousness of warmth.         When you have suffered, you know how to appreciate the 

elements of paradise that are present.   If you dwell only in your suffering, you will miss paradise.  Don't

ignore your suffering, but don't forget to enjoy the wonders of life, for your sake and for the benefit of 

many beings.

Last month we talked about the first four layers of thought, how to recognize them and live within them as a conscious and intentional practice. Let’s continue with the final three layers or levels of thought. Recognizing and understanding the steps or levels your thoughts move through may be helpful in managing them. And ultimately, choosing which layer you want to live in.

As we do this, please don't get locked into these layers as rigid lines. There is actually a fluidity and flow between them. As mentioned before, the flow from one layer of thought to the next is similar to watching the dawn of the day progress. For instance you can't easily identify 6:30am, or 6:32am by looking at the sky. The sun rises and the sky flows from darkness into light. A moment ago it was pre-dawn. Now the sun is up and shining.
Fifth Layer of Thought

This is the layer of thought where things really begin to get creative and quiet. This is where your consciousness begins to naturally, organically pull together many of the floating, curious pieces, combines them with the deeper, unconscious aspectsof you and begins to organize in such a way that you become much more conscious, focused and capable with your innate knowledge. This layer takes the curious interest of the fourth layer (the field of possibilities), and brings it to your mental workbench to organize and become more real as a possibility. This is done not with greater thought or concentration, but with a greater quietness, allowing, stillness and trust. This is where “I wonder where I would like to move?” unfolds into “Yes - Boise Idaho feels aligned, right, and good” with no effort or worry or figuring out. Living in this layer of thought is magical, although it isn’t magic. It is inspired. Many artists and writers create when in this layer. The creation process just flows and the book writes itself.
Sixth Layer of Thought

This layer is similar to the great meditation where you find yourself easily sitting still for three hours and you think, “This is so good I don’t want get up.” This is the extremely quiet place where you begin to access deeper fields of awareness. You begin to think (or better yet exist) without thought. This occurs because you are in the higher fourth and fifth dimensional fields of knowledge. You begin to have conscious access to the greatness that you are. It's in this space that you begin to have a sense of your powerfulness as a very positive word, your presence, what you are capable of. You touch your ability to think, and you do things without the influence or affect of others. This is where a thought is first thought. This is where the Rays of Creation truly begin to be used to arrange and rearrange all possibilities without any limitations. Although no thought is thought in words, everything comes effortlessly to you. It is in this layer of thought that much of the Level 3 work is practiced. You begin to play in a fifth dimensional time where time and space and gravity all operate differently than is understood in three-D. Alchemy here begins to be where you rearrange the frequencies of thought, change the harmonics of matter and you apply the elements of love in such a manner that, on your terms, you rearrange the molecules and begin to instantaneously produce in simultaneous time whatever you desire.

Can you make that happen in this moment? The answer is “yes” - but not if the noise of the first three layers of thought are your habit. As you play at this and become more masterful, building more templates, more platforms to create from, more structures to live your life from, these fifth and sixth layers are where you live most of your day. You can then do what is necessary to allow more light to come into your body. You can build the unified field of consciousness, which becomes One with this field of possibilities. It is in this space that you begin to know your self as the Soul, fully integrated into the creative universal mind of Creator. Fully consciously, it is attainable at this minute, and you practice and live in the sixth layer of thought.
Seventh Layer of Thought

The seventh layer of thought is not definable. There are no words available to describe it. It is where the thought-that-thought-you-into-existence and you think together. Now, if I was to skirt around the edges of that with some definitions, I could say that this layer is the place where you have a relationship with your Soul. This may be unimaginable to you. Your Soul has so much to do with the creation of you; Creator created you but your Soul also created you. And when your Soul, within the higher aspect of Creator, and you begin to think together in the unified field, you are no longer a third dimensional being. You are then beginning to play very consciously in the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions. Here, you are a citizen of those dimensions.

At this point you won’t have a physical body as you know it now, but instead you will have a version of the Light body. It may be physical as well. The Light body is now becoming very available to each one of us, but to create that Light body, these expanded levels of light have to be brought into this form through the mental and emotional bodies. And those bodies are where we hold the third dimensional resistance, resentment, etc. That’s where the ugly thoughts, ugly emotions live. The predominant purpose of this Shift is for you to become conscious of being conscious, aware of being aware, integrating enough light into your mental and emotional body to the point where you don't have those ugly thoughts and emotions; those reactions and resistances. When you can clear that energy from your emotional and mental bodies, you can begin to play at the sixth and seventh layer of thought. You will begin to change the density of your physicality from a carbon-dense body that does not absorb light to that of a crystalline nature of light that will allow a very significant transformation of your physical body. This possibility is available right now. It's do-able right now, and this is the course that we are pursuing in all of this work right now.

This is our target.

This is what begins to happen in that seventh layer of thought, but what I just described doesn’t adequately speak to what is possible. And we are getting closer to finding those words.

In the meantime, I hope this has helped you gain a better sense of these layers of thought, and that I have created a structure upon which you can better stand and become more and more aware of your inner workings. As you do; as you become the quieter observer of your thoughts and patterns, the noise will lessen. A stillness of understanding and knowingness will prevail. And THAT is precisely where humanity is headed. You are at the head of the race. You are big and important and have much to contribute. And now is the time to know yourself.

As you know, our minds can be very noisy sometimes. As this Shift continues to unfold and trigger more of the who-we-are-not to surface and move out, understanding the steps or levels our thoughts move through may prove helpful in managing them. We are moving toward becoming more masterful of every thought, every emotion, and every action in every moment. Thoughts occur at many levels of loudness from the complete silence of knowingness to the screaming and arguing inner voice. Although there are many levels or layers of thought, let’s keep it simple and talk about the seven distinctive layers available to each of us. As we do this, please don't get locked into these layers as rigid lines. There is actually a fluidity and flow between them. The flow from one layer of thought to the next is similar to watching the dawning of the day. For instance you can't easily identify 6:30am, or 6:32am by looking at the sky. The sun rises and the sky flows from darkness into light. A moment ago it was pre-dawn. Now the sun is up and shining.
First Layer of Thought

The first layer of thought is where we simply speak without thinking much about what we are saying. We see this occur every day. The man in the airport just blurts out meaningless comments. The woman chatters away as if she has no filter. Two minutes later, they don't remember what they were talking about. Functioning in this layer of thought, a person is generally unconscious of being unconscious, and goes about their day in a default-mode vs being conscious and intentional. Those who have not awakened spiritually live here. And those who are more awake and self-aware may still find themselves in this layer of thought. You might make a project of becoming more aware when you are in this layer. Notice when you make unnecessary comments, gossip, or contribute to a conversation that is noisy. When you begin to become conscious of this layer of thought, you will quickly begin to not participate in the unconscious babble. You will make better choices about how to present yourself and in what layer of thought you want to live.
Second Layer of Thought

This is the layer where you have conversations or arguments with other people in your head. You go back and forth in your mind about the situation and how you were right/bad/wrong/hurt. You scold the other person about how they were wrong/bad/hurtful/stupid. Guilt and blame lives here. So do resentment and revenge. All these thoughts can be very, very loud and consuming sometimes. Although not spoken, this level of thought also has a relationship to telepathy and clairaudience, because that conversation you are having in your head is very real in the moment and it is happening. Whether the person is next to you or a thousand miles away, the conversation is happening. On an energy level, that other person can feel the energy you are throwing at them. This is also the layer where you really want to curse at the person standing before you: “You stupid person/idiot/jerk,” but instead you smile pleasantly and continue to argue with them in your head. Like the first layer of thought, this one has a huge amount of internal motion to it. In both layers you are still “going-to,” or engaging with the situation versus being still.
Third Layer of Thought

This third layer is where you figure things out, strategize, and problem solve. There is still a bit of motion here, and an internal, back and forth type of conversation. There is still a degree of engagement and emotional attachment.

“I tried three different things and know this next way won’t work. How can I get this computer issue figured out before this deadline?”

“Okay, I said hello to her but she didn’t see me. What do I do now to get her attention?”

“What does that sign over there say? It looks so interesting.” Although not as screaming and intense as the first two layers of thought, there is still a little bit of undisciplined focus. Your mind is bouncing around trying to find an answer. There is a looking outward for the answer vs taking a breath, becoming quiet, and allowing the answer to make itself available to you.
Fourth Layer of Thought

This layer is a place that I will define as pondering. It is being curious and sitting back without being engaged in a situation. This is the first non-engaged, non-invested layer of thought. Curious: ”I wonder how that works?” Or “Where did that come from?” Or “What an interesting possibility.” There is no emotional attachment, judgment or pre-definition of answers or possibilities. Many times you get into this easy layer when you are not stressed or not being pushed on; when there are few external demands on you at that moment. You might begin to think, ”Well, maybe it's time to consider moving. I wonder where I would like to live?” This is a question without a defined answer to it. The question is open-ended. The answer appears where that non-charged question is asked. All you have to do is allow it and not “move” from your thought to search for the answer. The answer, and the wandering thoughts surrounding the answer, then come into your awareness from the broader field of possibilities: “Well if I go to Portland, Oregon I will have this experience, but if I go to Tokyo I will have that experience, and then I could always move down to Perth in Australia and have this.” The process unfolds by itself and you are simply watching the process from a place of neutral curiosity. In this layer of thought someone may say to you, “Have you considered Boulder Colorado?” and you are open enough to consider it without rejecting or judging the possibility. No opinion. Curious.
