At this time the Starseed Family is in an accelerated cycle of soul plan evolution (The Ascension Wave).
Much of this “plan” is to have a mutually supportive connection to the new planetary Frequency Hubs.
This “Ascension Wave”, as mentioned in previous articles, is that we are experiencing very concentrated
frequency activations in order to create the expansion of light in our bio-energy field.
This is needed to activate the DNA to complete our Planetary Ascension. As we go through this level
of Planetary Ascension, we are initiated into our “Plan B” Ascended Soul contract for being in greater
service to the Earth. This “Plan B” is a whole new story book for our lives and experience.
It is an entirely new level of multidimensional experience, frequency connection and world service.
Ascension to higher and higher vibrating light fields is a particular process that involves three main levels
for the human body. The “Initiation”, “Accretion” and “Activation” processes.
As you are “initiated” to the higher dimensional light fields, your Auric field is accessing the connection
to that quality of frequency on that dimensional plane. As the Auric Field merges with that dimensional field,
it begins to “accrete” or absorb that particular frequency into its personal Auric field.
As the being’s personal Auric Field becomes filled to capacity, the new light frequency is stored and then
anchors into the bodies permanently.
Upon this anchoring of frequency certain chakra seals are dissolved and then an ”activation” occurs.
The activation serves to stimulate DNA thereby creating new neurological structures to perceive
these higher vibrating light fields. These higher vibrating light fields are also dimensions of which
a higher aspect of our self is simultaneously experiencing. We are then merged with that aspect
of our Higher Self and become the Higher Self merged with the physical personality.
This cycle goes on and on for many future cycles of the soul’s evolution, here on Earth and beyond.
However, the Ascension marks an important distinction from other evolutionary cycles.
Planetary Ascension means that you are liberated from the cycles of rebirth into the 3rd dimension
if you so choose.
At this key point in time, there are more Ascended Masters incarnated on the 3D physical plane
than ever before. Having perfected a certain level of physical mastery through the chakra initiations,
they are purely here as a service to humanity. Ascended Masters choose to incarnate on Earth
during specific cycles to support and work for the enlightenment of humanity. Many of these Ascended
souls are currently birthing on Earth and are volunteers sent from the Indigo Races.
They have developed their spiritual bodies to serve others and have vowed that not one soul be left to
suffer in spiritual darkness. This is one principal tenet of the “Law of One”.
Also, these wonderful beings have also been referred to as “Boddhisattva’s” in eastern mysticism
through the ages.

In the world today people are saying to themselves, that we have had enough of the old paradigms and the old systems and we want to change. We don’t know what we want to change, we don’t know how to change but we want to change and that clarity creates a power that has a very real and powerful effect in the world. It changes what most people thought a few years ago was quite impossible to change and that is not even through conscious spiritual work, that is just through the intention being so strong that it changes and pushes away the old paradigms so that there is the possibility and the space that allows the birth of something new.
There are spaces that are opening and in the beginning they seem to be very distant and we cannot connect to them, but as we become more conscious and more clear and put our heartfelt spiritual work into practice then it is possible to utilise our intention to bring forth those changes in a much more conscious way. Then we are walking the path to a depth of our heart and this means that we will be supported.
I believe that we can as human beings assist this movement by being conscious and this is why I would like to share with you a very interesting meditation, which if we put it into practice today and in the future and especially in the next few weeks/months, where there will be more changes, more difficult changes that we will face as a collective group of human beings here on this beautiful earth, then we can move towards the birth of something new rather than get stuck in the fear that the old is there and that we can’t actually deal with it.
We can let go of those old structures and trust that as we jump into the space that is unknown to the mind and the space that is unknown to the innermost part of yourself, that behind all those things there is the heart, and the heart will support you to a beautiful harmony which is present in this moment, but that you can through this meditation bring into more presence not just for yourself but also for the many people who are perhaps dealing with situations that are more difficult than yours, that would feel very happy to receive this beautiful meditation through your intention, through your practice; happy to receive the space that it creates - that is a birth of something that is new no matter what the situation is, however difficult, whatever it is, there is always a beautiful learning that happens and the beautiful transformation that happens that then gives that situation real meaning.
So no matter what is happening in Japan or the Middle East, there is a depth of meaning in that situation that feeds the heart of those individuals that are dealing with this situation and we can help that by connecting from our own heart space through this meditation, through expanding our consciousness so that we are clear where our intention is put so that we join in that transformation that is not just individual to yourself, but that becomes a world transformation that helps us to move beyond the pain and the suffering, back to the space that the heart loves and that is love itself.
The meditation is very easy to do. Just simply find a comfortable space, take a few deep breaths so that you are able to let go of any thoughts, any feelings of any situations that you may have in your mind, in your consciousness. Simply come back to a space that is more peaceful, a space that is more free. As you breathe in and breathe out and feel this space, focus on the third eye - that is the space between the eyebrows, the space that is connected in the sense that is beyond seeing. It is much more the subtle sense of intuition, of seeing into dimensions that are not so clear but require that you simply relax and open to those dimensions so that they speak to you in a much more clear way.
As you focus on the third eye breathe in to this area, breathe in deeply and as you breathe in visualise that the breath is activating this space. As you breathe out let go of any thoughts, any feelings that come up and simply create a sense of presence to this space, the third eye, so that now you can begin to use this space to be very clear that now your whole being can expand.
From this space feel the freedom that goes beyond the physical, beyond the mental, beyond the emotional – feel the freedom like a bird, like an eagle - as you fly deeper into the unseen dimensions that make you, as a human being, very special. Those aspects of yourself that are very deep and very profound, as you go deeper into this space allow yourself to expand as though it is as if your whole being connects to all aspects that are around you.
Touch the beautiful aspects of the universe, the stars, the moon, the galaxies. Touch the space where everything is so free and so open, that this feeling, this power that you now connect to is transmitted to your own body, to your own mind, to your own emotions. Sense the power of the universe, the beautiful stars, the amazing space that is everywhere, that goes beyond our mind thinking, that goes beyond our little emotions. Sense how amazing the divine is.
As you become aware through your expansion of this beautiful space that is everywhere, that transmits to you a sense of power and strength, and through your intention allow that transmission to move to the various parts of your body. Sense the breath carry that beautiful open and powerful space that you are experiencing. Sense the heart open up any contraction, any walls, any pains, any sufferings, any doubts, any feelings of low self-esteem, contraction – sense this disappear as you connect to the expansion into the universe. Sense the beautiful stars and their magnificent light touching your heart so that you are present to reality and not the little pictures of your mind, or the little dramas that can now be completely let go of. Sense this space touch all the organs inside of your body so that even the structure of those organs now receive a new burst of energy - the liver, the kidneys, the glands, the blood system, all aspects of your body sense how easy through the out breath it is to let go of all the contractions and limited fear spaces, and how easy it is to open to the beauty of the divine space that you are seeing through your third eye.
As you do this, sense that your whole body begins to change and so the physical dimension of the world becomes less important as your reference now goes deeper to those dimensions that make you a unique and beautiful human being. Sense how free and open and expansive the body is, as it connects to all beautiful energies that strengthen, that change even the structure that was, to a structure that is. As you breathe in and breathe out, notice that this beautiful energy that you are connecting to through your third eye, expands more and more - you go deeper and deeper into the beauty of the universe. There is more light, there is more space and this gets transmitted to your mind. All those thoughts, all those struggles simply move out as you breathe deeply.
Breathing in and breathing out, move out with the out breath, and now allow this space to move in through the third eye, this beautiful space, the divine space that you are in touch with through the third eye to your mind so that every cell in your brain, every cell in your mind, can connect to a reality that is more profound, more deep, more mystical. There are no more thoughts of fear, there are no more thoughts of pain, or suffering, or doubt. There are no more thoughts that take you away from the present moment of beauty. Allow the mind to trust this as you open up more deeply.
Give yourself a few moments as you breathe in and breathe out to allow this process to move deeper and deeper - to allow the process to move deeper to all parts of your mind, the conscious aspects that you know and even more deeply to the unconscious parts of your mind that are hidden and come up in dreams or in certain situations. Allow time, allow the beautiful universal energy that is everywhere, that keeps you alive, that we call the divine, to move deeper into all spaces within your being. As you breathe in and breathe out, keep in touch with this space through the third eye.
As you take your next deep breath feel this energy move from the third eye down into all parts of your body. Sense this energy being grounded, moving down your spine, down to the feet, moving down to the soles of your feet and see yourself, imagine yourself now moving back to the mundane aspects of your life but with a new sense, with a rebirthed sense of being alive, being connected to energy that makes you so special. See yourself going back to your family, to your partner, to any situation with that new sense of being, and as you do this you slowly transmit this aspect to more and more people.
As you put this meditation into practice several times in the next few weeks, you will find that things begin to change around you. As you touch the divine, the pictures that you hold begin to change and we begin to change the situations around us.
The more people that put this meditation into practice and this way of thinking into practice, the more the people in Japan and various parts of the world begin to feel an invisible love that moves beyond, moves deeper than what we watch on television or what we hear on the radio or what we read in the newspaper and this is so important. It is just like when you have a little child it is very important for you to recognise their being through action, not just by observing but by interacting, by being. This is what the world needs today. As you come back to a real sense of being that is transmitted on the many invisible levels, through the many invisible levels that we are not aware of, to touch many people’s hearts.

Greetings dear ones we are here with you as you read our words and absorb our guidance.
That which is now unfolding across planet earth is the new and we ask for all to process all
guidance through the heart. The rainbows have begun to awaken and those who walk the
earth carrying the rainbow tribes blood will begin to prepare the new earth for those who are
awakening to the new earth.
The tales in your histories distorted even to the rainbow warriors for the time of the warrior has
ended. The rainbow warriors lay down their swords, karma completed and the time of fighting
dissolved, they now carry the rainbows deep within their BEing and work to pour the colours
back into and beyond planet earth. We ask that you process all communications from any
realm through the heart, the way forward is only through the heart for the heart is your
connection to SELF.
We ask for those who resonate with the rainbows to bring the rainbows to all around them, we
ask for them to detach from what is known on planet earth in order for them to remember, for
this is journey of remembering dear ones, that which YOU know is deep within. Look to no
other for confirmation of who you are nor why you are here, for all are children of GOD. We
ask that the children of GOD now stand up to be counted for all is now changing and shifting,
the GODs that you have been told are but faerie tales are TRUTH and we guide for all to
anchor this deep within.
To create the new world the old world must be dissolved and the energies of the past weeks
have worked to create this. For in detaching from the old you claim YOU. Many are not
allowing the new to dissolve that which was created for them and to them we ask for your
LOVE and compassion. For all ARE ONE, none above or below the other and we ask for you
to pour the LOVE that IS around you, through you and within YOU as all move towards that
which was always to BE.
Planet earth vibrationally is not the planet earth you were born onto and we ask for you to
process this deep within your BEing for the changes are felt, they are not necessarily seen.
The upgrading of vision and hearing part of the awakening process. Many are using the eyes
they were born with and not the eyes of the BEing that they are to look at the changes on
planet earth and we ask for you to process this. Do not look out across the world with eyes that
are trained by the those who sought to control and contain, look across the world with the eyes
that are YOU. We guide that not all will process our words for not all can hear our words and
we guide the hearing will be honed as the veils are cleared during the awakening process. It IS
a process, the teachings of distortion taking many to believe that the awakening is an event.
As you grow and expand within your human vehicle you will remember and the memories will
allow you to clear your vision and hone your hearing.
Many are now hearing the whisperings of those around them, many are able to clearly see the
rainbows that shine high in the sky whilst others do not look up from the ground. We ask why
you would read our words if you do not anchor TRUTH. We would ask why you would wait for
a new world when that world is all around you and needs only your clarity of vision to see it.
There is much that is shifting across and within planet earth and more and more is being
anchored on planet earth. The 144,000 who have incarnated to help anchor the new on planet
earth now stir and begin to awaken to who they are. They are the rainbow tribes born afresh
from the timelines and dimensions where they have fought to free the human race. In this
timeline and dimension that freedom is here and they work now to harmonise all that is. We
ask for those who can see and those who can hear to heed the call of the 144,000 and to
respond, for they are but the crest of the wave that now cleanses the planet.
We ask that all wear the gold clearly for the gold is the new that has anchored on planet earth.
Reach out to the skies and see the gold reflected for the gold is YOU. Do you FEEL it?
All are now moving rapidly towards the unfolding of the new for all on planet earth. The
anchoring has allowed the new energies to burn away the veils so that those who were deeply
asleep now simply slumber. There are many who are now moving around the karmic wheel
and who will still slumber but their sleep is more peaceful than before. We thank you from our
hearts to yours for this TRUTH.
Know that each and every human alive on planet earth is capable of anchoring the new, all
that stops them or blinds them to TRUTH are the veils that were placed by those who sought
to contain and suppress. Allow the veils to be dissolved and take the time needed to anchor
TRUTH as it is revealed. To move rapidly through the veils may see you fall in vibration as the
veils run deep. How deep will be revealed when you start the process of dissolving for many
are then plunged into the oceans of grief. Know that none drown in these oceans, they offer a
deep cleansing followed by a deep knowing as you swim deeper and deeper and unveil the
levels of SELF denied to you by those who sought to contain you.
The time to implement the new is now dear ones, for we are the Nephilim and we walked your
earth in a form that was recorded by the humans who lived in this timeline and dimension. We
walk amongst you now and those who are able to see us will see us and those able to
communicate will communicate. We are hidden in plain view and we ask that you process with
the heart. We are YOU for we have never left YOU. We ask for you to reach deep within and to
remember for the history you are taught is distorted. Another level of veil to keep you
contained.
We did not rule over you, we ruled WITH you for we are you and you are we. None above the
other in any dimension and timeline. Those who have now left the planet unable to force a rule
that is not TRUTH on a planet that is out of balance. The balance is now within you for as each
human comes into balance then mother earth comes into balance. We watch as many step out
of the timeline and dimension they are incarnated to balance that which is out of balance and
bring harmony to mother earth in this timeline. We send much love and blessings to these
BEings for they have reached within and found TRUTH. We send out the call to those able to
detach from the teachings that taught this is impossible and we ask for them to maintain the
balance within. It is from this balance that distortion is dissolved. It is not from reading the
teachings and trying to work them out logically. Logic another distortion put in place to subdue
a race that has been separated from their hearts.
The rainbow and the heart is the key to the unfolding of the new dear ones. Those who walk
the earth in rainbow form now work to bring in the new in increasing vibrations for the new is
the new earth. The point of no return has been reached, the event horizon passed for the new
is now unfolding in earnest across the planet earth. Detach from those who seek to teach that
the new is not here, it is hidden in plain view, it was always in plain view. Those who sought to
contain and suppress merely blinding a race that walked in darkness. The light is here, the
light shines ever brightly across and within the planet earth.
We ask all to BE in the heart, for the heart is the key to the SOUL, do you hear the music that
calls softly from the SOUL? Do you hear your heart as it sings to you? to listen to the heart go
within and sit in the silence and listen. Listen not with the hearing that you have been taught
you have, allow the hearing that YOU are to hear the music that resides within your SOUL.
Many now search for the meaning in the new and ask why they are here, the heart is singing
its response to YOU but many are not listening. Fixated on that which is taught to them whilst
being deaf to that which is within them. This is the new dear ones and we shower you with the
gold that IS for the gold is the LOVE that IS in colour form, for if LOVE was a colour it would be
gold and we ask that you pour the gold around you, through you and within YOU, for gold IS
YOU.
We are the Nephilim and we will guide in due course. That which is unfolding is YOU dear
ones and we ask that YOU dream and dream big. For nothing is impossible, to believe it is
possible you need only connect with the LOVE that IS and allow the GOLD to pour through
you. For the abundance is YOU, the universe is YOU, LOVE is YOU, for you are YOU. Do you

I would like to share with you an experience I had this morning with the healing energy of Lord Melchizedek. I spent several days with severe stomachache and nausea, but could not relieve it.
I sat this morning and I called to ask my Higher Self for Healing. I began to feel a healing and calm presence. I leaned on the chair while the process was carried out. I realized that something familiar was happening to me. I already knew that energy and I asked my guides and they replied that it was indeed a powerful male healing energy. They said: "It is Melchizedek healing energy. Just lay down and relax". It took about almost half an hour or less. When I felt it ended I asked again and they replied it was finished.
Since I've learnt to work with Akashic Records, I use this tool to verify the information I received from my guides by channeling. And actually, I received the check that I took in the healing energy of Lord Melchizedek! It was so strong the joy and feeling of deep grateful, I couldn't stop saying thank you, thank you, thank you! And I wanted to share this experience with you all.
I have to admit the stomachache completely dissapeared and even a pain I had in my right shoulder this week almost vanished.

In some ways we would say that our mission nears completion, as we approach a time when all of the work put in to release you from the control of the Illuminati is showing results. It is for you the end of the cycle of duality, and for us simply the means of clearing the way for the commencement of a new cycle. It will be a new beginning and follow a continuation of the raising up of your consciousness levels, to allow you to ascend to even higher levels. We too will be sharing those times with you and are very much a part of your future. We are assisting you to eventually become Galactic Beings, and that will be by you rightfully reclaiming your place with us.
What you have now is not your true reality, but one you have created over millennia of time since you dropped down from the higher dimensions. Not a single soul was forced to do so, and each and every one of you freely volunteered for the experience. You did so with complete faith knowing that however much you strayed from the Light, there would be a time when you would be called back and helped to do so. That time is of course now, and in a short time you will know for certainty that you are firmly on the path to Ascension, and that nothing can stand in its way or delay it. Can you not sense the difference already in the energies around you, as they have become more of the Light and so uplifting. Those of fear have been subdued, and when you obtain confirmation of the extent of the arrests and resignations of the dark Ones, that will also help you to live more peacefully.
The freedom that has been denied you for so long is returning, and you will be in no doubt that the old paradigm has been destroyed. The new one is already taking its place and bringing you a new hope and belief in a wonderful future. Some of you have glimpsed it and it has inspired you and changed your outlook on life. It is so different to what you have now that words seem inadequate to describe it, and one notable aspect is the feeling of love that comes at you from all directions. If you have ever experienced such an energy it is likely to have only been a momentary experience, whereas in the higher dimensions it is continually present. You have an expression that "it is love that makes the world go around" and you do not realize how true it is. Indeed it is the lack of love that has torn your Earth apart and made you feel detached from your godself. Love energy is the most powerful one of all, and could change your circumstances in a flash if you were all able to come together in this way. Many of you have experienced what love can do, particularly where it is used to heal. It can transmute the lower vibrations, and that is why you are often asked to send love to those who are of the dark Cabal.
Think upon these things and when you feel that you want to help Mankind, send out love to those who are clearly in need. The results may not be instantaneous but be assured that it helps even if they take time to be seen. The Light can be built upon such as when you use it to protect yourself. If you are not already a beacon of Light, practice seeing yourself as one and you will surely create it around you. You will also find that you will attract other souls of a like kind, as they will sense your higher vibrations. Imagine if everyone around you was of the Light, and you will begin to get a feel of what it is like to be in the higher dimensions. Do not limit your expectations as to what Ascension means to you, as it will set you free from all of the conflicts and problems that beset you now on Earth. In the future you will want for absolutely nothing, and you will find that the Creator has provided for you in every conceivable way.
So Dear Ones, be determined to ride out whatever comes your way between now and Ascension. Do not let anything get you down as whatever happens it will be short lived. If you suffer losses they will be more than made up to you, and remember that you cannot take anything with you into the higher vibrations unless it is compatible with them. That is why no soul can force its way into them, and will automatically find itself at its correct and corresponding level. Understand that you all progress at your own speed, and have had equal opportunities to choose the path to Ascension. So please do not upset yourself should a near loved one choose differently to you, and honor their freewill choice. Loved ones are never far away, and you will always be able to meet again.
Get ready to enjoy yourselves and feel free to express your feelings, as once the changes come out and you see the benefits you will be ecstatic. Celebrations will be the order of the day, and believe us when we say that we shall organize some memorable events and take part in them. Joy and happiness are getting nearer and will carry you all of the way to Ascension. There are difficult periods still to go through, but nothing will last very long and if it creates new needs we will be on hand to help you. We already work behind the scenes and will be pleased when our activities can be more open. Our priority at present is stopping the warring factions from coming to blows, and we have no doubt that we can prevent any attempts at starting another war. You will be appalled and no doubt angry, when you learn of how many times the dark Ones have tried to start another one in the Middle East. We will not dwell upon such unpleasant things, but you need to know who has worked against you over many, many years, often in the guise of working for you.
We continue to closely monitor Mother Earth as there are physical changes happening, and some areas are more prone to them than others. We are not allowed to stop those that are necessary, but will do all we can to alleviate any harm to you and keep extensive damage to a minimum. Conditions could well have been horrendous if the dark Ones had their way, but we have stopped their plans to induce catastrophes to reduce the population of Earth. We know many of you cannot comprehend that anyone could fall to that extent, but with the almost total loss of Light such souls have lost any feelings of compassion.

Wake up Call: Hatonn March 26, 12
I am here today with some pressing news. Today is a day filled with unprecedented events. First we are taking the liberty to welcome many of your political and financial leaders to our ships. We are to see to it that they are interspersed throughout the solar system on various places of life where we have bases and means of comfort. We will be interviewing these people and will take charge of the means by which they are told to be in readiness for what is to come for them. They will be given the choice as to whether to come to a different way of seeing things and their interaction with all of you, or to be taken to other places to begin their reassignments to their return to themselves, at the deepest core of their being.
Secondly, we are part of the process that is realigning your energies with that of the Central sun. We are intervening with these energies and with the Hollow Earth beings we are including our services with them in the effort to begin the transformation of the surface of earth. As this evolves over the next months we will begin a series of overtures that will be relative to the ongoing process of restoring the pristine beauty and life to earth and all of life on and within her body. As the Central Sun intervenes and in that way increases her vitality so too will you benefit and share that new vitality with her. It will be an ongoing interception and evolving in the Oneness that you are. You are all part of the energy of earth, therefore as is her image, so too is yours.
As this process takes place we will be given much assistance from Gaia and we too to her. We will see that there is an ongoing extension that will bring about the resolution of the issues that have plagued mankind for so long. These issues will be resolved and the wonders of the true nature of mankind will come to the surface. There will be an ongoing evolution of what it means to be in truth with oneself and to take on the attitude of honesty and harmony with all of life. It will be a universal system of restoration and will be followed by a continual evolvement and exploration of the universal gifts that await these times of opening.
I bring to you the first in a series of treasures for the ongoing evolvement. It is a course of restoration for those who wish to remain on the surface. We will be coming to earth to work with you in the business of bringing the ideal life to the world that you are in the process of creating. You will be working within and on the surface. There will be members of your humanity who will be chosen to come to our ships regularly for meetings with us. As we come to meet with you on the earth we will bring with us those with whom you will be working and creating. In this you will feel the newness of our family and how it feels to walk in the steps of whom you really are, and how we can all walk in harmony and beauty forevermore.
As these times take shape we assure you that your safety is uppermost in our minds. We are working, as we have been for some time, on keeping you as safe and in as good heath as is necessary for you to be able to be with us, taking the pleasure for celebration at every turning point. Those who have left your planet to begin the next step of their evolvement will welcome you to their new world. They will have made their choice to be here and to present to you their new way of relating to you. As for those who have left that you will not be reunited with in the soon times, they have gone to reunite with their family in other star systems. They may at some point revisit you in one way or another. It is all universal; there is no separation in this universe. We are all members of the same family. As we reunite we will hear the bells toll for the coming together of the beauty of family throughout this universe that was created for all of us to experience this wondrous expression of who we all are.
I leave this message for this day, and in so doing I invite you all to take a moment and feel the love that I transmit to you. This is a short story taken from the book -
~ Buddhist Acts of Compassion ~
Ten or fifteen years ago, I was living in a very small space in Paris, and every night I walked
my dog outside for about an hour. Many times we'd go to a little garden near the Champs
Elysees and I would meditate there, at the same time watching and playing with my dog.
The garden was about one hundred feet from the Chamnps Elysees, and even though there
were a lot of people walking past, they didn't see me, so I felt I could be alone.
I remember thinking about my teachers. They used to say how important is to feel compassion
for everybody without judgment or favouritism, so one evening I decided to try.
The people walking by were close enough to see, but too far away for me to have any thought
about them. So I began to pray completely freely for these people without judgment.
Everybody was a stranger, but at the same time I felt very close to them because I could
really give all my love very freely, without thinking about receiving anything in return.
Suddenly I was completely surrounded by bliss, I was giving love, but in return I was feeling
ten times more. I was really receiving the blessing and compassion of my masters.
Often I would do the same thing in the car. Sometimes we'd get stuck in the car in traffic
or be waiting for a light, and my eyes would meet someone for maybe a fraction of a second
in the street. In that moment, very often I would just try looking at the person, smiling and
sending my love, feeling in my heart, I love you, for example. Looking at the person and
smiling at him or her without thinking was very easy because it was just a momentary
glance as the person is passing by. So my love was much more like equanimity -
all-inclusive, without bias. Sometimes I could really see that the person would be completely
transformed by this kind of shock - that somebody was smiling at him or her for no reason.

Walk in Beauty, Live in Trust
Dear One,
These words clarify the way to a carefree, joy-filled and peaceful life.
Walking in beauty means to look at all you see with your heart and mind. This might mean to see beyond the surface appearance of disharmony and know there is perfection and beauty within a situation. There is beauty all around you and sometimes it takes a prayer such as “let me see the beauty here, Angels,” to make this apparent.
Walking in beauty means to allow the awareness that there is beauty in this world to bubble to the surface, so you can be conscious of the great beauty of God’s creation. One flower holds as much of the key to universal knowledge as does a whole field of flowers.
Do all you can to be aware of the beauty around you and to bring more beauty into your world. Bringing that one flower into your home can brighten the day, as the spiritual essence in that flower permeates your world. Look for beauty every day and be grateful for all that you find.
Living in trust means that deep within there is an inner knowing that you are never alone, and that the Angels are working for you in your life. As you give your life to God and pray that Divine will be done, you can trust in the appropriate outworking in every situation for the highest good of all concerned. Living in trust means accepting what is apparent in your life, and making a claim for the Divine Order which is inherent in every situation. Living in trust allows the Angels to comfort and inspire you so you can receive support in every area of your life.
When you know the benevolent love of God guides your way, there is a beacon of light to follow. This love is the most powerful force for good in the universe. This love creates peace and harmony in the heart and soul of each person who remembers. Allow faith in this statement to permeate every cell of your being. You are always guided by God’s love and you are never alone. You can call on this love at any time and know truly it is there for you.
So allow this statement to become your way of life. Belief will create more love, joy and peace for you in every way.

Dear Friends. Just letting members here know ,that may also be members on Lightworkers, that it has been down all day and apparantly DNS hijacked! Another reason has been given - it has been hijacked by a financial company! I have had no problem logging on today and in fact posted 2 blogs, turned off the computer for several hours, and logged back on again to find only about 4 online. One member Tom, who knows about these technical issues, says it was DNS hijacked, and another member who could get on said that on Facebook Lightworkers.org one of the Admin. said that it had been hijacked by a financial company!
So, can a website be repossessed?
It feels very lonely over there, so I will stay here !!

Channeler: M.N. Hopkins (Faith Restored) For Man was once a noble creature upon this Earth. Now fallen and with little hope, disconnected and bewildered by a few of darkness. Lost in a sea of despair, lost in a sea of madness, lost to himSelf and the self of others. In all appearances, a seemingly lost cause in his deathbed falling into an abyss of darkness never to return again to his rightful Home amongst the stars. Yes, rightful home, his true inheritance. Lost, yet not forgotten by all. A few have kept hope alive and succeeded in overcoming the darkness of their despair. Yes, these few who have fought as Warriors of Light for centuries, never giving up, never defeated by the numerous forces of darkness. A few against many fighting so that many can one day prosper in Spirit. Fighting for many whom have lost their way, lost all good sense and reason. Abandoned their thrones to be outcasts from their inherent goodness and glory. Yes, a few remembered and guarded thee Light for ages knowing of the return of those of Light. Those who will fuel the fires of hope, fuel the fires of courage and fuel the fires of love. Fires will burn and waters will flow and Mankind will be awakened from the nightmare of today. The wolf returns to the side of the lion and the once sheep will follow, but not as before. Now, the lions in sheep clothing, full of courage, full of Light, full of Self. Hearts aflame with Love and Leading the way back to Mankind's former glory. Leading all back to the Promised Land. A promised land that is not upon the Land, but a place up to now guarded, now open to all. A true Heartland, a true place where the love of Earth and Heaven meet and blend and are rerouted outward into the world of Man. Now, Love flows and Life grows. A new Life to be honoured and respected, a new Life to be embraced, a new Life to be welcomed, a new Life to be accepted and expressed outward. Life returned, followed by Love, the Joy, then the warmth of the homecoming. Yes, coming home to one's heart again. The place of power, that begins and ends with Love. To Inspire: For, what is it to inspire? To inspire is to lead another to an inner realm, an inner realm often avoided or better said, neglected. To go inward and upward as in the spire of a church building. Up and outward until one touches upon the place of before one's birth in this human existence that you call everyday living. Yes, everyday, yet more. It's in one's duties in the everyday that one meets one's greatest joy. The bird that lands nearby, the stranger with a smile, the chance happenings that in reality are not by chance at all. All are to lead you toward an inner reflection and contemplation of not just Nature, but the true nature of Oneself. You have all been mislead, distracted, and delayed from your arrivals to that place in a time that really isn't a time, but from where all plans and times can be accessed. Now, we didn't mean to confuse you just lead you toward your inner spire. Tour place of contemplation and realization of what and who you really are. Here is the place or better stated, non-place where you have an inner clarity of vision. Gone are the outside distractions, the ego annoyances and irritations. Here, you find peace in the knowing that you are more and other than your ego self. You are as Gods sleeping, waiting upon a wake up call, not knowing that the service has ended and it is now the responsibility of all to awaken themselves to this new day. Yes, a new day of Light and Laughter together with a joy in living one's everyday existence here on this planet that you call Earth. It has an has had many other names as it will be renamed in what you call, future time. It is still the same being , this Earth of yours, no matter what the label, just as you are the same being you have always been & will always be despite all your many labels and classifications. Classifications that limit and confuse and keep you from the true Essence of your being. And what is that Essence. Some call it Love, some call it Life, some call it God, yet it is neither defined or limited by explanations and is in fact, the Creator of all limitation, hindrances and explanations. It is the Essence of All There Is and It is You as you are a part of It. Yes, a part, a segment, a fragment of the whole, yet a part while at the same time being a whole being in Love. Confused again? Good, now we come closer to where we should be. Within the embrace is simultaneously the embrace as well as the Embracer. Now, feel your being in a state of Grace. Free for just a moment from the chains or fretters of ego. Free to feel, free to experience, free to touch not just upon yourSelf, but the Self of others. Safe and secure in knowing who and what you really are for just a moment. Just a moment that will last a lifetime since you have travelled up the spiral and come to the meeting place of Heaven and Earth. You have arrived at the Heartland, that middle place, sometimes called the middle way. Sometimes one's center, sometimes one's place of balance and power. So close it is and now you have arrived at this place and from this place you have met with Grace and Grace has washed your sins away. Grace has come from above as it has come from below. Grace from the Heavenly Realm as well as from the Earth Realm. The Mother and the Father have met and embraced within your heart and a new life has been born. A life free from fear, yet still with trials. Trials that will lead you to other moments of freedom, other moments of Love, other moments of inward realizations of what and who you really are. Each moment a stepping stone, each moment a cure, in each moment you allow yourself this Gift of Grace to Man to enter into your being. You weaken the grip of ego and experience freedom through touching heart to Heart. Now, we are finished. Be glad this day for you now know the way back and the way forward and now it is as now it was and now it shall be. What Is Balance? Balance is the key to good and sound functioning human communities. For today it has become fashionable to worship or adore chaos in all its many forms. Your organizations, your workplaces, your schools are nothing more than a training ground for future generations to maintain and see to the continuation of traditional ways of behaviour. Unfortunately for you all, those with flaws in their character have been chosen to lead. Weak by nature, never given proper instruction in critical thinking. No longer are the Elders respected and sought after fro wise counsel. Instead immature and unbalanced individuals who verge on the edge of mental and emotional sickness are chosen and chosen not for their strength of character, but for their many weaknesses that can be used against them as a form of control. For without Self-control and inner knowledge and wisdom they can be easily manipulated and maneuvered into evil devices that destroy and isolate, rather than being together or united with human community. Leaders are punished and persecuted for being intelligent and strong and not so easily controlled by forces that seek to enslave all inhabitants of your human community. Always are the inept, the incompetent and the dull of wit and mind chosen so as to teach the youth that these qualities of weakness and corruptibility will be rewarded whereas strength and intelligence will be punished. There are so many leaders on the fringes of your societies. Many live in poverty or are now, homeless, yet maintain their principles and wait upon the day of transition when their skills and abilities will be needed to organize and rebuild human community. Through their hardships they have learned to survive on a little, have learned to use their mental resources and initiative to survive in a world that has condemned them to a form of a prolonged prison sentence or death sentence, the only difference is that they are not locked up behind bars. In a way, they have been in training for the future collapse of human community as wee have known it since after the beginning of the industrial revolution that weakened and poisoned not just our human bodies and that of the Earth body, but also enslaved us within a system of commerce. Gone are the family farms, the clans, the tribal groups that flourished for countless centuries and evolved in the ways of the heart and developed mental powers that cannot even be conceived of by the inhabitants of your world today. These systems gave Man a sense of pride, freedom and self esteem as well as a reverence for both the Earth and for God. For Man was in balance and gained from the strength and wisdom of both Realms. Now, Man has grown dependent on machine and a new priestly class of the Corporation which has created new myths and taken much of the power away from the early priests of the Church. The new priests of darkness control your governments and in fact, all your institutions. The new mantra is buy, buy, buy. In so doing, have you all said, bye, bye, bye to the better parts of your being. Emotional and mental illness is as a plague upon the Lands. This is due to unnatural conflicts created when one begins to see reality through a haze of myth and images created and put into human minds by this priestly class. For, long ago they learned the persuasive power of the image, the attraction of the mind toward fantasy and myth and used this knowledge to serve their own purposes. Now, after thousands of years, the human systems fail and some begin to see behind the illusionary veil to the heart of what we have become over time by no longer following our God given paths. Now, we have a creative tension that builds up in your world, ready to explode and destroy the old as it creates anew a new, yet old long forgotten system of evolution of consciousness and the creativity of Man. After the release of new energies, people will clearly see what they have become and what they can and will become again in time. For, intelligence and creativity will flourish again upon the Lands and leaders will be recognized from an early age and encouraged and taught to be future leaders. Men and Women of inspiration, courage, and wisdom listening to their hearts for advise and consul and sharing their knowledge freely with all within human community. No longer will tyranny of self or others be respected and tolerated. Man will again enjoy the senses and connect again to God, Soul and Earth. The true trinity. The love of the Mother, the Father and OneSelf. It is Light you asked for and Light it will be to light your way back to yourSelf and back to the Source Of All Life on Earth and on other worlds, those seen and unseen, still there waiting upon the arrival of not just a few, but of many. We see a time of a great awakening from a sleep of discord, a sleep of deception and a sleep never more to be for those whom accept the truth of themSelves and accept the offer of a life renewed and energized by the Light and the Love that flows eternal, that flows from another realm to your realm of darkness. It is we who come with the Light, it is we who renew the gifts of Spirit, it is we who continue to walk upon your Earth so as to reap the harvest, to reap a harvest of Love once denied, but now fulfilled in the moment. That moment is now. Now, has been the time, will be the time and is the time of harvest. For the Light is now ripe and ready to fall from the Tree. The Tree of Life, that eternal tree that bears the fruits of Mankind's efforts and accomplishments. Now, this fruit comes to your table to be savoured and enjoyed. This is not the fruit of knowledge, but the fruits of wisdom grown over the march of time, grown with a purpose to give nutrients to those seekers who have found their way here today. Yes, this is a gift, a gift for all that will give strength and longevity. The fruits of the labours of many who have served the Good for countless centuries waiting upon this day when the Will of Heaven is fulfilled upon the Earth. Light and the waters of Spirit have allowed and encouraged the growth and fruition and now is the time to share in the harvest. Now is the time. Not yesterday and not tomorrow, but now is the time of harvest and has always been the time of the coming of redemption and salvation. There is no date chosen, no place chosen, no chosen people. This gift if for all who will accept the fruits of our labour. A gift for all people in all Lands. No longer divided, but united in Love. Yes, Love, the great uniter. Not fear induced behaviours, but the actions of those of great faith and love who can see beyond appearances to the Heart of All Matter. Now, your time has come. The way has been made easy. Step forward and claim your prize. Claim your rightful inheritance. Claim your heart and the love that springs from a joy in living. Feel the peace of this moment and revel in your accomplishment. For you only see the end of this journey that leads you to the beginning of a new adventure. A new adventure in living, a new clarity, a new resolve, a new found strength and wisdom. Now, we walk hand in hand and as we continue our journey, more will decide to join us on this new way of living. The old way left behind, the new way is now to be experienced, now to be accepted, now to be manifest in physical reality. The dreamers have dreamed, you have had the courage to manifest it within your everyday living. It is done. It has manifested in you within the space of your heart. A seed long dormant, now watered and a blossom comes forth. A most beautiful creation and one unique to only yourself. Each will manifest their own dream in their own time. Now, it is time for you who have found your way here this day. Now, is your time, now has it been done. Bask in the Light and go forth. Heaven and Earth have joined this day. Yes, joined for the betterment of Mankind to show Mankind that a love balanced is the love of all great Prophets and Saints. Yes, it is balance that you have forgotten and it is balance this day that will again be your legacy to future generations. Heaven and Earth join in that place that you call the human heart. It is that place that links Heaven to Earth and Earth to Heaven and both to you. Yes, it is within the realm of the human heart that all healing begins and ends. It is the realm of the human heart that one feels the Love of both the Mother and the Father, both united in a balanced love of all humanity. Yes, all are loved in the heart realm as all our loved in our realm. We have come this day to give you a heart felt message. Yes, one that will touch to and warm your hearts and from there radiate out to all the Lands. For, we are united this day at a Soul level. We have left briefly the world of judgement, the world of fear, the world of misconceptions. Now, we have come into a new world whose center is within the human heart. A heart centered and balanced in love with all living creatures. A heart that is generous and kind and willing to share its good fortune with all Mankind. Yes, all Mankind. An offer of loving kindness to all who will accept and feel the warmth of one's true being. Yes, true Being, not the ego pretender, not the tyrant that has brought all great pain and suffering. No, a new ruler has arrived and taken their rightful place upon the throne that unites the kingdoms of both Heaven and Earth with Man. The trilogy is now complete and great power and love now pours forth. The healing, balancing, strength giving energies of the Earth along with those of the Creator Of All Things combined with the inherent power of Man. Three united, united this day for the good of all mankind. Feel now the warmth within your own heart and look out upon your world with new eyes. See the Light of Creation and feel the Love that has carried you for so many centuries of human time. Now, the Love has united in you, has united within your human heart to be felt and shared with all your kind. In kindness we say, let your love flow out and embrace your world of dark determination and transform and transmute it into an Eden again. Yes, Eden. Your original home, so long forgotten, yet never lost by a few who have kept the Light alive and passed it down generation to generation all in anticipation of this day. Now, it is time of revealing, the time of revelation and redemption. A time of the unveiling of the darkness that has come to distract you all from your inherent Light. Now, the Light comes forward to enrich and enlighten and illuminate all those who have forgotten their true natures and lost sight of their true connection to the Source Of All Life here on planet Earth. Now, you are Man again. At peace with and in love with all living things of Heaven and Earth. Forgotten, never lost. Entrusted in the hands or better said, the hearts of a few of illumination, passed from generation to generation to be unveiled this day. Love again takes the lead and leads Mankind back to Self, back to Your hearts Light. Yes, fill with goodness and love. Now can you do so that others can also. For when one connects, all are connected to the goodness no longer dormant within. Yes, goodness. The goodness within your humanity. The concentration has been upon that which is darkness within the humanity. For man is a complex structure of blood and bones and flesh. Not only the physical, but also has Man an emotional as well as an intellectual life. The Mind has been tainted and now concentrates upon the fearful and non-productive. Man was once a creature of great brilliance and presence of mind. Now, Man is but a dark reflection of his former self. Yes, dark. For Man has accepted the lies and deceptions of forces that seek to destroy all that is good within your humanity. Once, Men and Women cared for each other, had great powers and concentration of energy by use of the mind. Yes, mind was a tool used to bring enlightenment to not just one but to many. Gifts given, gifts shared. This is the natural state of Mankind. Now, it is gifts given, gifts sold to those of greed. Greedy in spirit as well as greedy for material affects. A gift is given freely and accepted freely by those who will. Not a form of currency to be bartered for or stolen, but a natural substance to be gathered and then shared with one's fellows. That considered of value in truth, is valueless and that which modern Man calls valueless, is that of the greatest wealth and nourishment. For, Man has become a complexity of emotions and feelings without focus or balance, swaying in the winds of emotion. Emotion now controlled by those of dark determination. Yes, dark they are, as dark as their thoughts. They manipulate to create confusion and loss of will power. They sicken and weaken the human vessel under the guise of health care. No or little health or care in the medical system that they have created. Marketing and selling poisons that maim, sicken and often kill. Those few who resist are turned against by the very fellows whom they love and attempt to guide toward a better way, a saner way of living. Yes, Man is in such a weakened state that he or she no longer see the truth within him or herself or others. Daily fed lies and disinformation and guided away from or distracted from the truth of their being. All these self-evasion affects the human psyche in such a way as to madden or sicken the human organism. There is a way out and that way is to reconnect to one's Self, one's Inner Voice, one's good judgement and one's true nature that tends toward clarity of thought and emotion and balance. Yes, Man if left to his own devices would live in a balanced state unencumbered by confusions and instability. Now, seek that which is best within your humanity and share it freely with others of your own kind. Concentrate and focus on your heart's light and feel Love again, feel loved again and feel complete within yourselves. No longer lacking that which you must desire, no longer seeking that which is already there, no longer confused and befuddled by the lies and deceptions of a few of dark determination. Be no longer a victim, but be a victor and rise up and claim again the prize. Yes, the words. It is our words that come, but in truth it is not the words that speak, but the Essence of a Higher Being and that Being lies not so deep within yourself as well as within the self of others. That is the heart's way. The way that leads all back to themSelves. That Inner Being with that soft and kind Inner Voice lies dormant within the hearts of many, yet by listening to our words, a doorway is opened. A doorway that leads one directly to one's heart which is the seat of your highest consciousness. The heart is the center and within that center all is balanced as all are in balance. The heart is the key. The heart is the way back to oneSelf as well as the only true way to connect to the hearts of others. The mind is a lesser tool and the one most often employed by Mankind. Most have yet to enter the realm of the heart. Yes, the heart realm. Ruled by benevolence, ruled by kindness, ruled by the love of Man. Yes, the Love of Man. A great and powerful love created by the Love of the Creator. When Man loves, he is reflecting the Love of the Creator. The Love of the Creator flows through the heart center and outward into the world of Man. With It comes power and knowledge to be used for the betterment of both Man and human community. This knowledge is given freely to be shared freely with all in need of enlightenment and understanding. More than knowledge that arrives is the Love of the Creator Of All Realms. This Love transmutes and transforms all darkness, all pain, all disease, all illness into a light hearted understanding of both Self and self. Love comes and fills the body, the mind, the emotional field, our dreams and our vision with hope. Not just hope, but a true understanding of life here on Earth. What was, what is being expressed now, and what will be in the future of Mankind. For in Love, there are no divisions. No divisions within self as well as within human community. All see and understand their past in the human drama and act out in a just and responsible way. In Love is there generosity and kindness of Spirit. Children and animals can sense this immediately and response in like kindness when approached by one of God's Light. Yes, the Light is what brings order to your world and it's human communities. It brings an order to self and a balance that would not be possible before It's arrival. Balance: This is the key to sane and responsible living. In balance the extremes do not exist and harmony eliminates out from the center of one's being. Yes, the center, the heart center. Calm arrives and with it departs conflicts and strife. Calm begins the healing process and continues until the arrival of Joy. Yes, joy arrives lastly and fills one with delight and a joy in living one's everyday life. Yes, one becomes immersed in the everyday and one's everyday turns into the extraordinary. Joy colours one's canvas with new colours never before seen by Man. Colours of such intense hues and tones, yet calmly painted. Yes, a new Light illuminates the stage and all more clearly see their parts with the human dramas. Once seen clearly, then Mankind will change the scripts to fit the new current realities. Yes, a rewrite of sorts. Rewritten by man, illuminated by the Love of All There Is. Yes, a message for all, all who will listen to our words. We have come to a time in the history of mankind when Heaven joins with Earth for the completion of one cycle and the beginning of another. One in which Mankind has learned the lessons of co-operation and working together for the advancement of not only community, but for the advancement of the species. All species, but Man are now connected to the Earth and live within a balanced system of co-creation. Man is last to learn the art of balance and connection from heart to heart. In your arrogance, you have forgotten your place in the scheme of things or the ways of the natural world. You have also forgotten your connection to one another and to the Divine. Now, balance returns again to Man. In the process toward this, chaos will appear to exist, yet this is nothing more than a re-ordering or re-establishing of human community comprised of individuals with the ability to empathise and join together in common goals that work toward a common good. A common good forgotten by many, yet preserved by a few. Now is the time to touch to your individual Goodness and then join with the Goodness in others to create a Common Good to be shared by all inhabitants of your planet. This will occur in time. The force of its creation cannot be stopped. For momentum has built up now to one that demands the expression of Good. All will be caught up in the force of this wave, non can escape its arrival to your world. Fear not and know that it's creation was the sum total of countless dreams and prayers and well wishes and it's time has come to wash away the tears and fears and sadness of the many. Where once there were a few, now we have many willing and able to create in harmony a new harmonic. A sound wave that will shatter all existing structures and make the way for the way of the heart. A new heart now beats in unison with Heaven and Earth. it draws upon the power and magnitude of both, yet keeps it's individual expression. A heart new formed from the darkness of the past, transformed and transmuted in the fires of Love. Love unfolds and expresses Itself once again within the hearts of many. Adjust and re-adjust your frequencies to the harmonics of the Earth and that of Heaven. For, a song will be heard again. One that begins with the joy of creation within the joy in living. Listen and feel and know that it has arrived to your heart as you read these words. Now! It is done. Now, we have come to a time in the history of Mankind when Love seeks a way to enter your realm of Man. We have encouraged and helped for countless centuries and now is it time for Man to once again be responsible for his or her own fate and that of your human communities. Your minds and your wills have been clouded by fear, but now is it time to lift the veil and come into your true natures as co-creators and co-operators in the building of human community. You have been led astray for far too long, convinced that you are weak and of little worth by those in reality are the weak and worthless ones. Although, in a sense all have a value, even the betrayers of their own kind. Once Earth was truly a paradise in which both Man and beast shared in a way that most within your world can never imagine, yet alone make into a reality. Your minds have been infected by darkness, yet your hearts have the key to your liberation. For, the heart is the center of your being and the seat of your greatest power to create. Look to your hearts for inspiration, look to your hearts for direction, look to your hearts for love and direct that love first back to yourselves and then out to others. For, the heart has the healing power to heal all ills and confusions of the mind. For, the mind often tends toward mischief, whereas the heart tends toward healing. The healing of human bodies, emotional distress, mental disorders and all that ails your human communities. So, we ask all who have come upon these words to trust in yourselves and to seek and nurture that which is best within your humanities. We will not say that there is little time or that the end is near. For these are the words directed by fear. Our words are directed by Love and show the way toward your own inherent love, strength and wisdom that has lay dormant for countless centuries awaiting a time of a great awakening. We say to you that now is the time to awaken to your heart's light, now is the time of redemption, now is the time of self-fulfilment, now is the focal point of creation. It is in the now that past and future co-exist and it is in the now that you have access to your greatest power. So, shall we now calm ourselves and allow the Now to do its work of liberation of self. Choose not your lives of slavery, rather choose your freedom through Love. For, Love is the great liberator, Love is the great revealer, Love is that which calms the mind and activates the heart and that which will awaken you from your sleep and allow you to live together in peace. Light, light and more light, this is what you have asked for and this is what you shall receive, but receive to be shared with others of your kind. This Light has many good healing properties and the ability to calm the emotional as well as the mental chaos now experienced by many within your realm. For transition is not always an easy matter and change is not always welcome. Many who read these words know the truth our messages. For, they are the ones that these messages are intended for those who seek the Light of understanding. Many call themselves, Light Workers. What does this really mean? It means one whom can channel the Heavenly Light to share it with others in the human realm. More Light comes now, so prepare yourselves for a big infusion due to arrive. In fact, for some it arrives every time it is asked for, for others upon occasion and for others not at all. Thus is the current state of the majority of those now calling themselves, Light Workers. For with Light comes a balance, with Light comes, a calm, with Light comes a clarity of moment in which insights arrive. Most of those who call themselves Light Workers have none of the above characteristics. Techniques and shows have become their main stay. There are no techniques to be learned and there are now shows to produce. A child knows this. Those with a will and a temperament that asks and has faith that all prayers will be answered are the ones who are the true workers with the Light. No years of study are required, no classes or seminars needed, no gurus are necessary. For you are your own greatest guru. Yes, yourSelf is the great revealer of Light. YourSelf, the infuser of great spiritual strength and stamina. Non other. The day of the Prophet is over. Now, is the time for all to be a professor of truth. Now, is the time to trust in your own inherent goodness and strength. Now, is the time to listen to your own Inner Voice. Now, is a time of great liberation. Freedom arrives with the dawn. Freedom arrives with the coming of the Light. We say these words to you who will listen and have the courage to honestly look upon the state of not just your human realm, but the state of yourself. It is time to become responsible again and face one's own shortcomings as one faces the Light of Creation. Yes, honesty is necessary as well as courage. One must look to see what has become while giving up one's responsibility to another. No other can do the work of liberating the human self from the tyranny of ego. Others can inspire, others can show a way, others can stand by your side, but non other can decide for another, can act for another, can seize the prize. This is an individual effort. This is how one builds spiritual muscles. Those who promise you spiritual wealth are not the ones of true stature. We speak to you in a direct way. For, it is time to grow up and take responsibility fro your own lives, for your own families, for you own communities, for your own Nations, for your whole World. It is time to be honest and accept your short comings while at the same time accepting your wisdom and your strengths. For, the Light knows where to go without need of direction. It will travel to where the need is greatest, It will travel to where the hearts are longing, It will travel to It's destination of choice and heal that which is most in the need of healing. There is no greater healer than the White Light of Heaven. It carries with it the Grace of God to Man. Now, open your hearts if you will and this gift will be given freely to you this day. In our world nothing is wasted, nothing without effect. It's a process that enfolds at the rate that your Soul has chosen. Perhaps your now, is not this moment. Perhaps you wish to seize the prize another day. The chain is unbroken and the circle continues to go round. No longer does one need to walk down the trails of old. It is now the time to transverse one's own inner road to find one's way back to oneSelf. It's now time to begin the affairs of the Heart. Love accepted and love projected outward, a sharing to all in need of change. A sharing for all in need of healing. A trinity of God, Soul and Man joining together. A strength and wisdom custom tailored to the individual, a safe and sure way, the way of all great masters, now the way of the many. We see a day of great awakening and that day is now. We see a day of Love received and then offered to those who have the courage to share and that day is now. We see a time of Love renewed, Love accepted and Love projected outward in to physical world. We see kindness expressed and accepted. We see you and you will see us. We hear you and you will hear us. We feel you and you will feel us. Creator and created united as one. The message is Love. Now feel and be as One. Now we will enter the Now. Now, shall we complete the circle. |

What is it right now that you want the most? Do you know what it is? Do you know your heart's desire? Of all the desires in the world, what is your deepest desire?
It is not the jewelry you have been looking at. It is not fame nor is it fortune. You may say it is happiness, and, yet, what form would your happiness take and for how long?
It could well be romance that is your deepest desire. It could well be the romance of the century that you desire with all your heart.
All your relative desires are as little compared to your infinite desire for closeness with Me. Your deepest desire is to be in Heaven with Me. When it is fulfilled, you have it. You always did have it, but now you know you have it, and you have it for Eternity. In all other desires, fulfillment is not lasting. When you have it, as good as it may be, when all is said and done, what are you left with but an illusion in your hand?
You may desire solace. You may desire all the earthly desires. They could all be fulfilled, and then, sooner or later, it comes down to your desire to be with Me, in close contact with Me, in league with Me, in partnership with Me. With Me comes an end to loneliness. With Me comes love, big love, an ocean of love. Love satisfies, yet, in life, you have confused much with love.
The love I speak of cannot be purchased. It can only be arrived at. It can only be realized. It can only be discovered. It can only come out from hiding.
Coming close to Me is not absenting yourself from life in the relative world. Coming close to Me amplifies life in the world. It gives color to it. It gives music to it. As you come closer to Me, Our closeness makes everything more wonderful. It makes anything and everything more wonderful.
Do not think that you are choosing relative life or spiritual life. You are choosing life, beloveds. Choose Me, and you have an entrée to joy in the world, yet nothing can equal closeness with Me. It is like having your heart in your hand, and it is nourished grandly. It is cultured. It is multiplied. It is supported. It is affluence, beloveds.
Loving Me is being in love and in love with life.
Do not put spirituality on a pedestal as if it were holier than life. The spiritual is life. It is a practical component of life. It is the basis of life, and the basis of lasting happiness.
You have not known closeness until you know closeness with Me. You have not had the awareness of closeness with Me until you come closer. And then We continue to be seemingly closer to one another until We are fully established in the Oneness that always is.
I am not even around the corner. I am here right now in your heart. Take a moment to feel My Presence. I am right where I want to be, and that is with you. And you are right where you want to be, and that is with Me. And so We become the Oneness of One. How simple. How wonderful that We are each other's Beloved.
If you want to know Vastness, then know Our love. Vastness is at hand. We are not far away from each other. We are each other. I have sought you for a long time, and now you are consciously seeking Me. What can be more desirable? What else can be the basis of your life in the world?
What ease. What wonder. What love.

When I began to study a spiritual form of Japanese flower-arranging called Ikebana-Sangetsu,
I discovered I was slowly developing a deeper understanding of the connection between all life.
In our first class, my teacher said that flowers can actually talk, that they each have their
own way of being beautiful. They have 'prana', life force, so you have to pay full attention
to them, rather than imposing your own ideas of beauty on them. So I began to ask the flowers
how they wanted to be arranged, what positioning would make them feel most beautiful, and I
waited and listened.
Even after they had been set in the vase, I would discover sometimes that in the morning
they had rearranged themselves during the night. Even though they were secured in the
vase, they always seemed to be minutely straining to find their right place. At the same
time, they were not fully independent; they needed loving care. They were dependent on
me, or whomever their caretaker was for the day, to water them, to keep them moist.
Sometimes I would watch other people spraying water on the arrangements and I would
feel so moved. The droplets left on the green petals and flower buds seemed to be dew-
drops of compassion, so delicately poised, touching the source of life, nourishing the
heart of beauty. This experience made me feel how simple it could be, if our minds and
hearts are set in the right way, to water not only the plants, but human beings - to treat
all living creatures in a way that allows them their right to be beautiful, in their own space
and time.
What we came to notice in our class was that flowers could also listen. Our teacher urged
us to always remind the flowers when we passed how beautiful they were and to thank them
for sharing their beauty with us. When we did this, when we made our arrangements with
this kind of love and devotion, we always found that the flowers remained beautiful and fresh

4 Tips to Cope with Annoying People
Every day there are plenty of good reasons to be frustrated. Another long line. Telemarketers. A goal isn’t materializing “fast enough.” People don’t do what they’re supposed to. Rejection. Disappointment. How to deal with it all? You can drive yourself crazy, behave irritably, feel victimized, or try to force an outcome--all self-defeating reactions that alienate others and bring out the worst in them. Or, you can learn to transform frustration with patience.
As a psychiatrist, I help others see that patience doesn’t mean passivity or resignation, but power. It’s an emotionally freeing practice of waiting, watching, and knowing when to act. To many people, when you say, “Have patience,” it feels unreasonable and inhibiting, an unfair stalling of goals. In contrast, I’m presenting patience as a form of compassion, a way to regain your center in a world filled with frustration.
In “Emotional Freedom”, I discuss how to transform frustration with patience. To tame frustration, begin by evaluating its present role in your life, how much it limits your capacity to be happy. The following quiz will let you know where you are now so you can grow freer by developing patience.
Frustration Quiz: How Frustrated Am I?
To determine your success at coping with this emotion, ask yourself:
- Am I often frustrated and irritable?
- Do I typically respond to frustration by snapping at or blaming others?
- Do I self-medicate letdowns with junk food, drugs or alcohol?
- Do my reactions hurt other people’s feelings?
- When the frustration has passed, do I usually feel misunderstood?
- During a hard day at work, do I tend to lose my cool?
- When I’m disappointed, do I often feel unworthy or like giving up?
Answering “yes” to 5-7 questions indicates an extremely high level of frustration. 3-5 “yeses” indicates a high level. 2 “yeses” indicates a moderate level. 1 “yes” indicates a low level. Zero “yeses” suggests you’re dealing successfully with this emotion.
Even if your frustrations are off the charts, patience is the cure. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to cultivate this invaluable skill. Life teaches patience if you let it.
4 Tips for Dealing With Frustrating People
When someone frustrates you, always take a breath first before you react. Decide if you want to talk now or wait to calm down. If you’re highly reactive and upset, have the discussion later when you’re calmer Then you’ll be more persuasive and less threatening. At that time use this approach:
Tip #1. Focus on a specific issue--don’t escalate or mount a personal attack.
For instance, “I feel frustrated when you promise to do something but there isn’t follow-through.” No resorting to threats or insults. In an even, non-blaming tone, lead with how the behavior makes you feel rather than how you think the other person is wrong.Tip #2. Listen non-defensively without reacting or interrupting.
It’s a sign of respect to hear a person’s point of view, even if you disagree. Avoid an aggressive tone or body language. Try not to squirm with discomfort or to judge.Tip #3. Intuit the feelings behind the words.
When you can appreciate someone’s motivation, it’s easier to be patient. Try to sense if this person is frightened, insecure, up against a negative part of themselves they’ve never confronted. If so, realize this can be painful. See what change they’re open to.Tip #4. Respond with clarity and compassion.
This attitude takes others off the defensive so they’re more comfortable admitting their part in causing frustration. Describe everything in terms of remedies to a specific task, rather then generalizing. State your needs. For instance, “I’d really appreciate you not shouting at me even if I disappoint you.” If the person is willing to try, show how pleased you are. Validate their efforts: “Thanks for not yelling at me. I really value your understanding.” See if the behavior improves. If not, you may have to minimize contact and/or expectations.In communication, patience is a powerful emotional currency. As you’re more able to tolerate the discomfort of frustration and not blow it by acting out, your relationships will function on a higher level. In any interchange, always define what you’re after. Is it to resolve a specific frustrating behavior? To say “no” to participating in a dead-end pattern? Or is it to simply to convey your feelings without expectation of change? Even if the frustration is irresolvable, patience sets the right tone to treat others and yourself respectfully.

When I come to you this day and bring you the news that you have been
asking for, I do so with the thought that it is about time. You have
been seeing what it is to wait for things to happen and to be in
remission for the coming times. Now you see that it is time to demand
what it is that you wish to hear about. I am going to fill you in on a
few matters that are taking place around the planet.
First I will tell you that in the inner earth there is a movement to
come forth and be recognized. When the timing is right for that, it will
take place, and not before. As you all know it is all about timing and
what comes about because of it. I use the word and idea about timing in
a way that is evolving to a point where it will be far from what it
means now, for the timing will be in the moment and that is all there
will be. The rest will be recognized as experience and creation of the
moment.
Secondly there is to be a final resolution of the financial crisis in
the coming events that are already taking place and will lead to what
will come of it. These events involve the clearing away of the debris of
the factors that governed the financial world. That includes not only
the organizations and businesses that have controlled the financial
world, but also the people who have set it all up and followed it to the
ninth. With this coming clearing out will emerge the new way of
manifestation, beginning with the secondary means of gaining anything
that you desire. Once that is in place and you are able to see what is
involved with the harmonic ways in which you can all live with the
monies that will be distributed, then you too will eventually find a
means by which money is not the prevalent way of exchange. That will
open you up to the means by which you will create in the moment that
which you once did. In other words you will remember yet another part of
who you truly are and what you are capable of.
Another thing that is taking place around the planet is the recommended
clearing of the leadership roles and the organizations surrounding them.
There will be the transitory period in which you will see the best
candidates for the interval and you will bring them to the onset of
developments in as far as who will be able and willing to work in
harmony with all of you, not just country to country, but all of the
world. There will then be the evolutionary process of the establishment
of a planetary council that will also be in league with the rest of life
beyond the planet. There will be a co-operation with all aspects of the
universal life. That is something that you can look forward to and be
planning for.
Then there is the ideology of the well being of the vegetation and
oceans, etc of the planet. Gaia will be returned to her pristine state
and as that process progresses you will all be in safe places and
productive movements. You will be part of the reshaping of the earth's
crust and the surface features, for you will see what it takes to give
of yourselves to Gaia's antics and to show her your love for her every
time she works with you to restore perfection to her body. You will have
say in it when the time comes, for you know what features are most
pleasing and in harmony with the way you intend to live within and on
her surface. This is what we term the ideal harmonic gestures that come
into play in the creation of anyone's body and home.
When you begin to see all of these events put into action then you will
see how the animal life interacts with the plant life and with your
lives. You will see how the pleasure of creation extends in so many
ways. It is a matter of following that intuitive resource that you all
have within your cellular memory and in co-operation with your DNA, and
your atomic remembrance of existing in an anti-matter state. You will
actually change and become that crystalline body that you have been told
you would return to. There will be an evolutionary difference though,
and that is because of the experience you have undergone here on this
planet and before this one, the planet of Maldek. With that time-warp
experience you learned what could be and how to overcome the idea that
you cannot be your own power of creation. You will be walking forth
throughout the universe setting the example in motion of what it is like
to fall so far away from your pristine beingness and then be able to
rise up and reclaim your heritage as a creation of Spirit.
The secret is in your DNA, dear ones. It is not a secret, but a fact of
truth that is on the verge of being remembered throughout your world.
You are on the precipice of the leap into infinity that knows no death,
no fear, no loss. It is the place of eternal love, peace, joy and
gratitude for all that you are and can do, walking in the energy of
Spirit, joyfully singing and dancing throughout your existence.
So go now and remember what is now and what is coming. When anything may
bring you down, remember my words and give yourself a hug. Laugh
inwardly and then outwardly because of the truth that you know is behind
all that seems to be taking place. Know that what seems to be real in
the world right now is but a passing glance at what was once considered
real and is no longer given any energy of truth. Know that once the
final stages of the illusion are past, you will walk in the freedom that
is within you as you extend it and live it in your world.
I close today with this passage; "As yee sow, so shall yee reap". That
goes beyond the boundaries of illusion to the promise of your abilities
for creation as you intend, in love and peace, in the sunshine of your
being.

You may have just surpassed the most optimistic estimates of your power of consciousness. It is still early in the day, but it would appear that you have averted a major and world-wide earthquake phenomenon. Even if earthquakes occur now, it would appear that they will not devastate any huge portions of your populations.
The effect of your rising consciousness is unquestionable. Harness these energies that were producing these physical changes and direct them to produce beneficial changes that you need and desire. You, in your millions, have merely to command that. Learn now, once for all, who you are. Yes, everything is energy. Energy can be directed. Who shall direct it? Take back the power you were created with. Allow no one ever again to convince you of your weakness or unworthiness. Listen to those who came into your world and showed you the way, and do not follow those who stole their teachings and used them for gain. Make your measuring rod your own heart, not another’s words. Does your heart ever advise war or hurtful behavior of any kind? No. Your heart is your connection to your creator. Follow always what you feel there and your world will change overnight. Listen to your fear spreaders only to learn where your energies are needed, then send your love and light. Use my blue light. My sword and shield are yours to command. I am with you always. Allow yourselves time to reflect on these things. Good day.
GRID WORK
A Grid is a network of connections/interconnections meant to supply,
transport stuff from one point to another. Our society utilizes grids in divers
applications: Power or Electricity grid, Gas/Water supply grid, Transportation
grid, Telephone/Computer/Data grid, Energy grid, etc. A Grid in etheric terms
can therefore be described as an energy channel – a network used for creating,
harnessing and distributing energy.
Ley lines are nothing other
than energy passages – low capacity grids, a network of interconnecting lines
in geometrical perfection/full alignment, straight lines used in
interconnecting sites (Pyramids – Giza to Orion & to Solomon`s Temple, Churches,
Towns, Constellations, etc.). Leylines act somewhat as the nervous system of
the living planet and can be used as conduits of energy transfer as well as for
communication. The planet also has what can be termed axial tonal lines,
meridians and chakras. Almost all of the sacred geometric
temples built by the Asian, Roman, Greek, Egyptian and Mayan have leylines
passing through them; a lot of these structures were built on leys. Many points/intersections
on leys form into vortex spirals. A Vortex acts as a higher dimensional energy distribution
engine generally received through Portals - not all vortexes house portals
though, but all portals have a vortex. Portals are Interdimensional gateways.
It is now very evident that everything in the Universe is made up of
energy; and we also know that everything vibrates at a certain frequency occupying
the frequency/electromagnetic spectrum from zero to infinity. This spectrum is
further divided into bands (HF, VHF - FM, UHF – TV, Microwave, etc) and these
bands are again divided into sub bands; these sub bands are further divided
into Channels. The TV or Cable band comprises about 1000channels with many vacant
or spare channels in between; so in a like manner and at any given time the
Universe presents us with a plethora of grids available for us to construct/use
in channeling our energy work. Every single thing that exists in the Universe (all
the kingdoms) belongs to a specific channel – their individualized signature
tones/energy registration.
The interesting news here is that we can at any time create our own
grids just by simple intention, we can create as many grids as desired due the
existence of an infinite number of channels in the energy spectrum; we may also
import energy from other grids to create new grids or boost existing grids – it
can be as easy as that.
The activity called prayer is creating a communication grid (channel) to
Source; distant healing entails creating a temporal grid to channel the energy
to the conditioned Soul. It is very common practice in lightworkers circles to
create small personalized closed circuit grids for healing work called EC
(energy circles). During energy work – sometimes called grid work we will often
encounter appellations like planetary grid, mass consciousness grid, human
grid, mother earth grid, etc; and firing the grid is a synchronized collective channeling
of energy into a specific grid to achieve an outcome – healing (when two or
more focus on the same grid there is synergy - the resultant energy is
multiplied several times).
Negative/Dark Forces (as manifested through HAARP) sometimes construct
grids for evil gains that need balancing - cleansing by us or with the
assistance of the spiritual hierarchy. We can tune our frequencies, our energy
to any grid at will; Christ Consciousness – Love constitutes the highest magnificent
grid. The main purpose of our soul journey is healing (learning, teaching and
experiencing love) – resolving energy, creating energy grids. So let us use our
guidance to create as many energy grids as possible in order to bring this
cycle into a joyful completion for the Grid is part and parcel of our New
Consciousness matrix.
