BACKGROUND TO THE HEALING SESSION
All energy in the Cosmos consists of the male and the female energy. These energies are the foundation of all development and create the polarities of expansion/regression, light/darkness, spirit/matter, heaven/earth, intellect/intuition and so on. The purpose of all development of consciousness is the balance between these energy polarities.
The knowledge of the male and the female energy is a timeless and all-embracing wisdom that applies for all living life in Cosmos, from small organisms to huge galaxies. This ancient and timeless wisdom has today been forgotten and suppressed, but fragments of it have been kept in different cultures all over the world. The most famous examples are the Taoists’ yin and yang, and the indigenous people’s worship of Mother Earth and Father Sky.
On the surface of the Earth, the female energy coming from the core of the planet meets the male energy coming from above. These two energies, in perfect balance, together create the Highest Divine Energy of Love, unconditional love.
Today there is an enormous imbalance, with way too much male energy on the face of the planet, which is the main reason for all the imbalances present on Earth today, such as imbalanced weather and natural disasters. This imbalance is due to mankind’s imbalanced lifestyle and aggressive technology, combined with all the mainly male energies from Cosmos flowing in over Earth preparing her for her entering into the New Spiritual Age.
The energy imbalance has created a very critical situation for Mother Earth and she goes through a tremendous amount of suffering every day. Together we can help her rebalance her system and ease her pain. A very long time ago the mission was given to humanity to help Mother Earth to balance her energy system. We are her keepers. She depends on us like we depend on her. We are ONE with Mother Earth. Humanity is now starting to regain this timeless wisdom.
This background information and the instructions for the healing session are based on channeled information from Mother Earth, nature spirits, ascended masters, other civilizations and the Divine Consciousness. A huge network of ascended masters, other civilizations in Cosmos, and nature spirits on Earth participates during the healing session.
These sessions have an enormous impact on the healing of Mother Earth, far beyond our imagination! The effect also increases exponentially with every new individual joining us! When we take part in the healing sessions to Mother Earth, we also receive the energy ourselves, which is tremendously beneficial for our spiritual transformation.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND HEALING TO MOTHER EARTH
Sit down to meditate. Turn off your mobile phones, TVs, computers and other technical equipment. If possible, sit outside in nature. Make sure you're sitting comfortably and have full contact with the floor or ground (or if you're sitting on a chair - at least with your feet). Put your hands together as if you are praying, and let them rest on your knees. Take a couple of deep breaths, relax your whole body, and clear your mind of distracting thoughts.
Get ready mentally to be a channel for the Mother Earth energy, and focus your intention on channeling the energy from the ground. Read the prayer for Mother Earth. Visualize how a channel opens up from the Earth’s center and how the red glowing female energy starts streaming up and flowing through your feet, rear and hands.
Let the energy fill your whole body, then let it continue onward to the worldwide network of nature spirits, masters in the spirit world and cosmic civilizations that will spread the energy to the places on Earth where it is most needed at the time. Once you have opened up the flow of energy, just focus on being present in the now. It is individual how energy feels, but it works whether you feel anything or not.
Please note: Do not send white light to Mother Earth, and don’t channel light through the crown chakra to her, because she will then get more of the high frequency male energy that she already has a surplus of. What Mother Earth needs to heal herself today is the low frequency grounding female energy from Earth’s inner core.

From this recent full moon to the next, on June 4, there is an inter-dimensional gateway open and energizing the power of our intentions exponentially. But just like all portals, this power is neutral. It is our conscious use of this power that molds our miracles into form. Success in the new earth paradigm will come through a Lightness of being. If it's complicated or requires too much energy, it is not the highest expression. In this case, simply be willing to release your expectations in exchange for a more refined version of truth...you will be glad you did! The energies of the New living field around earth are not complicated or difficult to navigate . . . the trick is unlearning complication and allowing ease.
If you can do this, if you can let go of the need to struggle, to work for every gain, and can get fully present with joy then you are in the fast lane to Awakening and soaring up the evolutionary ladder of human consciousness. Over the next couple of weeks use this portal to strengthen your power of Presence. Really focus on transforming yourself into an ambassador of Spirit/Soul/Source and you'll be attracting copious adventures, abundance and auspicious outcomes for your life and to the lives of all.

The “thinking” of the soul-spirit is done in the intellectual mechanism of what is called the Light-Body, or the Pattern Body. This is the vehicle, operating at a higher frequency of atomic vibration that keeps the atoms and molecules of the physical body in one consistent pattern throughout the earthly sojourn. Remember, the molecules of every person’s physical body are completely renewed every seven years, but renewal or no; they always conform to the given design that keeps the physical organism recognizable from decade to decade. When the life-course is run, the business of “dying” is merely the process of this Pattern Body pulling out of the gross atomic body, and beginning to view life in its higher frequencies of Matter. Consciousness is carried in the mental equipment of this Light Body, or Design-Body, else none of us would ever remember what had happened to us on earth, after we got to “heaven."

THEY are emphatically not dead a person, of course, because there has never been any death. There is only
metamorphosis from one rate of atomic vibration to a higher rate of atomic vibration. Higher rates of atomic vibration can be aware of lower rates but rarely the reverse. In other words, people on the more tenuous octaves of reality can be consciously aware of what is transpiring on the grosser and lower rates, but when they manifest it, usually the earth-people have an attack of heebie-jeebies at the “supernatural”… is there anything particularly supernatural about your turning your radio to get an orchestra in Cincinnati on a “low frequency rate” but a statesman talking in Europe on a short-wave frequency? The analogy is pat.

We should see the Light Bodies of those who have made the metamorphosis ahead of us, realizing they are often moving closely about us. It is their invisibility, owing to the enhanced rate of vibration at which they are moving atomically in their vehicle-composition, which makes us regard them as “gone”. Their entire world of material reality is similarly composed of a vibratory frequency swifter than ours. So it is intangible to us. Not sensing it commonly, we contend it is ethereal. But we are constantly getting indications that it has a reality equal to our world of slower atomic frequencies, that we are visible to those inhabiting it although they are not visible under ordinary conditions to us. Conversely, they tell us that there are octaves of reality above theirs that are quite as uncomprehendible to them as theirs is uncomprehendible to us.

The layman thinks of the process as Spiritualism. It is only Spiritualism as we identify the necromantic activity by the religious cult of that name that openly accredits such phenomena in the religious manner. Those of us who have
approached such wonders along the secular route, as I myself have done as described in these pages, no more
consider the supernatural aspects of it as Spiritualism than the Spiritualists consider the super-natural aspects of radio, radar, or television as Spiritualism. What the Spiritualists seem to do truly in practice, is furnish opportunity for hoi poloi to form contact through mediumistic professionals with relatives who have moved their habitat into the higher atomic frequencies, and their “religious” services take on the pattern of Questions-and-Answers intercourse with those on the next immediate octaves of consciousness.
Is grandma suffering any more in her higher vibration, in result of the malady that carried her off?
Should Uncle John sell the house lot on the corner of Main and Third Street or hold it for a higher price in the autumn? Is the young man who has started to “go” with Betsy Jane serious in his attentions?
Fancy making a religious ritual of such personal trivia. And yet the Spiritualists have come closer to Truth in appreciating the literalities of the post-mortem state than any other sect distinguishing the modern religious scene.

Your Air Bag will save you.
If the person is in the back seat they will get the worst of it .
As soon as the car crashes bail out and run.
It is better than having them find your body in a remote location.

5. A few notes about gettinginto your car in a parking lot, or parking garage:

A.)Be aware:
look around you, look into your car, at the passenger side floor, and in the back seat.

B.)If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door.
Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.

C.)Look at the car
parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side... If a male is sitting alone
in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a
guard/policeman to walk you back out.

IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)

6.ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs.
Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot.
This is especially true at NIGHT!)

7.If the predator has a gun
and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN!

The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; and even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ.. RUN, Preferably in a zig-zag pattern!

8.As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP
It may get you raped, or killed.
Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played
on the sympathies of unsuspecting women.
He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked 'for help' into his vehicle or with his vehicle,
which is when he abducted his next victim.

9.Another Safety Point:
Someone just told me that her friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last, and she called the police because it was late and she thought it was weird.. The police told her
'Whatever you do, DO NOT open the door...'

The lady then said that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a window, and she was worried
that it would crawl to the street and get run over.
The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.'
He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax women out of their homes thinking that someone dropped off a baby... He said they have not verified it, but have had several calls by women saying that they hear baby's cries outside their doors when they're home alone at night.

10. Water scam!
If you wake up in the middle of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a
burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE! These people turn on all your outside taps full ball so that you will go out to investigate and then attack.

Stay alert, keep safe, and look out for your neighbours!

Hello, lightworkers. This is SaLuSa connecting to you through a close friend. I have been so happy to witness Ikao's awakening, from afar. He has had very rapid success, and is now ready to go into heavy detail about many things confusing humans on the surface of Gaia. I will start by announcing that we will be having mass reunions, soon. Many humans on the surface of Gaia have had a full remembering of their life outside of earth, in the eternal. This means, a wave of remembering is soon to sweep across the whole planet. Not a single soul will be free of this remembering. It is mandatory.

That being said, if you find the truth truly unbearable, the appropriate measures will be taken to preserve your wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.
In the coming weeks, many events are to take place. Firstly, the arrests. You have heard oh so much about these arrests, and many of you doubt them. Why? There is no valid reason to doubt it anymore. Not only have there been record numbers of resignations in the higher decrees of the American financial field, but the paperwork is available for everybody to read. The plan itself is held solely within the higher densities, and it is impossible for any one person to know all of it. Because of this careful practice, this plan absolutely cannot fail. The plan is written into the structure that is your current reality complex.
Be at ease, gentle souls, there is nothing more to fear. There never was, but you were to experience existence as if there was, to see what it would be like. How was it? What did you learn? What would you do differently? these are tiny fragments of concepts towards what you will have learned upon the finally of this wondrous experiment. When you finally realize what reality truly is, you will be so happy to have your body. You will see. To have such direct control over matter is such a beautiful gift.
The difference between this life, and every other life you have ever had upon earth, is you will be bringing your material body back with you, to the higher densities. You will be returning the matter to light. Now, this MUST occur. Your body is not entirely of you. Your body is comprised of a very small fragment of Gaia's body. Gaia is ready to snap up into the higher densities, but your society is still so behind. That is perfectly okay. We have the pleasure and delight to finally be able to say that not even one single entity upon the earth is off track. Everybody, just keep doing what you are doing, with more and more love and light in your heart. Get ready for a monstrous quantum leap like you have absolutely never experienced. Nobody has ever experienced this. Never forget how truly amazing you each are.
What is going on on earth is unbelievably difficult. There are so many beings out there, who truly believed this would be a catastrophic failure. Ramen : A Raw Food Recipe from Chef Jennifer Cornbleet

Zucchini noodles are the secret ingredient in this soothing bowl of broth.

Ramen: A Raw Food Recipe from Chef Jennifer Cornbleet

 
Serves: 2 (makes 2 1/2 cups)
Prep Time: 15 minutes

This recipe is from Jennifer Cornbleet’s Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People Revised (to be released in June 2012). For more of Jennifer Cornbleet’s raw food recipes and tips, visit her website.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup baby spinach, firmly packed
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced cremini mushrooms
1 zucchini, peeled
2 tablespoons mellow white miso
1/2 teaspoon tamari
Dash salt
2 teaspoons thinly sliced green onion

Equipment
cutting board
chef’s knife, 8-inch
vegetable spiral slicer
peeler
measuring cups
measuring spoons
small saucepan
small bowl
fork
wooden spoon

Directions

Cut the zucchini into thin noodles using a vegetable spiral slicer. Alternatively, use a vegetable peeler to create long ribbons by drawing the peeler down all sides of the zucchini until you reach the core.

Put 2 cups of the water and the spinach, carrots, and mushrooms in a small saucepan. Cover and turn on the heat to medium-high. Just as the vegetables and water begin to boil, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup of water with the miso in a small bowl. Whisk with a fork until blended. Add the miso mixture, zucchini noodles, green onions, tamari, and salt to the water and vegetables and stir until well combined. Serve immediately.

Perhaps. Although researchers don’t know what causes the disease, a 2010 review of research on fibromyalgia and nutrition, published in the journal Rheumatology International, shows that an overall well-balanced diet helps patients manage their weight and improve symptoms.

Fennel-Crusted Salmon on White Beans

Delicious warm white beans and fennel are topped with succulent fennel-seed-crusted salmon for a double hit of flavor. For an extra-fresh look, set aside some additional chopped fennel fronds to use as a garnish.

Serves: 6
Preparation time:40 minutes

Ingredients

5 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 bulb fennel, halved, cored and thinly sliced, plus 1 tablespoon chopped fennel fronds
2 15-ounce cans white beans, rinsed
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, divided
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 2 portions

Preparation

1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced fennel; cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 6 minutes. Stir in beans, tomatoes and wine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes begin to break down, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; stir in chopped fennel fronds, mustard and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cover to keep warm.

2.Meanwhile, combine fennel seeds and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly on both sides of salmon.

3. Wipe out the pan. Add the remaining 3 teaspoons oil to the pan and heat over high heat until shimmering but not smoking. Add the salmon, skinned-side up, and cook until golden brown, 3-5 minutes. Turn the salmon over, cover and remove from the heat. Let stand until the salmon finishes cooking off the heat, 3-5 minutes more. Transfer the salmon to a cutting board and flake with a fork. Serve salmon on top of the warm bean mixture.

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

1-1/2 teaspoons chile-garlic sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
8 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti
12-ounce bag fresh vegetable medley, such as carrots, broccoli, snow peas

Preparation
1. Put a large pot of water on to boil for cooking pasta.

2.Meanwhile, place chicken in a skillet or saucepan and add enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer gently until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, 10-12 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board. When cool enough to handle, shred into bite-size strips.

3.Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, chile-garlic sauce and ginger in a large bowl.

4.Cook pasta in the boiling water until not quite tender, about 1 minute less than specified in the package directions. Add vegetables and cook until the pasta and vegetables are just tender, 1 minute more. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid. Rinse the pasta and vegetables with cool water to refresh. Stir the reserved cooking liquid into the peanut sauce; add the pasta, vegetables and chicken; toss well to coat. Serve warm or chilled.

Ingredients

5 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
2 tangy-sweet apples, such as Braeburn, chopped
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
4-1/2-inch-thick center-cut boneless pork loin chops, (about 1 pound), trimmed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, plus more to taste
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1-1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Set a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.

2. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples, cabbage, onion and thyme and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to soften, 6-8 minutes. Stir in maple syrup and vinegar. Reduce heat to low and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes more. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm.

3. Meanwhile, place each pork chop between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound with the smooth side of a meat mallet or a heavy saucepan until 1/4 inch thick. Season the pork on both sides with salt and pepper. Place flour on a large plate. Whisk egg and mustard in a shallow dish. Mix panko and 1 tablespoon oil in another shallow dish. Dredge the pork in the flour, dip in the egg mixture, then dredge in the panko. Place on the wire rack. Coat both sides with cooking spray.

4.Bake until the pork is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are just beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Season the cabbage mixture with pepper and serve with the cutlets.

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

2.Mix lemon juice, oil, garlic and pepper in a shallow glass dish. Add fish and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, combine sesame seeds and thyme in a small bowl.

4. Sprinkle the fish with salt and coat evenly with the sesame seed mixture, covering the sides as well as the top. Transfer the fish to the prepared baking sheet and roast until just cooked through, 10-14 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

1 tablespoon canola oil
2 large green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 large onion,halved and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons hot or sweet paprika
1/2 cup dry white wine
1-1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until browned, 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

2.Add bell peppers and onion to the pan and cook, covered, over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add paprika and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add wine; increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring, until mostly evaporated, about 1-1/2 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Return the chicken and any accumulated juices to the pan; reduce heat to a lively simmer. Spoon some sauce over the chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until the sauce is reduced and the chicken is cooked through, 6-8 minutes.

3. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley.

Preparation

1.Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Put green beans in a steamer basket, place in the pan, cover and steam until tender-crisp, 4-6 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and paprika and cook, stirring constantly, until just fragrant but not browned, about 20 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Stir in beans, vinegar and salt; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup parsley.

3. Divide the green beans among 6 plates. Top with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with pepper and the remaining 1/4 cup parsley.

Souls can only incarnate into bodies with DNA responsive to and compatible with that soul.

Because souls are shaped by experiences and thoughts, different soul types will reincarnate into different body types of the same species. As humans, their personality is influenced and restricted by the characteristics of their soul.

Spiritual evolution is limited by one's biological, genetic, and physical composition.

For instance, a dog cannot grow emotionally as we do because their brains are biologically incapable of perceiving the same range of emotions. Dogs also do not feel equal self sacrifice and devotion to truth that some of us humans enjoy, and we are therefore superior to them. Lastly, since all souls, once out of the physical body and deep into the stages of the afterlife, are essentially the same being, there is no place for evolution in the spiritual realm; all evolution occurs on the physical plane of existence.

This is why planet earth is so valued by the powers that be. It is the perfect training, evolving, and learning grounds for positive souls with the privilege of physical presence. In this region of the solar system, without an earth, there is no evolution, and whatever pain a soul is in continues indefinitely until that soul can reincarnate to evolve out of its pain.

Because souls evolve by earthly hardships, new types of souls can only develop by modification of the older ones over millions of years of evolution. Thus, if a sudden jump occurred in the genetic sophistication of a species, a spiritual void would be left as the older souls would be outdated and incompatible with the newly created species.

The new species would be born as still births unless some source of soul were available that is suitable with the DNA of that species.

The human race was a result of drastic genetic engineering by a coalition of several alien species/races several hundred thousand years ago, each group putting its own spin on the basic human template. Most of the aliens themselves were products of undisturbed evolution upon their home-worlds.

Since human evolution was catalyzed, the souls of our ancient primate ancestors could not reincarnate in the newer advanced bodies. Thus existed a spiritual void which was immediately filled with a new source. Considering it was aliens who created humans, these aliens must have had some reason to profit from the task.

In fact, most alien bodies were too primitive to allow further spiritual evolution, meaning their potential for experiencing new things were hampered by the limitations of their DNA, as a blind man is restricted from admiring art by the limitations of his nonexistent eyesight. Therefore, a new creature was devised with unbelievable potential to experience and gain wisdom, created from old genetic stock already on earth at the time.

This creature species was homo sapiens, a new body for the older alien souls, a new vehicle for the bored driver, a larger pot for a plant with crowded roots. But just as there were varied alien species and races, there are different human races since each alien species created its own version of the basic human.

Human races are each predisposed to incarnations of ancient races of aliens, and the culture and prejudices of ancient aliens show up in the archetypes of modern cultures, because today's humans are these ancient aliens. Pure races of humans can contain only the souls of the alien race who designed them, but due to cross-racial breeding over past generations, the dilution of distinction between races has resulted in a good sized minority of each race having the capability of bearing the souls of any of several alien races.

Although the majority of a race has a tendency to host a specific alien type, it is no longer an absolute law of nature.

The most glaring feature of today's abduction literature is the lack of black people. Even with Barney Hill as an exception, his wife Betty is white. This indicates a preference for whites by greys and their leaders. Also, some whites speak of pleasurable encounters with aliens, while other whites recount horrific tales by the same group. This can only be true if there exist sub-races within the white race, resulting from modifications upon the original whites by an alien faction foreign to the first.

Since abductees are reincarnations of different alien groups, if one's abductors are of an alien race hostile to that of his alien lineage, then he is indeed likely to be treated with hostility.

But just as abductors might despise the origin of their abductees' souls, so do we as humans have contempt, envy, or hatred of other races, though it is subconscious in our case and can be overcome by social conditioning. Anti-Semitism and racism in general are societal effects of our racial memories.

Not every aspect of cultures is determined by ancestral archetypes buried deep in our minds, but the unique characteristics of a culture are flavored with the memories and customs of our ancient alien selves.

While the course of humanity on the physical plane often remains in our hands, the spirit world is a definite influence in our affairs. Sub-physical, para-ethereal entities who cannot or choose not to reincarnate attempt to alter our futures to their benefit. Usually, the astral and physical planes are separated in such a way that entities from one plane cannot influence those of the other.

However, owing to God's necessity for perpetuating the oscillation between good and evil (such that the battle between them gives birth to new experience and growth of consciousness, God ) the interface between astral and physical weakens cyclically. During one part of the cycle, evil astral entities have easy access to this world, and during the other half, good entities influence humanity.

Under the proper circumstances, involving places and times where the earth's EM grid fluctuates toward the benefit of astral entities, they can exist more solidly and visibly to us, even to the point of attaching themselves to a new host body and living as human. These places exist naturally and are often considered haunted or sacred by the locals. Most of these entities are simply non-incarnate alien souls who guide the influence the actions of their earthbound naive brothers.

The significance of this lies in that there are many alien types, and not all have the same agenda.

There are laissez-faire Non-Interventionists in physical and ethereal form, the physical ones of which live extraterrestrially. These are wise and do not interfere with what happens on earth, but allow us to be taught by the consequences of our own actions. If we blow ourselves up, we will know next time not to do it again (hopefully).

Positives are pro-God, pro-Life, follow the right hand path, and respect the Kosmic Wheel of Life. These aliens serve to banish negativity in all its forms, from stasis to indifference to needless suffering and ignorance.

Powerful as these beings might be, they are not God, because God itself is pure potentiality, totally impersonal, and without self-awareness. But because it is a fact that not all beings are at equal levels of evolution, we know that there must be least and greatest of evolved beings in existence, the highest of which fit this category.

Ascended Masters can be of any of the alien races, except they are highly evolved, much more so than ordinary alien groups of whom they once were normal members, and exist primarily on the spirit plane. Their power is extreme, whether they are good or evil, and can be compared to such bigshots as Jesus, Budha, Lucifer, and Satan.

Occasionally, when grid conditions are right, they can incarnate physically to directly influence mankind.

In the Great Pyramid, naive illuminati initiates sometimes undergo a rite whereby they are individually placed in the King's sarcophagus and left there to meditate for three days. Upon completion, the initiate is supposed to be illuminated, having been empowered and awoken by the pyramid energies.

Little did he know before entering that the pyramid and its shafts function as a soul transporter to and from the Orion constellation, and midway through his meditation his body is vacated and replaced by a draconian walk-in.

Parasites have striven to appear as gods to man (some of whom they created as slave workers in the mines, known today as a sub-category of the negro race) so that man would worship them, sacrifice animals for them, and pray to them, in effect sending their own astral energy to these parasites, who in turn suckle off this earthly astral energy to maintain their physical solidity in this world, for most parasites are extradimensional creatures on borrowed time and energy.

The Bible warns man not to worship idols, but to pray to the soul (Jesus) within, because praying to an idol means sending your psychic energy outward, ready to be intercepted by any entity with the evil intentions to use it for its own selfish survival.


(Christianity contains contradictory statements within, so it can be assuredly stated that outside of alterations by the Church, several alien factions have played a part in shaping this religion, some of whom include the Nibiruans and Elohim groups.

Nibiruans created man for slave labor and harvesting of astral energy, while the other group impaired the freedom of man to prevent civilization from advancing to a technological level beyond the capability of humans to handle responsibly.

And yet, there are other factions, of whom Jesus was an Ascended Master, which enforce the Law of Freewill and allow man to have all the knowledge he wants as long as he requests it, symbolized by the Serpent tempting Adam to eat from the Tree of Knowledge).


Organized religion is centered around idols, statues, crucifixes, and other things external, and is therefore inherently a scam unless one pays attention to the message of the bible, and not the messenger known as Church.

Negatives are those going against the wheel of life, who try to cheat the rules of the universe, who go on disrupting, destroying and sinning without karmic retribution. They try to be their own gods, masters of their own universes, and are total ego trips.

Of all alien types, these are the most dangerous.

They have, for the past several thousand years, composed an elaborate plan to overthrow the influence of God over their lives and this world such that they may rule without any limitation. In keep with the theme presented in Handbook for the New Paradigm, at the time when the oscillation shall shift from negative to positive, the structure of this world is in a vulnerable state, and negatives will utilize astral energy they reap from the immediate deaths of billions of humans (killed by some method, unknown to the author) to blast the boundary between this dimension and that where the spirits reside.

This will trigger a chain reaction of chaos so thorough in its agitation that the jumbled mess once known as reality will be malleable and moldable enough to recompose into an order designed by the negatives through their collective psychic focus and manifest desire. This recomposed reality will have no Laws of Freewill or Karma, and the negatives may exploit without consequence.

The negatives' subordinates include the next category of aliens, the Resurrectionists.

Last, Resurrectionists are here to fully bring back their ancient masters, whose souls are still trapped in earth's astral field. Back when the alien coalition created mankind, these aliens were either not present or excluded from the program. Resurrectionists did not have the technology to create an entirely new race, so they could only minorly modify humans by either interbreeding with them or with the low tech they possessed.

The story of the Serpent's encounter with Eve is a fable about this event. Today, royal blue-bloods are descendents of the resurrectionist's efforts, and appear as normal white folk, except their DNA is slightly modified to allow incarnation by their alien masters. Most blue-bloods are unaware of their lineage except for a knack for leadership and sociopathic tendencies.

The Illuminati are blue-bloods who have awakened to their identities, and use their illumination and positions of power to steer mankind toward the goals of resurrectionists, namely a New World Order. This is what the eye of lucifer atop the unfinished pyramid on the United States seal stands for.

But because resurrectionist souls are so incompatible with normal human bodies, an entirely new race must be created to allow mass incarnation and existence upon earth. This is what alien abductions are all about. The resurrectionist masters are known collectively as infernals, the leader as Lucifer, and the physical ones as reptoids or sauroids, and their worker automatons as greys.

Greys do the abducting, and the rest follows.

The abduction program, then, is an elaborate plan conducted by the agents of Lucifer, in collaboration with the Illuminati and NWO politicians, to genetically engineer a hybrid race whose bodies will allow only infernal souls to reincarnate on earth... the rest of humanity will be eradicated or kept for slave labor. The existence of Lucifer is logical, for we know that not all entities are equally developed, meaning there must be a highest and weakest of entities, and Lucifer by definition is the most powerful of the negatives.

So those who were excluded from the program originally are looking for payback, and think they can get it if they do it in time.

This has all been allowed to occur because for the past two thousand years, earth's EM grid has been in the negative half of its oscillation, allowing evil entities to infiltrate our reality and screw with our history. But it is all about to change, however, and the cycle shifts back to the good half somewhere around 2012 (perhaps December 21).

If the resurrectionists do not succeed by then, if they fail to root themselves physically in our world, then all is lost for them.

To top it off, they require several of their infernal masters to be born as humans to take the reigns of power as antichrists. But because their reincarnations are premature, if not awkward, it takes much effort to fit an infernal into a human body, like squeezing a fat ass into tight jeans. Therefore, the infusion of human body with infernal soul requires critical astrological alignment, timing, and location on earth (such that the astral and physical planes are closest at that moment and time), so there is a definite deadline for the resurrectionists and NWO to complete their goals.

It is why the NWO must eliminate resistance now rather than wait another twenty years for 100% of humanity to turn to ignorant sheep rather than the present 97% majority, because later will be too late.

If everything goes according to plan, the world will be unified by the human incarnate infernal masters into an NWO to fight the return of positives and defeat them, after which normal humans will be wiped out by disease or systematic mass murder, and finally, the planet will be repopulated by hybrid aliens manufactured through the alien abduction program.

Of course, this is not the way things will happen.

After uniting the world for a while, the antichrist will figuratively be stabbed in the back by rebellious nations, like the (former) United States of America, and another war will break out between pro-NWO and anti-NWO nations. After major loss of life, at the verge of defeat for America, the cycle will have oscillated to a point where the positives enter our dimension and swoop down, defeating the resurrectionists and sending the infernals back to the astral plane.

There is a Law of Non-Interference normally preventing aliens from intervening in anything, but this Law has already been broken by the negatives and resurrectionists, so the positives must come in to equalize the situation.

Then, positive entities will rule for a period of time until the cycle changes again.

So much for Occam's razor.

These are said to be people who have been encountered at times entering or leaving an ’alternate’ or ’parallel’ existence, yet still operating within the ONE ’reality’. It is very unlikely that more than one ’physical reality’ like ours exists, yet there is a theoretical possibility that another CO-EXISTENT ’world’ might exist on the opposite end or polarity of the electromagnetic barrier.

Many humanoid and/or neo-saurian inhabitants of this ’alternate’ world if it exists originally came from our own ’world’ through some type of vortex or through hi-tech means. There are said to be four intersecting "Universes" which make up the "Omniverse".

One is the matter universe, the other is the antimatter universe. The nature of the other two is unknown (perhaps the matter and antimatter universes each have a forward and reverse time-flow phase?) Each of the four universes allegedly have 11 "dimensional densities", with a 12th density which is currently unfolding as a result of super-energies which are emanating from the black holes at the center of the galaxies.

For instance, one airplane pilot who had become temporarily caught up in an EM-vortex in the ’Bermuda Triangle’ SAW an island which was DESERTED, while the very same island was inhabited in the world he was familiar with.

This would also explain the many accounts of people who claim to have seen or stopped at houses, cafes, hotels or other sites along remote stretches of road, only to return the same way and find that no such place ’exists’. Since both dimensions may ’flow-in’ to each other, being part of the same electromagnetic superspectrum , such temporary displacement of objects and/or people from one ’world’ to another might occur.

This is not saying that one necessarily has an alternate ’self’ inhabiting the alternate dimensions, but more a case of other ’dimensions’ or ’universes’ which were inhabited intentionally or unintentionally over a long period of time by humans, animals or ’other beings’ which were somehow transported there.

This would also explain the case of Joseph Vorin, who suddenly appeared as ’out-of- nowhere’ near Frankfurt-am-Oder, Germany in 1850, spoke a broken and ancient para-Germanic dialect which the authorities could just barely understand, and claimed to be from the nation of Laxaria in Sakria (no known country by those names exists -- in ’our world’).

When he suddenly appeared he seemed disoriented and dumbfounded, as if he had suddenly fallen out of ’another’ world.

May 2012 looks to be a very powerful month with the 5:5:5 Stargate, Full Moon, New Moon and Solar Eclipse offering us several opportunities for intense transformation and change. These opportunities are paving the way for the very significant alignments and gateways coming in June 2012. The amount of Divine Light moving into the planet is increasing rapidly and the coming Stargate’s, Lunar phases, astrological alignments and Eclipses are all key energetic gateways that will support a realignment of your energy and the continued expansion of your consciousness. These gateways are strategically aligned to activate your consciousness and assist not only yourself, but also the planet and all beings who live upon Her.

The unfolding of your Spiritual path has shifted your energy and expanded your awareness to the point where you are now able to process and integrate vast amounts of Divine energy. The quantity of Divine energy you are processing and integrating now is in direct proportion to the amount of healing, cleansing and clearing you have endured. There are many who may feel like the last decade has been an all consuming cycle of change, clearing, releasing and healing, and it may well seem like these coming months hold only more of what you are now intimately familiar with! But as the gateways increase in power and strength new and vital energies are being birthed to sustain your evolutionary growth and initiate you into new understandings and deeper levels of Spiritual awareness. As you become more and more adept at processing and integrating the incoming energies you will find that your Spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies advance beyond anything you may have experienced before. These experiences will be unique for each individual but will also act to activate any dormant Spiritual gifts and add power and strength to your current awakened abilities.

While your consciousness continues to expand you can expect the advancing energetic gateways to contain some mental, emotional and physical adjustments. These adjustments may feel like those good ol’ friends – exhaustion, insomnia, broken sleep, anxiety, dizziness, etc, etc. As much as we may resent the discomfort of these symptoms, they are supporting us through an energetic transition and increasing our capacity to function in higher resonance energy. The Full Moon in May occurs on the 5th in the astrological sign of Scorpio, with the Sun in Taurus. The union of Scorpio and Taurus energies will be greatly influenced by the opening of the 5:5:5 Stargate on the same day. This Moon phase and the 5:5:5 Stargate call for a profound transformation of the inner beliefs and attitudes you hold which continue to keep you in a state of imbalance. The energy will work to reveal the truth that lies behind your current motivations and your abuse of power and Earthly resources. With these revelations you will be obliged to take responsibility for the imbalances in your life, your environment and your world. You will be pushed to engage with your heart to redefine your beliefs and gain a deeper understanding of the purpose of your life and thus the responsibility you hold as a steward of this planet.

Humanity currently exists within a healing crisis and as the energy shifts around us we are required to take responsibility for the unsustainable ways of living and being we continue to practice, which uphold and further this crisis. The energy of May possess the virtues of empathy, forgiveness, compassion and unconditional love. Virtues that are required to carry humanity forward upon this path of Spiritual evolution. By consciously aligning with the incoming energies you will realign your energy with your balance Spiritual power, which will assist you in redirecting your actions and choices in a new, heart-centred way. As the energy of each gateway is released a variety of energetic shifts will occur on all levels of your being. The frequency of light within your energy field will increase and expand realigning you with a more centred and balance degree of energy.

During the Full Moon phase the initial impact of the 5:5:5 energy will be felt by your Spiritual aspect. This will jolt you into a new awareness of your responsibility as a Spiritual Being engaged in a Human experience. You will be asked to recommit to your growth and development and to let go of anything that may be holding you back from building a new, sustainable future for all of life. As this new awareness unfolds the energy will begin to assimilate into your mental aspect on and around the 14th, (5:5:5), the emotional on the 20th, (Full Moon Solar Eclipse) and finally the physical on the 23rd, (5:5:5). This rebalance will prepare you for the upcoming alignments and gateways in June.

Eclipse months are always very powerful times and the New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 20th is no exception. What makes this months eclipse even more intense is the alignment of the Moon and the Sun with the central star of the Pleiades. The Pleiades, also known as the Seven Sisters, is an open cluster in the constellation of Taurus. This star system has been the object of much wonder and interest and the subject of many myths and legends in almost every culture. The Pleiades is considered by many of the indigenous people as our ancestral home. As such we can expect a massive download of Divine energy during this Eclipse that will create a collective cleansing in the heart of humanity. This cleansing will secure our energy within the light of Christ Consciousness, gifting us with an open and emphatic heart. We may be thrown out of balance momentarily but ultimately this will prepare us for the Venus Transit in June.
