Beloved one, we will continue speaking of the holograms. I have used the concept of a hologram as another way of explaining your reality—lower case “r”. Your reality is — as has been written in other writings — an illusion. It is not real in the sense that it is fixed. It changes.

Your Reality—capital “R”—is the Christ spirit of you which allows you to create your hologram, your reality with a lower case “r”. It is a way of understanding that when you are in the hologram and you have nose to window pane, you do not always know that it is a hologram, an illusion, a creation that you are making for yourself.

That is why some time ago we spoke of the importance of being the Beholder, being able to take the deep breath and to step back from whatever is going on and to ask, “What is truly happening here?” and to watch it as you would watch a play, a drama in your theater or on your big screen; to watch it from a place of non-judgment, a place of neutrality, just watching.

As you do that, as you exercise your understanding of Beholder, you can see the hologram that you are making. Again, you will not judge it. You will see it for what it is—an experience. You have had, and will continue to have, many experiences. You are quite wealthy, and you will add to that wealth with more and more experiences within the hologram that is forever changing.

Allow yourself several times throughout the day to stop and to take a deep breath, even in the midst of everything else that you are doing or feel that you have to be doing — and try to see the experience from the place of Beholder. Watch it as a drama. Behold your interaction with co-workers, your interaction with friends, your interactions with the four-footed ones; allow yourself to see the interaction for what it is—an experience, an ever-changing experience.

I say ever-changing, because you are changing all of the time. Your perceptions and the perspective from which you view everything changes momently. That gives you a new perspective. You add that new perception to the hologram of the illusion of the reality and it changes your belief system, sometimes by leaps and bounds, most often by a small step of change, but it does change. It is always changing.

You can step back from it and begin to realize that everything that you bring forth in the hologram, in the illusion called reality, is a blessing. It has divine purpose: its divine purpose is to bring you to the place where you understand that you are the One who is creating. If you do not like what you are creating, you can change it. You can just stop midstream, mid-thought, and ask, “How can I see this differently? What is truly going on here? What is the purpose?”

You were born into a certain mindset of the collective consciousness. Your parents, your culture, your peers have molded your beliefs, and sometimes this molding has felt right and sometimes it has not felt right. Then you have struck out on your own and you have said, “That doesn’t resonate with me. What I have been told does not feel right. I believe differently.”

And so you have been making your own changes in the hologram as you have gone along. The hologram is not static, does not stay the same. Every moment you are changing it. Every moment you are changing your self-image of who you are and what you are and can be.

Now, changing the hologram seems to be a gradual process. It seems that that process is slow. But that, again, is a belief that has been given to you: that everything has to be a process. Truly, you can make instant change. You have recordings in your holy writings of instantaneous healing, miracles of healing that I and the disciples did, which have been recorded in your writings. These examples show you that not everything has to be a lengthy process. Change can be quite instantaneous. Immediately, as there is change in the belief system, it changes the energy.

You are energy. You fashion your body a certain way, but if in the next day you want to have a different kind of body, the teaching has been that it has to be gradual. “Well, if I want to lose weight, perhaps I can do that over the next six weeks by going on a diet. If I want to become more athletic and be able to run faster, I can do that in a process of exercising every day and running a mile or so every day.”

But in truth, you are the instantaneous being, and it is only the belief that there has to be process that keeps you from instantaneously making changes. That is what I am here to tell you. This is what I have been suggesting to you throughout the years, all two thousand of the years since you knew me as one Yeshua—Yeshu’a, as you called me; beloved friend.

During my lifetime I changed my hologram. I knew that it was possible to change. There were times when I disappeared from others’ sight, and I did this by knowing I could change my reality where they and I were no longer in a shared hologram.

I knew how to expand the hologram, and that feeling of energy, hope, knowing—truly, it was a knowing—was contagious. That is why there were ones of the multitude who caught perhaps the hem of my robe, who caught what I was saying, and instantly were healed physically—and many times mentally and emotionally—because they understood that the hologram that they were living could be changed, that it was ever changing, and it is.

As I walked amongst the multitude of people who were just like you—and if you will receive it, they were you; you have come back to live another incarnation and to call me forth in another way—they knew a change. They saw a possibility that things could be different, to the place where they knew that they were not the body, to the place where they could be the so-called Christian martyrs who were thrown into the pit with the lions.

They did not have to save the body, because they knew that they were not the body, and they knew that the hologram was not real. Now, did they feel pain of the body from the lions? At first, yes, but not to the degree that they would have felt if they were in fear. They were not in fear. They were in belief that they were the creators of what they were experiencing, and they knew that they could change and leave the body behind.

Many of you were one of the ones who caught my message in that day and knew that you were not controlled by outer circumstances and by other ones who said that they were more powerful than you. You knew your power. You knew that it came from beyond the small self. You knew that you could change your illusion because you connected with your Reality, the on-going, everlasting Reality, the divinity of you.

So I am suggesting that you play with the hologram as you understand your life experience right now to be. Play with making changes in it, because you can. You have thought that perhaps you were stuck in a certain situation and that others had power over you, but here you are, still in the same dwelling place living your life day by day and not sweating the small stuff any longer.

You have chosen that your hologram is going to be a happy one and that you live in the Now; there is no other time to live, in any case. And you do not worry about the morrow and you do not go back to what has been the past and judge yourself and others for what has been. You live in the Now, and that Now is always open to change. It is open to the place where you can say, “I am eternal,” because you are. “I am whole, holy,” because you are. “I am always being taken care of,” because you are. “I will always know love,” because you are love. “I will always have friends,” because you are a friend to other ones. “I will always know happiness, because I choose to know happiness.”

It is a free choice. You can choose to be down in the depths and to suffer, but that is no fun. And you can choose to always have a joke at hand, to always look on the light side of everything that is happening. And you can choose to know divine purpose in everything that the world presents to you.

The world right now is of your making. The world right now is seemingly in chaos and making many changes. That has been the prophecy that you have made for this year — that there will be many changes — so you will see many changes, and one of those changes is going to be your understanding of your reality—lower case “r”—and your connecting with the Reality—capital “R”—that you are, that is eternal and on-going and forever has been and will be beyond the purpose of time, because time is your creation.

Expand your hologram. Be the Beholder. Step back from it, first of all, and have a look at this beautiful hologram right in front of you of what you are doing and see how you are interacting with all of the aspects of the hologram. See the emotions. Emotions have color. As you are watching the hologram in front of you of your reality, you can see the color of fear, the color of love, the color of courage, the color of friendship.

You can see all the various colors as they are mixing together, and you can see which ones are predominant at a certain time, and you can see that as you entertain the thought that perhaps this hologram could be different, the colors are going to change. The emotions are going to change.

You have been taught down through the ages that reality is only real if you can see it, touch it, taste it, feel it, smell it, etc. But you are the one who is putting the parameters on the hologram, and you can change those parameters. Imagine a hologram, your hologram, on the floor beside you. You can say, as the Beholder, “Look at the way I’m worrying about something that doesn’t really exist.” And that gives you a new perspective. “I think it exists. Look at those colors. Wow, look at that red. I’m really angry about something. Oh, now it has changed to green because I understand that it was rage. It really came from other lifetimes, and it has nothing to do with this present hologram, so now it’s green. It’s healed.”

Play with being the Beholder. Imagine. You have built into this reality—lower case “r”—the most wonderful gift of imagination. It is fun to watch the hologram on the floor and see the colors as they change and to see how certain other persons come in and what color they bring with them.

Imagine. Be the Child, the Beholder Child that looks at the hologram and then says, “Hey, I can change that. Wow! Okay, this is the year for change. I thought this meant that it was going to be outside change; other people were going to change; world affairs were going to change. I didn’t know that it actually meant that I was going to change my hologram, that I was going to understand that I am not controlled by anything beyond my belief system. I am in charge of my hologram. I can change that. Wow! I really was worrying about the golden coins. Ha! I don’t need to. I see ones coming in who are the green color who want to support me. Hmmm. Jeshua has always said to me that I’ll always be taken care of,” and you will.

You will always be taken care of. You will always have raiment to wear and a dwelling place. And it is going to get better. “Wow! That’s a great thought. It’s going to get better. This that I have right now, it’s pretty good. Sometimes there are a few things I would change about it,” you say, “but Jeshua says it’s going to get better.”

Yes, it is going to get better, because you are going to understand your power. You are going to understand that the hologram that you have been struggling with is just that; it is a hologram, it is very malleable, changeable, can be shaped, molded, and changed.

Now, one of the things you are going to want to do besides taking the deep breath and being the Beholder is to get some clarity about what you want in your hologram. You are going to take out your notebook paper and you are going to write down how you want your hologram to look, what you want the aspects in the hologram to look like. Be very definite, because you can be.

Expand it. Bring into it the positive energy of success, of knowing how powerful, how loved you are.

So be it.

Now, we begin.

Dear Ones, with the understanding that you are here for learning, we tell you that the 'University of Polarity Earth' is specifically designed for the evolution of the human soul. The curriculum and venue of Polarity Earth, of the educational process is in fact a version of the Omni-Earth that is created and co created in Divine Intelligence. It is a purposed illusion, it is created by purposed thought, and cannot be destroyed. Consider that. That does not mean you do not have responsibilities in the care of Earth and its supporting Kingdoms, for indeed that is part of the learning process.

The purpose of the EarthPlane is your soul evolution. The Earth supports that mission, by Divine plan, by agreement, and all of the Kingdoms of Earth are part of that. Accordingly we tell you that there are versions of other Beings of Divine Intelligence that are here to support humanity in your purpose here. These include Master Beings from many realms. Some make visitations here to support you, and certain of these come for a brief but influential time & purpose in full Avatar consciousness.

Yet also be aware that there are versions of benevolent Master Beings that have by agreement chosen to manifest in various step-down forms to support humanity.

Those of the Animal Kingdom on the Earth, are here to support you. Part of that process involves their expression on the EarthPlane in 'Group' Consciousness. The deepest dimensions of the animal self exist not at the level of the individual but as part of the collective group mind of the entire species , and that highest level is not in duality lesson, per se.
The Animal Kingdom : Forgotten Teachers

These beings that in current terms would be considered of the 'Animal Kingdom' have taught humans far more than you presently recognize.

The Beings that you term Animals operate in great and greater intelligence, albeit it in a thought pattern matrix uniquely formatted to the natural aspect of the Earth-Plane.

On an aspectual and level far more comprehensive than you currently grasp, the Animal Kingdom are here by agreement to support humanity on many levels. Their understanding of the Earth-Plane as a University of Development for humanity is extended from and back to their Mastery Source.

Their mental format pattern in the earthly expression is such that humans are held somewhat blameless. Although humanity does have a huge responsibility to treat the Animal Kingdom with respect, the Animal Kingdom do not place guilt on humans. Their chosen mental format upon the Earth is formatted in such a manner that guilt-judgment is not an expression contained within it. Rather it is a pattern of instinct and benevolently capable of unconditional support.

One of the differences between the cat and dog expressions of the Felidae, are that dogs are more in the physical realm than cats. From and overview cats are far more etheric within the antimatter field, while dogs much more in matter. Dogs react more to the direct frequency of your emotions, whereas cats react more to vibration and light emanations. Dogs will feel and react to anger and guilt in a more tangible way than cats. Cats cannot experience guilt, and that detachment from human emotional waves is why cats may seem rather aloof.
Animal Totems

The Animal Kingdom have a more full, vast understanding and awareness of the other conscious kingdoms of the Earth, and have always had the ability to teach that to mankind. You have in current times largely forgotten, quite unfortunately, how much you learned from all of the Beings of the Animal-Kingdom. Humanity in campestral societies and indigenous cultures learned a great deal of medicine, of nutrition from watching animal behavior in interaction with the plant kingdom. Humanity observed carefully what plants to avoid, and which to cultivate. Mankind learned survival techniques, and indeed social behavior by not only watching the animals, but also by directly communicating telepathically with them.

In current times, the only real interaction with the 'Animal Kingdom' is by means of domesticated house pets. Or sadly at a distance through the imprisonment of magnificent animals in the barred cages and confining walls of zoos, and on farms where they are pen-raised as 'live-stock' for human food sources.

And while certain species of the Animal Kingdom have by conscious agreement chosen to provide themselves as a food source, that process must be enacted in humane respect, acknowledgement and gratitude. Hunting animals for sport is a different energy than for food survival . Hunting solely for entertainment, killing animals only for the primal thrill of the chase is wrong.

In earlier sojourns , more formative epochs, mankind far more closely identified with and understood the intelligence and wisdom offered by the natural instinctual patterns of the Animal Kingdom, and recognized them as wise teachers. And as a result they identified with humanity , and interacted with humanity to a truly remarkable degree.

The Animal Spirits or Totems recognized and honored as wisdom carriers, teachers and providers by the Native Americans are examples of the higher group collective of the greater off-planet consciousness of the Animal Kingdom etherically manifesting for a brief era to assist mankind in 'Spirit form'. Indeed the recognition and honoring ceremonies offered, allowed for & motivated the greater intelligence of specific Animals to work directly & harmoniously with benevolent humans of the indigenous tribal societies.

The knowledge and intuitive communication of the Animal Kingdom with the Elemental and Devic consciousness of the Living Earth, the Mineral, Fire and Air is a precise understanding that could be of great assistance, affording forward signals to humanity in this time of Earth changes.
Getting Sirius

And so we speak this gathering of the Sacred Felidae of Sirius A.

The Sacred Felidae and Canidae are incredible Beings that bring tremendous support to the field and purposed evolutionary growth of Humanity.

The Felidae are Divine Intelligence, fully evolved, magnificently conscious in crystalline expression. They are members of both the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance, and of what may be termed the Niburian Mastery Council. Both of whom are benevolently involved in the up shift of the consciousness evolution of planets and planetary races who are prepared to graduate into the next level in their Ascension.
The Felidae

The Felidae are a Feline species who originate on Sirius A. These are Beings that have entered the Earthplane since ancient times in specific roles and formats. The versions currently in physical form on the Earth-Plane are in what may be termed the Feline and Canine family.

These physical formats on the EarthPlane are here to support you, and in their physical matrix are but a portion of the consciousness of their Sirian nature.

That is because the Felidae expression on the earth are in group soul format, and are not here to evolve as a species, but rather to support the earth and assist humanity in evolution. The greater part of their consciousness is above the level of the EarthPlane. The feline operate vastly in the ethereal or stealth antimatter realm.

Their full consciousness existed and manifested in LeMurian, Atlantean and early Egyptian eras.

The Masters of the Sacred Felidae were involved in the genetic engineering in the Temple of Purification (on Poseida) in Atlantis during the Golden Age of the Law of One. This was done in a very positive and benevolent manner, prior to such technology being tragically misused by the Aryan Sons of Belial in the sad demise of the final era of Atlantis.

The Felidae of Sirius A and Cetacean Sirian-B Masters are skilled at integrating spirit into physical matter. This in not only giving life-force to a physical form, but also in integrating higher chakric levels of consciousness within the physical matrix in Mer-Ka-Na level multi-dimensionality.

This ability to work with humanity in energetic terms involves activating higher chakras and higher crysto-light bodies. This higher level of consciousness is the Crystos Consciousness, and the Cetaceans are indeed Crystalline Masters. Their renewed role on the earth includes assisting the shift-transition from the declining magnetic polarity grid to the evolving Crystalline Grid.

Question to Metatron: So are the Beings from Sirius B primarily aquatic, and the Beings from Sirius A Feline ?

Metatron Response: The habited realm circulating Sirius B is primarily aquatic and the Cetaceans, the Dolphin and Whale are aquatic. Yet also of a high enough consciousness to manifest form that can equally habituate within both aqueous realms and what would be termed land.

The life forms , of the sister star, Sirius A are different expressions than the Cetaceans.

Sirius A enlivens Humanoid Life (Starseed) ), as well as the Sacred Starseed Felidae. These are all Beings of Divine Intelligence, that all have varied expressions supporting the Earthplane These all interact with your planet on many levels in myriad forms.

Question to Metatron: You have mentioned that only humans are in soul evolution on planet earth. Aren't the dolphins and whales also in a high state of consciousness and evolution?

Metatron Response: The Sacred Cetaceans are indeed in an exalted state of evolution. But they are not on the earth to evolve. They are already evolved.

So understand they are here on the earth to support the earth and assist mankind in so doing. The Cetacean are physically here to anchor the energy in the aquatic portions of the earth to enable the planetary balance and facilitate the shift from magnetic to crystalline.

The etheric, nonphysical, return of the 'Golden Dolphin' are the Sacred Cetaceans in full avatar Mastery directly assisting humanity to evolve into Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na field.

The Felidae are assisting humanity in physical manifestation, but have also assisted in etheric, non physical Avatar Mastery , particularly in Atlantis, Central America and Egypt.

The physical forms and manifestations of the Felidae in the animal kingdom, are in the stepped down form. They are here to assist you in emotional and mental fields. This is the primary topic of today's discourse, that of the Felidae in expression of Feline and Canine.

Question to Metatron: I am intrigued by the information on the Felidae and Canidae. of Sirius- A. Are you speaking of cats and dogs? Can you expand on this?

Metatron Response: Certain breeds of what may be termed house cats and dogs, are indeed uniquely designed derivations of the Starseed Felidae. They perform specific roles in assisting humans. The 'house' versions of cats & domestic dogs are genetically engineered from the Golden Age of Atlantis.

The genetic engineering was benevolently done by the Sirian -Pleiadean Alliance and is an extremely helpful action, as stated to assist humanity as they became more densely ingrained in the Earth-Plane.

Now, what you term as canine and feline are of the same source, both are derivations of the Starseed Felidae. Cats and dogs are different physical forms of the same source.

The Felidae of Sirius A are a fully conscious crystalline being. They have melded into a group unity consciousness, yet still retain aspectual individual identities with the greater harmonic field. The Group Field chooses to assist humanity in your Universe and others.
Cats & Dogs

Both cats and dogs in this derivation are serving as benevolent energy giving assistants to humans, to their caretakers. Both have the capacity to meld their energy fields with the human and are uniquely capable of becoming personality fragments of their human caretakers. That is why certain of these can often begin to display the physical characteristics of their 'owners', although this particular aspect occurs more commonly with the canine.

The canine exudes an extreme loyalty and unconditional love. A dedication that energetically is received by the human, and can assist in many ways. The dogs ( and cats) become both companions , healers and protectors. The feline, the cat, is much more in the ethereal (antimatter) realm in its conscious field.

That is why many past societies worshiped the Feline forms of Jaguar, Lion , Tiger and Puma.

These beings are extremely aware of thought forms of ethereal realms and offer a stealth strength and protection. The house cat is capable of tremendous protection for their caretakers from untoward thought forms and negative energies. Certain breeds of dogs have this ability as well, but it is expressed and enacted differently.
Vibrational Healing

The purring of a cat is very beneficial in healing, repairing and protecting the human aura. The psychic abilities & aspects of cats have long been recognized. 'Temple Cats' were used in many ancient societies to energetically anchor and 'guard' sacred sites. Cats have also been desired as partners, allies and protectors by mystics, healers and shaman of various indigenous societies and monk hoods.

The wolf and other similar canine species possess similar attributes in the psychic & mystical realms. That is because both cats and dogs have a powerfully enhanced capacity to sense and see in far greater dimensionality than the human eye.

The service of cats and dogs in therapeutic work with abused children, terminally ill patients, the depressed and elderly in nursing homes are prime examples of their considerable healing abilities. The applications in the arena of pet therapy healing are indeed being more and more recognized. This will be expanded much further in the future.

Cats see above visible light, and can actually see the human auric field, the Human EMF, and all manner of energy emanations invisible to the human eye. The wide spectrum that cats perceive in light fields is quite amazing. Cats see in fields of both non physical matter and non matter (anti-matter). If you observe a cat in your outdoor flower gardens, take note of their quick head movements and focal prowling stances at seemingly invisible objects. They are indeed 'seeing' all manner of the elemental 'Devic' kingdom, the ethereal Fae, the 'dreamscape horizon' of beings you term faeries, sprites and elves.

The famed 'curiosity' of the cat is indeed due to their incredible sensory perceptions. Their vision is constantly filled with lights and emanations from spectrums and dimensions far beyond that of the human. They 'see' thought forms' and even see the electro-magnetic fields of tiny insects and elves.

Cats also are uniquely able to assist humans in not only better understanding their dreams and dream world interludes...but also capable of assisting you in more lucid awareness while in an ongoing dream, in other words greater conscious clarity during dream-states. The feline is extremely adept at what you would term out of body experience, or astral travel.

Dogs are more in the physical field of matter, and sense or feel the auric field and indeed are extremely capable of understanding the direct resonant vibrations of the human emotional field.

Additionally Felidae 'canine' , dogs assist in helping humans better understand their feelings and emotional blockages, and help humans work through them into a better state of balance. We will speak more on these attributes further into this discussion.

The service of 'Seeing-Eye' dogs with the blind is another area of service in which great bonds are created. Dogs are able to 'feel' and indeed smell dis-ease within the human body. They will often lay their own bodies in the area of the human malady and transfer energy to assist in re-balancing the imbalance. They will also mentally project awareness to the human of the malady in direct telepathic communication.

Cats will provide a similar service, but their sensory perception of the human imbalance is visually observed. A cat sees the human auric field in great clarity, in vivid color and fine detail. Areas of malady will appear discolored to the feline. The cat will often lay on the area and purr, exuding a balancing light emanation and sonic frequency to enable the healing re-balance.
Unique Melding With Human Consciousness

The version of Felidae and Canidae that are cats and dogs are but a fragment of the full consciousness and energy spectrum of their Sirian aspects. Yet this expression is specifically and purposefully designed to be so, for these beings can become so bonded with the humans they serve, that a unique third consciousness can succinctly evolve between the human and the 'pet', that is extremely beneficial to the evolvement of the human caretaker.

The earthen consciousness of the dogs and cats operates more on thought patterns with powerful instinctual triggers. Their designed (benevolent), divinely agreed DNA engineering is such that they have a unique and divinely purposed ability to become allied, programmed in a partnership with the human they are working with.

When this partnership occurs these beings are able to telepathically receive thought images sent by their caretaker. Just as human thought can program a living crystal, the same occurs, albeit in a different format, with dogs and cats. It may be termed as the formation of a personality aspect of the human within the cat or dog. The 'pet' then is capable of assisting the human in both physical and emotional ways. Providing comfort, energy, healing, companionship, detecting illness, sealing auric ruptures, and providing protection in physical and etheric realms.

Many humans have household pets in cats and dogs that help them work through blockages. One of the most common therapeutic applications is that these benevolent Beings help you awaken your ability to express love. It is very easy to express and give affection to the household animal , and for many this is far easier than expressing love and kindness to other humans.

Depending on the individual human, this type of emotional blockage can occur for many reasons. Very often as humans grow older, children move away and a spouse passes over, a seeming natural period of depression due to lonely isolation sets in. The interaction with the pet can awaken the flow of love through fond endearment. This nurturing interaction awakens the very life force in the isolated caretaker, and an endearing interplay that is very therapeutic occurs.

We tell you that there is far more design and intelligence in the willing participation of the Felidae and Canidae than is recognized.
The Third Field Between Humans and Pets

When this third consciousness through interaction is formed, it expands the field of both parties. It awakens within it characteristics that neither of the parties involved had prior. In other words, it expands, it stretches the emotional field awareness and indeed the third meld consciousness, and this reaches back into and changes the individual awareness of both. The pet opens up your ability to remain 'positive' in allowing you to express love, and you 'teach' it , in a manner of speaking, to channel the greater part of its divine Sirian consciousness in doing so.

Your willingness for the interaction allows it to achieve its specific purpose, and there is an important growth on both sides unique to the field created between the two of you. The 'pet' operated only in group consciousness parameters prior to the 'melding- blend' with the human, and the individuality of it was truly only formed in the bond with the human.

Those of you that have pets have an obligation to responsibly care for them and treat them with nurturing love and kindness. Cruelty to any member of the animal kingdom is untenable. Do you understand?

Question to Metatron: Are you saying that animals are not individual unless they blend with the human to form the 'consciousness meld' with humans?

AA-Metatron: In a manner of speaking, yes, that is what we are saying. But to be clear, we are not saying that animals do not have individual aspects before the meld. Each are incarnate in physical bodies, and are indeed subject to the gravitational characteristics, to some degree, that occur in the astrological influences in all life on the earth. Animals that are feral are also subject to the natural instincts of species survival, and express that according to the environ.

But they operate fully and only in 'group soul' awareness, until the meld with humans(s) uniquely occurs.

That interaction is succinct and builds a personality-meld consciousness fragmentation capable of growing in individual awareness and identity. But we are not saying that animals do not have a 'group' purpose without the meld.

The group purpose is transformed into a singular 'service' in the expanded field by means of the human interaction with the 'group' soul of the household pet as expressed in the individual cat or dog.

It is therefore the human interaction that creates the individual identity field within the pet. So in a manner of speaking the animal has agreed to be benevolently 'programmed in blend ' with the mental field, emotional field & personality of the human caretaker for higher purpose.

This is how the third field is created, and that third field is a fragment of the human consciousness that benefits both you see. Yet the primary purpose is to benefit the human. And that is a very specialized service provided by the Felidae. But there is a choice to accept the human on the part of the Felidae, (or not). And when that bond is mutually accepted, the greater role of the Group Soul can be fed into the meld, and wisdom, protection and healing can be given from the 'pet' to the human. So understand this third meld is a conduit that is very far reaching, but occurs by mutual agreement.

The Atlanteans, LeMurians and Egyptians in particular, interacted with the Felidae in roles of guardianship and wisdom transfer. The Egyptian Temples contain many hieroglyphs depicting the Felidae, as having Feline heads and human torsos and limbs, complete with the 'Solar Disc' of enlightenment. The Sphinx is the reverse, the human head with the Feline body.

Question to Metatron: How exactly do 'cats and dogs' offer protection to humans? Is this by their greater awareness of other dimensions?

AA-Metatron: Yes, by specifically being much more in-tuned to other realms that are, as we have explained, somewhat invisible to human physical senses.

The guardianship in the specific forms as described in 'household or human interface versions' of the Sirian Beings is performed in a beautiful manner, and that is through not only the detection of what may be termed 'negative energies' but by neutralizing those very untoward energies by powerful projections of benevolent loving energy vibrations that are orchestrated through the Sirian Felidae to the human. The Sirian being diagnoses exactly what is needed and channels the necessary vibration to assist the caretaker.

You do not always recognize that you induce auric fracturing when you become depressed or highly upset. These states form negative fields that open you to untoward electro-magnetic attachments that can be energetically draining.

When a cat 'purrs' the vibration is of a deep contentment, and the frequency within that vibration is very healing, capable of evaporating negative fields by neutralizing them. Likewise when dogs playfully wag their tails, jump and run, often in joyous spins, they are, like the dolphin, forming energy vortexes capable of cleansing the energies, and projecting a 'channeled' vibratory frequency that is extremely beneficial to the environ, not only removing negative vibrations but creating a shield to eliminate their re-entry.

When cats seem to 'patrol' the perimeter of a room, house or yard, they are also exuding a protective field.

We will tell you that the Felidae and the Canidae, the Feline and Canine, are from the same root source of Sirius A, although their expressions on Sirius A are fully evolved. As we have told you the household versions of these Beings are in fact physical formats, genetically engineered by the Sirians to assist humanity in the ways we are herewith discussing.

Question to Metatron : To be clear, are you saying that cats and dogs are from the same Sirian source?

AA-Metatron: In the higher origin & source, yes. Both cats and dogs are of the same source, both are manifested into physicality from the fully evolved Felidae of Sirius A.

On Sirius the Felidae are brilliant divinely intelligent Crystalline-Light Beings, nonphysical from your perspective, appearing in Crystalline Light forms.

As we mentioned the Felidae have manifested in full Avatar Mastery at various times on your planet to assist you. The Felidae are masters of incorporating spirit into physicality and assisted in the original engineering of full strand DNA for mankind. Indeed the races of humanity contain Sirian Felidae aspects in their DNA, some more than others. The very athleticism and agility prevalent in some humans draws on this, to give one of many aspectual examples.

Question to Metatron : As an item of curiosity, if they are of the same Sirian source, why do dogs chase cats?

AA-Metatron: Dogs only chase cats until they catch them. At that point the tables usually turn, and quite quickly ! (Laughter) .

We will say that in a real sense, dogs and cats are inverses of the same frequency when expressed on the Earthplane. Generally speaking the Feline, the domesticated cats tend to be more introverted and the Canine , dogs, more external, or extroverted. Their frequencies are then inward in the former, outward in the latter, and naturally attract one another....not repulse. You will find that dogs and cats raised or living in the same household develop special loving bonds.

This particularly occurs in an enhanced manner when the animals have had past sojourns in which the fragment of personalities with the humans form. As an example, the channel now houses 2 cats and 2 dogs. They work together and share a deep bond, and all 4 are aspects of the two human caretakers. We will also add that one of the dogs, the female, has been Feline in the past more often than Canine.

The Sacred Felidae in their Earth-Plane manifestation have retained the unique ability to operate simultaneously in inner and outer world projections much more than humans. At any one time in which you observe the physical material manifestation of a Felidae, they are equally conscious of being fully manifested simultaneously in other dimensional planes. Quite often they interact within the other realms, while present physically in this one.
Linear Filters of Consciousness

Although humans also simultaneously exist in other levels, humans in 3d cannot interpret the frequencies of the other realms in consistency or lucid clarity through the physical brain alone. The mind, which is the inner counterpart of the brain, can at times perceive the far greater dimensions of any given event through a crysto-electric burst of sudden intuition or comprehension that cannot be adequately described on a verbal level. The crystalline electrical impulses that are perceivable within your 3d system are a miniscule fraction of the vast crysto-electrical system in the Cosmos.

A human's physical brain is on its own quite incapable of accurate perception or deciphering the myriad & complex frequencies above polarity. It is impossible in physical brain alone to even grasp the vast spectrum and dimensional magnificence of the crysto-electrical potential and actuality as it exists. And although these are quite accessible in Mer-Ka-Na , via higher mind- non physical levels, they are not accessed by the brain alone in the human, rather they must be developed in Mer-Ka-Na through higher mind.

So we tell you to keep in mind, pun intended, that the true origin, the eternal source and power of your Divine Intelligence and consciousness has never been rooted in the physical. Each and every human exists in other worlds, different realities and other dimensions, and the self that you call yourself is but a small portion of your entire identity. Because of the filters inherent to the physical brain, you are capable of focusing on the physical world around you, and it is that focus that enables you to eventually master the physical plane.

We assure you that there is purpose in the filtering, for If the physical brain, with the ego personality were unscreened , and thus fully aware of the vast and constant barrage of telepathic communications that do impinge upon it, it would have a most difficult time retaining a sense of identity in linear perception.

It is because of the ego consciousness that you have a powerful identity awareness of the physical realm, for you are in physical with specific purpose. But we say again, it is not your true identity in the Cosmic over view.

While in physicality the human brain is simply not equipped in linear mode to be able to make sense of the signals coming in from higher dimensions. Your standard brain can't read them. To the brain these impulses appear to be a chaotic mélange of disconnected flash images. The ego-personality brain based in linear time cannot perceive data that is not based upon sequential continuity of moments.

Interestingly, certain of the Animal Kingdom, particularly the Felidae, can.

So with this axiom that Felidae and certain Canidae do operate more effectively in other coinciding planes, we tell you that is precisely why these Beings were recognized by more aware societies as guardians. It is why a dog will bark, or a household cat will move in quick reaction to energies unseen by the human eye.

Your academics understand that there are spectrums of light. You also understand that the 'average' human is only capable of physical vision in the narrow spectrum termed 'visible light'. The Felidae and certain Canidae are capable of seeing (and sensing) in a much wider sensory range. We tell you that physical matter also occurs in spectrum waves. So are there varying spectrums of matter.

Your system of physical reality on the Earth-Plane is not nearly as wide-reaching or complex in relative comparison with many others. The dimensions given to the narrow spectrum of physical matter barely hint at the prolific varieties of higher nonphysical dimensions.. You do not recognize as yet the nature of the nonphysical in your own Galaxy, much less the Cosmos. We tell you that Universes can exist within a molecule, and other versions of Earth validly coexist where you now sit to read these words.

Question to Metatron: You advised earlier that the Felidae Starseed are the consciousness source for both the earthen feline and canine species of animals. Do all animals on the EarthPlane originate from Sirius A, from the Starseed Felidae?

AA-Metatron: No. Sirius A is the source of humanoids and Felidae. Sirius B is the source of the Sacred Cetacean, dolphin and whale. Dolphin and whale are of the same source , the Cetacean, just as the feline and canine are of the same source , Starseed Felidae.

Sirius is not merely two binary stars in the Cosmos with circulating planets. It is a vibrational frequency of a realm that has achieved Crystalline Ascension. It is accordingly a sacred celestial resonance and way of being within a vastly expanded consciousness. Sirius is within all dimensions both physical and non-physical.

The Stars of Sirius are portals or gateways to these other dimensions, and the Felidae, Hathor, & Cetacean are here in varied matrixial expressions to assist humanity grow in awareness, to balance the Earth and find their way home. The Sirians are receivers and transmitters of this divine loving energy.

Other members of the Animal Kingdom in Earthen expression come from a multiplicity of sources. For example the horse is Arcturian in source. Horses are also capable of forming the 3rd consciousness meld with humans, but few humans truly have access to them .

The Animal-Kingdom have truly been your teachers, although they did not choose your 'human' evolution path. As we have said, the Animal Kingdom are not on the Earth to evolve in soul expansion, but rather to support the soul expansion of humanity.

We assure you that mankind could not have moved forward as a species had it not been for the Beings of the Animal Kingdom. Indeed certain of the Animal Kingdom, such as the bovine and certain other species of the mammal, fish and bird are here by agreement to provide a food source for mankind. Does that surprise you that this occurs by agreement? And although it is not the topic at hand, the consciousness of the Plant Kingdom has also been a huge support to mankind in far more ways than just food source and provision of oxygen.

Domesticated animals have benevolent purpose in choosing their earthen expressions. Those of the Feline and Canine have a unique role of interaction in the aspects of human companionship. This is by a higher sourced 'service' agreement .And we will add the enhanced ability to form the 'personality meld' in household pet derivations of the Felidae, is genetically enhanced.
Interaction

Many humans find that they can interact more easily with 'pets' than they can with other humans. Pets don't talk back, they love unconditionally. The feline and canine are particularly committed to assist humans in dealing with emotional blockage and in dealing with isolation, particularly as humans become older and alone.

Both cats and dogs oft teach humans to learn to love again and to open their hearts. Dogs are tied to the human emotional field, cats to the human psychic plane/ mental field. The two are very different expressions of the Felidae, but both are focused on your assistance, both are uniquely capable of forming a fragmentation aspect of the caretakers personality.

When a human forms a personality fragmentation meld with a Felidae or Canidae, that succinct energy can uniquely evolve and often reincarnate, or re-attach within other lifetimes and within the same lifetime to continue to assist the owner. Thus a human may have the same energy essence of their cat or dog, over a span of 70 years, in several sequential cat or dog bodies.

For example, the two cats and one of the dogs that the channel is caretaker for in the present, were with him in different bodies as domesticated leopards in a past lifetime in Egypt.

Question to Metatron: Pets often become family members, like children to their caretakers. And when they pass-over, the caretakers are quite devastated. Can the same soul essence of the pet can reincarnate immediately, if the owner obtains a new pet?

AA-Metatron: The 'personality meld' of the pet is in essence a unique part of the human caretaker, a personality fragment. When a pet physically dies the meld-fragment consciousness will absolutely remain close-by in etheric planes to continue in connection to the human. The human is often able to sense, even see or feel the essence of the pet after it passes over, or even if it runs away or is lost. The owner can communicate with the meld personality essence, and it will indeed 'reincarnate', re-enter the body of a new pet.

This is best if the new pet is obtained within 2-3 weeks of the passing, and is the same breed as the previous pet. In a short time the distinct personality traits & characteristics of the previous pet will clearly re-emerge in the new body, and the relationship and support will continue.

In the event the new pet is a different breed and or a different astrological pattern, the similarities may not be as immediately apparent, but the meld-essence and support will be the same source. This is important to understand.

In current times, it is considered fashionable in certain circles, to see mankind as the great greedy destroyer of the Earth and its kingdoms, especially the Animal, Plant & Mineral kingdoms

It is likewise popular in some 'New Age' circles to see man as the arrogant taker who contaminates the earth, destroys the Natural Earth Kingdoms at the expense of future generations.

The point is that some who wish for the better, feel all is hopelessly lost, that change for the better will not come.

While unified determination to make change for the better is essential, the focusing on hopelessness must stop. That is the wrong application in creating the 'New Earth'. Focusing on hopelessness & despair , creates hopeless despair.

So we offer you an insight of hope.

What we wish to point out is that the Earth is the dynamic manifestation, at any given time, of your current individual and mass- thought projections . Humanity are ever the co creators of the Earth and Omni Earth in all of its probable realities.

We tell you, Dear Masters, the Earth is a magnificent & purposed illusion, that is absolutely created by thought.

Mankind en masse are, at the present time, unconscious of the fact that YOU are co creators of the Earth experience. There are other versions of probable reality in holographic 'time programs' in which enlightened 'Ascended' humanity honor each other, the Earth and all of her kingdoms in beautiful harmony. Duality programming of the EarthPlane is intelligently and divinely planned. The 'Trial and Error' evolution of this experience takes into account the learning curve.

And that being said, we tell you that you cannot truly destroy the Earth. You can and will create the Enlightened Earth by positive focus on its manifestation, not by focal despair that it has not yet occurred.

Nothing is taken from the Earth, or from any of the Earthen Kingdoms, Mineral, Plant and Animal, that is not fully agreed to, fully permitted in the linear reality-drama hologram.

It rarely occurs to you that animal kingdom consciousness came into physicality and earthen form by agreement, by benevolently choosing to do so,. The higher consciousnesses of such animal-beings had a considered & willing choice in the decision to support humanity, fully aware of the untoward potentials of mans phases & stages of ignorance as humanity evolves into greater awareness.

It is nigh time for mankind to gratefully honor the Animal Kingdom, to treat them with love, kindness and respect. Cruelty to these beings in any format is not the way of Mastery, and it must stop in all its untoward expressions.

In the not too distant future, humanity will come to realize , and not only honor the Animal Kingdom, but equally honor, acknowledge & indeed LOVE one another, and the beautiful Earth that nurtures you. It will occur. Create it as so !!!

There are very few mantras that stand on par with Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (also known as Mahamrityunjay Mantra, Rudra Mantra, Tryambakam Mantra or Maha Sanjivini Mantra). This mantra is said to have the power to remove all sufferings, ward off all evils, remove diseases and bestow the aspirant with health and energy. And it is said that when this mantra is it chanted with great devotion and serious contemplation it is said that the knowledge of this birth and death cycle is revealed to the aspirant. And thus it helps in overcoming the fear of death.

The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra can be chanted by anybody. It is important one understands the meaning of this mantra word for word before chanting it. That’s because by knowing the meaning, the aspirant can easily contemplate on the aspect of birth and death cycle.

Children of the One God:

I address myself to those of you who have pursued the auric studies set forth by my colleague
and friend the Ascended Master Kuthumi. And to all who have not had the privilege of reading his words
and following the cadences of his thought as the ever-widening circle of the aura of this blessed Brother
of the Golden Robe encompasses the world in the love-wisdom of his heart, may I recommend that you
do so. For our studies here will be laid upon the foundation which Kuthumi has laid.

To those who have not known me or my work with the heirarchy, which was registered concurrently
with that of El Morya and Kuthumi upon many disciples of the masters both in the East and the West
during the last century and a half, may I introduce myself as the Tibetan Master and as one who has chosen
to expand the love fires of the heart to woo mankind to the center of Christ awareness where the balance
of the threefold flame perceives and is perceived by the fullness of that mind which was in Christ Jesus.

The motto of the brothers who keep the flame of life with me on behalf of earth's evolutions is
summarized in the words of the writer of the Book of Proverbs "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of
it are the issues of life." Some of our disciples who have followed with us the long trek in pursuit of the
star of his appearing, the great I AM Presence of the Bethlehem babe, will recall that it was I who
accompanied the Masters El Morya and Kuthumi to the place where Jesus was born.

We came to pay homage to the heart of God made manifest as the heart of the Son of God. We came
to adore the light of the Christos. We came with the wise dominion of the masters of the Far East to form
a circle of protection around mother and child and to impart to Joseph an aura of protection for the flight
into Egypt.

We come again in this series on a similar mission. We come to pay homage to the Christ aborning in
the heart of children of God everywhere. We come to expand the circle of protection. We come to teach
mankind to keep the fires of the heart with all diligence and to conserve the crystal-flowing waters of life
that issue forth from the luminous fount of love, wisdom, and power. We come to show forth a trinity of
the mastery of the aura.

And so brother Kuthumi has nobly stated his case for the expansion of soul consciousness through the
aura. He has shown how, by replacing the personality patterns and perversions with soul consciousness -
which you call, and that rightly so, solar awareness - you can increase the forcefield of the aura and use it
to intensify the light of God on earth and to make of the aura the wedding garment of the Lord.

The work of Kuthumi given forth as an exercise in the expansion of the soul and its faculties reaching out
to contact the Spirit of God is intended to awaken mankind from the sleep of the ages to a new perception of
life, a perception of God, through the faculties of the soul. It is a work which all devotees of the sacred fire
may use to diligently begin the process of the personal cleansing that is so necessary to the realization of the
consciousness of God. As you meditate, then, with beloved Kuthumi, recognize that he has a momentum of

"Watch out! You nearly broadsided that car!" My father yelled at me. "Can't you do anything right?"

Those words hurt worse than blows. I turned my head toward the elderly man in the seat beside me, daring me to challenge him. A lump rose in my throat as I averted my eyes. I wasn't prepared for another battle.

"I saw the car, Dad. Please don't yell at me when I'm driving."

My voice was measured and steady, sounding far calmer than I really felt.

Dad glared at me, then turned away and settled back. At home I left Dad in front of the television and went outside to collect my thoughts.... dark, heavy clouds hung in the air with a promise of rain. The rumble of distant thunder seemed to echo my inner turmoil. What could I do about him?

Dad had been a lumberjack in Washington and Oregon . He had enjoyed being outdoors and had revelled in pitting his strength against the forces of nature. He had entered gruelling lumberjack competitions, and had placed often. The shelves in his house were filled with trophies that attested to his prowess.

The years marched on relentlessly. The first time he couldn't lift a heavy log, he joked about it; but later that same day I saw him outside alone, straining to lift it. He became irritable whenever anyone teased him about his advancing age, or when he couldn't do something he had done as a younger man.

Four days after his sixty-seventh birthday, he had a heart attack. An ambulance sped him to the hospital while a paramedic administered CPR to keep blood and oxygen flowing.

At the hospital, Dad was rushed into an operating room. He was lucky; he survived But something inside Dad died. His zest for life was gone. He obstinately refused to follow doctor's orders. Suggestions and offers of help were turned aside with sarcasm and insults. The number of visitors thinned, and then finally stopped altogether. Dad was left alone.

My husband, Dick, and I asked Dad to come live with us on our small farm. We hoped the fresh air and rustic atmosphere would help him adjust.

Within a week after he moved in, I regretted the invitation. It seemed nothing was satisfactory. He criticized everything I did. I became frustrated and moody. Soon I was taking my pent-up anger out on Dick we began to bicker and argue.

Alarmed, Dick sought out our pastor and explained the situation. The clergyman set up weekly counselling appointments for us. At the close of each session he prayed, asking God to soothe Dad's troubled mind.

But the months wore on and God was silent. Something had to be done and it was up to me to do it.

The next day I sat down with the phone book and methodically called each of the mental health clinics listed in the Yellow Pages. I explained my problem to each of the sympathetic voices that answered in vain.

Just when I was giving up hope, one of the voices suddenly exclaimed, "I just read something that might help you! Let me go get the article..."

I listened as she read. The article described a remarkable study done at a nursing home. All of the patients were under treatment for chronic depression. Yet their attitudes had improved dramatically when they were given responsibility for a dog.

I drove to the animal shelter that afternoon. After I filled out a questionnaire, a uniformed officer led me to the kennels. The odour of disinfectant stung my nostrils as I moved down the row of pens. Each contained five to seven dogs Long-haired dogs, curly-haired dogs, black dogs, spotted dogs all jumped up, trying to reach me.

I studied each one but rejected one after the other for various reasons: too big, too small, too much hair. As I neared the last pen a dog in the shadows of the far corner struggled to his feet, walked to the front of the run and sat down. It was a pointer, one of the dog world's aristocrats. But this was a caricature of the breed.

Years had etched his face and muzzle with shades of gray. His hip bones jutted out in lopsided triangles. But it was his eyes that caught and held my attention. Calm and clear, they beheld me unwaveringly.

I pointed to the dog. "Can you tell me about him?" The officer looked, then shook his head in puzzlement. "He's a funny one. Appeared out of nowhere and sat in front of the gate We brought him in, figuring someone would be right down to claim him. That was two weeks ago and we've heard nothing. His time is up tomorrow." He gestured helplessly.

As the words sank in I turned to the man in horror. "You mean you're going to kill him?"
"Ma'am," he said gently, "that's our policy. We don't have room for every unclaimed dog."

I looked at the pointer again. The calm brown eyes awaited my decision. "I'll take him," I said. I drove home with the dog on the front seat beside me. When I reached the house I honked the horn twice. I was helping my prize out of the car when Dad shuffled onto the front porch. "Ta-da! Look what I got for you, Dad!" I said excitedly.

Dad looked, then wrinkled his face in disgust. "If I had wanted a dog I would have gotten one. And I would have picked out a better specimen than that bag of bones. Keep it! I don't want it" Dad waved his arm scornfully and turned back toward the house.

Anger rose inside me. It squeezed together my throat muscles and pounded into my temples. "You'd better get used to him, Dad. He's staying!"

Dad ignored me. "Did you hear me, Dad?" I screamed. At those words Dad whirled angrily, his hands clenched at his sides, his eyes narrowed and blazing with hate. We stood glaring at each other like dualists, when suddenly the pointer pulled free from my grasp. He wobbled toward my dad and sat down in front of him. Then slowly, carefully, he raised his paw...

Dad's lower jaw trembled as he stared at the uplifted paw. Confusion replaced the anger in his eyes. The pointer waited patiently. Then Dad was on his knees hugging the animal.

It was the beginning of a warm and intimate friendship. Dad named the pointer Cheyenne. Together he and Cheyenne explored the community. They spent long hours walking down dusty lanes. They spent reflective moments on the banks of streams, angling for tasty trout. They even started to attend Sunday services together, Dad sitting in a pew and Cheyenne lying quietly at his feet.

Dad and Cheyenne were inseparable throughout the next three years. Dad’s bitterness faded, and he and Cheyenne made many friends. Then late one night I was startled to feel Cheyenne’s cold nose burrowing through our bed covers. He had never before come into our bedroom at night. I woke Dick, put on my robe and ran into my father's room. Dad lay in his bed, his face serene. But his spirit had left quietly sometime during the night.

Two days later my shock and grief deepened when I discovered Cheyenne lying dead beside Dad's bed. I wrapped his still form in the rag rug he had slept on. As Dick and I buried him near a favourite fishing hole, I silently thanked the dog for the help he had given me in restoring Dad's peace of mind.

The morning of Dad's funeral dawned overcast and dreary. This day looks like the way I feel, I thought, as I walked down the aisle to the pews reserved for family. I was surprised to see the many friends Dad and Cheyenne had made filling the church. The pastor began his eulogy. It was a tribute to both Dad and the dog that had changed his life.

And then the pastor turned to Hebrews 13:2. "Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it."

"I've often thanked God for sending that angel," he said.

For me, the past dropped into place, completing a puzzle that I had not seen before: the sympathetic voice that had just read the right article... Cheyenne’s unexpected appearance at the animal shelter... his calm acceptance and complete devotion to my father... and the proximity of their deaths. And suddenly I understood. I knew that God had answered my prayers after all.

Life is too short for drama or petty things, so laugh hard, love truly and forgive quickly. Live while you are alive. Forgive now those who made you cry. You might not get a second chance.

And if you don't send this to anyone -- no one will know. But do share this with someone. Lost time can never be found.

New storm warning after tornado

Britain could be braced for more thunder and lightning after a "special" type of storm swept across the country, bringing with it a tornado to some areas.

Forecasters said there was a "definite chance" of further thunderstorm activity after an unusual "supercell" storm travelled through the south Midlands on Monday afternoon, bringing rain, large hailstones, and a tornado in Oxfordshire.

The thunderstorm started in Wiltshire, and moved across Oxfordshire - where a tornado was reported in several places including Bicester, Eynsham, and Kidlington - then moved to Buckinghamshire.

Richard Glazer drove through the tornado with his wife and son on the A34 near Kidlington, Oxfordshire. "It was very wet, we were just driving on the A34 and looked up and realised one part of the sky was moving in one direction and another in the opposite direction," he said. "I thought, 'that looks like a tornado!' We pretty much drove through it, we were right underneath it. As we drove into it the trees were blowing left to right and as we got through it they were blowing the other way."

Forecasters said it was almost certainly a tornado, and the storm that caused it was thought to be a supercell storm - more commonly seen in the US than the UK.

Brendan Jones, forecaster at MeteoGroup, the weather division of the Press Association, said it was unlikely there would be another supercell storm in the coming week, as they require very specific atmospheric conditions. However, heavy rain has been predicted for much of the country, which could bring more thunder and lightning, Mr Jones said.

He continued: "It's going to remain unsettled, there will be rain and showers around and there is a definite chance of more thunderstorm activity. This particular thunderstorm developed over the northern part of Wiltshire, and then gradually over the next three hours that storm tracked through Oxfordshire and into part of Buckinghamshire before eventually dying out before it got to Cambridgeshire. That's quite far for one thunderstorm to track.

"At the moment it's difficult to say exactly where the tornado was because while the parent thunderstorm travelled all the way across the south Midlands, it wasn't necessarily producing a tornado all the time. There has been more than one report of a tornado beneath this storm. There has also been some quite big hailstones."

He said the UK had seen plenty of reports of tornadoes and funnel clouds - which do not touch the ground - but not supercell storms, adding: "This one was fairly special."

The storm comes less than two weeks after high winds tore through Rugby, Warwickshire, blowing the roof from one home and damaging others, described by some people as being like a "mini tornado".

LingZi or Reiki?
Reiki was originally called LingZi Su, which means ‘vibration of the smallest
particles’, and was first discovered by Mikao Usui, who introduced it to Japan in
the early 20
th
century. The practice of LingZi Su however goes back to a method
of the Taoist school of QianZheng LongMen Pai, which can be dated back to the
times of the reign of Genghis Khan.
During the late 19
th
century, Usui had spent some time in Manchuria, where he
studied and practised with the order of QianZheng LongMen Pai. Later, after he
had returned Japan, he found himself in the midst of political turmoil and
upheaval and he was forced to escape and hide in the woods, in order to avoid
unjust imprisonment. He lived in the forest for around three months. He only
could find some wild herbs, berries and mushrooms to eat, and naturally was
very hungry. In his predicament, he spent a lot of his time praying for help to the
lineage ancestors of the QianZheng LongMen Pai. After about eighty days
something special happened: praying, he was chanting the name of QianZheng
Tailing, the Taoist school’s lineage ancestor, with his hands in the classic prayer
position in front of the chest, palms and outstretched fingers touching; he began
to feel a strong vibration all over his body, and he experienced spontaneous
movement, with his hands, still in the prayer position, moving vigorously up and
down, in front of his body. He continued to practise daily and his vibration and
frequency dramatically increased dramatically.
Once he had returned to civilization he founded the first school of ‘TaiLing Dao’
(The way of the ancestral spirits) in Japan. TaiLing Dao (Japanese pronunciation:
Teirei Dao) offered the opportunity to study and to practise the exercises that
Usui had employed during his time of ‘praying in the forest’. This technique
became known as LingZi or LingZi Su. Usui founded the theory that everything in
the universe can be divided into smaller and smaller particles, and LingZi
describes the vibrations of the infinitely smallest particles. He felt that it was this
cosmic frequency that he had experienced during the prayer exercises. According
to Usui, the cosmos and all that is in it consists of LingZi. Today this theory has
been confirmed by modern science such as quantum physics and astrophysics,
with the emergence of modern understanding of particles much smaller than
Molecules and Atoms, etc.
LingZi exercises to develop vibration force and to increase a person’s frequency
were very special: once a student had developed “XianDong” (visible spontaneous
body movement), and then “YingDong” (invisible body vibration), they would
practise with LingZi wood: thin wooden pieces in rectangular shape stacked in a
pile. By sending vibration force through the palm of one hand into the pile one
would make one piece move out of the pile. The next higher level was that
through a combination of vibration force and mind force, a predetermined piece
would have to be moved out of the pile, e.g. the 5th piece from the top, or the
second from the bottom. These exercises were very specific and demanded
rigorous and regular training. Only once a person had mastered to work and control a stack that contained 60 pieces, were they deemed to have a high
enough frequency to treat patients. Treatment happened usually at a short
distance by way of frequency information transmission, without the need to
physically touch the patient.
Today, the original techniques of LingZi are known to and practiced by only very
few people in the world. In 1953, Dr Shen Hongxun studied the original LingZi Su
with master Ge QiTong, who himself had studied at the TaiLing Dao Centre in
Shanghai. The high frequency and vibration of the original LingZi forms the basis
of the Buqi Healing and Exercise System. The LingZi exercise is still practiced
during every professional Buqi training, to enable practitioners to raise their ownvibration quickly and safely. This lesson will concentrate on LingZi vibration 

exercises and offers an excellent possibility for all healers and therapists to get
back in touch with the source of the cosmic forces. Another key ingredient of this
seminar is the self-protection of the healer/therapist against any negative effects,
when treating patients.

Today we wish to speak to you on the subject of faith. God does not require your faith dear ones to love you. God does not require your faith to pour blessings in your life. God is always love. God is always sending you blessings. However, your faith is required for you to receive the love and blessings that are always there. Faith is, in reality a choice to believe in that which you do not yet see. It is a choice to believe in the goodness of the universe, and a choice to believe that the power that created you, the same power that plants dreams within your heart, will also work to fulfill them. Faith, technically speaking, is a choice to align your mental, emotional, and spiritual energies with that of love. When you have true, deep, abiding faith, you are like a radio tuning into the frequency of God's love, and therefore allowing yourself to receive this love in your life. When you do not have faith, you are like a radio that cannot find the desired station. Without faith, you are not always tuned into love, and therefore you cannot always receive it.

"But I had faith," some of you say, "and nothing happened." Dear ones, you must have faith in God's love unwaveringly, for in truth, if you really believed in the love of God you would act differently than you do when you put your faith in fearful outcomes. If you believed in the love of God, you would be financially responsible of course, but you would not waste your time on worry. If you really believed in the love of God, you would feel filled and loving towards others. If you really believed in the love of God, you would know that even if your dreams have not yet come to pass, God is working on the most benevolent outcome for your entire life.

God is not a human being, dear ones! God does not require you to behave a certain way in order to love you. God's love is the breath you breathe. God's love is the force that moves the stars in the heavens. God's love is the energy that turns the seasons, makes the sun rise, grows the plants, and yes, at times, allows forces of nature to wreak havoc so that new life may begin again. God's love dear ones, is always there for you. Will you believe in it? Will you search for it deep within your hearts and bring it forth to share with the world?

Faith is not idly sitting by and expecting to win the lottery, for in truth that is often based on fearful thinking. "I am afraid my dreams will not come true. I do not believe in God's miraculous ability to deliver them. Therefore I pick this one way that I may assuage my fears! I want to win the lottery! I want to have lots of money! Then I will be secure! Then I will have faith! Then I will be a loving person!" And dear ones, we do exaggerate a bit here, but in truth that is backwards thinking. If you want to win the lottery for fun, fine, create it! But put your faith in God's love instead! Put your faith in God's ability to manifest your dreams. Focus your attention on being loving to self and others, and then dear ones, whether your numbers win or not, you have already won. You have already filled your heart with peace, your days, with love, and your mind with the knowing that you are secure resting in the arms of the one who created you.

I got the lottery speech last month :) I very rarely ask the angels about money, because in truth I know I am cared for; that all my needs will be met; and that when something comes up that I truly desire, the universe will provide. However, after the slew of home issues last year capped off by "the big leak repair" right before Christmas, I started wishing I had a little extra on hand. "Why can't I win the lottery?!" I asked the angels? It was such an unusual question for me. "Because you don't want superficial solutions this lifetime, Ann," they replied. "You really wanted to know and teach God's love and so you have to create everything from the inside out. You have to have faith." "I DO have faith!" I replied. "I have had faith through every single financial challenge I've had, and it always works out." "Then why do you need the lottery?" the angels replied. "There is so much more I want to do and create," I persisted. "And when you really want to do it, and create it, do you not believe the means will be there?" they asked me They had a point and I started laughing. Every time I need or truly deeply desire something, IN THE PRESENT, it comes.

I think at some point in time most people have wished for more of a buffer in the bank to assuage their fears, and yet at the same time God does provide. Years ago, way back when I was young and got married, we read a passage in the ceremony about how God takes care of the lilies and the sparrows and so much more all of us. I still have that knowing and life still works that way. I had an expensive computer repair a few weeks ago and a dear client who does regular coaching sessions decided to pay ahead for the year. There went the computer bill.

It ends up I needed faith once again this week. I thought the insurance adjustor had said they were "going" to take up the tile and fix the foundation. I was terrified then relieved. I made peace with that. Then I talked to the financial folks at the insurance company and realized that I had heard wrong - they are fixing some of it but "IF I have" to pull up the tile and jackhammer the floor that will be my responsibility. "How do I know if I have to do that?" I asked. The angels have already told me there was nothing life threatening going on but I also want to be sure my foundation is sound. "It will be your responsibility to hire a structural engineer," the lady told me. She gave me the names of a few reputable companies. Not cheap. I got off the phone and prayed, "God I want to make sure my home is strong and stable and if it is not please guide me as to how to make it so. Thank you."

I "happened" to be helping a friend that day. As I shared my concerns, she reminded me that her father in law was a retired structural engineer and would be willing to come out as a favor and take a look. I felt that warm wave of energy I have come to assosicate with God saying, "See I've got you covered!" And thank GOD, this dear man who has dedicated his life to making sure buildings are stable told me mine IS! My heart is singing! No breaking up the foundation, just tile repair and fixing a few cracks in the walls due to what he said was very normal settling. That is going to be much easier on me than I originally thought. I am so grateful. When we surrender, things change. When we trust God, help is given. But it takes mental muscle not to go down that road of panic when we don't have a clue how something will be handled.

Even if you have to give something up at some point in time, better always comes in the future. Years ago when I left a cherished home with my ex-husband during a divorce, I did so because I knew I knew how to manifest and I wanted one of us to have the home that I'd poured so much love into. I could have insisted we sell it and split the proceeds, but that wasn't what was in my heart at the time. So, for a few years I lived in a very nice smaller apartment that worked perfectly for that phase in my life. I needed to be free then to discover who I was and I didn't have time for mortgage or maintenance. Then, at the perfect time and in the perfect way, I found the perfect home for me. It was in fact, a newer model of the home I had left with my husband, made by the same builders, and with the improvements I had always dreamed of! God knew all along what I wanted, but first had to give me what I needed. It always works out that way.

If you are worried about money, by all means, do the responsible things that you know to do, but then relax. Give the rest to God. "God I want to pay the bills so please guide me. Bring me your miracles!" But make sure as you pray these prayers you choose to have faith. Choose to align your mind, body, and spirit with the truth of God's love. And then don't waste another minute on worry. Get on with life. Be kind and loving, and know you are loved and cared for. When a roof company quoted me $400 to fix one broken tile, I prayed and soon another friend recommended a wonderful father/son team who came up with an elegant and inexpensive fix, arrived on time, were fun, friendly, and honest. (Lance Lambert and his son Cris at 602-349-1054 not only do roof repairs but other general contracting type work and they are delightful)!

All losses are simply temporary on the path to better if you have faith. All seeming setbacks, are just building blocks on the path to your dreams. I'm experiencing all that quite literally these days! My foundation is sound as I root myself further in the truth of God's love. Amazing grace is always at work! Will you choose to believe in it? I hope so. It certainly makes life a lot more enjoyable.

May is the energy of relationship. It is the request, the honoring, the answer. May I? Relationship is a constant in life, for humans are give/receive mechanisms, a physical experience of form, movement, interaction and change. Your vehicle of change is perspective and choice. Perspective is the taking in of information (how it mingles within) and choice is the giving out of information. You inform The Field through your vibratory instruction. What you emit is your choice.

Relationship is your interaction with Life. Are you fearful, resistant, excited or engaged? All relationship begins within, for all relationship is specific to your perspective. As you receive life in (feminine energy – nothing to do with a female gender) you are courageously allowing Life to Flow – changing the Whole. This is the experience of allowing others their own experience without manipulating the world around you into a form that you will accept. This is the lesson of creating through sharing Self, no matter the chance of rejection, abandonment or lack of appreciation. As you give life out (masculine energy – nothing to do with a male gender) you are courageously Flowing into Life – changing the Whole. This is the experience of directing the Self with the grace of understanding the effect on The Whole (personal responsibility/response-ability). Directing out such that free will is honored for all. Directing out in a manner that propagates Freedom and Love without controlling the world around you into a form that serves the Self only.

Every second of your life is relationship. You are the Self relating to Life. Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body is the relay (relating) system through which Life is experienced. Perspective and choice are the relay vehicles that then manifest action. You relate with people (mates, family, friends, co-workers, politicians, people in the news, ancestors, etc.) and experiences through your emotional and mental system, that is how they are processed within. That is influenced by your spiritual flow and influences your physical flow. May brings the request, the question. Not just “May I,” but “Will I?” Will is choice. In most societies we have observed will as overpowering – an external proof of the power of Self relating to Life. As Lightworkers we are tasked to shine forth our Love into Life, illuminating Love’s path of creation. There are innumerable paths – all of them correct, valid and serving Life. Yet what serves the Self? For a Lightworker it is synonymous with what serves Life. Free will honored, requested and answered. You become Whole within and the relating has a strong foundation.
The Astrology

May has some exciting beginnings that will feed into the power of June. Saturn is still retrograde in Libra (2/7-6/25) urging us to relate through ease or feel the compression of resistance. Pluto is still retrograde in Capricorn (4/10-9/18) transforming rigid structure that stalls change into fluid structure that supports free will more easily. On 5/5 the full moon in Scorpio pulls the depth of shadow into the light. Scorpio is an intense emotional energy. You may be feeling vulnerable within, so be sure to balance that with your boundaries that serve your growth at the pace you need. Venus turns retrograde on 5/15 (until 6/27) in Gemini. Here we review and rebalance our dual nature within, uniting within the beauty of Love. Gemini is an airy energy of communication, which is our relationship with the world around us whether we communicate through thought, word, deed or most importantly, intention. This retrograde of Venus is about connection and Gemini offers the opportunity to connect the dots into alignment with Love. On 5/20 there is a solar eclipse on the new moon in Gemini. All eclipses are powerful points of resetting energy (release and activation); however, this one has some special points of interest. It aligns with the Pleiades, most specifically Alcyone. Our true heritage is brought to Light as we align son to sun. As the moon aligns with the sun in Gemini and the sun aligns with Alcyone, we meet at a point of no return that allows our dual nature to cohere into the greater Whole. June will host the second eclipse and the Venus transit, a powerful, rare occultation.
The Numerology

May is a month of 5 in a year of 5 (2+0+1+2=5). 5 is the energy of change. Expect change and welcome change. It has the ability to be relatively easy – it all depends on how you relate to it (easier said than done – I know!). You are a powerful Being. You are working with the Light (sun) to create a world founded in Love, joy, peace, ease, sharing, abundance, creativity, excitement, etc. This Light is within and change is how it manifests into form as you emit vibration out into the space/time of Life on Earth.

Right action, right relations are tenants of many indigenous cultures that honored Life in a way that we are returning to as we become aware of the Whole Truth of our relationships. Relationship brings change, for it is an inter-action with Life. May is your opportunity to perceive and choose such that your Life is transformed into a basis for Love’s growth. We are into the 5th month of 2012 and as I sit with the energies scanning the past 4 months I see and feel erratic fluctuations pulling and pushing like a sawing motion, accompanied by drops in elevation down into sinkholes, then popping out like cartoon toast from a toaster boing-ing up and slow spiraling down to land gently on soft moss that soon morphs into mud and turns into a slurry that cascades us with it to the edge of a precipice and off we go because there’s no other choice and instead of falling, we’re floating and then suddenly falling and then going up and on and on it goes. Yikes!

At times I’ve also felt like I’m on a carnival ride – the Cup and Saucer. I’m sitting in the cup and it begins to spin and the larger saucer is also spinning, faster and faster, at different rates and sometimes different directions. Centrifugal forces are bringing up our issues for integration and lightening up.

We may be feeling a little dizzy or nauseous, experiencing digestive issues, sudden feelings of panic, or a general flat-lining feeling that leaves us staring into space. Surges of energy are entering our nervous system affecting our physical bodies, our emotional/mental body and blurring the lines of reality. I’m not even sure I can explain what that means, but so-called reality seems a bit fuzzy at times, along with the flow of time itself. And the sun… what’s up with the sun? The light seems different somehow and yet I can’t quite put my finger on it. It seems “old” or diffused… the shadows seem long even at mid-day.
That old onion analogy

Veneers of the old camouflage we took on as coping mechanisms throughout our lives continue to be brought to our attention through our thoughts and feelings. This can be so uncomfortable but is integral to our rising into the fullness of our being. We need to look at our “faults” and self judgments and bring them into our hearts as we would soothe a crying child. Learning to stop judging ourselves and others, knowing that we’re all on this ride together, helps to bring us back to ourselves and take care of our own process. This also gives rise to deeper compassion for those who seem to be freaking out or holding on to the old, splattering us with their dysfunction (triggering ours!). It’s all an opportunity to love ourselves..
Repositioning

Many people are making life-changing decisions at this time – many are moving to new locations – as one friend said, people are being “re-positioned.” Job changes and relationship changes are ongoing. Flare-ups in relationships, outbursts of anger, and abrupt changes in behavior continue to abound. We are all on notice to really practice not taking things personally.

Slippin’ and Slidin’

This is a transitional time where that which is unresolved will be coming to the surface for completion. Loose ends could turn into whips so be sure to take care of any unfinished business and promises not yet fulfilled. Unexpected events from the micro to the macro are bubbling up. Trust that all is well and in alignment with the great shift and adapt a feeling of wonderment as you traverse the terrain of May. We are each on a path and those pathways can become obscured as winds of energy change the landscape. There may be times when you don’t know where you’re going because what once was clear has become cloudy. Uncertainty abounds. Make friends with it.

For some, the outer world may seem to remain the same, but an inner swirling of energy will be felt amplifying a feeling that provokes the question “what’s going on?” This is why having a feeling of wonderment as the world turns around us will help us maintain a state of witnessing the grandeur of life. This helps us to stay in our little boats as the seas churn all around. Conscious breathing and tuning in to love will assist us in stabilizing our equilibrium. This will be an ongoing necessity as our pathways become obscured and the ground underneath slippery. What once was there suddenly disappears and we’re in unknown, never before seen territory. This makes us nervous. But we still contain and embody the integrity of our essence and that is a profound knowing that brings us stability. Know who you are. Support who you are. Speak your truth and live your truth.

When nervous, panicky feelings come into us, we can know for sure that others “out there” are feeling it, too. Through our breath, we can bring in soothing, grounding energy and send it out into the collective consciousness.
Birthing our new lives

Living what isn’t our truth is becoming unbearable, so if you’ve lost your job or are in the process of releasing a relationship, know it as a blessing and an opportunity for you to align with something that brings you joy. Know that for every ending is a beginning.

Emotional currents, and thought forms that give birth to emotions, are swirling around among endings and new beginnings. If you are initiating a major life change, check in to know that you are following your heart, even thought it may waver at times. Us humans do resist change and all that is required to create change at the planetary level, but the heart-guided changes we make in 3D rise up through our dimensional frequencies and re-align us with the original vibration of our Soul. How can this not bring us fulfillment and joy at every level?
We’re not alone

Knowing that all of humanity is connected in the One-ness will help us to stay in the Light and find balance in uncertain and changing times. Reaching out, connecting with one another, calling a friend or going to a gathering can be soothing and supportive in times of change.

The Vastness of Being say, “We see you standing, feet apart, knees slightly bent helping you to stay upright and as the earth moves underneath you, you sway back and forth with the rhythm of the shifting. That is how the energies look at this time. Shaking ground, shifting sands, uprisings rising up.” We all support each other through the energetic web of light that links us to one another.

Dimensional shifts are filtering down into the planetary 3D experience, creating cracks that can be seen in many of our lives and/or in the expanded global picture. New energies are released through the fissures giving us the opportunity to rise up, explore and embody new wisdom and experiences. We, as a collective consciousness, are all going through this together. The journey is all about self love and acceptance.
Resistance is Futile

We need to be as flexible as possible as the energies rock our world inside and out. Grounding into the earth and connecting our heartbeat to the heartbeat of the earth keeps us in harmony. This is our chance to strengthen our ability to remain in the present moment.

Sharing loving, happy moments in our day, radiating gratitude and appreciation, celebrating our friendships and loving connections helps to raise our collective vibration. In mirthful moments, we can send the energy that we’re feeling through the inner net, connecting with other humans… they receive it and feel it and radiate it outwards, others receive it and then send it forward, on and on… this creates a vibration of love energy throughout humanity. We literally pulsate the love vibe throughout ourselves and the inner net of humanity. We will see others being drawn into our lives with serendipity and synchronicity. Radiance is released through these moments of spontaneity and it will be like a party around you… a party of radiance around each of us… a celebration… a joyful energy.

Don’t Look Back

Look to where you are in the present. Much is bubbling up around us. If we stay connected to our hearts and remember who we are – our energetic vibration is the energy of our Soul – if we nurture this energy that is our unique vibration, we will stay in integrity and be able to navigate the ever-changing currents. Joyful celebration with one another, creative expression of our divine gifts – saying YES! to who we are – strengthens the connection we have to one another. It’s like many people holding hands, feet firmly planted on the ground bracing against a strong current, gathering strength through our One-ness.

When we move through the times of uncertainty and maintain our inner integrity, we will find ourselves in new places living a life more aligned to our Soul’s highest path and purpose. Know that you are fully supported in creating your new life.

There is a saying “I can see right through you” and that has never been more applicable than now. It feels like everyone around us, including us, is becoming more and more transparent, as all of who they/we are – and who they/we are not – is laid bare. This transparency is happening whether we like it or not – it is not as if everyone is suddenly feeling urged to be totally upfront and honest with each other. It is more like a curtain that was once dense is now becoming sheer, and so there is nowhere to hide.

As this process happens, we may not always like what we see. We may have preferred the illusion of what someone or something was, more than we like the reality. Even if we had a fairly good idea of what someone or something was, the in-your-face transparency occurring right now is like someone turning the dimmer light switch up from medium to high. We may have thought we were seeing clearly a year ago or even a month ago, but it’s becoming a whole new ball game now.

The degree to which you are still attached to any specific illusion as opposed to its truth reality, (be it a person, relationship, cultural or religious belief), the greater the emotional trigger as the veil collapses. As something is revealed to you, in some cases for the first time in other cases for the hundredth time, you will feel anything from deep grief or intense anger on the ‘still attached’ end of the spectrum to mildly amused or barely interested observer on the ‘detached’ end of the spectrum.

If you are being triggered, it will be helpful to realise that the ‘truth’ you are seeing is actually serving you in being revealed to you. Your emotional reaction is simply the ego thrashing about, still wanting to be engaged in an old story or drama. However, if you stop for a moment and get back into your centre you can emotionally disengage for long enough to ask yourself a good question: “Is this truth I am seeing really bothering me, or is it actually quite liberating to finally see this?” If you are angry because certain people are acting a certain way, ask yourself: “Do I really want them to act the way I am saying I want? Or am I being given a gift here? If this is a gift, what is the gift?”

Our freedom lies in realising we don’t have to react, or at least we can consciously choose how or even if we want to respond. Our old karmic ties are ending and so we are not karmically obligated to continue playing out old roles or patterns, or engaging in old relationships and dynamics that are no longer serving us. If someone ‘makes’ you feel not good enough, or ashamed, or judged, know that it is you who is still choosing to stay plugged in to an old story. There is no value in choosing to stay plugged in anymore. It is time to consciously remember that others do not define us.

In the old cycle we needed others to trigger us into remembering who we are, often by others treating us less than. We remembered via overcoming pain, suffering, repression and other difficulties. We had our heads turned from who we are, from source energy, from the fullness of our light, and so we bought into stories around lack, limitation, restriction and disconnection. In the new cycle we are becoming the ‘living awake’ humans. Our heads are being turned forward toward the fullness of our light once again. Image a hose that was twisted and the water couldn’t get through, but now it is becoming untwisted and so the water can flow freely once again. That is what’s happening to us in this Shift. We are stepping into and embodying our divine identity, power and abilities. Our upside down world is becoming right side up again, and just like those snow shaker things the flipping process makes everything look chaotic for a while, but know that things are becoming right way up.

Some of us are grieving the loss or death of people in our lives who never really existed. Of course, the physical being that they are existed and is still alive, but the projection we cast onto them, the identity that we gave them, did not exist. We are seeing that now, and it might be hard to feel and face.

You might be feeling like every day is an exercise in your buttons being pushed, and you are really over it. The only way to be done with this, is to finally actually get over it. Get over needing someone to be what they are never going to be, or not going to be yet, or don’t even want to be. Get over acting like you are responsible for other people’s actions and emotions. Get over feeling like others are responsible for your actions and emotions. It is time to take full responsibility for who we are and how we are, and unplug from the cords we have stuck into others and had others stick into us. It is time to unplug from the projections we have thrown onto others, and had thrown onto us.

One of the biggest projections occurring right now is the one we have collectively thrown over this year 2012. Many either believe it’s the end of the world, or the year that our star family finally come to save us. Both these beliefs deny any sense of self-responsibility or collective responsibility for the world we have created and are yet to create. As we cross the threshold of Dec 21, 2012 it will be a pivotal, empowering moment for humanity because finally we can be free of prophecies and the incorrect interpretations of them. Finally we can wake up from the illusion that it doesn’t really matter what we do because the world is either going to end or we’ll be ‘saved’.

“Midnight will come, nothing will happen except some softly falling snow, and people will awake the next morning to a planet that needs to be taken care of. The clearing of apocalyptical belief systems will be exceedingly painful because caring more about beliefs than about the planet must cease.”- Barbara Hand Clow, The Pleiadian Agenda

Barbara Hand Clow was referring to the start of the new millennium, but these words can apply to the end of this year also. There will be grief as the veil is finally and fully lifted, and people realise that no-one is coming to save us. Those Hopi’s were smart cookies when they said “We are the ones we have been waiting for.” Our star families are watching us, they are close by, and I’m sure they will come and visit. However to ‘save us’ is to defy the whole point of our evolutionary intention: to awaken, to remember, and to realise that we know how to save ourselves.

To the dismay of the doomsdayers, the only waves that are going to wash over the planet are high vibration energetic ones. These waves are impulsing us to awaken, to remember who we are, to remember our power and to remember our true, divine, galactic origins and identities. These waves are cleansing our energy bodies, bringing to the surface anything remaining of the old vibration. These waves are clearing our hearts, our minds and our eyes, making us see and hear and feel more clearly. The waves are not like a magic wand, cleansing and clearing regardless of your own personal participation. They are simply ‘truth-revealers’ – what we each do with our own truth, and how we each respond to the increasing truth we see, is up to us.

For some, this time of ‘revelations’ will feel like a nightmare. For others it will be bountiful bliss. This is why it has been so important to get as conscious as possible by 2012 – the more willing you are to face all this ‘truth in your face’ the easier the ride can be. It can still be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be painful or scary. If you are feeling pain or fear, ask yourself: What am I resisting? What am I not wanting to face? What am I scared of? Don’t judge or be afraid for people who don’t seem like they are on a ‘conscious’ path. There are lots of spiritual seekers who don’t want to look at their shadow, and so still have a bunch of truth to face, meanwhile there are folks who’ve never picked up a self-help book in their life who couldn’t be more ‘tell it like it is’, know exactly who they are and can see through anyone a mile away.

There will be celebration as the veil is finally and fully lifted, because all those who are ready and willing to take part in the building of a new earth will roll up their sleeves and start (or continue) doing something to make that happen.

There are a lot of emotions, and there’s lot of energy, flying around the place right now, and it will become increasingly important to not get hooked in or distracted by that which doesn’t belong to you, or by that which isn’t even real (ie old projections or illusions). Remember that as we move into higher frequency energy, that which is not in alignment with the higher vibration has to come up for clearing so it will be more visible, it will be more in your face. This will make it seem like things are getting worse, but know that these are the very signs telling us that things are on their way to getting a whole lot better. We can’t know how to make things right, unless we become totally aware of where we’ve gone wrong. We can’t step fully into our power, unless we become fully aware of exactly how and where we have been disempowered.

On the topic of illusions and projections, there has been a long time rumour that the old powers that were will try to create a false flag event using hologram technology making it seem like we are being attacked by an ‘alien’ race or they’ll project faces of religious figures in the sky just to get some end of the world zeal happening. We know that they have this technology, we know that they aren’t beyond creating events to trigger fear and assume even more control, so this really isn’t that far-fetched. However, old reality intentions and energy are having a harder and harder time existing with each passing day in the higher energies so I’m not sure they could pull this off anymore. That said, it’s good to be aware that intentions like that exist so that IF something happens you can be prepared.

The best way to be prepared is to be familiar with your own true feelings, and this is yet another reason it’s important to unplug from constantly reacting to what other people are and aren’t doing. When you hear from one person ‘get on the spaceships if they come’ and you hear from another person ‘don’t get on’, what do you do? Listen to your own heart in that moment. You know who feels good and who doesn’t in your home or at a party or in the shopping mall, and the same applies here. There is not one type of star race, there is not one type of star ship, there is not one common intention among any visitors who may come. If they come and it all feels a bit controlling or patronising, you probably don’t want to join their party. If you cry joyful tears because you feel like you are being reunited with family, hug away! Listen to your own inner counsel and trust yourself.

As you witness that which you don’t like being revealed, use it as a catalyst for reminding you what it is you would like, what it is you would prefer. Find some small way to move toward that preference be it changing the way you think or act. Every single thing that we each do or don’t do right now will determine the kind of world we create with this ‘once in many lifetimes’ opportunity to create a very new reality. We are each one part of a huge 7 billion piece jigsaw puzzle. Your piece counts. Your piece matters. The question now is not: What kind of world are we going to have beyond 2012? It is: What kind of world do you want beyond 2012, and what are you doing with your piece of the puzzle to make it so?

The energy of May began with a bang. January 1st 2012 was the last time we opened a month with such strong energy of new potentials. This May 1st Birth Energy lasted a few days, and has now quietened again as I finish writing this forecast on May 5th.

Many of you will have deeply felt it, been catalysed by it and felt a resulting surge of energy in you that was clearly new life emerging. Throughout May this birth energy will continually resurface, and so the experience of May will be of (faster than ever) expansion and contractions.

These are the labour movements/pains for us as a changing planet and people, as the baby is getting closer to its birth now. The baby being our new world. This means the contractions will be felt more deeply by those who were unaware they were birthing. So challenges for everyone in various areas of life are an ongoing theme, but if you are used to this theme and learning to stabilise it, you will easier breathe through the contractions and harness the heights available in the expansions.

In the expansion lies the energies of excitement and anticipation - an ever closer sense of the baby's arrival. This can also lead to the feeling of wanting to prepare and organise areas of your life. May will see many of you organising, tidying, and de-cluttering, to get your space fresh and ready for the new. This practise will lead to stronger manifestation so de-clutter with love and intention, for the highest effects.

Excitement and feeling truly alive in your heart center will be stronger than ever in May, as June will usher in a wave of greater heart energy than we have yet seen on our planet. So those of you who have already experienced the miraculous moments in recent months (synchronicities, heightened telepathic and sensory experiences, deeper sense of love and oneness) can expect a growth of this. And the better you get at supporting yourself through the contractions, the more regular the miraculous will become.

The contractions I speak of do serve us, even though some of you may be struggling to welcome them. They serve the need for us each to flush out what is dense and and out-dated in our lives. This 'flush' theme, which has been strong since 2012 began, will rise to an intense peak in May, with the 15th being indicated as a high point.

Many of you have completed this phase already and cleared through so much of the past. So for you, May will mostly be about new foundations for your future appearing to you, and being consciously built and directed by you.

More than at any time in our generation's history, these new foundations will be nothing like your previous ideas for life – perhaps even nothing like what you were planning to do as recently as 3 months ago. Trust this if this is your reality, as you are truly not alone. You are part of the world shift right now, and many others are riding the same 'sudden change' crest of the wave that you are on.

Where previously the parameters of our societies would bind and keep us herded, we are in a rapid 'out with the old, in with the new' period. So a desire to implement sudden change or taking impulsive action will reign more than usually for a lot of people. You may experience nervousness with this new boldness, and uncertainty about your choices will be a mental symptom from time to time. But know that these symptoms are part of the journey of your deeper awakening. You are stepping away from the road well travelled, and onto the road your intelligent body (rather than your mind) wants you to walk.

So remember, if you feel off centre or emotional at times (which is highly likely during these release periods), you can connect up into your higher self, or the greater spirit to re-empower yourself. Just close your eyes and imagine a column of light extending from the top of your head, up into the sky. Feel that connection and remember you are not alone. This column connects you to the universal life force, and can calm the body when it becomes too invested in what is going on horizontally on Earth and forgets that you are connected to everything.

For those of you who didn't experience yourself 'flushing' the past recently, the flushing experience may now be intense for you, and come in pulses. From April 29th onwards, a pulsing energy has been present universally, preparing us for the birth of June's greater heart energy. This energy ushers in a deeply creative and innovative time of renewal for the individual and the planet. This period will see a new and rapid phase of our society freeing itself from so many existent shackles. So there is a lot on the way, and we can all feel it.

Breathe. Remember to breathe.

You will know you are still flushing if challenges are manifesting regularly. These challenges take the form of pure feelings (feeling emotional or off balance with no identifiable external cause) or triggers in your external circumstances (something in your life which causes sadness or anxiety to rise in you).

The emotional journey of the flush is overcoming painful or difficult feelings from your history at rapid speed. This is often coupled with mental overactivity, as the mind tries to reassess previous actions and experiences, in order to resolve and move on.

Surrender to releasing the feeling, connect regularly with your higher self (your connection to everything and everyone), and physically nurture yourself at moments of greater stress or intensity. Thoughts are only thoughts, however persistent they may be, and an overactive mind is a response to an emotional energy field that is out of balance in the body. So dive into the body and the feelings to allow the rebalancing process. Several of these techniques may help;

Meditate (to clear the mind)
Sit or lie down and focus on breathing deeply and consciously into your belly, for at least 10 minutes at a time
Exercise physically/do yoga or similar energy practises
Feed the body with good and light nutrition and plenty of water
Create (paint, write, cook, sing, dance, build...the list is endless)
Communicate what needs to be expressed from within (write out your thoughts/feelings/reflections on paper)
Seek the company of good and easy souls, for playing or just being together

These methods will all help get you into the body and release an over expressive mind, particularly when choosing to practise several of them daily.

New life is birthing and in these first days of May, some of you will experience the rapid intensity of giving birth. Pre and post-natal depression or fatigue will be a symptom for the creative among you, so remember to rest between times of output. Output that will feel compulsive for many creators among you, as you will want to 'do' with the energy that surges through you.

This surge is also because the future, which in recent months held more of a blind spot than usual for many of us, is starting to open up again. The visionaries among you will feel as if you can see further ahead than you have in a long while, so dreaming and intending for the most peaceful planetary shift possible, will be a wonderful way to support our world and your personal journey right now. This intention will also be a wonderful support to the rising 'creator energy' on Earth, which is working to pave a new heartfelt road.

Finally, regarding communication in relationships, be conscious of the energy of war in relationships in May. Communicate through your friction points with others only when you absolutely feel you need to, as many of you will be in 'the flush' and simply replaying past situations and events in your life.

It will be better to try and clear through the unresolved memory or feeling in yourself before playing it out with somebody else. 2012 emotions are very heightened, as we are each moving fast through multiple timelines in ourselves, yet rarely at the same place as each other at the same time. Clashes can easily occur because everyone is feeling more passionately, yet we are all also more in our own worlds and personal timelines than ever before. So trying to replay the past with other people, in order to seek resolution, can spectacularly backfire on you in times like these.

So if you feel to play it out with someone, first ask yourself what will it achieve? If you are trying to resolve a lingering emotion inside yourself or a judgement on 'what happened', remember that the past is gone. So even if your mind insists that you were provoked by another, only you can help yourself by letting the lingering feeling flush through you. When someone has been on the receiving end of violence from another person, they do not go back to that person and ask them to heal the bruises they inflicted. They retreat and let the body do it's inner work. The same principle applies here for peace.

These memories resurface to teach us so we can let go for the future. They are not here to teach us that we got it wrong in the past.

Finally, laugh and smile as much as you can. We are manifesting new life on Earth, so let's infuse it with passion and positivity, for energy creates.

So choose what energy you want to birth in the world, and focus on becoming it. The potentials within you are infinite and the universal power within you, is being remembered.

And that is a very good thing.
