Since the beginning of 2012, the energies have gone from feeling stuck, to feeling like we are in an out-of-control spaceship. This pace is literally taking our breath away. Yet we when we tune in deeply to our hearts, we are excited and feel like we are finally about to arrive. There is an excitement in the air that we have been missing for some time, and it feels good.

The Earth is shifting; in fact, it is getting an entire new grid system. The tectonic plates are wobbling magnetically as well. So finding and staying in our centers is becoming more difficult. Some symptoms that are popping up for people that are extra sensitive to the Earth's energies might be mild nausea, like morning sickness, a slight dull headache that won't go away, and a sore spot in the heart chakra area. These are temporary situations.

You are building a new body as well. Scientists know that our bodies replace every single cell every seven years. What we are experiencing NOW is an accelerated rate of this cellular regeneration of our physical and light bodies. It is going to be a whole new way to BE. It is going to feel a little strange for some time as this process completes, and we don't expect this intensity to lighten up any time soon. A lot will be coming up; old stuff and more recent regurgitations.

Don't judge your process or the processes others are going through. Judgments and spiritual arrogance have no place in these times. All are a perfect mirror of God . . . including YOU. Remember . . . what you resist, you can never be free from, so allow, surrender and flow with the process. AGAIN … what you resist, you can never be free from. Allow your story to unfold. Remember that where you have been, and what you have experienced, good or bad, has placed you where you are today. Just a quick look back will remind you how much you have grown. Don't you see how much you have already evolved! Don't forget this.

We are finding that we are becoming increasingly unable to cope with the illusions of this world; like injustices, dishonesties, integrity issues, dramas in family and other relationships, and the 3D world not working as expected. All this is feeling like an endless retrograde situation to us. Again this is a temporary situation. We are feeling these things more prominently now, because we are already IN the new world where these illusions do not exist. Our DNA is learning to balance and reorganize this contradiction of frequencies. The only thing in our way now is our own mind.

The intense energy might want to make us just crawl into a cave and wait it out. But we don't do this. We stand firm on the Earth each day, breathe in and out, and we try our best to stay in our center wherever that might be in any given moment. Everything around us is shifting and changing at a ridiculous rate of speed. If we try to hide out, or hunker down, it will not work. We must stay involved. We must participate in this grand unfolding of a new earth, humanities awakening and the unification of the collective consciousness. This is what you came here for. You signed up for this.

The Earth is getting a new grid system and we are renovating ourselves to be in alignment with this new grid system. This will come with a new orientation point, with a new heart center, and a new body. Let's just say that we have a lot on our plates right now.

Also, a magnetic pole shift might come sooner than first thought. Magnetic pole shifts are not as far-fetched as one might think. Geologists know the Earth and the Sun shifts magnetically every so often. This will not create world wide physical earth changes.

Our body is evolving in every sense of the word; quicker than any other time in history. Our blood has iron in it, and iron is magnetic. Because of this fact, whatever happens on the Earth and its magnetic field, as well as the Sun's magnetic field, we will be equally affected by. WE are ONE with the Earth, the sky and all life.

An interesting fact is that we have already ascended to a higher frequency. The only issue is that our mind (our memory and our self-image) has not come to grips with this fact. The iron in our body (in our blood) holds memory and history, so as the Earth's magnetic field drops to zero, our memory is cleared and rebooted and raised up to a new frequency. Eventually then our mind will catch up with what has already taken place in the higher realms.

This is a divine synchronization of all life on Earth with its attached collective consciousness. Some people will need to accelerate their spiritual and physical process by being very rigid with their routines. Others will need to slow down their process, by meditating less, eating heavier food and … well… what looks like goofing off :) We must do what feels right in each moment without worry about what others will think about you. And we must not judge others for living their lives differently than ours. Did you hear that? This is important. Again . . . Judgment and spiritual arrogance has no place in these times. There are reasons why we are living the way we are living. The way we live our life now might be very different than from a couple of years ago. How we live our lives next week might be polar opposite to today. Humanity and all life is synchronizing with the whole, the ONE. Why? . . . because we are going through this dimensional gate together. Everybody needs to be at the same frequency, on the same bandwidth, on the same page, etc…

There is nothing more that we need to learn. The searching is over. We have everything inside us that we need, right now. But we already know this. Now it is time to believe it. We will receive necessary wisdom and appropriate alchemy when, and only when, our frequency is ready for the next step in this ascension process. This is a failsafe program to keep us safe from burning up in the ascension light. This is a step by step process. We have learned in the past that if we ascend too soon, or are out of sync with an ascending age, we fail . . . because we are not ready for the energy. We learned this the hard way in Egypt and Atlantis. Everything needs to be synchronized on the same page and on the same bandwidth. From our vantage point, all is going very well.

Lastly we are asking you to not go into sympathetic resonance with anyone going through hard challenges. Feeling sympathy will only bring your energy down, and make their journey harder. Remember . . . there is nothing to fix and nothing to heal. Each has chosen their path. We are harmonizing the collective field. Trust the process. Remember that what everyone is going through, is the process of bringing us all to that same page, so we can enter the new world that is awaiting us . . . together.

PS … The Star Elders really do love drama, and so does Archangel Michael; but they never go in to sympathetic resonance with the drama. For them it is just like watching a really good movie. They don't judge anything and just accept the process. If we can approach this year as they do, it will make our lives a lot easier.

Bees don't just make honey, they are vital to life on earth, every year pollinating 90% of plants and crops -- with an estimated $40bn value, over one-third of the food supply in many countries. Without immediate action to save bees, many of our favourite fruits, vegetables, and nuts could vanish from our shelves.

Recent years have seen a steep and disturbing global decline in bee populations -- some bee species are already extinct and some US species are at just 4% of their previous numbers. Scientists have been scrambling for answers. Some studies claim the decline may be due to a combination of factors including disease, habitat loss and toxic chemicals. You ponder the state of life you are fantasizing as if you were physically real instead of a thought.

You are many things. Still, you are One.

You are not My shadow. You are My light, and a spotlight is on you.

There is nothing that stands between Us, and We share love. Our love overlaps.

At first you think it is nonsense when I say you are a down spout, and you are an elevator going up, or that you are the bee who makes honey and so on. Yet something about what I say begins to feel right to you.

Beloveds, there is nothing that you are not, and I alone AM. At first this seems like an exaggeration, yet it is the whole Truth.

There is nothing you are not.

Those you love are you.

Those you do not feel love for are you.

There is nothing really that comes between you and another, another who seems like an another and, yet, who is you. You are the other looking at himself but since there is no other, you are looking at you and calling yourself by another name, as if you and the seeming other were not One.

Wherever you look, you are Oneness peering at yourself. Whoever speaks, you are the speaker. Whoever listens, you are the listener. Whoever paints, you are the artist. Whoever makes music, it is you. There is no between. There is no other. There is Oneness. You might as well get used to the idea, for that is the Truth and nothing else is

Right now, the annual Wesak blessing energies are building, the enlightened Masters assembling and connecting with humanity. The great ones like the Buddha, the Christ, and Kuan Yin will be with you more tangibly again this season. At Wesak celebrations worldwide, you will be able to sense their presence and receive their wisdom.

You knew that Wesak was one of those times when you could connect with an expanded level of spiritual fuel.

We are in a time of great change. America’s currency was captured in 1913. Her government was captured in 1933. This explains why petitioning our government has been to no meaningful avail. t is time to take action! It is time to take the destiny of our world in our own hands! Therefore we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, at the exact time of full moon this May. Millions of us will gather and visualize the liberation of our planet from the tyranny of the central bankers so that for the first time in our history we will have the chance to create our own destiny as free citizens of the Earth.

Wake up Call: Horus April 24, 12

Nancy: Horus, in the past few days the issue of you assisting us, as compared to us assisting you has come up. It is a new idea for me and at first I didn’t see how you could want or need our assistance in helping us. Can you explain some of what that means?

Horus: When someone takes the time to look into one’s soul and sees that there is a tremendous amount of sincerity there, then it is time to trust in oneself to the max. It is time to give yourself the benefit of knowing that you can be of assistance to many people, including those of us who live in the Inner Earth and in the Hollow Earth.

How would it be if we came to the surface now and began to intercede in your affairs? We have not lived your experiences, and therefore we do not have the inner knowing of what it means in actuality. We know the facts, we know what we see, however we are not the ones involved in the perspective that reflects the actual knowing of how it all affects you.

If we were to take the time to be on the surface and experience what you have been doing, then that would be a different story. For so long it has been thought that we can do anything for you because we are more advanced that you are. You have looked to us for guidance and in so doing you have allowed us to feel your energies in a certain way. However, that is not the same as living it. It is the origin of what is termed your 3D experience, and unless we are living it along side you on the surface, we cannot know fully what it is that you are in desire of, or what we can contribute to assist you in the deepest ways.

This is not to say that we cannot be of help. We can tell you what you can do to bring up your vibration, but we cannot fully give you the information of how to change the inner feeling and emotions that get stuck in your beingness. We can offer suggestions, but if they do not bring about the desired results, then we realize that it would be of help to us in our guidance to have more information through experience.

For instance, if you are trying to understand why you always have the same feelings of guilt come up in various ways, and you cannot get beyond it, it helps us to know some of the reasons that come to you for the guilt and more importantly some of the emotional responses that come to you. With that information, we can then go into the emotions and see what it is that can come for you to release the issues from your aura.

It is a complex thing at times. When you ask, ‘Why don’t they give us more help? Why don’t they come up now and walk with us and help us to get beyond all this?’ it is because we have not walked in your shoes. Though some of what you ask for we can provide, there are other things that it helps us to know and understand that can be of service. There is nothing more powerful than walking in one’s shoes to be more fully in the Oneness that we are all in. If you can supply us with the words and feelings as they come though you, then we can read them and understand more clearly.

There is another way that we can more clearly be of service through interaction with you, and that is for you to invite us to interact in a way that brings us together with you in your field and for us to feel your emotions and for you to feel the language of our love for you. We can be of more assistance to each other, therefore to the Oneness, if that can happen.

This is what was meant in our exchange recently about the suggestion that you may be starting to trance channel, though on a newer level. It is a matter of the channel sharing the vessel (your body) with one of us who wishes to be of assistance in some way. With this new way of channeling it is a blending of the two in the interest of experiencing the oneness on a whole new level. It can bring forth the experience that is created anew in the channeling and the sharing that would take place. It would reflect that there is no separation, and that there is a continual communication that is in the interest of all concerned.

Nancy: Thank you Horus. This is so very interesting and makes so much sense to me. I sense that this is only, in part, what you would like to relay through me. I feel that once we have more sharings, as we have had today, then we will be able to come to the ascension that is far beyond what it would have been in as far as what we can give to each other. I know that it will be a matter of having complete trust in the blending, and I do feel that. With the idea that came the other day from our dear friend who is visiting us, we have come to see that you and the others within the earth will benefit greatly from being able to communicate with us, as we will from you. That is what it is all about. Our Oneness isn’t just a word; it is a way of being. I Love it!

Horus: That it is dear one, we are going to be going forward at a much more profound rate, all of us. We shall come together again, and it will be grand, as it has been today. Blessings to you all!

On the day you leave your body -- what I like to call your Continuation Day -- you will be greeted by everyone you have ever loved in any way for any reason...and, standing in front of the group, every person who has been so very dear to you. It will be a grand and glorious reunion, with joy and laughter and pure wonderment filling every heart and soul!

This has also been experienced by everyone who has ever left here -- all those who have gone before you -- of course. So do not grieve for them. They are so very happy! I'm not sure why you were meant to hear this on this particular day...but I bet you are...

What are you worried about today? Why? Rather than worry about it, would it not be a better use of your mental time to visualize a positive outcome? Use your mind in this way today and you will have tapped one of the most extraordinary tools God has placed in your hand for the creation of your tomorrows.

that all families have troubles in them. Problem-free families do not exist. Indeed, the challenges in families are family's greatest gifts.

How else could we be healed of all the false notions we have about what it means to be human? How else could we learn of real love, and of true compassion, and of total acceptance?

There is, of course, nothing to learn. There is only for us to remember what we have always known. And families give us the greatest opportunity to do that. Therefore, don't condemn "Uncle Charlie" or "Aunt Matilda". Rather, embrace them even more fully, and show them what it means to be fully human...so that they can find their way back home.

that love is not what you want, it is what you are. It is very important to not get these two confused.

If you think that love is what you want, you will go searching for it all over the place. If you think love is what you are, you will go sharing it all over the place. The second approach will cause you to find what the searching will never reveal.

Yet you cannot give love in order to get it. Doing that is as much as saying you do not now have it. And that statement will, of course, be your reality. No, you must give love because you have it to give. In this will you experience your own possession of it.

It is not that difficult. Just be quiet with yourself. And for heaven's sake, stop listening to your mind. You will not find the truth there. You may find the answer, but it will not be the truth unless it coincides with the answer in your heart.

You think there is more to know about life than this, but there is not. Your heart holds the key. Your heart holds the wisdom. Your heart holds the future. Your mind knows nothing but the past. It imagines the future will be just like yesterday, so it makes it decisions based on that. Only your heart can see beyond memory's horizon.

Even a diagnosis of a terminal illness could be seen as another gift from life when experienced from a particular perspective.

It is an opportunity for us to express once again, at the next highest level, Who We Really Are. And, if it turns out that, at the Soul level, we have indeed decided to leave our present physicality in this particular way and time, that, too, would be an expression of our Highest Self. And so, all "calamities" are blessings, not yet understood by the Mind. God knew this was a good day for you to hear this...

that strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

Mahatma Gandhi said that, and he was right. Boy, was he right! My father put this to me in another way. Often during my childhood he would say, "Never take 'no' for an answer." And he made it clear to me that by this he meant, not just from people, but from life.

Life is bendable to our will more than we know. Every single time? Every single instant? No.

(Well, actually, yes...but that will probably not be our experience, unless we have reached Mastery.)

But more than we know. In fact, that's the deal. If we don't know that life bends to our will, it will not.

So the trick is to know that life is on our side -- and but awaits our command. Look what Gandhi did.

Most people are stuck right where they are. The reason they’re stuck, however, isn’t usually due to circumstances, incompetence, or lack of opportunity, but a simple unwillingness to change, to try new things.

We can make smaller, inner changes on a day-to-day, moment to moment basis – changes in our attitude, reactions, and expectations. I’m talking about being willing to take new risks, and face old fears.

Over and over again I hear people saying things like “I’ve always done things that way” or “That’s just the type of person I am.” These things are said as if they are carved in stone. It is amazing what you can learn by simply opening your mind and trying new things.

Starting today, tell yourself that you are going to do something, however small, a little differently. Perhaps you can be more friendly to the people you work with. Maybe it’s not too late to overcome your fear of asking others to help you, or for their advice whoever you are, whatever you do, there is always something you can do a little differently.

You may find that you love the tiny changes you make and that you can open exciting new doors by making relatively small adjustments. If you’re okay with the changes, you might want to try some other changes as well

I Really Like You
Learning to like somebody may be as easy as saying the words

Saying you are fond of someone might make you actually like that person, according to a study in the October 2011 issue of the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Animal Behavior Processes.

(Buddhist meditation has said this all along to meditate on liking people, having compassion for them)
Psychologists showed 39 students a series of photographs of people who had been previously judged as neither pleasant nor unpleasant and instructed them to say the word “likable” or “unlikable” while viewing each one. Later, the students saw the pictures again in a random order and expressed how they felt about every person. They said they liked people 17 percent more often when they had previously been told to say “likable” compared with when they had said “unlikable.” The study used a method that has been shown to circumvent any conscious memories of which image went with which label; the subjects truly seemed to feel more warmly toward those they called likable.

The results are something to consider the next time you politely say you like your boring dinner date or noisy office mate.

'The perfect health snack'--- "Popcorn":

London: Don`t forget to pick up a tub of popcorn the next time you go for a movie at a nearby theatre, for a new study has claimed that the humble cinema snack is the perfect health food.

Researchers at the University of Scranton have found that popcorn -- already known for being fibre-packed and relatively low in fat -- is packed with more health-boosting antioxidants than fruits and vegetables.

Antioxidants are known to reduce one`s risk of cancers, dementia and even heart disease.

And, the potent antioxidants, called polyphenols, in popcorn can fight harmful molecules that accumulate in the body and damage cells. They can also help to increase blood flow by relaxing the arteries, the `Daily Express` reported.

The researchers said that polyphenols are more concentrated in popcorn, which averages only about four per cent water, compared with the 90 per cent that makes up many fruits and vegetables.

In fact, the study revealed that the amount of polyphenols found in popcorn was up to 300 mg a serving which would provide 13 per cent of an average intake of polyphenolsa day.

In another surprising finding, the researchers discovered the hulls of popcorn, the part everyone hates for its tendency to get caught in the teeth, has the highest concentration of polyphenols and fibre.

Dr Joe Vinson, who led the study, said: "Those hulls deserve more respect. They are nutritional gold nuggets. Popcorn may be the perfect snack food. It`s the only snack that is 100 per cent unprocessed whole grain.

"One serving of popcorn will provide more than 70 per cent of the daily intake of whole grain. The average person only gets about half a serving of whole grains a day and popcorn could fill that gap in a very pleasant way."

But Dr Vinson cautioned that the way it is served -- cooking it in oil and adding butter, salt or sugar -- can put a dent in its health benefits. Air-popped popcorn has lowest number of calories, compared with popping it in oil.

Helping, Fixing or Serving?

Helping, fixing and serving represent three different ways of seeing life. When you help, you see life as weak. When you fix, you see life as broken. When you serve, you see life as whole. Fixing and helping may be the work of the ego, and service the work of the soul.

Service rests on the premise that the nature of life is sacred, that life is a holy mystery which has an unknown purpose. When we serve, we know that we belong to life and to that purpose. From the perspective of service, we are all connected: All suffering is like my suffering and all joy is like my joy. The impulse to serve emerges naturally and inevitably from this way of seeing.

Serving is different from helping. Helping is not a relationship between equals. A helper may see others as weaker than they are, needier than they are, and people often feel this inequality. The danger in helping is that we may inadvertently take away from people more than we could ever give them; we may diminish their self-esteem, their sense of worth, integrity or even wholeness.

When we help, we become aware of our own strength. But when we serve, we don’t serve with our strength; we serve with ourselves, and we draw from all of our experiences. Our limitations serve; our wounds serve; even our darkness can serve. My pain is the source of my compassion; my woundedness is the key to my empathy.

Serving makes us aware of our wholeness and its power. The wholeness in us serves the wholeness in others and the wholeness in life. The wholeness in you is the same as the wholeness in me. Service is a relationship between equals: our service strengthens us as well as others. Fixing and helping are draining, and over time we may burn out, but service is renewing. When we serve, our work itself will renew us. In helping we may find a sense of satisfaction; in serving we find a sense of gratitude.

Harry, an emergency physician, tells a story about discovering this. One evening on his shift in a busy emergency room, a woman was brought in about to give birth. When he examined her, Harry realized immediately that her obstetrician would not be able to get there in time and he was going to deliver this baby himself. Harry likes the technical challenge of delivering babies, and he was pleased. The team swung into action, one nurse hastily opening the instrument packs and two others standing at the foot of the table on either side of Harry, supporting the woman’s legs on their shoulders and murmuring reassurance. The baby was born almost immediately.

While the infant was still attached to her mother, Harry laid her along his left forearm. Holding the back of her head in his left hand, he took a suction bulb in his right and began to clear her mouth and nose of mucous. Suddenly, the baby opened her eyes and looked directly at him. In that instant, Harry stepped past all of his training and realized a very simple thing: that he was the first human being this baby girl had ever seen. He felt his heart go out to her in welcome from all people everywhere, and tears came to his eyes.

Harry has delivered hundreds of babies, and has always enjoyed the excitement of making rapid decisions and testing his own competency. But he says that he had never let himself experience the meaning of what he was doing before, or recognize what he was serving with his expertise. In that flash of recognition he felt years of cynicism and fatigue fall away and remembered why he had chosen this work in the first place. All his hard work and personal sacrifice suddenly seemed to him to be worth it.

He feels now that, in a certain sense, this was the first baby he ever delivered. In the past he had been preoccupied with his expertise, assessing and responding to needs and dangers. He had been there many times as an expert, but never before as a human being. He wonders how many other such moments of connection to life he has missed. He suspects there have been many.

As Harry discovered, serving is different from fixing. In fixing, we see others as broken, and respond to this perception with our expertise. Fixers trust their own expertise but may not see the wholeness in another person or trust the integrity of the life in them. When we serve we see and trust that wholeness. We respond to it and collaborate with it. And when we see the wholeness in another, we strengthen it. They may then be able to see it for themselves for the first time.

One woman who served me profoundly is probably unaware of the difference she made in my life. In fact, I do not even know her last name and I am sure she has long forgotten mine.

At twenty-nine, because of Crohn’s Disease, much of my intestine was removed surgically and I was left with an ileostomy. A loop of bowel opens on my abdomen and an ingeniously designed plastic appliance which I remove and replace every few days covers it. Not an easy thing for a young woman to live with, and I was not at all sure that I would be able to do this. While this surgery had given me back much of my vitality, the appliance and the profound change in my body made me feel hopelessly different, permanently shut out of the world of femininity and elegance.

At the beginning, before I could change my appliance myself, it was changed for me by nurse specialists called enterostomal therapists. These white-coated experts were women my own age. They would enter my hospital room, put on an apron, a mask and gloves, and then remove and replace my appliance. The task completed, they would strip off all their protective clothing. Then they would carefully wash their hands. This elaborate ritual made it harder for me. I felt shamed.

One day a woman I had never met before came to do this task. It was late in the day and she was dressed not in a white coat but in a silk dress, heels and stockings. She looked as if she was about to meet someone for dinner. In a friendly way she told me her first name and asked if I wished to have my ileostomy changed. When I nodded, she pulled back my covers, produced a new appliance, and in the most simple and natural way imaginable removed my old one and replaced it, without putting on gloves. I remember watching her hands. She had washed them carefully before she touched me. They were soft and gentle and beautifully cared for. She was wearing a pale pink nail polish and her delicate rings were gold.

At first, I was stunned by this break in professional procedure. But as she laughed and spoke with me in the most ordinary and easy way, I suddenly felt a great wave of unsuspected strength come up from someplace deep in me, and I knew without the slightest doubt that I could do this. I could find a way. It was going to be all right.

I doubt that she ever knew what her willingness to touch me in such a natural way meant to me. In ten minutes she not only tended my body, but healed my wounds. What is most professional is not always what best serves and strengthens the wholeness in others. Fixing and helping create a distance between people, an experience of difference. We cannot serve at a distance. We can only serve that to which we are profoundly connected, that which we are willing to touch. Fixing and helping are strategies to repair life. We serve life not because it is broken but because it is holy.

Serving requires us to know that our humanity is more powerful than our expertise. In forty-five years of chronic illness I have been helped by a great number of people, and fixed by a great many others who did not recognize my wholeness. All that fixing and helping left me wounded in some important and fundamental ways. Only service heals.

Service is not an experience of strength or expertise; service is an experience of mystery, surrender and awe. Helpers and fixers feel causal. Servers may experience from time to time a sense of being used by larger unknown forces. Those who serve have traded a sense of mastery for an experience of mystery, and in doing so have transformed their work and their lives into practice.
