Activating Your Gaia Point Angelic Chakra Upgrade
Step 1: Harmonizing your thoughts/higher mind to your higher heart
In a standing position place one hand at 3rd eye and one hand at higher heart, breathe and harmonize these energy centers, see, sense and feel a figure 8 connecting your 3rd eye/ higher mind to your higher heart. As Mary Magdalene on the Earth of course I had challenging times but I always reminded myself that whatever occurred I am always strong enough in energy, mind and emotion to overcome and move through with ease. My focus upon compassion allowed me to see the greater plan of the Creator, therefore acknowledging that everything has a purpose and a reason. With compassion and understanding I found myself beaming out love from the very essence of my being. Allow yourself to share compassion with yourself and those around you but let the compassionate energy flow from within your soul rather than an activation of your personality.

The empowerment of the Goddess energy is of such importance at this time, I encourage you to allow the Goddess light to be a support, amongst other light vibrations, to all your spiritual practices and focuses upon the Earth. The Goddess light holds a unique power at this time which has rarely been recognized before on the Earth. The Goddess energy has the power to unlock energies and allow them to reconnect with your being. The process of unlocking dimensions, energy vibrations, connections with guides, consciousness and wisdom which may have been blocked to you because of misunderstanding, fear or control can be awakened and allowed to flow into your vibration once more with the Goddess light. In truth the Goddess light can assist in aligning and merging energies and consciousness with your being to aid further understanding of the self and the Creator. To activate this power there is a need to embody the Goddess light, accepting and experiencing its vibration within your being. For much time I would sit connecting with the Goddess light, building the meaning and purpose of the Goddess light which was personal and appropriate to me. It was for me to hold and act as the Goddess light in all areas and manners of my reality on the Earth as Mary Magdalene and so I became a conscious student of the Goddess light and power, working on a soul personal level. Through my exploration I discovered that I was actually learning about, recognizing and acknowledging my own energy and qualities through my constant connection with the Goddess light.
For much time I perceived a merging process occurring between my own soul and the Goddess light but in actual fact the Goddess light was showing my truth to me. Upon this realization I was very overwhelmed, grateful and a little bashful as I realized the great service that the Goddess light has offered me. It is now my purpose and mission to be of service to others upon the Earth to encourage them to work with the Goddess light or my manifestation of the Goddess light so that we may act as a reflection of your own energies, allowing yourself to see you in your true light and likeness.
We are all aware of the ascension process that is ever unfolding upon the Earth, it is at this time that it is appropriate to see the qualities of the Goddess light within your being; it is these qualities that will assist you the most in bringing greater love to the Earth.

I will share a very special story with you that is close to my heart. Upon my ascension, I was asked to look into my soul with the purpose of simple observation, I thought that I would see and sense the energies and light explosions that I often associated with my soul but on this occasion I was surprised as my soul drew me into the depths of its energy and posed the question, ‘who are you?’ I had been accustomed to my soul and spiritual teachers asking me this question which often resulted in what now seemed like an automatic answer. This time however was different, I felt a deep relaxation within my being and energy as my soul began to project images into my mind. I was given the facial image of all my family, loved ones and friends on the Earth, then the facial image of every human upon the Earth. An unusual sensation came over me, a familiarity with each face that I saw even thought I had not known them on the Earth. Then I was given the facial images of all my beloved spiritual teachers on the inner planes and all beings upon the inner planes. The visions began to change from facial images to recognition of energy patterns. I was shown the energy pattern of all light beings in the heavens and the Creator’s universe and the energy pattern of the purest vibration of the Creator. This was how I came to know myself from that moment forth. I recognize my soul within each of you which only enhances my connection with all aspects of the Creator. When the time is appropriate you will also be opened up to this divine experience of who you are, everything that you are doing on the Earth will lead you graciously to that moment of recognition of self. It was my observation of the Goddess light that I felt empowered this special experience for me.

Many of you have been through so much energetically, physically and spiritually in your current lifetime; do not be alarmed if you are experiencing a time of rest and rejuvenation as you exist in 2012. For many of you it has been a difficult pathway and with the vibrational change you feel the need to simply bathe and adjust yourself peacefully. Others may feel spiritual inspired knowing that now is the time of true acceleration of their spiritual path. It is interesting to observe that those who feel the need to rest now have been working towards the ascension of all for some time. Those who feel inspire in 2012 are in actual fact taking over the role of accelerating humanities ascension forward. The people feeling as those they must rest are being given time to reflect and gather their energies for future spiritual evolution after all their past efforts of awakening those around them. Then we will see that everyone will begin to gather the momentum of ascension allowing the energy vibration of the Earth to truly quicken. Each of you is playing your divine role in the most divine process of self-realization. It is my feeling that the energy of compassion is needed on the Earth because it will allow for a great sense of healing to occur. Those who have been working spiritually to carry humanity to 2012 need healing and compassion to allow them time to re-establish their own energy vibration and begin to support the ascension process once more. Those who feel inspired need compassion as healing to support them as they take the baton for a moment and push the ascension process forward as they reach for and anchor higher dimensions and vibrations into their being and the Earth.
Of course everything is never black and white, there are those of you who I know well who were there in ancient times to accelerate ascension and steadily remain strong in this time on the Earth and will do so until the ascension is achieved. It is these beings who I sent my compassion to at this very moment as I know that it is you, who is reading my words at this time. You have remained steady and strong as an accelerator of ascension and will continue to do so.
It is the greatest experience to feel humbled by your experience and the process of ascension, to respect, honour, love and send your compassion to each person on the Earth and in the universe of the Creator for the wonderful miracles that are being achieved. I am sure that you have experienced a time in your life where you felt so lucky, so blessed and happy; you just had to shout out thank you. This is that time. For this moment forth you have the right to feel happy, lucky and to be truly thankful because you are in the most unique situation and experience, you are seeing the continuous growth and acceleration of ascension, you know all who are achieving this (your fellow humans) and you know that you are playing a vital role in this entire experience.
Allow yourself to be reminded of this and on these occasions draw the compassion of your soul to the surface to be shared with love reaching every person and being of light that you are on the Earth and the inner planes.

There are many ways and myriad reasons for women to honor and embrace all that they are.

And when any individual woman chooses to do so, all women collectively move closer to becoming

what they are truly capable of being.

By honoring her experience and being willing to share it with others—both male and female—she teaches as

she learns. When she can trust herself and her inner voice, she teaches those around her to trust her as well.

Clasping hands with family members and friends, coworkers and strangers in a shared walk through the

journey of life, she allows all to see the self-respect she possesses and accepts their respect, too, that is

offered through look, word, and deed.

When a woman can look back into her past, doing so without regret and instead seeing only lessons that 

brought her to her current strength and wisdom, she embraces the fullness of her experience.

She helps those around her to build upon the past as she does. And when she chooses to create her desires,

she places her power in the present and moves forward with life into the future.

Seeing her own divinity, a woman learns to recognize the divinity in all women. She then can see her body as

a temple, appreciating its feminine form and function, regardless of what age or stage of life she finds 

herself.  She can enjoy all that it brings to her experience and appreciate other women and their experiences

as well.

Rather than seeing other women as competition, she can look around her to see the cycle of life reflected in

the beauty of her sisters, reminding her of her own radiance should she ever forget. She can then celebrate

all the many aspects that make her a being worthy of praise, dancing to express the physical, speaking

proudly to express her intellect, sharing her emotions, and leading the way with her spiritual guidance.

Embracing her womanhood, she reveals the facets that allow her to shine with the beauty and strength of a

diamond to illuminate her world.

FBI warns of new banking scam

Some crafty criminals are aiming to steal one of the most valuable pieces of your personal property: your banking information.

In a new warning, the Federal Bureau of Investigation warns account holders of a new spam email scheme that involves a type of malware called "Gameover." The scheme involves fake emails from the National Automated Clearing House Association, the Federal Reserve or the FDIC. These messages attempt to trick recipients into clicking on a link to resolve some type of issue with their accounts or a recent ACH transaction. Once you click on the link, Gameover takes over your computer, and thieves can steal usernames, passwords and your money.

The governments of your world are playing a game of quid pro and quid pro quo. (Latin: What for, what for what.) We have given them every opportunity to step down peaceably and offer their assistance in the implementation of your new system. They have refused time and again to cooperate and now it is time for them to be removed in any way possible to clear the path for your further development and your new governmental and financial systems. Please allow us the opportunity to assist you to remove these stubborn individuals and institute worldwide governmental regime change that will once and for all end this dark period in your planet’s history.

So much waits on the removal of those sworn to the old system of corruption and chaos, and we need to get underway with the vast sweeping changes of your world as time is running very short and there is so much work yet to be done to secure your paths to ascension. What we propose is a sweep of governmental offices from top to bottom, from bottom to top, and remove each and every individual from their position, either elected or appointed, who are aligned with the forces of darkness otherwise known as the Cabal.

We see this as a means to an end, and this must be accomplished and must be accomplished within a suitable timeframe so we can begin to implement the many other changes that are necessary as you move forward into your year of 2012. Many changes to your civilization are just up ahead, and many of you have no idea the impact these changes will have on your society and your planet. We are here in your skies and have traveled here from great distances to assist you in what will be your time of need. There is no reason to be frightened. Together we can suitably handle these changes and allow you to safely move forward into your futures.

Many of your government officials would rather see you suffer than to step down from their positions of power, so we see no other alternative than to remove them forcibly. This can and will be done without a need for violence on any level, but it is up to those of your governments being removed how they wish to proceed. These men and women need to understand that they will face harsher penalties for their actions by refusing to step down from their positions. Their jobs are, and have always been, in service to the citizenry, and they were called upon to act always in a manner that would be best for the welfare of the people. Instead, everything they have done worked against the people, to strip them of their money, their health, their rights and their freedom. This will now end, and we offer our assistance to our Earth allies who must now move forward and remove these individuals from their offices and take them into custody. This must be done in the name of the people, and it must be done in the name of your new world.

It was known all along that these individuals could not keep their positions of power within your governments as there is no place for corruption and dishonesty, selfishness and greed in your new world, especially through the ranks of your governmental bodies. How these individuals were to vacate their positions has always been a matter of choice, and it is their choice now. They have stubbornly refused all offers to make this as easy a transition as possible for them, and they are now out of time and out of bargaining power. The next time they hear from us and our Earth allies will be when we are knocking on their door to take them away and into custody.

This is the way it must be as this is the way they have chosen it to be. We wished very much for this process to proceed differently, in a way that would be a smooth transition for them and also a smooth transition for the citizens of your countries. Instead, it will be a rockier transition, but nonetheless the end result will be what we, your Earth allies, and the awakened people of your world want and understand is necessary for the betterment of all of you and your society as a whole. We will now move ahead with this phase of the operation and begin the take down of those seated within your governments who are aligned with the powers of the dark and who are corrupt through to the bone.

They will be replaced by those souls of honor and integrity, balance and foresight, and who possess within them an honor of duty. These men and women are highly trained at the positions they will fill and they are, or will be, sworn to uphold the law of light, of freedom and the sanctity of the human soul and spirit, and if anyone who takes office fails to maintain this focus they too shall be removed.

We have much confidence in these men and women who will be stepping in to these leadership roles and you may be very confident in them as well. Many of these individuals have waited in the wings for their time to shine, and that time has now come. We will converse with our Earth allies and set up a suitable removal process of those still aligned with the dark, and we will move forward with this operation as soon as is possible as time is of the essence. We wish for all our Lightworkers in the field to again be pillars of strength and a fountain of information for those who will thirst through misunderstanding, fear and confusion at what they will be witnessing. Try to keep in mind that for those who yet have no idea of what is transpiring around them, the removal from office of so many of those they have come to trust can be quite a shock, and we wish you all who know and understand what lies at the heart of these events to be there for your brothers and sisters and offer your guidance and your knowledge to help better ease them through these transitions.

We cannot thank those of you in the field enough for the work you have been doing. Nothing you do goes unnoticed by us, and we are deeply grateful for everything that you have been doing in the name of progress for this world. We understand many of you are growing impatient awaiting to see the changes long discussed, but we tell you they are just up ahead and once they begin they will not slow or stop and you will never have cause to wait impatiently again. Try to see and understand that what has been transpiring behind the scenes has been extremely complex, and at times, very dangerous for those of the light, and it was necessary that we, as well as your Earth allies proceed as slowly and as cautiously as possible to protect our mission, as well as to protect lives. No time has been squandered away through inactivity; instead, we and our Earth allies have been working continuously, pressing forward in our mission and gaining ground each and every day. In due time when we are able to speak freely with you, we will explain everything that we have been doing unbeknownst to you, and at that time we are very confident you will see that there was great cause for you to remain as patient as possible.

As we have said, this part of your mission will be over shortly, and the next phase of operation will see you fully abreast of each and every development and there will be no longer any need for secrecy. This will come as a relief to many of you who at this time have only a few sources of information, and we were not able to reveal everything through our channels. This is changing as we are now able to share more with you, and in the days ahead there will be nothing that we cannot openly discuss with you. Look for the changes in your governments to coincide with the mass arrests of those of your criminal Cabal, their underlings, and many of their associates.

Many of these individuals are associated through their illegal and underhanded dealings, and as such will be removed from your society whether they are elected government officials or not. Those who hold positions within your governments have never been, and are not today, entitled to any kind of special treatment or protection from your laws which they have broken time and again. They will be arrested and charged just as any criminal would in your society and held to face the charges against them. While these proceedings move forward your new governments will take shape through those who have shown themselves worthy and who have earned the trust of us as well as our Earth allies. You will be meeting these men and women in the days ahead, and we wish for their welcoming to be warm, exciting, and full of expectation, for what they will be bringing is a new and better way for all of you.

Look for these changes to be rapid and look for them to be far sweeping as the corruption reaches through the many branches of your governments. Your new governing bodies will take root and grow strong and healthy, bearing fruit for the people of your world. Allow this process time to nurture and to grow, and again be patient as this is a very delicate process that must be handled with due care.

What we are speaking of is not an easy process for any world. We have handled many situations just as this before, and we will see to the successful conclusion of this operation as well. Bear with us at this time and show your support for us as well as our Earth allies. We know how long you have waited for this day, but we tell you this day has now come and all your waiting and your hard work will be well worth all of it.

Please continue to monitor your news outlets for these breaking news stories and share this information with all who wish to understand better this event. Again, we wish for this event to be the ‘shot heard ‘round the world’ that will awaken as many as possible as to how their world is changing all around them. The Void: Is your Hunger greater than you Fears?

To be precise, is your Hunger for what you want: goals, dreams, quality of life etc., greater than the fears that hold you back from creating them?

To bring anything of value into being, especially that of creating a soul-centered life, you have to be willing to go through the Void.

The Void is the space that exists between where you are now and where you want to be. It triggers your greatest fears, is the root cause of most self- sabotaging behaviour and the reason why many people do not reach their full potential.

Take a look around you right now; computer, cell phone, light bulbs, all of them at one time or another, did not exist. The fact that they are here now is testimony to certain people having had the courage to hold onto their vision of what could be possible and go through the Void in order to bring them into being.

As you listen to the call of your Soul telling you there is so much more life for you to be living, and you take those courageous steps out of the old familiar paradigm you’ve most likely lived in for decades, you enter the Void.

Now, you are no longer on familiar territory, but you are also not yet firmly and safely rooted in the new paradigm. This can bring up a lot of different feelings.

At first, there is a sense of excitement, hope and enthusiasm about this newfound freedom but eventually the unfamiliarity will create periods of disorientation, doubt and perhaps even thoughts of turning back. At times you may feel very alone and find that you no longer relate to those around you and this may make you feel vulnerable, insecure and panicky. There may also be moments when you are just so exhausted from trying that the journey to soul-centeredness, or any other goal, seems too far away.

While these are not the kind of things you would want to voluntarily subject yourself to, they are in fact, the defining characteristics of Evolution. They are going to happen, that’s a given. The real question is whether your desire/ hunger for soul-centeredness is greater than all of this.

Are you willing to get uncomfortable? Are you willing to make big mistakes and keep on going? Are you willing to feel completely ungrounded, uncertain and alone, and still want to reach your goal more than anything? “Yes!!” you say? That voice, that clear, brilliant voice that shouted out from deep inside you is the triumphant sound of the courageous human spirit to not give up, to cut through fear, resistance, roadblocks, anything in order to reach for something greater beyond the safety net and in doing so, Evolve.

So, there will be fear and discomfort, we all experience it, but your hunger for soul-centeredness has to be greater than that fear. The reason why you must kick yourself free from the emotional undertow of fear, is because this is the only way you can grow to your full potential and breathtaking beauty of soul-centeredness.

The European Southern Observatory (ESO) says it found nine "super-Earths" in a sample survey of 102 stars known as red dwarves.

"Super-Earths" are rocky planets -- as opposed to gassy giants -- that orbit their stars in the so-called Goldilocks zone, where the temperature is neither too hot nor too cold but just right to have the potential to nurture life.

In this balmy region, the planet is neither scorched nor frozen, and water can exist in liquid form.
The ESO team used a powerful 3.6-metre (11.7-feet) telescope, known by its acronym of HARPS, at their observatory in Chile's Atacama desert.

"Our new observations with HARPS mean that about 40 percent of all red dwarf stars have a super-Earth orbiting in the habitable zone where liquid water can exist on the surface of the planet," said Xavier Bonfils of the Observatory of the Sciences of the Universe in Grenoble, southeastern France.

"Because red dwarves are so common -- there are about 160 billion of them in the Milky Way -- this leads us to the astonishing result that there are tens of billions of these planets in our galaxy alone," he said in an ESO press release issued on Wednesday.

By ESO's estimate, there could be around 100 "super-Earths" in stars less than 30 light years from Earth.

In cosmic terms, such distances are just a flea jump, but they are an impossible gap for Man to bridge with current space technology.

A total of 763 exoplanets, the term for a planet in another solar system, have been found since the first was detected in 1995, according to the Extrasolar Planets Encyclopaedia (http://exoplanet.eu/

The Met Office is taking one giant leap for weathermen as it gets set to provide forecasts for outer space.

It is also sharing its sophisticated tool with a second team of researchers to provide a ‘forecast’ for exoplanets beyond our solar system.

It means the Met Office can issue early warnings to Government bodies, airlines and the National Grid so they can take steps to minimise the impact of geomagnetic storms, which have the potential to wreak havoc on Earth.

The Met Office’s Dr David Jackson said: “Space weather can affect the aviation and power industries, as well as a whole range of activities that rely on GPS timing and positioning, radio communication or satellite-based observations.”

And forecaster for the Met Office Dave Britten told Yahoo! News: “It’s not going to be a sunshine and showers on Jupiter forecast. It’s mainly for research purposes to understand how different atmospheres interact with each other.

We can warn the government with the information we receive about solar weather, who will then be able to warn the public.”

The project to observe some of the 763 exoplanets outside our solar system for their atmospheric properties was presented at the National Astronomy Meeting today in Manchester.

Dr David Acreman, who is involved in the study, said: “It could be of vital importance in the interpretation of the wealth of observational data on extra-solar planets we expect to come within the next decade.”

He explained that the extreme conditions seen on exoplanets like 14 Andromedae b are ‘unlike anything seen on Earth’, but the Unified Model is capable of handling them.

We would like to revise history here, and that is the purpose of our mission. There were events in your past that saw the destruction of an entire continent and millions of lives lost in this catastrophe. It is our intention to replay this event, but this time we wish to achieve a different outcome. This is the basis for our presence here in you world, and as we move forward more of what we intend to do will be revealed to you. As more information is shared with you, you will understand better your reasons for being here as well.

Many lives were lost when your planet experienced great seismic activity and your oceans became mountains of water rushing over continents. What we intend to do is prepare your planet and your people for these events this time, and spare as many lives as possible from these consequences. We have a plan, and we have greatly advanced technologies than what you possess today here in your world and we will share these technologies with you to better prepare you at this time for this seismic activity which again will result in rising sea levels. There is no reason to panic or be fearful. Instead, this is a time to remain balanced, calm and courageous, as together we will work to prepare your world for these eventualities. Once within these safe zones you will be safe from harm’s way as your planet restructures herself for her new beginning as a 5th dimensional world. When these events culminate and your planet rises in her frequency, you will be free to leave these safe zones and behold your new home within the higher realms. There will be plenty of notice and time given each of you to relocate to these safe zones, and there will be proper housing facilities available to all of you which will be provided through the advanced technologies that we have come here to share with you. These areas will be safe harbors for you and your family, and no harm will come to you as long as you remain within these boundaries during these seismic upheavals.

Great care has gone into the planning for these events, and again we wish you to understand there is nothing to fear and we do not wish to create a panic. We feel the time has come for you to begin to understand better the events of your year of 2012 and why we are here. You, our Lightworkers in the field, will be called upon to do your best to maintain the calm of your brothers and sisters. This is one of the more important reasons you are here incarnated within the human vessel at this time. As the beings you are, you will be able to remain calm, and we wish for you to act as Wayshowers to lead your fellow humans and to demonstrate for them that there is no reason to panic or fear these events.

These events are necessary on several different levels and they must transpire. There is no choice in that matter, but how you as an individual and you as a people live through these events is a matter of choice, and we are here to offer you one of those choices. We offer you the opportunity to triumph over these events by coming together as one without fear, without panic, and courageously face these changing times knowing that what awaits you on the other side is glorious and the new beginning that so many of you understand is necessary for your race and civilization.

We wish you to understand that events like these do happen from time to time throughout this universe due to many different contributing factors. The factors that are the cause of this event to come have been contributed to by the damage that has been done to this planet in the name of profit and greed. Your planet has been harmed in ways that can only be repaired by breaking out of her current 3rd dimensional shell and being birthed anew like the morning sun. This will happen within this calendar year of 2012, and we wish to have the relocation programs completed before these seismic events begin to grow powerful enough to cause widespread damage and flooding.

Looking at our timeline we would say that we would like to have your populations relocated to the safe zones by fall of this year. This will give us time to introduce ourselves to your people and build an adequate trust between ourselves before the initiation of these relocation programs, and we will make announcements through your media outlets once they are freed from the control of your dark Cabal. These announcements and explanations of these geophysical events will be broadcast repeatedly for months until we are satisfied that everyone around your planet has received adequate notification. We, of course, have alternative means to reach individuals without access to popular media, and we will see to it that everyone around your planet has access to this information in one way or another.

For now we ask you, our Lightworkers, to discuss with your family and friends your understanding of these events to come. We wish you to do this without causing any panic and to do your best to explain these events without causing them to fear them in any way. We understand that this will not be possible with all the individuals you speak to about this, and we ask you to do your best to calm their fears and assure them that there is an evacuation plan and there are dedicated teams of very large numbers who are highly trained and very capable to carry out these migrations that will ensure the safety of everyone willing to participate. We foresee there will be those who refuse our help, and we must honor their free will choice to experience these events the way they wish to. We cannot and will not force anyone to relocate from wherever they are. We can only offer our assistance, our advice, our expertise and our help. This is all we can do, and we will not do anymore.

There will be those who see these events and our plans to relocate you to safe zones as some kind of trickery or deception in some way. There will be debates among you about whether to trust us or not, and we say to you to rely on your intuition and your inner guidance and follow where this inner voice leads you. Whether this voice leads you to the safe zones, or this inner voice convinces you that this is all part of some evil plot, we will honor your decisions. These will be challenging times for you, we wish to make that clear, but we also wish you to know that we see this as a wonderful opportunity for all of the people of your world to come together in support of each other, in assistance to each other and in love for each other, and triumph over these adversities. What awaits you beyond these challenges will be a glorious new beginning for you, and you will emerge into your new home together as one.

We wish to say that we see these events as humanity’s shining moment, and we have confidence that you will triumph over any challenge set before you. You have all gone through so much through your many incarnations, and we see these events as one last challenge for you to conquer before the blessings of Heaven are bestowed upon you. We are here to assist you, and together there is no challenge that can defeat us. Fear is your biggest obstacle now, and only fear can stand in the way of you and your new world. We have shared with you how we felt fear would play such a large role in the coming days, and it is here that fear will present its greatest challenge for many of you. It is your task to overcome any fear you may have, and it is your mission to help others overcome fears that they may succumb to.

Many of you have trained extensively over many lifetimes to be of service in these challenging times, and you will be called to the forefront to put all your training and your gifts to use in service to your brothers and sisters of your world. We see these events and how you will triumph over them as the guiding light that will shine upon your new world. This event will be eternalized within your history books, your artwork and your song for eons of time to come, and all future humanity will learn of the birthing of your new Earth and of the men and women who came together and made it all possible.        When we open our hearts in love instead of closing them in fear, we serve the divine process.

We are living in a time of great change. Many thinkers and seers agree that humanity and the planet Earth
are evolving at a quickened pace, and that this evolution will necessarily be severe and seemingly chaotic
at times. It is natural for people to react with fear, because these changes will doubtless bring some level
of difficulty and loss to many of us. However, it is essential that we all remember that our souls chose to
be here at this time and to be part of this process. Every movement in the universe is a movement toward
love. This is true even in situations that appear on the surface to be the opposite of loving.

Since we chose to be here, we are capable and ready to rise to the challenges in which we find ourselves.
It is helpful to reflect on our own lives and make any changes necessary to fully support humanity and the
planet into the state of love. When we open our hearts in love instead of closing them in fear, we serve the
divine process. We are all powerful spirits who took form at this time in order to serve our fellow humans,
our planet, and the universe. As we find ways we can serve, our fear dissipates. We may serve by
remaining calm and loving with our children and our families, even as the situation seems dark. We may
serve by sending money to people who need financial assistance. We may serve by going out into the
world and actively helping to rebuild lives.

Regardless of what actions we choose to take, the essential element will be the internal gesture of
                          choosing to remain in love. This is all that is needed.

            When it is difficult to remain in love, we may always call upon our unseen helpers:
                                 the teachers and guides who are always with us.
                  All we need to do is ask and then trust that we are being helped.
                      The guidance we receive is love itself, showing us the way.

It is the law of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, which means I am another yourself (A modern day interpretation).
            It also means I am you, and you are me (A traditional Mayan interpretation).
     We have come to understand that this Mayan greeting is an honoring for each other.
                                      It is a statement of unity and oneness.

In Lak'ech Ala K'in mirrors the same sediment of other beautiful greetings such as Namaste for East India,
                  Wiracocha for the Inca, and Mitakuye Oyasin for the Lakota.
It doesn't matter which culture you come from. But when one of these sacred greetings is given,
                         there is always an action of placing the hands over the heart.

It is common knowledge these days that every action we take in our lives affects all living things.
         We understand that if we act negatively, our actions impact all life negatively.
                       When we act positively, we affect all life in a positive manner.
When we live the Mayan code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we know that every action we take is out of
                    respect for all life, and we are living and giving from our hearts.

We can give our hearts in a positive manner every day by saying In Lak'ech Ala K'in to each other,
                             to the trees, to the sky, to the birds, and to the stars.
                            You can greet each sunrise by saying In Lak'ech Ala K'in.
Each and every day we have together is sacred, so acknowledge this day by giving it your heart.
               Remember when you give in this way, you are also giving to yourself !
            You are not giving your energy away to something separate from yourself.
                                 You are giving to another part of yourself !

I understand the challenges in staying positive in these days where the energy is so compressed
  that we can hardly breathe, but there is one simple exercise that can turn it all around for us.
                                     Each day, simply walk in gratefulness.
       We can say In Lak'ech Ala K'in to that which gives us life everyday, and that is
                                           the heart of the Great Spirit.
Instead of solely taking from the Great Spirit by asking for insight and direction, give back your heart,
                    love, and appreciation. You will be amazed at the results.
    If we open our hearts and send gratitude, it opens all doors that were previously closed to us.
Remember you are a part of Great Spirit ! When you give to Great Spirit you are giving to yourself.

We can practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in tirelessly, because when and what we give to others is giving
      energy to ourselves. When we give, we receive. So how do we know if we giving right ?
It is really simple. When we are energized by our giving, we know we are giving from our hearts and
                                            from the code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in.

If we feel drained or exhausted, it is possible that we gave out of fear, lack, obligation, ego, or a need to
    be accepted or liked. The more one practices In Lak'ech Ala K'in, the clearer we will become
          about our motivations regarding our actions, and the more we will receive.
      Remember . . . what goes around comes around exactly the way it was sent out.
   If you don't like what life is sending to you, look at what you are sending out to life.

When we begin to live and practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in, a lot of our old ways of doing things will no longer
work for us. For instance, we cannot act like victims anymore, and we cannot live out of fear either.
      We find ourselves no longer preparing for disaster; instead we anticipate a glorious future.
               It is time for us to rewrite the prophecies. They have become obsolete.
                                 The past will become just a bad dream,
        and the future will become a beautiful vision of which we will create right now.

When we practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we quit being neutral in our world, because we understand that
                                Spirit works with those that take action.
       We begin to take action by adding to the positive experience of this dimension.
                                     So what kind of world do you want ?
          Don't just stand there waiting for the world to appear in front of you.
                     Spirit helps those who help themselves. It is up to us.

When we practice the moral code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we are producing and sending positive and vital
           energy that can literally transform our troubled world into Paradise.
When we live from In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we are putting to use our natural ability to create our reality.
        We are affecting the collective consciousness of humanity in a positive way.
The Cosmic Maya, also known as the "Star Elders" or "Invisible Council", understood this natural power
       to create their reality. Their sacred calendars mapped the natural laws of the universe.
                          Now it is our turn to come to this understanding.
          It is time for us to walk as the Star Elders did so many years ago.
                          The time has come for us to change the world.

The more humanity begins to live In Lak'ech Ala K'in, the less we will think in terms of our separateness.
There can be no competition, jealousy or envy between us, because we are pieces of each other.
We can share and help each other with our connections, ideas and resources without fear that there will
         not be enough to go around. When we live the reality of unity, abundance and wholeness,
                            there will be unity, abundance and wholeness!
    The more of us that participate in the creation of a better world, the quicker it will arrive.
          We will have peace, love, harmony and unity, and will finally have arrived home.
