Mărţişor is the symbol of spring and also a celebration on the first of March. Its beginnings are still a mystery, but it is usually said that it originated in ancient Rome, because New Year's Eve was celebrated on the 1st of March (Martius), the month of the war god Mars. He had a double role: both protector of agriculture and of war, so the celebration signified the rebirth of nature. The duality of symbols is kept in the colours of the Mărţişor: white and red, meaning peace and war (it might also symbolize winter and spring).

Nowadays, men offer women a talisman object also called Mărţişor, consisting of a jewel or a small decoration like a flower, an animal or a heart, tied to a red and white string. A woman wears it pinned to her blouse on this day and up to two weeks after. Women also offer it to other women and only occasionally to men.

However, giving a little nickel tied to a red and white string is an old custom and was originally designated for both men and women.

It was believed that the one who wears the red and white string will be powerful and healthy for the year to come. The decoration is a symbol of the coming spring.

In some parts of Romania such as Moldova or Bukovina the symbol of spring was a gold or silver medal which was worn around the neck. After wearing the coin for twelve days, they bought sweet cheese with the medal, because it was believed that their faces would remain beautiful and white the entire year.

This custom can be found in all areas where Romanians live. Bulgarian neighbours also have an almost identical tradition on the 1 March, called "Martenitsa".

        Dear Friends  ~  When we are unwell, in pain or just not feeling well within, are usually the times when we take notice of our bodies.   When you think about it, why don't we take the time each day to quietly celebrate that we have good health, our organs work as they should, we can see things well to do our daily activities, and we have no pain?    I call that "recognizing well-being and giving thanks."    I know that people with disabilities are happy when they can perform tasks that we all take for granted, just everyday things.   And looking at their faces, I know they are quietly celebrating their achievements, within.  

        I think we should start an appreciation day for all of the things that we can do without any huge effort on our part, unlike others in our community who call doing the simplest of duties "little achievements."   I learnt that myself when I suffered a disability through unexpected illness, and life slowed down to a crawl!  and so did I !

What a learning curve that was!    At the time we may not realize it is a blessing in disguise that our lives have been halted by a debilitating illness, but at the time I looked for the lessons in it, and worked my way through.

        So, I think that recognizing good health or being able to accomplish whatever we need to, is worth celebrating.  Recognizing our well-being stops us from taking life for granted and makes us more aware how fragile life can be when we look around at the people in our community who may have to put a lot more effort into doing the things we don't think twice about!    Living in awareness of our Blessings makes our life richer.

        Among the Vedic gods and goddesses, the elephant-headed divinity Ganesha is renowned as a remover of obstacles.   Ganesha's mantra, below, can help you resolve inner conflicts that you may be projecting onto external situations.   By helping you discern a state of mind that is creating disharmony between you and your partner (or between you and a friend or colleague), Ganesha produces order in the outer world.   The tangible effects often seem like a sudden, almost magical disappearance of obstacles.

        Ganesh is also known as Ganapathi.   'Gana' means "power" in Sanskrit, and 'pathi' means "spouse."  So, in one context, the literal translation of the name is "spouse of power."

        'Gana' can also mean "group" if used in another context.   Ganapathi, then, becomes "spouse of the group."   The power of this mantra will always be operational whenever people come together as a group.   There is a correlation here to the words of Christ, when he said, 

                 " Wherever two or three are gathered in my name, I will be in their midst. "

Greetings Dear Beloved ! I am Metatron, Lord of Light. I greet you in Unconditional Love !

And so we speak this moment on the 13th Paradigm, the living crystalline library. The Crystal Skull ! How to work with these energies is innate within you, for most of you are aware on deeper levels of the energy within.

The Original Blueprint

That you term the 'Crystal Skulls', in your vernacular, provide both nurturing and frequencial data coding for the transition into expanded ideology such that you need not wait through the linear passage of calendric time to proclaim the arrival of the heralded Ascension to embody Ascended Truth as your own.
Within the Crystal Skulls then are vast libraries of information pertinent to the intense changes taking place on Earth, and these are truly essential to mankind in micro and macro. The Crystal Skulls contain vibrational codes that are emanated from their as yet unrecognized structures that are intelligently embellished beyond your imagination in technical and sacred variety and diversity. The skulls are the paradigm of the 'Ascension Paradigm' and of the 'Perfected Human Prototype'. This new emerging paradigm promotes an improved quality of life and reinforces your ability to choose new virtual perspectives while encouraging the release obsolete beliefs that no longer serve you.

The Crystal Skulls then can be said to encompass a transition that is 'Virtual' change. By 'virtual' we mean that it is a mental etheric program working within your Divinity that precedes the outer shift.

This allows a different expression of self within the status quo or unchanged physical environment of the 3d Earth. The key is to make ongoing desirable changes for and within the self and to fully embody these as if your future depended upon them.

Linear Perspectives

From a linear Earth perspective the Crystal Skull is a human-shaped cranium made out of various types of crystalline material, most commonly quartz. Yet we will tell you the original skull is of an extra terrestrial conglomerate of what may be termed supra quartz, containing within it pure quartz that is alloyed with aspect of diamond and alloyed in an alchemical sense with frequencial gold. It is a similar material used in the Crystalline Moon of Atlantis, and the magnificent Temple Crystals, similar but not exact. Indeed the original skulls predate in linear terms, the Atlantean Temple Crystals.

Only two of the Crystal Skulls in current circulation at the present time, are of extra terrestrial origin, and this we have spoken of previously. These original crystal skulls came from another world, and another reality.

All realities are created based on the pattern of crystalline sacred geometric consciousness through the Golden Mean Phi Ratio. Humanity and indeed your physical Earth(s) are conceived within these paradigmic matrix formulae. And so were the Crystal Skulls formulated in kind, yet from a far greater frequency, a frequency of perfection. The skulls are indeed formed as the prototype of the perfect human consciousness, lest it not be forgotten in duality. So within it is contained the perfection of the human being, encompassing within all aspects, the twelve sacred aspects you see, and thus was it formulated and thus was its reason for being brought here.

Originally then did those carriers bring the crystalline patterned skulls to the Earth from Arcturius and the Pleiades, and it was brought into the land that became LeMuria, but indeed the model was brought before the planet was fully in polarity. It was brought into the planet at the time of the Firmament you see, in a zero point Earth, a non-magnetic plane we will say. In an Earthen World that knew perfection, that was inhabited by androgynous manifestation of Etheric Spirit in full consciousness. Yet at that time it was already known that the Firmament would fall, would dissolve and the plan then was that this model, this extraordinary hologramic record, the original crystal skull would serve as the prototype of this initial integral aspect. And so it contains within it the model of the 12 strands of DNA, the fully conscious clear mind and Beingness of the evolved human.

The crystal skulls contain within them that which you were before the human experiment, and what you will be when you complete it, the infinity circle.
So the original crystal skulls were manifested into form above and beyond physicality, and have been brought into physicality various times. As such no true physical age can be assigned to them, because they have appeared, disappeared and reappeared many times in the millions of years of Earths habitation by mankind.

The crystalline skull was solidified and programmed in a most complex process. It was conceived to contain within it an incredible frequency that in itself attached to the hologram. So the crystalline skull then is an honoring remembrance and imbuing transmitter that indelibly prints within the soul that which is the perfect model. It is imbued within the divine aspect of the soul when it enters into the earth pattern from the unified field. In a manner of speaking it is the pattern recorded into the God Self, the Subconscious or super subconscious of the human mind, you see? The perfected man, not the version of what man would later become in the down spiral of the human experience, but rather as the original print that man aspires and evolves back into through the growth cycle termed reincarnation toward that original and flawless paradigmatic archetype.

Now the original skull held within it this perfection, lest it not be lost, and those crystal replicates that even today are crafted in your present time are capable of attracting the energy from the hologram and holding portions of that energy, some hold more than others.

Max is indeed one of the 'original' Crystal Paradigms, in your terms. He is of Pleiadean & Arcturian construct and origin. MAX is a vast consciousness, akin to a super computer, with a considerable library of data contained therein. He is the most powerful, most conscious of all of the remaining 'Ancient Crystal Skulls'. He is one of two skulls that are truly extra terrestrial in origin. The other is termed "Sha Na Ra". Both originate from the moon of an enormous planet, approximately 20 X the size of your largest planet, Jupiter, circulating Arcturius., the orange star of creativity.

Extra Terrestrial Origin

Question to Metatron: And so the two extra terrestrial crystal skulls were originally from Arcturius?

AA Metatron: Better to say they were creatively conceived in Arcturius. There the concept of the earth human experience was created and nurtured. We tell you that all humans have an experience of Arcturius, and it is a realm of great creativity, a playground, in your vernacular, of all creativity. You will be surprised to know that much of your creativity even as humans on the Earth, comes from an aspect of yourself that is tuned into the field, the frequency of Arcturius. It is where man becomes creative. For instance those you consider artistic; where are they when they drift into inspiration and are not in their body, we tell you that many of them are in Arcturius. Many of them are, interestingly, expressing the creativity in Arcturius. Is that not provocative?

The 12 + 1

Question to Metatron: There is a legend that speaks of there being 13 skulls, can you speak on that?
AAMetatron: Yes, 13, but only one holding the full energy of the 12. So then were there manifested 12 that represented each of the 12 singular aspects of the one, and so the 12 surrounding the one in the center became in time a ceremonial and symbolic observance. Each one of the 12 then represented an aspect and an expression of each of the 12 dimensions of the earth plane, and each of the 12 division of each integral dimension, each strand of DNA, each component of the 144 that is so critical to the Earth experience, the Earth Plane.
But again we wish to be clear, the 13 is the one whole and the 12 parts of the whole. And the one is the carrier of the human paradigm, and that pattern is imbued within the Divine Mind of all mankind, as the soul is imprinted with it entering this experience.
The 13th Crystal Skull was produced originally by the process of Morphocrystallic Manifestation, involving the Arcturian crystal source with imbuement of an alchemical frequency to include the human genetic print from the Masters of Arcturius and the Pleiadean-Sirius Alliance. The knowledge within the original Crystal Skulls is that of the Universal Mind.

It is enriching, and vast. Accessing this information stimulates the awareness of who you are you see. Placing your consciousness inside a crystal skull, and indeed that is the way to work with these, opens portals and doors to a world beyond your grandest expectations. To enter into the skull however, is not like having a verbal dialog, but more of a download you might say, a sudden and comprehensible receival of information that changes your paradigm, expands your awareness. Some receive the information as visual images, others as information packets, downloads, if you will, and at times both. The information is already in the subconscious, a deeper part of the subconscious that you term the super subconscious. It exist in the realm of light you term ultra violet.

And so the connection or the reason that interest around the skulls is reaching a mass proportion is that indeed, with the coming of the Ascension, there is movement within mankind to better understand himself. And with these times is the need to reject those patterns that no longer serve human kind, to recalibrate with those attributes and quintessential paragons that do.

Mankind is rebooting as is the Earth itself, indeed that is tantamount to the Ascension. Systems that no longer work in both macro and micro are breaking down, collapsing and will reform themselves. Indeed this is happening now in your economic arenas.
Now, the knowledge of the Universal Mind certainly exists above and beyond the Crystal Skull. Yet the Universal Mind is encompassed and zipped within it, and so encompassed in a way that benefits mankind. The knowledge within it is formulated and transmuted, translated specifically in a format that offers itself for human access. This then is within a specific pattern that is the prototype of perfection for mankind, as we have stated.

Question to Metatron: Can you speak of the Mitchell-Hedges Skull?

Metatron: This is an extremely powerful 'cranium computer', and contains within it a vast energy. Its crystalline clarity and unique axial alignment has enabled it to absorb and amplify the energies of all that have gathered around it. It has also been able to download much of the energy of the crystalline paradigm, this is the unique aspect of quartz craved into the cranium model.

Question to Metatron: Is it extra terrestrial in origin, or ancient?

Metatron: All crystal minerals are geologically ancient in your terms. The skull you query however is not extra terrestrial in origin is as is MAX and Sha-Na-Ra, and was fashioned and carved approximately 150 years ago in current linear time measurement. But do not conclude that it is not extremely powerful, it is very conscious & contains a great portion of the crystalline paradigm. But it is not the 13th collation. The Mitchell-Hedges skull is of African, not Brazilian quartz. And its crystalline aspect is that of Ancient Rama and is very very special. The supra clarity aspect and unusual axial alignment of this skull are very potent.

MAX and Sha-Na-Ra Are Extra Terrestrial

Of the renowned crystal skulls, the one termed MAX is greater in energy and frequency than all of the others, for it contains the full 13th union. MAX contains the contents of all crystal skulls, and all other Crystal Skulls are aspects of the energy within MAX.

Yet MAX is much more than can be defined. Within MAX is the inward reflection, the innate dynamic recording of the Cosmos. The vastness of which is beyond your conception.

It is through Max that the recoding of the planetary energy is occurring. This is being processed through the Sun Disc and Octahedronal Quartz areas. This will occur on the 11-11-11 and 12-12-12 . Max is extra terrestrial and his crystalline matrix was enhanced through the Arcturians and Pleiadeans. Max has an embellished crystalline molecular quality that cannot as yet be recognized by your science. MAX is multidimensional beyond your imagination. Max has an etheric quality capable of storing the complete history of the Cosmos and indeed contains the Akashic Library within, and the energy of every epoch. Its five matrixes and double axis are quite beyond anything else on the earth. Sha-Na-Ra contains a similar molecular quality, and can be said to be secondary of the known skulls, but is not as grand in energetic field or capacity as Max. In many ways Sha-Na-Ra compliments Max.

Masters, every skull is geologically & mineralogically ancient and capable of carrying varying potent degrees of the consciousness of MAX. But MAX is the generating source.

How to Work With Crystal Skulls

Journeying into the skulls then recalibrates, reboots your mental awareness and more closely aligns you with your perfection, your inner Divine SELF.

So the best way for one to work with the crystal skull is to enter them. Visualize yourself entering the cranium as if entering a crystal cave. Make yourself so tiny and so minute that you become totally immersed and encapsulated within it. Make yourself as if insignificant within its vastness, and enter into a world of wonder, and world of treasure. Open yourself to it and study what is presented, as you are indeed metaphorically speaking, in the original cave of creation. Indeed each time you enter it can present to you a different world, a different dimension, a different paradigm and parallel of crystalline thought. A different essence of learning can be presented each time, from each direction and angle of entry. You will find that you may not depart from the same angle in which you entered, and you will discover often that you exit as a different vibrational Being from whence you entered.

So as we have earlier stated, the Ascension is part of the increased awareness of the Crystal Skulls. In truth the Ascension is the re-emergence of the Quantum Crystalline Energy of the Unified Field, and so it is tantamount that the Crystalline Skulls re-emerge in this energy. You are but a few years from being in the precise center alignment of the Galaxy, and that succinct vector enables so much of your higher SELF and higher consciousness to expand into celestial frequency.

So then it is the time to understand the purpose and powerful abilities of the ancient Crystal Skulls as part of this enigmatic expansion. It is even more important to understand that they are part of a larger energy, a hologram that is now encompassing your planet, and all 12 Light Dimensions around you. This hologram is indeed the Unified Field, the Crystalline frequency, and it encompasses in the macro, your entire solar system, your sun, and of course the Earth. That you refer to as the Golden Sun Disc are the 12 Rays, the DNA for your evolving planet in the same way that the Crystal Skulls incorporate the blueprint for humanity.

Quest of the Skulls : Awakening to the Sacred Rediscovery

The question has arisen as to the placement of the original 13. And this raises an interesting answer. Before we answer you must understand that the time-sequence of dimensions of the Earth are not as you perceive them from your linear perspective. Rather all time co exists in the Multiverse within the Quantum Unified Field. So there are many Earths, many parallel Earths and probable Earths, aligned with shifting probable pasts and futures. All of which are valid and as real as the probable Earth you experience as tangible reality in your lens of the eternal NOW.

So speaking of probabilities in the past, there are myriad differing interpretations that can be used to answer your question, all of which have their place. So in truth what has once existed or imagined still exists. We have told you before that the Golden Era of Atlantis is from your future pulled into your perception of the past. So having that complex axiom for you to ponder, we tell you there are many different crystal skulls and vibrational levels. Many of these skulls are not of your current vibrational level or dimension. Yet the hologram of the pattern they represent is a multidimensional insert , and is present frequencially within the omni-paradigm, and this is represented in the present through MAX.

The Multiverse
Dimensional reality on the Earth is programmed to appear in a time sequence you perceive as linear. It is in your computer terminology a program facilitated by a server, which in this case is the 144-Crystalline grid. Through the 144-Grid the sub- programs of 'time' are inserted as hologramic realities. There are epochs and eras , entire civilizations that are inserted into the Grid Server as programs. That is why fully evolved civilizations can seem to have suddenly sprung up out of nowhere into the vast 'sea of creation' within the flow of the collective unconsciousness, the consciousness grid that enables created realities. Linear time is a functional, purposeful illusion. In truth all programs are running simultaneously. Therefore on the level of the oversoul, you are experiencing many civilizations, and all lifetimes at the same time in the Unified Field of the Crystalline Multiverse.

Question to Metatron: It has been said that the original 13 need to come together for the Ascension to occur. Can you speak on that?

AAMetatron: Dear One, as we have shared with you above, they are together. They are circled etherically below Tibet. You need not worry that these need to be physically garnered and grasped and assembled together to unlock the door to Ascension.

But let us clarify, a quintessential tangent to the point you raise, is that mankind is required to bring together the 12 aspects to create the whole, and in truth this has been put in place since the pivotal event called the Harmonic Convergence, and will finalize with the completion of the 144-Crystalline Grid in December of 2012.

What many of you feel regarding the 12 + 1 is the inner urge to rediscover within the original pattern as transmitted by the Crystal Skulls. That is why many of you are now sensing an ancient call to acquire a 'modern-carved' model, and begin allowing it to work with you. With it you can awaken the 12 strands and combine to the completion of the 13.

So the call to gather the 13 is a dual call, a call to individually and collectively reunite the 12 to form the 13. It is a spiritual calling, a sacred Quest, if you will, to awaken the Dreamer, and rediscover who you are in order to complete the cycle.

The Crystalline Material:
Now, moving forward, there was a great effort after the fall of Mu and Atlantis from those of Yucatan and Og to recreate the models, the skull Amis is one of these. This was done, and those that have been found, for the most part, are these reproductions, although as stated 2 have been found from the second extra terrestrial manifestation.

The post deluge Atlanteans were still quite capable for a fleeting few generations of recreating highly sophisticated replicate models. And there is a specific reason why crystalline substance was chosen as the material to use for the skulls. Indeed, it is not an easy substance to carve or mold into a shape. Yet we tell you that crystalline material other than quartz, was used by the indigenous to replicate the original models, and that these too are capable of holding unique energy aspects of the Arcturian model. All crystalline material, and indeed certain metals were used.

Now in current times, there are many cutters who fashion crystal skulls in quartz and other crystalline and metallic materials. As we have stated, these, specifically because of their cranial skull shape, are capable of drawing into them portions of the energy field emitted by the 13 original skulls.

How is this you may ask? It is through the original intent and agreement of the collective unconscious, the Universal Mind in tandem with the sentient attributes of the living Mineral Kingdom, the living sentience of the receiving mineral and the living sentient field of the Crystalline model hologram. Each newly carved skull then, and indeed the crystalline mineral used is not knew, most were formed hundreds of thousands of years ago, recognize the 'law' of purposed intent and that harmonically attracts and receives from the 13 original skulls, various degrees and qualities of frequencial downloads from the 'thoughtform' projected by the original. All crystalline minerals are both transmitters and receivers you see.

There is an additional 'secondary' imbuing and programming that occurs in the melding of the individual human's field with the newly acquired skull. The mineral itself is capable of receiving, storing, amplifying and transforming the human subconscious energy into its own. The skull then works consciously with each human 'seeker', most of whom are subconsciously attracted to them because of past LeMurian, Atlantean and Mayan lifetimes.

So those attracted to the skulls then receive as within their acquired model, a portion of the whole, and the skull become by agreement, a teacher of greater truth and offers glimpses into the perfection hologram. That is why some are now being called to acquire the newly cut skulls, for indeed they open the pattern, they become teachers. They become allies and protectors for each of you on the path of Mastery, and they manifest at the time you awaken to that call.

These are quite different tools from normal gems, crystals and indeed serve a different role than that of the Phi Crystals. Just as the Atlantean Temple Crystals had specific cuts for specific functions, so do the
Unique Purpose and Tandem Use

Crystal Skulls have a unique role that is quite separate in certain primary purpose, and quite similar in other secondary attributes.

We can say that Phi Crystals are energy amplifiers that take one to the Star Seed and Crystal Skulls offer the calibration and knowledge of the original pattern. The former is the vehicle that moves and refines light energy, the latter the pattern and library. Well for those seekers of Atlantean and LeMurian lineage to acquire both, indeed are there many benefits of working in tandem with both in this time of awakening. Both are tools that offer themselves and amplify and expedite the journey, you see.

Closing: A Species with Amnesia

So we tell you that human beings in duality consciousness became a species with amnesia. You have forgotten who you really are. You have forgotten that you are powerful spirits enacting the human experience. The quest then for mankind in mass and individually is to rediscover your enlightened identity, and that identity is represented in the crystal skull.

Enlightenment is for you to discover within, and this is a tool for that recalibration. Indeed its already in you, in your Beingness, your subconscious, your DNA. Spiritual enlightenment is not about following any Guru any Channel , but rather for you to find through personal discernment , through your inner guidance. It's around accepting and KNOWING that the Divine Self is the spark of God within you, and that you're an intricate and eternal portion of Creator God.
And there are tools to help you along the way, there always has been and will be. You are not alone. But Dear Ones, you have appointments to keep in this very special era of Ascension. Perfection is in play.

Truly, the Crystal Skulls are a reflection of the perfection in mankind. (And indeed far more...) They are ancient conscious computers, programmed helpers which have answers fitted tidily within them to many of your trepidations, puzzles and questions...regardless of when they were carved. It is the paradigm, the hologram and it is accessible to all.
When mankind individually and in mass is ready to use these Divine Libraries to meld into perfection, they will offer a glimpse into incredible new worlds of beauty, creativity and unconditional love. Indeed they have been dormant for millennia, waiting for this point in your linear time to reboot and awaken. Those of you who have worked with the Crystal Skulls in past lifetimes are being called now to be with them again. Do you hear that call? Are you one of the Keepers of the Crystalline Mystery? It's time for the Dreamer to awaken !

Are you ready to make your dreams a reality? You know that it is all an illusion, in fact all of life is an illusion that is nothing more than an energetic manifestation at a specific vibration. There is nothing in the third dimension that is real, except your perception of it. There is nothing in the third dimension that is permanent, unless you hold an energetic space for the continued manifestation of that reality. Hope for a better future is the starting point that must be followed by activation of this as a new paradigm for the next moment. Dream a new dream for your world and activate it with your thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Activation is more than physical movement, although from your human perspective you see activity as something you do with your physical body. Activation, without appropriate energetic adjustments, merely moves energy in the same direction. It is easy to want to take action to activate your dreams but to move into them with grace and ease, the other levels of activation should be implemented and this will dramatically and very quickly shift your reality. Dratzo! We return! The ultimatums, and the pressures resulting from them, have forced the resignations of many in the lower levels of the dark cabal. Gandhi on Knowledge Without Character

[A] faith in the power of the individual formed the foundation for Gandhi’s extremely compassionate view of the industrial era’s large-scale problems, as well as of the smaller but no less urgent troubles we found in our own lives. Our problems, he would say, are not inevitable; they are not, as some historians and biologists have suggested, a necessary side effect of civilization.

On the contrary, war, economic injustice, and pollution arise because we have not yet learned to make use of our most civilizing capacities: the creativity and wisdom we all have as our birthright.

When even one person comes into full possession of these capacities, our problems are shown in their true light: they are simply the results of avoidable—though deadly—errors of judgment.

Gandhi formulated a series of diagnoses of the modern world’s seemingly perpetual state of crisis, which he called “the seven social sins.” I prefer to think of them as seven social ailments, since the problems they address are not crimes calling for punishment but crippling diseases that are punishment enough in themselves. The first—and the one we will focus on here—is knowledge without character. It traces all our difficulties to a simple lack of connection between what we know is good for us and our ability to act on that knowledge.

Knowledge Without Character

To me, the central paradox of our time is that despite our powerful intellectual skills and our ingenious engineering and medical achievements, we still lack the ability to live wisely. We send sophisticated satellites into space that beam us startling information about the destruction of the environment, yet we do little, if anything, to stop that destruction.

As Martin Luther King, Jr., put it, we live in a world of “guided missiles and misguided men,” where few technical problems are too complex to solve but we find it impossible to cope with the most basic of life’s challenges: how to live together in peace and health. In our lucid moments we see that we are doing great harm to ourselves and our planet, but somehow, for all our intellectual understanding, we cannot seem to change the way we think and live.

This is not to say we are bad people. The problem is simply that we have not yet completed our education. When Gandhi speaks of knowledge without character, he is not implying that we know too much for our own good. He is saying that because we do not understand what our real needs are, we are unable to use our tremendous technical expertise in a way that might make our lives more secure and fulfilling. Instead, we treat every problem as if it were a matter for technology, or chemistry, or economics, even when it has nothing to do with these things.

Every day, for example, dozens of new products appear, promising to satisfy our deepest desires. We are barraged with messages—subliminal and otherwise—on billboards and in magazines, on television and in the movies, telling us that everything we are looking for in life can be found in a car or a bowl of ice cream or a cigarette.

The hidden message is that what we own or eat or smoke has the power to endow us with self-respect. Actually, I would say it is the other way around. Your car may be useful and comfortable, it may have a wet bar and a cellular phone, but that is not why it is dignified. You, a human being, are the one who gives dignity to your car by driving it. If it were not for you, that car would be only a hunk of metal.

Over the past fifty years, the automobile, like so many of our appliances and machines, has sped down the now-familiar psychological highway from desirable luxury to basic necessity to tyrannical master. We no longer choose to drive a car—we have to: there are so many things to do, so little time to do them, and so far to travel in between. We rush about from place to place, caught in a perilous game of catch-up, and the price is high: nearly fifty thousand Americans lose their lives in traffic accidents every year. The irony is, we are often in such a hurry that we can’t get anywhere. I have read that commute time in Tokyo and London now is often less by bicycle than by car; and to judge by rush hour on our freeways, our situation is not much different.

Worse than the loss of time, of course, is the threat to our health. In each of those cars, according to recent research conducted in Los Angeles, commuters are exposed to two to four times the levels of cancer-causing toxic chemicals found outdoors. And as it idles there on the freeway, the average American car makes a significant contribution to the greenhouse effect, pumping its own weight in carbon into the atmosphere each year.

These things are not secrets. We have all heard them many times before, but we find it hard to do anything about them. Our cities and towns have grown in such a way that we feel helpless without a car. And as our cities expand ever farther into the surrounding countryside, the situation promises to get even worse.

The problem is that the roots of our dependence on the auto go deeper than the desire for a convenient mode of transportation. There is a much more powerful force at work here—a force that characterizes almost every activity in industrial society: profit. Under the relentless domination of the profit motive, we have remade our country in the image of the automobile. As the political historian Richard Barnet writes, describing America in the middle decades of this century, Buying highways meant buying motels, quick food eateries,…and the culture of suburbia….The highway system was the nation’s only physical plan, and more than anything else it determined the appearance of cities and the stretches in between. In choosing the automobile as the engine of growth, the highway and automotive planners scrapped mass transit.

Oil shortages and higher gasoline prices have led us to regret turning a blind eye toward such practices, yet we go on driving more and more, drilling new oil wells, making and buying more and bigger cars. In just one hundred years, urged on by the profit motive and the media conditioning that driving is entertainment and our car is an extension of our personality, we have used up nearly half of the world’s known petroleum reserves, fouled our air, and put our oceans and beaches at continual risk from oil spills.

Now, I have nothing against automobiles. I have a car, and I appreciate its utility. All I would say is, it is important to remember who is serving whom. If we were the masters of our machines—and our lives—we would have good, well-made cars and good roads on which to drive, but wouldn’t we also use them sparingly, so our children and our children’s children would have enough oil left to heat their homes?

Nor am I suggesting that there is anything wrong in a businessperson making enough profit to support his or her family in comfort—everyone should have this opportunity. But we have exaggerated the importance of profit out of all proportion to its natural place in business. We have become addicted to it, and that is a very dangerous situation.

Most addictions begin innocently enough. “Just one more helping, one more bowl of ice cream, one more cigarette, one more drink for the road.” That is how it starts—just one more: “Let’s sell just one more new car, make one more dollar, pump one more gallon of gas.”

When we give in to that desire repeatedly, with a second helping, a second smoke, a second drink, or a second sniff, it becomes a habit—not just one more but one every day: “The stockholders want to see this quarter’s profits rising above last quarter’s. Get the general manager on the phone and tell him to increase production, bolster demand, and heat up consumption. And do it yesterday.”

With a habit we still have a choice whether to give in or not, but when a habit continues long enough, we lose our power to choose. Our feeling of security becomes so closely attached to the thing we crave that we must have it, whatever the cost. The habit has become a compulsion, and we have become its servant. We will do anything for a profit, even if it means sacrificing our children’s precious seas, air, and earth. This is what Gandhi means by knowledge without character—a lack of connection between what we know to be in everyone’s long-range best interest and our ability to act on that knowledge. It has become the cornerstone of much of our business and our lives.

(Atlanta) Six hours southeast of Atlanta off the Georgia coast on Sapelo Island, archaeologists have unearthed the remains of an ancient walled city which predates the construction of many of Egypt's pyramids.

Known as the Sapelo Shell Ring Complex, this ancient city was constructed around 2300 B.C. and featured three neighborhoods each surrounded by circular walls twenty feet in height constructed from tons of seashells. Some of the earliest pottery in North America was also found buried in the remains of this lost city.

The site is quite an enigma because at the time of its construction the Native Americans living in the area were simple hunters and gatherers who had yet to invent agriculture. Many scholars believe agriculture is a prerequisite for civilization. Did these simple tribal people somehow make the leap from hunting-and-gathering to civilization in a single bound producing not only a walled city but
also the new technology of pottery without the benefit of agriculture?
Or did an already civilized people arrive on the coast of Georgia from elsewhere and, if so, where did they come from and why?

Just thirty years before the construction of the Sapelo Shell Rings researchers have noted that Bronze Age civilizations around the world show a pattern of collapse. According to the website LostWorlds.org:

In the Middle East, Akkadian Sumer collapsed at this time and the Dead Sea water levels reached their lowest point. In China, the Hongsan culture collapsed.

Sediments from Greenland and Iceland show a cold peak around 2200 BC. The population of Finland decreased by a third between 2400 and 2000 BC. Meteor Storms & Cosmic Catastrophe?

Evidence is mounting that this devastation came from the sky.
Astronomers have theorized that at this time Earth passed through a dense concentration of cosmic debris. Just picture the asteroid scene in Star Wars and you'll get the idea. Yet researchers don't think much of this debris actually impacted the ground. Instead they believe these meteors exploded in air bursts high above the ground, creating an ancient version of an atomic bomb blast.

These air bursts would have first incinerated everything within tens if not hundreds of miles. Next they would have created hurricane force winds which would have obliterated any above-ground structures as well as forests.

Astronomers believe this catastrophe was similar to the Tunguska Event which flattened 80 million trees over a 2,000 square mile area of Russian Siberia in 1908.

Russian scientists believe this event was caused by the explosion of a large meteor tens of meters across at an altitude of 3-6 miles. A similar event is thought to have caused the climate downturn in 3200 BC which flash froze the so-called Ice Man in the Swiss Alps.

Who Built the Sapelo Shell Rings?

At the time of European contact, two Native American tribes were known for constructing round, walled villages: the Timucua and Yuchi.
Archaeologists believe some time in the past the Timucua migrated to Georgia and Florida from South America since their language was similar to that spoken by Indians in Venezuela. Did they flee their homeland after it was devastated by a meteor swarm that destroyed huge swaths of jungle?

The Rio Cuarto impact craters in Argentina are thought by some geologists to date to this time period which supports the idea that South America was affected by the same event that struck the Old World.

The Yuchi also have a legend that they arrived in Georgia after "the old moon broke" and devastated their island homeland. Could they have thought these meteors were pieces of the moon falling to Earth? Could impact tsunamis have devastated their island home in the Bahamas forcing them to flee to the mainland? Only further research will answer the questions.

Measuring Thought Vibration is a method new-age folk use to determine whether a thought you are thinking is empowering or disempowering. If you practice thinking thoughts that have a higher vibration, you tend to get more of what you want in life – and you feel better about yourself too.

Essentially, thoughts that vibrate at a higher level are likely to be strong, positive and healthy thoughts, whereas thoughts that vibrate at a low level are liable to be negative, harmful and disempowering.

The argument is what you think about most you manifest in your life– so if you’re operating from a higher frequency, you are more likely to attract the life you desire. You’re also likely to be happier, more pleasant to be around, and in a better state of mind.

This article will explain a bit about high and low levels of thought vibration, explain the benefits of vibrating at a higher frequency, and show you how to turn low frequency thoughts into high frequency thoughts.

High and Low Levels of Thought Vibration

Now, unless you’re a spiritual hippy,it’s likely that the very term “thought vibration” may offend or bemuse you somewhat. It does sound a little bit fancy-dan, after all, and I’m pretty sure you’ve never come across a thought-vibration-measuring machine on your travels. As such, it’s probably pretty easy to hit the back button on your browser and to resign the idea of thought vibration to the hippy bin.

But if you stop a second and take a look at your own thought patterns, you may realise that you instinctively understand the concept of thought vibration, at least at an unconscious level. Simply put, the argument is that all thoughts are energy, and good thoughts vibrate differently to bad thoughts. This seems to make sense if you compare what being in a good mood feels like compared to being in a bad mood.

The way I see it, when you are “operating at a higher level of thought vibration”, it simply means your thinking is clear, positive and focussed. You are likely to be in a relaxed state, and be more focussed on opportunities than you are on problems. When your thinking is like this, your whole body feels good, and emotions like excitement, anticipation and happiness are the norm.

When you are in this state of mind, you may find that people (and even animals!) tend to respond well to you, you won’t tend to encounter many issues or problems, and you may even stumble upon a bit of good luck that you wouldn’t normally expect. When operating from a higher level of thought vibration, people may subconsciously pick up on the fact that you are giving out “good vibes”. That’s all higher thought vibration is – good vibes.

Conversely, when you are operating at a lower frequency of thought vibration, you’re giving out bad vibes – you’re feeling sorry for yourself, going over things that have already happened, feeling miserable and depressed, and emotions like anger, fear and discontent are the norm. People will subconsciously avoid you, or will be drawn into conflict with you. This is not a nice way to live – but many people do live like this for a majority of their existence.

Benefits of a High Level of Thought Vibration

Operating at a higher level of thought vibration is liberating, no matter how briefly you do it. Not only do you feel happier and more positive about life, but you are much less likely to be judgemental about other people, or to engage in worthless negative activities like gossiping and moaning.

You experience a strange sense of energy, which draws you to other people. In fact, you’re much more likely to want to spend time with friends and colleagues, and you’ll probably find yourself meeting new and interesting people too.

When vibrating at a higher level – or giving out good vibes, if you prefer – you’ll smile more, laugh more and not take yourself so seriously. You are happy with the present moment as it is, and you won’t waste time and energy wishing you was doing something else.

You’ll be more motivated to achieve your goals, more positive about achieving them, and just generally happy and joyous and enjoying the wonder that is life. Good vibes are definitely the way to go!

How to Vibrate at a Higher Level

One of the major objectives of anyone interested in personal development is to learn how to constantly emit higher levels of thought vibration – although you may have been calling it something else; “happiness”, “peace of mind”, or an “abundance consciousness” for example.

Now I’ll show you several techniques I’ve used to get my thinking back on track when I’ve fallen into low frequency thought patterns – i.e. depression, sadness, negativity, anger and apathy. Find out what works for you - and keep doing it.
Thinking regularly at a higher level of frequency is rarely an overnight change – instead, it is a case of gradual improvement. Try to notice when you feel blue, and address it by trying some of these ideas to pick yourself up.

Luckily, the more you do this, the more happiness and higher levels of thought vibration will be your natural states of being. All you have to do is choose to operate at a higher level – in fact, even thinking about thinking at the higher level tends to get you there – a nice little coincidence!

Here’s how to do it:

1. Visualisation
Visualisation is the fastest way to operate at a higher level of thought vibration.
To visualise, simply relax, shut your eyes, and see yourself acting as happy, positive and friendly as you can imagine. Notice how you feel and what you can see, hear and smell. Notice what sort of thoughts you are thinking. See how people respond to you when you feel like this. Realise how good it makes you feel. Enjoy feeling like this!
If you did this for a few minutes every day for three weeks, your self-image and thought patterns would change dramatically. I’ve written many articles about Creative Visualisation,which are well worth a read if you want to learn how to visualise properly and start to get some frankly amazing results.

2. Meditation

Renowned Geophysicist Says Strange Sky Sounds Are Real

Mr. Khalilov, what is the nature of the unusual very low-pitched
sounds reported by a great number of people in different parts of the
planet since the summer of 2011? Many call them “The Sound of the
Apocalypse”. Information about that comes from all over the world: US,
UK, Costa Rica, Russia, Czech Republic, Australia, etc.

We have analyzed records of these sounds and found that most of their
spectrum lies within the infrasound range, i.e. is not audible to
humans. What people hear is only a small fraction of the actual power
of these sounds.

They are low-frequency acoustic emissions in the range between 20 and
100 Hz modulated by ultra-low infrasonic waves from 0.1 to 15 Hz. In
geophysics, they are called acoustic-gravity waves; they are formed in
the upper atmosphere, at the atmosphere-ionosphere boundary in
particular.

There can be quite a lot of causes why those waves are generated:
earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, storms, tsunamis, etc.
However, the scale of the observed humming sound in terms of both the
area covered and its power far exceeds those that can be generated by
the above-mentioned phenomena.

In that case, what could be causing this humming in the sky?

In our opinion, the source of such powerful and immense manifestation
of acoustic-gravity waves must be very large-scale energy processes.
These processes include powerful solar flares and huge energy flows
generated by them, rushing towards Earth’s surface and destabilizing
the magnetosphere, ionosphere and upper atmosphere. Thus, the effects
of powerful solar flares: the impact of shock waves in the solar wind,
streams of corpuscles and bursts of electromagnetic radiation are the
main causes of generation of acoustic-gravitation waves following
increased solar activity.

Given the surge in solar activity as manifested itself in the higher
number and energy of solar flares since mid-2011, we can assume that
there is a high probability of impact of the substantial increase in
solar activity on the generation of the unusual humming coming from
the sky. It should be pointed out that influential scientific
institutions in 2010 and 2011.

Meanwhile, the observed increase in solar activity is fully consistent
with the forecast of the International Committee GEOCHANGE published
in the Committee’s Report in June 2010. If this growth rate of solar
activity continues, its amplitude by the end of 2012 will be higher
than the amplitude of 23rd solar cycle, and in 2013-2014 the solar
activity will reach its peak the amplitude of which was predicted by
us to be 1.5 – 1.7 times higher than the amplitude of the 23rd cycle.

But you said that the cause of the “sky hum” can lie within Earth’s
core as well, what does it mean?

There is one more possible cause of these sounds and it may lie at the
Earth’s core. The fact is that the acceleration of the drift of the
Earth’s north magnetic pole which increased more than fivefold between
1998 and 2003 and is at the same level today points to intensification
of energy processes in the Earth’s core, since it is processes in the
inner and outer core that form the Earth’s geomagnetic field.

Meanwhile, as we have already reported, on November 15, 2011 all
ATROPATENA geophysical stations which record three-dimensional
variations of the Earth’s gravitational field almost simultaneously
registered a powerful gravitational impulse. The stations are deployed
in Istanbul, Kiev, Baku, Islamabad and Yogyakarta, with the first and
last one being separated by a distance of about 10,000 km.

Such a phenomenon is only possible if the source of this emanation is
at the Earth’s core level. That huge energy release from the Earth’s
core at the end of the last year was some kind of a start signal
indicating the transition of the Earth’s internal energy into a new
active phase.

Intensification of the energy processes in the Earth’s core can
modulate the geomagnetic field which, through a chain of physical
processes at the ionosphere – atmosphere boundary level, generates
acoustic-gravity waves the audible range of which has been heard by
people in the form of a frightening low-frequency sound in different
parts of our planet.

In both cases, even though the causes of acoustic-gravity waves are of
a quite understandable geophysical nature, they are indicative of the
expected significant increase in solar activity and the geodynamic
activity of our planet.

There is no doubt that processes in the core rule the internal energy
of our planet, therefore, we should expect by the end of 2012 a sharp
rise in strong earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and extreme
weather events with peak levels in 2013 – 2014.

Black Couple Have Five Kids, Three With White Skin

A black couple from Brazil have a pretty typical family with five growing children — but there's one thing that sets them apart: Three of their kids have white skin.

Rosemere Fernandes de Andrade, 27, and her partner Joao have two children who are black and three children who suffer from albinism, the U.K.’s Daily Telegraph reported.

Genetics professor Valdir Balbino, of the Federal University of Pernambuco in Brazil, said the condition was especially rare considering both parents and two other children are black. He also said both parents must carry the albinism gene.

Albinism is mutation of several genes, which results in little or no production of the pigment melanin, according to the Mayo Clinic. The type and amount of melanin your body produces determines the color of your skin, hair and eyes.

There’s no cure for the condition, which also causes problems with the development and function of the eyes.

People who suffer from the disorder must also take steps to avoid too much sun exposure, which involves wearing protective clothing, eyewear and applying sunscreen – something that worries Fernandes.

“I'm afraid of skin cancer because I can't afford the protection they need,” she said.

Complications associated with albinism include both physical and emotional challenges. One of the most serious complications is the risk of sunburn and skin cancer, the Mayo Clinic said on its Web site.

Fernandes, who lives in a slum in north-east Brazil, said her children Esthefany Caroline, 8, Ruth Caroline, 10, and Kauan, 5, have also been teased about their skin by fellow students.

The mother of five has also been challenged by security guards who insisted she could not be the children's mother, according to the report.

That which you hold onto is not TRUTH and this will show as the world appearing to dissolve in
front of your very eyes. Many are holding on blindly to what is “familiar” without questioning the
value it has within their life experience. We guide for you to process the words through your
heart and KNOW TRUTH. That which you hold onto so desperately but is trying to dissolve is
not TRUTH and we ask why you hold on so tightly? Why do you allow definition of SELF
through objects and possessions? For that which YOU ARE is not visible to your naked eye.
Many look in the mirror and believe the teachings of distortion that teaches the reflection is all
that is there. We guide this is distortion on many levels and guide all to detach from this.
Mirrors have been used in many different ways to contain and suppress and we guide for you
to look within to process our words for TRUTH. How can you define that which is indefinable?
How can you see the LIGHT that is within with a brief glance at a reflection, a reflection you
have been taught to distrust and to dislike? That which has held you in the distortion is now
beginning to dissolve and break down and yet many are now crying out in despair, holding on
to that which has enslaved them. Do you not dream to be FREE and accept your FREEdom?
That which is containing is the teachings that you have absorbed deep into your BEing, the
thoughts that fleet across your mind are not innocent for they have a twist that will see you turn
the key once more in the lock of the door of your prison. Why do so many on planet earth
believe they have no power? Why do you look to those around you and compare yourself to
them? why do you allow the mind so much power in a world that is based on emotions and the
heart?
These are the questions to ask SELF in the silence within the heart. For there is no way to
invoke logic in the process of awakening. Logic is what has contained and suppressed for
aeons and we guide all to question the value of continuing to think endlessly about what just
IS.
Those who are now awakening to deeper levels, those who are walking and living TRUTH will
continue to unlock and awaken deeper levels of SELF, look to those who walk in TRUTH for
impossible, for whilst your mind will tell you “cant”, “shouldn’t” there are those who walk the
planet earth who are in the their hearts and are finding balance within the chaos. They serve
as a blinding light to those who now walk blindfold into the new world. For the blindfold is
loose, it can be undone by YOU at any time but many are reluctant to discard it. “Familiar”
being the key to this particular prison. Whilst you seek out “familiar” and stick to “routine” you
fail to question that which is around you, does it serve you? if not why not? The questioning
must begin for the walk into freedom to start. Do you understand our words, our analogy?
For many are now looking to others to solve the puzzle that is theirs alone. Those who live on
the planet earth with YOU are not YOU and this is what is the mind cannot understand. For the
mind cannot separate out YOUr reality from those around YOU. Whilst you continue to assume
that all FEEL and experience the world as you do YOU walk blindfold, for YOU are the only
one who is experiencing life in exactly the way that YOU do. It makes no sense to defer to
those around YOU who are not YOU to ask for their solutions to that which belongs to YOU.
Do you understand our guidance?
Many are now waiting and we ask what YOU wait for? For the universe will wait patiently with
you as you wait and wait. The waiting is the default position for those who are in the mind and
not the heart. For the mind is awaiting instruction but the heart is seeking connection. Do you
understand the analogy? The difference? Whilst the mind waits it fills the spaces with thoughts
that are mere dreams and fantasies but those who wait may attach to these thoughts. The
thoughts are then created as the energy begins to flow through these thoughts. Then the
human will react and scenario of the mind begins once more. The way to end this cycle of
thought, fantasy, creation, is to move to the heart, for the heart can discern that which is
wishful and that which is real. YOU create reality in each breath and we guide for all to absorb
and anchor this TRUTH.
For whilst you let the mind dream that which it is allowed to dream, to ponder is that which may
be created. As the energies now begin to intensify the period between dreaming and creating
grows ever smaller as the power of those awake and awakening begins to gather strength. Do
you dream to sleep or do you sleep to dream? We ask for you to be present in the moment, to
realise that all thoughts are creative thoughts. Do you weed out the thoughts that do no
resonate or do you allow them to be sung across the universe? The universe hears the singing
and responds, it does not filter that which is TRUTH and that which is not for that is the role of
the heart. Do you see how this works dear ones? Do you see how you can sing another songs
and dream anothers dream?
Those who are now in chaos need to anchor into the planet earth, for all that is moving and
shifting is like sand, ever moving, always creating and anchoring into the planet where you are
incarnated on is like completing a circuit. All is energy and that energy is flowing, if you are in
chaos then the energy is chaotic, it flows in all directions at once. This can lead to energy
overload and the FEELing may be one of loss of control. We guide for you to ground into
planet earth regularly to earth yourselves. You would not plug a plug into a live socket without
earthing it yet the humans walking planet earth do this to the human body daily. Earthing is
what is needed for planet earth is also shifting and moving. The way to sync this is to earth.
We guide for all to detach from what they are taught as TRUTH and to go within to the silence
to discern TRUTH for TRUTH is only discerned by the heart. No amount of reading and
rereading that which is taken for fact on the planet earth will help to move the heart into place
and the mind to step back. For that which is in place on planet earth as “familiar” is in place to
keep the mind occupied, a mind occupied is a human who is not in their heart and who is
creating without dreaming. Do you understand our analogy?
To dream the new dream means being present in the moment, how do you dream dear ones?
Do you let idle thoughts drift across your view or do you go into the silence and ask to be
shown the dream that your SOUL dreams? For the SOUL is the dreamer and you are the
creator, do you understand our analogy and our guidance? Many are running through their
human life experience as if being chased and we guide for all to detach from this distortion. To
dream clearly is to breathe deeply, it is to connect deeply with the SOUL, for how can you
dream the same dream as your SOUL if you have not connected with your SOUL?
We are the Shimmering Ones and we are here to guide you back to the heart, for the heart is
the map that you are searching for as you begin to set sail over uncharted waters. Many are
seeking to buy and borrow maps without realising that all maps are contained within the heart,
you did not incarnate onto this planet without a map. Look within dear ones and begin to get
your bearings. For the calm and the silence will show you what you need whilst the chaos of
the planet earth will show you that which is trying to stop you set sail.
Communication across planet earth is designed to engage the mind, we guide all to detach
from this, the map is accessed personally through the heart, it is not looked up on the internet
nor is contained within the media. All information that is now flooding across the planet is not
all information, much is disinformation, TRUTH is something that is FELT, it is KNOWN, it is
not agreed. Do you understand our analogy? Do you understand our guidance?
The new will now unfold rapidly as the moment has now begun that cannot be stopped. Those
who are still holding the flag for duality will find more and more chaos unfold across their
human life experience as the new energies begin to dissolve that which no longer serves. To
engage with the chaos, to try to control the chaos is akin to swimming against the tide for the
new is the new on planet earth, it can be no other way.
We are here to guide and never to lead for that is not the role of the realms and the races that
are now stepping forward to guide and support the human race. There is no leading for there
is no need, guidance is merely navigation, many are on auto pilot and we guide for all to be
aware of this. Auto pilot may have been engaged within the old energies, as the old is now
being dissolve the old dream may now no longer be relevant. We guide for all to go within and
to check with the SOUL and to take over the sailing of the ship that is your human life
experience. YOU cannot blame the ship for going in the wrong direction if you have
abandoned your post as captain of said ship. We guide for all to process our words through the
heart and to hear TRUTH.
That which is unfolding will now increase, the “familiar” will now begin to break down in earnest
for that which no longer serves is dissolving rapidly. To maintain balance simply go within and
ask. The answers are not given to you, they are found within you. That which has been life on
planet earth for aeons is now no longer. The creation of human life experience now turned
over to you, for it was always yours. We ask once more do you dream to sleep or do you sleep
to dream. For we are the Shimmering Ones and we hold you in the LOVE that IS as you begin
to stir and you begin to realise that those who you are waiting on are YOU.
