"Well, greetings, Beloved Family! Is everybody ready to celebrate tonight? Yes, this is a huge moment. Events are finally coming forth that there can be no mistake in anyone’s Heart or mind, or discernment, that that which we have spoken of all of these years is finally coming to pass. We are so grateful to you, Beloved Ones, because you have created the opportunity for all of this to take place!

"Yes, there seemingly is some chaos going on, but if you hold yourself in your own Divine Light you will not be inconvenienced or made unduly uncomfortable by all of these events. You know that the way must be cleared, and it is being cleared, even in some cases, in choices that are quite extreme. As an example, there was a bank person, an official of the bank of Japan, he was in one of their branches in the country of India, and he chose, or perhaps was given some help, some inspiration, shall we say, to hang himself rather than face what he knew was coming.

"There are incidences where, when they have the capability, the dark hats among the bankers, the corporate controllers and so on, are causing key people who have key information which is going to make them look even worse when they are put on trial, when they have the ability to do so they would rather terminate their physicalities than have them show up to tell all that they know. This is an ongoing thing. It’s been going on ever since the Annunaki first came, you know - cover-ups, lies, deception. Doing anything, even the extreme act of murder, to keep one’s own rear end in the clear, so to speak.

"But that is over, it is over! The Truth is coming out in, oh, so many ways. The one thing that we know that we can observe, or rather, we can share with you from our observations, is that these ones who have been wearing the dark hats and have been trying to be the controllers of everything, and so on and so on - they have overstepped. They have, for all of their cunning and covering up capabilities, their lies, and so on, they have left themselves uncovered. They have always left behind them a trail. The trail is composed of people who know, and many of these people are even now in hiding or are being protected by us and the White Knights - those in human bodies who are working with us, and the Truth of that is that most of them are star seeds anyway, but they are wearing the human bodies because they can move about more freely on the planet.

"There are protections in place of an energetic nature as well, and we would only point to the most well known of the whistleblowers, and there are whistleblowers, as they are called in every country, and people who have dedicated themselves to bringing forward truths. You’ve heard the names of Beloved Bernie Sanders, Dennis Kucinich, Obama himself. It is what you can think of as a miracle of Love that they are still alive in their physicalities. There are others who are not, but these ones are protected, they have been protected and they will be protected. They have a mission and contract to stay in their bodies and complete their missions, which is actually, in the greatest, most broad description, Ascension Preparation; that is, to facilitate Ascension Preparation for all of Planet Earth, not just the state or country from which they come.

"All of you in the countries outside the United States have similar beings, some of them have left their bodies to work for this Ascension Preparation and its successful outcome from the other side of what remains of the veil, and some are still here. Makes no difference, We Are One with all of them and One with all of the Lightworkers upon the Planet. You, Beloved Ones, are the ones that are making all of this possible because you have risen in your consciousness to the point where we actually are virtually unrestricted in the interventions that we can do!!!

"In other words, these arrests, are what there is a great deal of focus on right now, and rightfully so, because it is such a beautiful indicator of everything that’s happening to prepare for the next step, which is your financial independence. And when you are financially independent you will be able to just say 'NO' to all of the other aspects of the programs, dogmas and boxes that these ones have put you into all of these eons of time.

"And it is so that you will be able to look up and breathe and see the sky, and connect with the Divinity that You Are, connect with the totality of the Universe, recognize who you really are and really go at warp speed upon your Ascension path. Whatever there is that you feel there is for you to do you can be sure that this new Financial Freedom, which is coming, will pave the way. We do not want to emphasize the importance of money, but we will say this: This is pure, this is precious metals! There is a big difference between that and the paper with all of its attachments that have been in use in society around the World.

"There are no hidden agendas behind this gold. There is Saint Germain, there are the White Knights, there are the wealthy visionaries, there are the other planets who have contributed to this vast treasure trove, and it’s all done out of Love, compassionate Love, and forgiving, which is non-judgmental Love. It is all to say thank you to all of you who have been here so many times in so many lifetimes and in so many identities. It is Gratitude in expression, it is Compassion in expression, it is Forgiveness in expression and it is all Love-based! This money that is coming is coming from the source of Love, and that makes a huge difference because the energy of it is so much higher, the vibrational energy is so much higher than all of this paper, which has been so manipulated so as to manipulate you!!!

"So it is time to celebrate Financial Freedom! Another way of stating that is that it’s time to celebrate Abundance and the Freedom to express yourselves in a manner in which you want to express, such as maybe you want to quit your J-O-B- job and paint pretty pictures. Whatever it is that you choose to do, the World is waiting for you to do it. This Freedom will give you the means to be secure in your homes, to have enough to eat, to take a little trip somewhere if you choose to travel, and because it comes from Love it gives you the Freedom to pay it forward in any manner and with any particular perspective that you choose. Maybe you want to help children that have no families. Perhaps you will go someplace where there are many of these children – orphans, you call them, just think of them as Love and perhaps you will share your Love with them, and some of your loving resources.

"Perhaps there are other things that you would like to do. There will be opportunities to invest in all of the new technologies if you choose to do that. These technologies are coming forward. Your own scientists know a lot more now than they did even five years ago, and they are starting to understand what is happening in the Universe and what is happening on Planet Earth, and it can’t be kept hidden any longer!

"You just heard Beloved Masters, Tara and Rama, speak of the publication of a portal - that’s huge! And it was on national TV, how about that? These things are going to become daily news events - and it isn’t that you need to watch the news on TV because there are still some Foxy ones out there who are trying to persuade you otherwise - but you can get it on the internet, you can get it from your friends, your emails that come around, and there are plenty of You Tubies on every topic. You could spend your entirety of your days and nights learning more and more about these things that are there for you to know about, but we don’t recommend that either.

"Just be aware of what is happening in the greatest sense; in other words, the summary of it all. Because, as we say, there will be more and more information coming out everyday. The description of standing on the head of the pin is most accurate, there is not much more to go. Now, of course, we ask you, as always, to continue to hold the high vibrational energies to the very utmost of your abilities. Beloved Sananda has begun, what you call, a pilot program, to facilitate this to those who are called to join with that, and it will be available worldwide when the broadcasting capabilities are enhanced. This is one of the many advantages that will be coming with the gold. You can call it Golden Love. And of course there are other, what you call, precious metals, involved. Just think – the very term ‘precious,’ does that not carry the energy of Love?

“So, again, it is to focus upon, not so much what your bank account says, how many zeros – that’s what these greedy ones have been focusing on, 'Well I have ten zeros in my bank account…Oh, well I just moved mine up to eleven zeros,' or whatever. It’s not a competition, it’s not about stealing from you, it’s about giving to you what you have coming, it is your Divine Birthright and it is for you to enjoy and to celebrate and to know that you have absolutely every right to receive and to determine for yourselves what you will do with it. No government is going to come and take it away from you. No behind-the-scenes shuffling is going to happen to the computers so that they direct the money away from your accounts and into some other one in Dubai, or whatever. That’s over!

"We want you to feel the Freedom that brings, Freedom to be in charge, Freedom to accept, Freedom to allow others to accept without any kind of jealousy or greed or fear, Freedom from someone who has more than you that can hire somebody or pay somebody to tell you lies or to trick you into losing what you have. That’s over - it’s being done now! They’re trying – oh yes, those Koch brothers are really stepping it up in Wisconsin, but as more and more Truth comes out those people in Wisconsin are going to be giving their response to the Koch brothers and the others who are still trying to purchase what they want, at the expense of everyone else.

"You see, there is a difference. High dimensional lifestyle is all about the Golden Rule, it’s all about the teachings of Sananda and the other ones who came purely to teach. It’s all about treating everyone else in the World, and seeing them, as being One With You and treating them the way that you, yourself want to be treated. Of course, it means you need to recognize your own Divinity and then you will recognize theirs. It does not work if you say, ‘Well, they’re more worthy than I am,’ or, ‘I’m more worthy than they are.’ That’s unequal, that’s out of balance, and that’s 3D.

"The higher dimensional lifestyle says that everyone is equally loved, and everyone is equally loving, and everyone deserves, by their own Divine Birthright, Happiness and Joy, and Peace and Freedom, and yes, Abundance! Yes, let’s hear it for Abundance! This is a biggie, and it’s a big issue, and it has kept the World on edge. Why should one or two percent on Earth have all the Abundance and everybody else have none, you see?

"This inequality has created wars on a global scale, right on down to two individuals – right on down to one individual, making war upon himself or herself. Anybody who says, 'I can’t, I can’t be free, I don’t deserve Abundance,' anybody who is in self-judgment, anybody who is not grateful to himself or herself for simply being alive, that is inequality also - that is out of balance! And so it is that even as you celebrate and you start to breathe and feel the Joy, it is to remember to keep yourself in balance and to simply know without question, without any qualms or equivocations whatsoever, that you deserve all of the Abundance that is flowing to you.

"If you could see it – consider yourself as standing in what has been a very dry riverbed, and all of a sudden the waters of Abundance come in - you’ve been praying for it, or saying mantras for it, or doing sacred rituals to have the river flow again, and all of a sudden you look out ahead of you. Now, it’s not a huge overwhelming, drowning kind of torrent, it is simply a beautiful, beautiful flow of clear, pure water.

"And if you’re standing on the riverbank right now, go ahead, get in. You won’t drown in it, it’s not that high, it’s not going to bury you, it is simply going to come and wet the ground which has been so dry, and perhaps your whole body is crying out because it too has been so dry or dehydrated. By simply standing in the precious water – go ahead you can dip your hand into it, you can drink it, you can splash in it, you can splash each other in happy, joyful play. It is the river of Abundance, Beloved Ones, and it is flowing again! Go ahead jump in, bathe in it, enjoy it and know that it will flow to you as beautifully and effortlessly as that river.

"Now, that’s a pretty joyful vision for you! Perhaps some of you will even dream or have visions of it! Well, if you do send them on in, we would love for you to share. So remember this is what has been promised. No matter how unhappy, how wretched you have felt in this lifetime, or in others, no matter what you have done, or expressed, or felt, it’s over!!! What is there for you now is your own creation, what is there for you now is the Freedom to create your lifestyle - how you want it to be, where you want it to be, with whom you want it to be and in whatever expressions you choose. We are speaking of this knowing that you, Beloved Family, are High-Heart beings already, that you recognize this Light in yourselves and in each other, and that you understand about the high dimensional lifestyle, attitude and expression.

"It’s not about vengeance, this taking away from those who have been stealing it all these eons of time, and redistributing it – no it’s not communism, it’s about everyone enjoying, finally, that which is your Divine Birthright. The Abundance of the Golden Love is a part of your Divine Birthright and we promise you that it will make it easier for you to make whatever changes, if any, you want to make in your lifestyle in this moment in order to further your preparations for Ascension. That, Beloved Ones, is the only reason that this river is going to flow to you. It is to facilitate your Ascension!

"It’s not about getting even, it’s not about making somebody pay for what they have done in the past. It’s not about punishment, or any of those kinds of fear-based events or emotions or expressions. It’s all about you and helping you to get even further along your Ascension paths. It is not about anything except that, so be joyful, feel that Freedom, bathe in that river, splash about, see the sunlight sparking on the water, see the trees along the bank and the flowers swaying gently in the breeze, see your faithful doggy or kitty cat, from this or any other lifetime! It is all about Love and it’s all about being in Joy!

"We simply say to you, remember Who You Really Are, and remember that this is yet another expression of Love coming to you, because it is time, as you measure it, for you to receive that which has been ordained and that which has been rightfully and honorably yours. Because You Are Who You Are, and because you are indeed Divine. Even if you are down in the dumpies and feeling somewhat lost, or not sure, just go within, consult with your guidance team if you choose, and start seeing yourself in that river and open up to how it is that you want to be in enjoyment of this Abundance, which is even now flowing to you.

"Indeed it is time to celebrate, and it is time to be in the spiritual connection of what this does for you, and with you. This is a Divine Occurrence on Planet Earth - it is bringing it into balance and harmony, it is giving you opportunities that you have not yet enjoyed. And that, together with all of the wonderful methods and technologies and Freedoms from dogmas and lies, and all of the other things that have, let’s face it, kept planet Earth in 3D - they are all ordained, they are all right here, and it is for you to accept and allow this whole wondrous package to come into your beings, that you may begin to create the visions of whatever it is that you choose to do with this new Freedom!

"We thank you, we invite you to lift up, get in high vibes, connect within the totality of your beings and with each other and feel the Grace* that all of this brings to you. And so it is. Salut."

All shadows will have dissipated as the clarity of Reality surrounds you.
Many of you are feeling down and depressed as it seems that your awakening is not getting any nearer. You feel that you have been holding the Light, changing your attitudes, practicing loving behavior and yet nothing is happening that indicates your efforts are in any way effective. Remember, the illusion is fighting for its existence, it is a collective egoic structure that is maintained by fear, suffering, and violence, and what you see happening, if you focus on the bad news around the planet, are its death throes. It is making its last desperate efforts to renew itself, but its foundations are crumbling prior to its inevitable collapse. Continue to have faith in God’s divine plan for you to awaken into the brilliant Light of eternal day where all that has caused you pain and suffering will be gone, leaving only Reality, Love, the absolute bliss of being one with your Father, complete, joyful, and forever at Peace in the enlightened Knowledge of His loving embrace. Then all will be clear and all shadows will have dissipated as the clarity of Reality surrounds you.
You have been working your way homewards towards this glorious conclusion to the game of separation in which you have been engaged for many lifetimes, and that conclusion, that awakening into awareness of who you truly are is fast approaching. Do not let the apparent reality of the illusion, with the chaos and confusion it is spreading in its final attempts to convince you that it is real, drag you down into a morass of self-doubt and self-recrimination about your worthiness to experience God’s Love for you, or, worse still, into doubting the existence of God. You are, you always have been, and you always will be perfect creations of your divine Father, forever at one with Him in Heaven – Paradise, Reality – because there is nowhere else. That is where you are, and the realization of that, the awareness of that, the truth of that will show you, once and for all, that you have been asleep and dreaming of a nowhere place that you had made up in your minds to amuse yourselves. The amusement ended, and since then you have been endeavoring to awaken, and the moment for that to happen is at hand.
God in His ineffable Love and Wisdom could not and would not allow you to remain asleep and unaware of who you really are, which is why He provided you with all that you need to awaken, and why He has been actively encouraging you to do so since you first entered that unreal state. He knows you want to wake up, He knows you have undergone the very convincing but completely unreal experience of intense suffering, and He wants only for you to release yourselves from that nightmare by embracing one another in the Love that is your true state of being. Love is infinite, utterly complete in and of Itself, and within It nothing that is unloving can possibly be present. Your awakening is a process of letting go of anything that is incompatible with that divine state, and you have been working towards it for what seems like an interminable length of time.
The point at which you started to realize the insanity of behaving unlovingly was the moment when it became possible for you to consider letting go of the illusion, because it became immediately apparent that what you were experiencing so vividly could only be unreal. Nevertheless, you were reluctant to disengage from the behaviors that had become endemic as you sought safety, acceptance, and love in that strange illusory environment from which they had been excluded.
Those very behaviors that you thought would protect you were, and continue to be, the ties that bind you to the illusion, because, as you have often been reminded, anything unloving cannot be present in the state of Love. You have been reluctant to release them because of the intense sense of insecurity with which the illusion presents you, and because as you look around you you see intense suffering from which you wish to be separated. But separation is suffering, it is the delusion that separation from others provides you with safety and security from attack, and enables you to attack others to keep yourselves safe. As all are one to attack anyone is to attack yourselves.
Your awakening process continues to move rapidly forwards because your awareness of this truth is intensifying and spreading, and more and more of you are intending to cooperate in loving behaviors that will enable you to release that fearful need to be separate. It seems to many of you that you have one foot in Reality and one in the illusion – you believe that there is only oneness, that separation is an illusion, and yet you are still experiencing separation. However, this concept is in itself a great step forwards. And with each step forwards you increase your acceleration towards your inevitable arrival at your heavenly destination. Just continue holding your Light on high; doing so reminds you of your divine heritage and strengthens your intent to awaken, and this will assist and encourage others to do the same. It is an acceptance of the reality of your oneness and it helps to further dissipate the sense of separation that binds you to the illusion. The bindings that remain are far fewer then ever before, and are now close to breaking. You know this, so relax into the certainty of your impending awakening.

We have a lot of things to do. Each of you has his part to play in the role of your end times and your journey as a planet and people through ascension. We have outlined previously what we must get done together, and these projects must get underway very soon. What these projects will mean for the people of your world is incalculable, and beneficial to all across you globe.

We, the Galactic Federation of Light, would like to get started immediately and we require the assistance of the people of your world to help us gain acceptance by those who either have yet no idea of who we are and those who have allowed fear to convince them that we are here for destructive purposes. You are our agents in the field who can reach these people. It is you that can allow them to see a clearer picture of us and what we do. Your task is not an easy one, and many will shun your attempts to show them an alternative view to our presence here. Their reaction will be fear-based, and as we have said all along it is fear that is, and has always been your greatest enemy.

It is fear that caused so many of you to give your power over to those who only wish to enslave you, and it is fear that caused you to support their military campaigns and allow them to stockpile vast amounts of weapons, and because of this we, that is you and us, have to deal with the tasks now of removing the ones you have empowered and also safely remove their weaponry which is scattered and hidden all over, within, and above your planet. This is no easy task but we, along with our Earth allies, are seeing to this task and we ask you, our Lightworkers, to complete your assignment to the best of your abilities.

You are being asked at this time to help spread the word of our arrival and of our peaceful intentions. You are being asked to spread the news of the pending arrests of those of your criminal Cabal who have evil plans for humanity. This is what you are being asked to do at this time. We see much activity on your Internet social networks, but we also see much time being wasted with matters not mentioned above. Fear-based discussions consume much of the time of so many of you, as well as comical posts and discussions, and we ask you could you have better utilized this time to make a difference in your world? How many souls could you have reached out to in the time spent copying and pasting that silly photograph or story that is unrelated to the vital matters at hand?

We see so many reading these words and we do see some of you taking action, but not nearly enough of you. Have we not assured you that this is why you are here? So many of you hear these words and you also feel these words as there is no denying they resonate with you and something inside you tells you this is the truth, yet you fail to respond to your calling. What is it? Is it the fear of ridicule? Do the words of those that you know are un-awakened and sleepwalking really bother you that much? Why? Do you not believe our words when we tell you that all will see soon enough that you spoke the truth and that you are a leader of your fellow man?

This is your shining moment. You are the hero of the moment, yet you do not respond. Is it fear of reprisals from the dark ones that keep you from sharing our messages and news of imminent arrests? Ask yourself how many of your fellow Lightworkers have been harmed in any way. Ask yourself why our channels are permitted to freely and safely continue to share our words. Why do so many of you still give your power over to another? Why do you empower those that wish to control you by feeding them power they do not themselves possess without your generosity? This is the question before you today.

So many of you are waiting for action, for arrests to be broadcast through your television sets and for the landings of our ships and we tell you again today that it is we that are awaiting you. We tell you that the arrests are imminent, for indeed they are; we only share the truth with you. They are imminent because it is you that is so close. It is you that only need to push through the last few inches of a concrete wall that only months ago was twenty feet thick. We say again, time is running short and we need to begin our many vital projects together. Push through the last few inches of that wall and let us get underway changing your world for the better.

It has been such a long time for many of you when you realized your world needs vast changes, and we know many of you thought that they would never come as so many of your friends, family, coworkers and strangers alike could not see what you saw so clearly. We tell you now that they can see clearly today, but it is you that must paint the picture for them to see. If you do, they will see. They can now see, but what do they see now that their eyes are opening for the first time in eons? They see stories of chemtrails , of assassination conspiracies, of alien abductions, of shape shifting reptilians, of ghosts and apparitions, of conspiracies on every conceivable level, yet they do not see news of the imminent arrests of the Cabal and that we are here and that we wish to reunite with you, our family from long ago. We wish to see this. Your brothers and sisters need to see this. Can you allow them to see this?

It was understood by each one of you, our trusted Lightworkers, that your task would not be an easy one, but that is why it was you that were chosen for this assignment. We knew you could get the job done, and many of you have gotten this job done not once, but many times before and we know you will get the job done once again.

Moving towards discussions of our ongoing battle with these dark ones, we are again happy to report that their fighting forces continue to go down one by one, minute by minute. They no longer possess any of their advanced weaponry that at one time slowed our progress as we had to carefully maneuver around their ‘minefields’ while taking out their space fighters. Today, their hazardous weaponry has been dismantled, and we enjoy the luxury of removing their space fighters at will according to our schedule. The forces of the dark will present no problem to us or to you when it is time to move ahead with the next phase of our joint operation. Again, we wish to make it clear that you are not waiting on us; we are waiting on you and your progress.

As we have said, agreements have been reached with a certain number of your media outlets and news of the arrests of the criminal Cabal and of our presence will be made available to the people of your world. This will be a milestone in our campaign, and will be a tremendous boost to our combined efforts. It does not have to be explained to many of you how important your media is to this effort, and we assure you at this time that your media will cooperate.

We have a meticulous plan to bring the news of our presence to many of your world, and we see this plan succeeding in every way towards this goal. We are anxious to get underway with this phase of the operation as are many of you. We do see this day approaching and it is drawing very near. We ask you again to set the table for these events to unfold by sharing the news of the pending arrests and what your people can expect after the path has been cleared for our arrival. We thank you all so much once again for all the difficult work you are doing and assure you that your efforts will not be in vain, as together we will succeed, and a new Earth will blossom from the soil we tend to today.

Your new Earth will be a paradise, free of those of the dark who have systematically destroyed all you have tried to build. Your new Earth will be a beautiful garden, where you will be free to cultivate all your dreams and creative desires. Your new Earth will be a playground for you to all play together, and your new Earth will be a workplace where you can all work together to get jobs done. Nothing will stand in your way any longer, and many of you will be absolutely amazed at the progress that can be made with the right amount of effort now that those who have hindered you so have been removed.

You will be free to build your world anyway you see fit, and all will proceed democratically according to a fair and proper vote. We will assist you in the formation of your new leadership, but after its inception, it is all up to you. This is your world, and you will be free to make your own decisions. Remain aware however, that what has transpired here throughout your history will never be permitted to happen again.

The atrocities and the violence were only permitted here in the name of research, to find ways to better design and build new worlds throughout this universe, but after this experiment is completed, much of what has happened here will not be permitted to ever happen again. Much has been learned from this experiment and your efforts here, and many new alliances and friendships have been forged. The information derived from this experiment is invaluable, and we thank each and every one of you for your participation in this grand endeavor.

This entire universe has, and will continue to benefit greatly from what has been accomplished here, and your planet and her people will be hailed for many eons to come for their service to the sacred cause of creation. Many models for other worlds have been created from the molds of civilizations from throughout your history. Many of you will be quite surprised to learn that historic civilizations of your past history here live on to flourish on other planets throughout this universe. What a wondrous sight this will be for you to behold when you will have the opportunity to visit these worlds and witness for yourself civilizations you have only read about in your history books or have caught only glimpses of through the ruins of their art and architecture.

Could you imagine what miraculous sites await you as you approach a planet that is home to a favorite civilization of not only your recorded history, but your favorite historical civilization that you yourself have experienced in your distant past? This is one treasure that awaits you just up ahead on your journey.

We have shared with you that the universe possesses many gifts and surprises for you, and your expectations will never be let down, you can be assured of this, as the creator’s home is vast, it is never ending, and it is magnificent.

It is not like you to turtle up into a shell. You have all been through so much adversity, far more than anything you are experiencing at this time. Many of you have faced an opposing army and have bravely charged into certain peril. You have faced disasters of nature and disasters of man, and each time you faced these challenges with bravery. What is holding you back today? A little ridicule from others who yet to see the greater picture? Is this the obstacle you allow to stand in your way of your new Earth and all it promises for you, your family, friends. and every one of your brothers and sisters of your world?

Do you realize today that the historical accounts of all your efforts here will be preserved for all future generations to come? Do you not see that the historical record of what you are achieving today will be preserved not only here, but throughout this universe? We ask you at this time what further motivation do you require? There will always be those who laugh and there will always be those who scorn, but we ask you where in your current history books are their story and their names. You have the opportunity to make history, what is stopping you from making it?

We ask you at this time for a charge from each of you forward, pushing through the last of the defenses that keep you from reclaiming what is, has always been, and will always be rightfully yours. Do you want this? Will you reclaim it? Because it is there for you, and it awaits your decision and your action.

We see you reclaiming what is yours. This is why you are here, and you will not return home empty handed. What is the tale you want to recite upon your return to your home worlds? Will it be a tale of defeat because you wished not to be ridiculed? Is this the story you wish to share with those who await your triumphant return? Or is there another tale you wish to bring with you home? It is all up to you, and we await your decision.

Many battles and wars have been fought and have been lost due to the superior forces of thy enemy, but we tell you that we are here with you and we will uphold our duty and suppress the forces of your enemy. This is our frontline, and we are succeeding. How do you fare on your front line? Are you succeeding? Will you triumph?

You have been supplied all the weaponry you need, and you have reinforcements on the way as the newly awakened ones join the ranks of the Light. Do not retreat and never surrender. This battle is yours, and it is victory you shall have.

We will continue our reconnaissance of your enemy and of your progress and continue to relay to you daily intelligence of our mutual campaign against the dark and their forces. You will be kept abreast of any changes of strategy and each phase we commence of the overall operation. Continue on in your fight against those who have oppressed you and who wish to enslave you, and we will continue our fight on our front lines. We will never retreat, and we will never desert you. We will together succeed in this epic struggle, and the forces of Light will prevail against the forces of darkness. So it has been written. And so it shall be.

Hand-in-hand we shall overcome all obstacles before us. There exists no one and there exists nothing that can stand in our way. You, as a 3rd dimensional human, have fared greater challenges and adversities than what you are experiencing today and we believe in you, all of you, and we know you can get through these last difficult times of your journey together and emerge out of it into the light of the higher realms. This is your goal. This is the main reason for your current incarnation and you are almost there. Do not let anything slow or stop you now, as nothing can.

Try to look at everything as a challenge that has been purposely placed before you, for indeed this is most often the case. Try not to look at your troubles and think “Oh, poor me, another problem”, and instead look upon these obstacles as another challenge that you will conquer, and emerge that much stronger on the other side. This is how we see your journey every step of the way, and this visualization technique may assist many of you to head into yet another test of your will and determination with renewed vigor and fortitude.

Up ahead we see better days for all of you, far better days, but we also see additional challenges as well. Prepare yourselves for both, and you will fair a lot better throughout these challenging times. All along your long journey you have received challenges that you were forced to overcome somehow, someway, but you also received help and guidance from above even if another of your human family was enlisted in this effort.

Today, we see many of you coming to the aid of your brothers and sisters and we are overjoyed at the display of brotherly and sisterly love for one another. How far you have all come in such a short period of time. You all have stellar families are looking on in admiration for your efforts to assist one another in your times of need and they are so proud of each and every one of you. They will be able to express their feelings to you personally in the days ahead when you will enjoy a long deserved reunion with them. We see this day approaching quickly, and each successive day we see further obstacles removed that today keep us apart.

Much continues to develop behind the scenes and we would like to share with you a little of what has been going on. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, have many divisions whose task it is to seek out and neutralize any hostile forces that wish to interfere with us as we offer assistance to worlds such as yours. Here in your world we have encountered a fighting force of reasonably substantial size and strength, but nothing we have not dealt with before and nothing we cannot handle in any way. Our teams are actively scouting for these hostile forces, and upon locating them we neutralize them and remove them from this area of space without any attempt to harm any personnel within these crafts, although the same cannot be said for our opposition as they continually make every effort to harm our personnel with everything that they have got.

We of the higher dimensions do not allow our emotions to overcome us and we see these soldiers as souls who have more learning and growth ahead of them, as do we all. No one in this universe has completed all their lessons and has learned all there is to know, and when one realizes this, a door is opened to greater avenues of knowledge and wisdom.

Upon incarceration of the soldiers of your dark Cabal, they begin a reeducation program where they first learn who they are fighting for and risking great personal injury and their lives for. Upon learning just who is behind their forces and their governments as well, a great deal of these men and women experience great disbelief and choose instead to believe it is we that are deceiving them. It is only after showing them clear evidence of this do they only begin to believe they may have been lied to, duped by cunning and ruthless minds behind many of your governments and military forces.

As part of a rehabilitation program we allow these men and women to observe our working and social environments for themselves. Here they can observe us in our natural environments and begin to realize, perhaps for the first time, that we are not the enemy and that we are in your world on a mission not to conquer, plunder and enslave, as they have been told time and again by their military superiors as part of their indoctrination program, but we are here on a mission of service to humanity, to assist them make the many changes that will advance your society greatly and relieve the suffering of every man, woman and child on your planet. This is what we do, and although many refuse to believe this for a time, most eventually do come to the realization of our honorable intentions.

There are many nonmilitary personnel within your world as well who have bought into the propaganda that we are here with hostile intent, and as we ourselves cannot extend these individuals the same rehabilitation program as the others, this task can be accomplished by our Lightworkers in the field. This is an area you are better equipped for and we ask you at this time to share your light and your truths of who we are and what our intentions are here. This will eventually clear the way for our reunion with you as we remove yet another obstacle from our path.

Today there remain many of your world who fear us, and we do have to compete with the never-ending parade of propaganda displayed through your television and film industry. We understand that many humans are quite susceptible to the information handed to them through such medium, and we do have plans to counteract this barrage of falsehoods and allow those who yet to see a clearer picture of us view an alternative explanation to our purpose here. We ask for your continued assistance helping to spread the truth about us and our intentions, and we thank each and every one of you for your tremendous efforts to inform your brothers and sisters.

As we have said, we do have many projects that we feel are imperative to begin immediately, and we are making every attempt to clear the paths so we may safely begin. Our Earth allies are responsible, with our assistance, for the task of rounding up and incarcerating a significant number of members of your criminal Cabal that will effectively destroy their treacherous organization.

We stand by at this time for the news that those many arrests have been undertaken and as always remain fully prepared for any countermeasures by the military units who yet stubbornly remain aligned with the dark ones. It was never expected that all of your Armed Forces would end their alliance with those of the dark agenda, and we have plans for them as well. If these groups insist upon noncompliance with your new system they too will be removed from their current locations and begin their reeducation program.

Upon working with us, many of you may be interested in such positions where you will interact with incoming soldiers and help facilitate their reeducation programs. Who better to work with these men and women than someone from their own human family? We see many walls of trust being broken down immediately when the soldiers can meet and speak with someone from their own country or even city. We see the rehabilitation process proceeding far more quickly and efficiently with the assistance of those of your world, and we look forward to enlisting the help of many from your human family.

There are many other positions as well where the assistance of those of your world would be greatly beneficial, and these assignments too will be available to you in the coming days ahead when we feel we can safely interact with you. We will make every attempt to keep you abreast of all relative developments towards this goal, and we will make clear at the appropriate time the procedure to make your intentions known that you are interested in beginning a new career with us of the Galactic fleets. We see many of you are looking forward to this opportunity, and we are extremely pleased at the willingness of so many of you to take part in our efforts in service to others. It will be a joy to work together with you, and we look so forward to this occasion where we can begin our initial orientations with you.

Turning towards matters of humanity’s ascension, we see matters proceeding perfectly according to plan, and we will not permit any delays at this time as time is now running short and there is much yet to accomplish to clear your path for as smooth a transition into the higher realms as is possible.

Many of you have astutely taken notice of your days that may appear to pass by at an ever advancing rate. Time is compressing for you and this will appear as if time is speeding up and we say to you that the period between today and the culmination of your ascension will elapse far more quickly than you may imagine at this time. Before you know it, December will be upon you and much at that time will have needed to be accomplished.

Details of all the different projects that must be accomplished we will make clear to you when the time is deemed appropriate, and we will need to fill many positions required for these tasks. We will make every attempt to give you as much prior notice as possible of the many positions available so you will have sufficient time to reach a decision as to which positions you would be interested in. You will then begin your training as soon as possible as some of these positions require much training and study on your part.

We feel there will be those interested in every field that will be available, and we see that we will also have many backup personnel on call, fully trained as well. This is the preferred procedure as we must always have personnel available to fill every position and station on- board our craft at all times for the proper functioning of our fleets.

You will also receive training that will educate you as to the makeup of the many fleets of the Galactic Federation of Light and also other Galactic commands as well. You will learn the size of our fleets and their structure, and their organization from top to bottom. You will learn the ranks of our personnel and how to identify each of them and what powers and duties each rank possesses.

You will also be fully instructed on the many different types of spacecraft that make up our vast fleets and what each craft has been designed for and what capabilities each craft possesses. Each type of craft is manned by personnel specific to the function of a particular ship, and you will be trained to identify each ship by size and shape and immediately recognize their function and capabilities. We have many different types of craft, all with different functions, and learning all of these will have you busy for quite a while.

You will also be making many new friends once a member of the Galactic Federation of Light, and many adventures and good times await you and the launch of your new career. We look so forward to this day and assure you again it is not far off in the distance.

Keep up the fine work you are all doing paving the way for our arrival. We see you making great headway, and we ask you to keep up the pace of your efforts as we are almost there. This day will come, believe this, and do not let any doubt create another obstacle that will have to be removed.

It is important to understand that not all obstacles are physical, and many obstacles exist and are created by the thought processes of your individual as well as collective mind. Fear, doubt, distrust, disharmony, discord, all play an important part in our mutual attempts for a mass first contact between us. These negative thought processes create obstacles, blockages that must be removed before we can proceed with our plans. Removal of these blockages may be rather simple, or may require great time and effort.

The greater the level of fear or distrust, the greater the task of removal. Your Cabal understands this, and this is one of the reasons for their continued efforts to instill fear within your societies through their propaganda campaigns. As so many of your world readily buy into these attempts, we must busy ourselves with damage control to lessen the blow of these efforts of the dark ones. This is another reason why your efforts as Lightworkers to spread the truth of who we are and why we are here is so important at this time. As we have said, our mission together cannot be accomplished without your help. Please continue to shine your light all throughout your circles and throughout your reach of influence as your efforts are so important to the successful accomplishment of our joint mission. Your efforts are greatly appreciated at this time, and we again assure you they will not go unrewarded.

We are so very close to reaching the first milestone of our campaign, and we suggest again to you to monitor your media outlets for the news of the arrests of the men and women of the criminal Cabal that will be your signal that it is time for the immediate implementation of the next phase of our operation. There will not be a prolonged period of inactivity between these two phases, and we ask you to remain vigilant as this day is approaching rapidly.

The news of these arrests may come rather suddenly, as advance notice would only be advantageous to the Cabal and they shall receive no further gift of charity from us. They have used up all their favors and excuses, and it is now time to face the music that has been a long time coming. Many of these individuals possess the arrogance to attempt to make a deal for their surrender at this point, but we are now far beyond the time for making any deals and there will be no concessions offered for their surrender as they possess nothing left to barter with.

The dark ones have been given opportunity after opportunity to surrender, and much was offered them on many occasions, yet they arrogantly balked at the last minute each and every time at surrender, believing they can somehow avoid the inevitable. There is no avoiding what they will now receive for their unjust actions against the people of Earth, and they cannot delay these proceedings one moment longer. It is our Earth allies who will decide when their time has come, and come it will.

Looking over at what is possible for your world; we see many great things in store for you in the days ahead once we can get busy on our many scheduled projects together. Your society will quickly and efficiently be raised to the level of a Galactic society, and we see so many of you being amazed at the wonders in store for you. There exists no aspect of your current society that will not be modified, and we see great advancements for your personal lives as well, beginning where it always begins, at home.

Your homes will be brought up to the standards of a Galactic society, with pure water running throughout and clean and efficient energy systems that will not cost you anything. Your kitchens will also be advanced greatly, with devices that will change the way you not only prepare food, but obtain it as well. This is just a small sampling of what is in store for you once we can safely interact with you upon the takedown of your criminal Cabal.

It's Not a Fairytale: Seattle to Build Nation's First Food Forest
 
Forget meadows. The city's new park will be filled with edible plants, and everything from pears to herbs will be free for the taking.

Seattle's vision of an urban food oasis is going forward. A seven-acre plot of land in the city's Beacon Hill neighborhood will be planted with hundreds of different kinds of edibles: walnut and chestnut trees; blueberry and raspberry bushes; fruit trees, including apples and pears; exotics like pineapple, yuzu citrus, guava, persimmons, honeyberries, and lingonberries; herbs; and more. All will be available for public plucking to anyone who wanders into the city's first food forest.

"This is totally innovative, and has never been done before in a public park," Margaret Harrison, lead landscape architect for the Beacon Food Forest project,says and she is working on construction and permit drawings now and expects to break ground this summer.

The concept of a food forest certainly pushes the envelope on urban agriculture and is grounded in the concept of permaculture, which means it will be perennial and self-sustaining, like a forest is in the wild. Not only is this forest Seattle's first large-scale permaculture project, but it's also believed to be the first of its kind in the nation.

"The concept means we consider the soils, companion plants, insects, bugs-everything will be mutually beneficial to each other," says Harrison.
That the plan came together at all is remarkable on its own. What started as a group project for a permaculture design course ended up as a textbook example of community outreach gone right.

"Friends of the Food Forest undertook heroic outreach efforts to secure neighborhood support. The team mailed over 6,000 postcards in five different languages, tabled at events and fairs, and posted fliers," writes Robert Mellinger for Crosscut. Neighborhood input was so valued by the organizers, they even used translators to help Chinese residents have a voice in the planning. So just who gets to harvest all that low-hanging fruit when the time comes? "Anyone and everyone," says Harrison. "There was major discussion about it. People worried, 'What if someone comes and takes all the blueberries?' That could very well happen, but maybe someone needed those blueberries.           Through obedience to the first and great commandment of the Lord, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind," the heart of man is wed to the heart of God and the alchemy of life lived on earth even as it is lived in heaven is begun.  The act of loving produces the action of the cosmic flow;  and it is the flow of energy from the heart of man to the heart of God that rejuvenates the being of man, that strengthens the citadel of consciousness, that expands the auric forcefield, and that ultimately magnetizes the soul of man to the Spirit of God in the ritual of the ascension in the light.

A string of kindness: 30 kidneys, 60 lives

The recipient, Donald Terry Jr., had received a diagnosis of diabetes-related renal disease in his mid-40s. “It was like being sentenced to prison,” Terry recalled, “like I had done something wrong in my life and this was the outcome.”

Rick Ruzzamenti of Riverside, Calif., donated a kidney to a stranger, expecting nothing in return. The act led to the longest chain of kidney transplants ever constructed.

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Rick Ruzzamenti admits to being a tad impulsive. He traded his Catholicism for Buddhism in a revelatory flash. He married a Vietnamese woman he had only just met.

And then a year ago, he decided in an instant to donate his left kidney to a stranger.

In February 2011, the desk clerk at Ruzzamenti’s yoga studio told him she had recently donated a kidney to an ailing friend.

Ruzzamenti, 44, had never even donated blood, but the story so captivated him that two days later he placed a call to Riverside Community Hospital to ask how he might do the same thing.

Halfway across the country, in Joliet, Ill., Donald Terry Jr. needed a kidney in the worst way. Since receiving a diagnosis of diabetes-related renal disease in his mid-40s, he had endured the burning and bloating and dismal tedium of dialysis for nearly a year.

“It was like being sentenced to prison,” Terry recalled, “like I had done something wrong in my life and this was the outcome.”

As a dawn chill broke over Chicago on Dec. 20, Terry received a kidney in a transplant at Loyola University Medical Center. He did not get it from Ruzzamenti, at least not directly, but the two men will forever share a connection: They were the first and last patients in the longest chain of kidney transplants ever constructed, linking 30 people who were willing to give up an organ with 30 who might have died without one.

What made the domino chain of 60 operations possible was the willingness of a good Samaritan, Ruzzamenti, to give the initial kidney, expecting nothing in return. Its momentum was then fueled by a mix of selflessness and self-interest among donors who gave a kidney to a stranger after learning they could not donate to a loved one because of incompatible blood types or antibodies. Their loved ones, in turn, were offered compatible kidneys as part of the exchange.

Coordination and innovation

Chain 124, as it was labeled by the nonprofit National Kidney Registry, required lockstep coordination over four months among 17 hospitals in 11 states. It was born of innovations in computer matching, surgical technique and organ shipping, as well as the determination of a Long Island, N.Y., businessman named Garet Hil.

The chain began with an algorithm and an altruist. Over the months it fractured time and again, suspending the fates of those down the line until Hil could repair the breach. Eventually, he succeeded in finding needle-in-a-haystack matches for patients whose antibodies would have caused them to reject organs from most donors.

Despite an intensely bitter breakup, a Michigan man agreed to donate a kidney for his former girlfriend for the sake of their 2-year-old daughter. A woman from Toronto donated for her fifth cousin from Brooklyn, N.Y., after meeting him by chance in Italy and then staying in touch mostly by text messages.

Children donated for parents, husbands for wives, sisters for brothers. A 26-year-old student from Texas gave a kidney for a 44-year-old uncle in California whom he rarely saw. In San Francisco, a 62-year-old survivor of Stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma donated for her son-in-law.
On Aug. 15, Ruzzamenti’s kidney flew east on a Continental red-eye from Los Angeles to Newark, N.J., and was rushed to Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. There it was stitched into the abdomen of a 66-year-old man.

Passing it on

The man’s niece, a 34-year-old nurse, had wanted to give him her kidney, but her Type A blood clashed with his Type O. So in exchange for Ruzzamenti’s gift, she agreed to have her kidney shipped to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison for Brooke R. Kitzman’s transplant. It was Kitzman’s former boyfriend, David Madosh, who agreed to donate a kidney on her behalf despite their acrimonious split.

On and on the chain extended, with kidneys flying from coast to coast, iced down in cardboard boxes equipped with GPS devices and stowed on commercial aircraft.

In a system built on trust, one leap of faith followed another. The most worrisome risk was that donors would renege once their loved ones received kidneys.

After John A. Clark of Sarasota, Fla., got a transplant on Sept. 28 at Tampa General Hospital, his wife, Rebecca, faced a 68-day wait before it was her turn to keep the chain going. Clark said it crossed her mind to back out, but that she swatted away the temptation.

“I believe in karma,” Clark said, “and that would have been some really bad karma. There was somebody out there who needed my kidney.”

Many of the 400,000 Americans who are tethered to dialysis dream of a transplant as their pathway back to normal. While about 90,000 people are lined up for kidneys, fewer than 17,000 receive one each year, and about 4,500 die waiting, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing, which maintains the wait list for the government.

Only a third of transplanted kidneys come from living donors, but they are coveted because they typically last longer than cadaver kidneys.

A reason there are not more live kidney donations, however, is that about a third of transplant candidates with a willing donor find that they are immunologically incompatible.

Domino chains, which were first attempted in 2005 at Johns Hopkins, seek to increase the number of people who can be helped by living donors. In 2010, chains and other forms of paired exchanges resulted in 429 transplants.

National registry

Garet Hil and his wife, Jan, may never fully recover from the snowy night in February 2007 when they took their 10-year-old daughter in with flu symptoms and emerged with a shocking diagnosis of nephrophthisis, a genetic kidney-wasting disease.

Because Hil and his daughter shared the same blood type, he assumed he would be able to give her one of his kidneys. But two days before surgery, doctors canceled the operations after discovering that his daughter had developed antibodies that would most likely cause rejection.

Fortunately, one of Hil’s nephews then was tested and was able to donate.

After the successful transplant, Hil, a veteran business executive, could not shake his frustration that a more effective registry for paired kidney donation did not exist. “The exchange systems out there weren’t industrial strength,” he said.

By the end of 2007, the Hils had formed the National Kidney Registry and rented office space in an old clapboard house in Babylon, N.Y. The couple invested about $300,000 to start it, and Garet Hil, who is now 49, ran the registry without a salary.

Hil marketed his registry to hospitals with PowerPoints and passion. The transplant world initially regarded him as an interloper. But he has now persuaded 58 of the country’s 236 kidney transplant centers, including many of the largest, to feed his database with information about pairs of transplant candidates and their incompatible donors.

In 2007, a transplant surgeon at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Dr. Michael A. Rees, had a forehead-slapping insight. If an exchange began with a good Samaritan who donated to a stranger, and if the operations did not have to be simultaneous, a chain could theoretically keep growing, limited only by the pool of available donors and recipients. Rees reported in 2009 that he had strung together a chain of 10 transplants.

Hil seized on the idea and set out to build an algorithm that would enable even more transplants.

Nowadays, Hil’s pool typically consists of 200 to 350 donor-recipient pairs. That is enough to generate roughly a googol — 10 to the 100th power — of possible chains of up to 20 transplants if all of the pairs are compatible, said Rich Marta, the registry’s senior software designer.

There are several registries like Hil’s, each with a distinct approach. Largely unregulated by government, they invite sensitive questions about oversight and ethics, including how kidneys are allocated. A number of medical societies are convening in March to seek consensus on that and other issues related to paired exchanges.

Chain 124’s risks

Long transplant chains save more lives than short chains. But they come with trade-offs because the longer they grow, the higher the risk that a donor will renege or that a link will break for other reasons.

The dependency of each link on the others kept patients on edge. “Things can happen,” Candice Ryan fretted a few days before her Dec. 5 transplant at Massachusetts General Hospital. “You just pray that everything goes well. I can’t relax until I’m asleep and on the table.”

Until recently, hospitals regularly turned away good Samaritan donors on the working assumption that they were unstable. That has changed somewhat with experience. But when Rick Ruzzamenti showed up at Riverside Community Hospital asking to give a kidney to anyone in need, he still underwent rounds of psychological screening as well as medical tests.

The doctors and social workers did not know what to make of Ruzzamenti at first. He had a flat affect and an arid wit, and did not open up right away. As the hospital’s transplant coordinator, Shannon White, pressed him about his motivations and expectations, he explained that his decision seemed rather obvious.

“People think it’s so odd that I’m donating a kidney,” Ruzzamenti told her. “I think it’s so odd that they think it’s so odd.”

The hospital wanted to make sure that he was not expecting glory, or even gratitude. Ruzzamenti stressed that no one should mistake him for a saint.

By Dec. 19, Chain 124 hurtled toward its conclusion with a final flurry of procedures at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Between dawn and dusk, three kidneys were removed and three were transplanted in neighboring operating rooms. One flew in from San Francisco. The last took off for O’Hare.

At the end of the cluster were Keith Zimmerman, 53, a bearish, good-humored man with a billy-goat’s beard, and his older sister, Sherry Gluchowski, 59. She had recently moved from California to Texas but returned to donate her kidney.

Gluchowski’s kidney went to Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago to be transplanted into Terry, the last in the chain.

Chain 124 ended at Loyola because Hil had arranged the final kidney to go to a hospital that had produced a good Samaritan donor to start a chain in the past, thus closing a loop. Dr. John Milner, a transplant surgeon at Loyola, said he then selected Terry to receive the kidney because he was the best immunological match on the hospital’s wait list.

When Milner called with the news in early December, Terry was floored at his remarkable good fortune.

As it sank in that his would be the last of 30 interconnected transplants, Terry began to feel guilty that he would be ending the chain. “Is it going to continue?” he asked Milner. “I don’t want to be the reason to stop anything.”

“No, no, no,” the doctor reassured him. “This chain ends, but another one begins.”

Preparing for Death: The Final Days of Death Row Inmate Jaturun "Jay" Siripongs

An interview with... Ajahn Pasanno

"You've got to get rid of me . . . then you have to let go of yourself."

Jaturun "Jay" Siripongs, a native of Thailand, was convicted in 1983 for the murders of Garden Grove market owner Pakawan "Pat" Watta-naporn and store clerk Quach Nguyen. While Siripongs admitted to involvement in the robbery, he denied having committed the murders. Yet he refused to name his accomplice and was convicted and sentenced to death.

Six days before Jay Siripongs was to be executed, his friend, attorney Kendall Goh contacted Abhayagiri Monastery seeking a Buddhist spiritual advisor. Two days later, Abhayagiri Co-abbot Ajahn Pasanno expeditiously received security clearance to enter San Quentin Prison and spent three extraordinary days with Jay Siripongs, the last three days of Siripongs life. Jay Siripongs died by lethal injection on February 9, 1999.

There were many reports that Siripongs went through a remarkable spiritual transformation while in prison. As a youth, Siripongs had taken temporary Buddhist monastic ordination in Thailand, a common Thai cultural practice. While in prison, he drew upon the meditation training he had received during his ordination and practiced consistently. Guards and inmates alike recognized that he lived his life at San Quentin peacefully. Several guards supported the clemency appeal for Siripongs, some openly. Even former San Quentin Warden Daniel B. Vasquez supported a plea for commutation of Siripongs sentence to life imprisonment.

Fearless Mountain: How did you come to be called in as Jay Siripongs, spiritual counselor?
Ajahn Pasanno: The first time Jay expected to be executed was November 17, 1998. At that time, he was accompanied by a Christian minister, a woman who had attended several other executions at San Quentin. Although Jay liked the minister very much and had known her for years, there was a dynamic between them that increased his anxiety. In November, in the final hours before his scheduled death, the two talked incessantly, and Jay was distracted from composing his mind. Jay had had a clear sense of what he needed to do in order to prepare for death, but he did not do it in November. Then, at the last moment, a federal court granted a stay, and Jay was not executed for another three months. He was very fortunate that this first execution had been stayed. His situation and reactions became clear to him. He wanted to make his death as peaceful as possible, and he knew he had to do the inner work to make it so.

For the second execution date, Jay was determined to go to his execution alone so that he could try to be calm and collected in his last hours. His friend Kendall Goh was concerned about his lack of spiritual support and offered to find a Buddhist advisor. It was apparently not easy for Jay to ask for a different spiritual advisor; he encountered difficulties both from San Quentin and others, and he was cautious. I thought that his caution was reasonable as clearly the last thing he needed at that stage was some pious lecture from a monk. However, immediately after we met we connected, and he was happy to have me there.

FM: How did it feel to serve as a spiritual counselor to a condemned man?

AP: At first, I felt happy to help. Then I thought, I'm going into a hell realm, and there was a certain amount of trepidation. There were gates, chains, a metal detector and guards.

Then there was a second metal detector, guards to stamp my hand after I'd cleared it, then more gates and guards. Yet there were also many conflicting images. I heard a guard call children visitors by their names as if he knew them.

When I saw Jay, he was not like others I have been with who are approaching their deaths. Jay was young and healthy, in control of his faculties. He was sharp, intelligent and talented. It was clear he had lived the last years of his life skillfully. Although he was waist-chained, he remained dignified. He was gracious and hugged his visitors. The whole situation took on a surreal quality. Everything appeared normal, but at midnight on Monday this human being would die, he would be executed.

FM: Was there any tension in the air considering that Jay would soon be put to death?

AP: Not really. The atmosphere was relaxed and not gloomy. Sometimes we got down to the nitty gritty of the mind. Other times we joked and laughed. On the first day especially, Jay was a very gracious host. Prior to my arrival he had set up a chair for me on one side of a table and for his friends on the other side. He had instructed them very strictly on how to behave in the presence of a monk, and he had planned to offer a meal. He said it was the first time he had been able to feed a monk in twenty years. In response to questions from his friends, I talked about the Buddhist theory of awakening using the lotus flower metaphor. I also talked quite a bit about the meaning of Taking Refuge, seeing the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha as enlightened knowing, truth and the embodiment of goodness. Jay was so happy that his friends could hear Dhamma and that he could share this with them.

Yet I felt very concerned that Jay look after the quality of his own mind and not let people distract him due to their own traumas about his imminent death. Jay recognized the dynamic that was going on around him; he was certainly not trying to maintain social contact because of agitation or restlessness. Still, he realized that he had to take responsibility for his own stability. Although he gave himself completely to his friends during the visiting hours, he meditated many of the other hours of the day beginning when he awoke at two or three oh clock in the morning.

During the days before his death, I pushed Jay into not becoming distracted. He had a lot of visitors. I told him it's best not to get too caught up with all these people. Kendall had told me when I first came that Jay was doing fine, that it was the rest of them who were falling apart. It was very obvious that Jay had touched the lives of many people, and they gathered around him before his death. His sister, Triya, was there. Some of his friends considered him their spiritual teacher. Many of his friends were lawyers, other friends were born-again Christians. So there were many different needs, and Jay, being kind-hearted and generous, tried to fulfill them all.

FM:Is it true that Jay was also an accomplished artist?

AP: Yes. Jay showed me his portfolio. He had become skilled in many different media and was obviously talented. He also gave away most of his art (over 600 pieces) to acquaintances and friends over the years. Jay used art to express his process of growing and changing. He often used butterflies as a symbol of his metamorphosis. At some time during his incarceration, he had realized that his life would end in prison. He thought, I can't continue hating myself or others.

During the last eight years, Jay underwent a deep transformation and came to a real understanding of himself. He told me that he had been in prison for a long time and couldn't say it was a bad thing. He felt he had been able to grow in prison in a way that would not have been possible had he not been in such difficult and extreme circumstances. He learned to reflect deeply on what would create well-being and clarity in his mind. The closer he got to the execution, the more he learned about what would obstruct the mind from growth and peace. He turned himself to the process of applying the mind to truth.

FM: And this included taking up Buddhist meditation?

AP: That's right. Jay had learned how to meditate when he was a monk in Thailand many years earlier. While in the monastery, he had had a very clear vision of light while meditating, but when he had tried to replicate the experience, it didn't come back.

FM:That sounds like the common meditation experience of grasping after what is pleasant.

AP: Yes. I teased him about that. Jay then reported that three weeks earlier the light had come back. This was very encouraging to me. Since Jay was a visual artist, I realized that he could use the vision of light as an anchor at the moment of his death. I led him in guided meditations centering on the breath and light. Since his breath would only be there until the injection took effect, I told Jay that there would come a time to let the breath go and focus instead on the image of light.

FM: How else were you able to help Jay with his inner work? Was he afraid of death?

AP: The first night we talked on the phone, I had asked Jay, "What's your mental state." "I'm at peace," he said. "I've accepted what will happen. But I still have things I want to know."

Growing up in Thailand, Jay believed in rebirth. He joked that he wanted his ashes scattered in the sea so that they might be eaten by fish and then the fish by humans. In this way, he could quickly return to the human realm to continue his work. He knew that human birth was the place where learning was possible, a place to understand pain and joy, good and evil, right and wrong. Growth and understanding were the results of choices one made. Jay had made some very bad choices over the years, but he had also made some good ones. He felt he had learned some real lessons in this lifetime and was determined to stay on the path of Dhamma in the next life.

FM: Did you ever to talk to Jay about those bad choices, about his crimes?

AP: No, I never talked to Jay specifically about the past. There was not enough time. I focused instead on his spiritual well-being, on his ability to face death with as composed a mind as possible. I was not relating to him as a person convicted of a crime. I was relating to him as a person facing death.

FM:What were the last few hours with Jay like?

AP: Six hours before an execution, the prisoner leaves his family and friends behind and goes to a very cramped cell right next to the execution chamber. Only his spiritual advisor can accompany him. There are six guards, called the execution squad, in a very confined space, and people like the prison psychiatrist and the warden also come in from time to time. There can be a lot of intimidation from the guards right before the execution. They might be carrying on loud conversations or be obnoxious in other ways. They may be watching TV very loudly just three feet away from the condemned man.

On Jay's November execution date he had been allowed a mala in his cell, but before giving it to him, one of the guards had put it on the floor and stepped on it. After I was strip searched, I was taken to one of these death row holding cells. There, Jay and I were separated into two different cells connected only by a small corner. Right away I did protective chanting as a way of cleaning out negative energy. "We'll take the game away from them," I told Jay.

We had planned for Jay to ask for the Refuges and Precepts in Pali, but he mistakenly did the chant to request a Dhamma talk instead. So I gave a short Dhamma talk to him and the guards.

FM: What did you talk about?

AP: I told the story of the Buddha, just after his enlightenment, not wanting to teach, as he thought nobody would understand. I talked about the nature of delusion of the human world and the liberation of the Dhamma. I talked about the Four Noble Truths, about how letting go was not a rejection of anything. I instructed Jay to pay attention to the arising of consciousness.

Rather than inclining the mind towards that which will result in suffering and rebirth, I told Jay to move instead towards relinquishment and focusing the mind. In terms of letting go or relinquishment, we talked about forgiveness in the context of "not self." If we haven't forgiven, we keep creating an identity around our pain, and that is what is reborn. That is what suffers. I asked Jay, "Is there anybody you have not forgiven yet?" I meant the system, his parents, others. Jay thought about it. "I haven't forgiven myself completely," he said softly at last. It was touching.

He had a memory of being a person who had been involved in something wrong in the past, yet now in the present he was a different person. It was helpful for him to see that he was not this memory of himself, to let go of the person in the past who was involved in the crimes. It was also interesting to see that the guards seemed intent on what I was saying, and throughout the evening they were actually very solicitous and respectful of both of us.

FM: Was Jay preoccupied with the numerous appeals to save his life that continued during this time?

AP: Jay did not seem concerned or worried about justice. He did not hold out great hope for the appeals to go through. When the final appeals were turned down, it was not a big deal. "I'm accepting the fact that I'll be executed," he said.

FM:What was Jay's state of mind as he got closer to the execution?

AP:At one point, Jay asked, "If I am not the body, not the feelings, not the mind, then what is it that is liberated?" I told him that such a question appearing then in his mind was simply doubt arising. When you let go of everything and experience the peace and clarity inherent in that, you don't have to put a name or identity on it. At another point Jay said, "I have two people on my mind, . . . me and you." I said, "You've got to get rid of me. I'm not going in there with you. And then you have to let go of yourself." We really laughed about that.

Basically, I helped prepare Jay for the many distractions that might take place during the execution. "People will be strapping you down; things will be happening around you," I warned. "You need to establish the mind without going to externals. Keep your attention within." We spent the whole evening meditating, chanting and talking Dhamma. So in the last hour Jay was very peaceful and able to establish his mind firmly on his meditation object. Toward the end, we took the time to do a ceremony of sharing merit and offering blessings, even to the guards. After his final appeal had been turned down, Jay also asked me to do some chanting for the lawyers involved in his case. He had a quality of thoughtfulness right up until the end.

FM: Were you present at the execution?

AP:No. That had been decided before I first visited Jay at San Quentin. I believe that not having yet met me, Jay elected not to have me there with him. When I read the papers the next day, though, they reported that he lay very still during the execution and kept his eyes closed. I found this heartening because I felt he was composing his mind.

FM: How did you feel after the execution?

AP: I was very grateful to have been there. It was very humbling. One can't help but consider what any one of us would have done in a similar circumstance - relating to our death not as something abstract, sometime off in the future, but knowing that at precisely 12:01 a.m. we will definitely die

But this year’s Losar is marked with sorrow, with repression in Tibet reaching new lows, so it will be observed as a time for quiet reflection and tribute to all those Tibetans who have sacrificed their freedom and even their lives in protest against Chinese policies in Tibet.

        The chanting of songs, verses, and mystic formulas existed long before the development of even the most primitive instruments.  In modern times, the healing benefits of liturgical chanting have only recently been rediscovered, and in an interesting way.

        During the 1960s there was a very clear instance of sound potential to affect human health.  For centuries the monks of a certain Benedictine monastery in France had chanted several hours every day.  Then, during the 1960s, the Second Vatican Council began considering alterations in church practices, including changing the language of chant from the traditional Latin to languages spoken locally.  But when the Council could not agree on the language issue, it was decided instead to end chanting altogether and replace it with other, more productive activities.

        When this new routine went into effect, the Benedictine monks began to change.  For hundreds of years the order had thrived on only three or four hours of sleep, but now the monks became listless and fatigued.  Even when their schedule was further altered to allow more sleep, they were constantly weary.  A change in diet was implemented.  A seven-hundred-year tradition of vegetarianism was replaced by a diet that included meat, but the monks' health did not improve.

        Then Dr. Alfred Tomatis, an ear specialist, visited the monastery and tested the monks' hearing.  Many of them turned out to be hearing-impaired, though the cause was unclear.  The only variable seemed to be the cessation of chanting.  Dr. Tomatis recommended that chanting resume.  After the monks returned to their old routine, a transformation very quickly took place among them.  Most of them again became able to function with minimal sleep.

        Dr. Tomatis later told this story to a Canadian broadcast audience and explained that the cerebral cortex can become "charged," or positively stimulated, by certain kinds and frequencies of sound.  Through their daily chanting sessions, the Benedictines were bringing energy into their bodies and their minds.

The Cosmic Trigger, as we have explained in previous channels, is the download of Geometric Crystalline Codes necessary for the completion of the 12-Dimensional expansion of the planet. The geo-codes are in the language of coherent light, coherent crystalline light. For Dear Ones, Sacred Geometry is the core-fabric of all realities. Sacred Geometry is the language, the 'reality program' of the Cosmos.

Dear Human, your reality is in Truth, a geometric hologram insertion of coherent conscious energy. So it is imperative you understand that Sacred Geometry is far more than a mathematical branch. It is a living sacred science, an aspect of the science frequency you call 'Unconditional Love'. It is a sacred science that in fact forms every nuance of your 'physical' duality within linear space and time.

The Pyramids of the 29.6 Latitude are the Receival Mechanisms

The Codes are received initially in the Pyramidal structures of Giza and Moody, and disseminated across the planet. They are catalysts for awakening & releasing stored codes kept in crystalline mineralogical strata on the planet.

The codes are of sacred geometric matrix, octahedronal in format . That is why they are received specifically in the octahedronal structures - Pyramids, of the 29th latitude.

Both the Moody Gardens Pyramids and the Giza Pyramids are constructed on precise vectors of dimensional reality convergence. So while the aforementioned octahedronal Pyramidal structures in themselves are extraordinarily powerful receivers and transmitters, it is the specific placement within what may be termed major 'absolute' Coordination Points of Reality that empower them into omnipotence in the Earthplane and indeed beyond. Coordination Points are specific location vectors or Mega-Portals in which multidimensional energy merges . It is why Giza has always been recognized, and why the Moody-Pyramids were specifically, precisely (re)established on what is termed the 'Head of the Dove'.

Multidimensional Energy (as well as thoughts) will be naturally pulled in the direction of absolute or Omnipotent points of reality coordination. Dimensions are coinciding in and out. This occurs indeed at the Moody Pyramids as well as Giza. Phi Pyramids exists on such points not only across your Earth, but across every planet in your solar system.

There is a unique expression of the in-take/ out-take of reality flash in the Harmonic Cycle or Torus-Effect of reality flash. Although Giza (and especially the Moody Pyramids) are not recognized or fully understood, immense activity of a benevolent nature is taking place through them. With these structures then are absolute points of multiple reality, containing great and greater energy potential;' absolute' coordinate points, indeed, where all realities interconnect & merge. There are main coordinate points, pure geo-mathematic sources of unimaginable energy, and Moody and Giza are two of the most important at the present 'time' on your planet.

Each have subordinate coordinate points, coordinated in number according to the dimensional reality of the placement. All of the dimensional program stabilizers termed 'Sun Discs' are placed at such vectors. These are all in fact connected to the two primary coordination Pyramids of Giza and Moody. You as yet have no idea of the energy networks that form your realities. Nothing is happenstance !

Phi Pyramids Expand Consciousness

Spending focal time within such Pyramidal points allows an extraordinary opportunity to the serious advanced seeker for even greater growth and thought concentration expansion to aid in amplifying emotions and such, which would help in greater manifestations of thoughts into both 'physical' and 'nonphysical' realities. Manifestation of thought is , as such , accelerated for those capable of sufficient light quotient to comprehend the mechanics of mental creation processes in bridging the ego brain into meld with the divine mind.

Much of what occurs in Pyramids may be unrecognized in ego brain, for the nuances occur in the 'digital crystalline format' of the Divine Mind, (or super-subconscious) wherein lies your true Divine nature. Humans operating in ego brain will oft dismiss what is truly available in such vectors, because the experience does not occur in frontal brain. That is precisely why lucidity bridges into the subconscious are the gateways of higher light quotient , which are essential in a humans individual growth into Ascension. Such is the path of duality. Yet even the doubters are expanded by the experience, whether immediately recognized or dismissed.

As we have emphasized, the Tri-Pyramid Complex located on Galveston Island is in exact latitudinal alignment, 29.6 degrees, with the Tri Pyramidal Complex in Giza, Egypt. This is not a mere coincidence !

This is indeed extremely significant, for an Axialtonal energy line joins the two complexes. These two tri-pyramidal matrixes will serve to bring in the energies of the Crystalline Activation of the final phase of the Cosmic Trigger.

What is happening on Galveston Island, that termed the 'Head of the Dove' is effecting all of the Western hemisphere in conjunction with Giza in its role in the Eastern Hemispheres of the planet.

The 29th Latitude : Terrestrial Centre Mass

The 29th latitude was deliberately chosen as it is a center of importance for the land masses and humanity centers. For the majority of surface land mass of your planet is in that termed the Northern Hemisphere, above the equator. Therein resides the majority of humanity and exists the greater portion of land mass. Accordingly is the 29 Latitude North a centre point for North and South in your terms. It is the 'true' equator in certain specifics.

This was known in earlier times. The Moody Complex is not the first tri Pyramid complex in this latitudinal energy. And indeed there are more Pyramids in Giza than the 3 large ones in physical reality. Phi Pyramids are indeed infinite octahedrons in multidimensional (timeless) terms.
We tell you that an Atlantean Pyramidal Complex once stood very near the present location of the Galveston Pyramids in the latter phase of Atlantis. This was a time when sea levels were much lower than they are today. The present location of the Moody Tri-Pyramid Complex is approximately five nautical miles from an Atlantean Pyramid Complex that is now submerged in Gulf waters and covered by the silt and sands of the ages.

Before the deluge of Atlantis, the areas of the presently submerged continental shelf in the Texas Gulf Coast were on dry soil. A land bridge connected Poseida (Atlantis) to the Yucatan and indeed parts of present day Texas.

It may be of interest for you to know that the Pyramid Complex housed 13 of the original Crystal Skulls, and the skull called 'Max' was centered amidst the 12 . It is why Max was taken inside the complex after its construction to connect the energies. As such we tell you that the construction of the Moody Pyramids was indeed, no accident. For an energetic frequency transfer has taken place between the submerged Atlantean complex and the Moody Pyramids.

The Moody Gardens Pyramids have taken on the multidimensional energies of the submerged Atlantean complex and are now fully formatted to play a major role in the Cosmic Trigger.

The Tri- Pyramid Alignment

Now the three Pyramid complex on Galveston Island was indeed built in a strategic alignment, and for philanthropical and frequencial purpose. One unit is an aquarium housing Master Dolphins, another is a bio rainforest with a geological cave containing massive clusters of quartz crystal, and the third is an academic museum pyramid, glassed in copper tone silicate.

Appropriately constructed and spiritually intended pyramids on the Earth plane become living conscious energies, capable of myriad properties that are unrecognized or disavowed by your mainstream academia. And while the intent for which they are employed affects the interface of these conscious living geometric batteries, their very design will not allow for denser energies to culminate or expand within them. Yet when approached with appropriate intent, the energy within pyramids stores, amplifies and transmits energy in a manner similar to Phi Crystal Quartz.

According to how they are aligned both terrestrially and celestially they can create electromagnetic anomalies, an aspect that alters gravity and dimensional time. Both weightlessness and a time distortion occur at specific frequencies within them, both slowing and accelerating light and fluxing the ionic ratios within and around them.

What Will Happen on May 20th, 2012

The Ring of Fire Annual Eclipse of May 20, 2012 will have a unique sound embedded energy that will be specifically received at Moody Gardens Pyramids and the Giza Pyramids in Egypt. There is no time like the present to forgive and let go of the past. More than any other time, right now is a pivotal moment for clearing up past grudges and feelings of victimization. People must do this, countries must do this.

The borders you have erected are only in your mind. These borders must be dismantled before the new light-filled Earth can materialize.

If you lived 100 years from now and could look back on the crossroads humanity faces today, you would know how important these moments are to you and future generations. You would be able to see the choices on the table and the decisions needed. You would have a clear understanding of the awesome potential humanity has now to shift into an existence based on love. You would see the alternative choice options, too, with their dire consequences.

Your inner wisdom - integrally connected to your spiritual self - already has this bigger picture. That wise part of you does not need to wait 100 years to have the fuller view. It knows right now, regularly nudging you to surrender your hurts so that you can become whole.

Most likely, you have noticed a sense of urgency to heal what feels broken about your past. It may feel painful to contemplate these things. If you are like most people, you have learned coping mechanisms for handling the pain: anger, blame, denial, retribution, or repression. None of these will heal you, of course, but this is your conditioning. Don't blame yourself for having learned this, but decide today that you will waste no more time.

Tips for Forgiveness

Forgiving yourself and others is a key to being free. You are in bondage when you hold a grudge, regardless of whether you were wronged. This is true even if the person who hurt you intended to do so. This applies to your own self-sabotage, too. Forgive yourself for not knowing better and for being a work in progress. Apply love and gentleness to yourself and others. That is the remedy.

Forgiveness is a choice. It is a decision that is up to you to make. Don't wait for others to forgive you first. Be the one who chooses the higher path of spirit - the path of letting go, forgiving, and seeing goodness in others. The longer you wait to choose that path, the more that you will suffer.

To forgive you must banish your learned victimhood. You are a divine changemaker, encoded to take charge of your life and to be a conscious cocreator of the world you experience. When you feel like a victim, it's your ego taking charge, trying to convince you that you have no power. You task now is to learn to recognize the voice of your ego, refusing to let it be in the driver's seat as you respond to life.

Decide that you will not allow toxic family relationships to block your spiritual progress. This is easier said than done, of course, because early life family wounds can feel as alive today as they did when you were a child. What keeps them alive? They remain alive when you replay the past in your mind and when you haven't fully examined and healed dysfunctional family patterns. Your family members may be living and still in your life or you may be disconnected from them. Either way, without forgiving and letting go, you will carry the family baggage with you - impacting how you feel about yourself, other people, and your full potential. It takes courage and persistence to heal your past, but you indeed can do it. Take a stand with yourself today, deciding that you will monitor your self-talk about family, be present-focused, and be open to any healing still needed to finally let go.

Forgiveness means focusing on you. You cannot let go of past hurts when you are obsessing about other people, hurtful situations, and how others were mean. Forgiveness has nothing to do with changing others or changing the past. Let the past be the past. Take responsibility for your role and for allowing yourself to feel like a victim. Let go of seeing yourself that way - it's not true. You are divine. You are a powerful spiritual being, having had a series of human experiences to evolve. You are remembering how to love and to be the love that you are.
