"Well, Good Evening, Family! We are so delighted to be here! We are absolutely bursting with Joy at the wondrous news.* Yes, you heard the grand headline, did you not? And there’s a lot more going on. And now if you have any little concerns or thoughts that perhaps it’s never going to happen, we hope that you are in a much higher state by now. And you know it is all unfolding.

"Details are coming about in such rapidity, and such quantities, that it is almost impossible to keep up with the events. But that is why we are here – so that we can be partners in creating these various, wondrous events. And yes, we know there are some places where there is still some violence going on. We shall be addressing that with Mother Sekhmet’s Exercise when we join together in Communion, in order to add yet more high level, High Dimensional healing to the process that is going on now, because, of course, all of these are happening and it’s time to dance, it’s time to celebrate!!!

"And yet, of course, there is a lot of disinformation going around, and this disinformation is designed to keep everybody down and afraid. Now, we know that you are not in that group, but you know yourselves, Beloved Ones, and we’re with you all the time, and we can assure you that there are many, many wondrous beings in human bodies who are afraid. They may be family members, they may be neighbors, friends, co-workers, even strangers. You’re starting to get so high with all of these energies coming in that you are more easily able to discern the energies in the marketplace around you!

"We know that it is very, very much a sticking-out kind of a thing when somebody is afraid. You’re starting to read that. And so it is, again that we remind you to be the compassionate observer, the beamer of light, with compassionate Love. In other words, and this is a true statement: It is not that the dark has so much empowerment to be contagious to you, Beloved Ones - it is that the Light that you beam has the empowerment to help others who are not quite as high on life and all that is happening as you are!!!

"And so we bring this observation to you so that you can be assured that you have only more Light upon your paths, because you, yourselves, are welcoming it. You’re bringing it in and you are helping to share it with the entirety of Planet Earth and beyond. And thus it is that you are literally dispelling the fears that are in the minds, and yes, sometimes the Hearts, of those around you. Fear can travel, you know, throughout the energy fields of a person. Extreme fear or stress can even create disharmonies and imbalances so severe that they even are contagious to the human body.

"We want to assure you, each and everyone of you, that you are all equipped, that you have all opened your Hearts sufficiently, and indeed, the entirety of your energy fields, that you have your Guides with you, that you have this wondrous Family, this Ohana, Family, with you, and that you are all on the path of Light. Of course, we are speaking of that Light frequency, if you want to get a little bit scientific, called Love. It’s what you are made from and it’s what is the highest, most powerful energy on the Planet!

"More and more Love is speaking forth, and there are more and more examples of Love-empowered courage coming to light - that beloved man, for instance, who opened himself up, opened up his DNA just enough to get the inspirations to build the technologically advanced machine to help the children walk; the man who said 'STOP' to an entire government of a very large, large place in this world called China and said, 'You cannot, you must not, be treating women and children as you have been doing!'**

"You know, there is plenty of land in China that is not occupied, and even though it might seem barren, or desert, or whatever, and there are neighbors to China who are different countries – well, they are pretty well influenced by China - but they have a lot of land, and there is land in other parts of the world, and it is that this land shall bloom, and everyone shall thrive with abundance. And when we have, shall we say, the full and open Announcements of our presence among you, just watch how fast we bring our technologies to all for the healing that the Planet, and every member of Mother Gaia’s kingdoms!!!

"But first things must come first, and so with all of these events that are happening, there are the unleashings of some of the last remnants, shall we say, of programs -programs devised by, let us just say, the ancestors of one such as Hillary, designed to spread the fear, perpetuate the lies, and keep it all going. Because this is a Planet of free will, these ones have been enjoying a lot of Freedom, and even as we are rounding them up, so to speak, we are curtailing their Freedoms, and yes, retrieving all the monies which they have stolen – not just in this lifetime, Beloveds, but in many others. They go way back, these ones, who wanted to have all of the gold and all of the riches for themselves, they have been enjoying Freedom to run their programs.

"Now, these energies coming in are supporting the Freedoms of everyone to live their passions and to express whatever it is that they choose to express, so long as it follows the Great Rule as spoken by Sananda in our last gathering, which is called the Golden Rule. In other words, the way we can say it also is: 'Do whatever it is you choose to do, so long as you do not intentionally or unintentionally harm anyone else.' In other words, do so – express yourselves with discernment and a certain amount of attention to what you are creating with your thoughts words and deeds - preferably, before you express them! That is always the best way to go.

"We are very happy to say - and this is a little bit of a Family report here - we’re very happy to say that you are all doing so well with your clearings and cleansings, and yes, your acceptance. Actually, more than acceptance, you’re welcoming with open arms and open Hearts all of the energies which are coming to help so much with upliftment. When you are uplifted, you really don’t have a lot of room for programs, you know, the 3D programs that have been running so long.

"So it is to enjoy this Freedom in a joyful manner, and to be in celebration mode. As always, we stand on what we said about dates: 'No dates!' However, we can tell you things are coming real close. So even if you are not feeling in celebration, yes, like that Beloved One we spoke with who is temporarily out of a J-O-B, and our advice was, 'Start thinking about what you have passion to do and creating your visions as though you are living in it at this moment, because the moment is at hand!

“Nevertheless, we do have to acknowledge that there are some Freedoms which are like unleashed energies of low vibration – fear-based, that is, which are being exposed and emphasized. And we are speaking primarily of violence, we are speaking about war, and we are speaking about the kinds of wars that take place even within an individual. In very young ones they are often called temper tantrums; they are expressions or outbursts of anger. As young ones reach into teenage and young adulthood they are sometimes called rebellious. As people get even older they are considered to be criminally dangerous, and those kinds of labels are put on them, which only serves to emphasize all the more, the behavior.

"What we are here to do is to bring Peace to the very Hearts of those who are, in some manner or other, engaged in fear-based programs which in turn motivate them to express fearful ways. Because all war is over! It is scheduled, it is ordained, that’s it! It’s over. As often happens, all that is left is what is taking place in the physical world, the environment. This idea that somebody is going to pick somebody out and say, ‘That one is to blame for all of your problems’ – that’s over. The concept that it is some kind of righteous thing to go to war, to cause even nations to go to war – excuse us, In the name of God? – how preposterous is that?

"Mother/Father God loves all who have been created, and that includes you, Beloved Ones, and it includes I, Ashtar, and all dwellers of all dimensionalities. And that Love is what was the material of creation and that Love is who everyone is! It’s just that there are some that have turned so far away from it in their zeal to create the opposite of Love, that we still have these programs showing themselves. And of course, it is the 'last hurrah' for those who would control the news media because you cannot turn on your computers, or pick up a newspaper, or turn on your television sets without some new violence greeting you. Of course, this is a part of a plan.

"As we have said, it is the Light which is contagious, not the dark. It is the Light which will literally flood the dark, and it is the Love that is carried in that Light, and is carried within each and everyone of you, Beloved Family, and beyond in each and every being who has ever been created by Father/Mother God! Everyone has a choice, and the choice is that the consensus of consciousness of Planet Earth is even stronger now, even more the majority, and it says 'Peace everywhere, within every being and between beings, and countries, and so on - there shall be Peace on Earth now!!!

"When there is Peace, there is Joy, and when there is Peace, the 3D programs get turned off because their credibility is gone. When there is Peace there is Love, and all of the expressions of Love - there is no room for the fear-based expressions. And this, Beloved Ones, is a major, major, major part of Ascension preparation. So you see, we remain true to our mission as Ashtar family, which is to prepare for Ascension in all of our teachings!

"Yes, you have heard, we have been celebrating a bit. We have an anniversary*** coming up - but every day is an anniversary for the Joy that was yesterday, to be brought forward into the new day, as you measure time, and we join you in that. It is the Light of Love which is the highest energy of the Universe and which is prevailing to such an extent that even though, yes we know, you are tired of hearing, 'no dates,' but we can tell you – 'Alrighty, no dates, but fasten your seatbelts or strap on your parachutes, or whatever you want to do, because we’re about to take off into a higher realm of dimensionality!'

"In other words, whereas Planet Earth was seen to be in the loooooow portions of 3D, until your harmonic convergence - and that’s a fairly recent date if you want to look it up - now, Planet Earth is aiming higher, higher, higher! And all of these energies that are coming in, which are so beautifully received and paid forward by you, Beloved Family, the whole energy of Planet Earth is evolving rapidly - after all, it must. We’re talking about Ascension preparation, and you don’t go from the very lowest divisions or portions of 3D and just go zooming right on up into 5D, you’ve got to have some preparation! And that’s what we are here for.

"That’s why we ask you to join with us, that’s why we do these Exercises, and most of all, that’s why we come to you with such Love, and such appreciation, because you are with us, Beloved Ones, and yes indeed, One We Are! We ask that you feel this Love, this great Love that brings us together. And by all means enjoy the events which are tumbling fast and with great intensity, rolling out all over the Planet to bring the Planet to Ascension readiness. You do not need to have any fears about whether you are going to make it – of course you’re going to make it - as long as you have passion, as long as you have intention, you are already committed to Ascension!

"You are committed to being here in this Ashtar on the Road family to further assist all the kingdoms of Mother Gaia to prepare for Ascension. And yes, we know, there is always something to do, something more to do, something to clear out, something to heal, or whatever, but we can assure you that you are doing it. We can assure you that we have even more closeness with you now than we did – let’s pick a random date – on the last year of our anniversary!

"Just look at how far we have come together, Beloved Ones, look into the mirror and greet the Divine Being You Are and say, ‘I Am. I Am ascending, I Am evolving, I Am becoming more and more my light body, I Am and always have been Divine!' How’s that? Think about that – 'always have been' – no matter what kind of hat you’ve worn, no matter whether the majority of you has been in the vibrations of fear or Love, you’ve always been Divine, you’ve always had Freedom of choice, you’ve always had Divine Will. And even those of you who may have worn a dark hat, a violent hat, once or more times in your lifetimes, you are honored for living the experience in order to know what it was, so that you could come into this lifetime and discern.

"Make your choices, because you’ve always had the Freedom to do so. Even if you’ve worn a dark hat in this lifetime ­– we’ve spent hours and days of your time, and it is a mission of Joy to show up at these meetings of the dark hats, and to assure them that they, too, are loved, but they are so into their programs, in advertising lingo you would say, 'It’s a real hard sell!' And they are not all in belief of us, but we are happy to report that even some of the darkest hats are listening and they are acknowledging the Light, and this is huge, Beloved Ones, this is huge!!!

"We welcome all to the Light. We have only Love and honor for all experiences lived; experience teaches wisdom. Some people still don’t have required wisdom, or you might say, they have not learned their lessons fully. They are not ready to graduate into Ascension, or Ascendee status. Love them. Show them the Light, give them your compassionate - not sympathetic, not ‘Hey, I’ll get down in the dumpies with you, because I’m sure that will make you better’ - kind of Love, compassionate Love.

"Allow them their Freedom to choose, counsel them if you will, and communicate to them that the World is coming to Peace and that Peace is for them as well, because it is the kind of Peace that is created out of Love. It’s not enslavement, as in – 'don’t you dare open your mouth or I’ll step on you' – kind of Peace, it is the Peace that goes with Freedom, it is the Peace of Love and it is for each and every being to feel that Peace and to follow their passions for whatever it is they are here to do.

"You have your Guides and you have the overviews that we give, the reports, if you will. And so it is that you are well-equipped to make your decisions in the Joy of the Freedom and in the High Integrity that we invite you to live in – the Ascension Lifestyle, but a little bit early!

"So that is what we are here to focus on because, as you know, there is a lot of turmoil in the world right now - we have said that there would be. There is a lot of chaos yet to come, we have said that as well. Is it something to fear? No! It’s time to rejoice and celebrate and to help others along the way, and that is what we mean when we say we have mission together. We are finally able to participate one hundred percent with the white knights, the Lightworkers, and with you, Beloved Family. This is reason for celebration, is it not?

"We are able to participate in the preparations which are centering primarily on the financial aspects of life on Planet Earth, so that complete Freedom can be enjoyed by all, along with abundance. Of course, the next step is going to be our presence among you, openly acknowledged. Call us forth, invite us to fill up your television screens or to broadcast on the airwaves. These will be happening every time that you give permission, which is a way of saying, issue an invitation or roll out your red carpets! It simply empowers us to do more.

"That’s not so simple, really, if you take into consideration all of the various areas that we are actively engaging in at this time. However, as we have said, the main news, that is, the news of the changes and of the Ascension preparation have to do with financial matters. And this is as it must be because, as the Beloved news reporters* have said, when they don’t have their money they become disempowered - they don’t have the money to pay the hired soldiers to go and wage war; they don’t have the money to pay the drug companies to wage war on the people with their legal and illegal drugs - there’s really not much difference in most of them; they don’t have the money to poison the air with their chemtrails, and poison the waters, and poison the very soils of Mother Earth; they do not have the money to drill into Mother Earth and suck out her life’s blood, and so on.

"We’re working on that real hard. We’ve got a lot of great helpers among the white knights and the support of all of you. Lightworkers all over the world are sending out visions of how the World is to be when the changes are made. All we ask that you do, as far as directing any kind of focus toward those who have been wearing the dark hats, is just send them your Compassionate Love, Forgiveness, and yes, Gratitude, for showing the difference. You can see so clearly the difference between dark and Light, and it is for every human on the planet to be able to see the difference as clearly as you!

"Light also provides clarity, yes? So send them the Light of Love, send it all over the Planet and invite people to really open their Hearts and see and understand, and to be forgiving, and to be thankful for the Freedom with which they can now live their lives!

"Beloved Ones, there is such Joy in the Universe, such attention upon Planet Earth, and such uplifting celebrations going on even now, because this mission is accomplished. Ascension is for real, it’s a 'happening thing,' as you like to say. So just get in the highest vibrations of celebration and welcome the Peace that passeth all understanding into your own Hearts. And then we’ll be sharing it everywhere so that everyone can enjoy the new Freedoms from the Highest Dimensional Perspective, Attitude, and Lifestyle, so that these changes which we are telling you about - which we are celebrating even now - become everyone’s reality as we move, literally, move into the Higher Dimensional, shall we say, permanent residence for all of those who are ascending!!!

"I, Ashtar, shall be there, even as I am here with you, to welcome you, along with my brothers Sananda, Saint Germain, and all of the Company that is so excited and so joyful, and so much in Love with each and every one of you, Beloved Ones! Our hearts overflow. We invite you to be in celebration of this great Freedom and the great Peace that it shall bring to each and every one of all of the kingdoms of Mother Gaia, on Planet Earth and beyond!

"It’s party time! And thank you for joining with us in celebration and service. And so it is! Salut."

A seminary professor was vacationing with his wife in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. One morning, they were eating breakfast at a little restaurant, hoping to Enjoy a quiet, family meal. While they were waiting for their food, they Noticed a distinguished looking, white-haired man moving from table to Table, visiting with the guests. The professor leaned over and whispered to His wife, 'I hope he doesn't come over here.' But sure enough, the man did Come over to their table.

'Where are you folks from?' he asked in a friendly voice.

'Oklahoma,' they answered.

'Great to have you here in Tennessee,' the stranger said... 'What do you do For a living?'

'I teach at a seminary,' he replied.

'Oh, so you teach preachers how to preach, do you? Well, I've got a really Great story for you.' And with that, the gentleman pulled up a chair and sat Down at the table with the couple. The professor groaned and thought to himself, 'Great.. Just what I Need.... Another preacher story!'

The man started, 'See that mountain over there? (Pointing out the restaurant Window). Not far from the base of that mountain, there was a boy born to an Unwed mother. He had a hard time growing up, because every place he went, he Was always asked the same question, 'Hey boy, who's your daddy?' Whether he Was at school, in the grocery store or drug store, people would ask the same Question, 'Who's your daddy?'

He would hide at recess and lunch time from other students.. He would avoid Going in to stores because that question hurt him so bad. 'When he was about 12 years old, a new preacher came to his church. He would always go in late And slip out early to avoid hearing the question, 'Who's your daddy?'

But one day, the new preacher said the benediction so fast that he got Caught and had to walk out with the crowd. Just about the time he got to the back door, the new preacher, not knowing Anything about him, put his hand on his shoulder and asked him, 'Son, who's Your daddy?'

The whole church got deathly quiet. He could feel every eye in the church Looking at him. Now everyone would finally know the answer to the question, 'Who's your daddy?'

This new preacher, though, sensed the situation around him and using Discernment that only the Holy Spirit could give, said the following to that Scared little boy.. 'Wait a minute! I know who you are! I see the family
Resemblance now, You are a child of God.'

With that he patted the boy on his shoulder and said, 'Boy, you've got a Great inheritance.. Go and claim it.'

'With that, the boy smiled for the first time in a long time and walked out The door a changed person. He was never the same again. Whenever anybody Asked him, 'Who's your Daddy?' he'd just tell them, 'I'm a Child of God..''

The distinguished gentleman got up from the table and said, 'Isn't that a Great story?'

The professor responded that it really was a great story! As the man turned to leave, he said, 'You know, if that new preacher hadn't Told me that I was one of God's children, I probably never would have
Amounted to anything!' And he walked away..

The seminary professor and his wife were stunned. He called the waitress Over and asked her, 'Do you know who that man was -- the one who just left That was sitting at our table?'

The waitress grinned and said, 'Of course. Everybody here knows him. That's Ben Hooper. He's governor of Tennessee !'

Five (5) lessons about the way we treat people

  1 - First Important Lesson - Cleaning Lady.

During my second month of college, our professor gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student and had breezed through the questions until I read the last one:

"What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?"

Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the cleaning woman several times. She was tall, dark-haired and in her 50's, but how would I know her name?
I handed in my paper, leaving the last question blank. Just before class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our quiz grade.

"Absolutely," said the professor "In your careers,you will meet many people. All are significant.. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say hello."

I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her name was Dorothy.

  2. - Second Important Lesson - Pickup in the Rain

One night, at 11:30 p.m., an older African American woman was standing on the side of an Alabama highway trying to endure a lashing rain storm. Her car had broken down and she desperately needed a ride.

Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car. A young white man stopped to help her, generally unheard of in those conflict-filled 1960's. The man took her to safety, helped her get assistance and put her into a taxicab.

She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a giant console color TV was delivered to his home. A special note was attached.

  It read:

"Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway the other night. The rain drenched not only my clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along. Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying husband's bedside just before he passed away... God bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving others."

  3 - Third Important Lesson - Always remember those Who serve.

In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less, a 10-year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him.

"How much is an ice cream sundae?" he asked. "Fifty cents," replied the waitress.

The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and studied the coins in it.

"Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?" he inquired.

By now more people were waiting for a table and the waitress was growing impatient..

"Thirty-five cents," she brusquely replied.

The little boy again counted his coins.

"I'll have the plain ice cream," he said.

The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on the table and walked away The boy finished the ice cream, paid the cashier and left.

When the waitress came back, she began to cry as she wiped down the table. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were two nickels and five pennies.. You see, he couldn't have the sundae, because he had to have enough left to leave her a tip.

  4 - Fourth Important Lesson. - The obstacle in Our Path.

In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the kings' wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the King for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the stone out of the way.

Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded. After the peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the King indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway.

The peasant learned what many of us never understand!

Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition.

  5 - Fifth Important Lesson - Giving When it Counts...

Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer at a hospital, I got to know a little girl named Liz who was suffering from a rare & serious disease. Her only chance of recovery appeared to be a blood transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had miraculously survived the same disease and had developed the antibodies needed to combat the illness. The doctor explained the situation to her little brother, and asked the little boy if he would be willing to give his blood to his sister. I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking a deep breath and saying, "Yes I'll do it if it will save her."

As the transfusion progressed, he lay in bed next to his sister and smiled, as we all did, seeing the color returning to her cheek. Then his face grew pale and his smile faded.He looked up at the doctor and asked with a trembling voice, "Will I start to die right away".

Being young, the little boy had misunderstood the doctor; he thought he was going to have to give his sister all of his blood in order to save her.

Local Heroes

Lucy Wood of Yelverton, a tiny village of 3000 in Devon in the UK was fed up with having to pay exorbitant prices for meat and vegetables from far-flung locations. She wanted to grow her own vegetables, but didn’t really have the skill-set – or the land – required.

She sought – and received £18,000 of grant money and went on to found Buckland Food Growers 18 months ago, and opened its doors with seven pigs 17 children, five beehives and a selection of planted vegetables. The villagers were invited to join the scheme for £20 sign-up and £15 additional each year, after which they could choose which group – meat, bees or vegetables – they wanted to join in and help out. A strict rota determined who tended the plants and the animals each week.

All the members thereafter enjoy the bounty of hand-reared meat and home-grown vegetables, at enormous cost-savings. Wood herself hasn’t bought store-bought vegetables for months. Although it’s hard work she says, it’s also enjoyable and a good way to build and strengthen her tiny community.

  Harnessing the power of connection

People like Lucy around the world are prospering in these troubled times by discovering new ways to communicate, live together, work and resolve differences. And every one of these success stories shares one thing in common: an ability to harness the fundamental human need to connect, or Bond, and to move past ‘every man for himself’ to ‘we’re all in this together.’

Many are using ingenious methods of ensuring that they and all around them remain prosperous and in work through a neighborhood “savings bank” of bartered services, communal savings and loan, security watch or food sharing.

And speaking of food, after Ketvin Cheung heard about a group of students in America, who’d begun collecting leftovers from supermarkets and restaurants and cooking it university kitchens for the poor and homeless, he got a big idea. With just £4000 he set up FoodCycle in 2008 at King’s Cross in London, a place ridden with homeless people.

The idea was that volunteers would collect surplus food destined for the trash bin from restaurants and supermarkets, take it to an unused kitchen in, say, a church or community center, and turn these leftovers into three-course feasts of fresh pasta bake or shepherd’s pies.

Just four years later, Foodcycle boasts a network of 600 volunteers and 16 locations up and down Britain, which have delivered a total of 27,000 meals to those in need, such as the sick or the elderly who cannot get to or afford food from a supermarket.

Every location also provides space for volunteers and recipients to sit down to a meal together. The system subsists almost entirely on free services, with small donations paying for the small food that is not surplus and also for transportation costs. Cheung is working toward having a Foodcycle in every village and down in Britain.

  A local currency

Besides food, other people are coming up with ingenious ways to support ailing local economies. Ciaran Mundy and a group of local business people in Bristol in the UK were tired of watching the Euro and indeed world’s financial system in freefall. They were also tired of banks taking money from out of a local area and into either the City of London or some other remote bank offshore. And they were frustrated by the slow death of local businesses in Bristol, which were closing down and being taken over the supermarkets or chain stores.

From this frustration, the idea came to them: why not print their own money, by and for Bristol? And from there, the Bristol pound is being born next month, in £1, £5, $10 and $20 denominations.

Thus far, 100 local companies have signed up to use Bristol pounds, including a family bakery, the Ferry company, the Tobacco Factory theatre, many cafes and even a pub.

Bristol residents will open an account with the Bristol Credit Union (BCU), which will administer the scheme, and for every ordinary pound Sterling they deposit, they’ll be credited with one Bristol pound.

The BCU has come up with hologram designs, a gold foil strip with serial numbers and other security measures to counter forgery. The BCU also has online banking and support of the local council so that local businesses can use the local currency to pay their local taxes. Local residents are getting involved to help design the logo of the currency on the Bristol Pound website.

The only catch is that Bristol pounds must remain in Bristol; every pound you spend there must be used by the recipient to pay for staff or local supplies or services. In that way, everyone supports the local economy, Bristol money stays in Bristol, and the residents give new meaning to ‘buying local.’

Deaf Awareness Week: 'Look At Me'

'Our ears may be wonky but our brains work just fine'

Think 'communicating with the deaf' and you probably think 'sign language'.

But while it’s true that a great number of hearing impaired people use this technique, it’s not the only way to converse with a deaf person.

In fact, you don’t have to be a signing expert to interact well with someone who finds it hard to hear.
That’s why, for Deaf Awareness Week (May 7-13), the UK’s leading hearing loss charities are running a campaign called ‘Look At Me’.

The message? A few simple steps can remove the barriers preventing deaf people from communicating effectively in every arena, from shops to doctors’ surgeries, restaurants or at work.
As the UK Council on Deafness points out, nearly 15 per cent of the population of the UK – that’s nine million people – is deaf or hard of hearing, including 30,000 children under the age of 16.

Yet despite this there remain serious issues of access. For instance, nearly 70 per cent of people who use British Sign Language (BSL) as their first language say they have asked for an interpreter to be booked for a GP appointment, but did not get one.

As Jackie Ballard, chief executive of Action on Hearing Loss, says: ‘This is a basic issue of human rights.’

Meanwhile, in daily life, many people and employers are often unaware or confused about how best to reach those with loss of hearing.

So what are the top tips to best communication – and, if you run a business or public service, what can you do to improve provision?

  Don’t Make Assumptions

As the Royal Association for Deaf People notes: “Don’t assume that because a deaf person is wearing hearing aids, he can hear what you are saying. He may only be able to hear particular sounds or background noise”.
Similarly, don’t expect a hearing aid to be the primary sign of deafness. Deafness is often referred to as the ‘invisible disability’ as there may be no visual clues: profoundly deaf people may not wear aids at all.How Can You Tell?

Hearing aids aside, there are several behaviours that may indicate a person is deaf or suffers loss of hearing. For instance, a deaf person’s speech might sound a little strange, louder than the norm or words may be pronounced in an odd way. Turning up the TV or radio to high volume can also be an indication of hearing impairment, as can frequent requests for repetition of what has been said. How Can I Get Their Attention?

Don’t stand behind the person shouting, for a start. Eye contact is vital: establish this by tapping them gently on the shoulder or gently waving. From a distance, it is acceptable to use vibration or light, says charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People – for instance, when entering a large room, you could stamp the floor or flick a light switch to let them know you are there.

  How Do I Communicate?

The first and easiest way to know how best to communicate is to follow the deaf person’s lead. If they are asking you a question using their voice, it is safe to assume that they will be expecting to lip read your reply.

  10 Rules of Lip reading1. Face the person2. Keep eye contact3. Speak clearly, at a normal pace4. Do not shout5. Ensure there are no bright lights behind you that could make it difficult to see your face6. Use whole sentences, not one word replies – lip reading is 70 per cent guesswork. Using sentences gives contextual clues7. Minimise background noise, such as radio or TV, or visual noise such as moving wall displays8. Use facial expressions to help convey meaning9. Use hand gestures to help explain – for example back up directions by pointing10. If there is more than one person speaking, take turns to talk: do not speak over the other person

  Don’t Patronise

As blogger Ian Noon, who has been profoundly deaf since birth, writes at http://iannoon.wordpress.com: “As a child, one of the things that used to really rile me was people assuming that because I was deaf, I was dumb and stupid… I still detect sometimes a prejudice that deaf children are never going to achieve as well as other children.

“So my first and most important deaf awareness tip of the week is never to underestimate or patronise. Our ears may be wonky but our brains work just fine, thank you very much.”

  Don’t Rush In

Lip reading is not an exact science: someone who uses lip reading relies on a whole host of visual clues. So, top tip: don’t rush in with a non sequitur, even if you are enunciating clearly and slowly. In other words, don’t jump from talking about lunch to “Man City’s goal was amazing yesterday – did you see them thrash Man U?” Instead, think about context and kick off with something like: “Did you see the football yesterday?”

  Don’t Parrot

As deaf campaigner Ian Noon adds: “If I don’t understand the context, chances are that I’m going to have major problems understanding what’s being said. Which is why I get incredibly annoyed when, if I don’t understand something, people insist on just repeating themselves verbatim. Again. And again. And again.”

Instead, try explaining what you want to say in a different way, rephrasing it or tracking back and explaining the context.

  Try Something Else

If you’re not managing to express yourself, don’t give up: try texting it on your mobile phone, writing it down on a piece of paper, pointing or even using hand gestures. Remember the mantra: ‘Repeat, Re-phrase, Write it down’. Just Ask

If unsure, just ask. Someone who is deaf or hard of hearing would much rather be asked about their level of impairment and how best to communicate than ignored out of some misguided sense that you may cause offence or confusion. This applies as much, if not more, to deaf children as adults: remember, a child will no doubt lack confidence and more so if they struggle to understand you. So don’t back off: just ask.

  At WorkSome key things to consider in the workplace:

• Do you have a working (and regularly checked) induction loop fitted in customer service areas?
• Offer a range of contact options for your organisation – not just a phone number
• Ensure you have good signage to direct people where to go
• In meetings ask the deaf person where the best place is for them to sit
• Know where to hire a BSL interpreter if needed – see NRCPD
• Consider BSL training for staff: visit Action on Hearing Loss or DeafWise

Laughing, laughing, laughing. Cheering, applauding. Does anyone want to explain the meaning of this saying? Yes? (speaking to Sart) The instigator. The creator. The perpetrator. ADAMUS: Well, this is a first in any of my schools or classes. (laughter) I’ve had students falling asleep. Ah, I’ve had some give me flowers. (someone gives him flowers; audience responds “Awww” and Adamus gives her a kiss) She and I are going to go in the back room for the rest of the Shoud. Where the wine is, absolutely.

It is a first, and I’ll have you know that the other Ascended Masters who are here with me today got a bigger laugh out of it than you did. (laughter) Thank you. Thank you. Yes. Only here. Ah, if you would my dear. (he gives the flowers to Linda)

LINDA: Thank you. We’ll find a home for them.

ADAMUS: Ah, I deserved that one. I was going to start off with a stern message. (laughter) How could I now? (someone shouts “Oh no!”) (Adamus tries to compose himself, then chuckles again; more laughter)

Perhaps we’ll go back to the breathing. The music we’ll do over. (laughter)

I was going to open with the words … the words that said “I assume if you are here” – I was going to get very dramatic, kind of poetic about it – “I assume that if you’re here, if you are watching or if you are reading this, it is because you are ready for enlightenment.” (audience cheering and applause) My beautiful opening!

I deserve it. I deserve it. I was going to be a bit too serious today. Ah yes.

But I do assume that if you’re here, if you’re watching or you’re listening, it is because this is going to be your last lifetime on this planet. (audience responds “Yes!”) Oh, that was a hearty yes! And if an angelic being came up to you and said, “David, I think you need another lifetime,” what would you tell that being?

DAVID: Bullshit!

ADAMUS: You have it right on your shirt! (laughter) Right there. Yeah. (Adamus chuckles)

Your Enlightenment

I assume that if you are here you are absolutely serious about your enlightenment. Absolutely, to the point that it’s the only thing. It is the thing. Why? because you spent many, many lifetimes in this rabbit chase. You’ve studied so much, sacrificed so much, suffered so much, and now you’ve said, “This is it. This is it.”

I make this point as we start – serious point as we start – because then assume yourself that everything that’s happening in your life right now – everything – is all being directed towards this. You made a conscious choice. You made a very clear choice. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here. You would have left a while back. (Adamus chuckles) I’m trying to be so serious! Excuse me sir, you have a bug on your lip. (laughter he speaks to a woman with a sombrero and a stick-on mustache) How can I be serious – dear God, how? – with all of this?!

I assume that with your conscious choice for enlightenment that everything now that’s happening in your life is focusing on that. Every event is about the enlightenment. Everything that happens – you may not like everything, because a lot of the things that are happening are about clearing and changes – but everything that’s happening is all funneling into this enlightenment.

I know so often you wonder “What’s going on? Why can’t I seem to understand all of this? Why is it that I’m having these ups and downs?” My dear friends, it’s all about the enlightenment. Everything. Everything. You don’t even need to ask questions about why this is happening or why that’s happening. It’s about your enlightenment.

Now, that raises a lot of questions – What is enlightenment? – and unfortunately, there’s a lot of confusion about that. What is ascension? A lot of confusion. But let’s just say that it is the integration of yourself, of your divinity, of your aspects, bringing back together every part and piece of you in the physical body in this lifetime.

Now, whether you then leave the body or whether you stay and really enjoy, is to be seen. It’s a decision I can’t make for you. I don’t even want to coach you on one way or the other. But in that moment of enlightenment you’ll know. You’ll know. There’s no need to fear it. It is perhaps the greatest choice you’ll ever make. There’s no reason to fear the departure of the physical body. As I’ve said before, you’ve done it many, many times before. Very easy.

It’s difficult to even anticipate what human life in an enlightened state is going to be about, and I know that you ponder it. You think about it – “What’s that going to be like to be enlightened and physical?” – but right now, at least in this moment, the mind can’t even imagine. Can’t even. You can imagine, what you would say, through your creative, through your heart, through your feelings. But the mind can’t even imagine. So what happens is that the mind, the human side, then starts fearing, starts wondering, starts backing away.

My dear friends, you can’t back away from it. You really can’t. You made a very conscious choice. Everything is in motion. With what you know now, you couldn’t go back to being asleep. You couldn’t. And you’ve tried, and you’ve tried, but you can’t. You know too much. You’re aware of too much now.

You can procrastinate. You can distract yourself, which you’re getting to be experts at doing. Or you can just take that deep breath, have no fear.

My dear friends, I said in a recent Shoud, I said – whether it’s five, whether it’s a thousand, doesn’t matter – but just a few beings, humans, staying in the physical body in enlightenment will make an amazing difference on not just this Earth, but on all the realms. It’s not easy. Absolutely not.

Energies Coming In

The energies are very intense right now. You’re feeling it from everywhere. And to add to all of this – a little bomb I’m going to drop here; yes, the energies are very intense, this is twenty-twelve, of course, 2012 – but to add to all of this, starting on May 10th a whole new wave of energy is going to come in, and it’s going to last about a week. It will be extremely intense. You’ve gone through some of these before, I know you can get through it again, but extremely intense energies for about a week.

The interesting thing about them – they’re not solar waves, they’re not electromagnetic waves, just say that these are truly interdimensional bombardments of energy onto this planet – when they arrive, they’re going to go deep into the Earth, and they’re going to release something from the Earth. Old Energy. Old stuck history. (some in audience groan) So imagine this trem- …oh, no it’s nothing to fear! (Adamus chuckles) It’s just to be aware of.

Imagine these intense energies coming in, colliding with stuck energy in Earth. Imagine what’s going to happen. (someone says “Earthquakes”; someone else says “Earth changes”) Hmm. Not necess- … possibly, possibly. Intensity on your physical body, starting in about a week.

What are you going to do? (audience says “Breathe”)

MARTY: Don’t go skydiving.

ADAMUS: Yeah, don’t go skydiving! (chuckling) Good. Good. Mofo’s right on top of it today. Yeah. Or … or perhaps … (someone says “Drink”) go skydiving. (Adamus chuckles and audience laughter) Drink they say, yes. Perhaps it is the time to come out of any sort of hiding. Perhaps it is the very time to go skydiving or doing something a little crazy, something getting out of your mind.

Now you’re going to really feel it in your body. You’re going to feel it all around you. Other people may, they may not. The Earth will, and it may result in things like earthquakes, volcanoes. Not necessarily. Not necessarily, but it could, when you have this massive level of energy coming in. It’ll be very interesting to see, when we gather again next on our next Shoud, what the effect has been.

There’s a metaphor or an analogy in it also. As these energies come in and they hit the Earth, they’re also going to hit your physical body. How is your physical body right now? (audience grumbles a bit) Hmmm. Hmmmm. A little sore. A little achy maybe. A little disoriented. So what do you do? Breathe. Get grounded. Love that body. Feed that body. (someone says “Yay!”) Yay. Feed that body again. Not a time to be doing body abuse things. Not a time to think that you have to lose a lot of weight by starving yourself. Eat. Eat hearty. Yes. (Adamus chuckles)

So, my dear friends, just as a heads up – very intense. All a part of this planet’s development, of this planet’s evolution. So when we say sometimes the big energies are coming in and people go, “Oh! Hide underground! Run!” you know, whatever, you have to understand that these energies are here for a beautiful and specific reason.

What’s happening to you right now isn’t arbitrary. It’s not just happening, it’s not just because – what is the saying? – something happens…

DAVID: Shit happens.

ADAMUS: See he said it. Not me.

SART: It’s part of crap.

ADAMUS: Yes! Yes. It is part of your ascension, your enlightenment.

So let’s take a deep breath with that.

Let’s welcome in these energies. May 10. May 10 they’ll start arriving. Big. Supportive. For you!

Now, if there’s things in your life that are on the edge, it’s going to push them over one way or the other. But isn’t that a good thing? (some people say “Yes”; one person says “No”) No. (Adamus chuckles and audience laughter) Tough crowd here today. Tough crowd.

Sacred Shoud

Now let’s talk for a moment. This is the sacred Shoud – or I thought it was a sacred Shoud. (laughter) It was part of my opening message – “Sacred Shoud” – and look what you do. But this is indeed a sacred Shoud. Shoud is a word that Tobias first used. It’s an old, old Hebrew word. And a Shoud means sacred gathering, inspired gathering.

So here we have this very sacred Shoud, and in the sacred Shoud we can laugh. We can wear vulgar tee-shirts. (Adamus chuckles) We can do whatever we want. We can sip coffee, drink wine, laugh, cry, be ourselves, wear interesting clothing, dance if we want to. In a sacred Shoud, though, it is about the collective workings of you – of all Shaumbra – adding your energy. It is about Cauldre and Linda adding theirs. Aandrah and On adding theirs. Everyone watching in online right now. Everyone connected to this work later on adding their energies to the sacred Shoud.

And I bring up this point today, because you, my dear friends, are in a very delicate, beautiful, but very fragile state of being. You’re transitioning from human to divine human. You’re transitioning out of the mental era, the mind era, of yourself, into now a creative-mental-divine. Things are being released from your life. New things, unexpected things are coming in. Very, very fragile time. It’s good that you can laugh. It’s delightful that you can laugh, because, as I’m hearing one of you say, “Yes, if I’m not laughing, I’ll be crying.” But delightful that you can laugh about it.

But it is a unique combination of all of our energies, and it’s only done here, and it’s only done like this.

Because of the respect that I have for it, and because knowing what you’re going through right now, it’s only here. Nowhere else. So this is a message for others who are claiming to be channeling under my name, others who are claiming to be doing Shouds: It is not appropriate. It is here. It is this group. It is this messenger. It is this team. It is this staff that brings it together. Tobias, Kuthumi, did not have this same requirement. They were working with a bit different energy.

When I came in, in my first message I said, “This will be it.” One messenger, one group that I’m talking to. That’s it. Anyone else, I’ll be so bold as to say, is, on a good day confused, on a bad day delusional or fraudulent. Whoa. Hm. (someone says “Amen”) That’s only the beginning. (Adamus chuckles)

Now, I do understand that Cauldre and Linda are a bit worn out from their recent trip, which I dearly enjoyed. Oh! Mm! France and love and wine. What more could you want. But I understand they’re a bit worn out from this, so we’re going to shift a little bit today. We’re going to bring in more of your energies, as you’ve already demonstrated. A little bit more of mine. Cauldre and Linda can step back a little bit. We still have the blend going, but we’re just changing the ratio a bit.

So the question to you now as we proceed – how do you want it today? Do you want it blunt and controversial? (audience shouts “Yes!”) Or do you want it gentle and nurturing? (most in the audience say “No.”) Edith wants it gentle and nurturing. Just a minute. Let me check on something. I’m sorry Edith, we’re out of gentle and nurturing today! (laughter) Would you like our other selection on the menu? (Adamus chuckles) Blunt and controversial. And so it will be. We’ll be direct about things.

I actually really only have one point to make in this entire Shoud, and it would only take five minutes. But I enjoy talking, enjoying being here with you, enjoying this process of a Shoud where we collect it all together.

So what to talk about today. Could we move the board over here? (David moves the writing board to the live music area.) Yeah. Music.

Questions

So now, doing a quick assessment of the energies in this Shoud, say, “What’s going on?” What’s happening with Shaumbra right now? What are all the feelings? What are the questions? Aside from what I would call the day-to-day issues, what are the big questions going on? Linda, my dear, if you would be so kind as to write on the board.

1. “How Am I Doing?”

Number one question that we’ve been getting recently is “How am I doing?” Not how am I doing – I know I’m doing well – but how are you doing. “How am I doing?” And it’s interesting. It shifted quite a bit. In the past there were other types of questions, but now you’re saying “How am I doing right now?”

It’s a good question. How are you doing? Exceptionally well under the circumstances. Exceptionally well. You’re still in this physical body, and that’s a big point. You’re still here. That’s good. It’s a very difficult process to go through. It is hard on the biology. It’s all being reworked. It’s all being reconstructed. So it is very easy to go out of the body.

Now, it doesn’t necessarily mean death, but just not to be living in your body. You’re reminding yourselves to be present, to be in that body. And actually, it’s interesting to note – by the way, yes, this is a type of report card – it’s interesting to note that you are actually starting to love that body. Oh, it’s been a long road of not liking it, being critical of it in every way, but you’re actually starting to – look – dress up! (he’s looking at someone’s costume) Love the body! Love that being that you’re walking in and dancing in.

Is it time to dance? (to Lulu, who is wearing a beautiful sparkly gown) Let’s dance. It is Cinco de Mayo (a Mexican holiday). It is a Shoud. It is Buddha’s birthday. Let’s dance. Please. (Lulu comes up to front; audience applause) Beautiful outfit. You look gorgeous today. Wow.

ADAMUS: Yes. You need the hard surface?

LULU: It’s a little bit unexpected, so I’m going to have to just …

ADAMUS: Take a deep breath.

So back to “How am I doing?” Good. Exceptionally well under the circumstances. The fact that you’ve managed to keep it together, even though it’s been difficult – admirable. Very, very good. A little bit too much worrying and doubt right now. We’re going to address that later on. But still too much worrying about how you’re doing.

You’re doing exceptionally well! Could you just take a deep breath with that and acknowledge? There are many others who’ve come this way, haven’t made it this far. Many others that have given up – given up this particular lifetime, given up on the whole enlightenment process – but you’re still here. And laughing. Laughing! That’s amazing! And challenging things, which is good. You’re challenging old belief systems within yourself, within the organizations, right here within Crimson Circle. That is admirable.

So how are you doing? Exceptionally well. I would give you – I will give you – an “A.” (the best mark or grade) Absolutely. (audience approval and applause) Who am I to give “A’s,” but such is done. Such is done.

2. “What Should I Be Doing Different?”

So next question that you’ve been asking, “What should I be doing different? What should I be doing different?” And we hear this a lot. “What should I be doing different right now?” And I’m going to actually ask Linda, who is busy writing, to actually go out into the audience and ask. What is it you think you should be doing different to make it a little bit easier, to make it a little bit more enjoyable, to really let yourself take advantage of things like these energies coming in. What should you be doing different? Would you please stand. Yeah.

CAROLYN: I just need to let go.

ADAMUS: Of?

CAROLYN: Of everything that I have, you know, thought that was important in my life, of all the things that I have, you know, held onto, like, you know, trying to do everything perfectly. Just trying to … failing to be who I really am, because I think I have to be all these other things.

ADAMUS: And why don’t you just let go?

CAROLYN: I don’t know! I don’t know.

ADAMUS: I mean you’re obviously then enjoying these things?

CAROLYN: No!

ADAMUS: No?

CAROLYN: No. Not so much.

ADAMUS: No, but then they’re still there.

CAROLYN: Yes.

ADAMUS: So there’s something in them that you still enjoy. Something in them that you …

CAROLYN: Something to hang onto.

ADAMUS: … still are hanging onto. It serves some purpose, otherwise they would be gone.

CAROLYN: Yes.

ADAMUS: Yeah.

CAROLYN: So I just have to do it, don’t I?

ADAMUS: Well, just realize what those things are, why you’re still enjoying doing the right thing, following the rules, doing things for other people.

CAROLYN: Maybe, you know, I place too much emphasis on what others might think.

ADAMUS: Yeah. Good. And when you let go of that?

CAROLYN: Then I can just be me.

ADAMUS: Yeah. And they may …

CAROLYN: And let all go.

ADAMUS: … ridicule or make fun, but they already are, so it doesn’t matter. (laughter) Yes.

CAROLYN: Don’t you all laugh at me. (laughter)

ADAMUS: Good.

So what is it? When you say what should I be doing different? What should you be doing different?

JOYCE: Just letting go of all the old habits.

ADAMUS: Yeah. Such as?

JOYCE: All the things that you think you need to do.

ADAMUS: Name one.

JOYCE: Oh, keeping things clean. Just those routine daily sort of things.

ADAMUS: Yeah. And why do you have these?

JOYCE: I was taught very well.

ADAMUS: Yeah. So what I’m really hearing in this is more about letting go of a lot of the human details, the programming, the conditioning that you have to do these certain things. And those things do hold you down.

JOYCE: They do. They burden you.

ADAMUS: They burden you.

JOYCE: And I’ve noticed that lately.

ADAMUS: And you spend an awful lot of time – not just you, but all of you – spend an awful lot of time just working on the little details of life. Details of life. And there’s ultimately really no need to. I’ve got a theory. I think sometimes you do it because it’s a distraction. Sometimes you do it because you think that if you don’t do it that you will poof! off the planet. In other words, it’s something to make you stay here.

JOYCE: Well, mass consciousness throws a lot of that at us.

ADAMUS: And mass consciousness, absolutely. But all of you are coming to the point where you’re really not caring so much about mass consciousness. That’s a good thing. That’s a good thing.

Next. What should you be doing different?

EDITH: I should hire a cleaning lady. (lots of laughter and some applause)

ADAMUS: So help me to understand. You want somebody else to clean up your messes?

EDITH: Exactly.

ADAMUS: Good. Good. Good. Are you going to pay them well?

EDITH: Yes.

ADAMUS: Good. Treat them well?

EDITH: Yes.

ADAMUS: Good. Good. And why haven’t you done it up to now?

EDITH: I’m poor.

ADAMUS: You’re what?

EDITH: I need to bring in my abundance. Let me rephrase that.

ADAMUS: No, you don’t need to bring it in. It’s already there.

EDITH: Well, I need to dig it up then. (laughter and Adamus is chuckling)

ADAMUS: You need to just realize it’s already there. Yes. You need to realize that you actually don’t have to do anything – and I’m leading up to an exercise we’re going to go through in just a little bit – you need to understand that.

You can’t wish in abundance. You can’t think … you cannot think your way to abundance. It’s already there, dear Edith. It’s just when are you going to be aware of it?

EDITH: Good point.

ADAMUS: When are you going …

EDITH: Could you show me where? (laughter)

ADAMUS: Later my dear. It’s realizing it, and this is a very basic metaphysical, spiritual, psychological point. You already have everything built in with you, both dualities. You’ve got the abundance, lack of abundance. It’s already there. For some reason, you’re choosing the lack. Yeah, and at a certain point, you get tired of it and you just move beyond it. Absolutely.

Abundance is more natural than lack of abundance. Absolutely. Good.

Abundance – I’m going to look you straight in the eye – abundance is directly equated with your desire to live. (someone says “Wow”) Wow. Directly equated with your desire to live. So it should be no mystery that so many of you have abundance problems. Why? You’re not sure if you want to be here. We’ll get to that in a moment.

You decide you really want to be here, you decide you want to be, suddenly you’re abundant. All the energies come racing in.

Energies are serving you literally right now. If you’re not really sure you want to be on this planet, you’re sitting on the fence, you’re waiting for a breeze to come along and push you off one way or the other and then you can blame it on the breeze, not take responsibility, that’s exactly the level of energy that’s going to come in to support you. Not much. Just enough to survive. Just enough to live. Just enough to get by. And that’s where a lot of you are. It’s not because you haven’t figured out abundance. It’s because you haven’t chosen whether you want to be here or not! (he’s shaking Joe) I’m not picking on anybody in particular here. (laughter)

It could be said it’s about the commitment to yourself, commitment to being here, with no ifs, ands or buts about it. Not – this is my favorite – the “If I win the lotto, I’ll really want to be here. I’ll want to stay.” No, no, no. It doesn’t work that way. Choose to stay; win the lotto later, you see. That’s how … abundance is really so simple. So very simple. It has to do with the joy of life. Yeah. Good. What other things would you want to do different right now?

LUCIA: Well, I think I should really trust – really trust – I mean really trust of me. In me.

ADAMUS: Yes, and why don’t you?

LUCIA: Well, I have ups and downs. When I really trust in me, I can see really how the energy’s working and really how the things have changed.

ADAMUS: Why would a being … (he stands with her, and they look directly into the camera) Why would a being not trust themselves?

LUCIA: Well, because … (she giggles) It really gets you responsible, and it’s true responsibility.

ADAMUS: Isn’t this intimidating? (she giggles) Awful. (Adamus chuckles) Because … I’ll answer the question for you.

LUCIA: Yeah.

ADAMUS: Because you’ve had situations that have supposedly gone wrong.

LUCIA: Yeah.

ADAMUS: You’ve done things you judge yourself for doing poorly, doing wrong. You’ve all let yourself go in the past, thought you were opening up and just expressing yourself, and suddenly, what? (some says “Cut your head off”) Yeah, get your head cut off. Exactly. Or burned or something else. So there is those old, old memories that are still there.

But it’s time to let that go. It truly is, because ultimately it’s only about trusting yourself.

LUCIA: Yeah.

ADAMUS: Yeah. And when you do, yes, things are going to change. Oh, other people will react. Many people will tell you that you’ve become arrogant, you’ve become full of yourself, and that’s when you take a deep breath and show them your tee-shirt. (laughter) And say, “Yes, you’re right.”

Good. What else?

LUCIA: I have to show them my tee-shirt? (she giggles)

ADAMUS: Yeah, yes.

LUCIA: In front of the camera.

ADAMUS: Yeah. Good. What else?

LINDA: Look what you have nice Italian girls doing. Mm hmm. Mm hmm.

ADAMUS: I’m proud.

LINDA: No, I’m talking about the tee-shirt.

ADAMUS: Yes.

CAROLE: Live your bucket list.

ADAMUS: Live your bucket list.

CAROLE: Yes.

ADAMUS: What’s a bucket list?

CAROLE: The things that you’ve always wanted to do.

ADAMUS: Yes.

CAROLE: The things that you’ve always wanted to do that’s fun.

ADAMUS: Good. What do you want to do?

CAROLE: Travel. Travel.

ADAMUS: Travel. Good. Good. Where to? (someone whispers “France”)

CAROLE: Egypt! (laughter)

ADAMUS: After France you go to Egypt.

CAROLE: After France! Okay.

ADAMUS: Good. Then do it.

CAROLE: Hm.

ADAMUS: Why the hesitation?

CAROLE: Abundance

ADAMUS: Ohh! Ohh! Ohh! Give me a vomit bucket. (some laughter)

CAROLE: Abundance.

ADAMUS: Do you see what’s happening?

CAROLE: Mm hmm.

ADAMUS: Here you were dreaming, going to Egypt, traveling – and it’s great – going to Egypt and, oh, an amazing experience. So go! And when I said that, you – “Huuh!” – pulled back. What happened? Eh, mind started clicking in.

CAROLE: That’s right.

ADAMUS: We’ll address that today. Then the fear, and it’s like am – I need somebody to lean on (he leans on Linda – am I worthy? Am I worthy?

CAROLE: Am I worthy?

ADAMUS: Do I have the money?

CAROLE: Right.

ADAMUS: Right. And ooh, maybe it’s going to be so different and strange I wouldn’t be able to handle it.

CAROLE: That’s true. (she giggles)

ADAMUS: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And what if the airplane crashes.

CAROLE: Oh, that doesn’t bother me. (she giggles)

ADAMUS: Oh it should. That’s the one that … (lots of laughter) So all this pulls back, and it’s like why?! Go to Egypt! Go to Egypt. Enjoy. Absolutely. Take your spirit. Take your aspects. You’ll find some that are already there. They got there ahead of you.

CAROLE: Go into debt.

ADAMUS: Why? Why go into debt?

CAROLE: I haven’t got my abundance yet.

ADAMUS: Yes you do! Yes, it’s right there. You see how crazy this is? You know, you’ve chosen ascension and enlightenment, in a way. Everything in your life is focusing on that, wanting to support that, wanting to come in. But yet, there’s still this human part … (someone sneezes) You’re going to blow Jesus off the cross with that sneeze. (lots of laughter)

So… Oh, suddenly Cauldre woke up! He came back! You see Cauldre? You step away, you see what happens?!

So you’ve got everything working on enlightenment and part of enlightenment, the bucket list, doing things you’ve always wanted to do, but boom! Suddenly, “I don’t have the abundance.” Yes you do. Absolutely you do. Some joy in life. That’s abundance. Some passionate desire to live to say, “Damn it! I’m going to go to Egypt!” Amazing. Suddenly the abundance is there, because it’s answering the passion, the choice, the joy to live.

If you just sit in the chair every day wondering about what to do, worrying about what enlightenment is like, wondering how you’re going to pay the bills to even survive getting through the rest of your life, that’s exactly the energy that will come through. And it will support you so literally, so beautifully, because you’re like “I don’t know what to do.” And that’s exactly what you’re going to get is a lot of “I don’t know.”

It’s abundant, as Aandrah would tell you. You’re getting an abundance of nothing! (laughter) You’re getting an abundance of “let’s just sit here and think about it.” An abundance of “I’ve got a bucket list, but I’m not going to be able to actualize it.” Oh! You’re abundantly, amazingly doing exactly what you’re choosing.

So when you kick off the shoes, so to speak, when you just get beyond the brain thing, when you rejoice in the fact that you’re here, you are going to be enlightened, you rejoice in the fact that it’s an amazing experience to be human, and even more so to be an enlightened human, then the energies start swooping in.

And these energies that are coming in in about a week, instead of knocking you over, lift you up. Yes.

CAROLE: Okay, good idea.

ADAMUS: Yeah, great idea. Not just a good idea, phenomenal idea! Simple idea.

CAROLE: Right.

ADAMUS: Good, thank you.

CAROLE: Thanks.

ADAMUS: You bet. I should have been a motivational speaker. (laughter) Enough of this spiritual work.

LINDA: You are a motivational speaker.

ADAMUS: Next. What would you do different? What should you be doing different?

PETE: I would say not doing.

ADAMUS: Not doing.

PETE: Not doing.

ADAMUS: Good.

PETE: And what I mean by that is I have a plan for my ascension or enlightenment and to really give that up.

ADAMUS: Good!

PETE: And to really … there’s an external one that is even better than mine, and it comes to me when I give up all my idiosyncrasies in that.

ADAMUS: Yeah.

PETE: Yeah.

ADAMUS: Exactly. And, again, Pete, that’s exactly where we’re going today with this focus. It’s no longer about doing. We’re going to do an exercise to go beyond that. Good. Great. Next.

ALIYAH (child): I would go to Japan.

ADAMUS: You would. Why Japan?

ALIYAH: Because my brother’s there.

ADAMUS: Ahh, that’s a good reason. And when would you like to go?

ALIYAH: Today. (laughter)

ADAMUS: That’s good. That’s good. And what would you do in Japan? It’s a beautiful country.

ALIYAH: Sleep. (laughter)

ADAMUS: Kind of like Shaumbra! (laughter) They’re going to go to enlightenment. They’re going to sleep. (Adamus chuckles) Good. Thank you. Thank you. A few more.

PAULA: I want to go to back to the trust issue for a moment.

ADAMUS: Good.

PAULA: Put myself out there. Whenever I get to that point, I have this fantasy about my head being chopped off.

ADAMUS: Yes.

PAULA: Okay. So, again …

ADAMUS: Fantasy?

PAULA: Well, yeah! I mean, again, I’m putting myself out there. It’s there. It’s tangible, and it’s kind of … it’s a wall, and I’m sure I’m not by myself.

ADAMUS: Right.

PAULA: So, but you mentioned it, and when you mentioned that, I just went, oh my gosh.

ADAMUS: Yes.

PAULA: So, you know, what do you do?

ADAMUS: What do you do? Well, you take a deep breath and you realize that enlightenment, fulfillment, is the most important thing. You can always come back in another lifetime with another head. (laughter and Adamus chuckles)

PAULA: Well, you know, I know it has to do when you mentioned it, it must have to do with something from my past.

ADAMUS: Oh absolutely. Absolutely.

PAULA: And I never put those two things together.

ADAMUS: Absolutely. So much that you and other Shaumbra have experienced – burning at the stake, head cut off, torture, tongues cut out – I always hated that one, tongues cut out – all sorts of different tortures, so when …

SART: Yeah!

ADAMUS: Ah, it’s been done to many who are here. So when you start opening up and becoming you, of course that fear comes in. What is it? What is it?

LINDA: Aspect.

ADAMUS: It’s an aspect. What do you do with aspects?

PAULA: Invite them in and love them, and invite them into the party and then they can do their own thing.

ADAMUS: Exactly. You welcome them back. You have created a safe space now in your reality for them. They need to feel the sense of being welcomed back, head or no head.

PAULA: Okay.

ADAMUS: Good. Thank you.

PAULA: Thank you.

ADAMUS: Yes.

STEPHANIE: I guess, well, I know – health.

ADAMUS: Health. What about it?

STEPHANIE: I want it, and for some reason I prefer drama in my creations.

ADAMUS: Yeah. And again, why is this? Why the health issue, for any one right now?

STEPHANIE: Oh boy, just to really live fully. I mean, it’s like …

ADAMUS: But why is there – was there – a health issue to begin with?

STEPHANIE: Why was there one?

ADAMUS: Yes.

STEPHANIE: Well, that’s a million dollar question.

ADAMUS: Just because of nature? Just because you’re living in a physical body, you’re going to have health issues?

STEPHANIE: I don’t know. I mean, I’ve been through cancer four times.

ADAMUS: Yeah, too many. Too many.

STEPHANIE: So it seems like there’s something more to it than just …

ADAMUS: Than just you’re …

STEPHANIE: Happenstance.

ADAMUS: … statistically unfortunate.

STEPHANIE: Right.

ADAMUS: Yes, yeah. So what is it when there’s the health issue? Quite simple. Yeah. (David says “Loving self”)

STEPHANIE: Loving self.

ADAMUS: Yes. (someone says “It’s an excuse not to live”) Excuse not to live.

STEPHANIE: Right.

ADAMUS: Could I be very bold and blunt with you?

STEPHANIE: Absolutely.

ADAMUS: Really?

STEPHANIE: Yeah.

ADAMUS: Rea- … three times I’ll ask, really really?

STEPHANIE: Yeah really, really.

ADAMUS: Okay, good. Attention.

STEPHANIE: Yeah.

ADAMUS: Attention. A lot of attention.

Don’t judge yourself. It’s not bad. You’ve all done it before, but you get a lot of attention that way. Attention that you didn’t get before, attention that you were always giving to others but never received. So suddenly you have a health issue, you get a lot of attention. It’s energy feeding – not malicious feeding – but look what it’s doing. And you eventually get the attention from yourself, but what pain and what suffering you have to go through to get there.

You don’t deserve it. Cancer generally has to do with hatred – the energies of hate, primarily with self – so you take that on, and it keeps coming back until you love yourself implicitly, unconditionally, and you stop getting attention from all the other people around you. And attention could come from a doctor, from Shaumbra, from the people who are going right now, they’re going, “Oh, I feel so bad for her because she’s had cancer.”

STEPHANIE: Well, I think part of it is my dad was a doctor and he was a disappeared parent.

ADAMUS: Yeah.

STEPHANIE: And that was my … I mean, my first cancer at 19 I felt was that way of me trying to get him back.

ADAMUS: Exactly. Exactly. Very observant. Very observant, but it’s not worth it.

STEPHANIE: No.

ADAMUS: It’s not. It’s hell.

STEPHANIE: Oh it is.

ADAMUS: It’s hell. It’s tiring, and you can’t really enjoy life when you have that. So, with some very good deep breathing, attention for yourself. And disconnect from what you’re getting from anyone else. Refuse it. Not that they’re consciously offering, but they are offering it. Say no. You’re going to get it from yourself.

There is this thing called your soul, your divine, your Self that wants to give you that love, that attention. You don’t need it anywhere else. It’s right there. And more than anything, you actually really deserve it. You’ve gone through enough now.

STEPHANIE: Mm hmm.

ADAMUS: Deep breathing. If you have trouble doing breathing, please talk to Aandrah.

STEPHANIE: I will.

ADAMUS: Get you into your body. And it’s scary for somebody who’s had cancer to get back in your body. Very scary thing to do, because the body is theoretically what you think is the thing that’s betraying you. How can you trust yourself when your body is betraying you? There is complex issues, but it boils down to get that attention, that love from yourself. And ‘yourself’ means your spirit, your soul, your divine. That’s what really wants to give you the love. Good. Thank you.

STEPHANIE: Thank you.

LULU: Not to get involved with other people’s story or drama.

ADAMUS: Drama. Stories. Yes.

LULU: See and ignore.

ADAMUS: Yeah, but how do you do that? How would you tell others? It’s so seductive to get involved in their stories. So wonderfully beautifully seductive, and it’s … You get into it and you know going into it that it’s the wrong thing, but yet it feels pretty good.

LULU: I know. Well, what I have done is I go inside of me and say, “I’m not interested.”

ADAMUS: Sounds like you’re lacking compassion.

LULU: I’m not interested in youur own story. I mean …

ADAMUS: Oh, that sounds selfish.

LULU: Well, but I’m not interested! (she giggles) I’m sorry!

ADAMUS: Good. Good. Good.

LULU: Because then it involves me, and I get involved and I get emotional and I don’t need that.

ADAMUS: And it distracts from you.

LULU: Yeah.

ADAMUS: And I bring up this point because people will tell you, if you don’t get involved in their junk, that you’re selfish, that you’re indifferent, insensitive. Oh, and they’ll blame it on me. Hah! I don’t care, because I don’t care. They’ll blame it on this cult that you’re joining and all this other stuff, because they’re feeding. They want you involved in the drama.

Drama by yourself is very, very boring, so you tend to get other people. Others get you involved, and particularly when you’re radiating the way all of you are right now, when you’ve got a higher level of energy, a higher level of awareness, you’re a great one to involve in the drama. You know, it’s like having an actor that’s truly expressive. You want them in your play. Here they want Shaumbra in their play, but there’s no need for it.

LULU: No. With my kids, they know these words all the time – “I don’t care.”

ADAMUS: Yes. Yes. Good.

LULU: And they’re like, “What!” Sorry, I don’t care.

ADAMUS: Yeah. You created it, you live with it.

LULU: And they take it now so easy.

ADAMUS: Good.

LULU: Like, “Okay. That’s my mom.”

ADAMUS: Yeah. (she giggles) But it’s also getting them to take responsibility for what they’re doing and they’ll understand and respect your sovereign domain as well.

LULU: Yes.

ADAMUS: Good.

3. “Should I Stay or Should I Leave?”

On to the next big question that I’m getting from Shaumbra these days, the big one! “Should I stay or should I leave?” Isn’t that a song? Could you play that (to Marty), Should I stay or should I leave? Yeah. Yeah.

So big question, and you’re asking me, like I’m going to answer that for you. And then you negotiate. You want a little advice. “Well, tell me.”

But the real big question within the question is “Why should I stay? Why should I stay?” And then you want to know all the facts and figures. “Well, what’s it like when you cross over? Will it hurt?” That’s always the first question – will it hurt. “What is it like on the other side? Am I going to be happy? Am I going to see all my relatives?” Well, if you’re going to be happy, you probably won’t see all your relatives. (lots of laughter and applause)

I have to say, my dear friends, that this whole issue – and I’m going to get into it a little deeper in just a moment – but this whole issue, you’ve done amazingly well when you say “How am I doing?” because you’ve learned that your biological family is not the boxing ring anymore.

You’ve learned that they birthed you, they took a responsibility, you had a history with them, a lot of love, a lot of sharing, but you’re letting go of what I would call the more negative aspect. The old karma, the old junk. The junk that wants you to be part of perpetuating this ancestral imbalance. A lot of times it’s been going on for generations and generations and generations, and after a while, even on a spirit level, they don’t even remember where it started – this craziness, one person in the family background doing something very off balanced. They forget and they just keep acting it out. So you’re letting go of that. You’re learning that your family are … they’re other human beings to be honored, to have compassion for. But you’re not locked into them anymore. That’s a big, big, big, big accomplishment.

Now, of course, there are those that would say that I am anti-family. In a way, yes, because it creates some of the biggest karmic, biological, and mental imbalance issues. If you’re floating in that family karma river and just going along with it, absolutely. I won’t go into all that right now, but good.

So, “should I stay or should I go?” Big question, and it has to do with abundance. It has to do with everything that’s happening in your life.

The good news, I guess, is that you can ask yourself that question. How many humans really do? They’re shocked if you would walk up to them and say, “Do you want to live or die?” They’d probably call 911 in the moment!* But very few humans really ask themselves, and it’s a very important question.

* In the U.S., 911 is the telephone number to call in an emergency.

It’s important to ask yourself why you want to stay. What for? You give yourself a lot of reasons for not wanting to. It’s tough out there. Crazy, crazy energies going on. You’re tired of living with sickness or lack of abundance or family members that are draining you, or just confusion.

There’s this concept, this thought that if you aren’t here, if you leave the physical body, suddenly you become real smart, you know the answers. Sorry. It’s actually easier to figure it out here than it is up there, out there, wherever. Easier to go through the processes here, rather than wait till you get over there. There it’s kind of, well, you don’t have the body, so you don’t have those issues. But there it’s not as tangible as it is here. It’s not as real. Here, you can actually affect change in consciousness very, very quickly, if you stay focused. On the other realms, you just kind of wait to get back to Earth, wait to get back here to do it again, thinking that you’re going to remember, now, what to do. Thinking “I know exactly how I’m going to live my life,” and then you get back here, and forget so much of it.

That’s a huge question right now, and I bring this up today, because it also ties in to these energies coming in next week. It’s going to push that issue in you, if you’re wondering about it now. And now this has nothing to do … this is not suicidal thoughts. This has nothing to do with that. The question of “Do I really want to be here?” is more about passion, more about direction, more about what you’re going to do to bring energies in.

And I will make a very direct statement here. If things aren’t happening in your life, if everything seems to be kind of on hold, you’re able to get through the day, but it’s just everything’s on hold, it’s because you’re on hold. You don’t know whether you want to stay or leave.

To make a commitment right now to be here, to make a commitment to stay, is huge. And a lot of you don’t want to do that. You take the attitude “Let’s just see what happens next.” What’s going to happen next is nothing. A lot of waiting to see what’s going to happen next.

To make a commitment right now to yourself, to your soul, to all of the aspects, that you’re going to stay, that you’re going to live is big, because then right away you start thinking, “Well what about this? What about that? What about my health, my wealth, relationships,” all of that. So what happens is you tend to just wait. “I’ll think about it tomorrow when I’m feeling a little better,” you see. And then the energies support that literally.

Big question, “Should I stay or should I leave?” I can’t give you the answer. There’s no right or wrong. The only thing I can say is please make a choice one way or the other. The in-between, the on hold, is what is really driving a lot of you crazy. Being on hold. Not really knowing.

So feel it for a moment. Don’t think about it, but feel it for a moment. Do you want to stay and why?

(pause)

Not because of your children. No, no, no. That doesn’t work.

Not because you don’t want to die. That’s doesn’t work either. There’s more of a fear of dying that keeps people staying here.

Not because you want to wait to see what happens next.

Feel it for a moment. Why do you want to stay here? Really. What’s the passion? What’s there? Why would you want to stay? And there’s no right or wrong. It doesn’t really matter. Why would you want to stay?

(pause)

EDITH: Because the sex is better. (laughter, Adamus chuckles)

ADAMUS: Feel it for a moment here. Just feel it. No words. It’s a very big questions that is being asked, and it has to do with how you’re going to be able to handle energies coming in. “Why do I want to stay?”

Please don’t say for your children, your husband, your wife or whoever it is. Why do you want to be here?

(pause)

Don’t know? Not sure? Just because?

LUCIA: To be in a body with a soul. To have this … to really feel it, to be in this dance …

ADAMUS: Linda will bring you the microphone.

LUCIA: I don’t know how to say it in English. I’ll try.

ADAMUS: Eh, you can say it in Italian.

LUCIA: Posso dire in italiano perfet. No, I’ll try in English. It’s really to feel how it means to feel the soul in a body here or not. Really, I really want to have that experience.

ADAMUS: And I don’t want to put words in anybody’s mouth or in your minds at all, because this is a very personal decision. But so many of you may not be able to articulate it, but you’ve gone this far with it, this many lifetimes of integration, of understanding the divine. You’ve gotten this close. It’s the 11th hour, 59th minute and 59th second. Why not?! Why not just see what it’s like to be enlightened and divine and human at the same time?! (audience applause) Yeah! Yeah!

LUCIA: Exactly.

ADAMUS: Is that a valid reason? Absolutely! Absolutely. Why not? Because then you can go all around the cosmos and tell others what it was like. You can say, “I did it!” Because you can experience it here, because this is really what you’ve been planning for, waiting for. Yes, Vince?

VINCE: I chose to come back for this time, because I want to be here. I want to get the colors for being here.

ADAMUS: Good. Good.

VINCE: And I want the tee-shirt, “I was there!” I was there!

ADAMUS: (chuckling) I was there! Absolutely. Absolutely. And Vince, are you going to?

VINCE: Oh, you bet!

ADAMUS: Good, good, good. Good. Okay, good.

So that’s the other big question, “Should I stay? Should I go?”

4. “What Should I Be Doing Right Now?”

Next question that comes along with that is “What is it I should know?” Or specifically you’re asking “What tips should I have? What should I be doing right now?” Big question. “What should I be doing right now?” (Linda starts into the audience) No, I’m going to answer that! (Adamus chuckles) And this is where we start to bring things today together.

I mentioned in our last Shoud that you’re getting out of the mental structure. That’s a big accomplishment, very, very big. It’s confusing and difficult to go through, but you’re starting to literally integrate the creative energies and even your, what you call, your divine intelligence. It’s wreaking havoc on the mental systems right now. The mental system’s really not sure how to handle it.

In the process, you’re starting to do something rather unique. You’re creating a new dream-state dimension for yourself. Your own.

Dreams are very, very interesting. They occur in a lot of different layers and dimensions. You can have – and you are having – multiple dreams at night. Even if you don’t remember them when you wake, you’re still dreaming. There’s never a moment at night when you’re asleep that you’re not having multiple dreams.

Right now, even though you’re in your human awareness using your physical senses, you’re having many dreams. They’re all occurring right now. Very, very interesting. It can be distracting, but at some point, you’ll be able to actually be aware of the various dreams going on and understanding why.

You’ve created this new dream state that you go to now, and instead of thinking about your problems, you’re starting to dream about solutions. Instead of worrying … you’ve all had worrying dreams – and worrying realities – but you’re used to worrying about things, focusing mental energy on it. You actually go through the situations in your mind, in your waking state but also in your dream state, where you think about a problem.

Let’s take money, finance, bills. Worrying about “How am I going to pay this bill? How am I going to make more money? How am I going to survive, just pure survive, be able to drive the car and eat some food?” So there’s a mental process that goes into the worrying.

It’s very, very energy consuming, and it’s not particularly effective, because in this traditional worrying that you do, you’re not allowing yourself to see other potentials. Very narrow focus. It’s like, “Well, in order to have more food, I can’t spend so much on something else, or I have to rely on somebody else, or I have to get a part-time job to make ends meet.” That’s the way the mind had been trying to figure it out. Very, very limited.

In your dream state, you would take that same worry, take it off into dream state, but essentially do the same thing: Just worry about it, kind of while you’re sleeping. Very little resolution, very little solution in it. It tires you out. It basically hasn’t broken you through, in other words, to give you a new level of abundance. Something is changing right now.

As you combine the mental and the creative, it’s a nice blend, because the mental understands the particulars of what needs to be done in your day-to-day reality, the creative brings in solutions and energies. The creative allows you to see some of the potentials that weren’t being seen before. This applies to whether it’s money, whether it’s a physical issue, a relationship issue – a lot of mental energy used to worry about the problem without coming up with real solutions.

You’re starting to have a different dynamic now, and I want to focus on that for a few minutes here today.

You have a problem, let’s say. Your mind starts worrying about it. Just think of anything in your life that you have going on right now. It can be large, small, it doesn’t matter. Any particular issue.

(pause)

A tax problem, just a schedule problem. Anything. Medical, anything.

Typically, you just worry about it, and your mind goes over … worries about all the details. But now, as the mental-creative combine together, you can actually take a deep breath, and …it’s difficult to explain, but you stop thinking about it and worrying about it.

The situation is still there, but instead of worrying about it, you actually release it. You release it. You don’t focus on the details. At this point you call in these creative energies.

(pause)

It’s you. It’s your creative energy, but you allow those to come in.

(pause)

And instead of mentally worrying about the problem – this comes back to the point of trust – you allow the creative energies to just wash it, flow over it, flow with it.

(pause)

You don’t focus the mental. You don’t try to think about what little details you have to attend to, because that’s a mental thing. You don’t start worrying about the consequences of your thoughts or your decisions.

You take a deep breath … and by the way, this is very much like the New Think that Kuthumi talked about.

You take a deep breath. Let that creative energy come in.

(pause)

And just be with it for a moment. It’s very, very simple. You just be with it for a moment.

(pause)

And you truly try to refrain from doing a lot of mental thinking about it. That mental thinking is actually … it got you by, up to a point. But the mental thinking has actually limited you, limited the potentials, definitely limited the outcome, and consumed tremendous amounts of energy worrying about problems. I’m basically saying you don’t need to worry about it.

It doesn’t mean running from it, ignoring it or hiding it. It means you can sit in this moment, Mary, you can take a deep breath, whatever issue, problem … and you let that creative energy come in.

(pause)

You don’t think about it here. You’re just in with these energies. You don’t think about it.

(pause)

Just breathe in with it for a little while. Feel into it.

The moment your mind starts going to work with the details, with the worrying, with the what ifs you heard before … our dear friend said she wants to go to Egypt, and then suddenly the mind popped in and start worrying about the details. No. Egypt! Egypt!

So you breathe in. Instead of “I don’t have the money, I don’t know if I have the time, I don’t know if it’ll be safe,” you breathe in. You feel your passion. Suddenly, that brings in a flow, a stream of this creative energy, and creative is problem solving. Creative is opening new doors. Creative brings in passion and energy.

So instead of worrying about it or thinking about the details, which the mind can attend to later, now you just breathe in that creative. It is truly the integration of the mental-creative into this moment.

This is a type of merabh, an energy shift. It doesn’t involve thinking. No stress. No struggling. If you find out that there’s any type of mental struggling, you’re back in your mind.

It’s very simple, and, my dear friends, it’s where you’re going to.

It does require trust, yes. It does require, but once you at least practice with it and play with it, you’ll suddenly see how things start resolving themselves. You don’t have to work at … you should not have to work at your life. You really shouldn’t. Yes, to a degree, there’s outside energies, other people, and sometimes that requires work. But you should not have to work at your life. You shouldn’t have to think your way through it. You shouldn’t worry about it. You shouldn’t have all these “what’s wrong with me” tapes going on. You shouldn’t be struggling or stressing. And if you are, if you are, it’s old programming. It’s because you’re still locked into the mental.

You get into this flow with the creative energies – working in harmony, working in tandem with the mental – you get into that flow, and suddenly it’s easy. Suddenly, it’s very easy.

ELIZABETH: Not to be anal about this, but how does that differ from gnost? From just bringing in … I mean, to me you just described gnost.

ADAMUS: Absolutely. Absolutely. Gnost is creative energy. Absolutely. But we’re applying it now. Not just a concept, not just thinking about it, but actually applying it. Absolutely. Same thing.

ELIZABETH: Thank you.

ADAMUS: Same thing. Gnost was defined as the creative solution. The creative solution.

But the point is you’re starting to get to that, but still very timid about it. Starting to actually use the gnost or the mental-creative, but still wondering if it’s the right thing to do. Yeah. Good.

Still a lot of worrying and a lot of stressing over things. A lot of struggling. It shouldn’t be that way. Your lives – and where I’m going next with this discussion – you are creating a new generation, not only for yourself; a new generation of humans. You’re creating it. It’s a template for others. It is things like going beyond the family karma, the family connection. It is things like instead of worrying and stressing about problems, to literally just bring in this creative and have the resolution there.

It is about bringing in energies from deep within yourself, rather than from others; energies that are coming from the cosmos and the Earth, rather than having to take from others. It is ultimately about bringing in the divine, allowing the divine into your day-to-day life. It’s a whole new template, a whole new way of living without the struggling, without the stress.

Multiple Lifetimes

Another thing that you are all doing is living multiple lifetimes within the same physical body. Within the same physical body. Bypassing the physical death. So how many lifetimes have you already had in this body? Aandrah, please.

AANDRAH (Norma Delaney): I …

ADAMUS: Good. Stand up. How many lifetimes?

AANDRAH: (giggles) Oh, I’ve not assigned a number, but it’s endless, it seems.

ADAMUS: At least a dozen I would say.

AANDRAH: Exactly.

ADAMUS: At least a dozen. So what’s the difference between just a, like a life change and a lifetime change while staying in the body?

AANDRAH: Hm. Oh, it’s so deep. It’s so rich. It’s exquisite.

ADAMUS: Makes you want to change your name.

AANDRAH: Yes.

ADAMUS: It does, truly does. It truly does.

AANDRAH: No! That’s exactly. Exactly. It’s easier to become the Aandrah once you keep moving into those realms.

ADAMUS: And it’s almost that when you’ve gone into another lifetime within the same physical body, it’s almost like you don’t even recognize yourself anymore.

AANDRAH: No. That’s the brilliant thing.

ADAMUS: You almost wonder if that was really you.

AANDRAH: Well, it seems like another lifetime.

ADAMUS: Yes.

AANDRAH: Like, and so it’s like which lifetime was the real me.

ADAMUS: Yes. And typically for all of you, you’ve gone through – and this is general – but you’ve gone through about six lifetimes in this physical incarnation. You really have. You’ve gone through six what I would call quantum changes. And actually about three or four them really in the past ten years, some earlier.

So it’s an interesting thing. In this new generation of humans that you’re helping to create, you can have a new lifetime and stay in the same physical body. It’s an amazing concept.

Now, the interesting thing is to realize – it’s a little bit difficult to understand – but some of the, well, none of those lifetimes … how to say this. You’re not responsible for those other lifetimes. You’re not responsible for any other lifetime. Some people don’t like that statement, because they still feel that it was them. Something you did when you were 24 years old that you still have to carry that cross around. You can if you want, but you don’t have to. That is a huge deal.

So many of you are still carrying around things that happened even five years ago, even a year ago, and taking, carrying the burden of that and saying, “I still have to learn the lesson. If I don’t carry that on my shoulders, I’m going to continue to do bad things.” The new generation understands – the new you understands – that wasn’t you. That was another lifetime.

And there’s still that tendency to carry around some of the guilt, some of the shame, but imagine – imagine just for a moment, take a deep breath and imagine – the things that you would label as bad or negative or whatever in your lifetime, past life, really not yours. Really not yours. Imagine a fresh, clean slate where you’re not dragging that around. I’m not saying to disavow any of that, but you don’t have to carry that around with you.

Imagine it’s just about the I Am right now.

(pause)

Is that something that you can do? (some in audience say “Yes!”) Because there is a tendency to want to hang onto that, partly for identity’s sake. Partly to help maintain the identity. But in this new generation of humans, in this New Energy human, you can absolutely let go of that and all of the things that it brought with it. You can.

So take a deep breath with that. Hm. Yeah.

It Can Be Easy

So, dear friends, I’m going to summarize, and I will be happy to take some questions, but I wanted to keep it simple today. It should be easy. It really should be. It should be. The questions and the problems that Tobias outlined a long time ago – four major areas – has to do with health, abundance, relationships and self-worth. You take any problem that you have and put it into one of those boxes.

Instead of stressing over it, instead of worrying about it, you can actually just gnost with it, breathe in these creative energies. They’re here right now.

More energy coming in next week. There will be other occurrences throughout the year. Very intense, but a very beautiful time right now – very beautiful time – to make these quantum changes, to really start living as a New Energy human on this planet.

ALI: Adamus, you told me that the pain in my knees was from hitchhiker aspects, and I totally got that and believe it.

ADAMUS: Yes.

ALI: I’ve been commanding them to leave.

ADAMUS: Good.

ALI: To go into all of my being or go into the other dimensions. They’re not going.

ADAMUS: Yes. They’re … (pause) They’re very difficult. Ah! I want to hear your voice.

ALI: Okay!

ADAMUS: I want to hear how you tell them, how you command them, and no microphone on this. Yes. Ah, let’s come up to the front. I know your knees hurt. Yes, yes, yes, but it wouldn’t be fun otherwise. Yes. And if anybody feels sorry for her that she’s having difficulty walking, I’ll have to bop you with this microphone. I’m serious.

ALI: I don’t want anyone …

ADAMUS: Absolutely. That’s a terrible thing.

ALI: Terrible.

ADAMUS: Yes. Just as much as you’re having difficult walking, there is the potential for absolute complete … yes, okay.

ALI: I know.

ADAMUS: Okay. Now I’m … no, actually Linda is going to play the role of being one of these hitchhiking aspects at your knees. (laughter)

LINDA: Wow, am I lucky!

ADAMUS: Honored! Honored!

LINDA: Whoa!! How do I have the honor?!

ADAMUS: So you’ve gone through Adamus Theater. All you have to do is just act like you’re hitchhiking on the knees. (Linda pretends to “hook on” to Ali) There you go. There you go. So now, that’s too nice.

LINDA: Oh. (she grabs Ali’s shirt; laughter)

ADAMUS: Okay. Good. Good. Now command her. Command her.

ALI: I say you’re welcome to come in the love of all of my being or get into the other dimensions, but go! You are not welcome in my space!

ADAMUS: Eh, not very convincing. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. Not very convincing. You had a hard time finding your words. You were coming from here (neck), up. Nothing here (belly). You were more afraid of your words, yourself afraid of hearing your voice, you see. I’ve been working with Cauldre lately on not just the voice, but the energies that come up in it. And you don’t even actually have to be loud. But that wouldn’t have convinced me. I would have maybe backed away a little bit, but …

LINDA: Should I hang on tighter?

ADAMUS: (chuckling) This is fine for what we’re doing here. Really convince … I mean, do you really want those energies to go?

ALI: I want them to go!

ADAMUS: How bad?

ALI: I … more than anything.

ADAMUS: Command them.

ALI: I command you to leave my space!

ADAMUS: Eh, not very convincing, I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’ll give you … here. Would you hold this? (handing the microphone to someone) Hold this. Yeah, thank you.

You have these hitchhiking aspects, I call them. These are aspects that are just feeding on you, and they’re feeding on your biology, and it’s making things so difficult. I COMMAND YOU TO LEAVE! (shouting) You see, like that. (laughter and some applause) It’s that simple. It’s that simple. But you have to do it with your heart in it and like you mean it! And it’s not even about the big voice. It’s do you mean it or not?!

ALI: I mean it!

ADAMUS: I still don’t feel it. I’m sorry. It needs to come from your whole being. I COMMAND YOU TO LEAVE!

ALI: I command you to leave my body!

ADAMUS: Still not convinced. Still not convinced. It’s getting better, but … and for any of you – this isn’t just about you Ali, but for any you – it’s about being your authentic being. You’re still thinking that you’d like them to go. You’re thinking about it. But it’s I COMMAND YOU TO LEAVE! Yeah!

ALI: I COMMAND YOU TO LEAVE.

ADAMUS: Yes. That’s getting better. You’re half way there. Half way there. Now, will it take some anger? Yes. But what happens, your anger gets tied up with your emotions, and then at that point you’re already defeated.

ALI: And then I wimp out.

ADAMUS: You wimp out!

ALI: I wimp out and I start to cry.

ADAMUS: Exactly. And “What’s wrong with me? How come I can’t do this right?”

ALI: Exactly!

ADAMUS: And just be so clear with those aspects. Aandrah, again, knows how to do this. How do you tell an aspect … eh, would you mind? You’ve got a … you’ve got your new voice. (laughter) You’ve got your new voice. How does it go?

AANDRAH: Except that’s not you (pointing to her tee-shirt). See that’s the key. We can play “this is a fun game,” but it’s so not you. When you go to who you are, you would never speak this …

So if you’re willing, come right here (touching her belly). See, you’re breathing up here (chest). Way down here. Feel me. Feel me. You’re way up here, sweetie. Okay. (Aandrah steps on Ali’s foot) Garret used to do this all the time, step on my foot. Do you feel that?

ALI: I do.

AANDRAH: Okay. You’ve got to drop down here. It’s like be so deep in your gut … come … no no, you’re going up here. Truly, this is one of the keyest things I can … you want me to take time to do this?

ADAMUS: Mm hmm.

AANDRAH: Alright. Push my hand. Push me. (instructing Ali to push her hand with the belly breathing) Come on. Get mad at me. Come on. Push me. Push me out of your … that’s it! Come down here. Down here. No hyperventilating. Down here though. Get mad at me. Get mad down here. This is the core. This is home. “Get the hell out of here.” Feel this way down here. You feel you dropping? Dropping down. “Get the hell out of my house.” Yeah. You feel this?

ALI: Yes.

AANDRAH: Very different, isn’t it?

ALI: Yes.

AANDRAH: You’ve got to be way down here. “No bugs in my house. No rats in my house. No hitchhikers in my house.” Got it? You’ve got to be really deep, really clear. “This is my house.” Got it?

ALI: This is my house.

AANDRAH: Yeah, you’re getting there. You got it? All right.

ADAMUS: And what I want you to notice also was Aandrah’s voice. Clear, firm, didn’t have to be loud. It was clear and firm. That’s what I want …

AANDRAH: Yeah. That’s the key, and it’s got to be really down here.

ADAMUS: And Aandrah learned how to use her voice after she got angry.

AANDRAH: Yeah. Really was.

ADAMUS: Truly. Truly. She didn’t always have this voice. It took an anger – thank you, dear – it took an anger in herself – I’m sorry – a rage within yourself about your life and about what you were doing. That rage finally came up through the voice, and the voice has been clear ever since. It’s not necessarily about volume. It’s not whether it’s a high voice or a low voice, but it’s the clarity. And I wanted you to see and hear when Aandrah talks to her aspects or yours, there is a clarity, and they will move out.

And Ali, that’s what it takes – being commanding and not wimping out. And you don’t need to go to the rage that Aandrah did many, many years ago. You don’t have to get to that state of being now, but be clear and be firm.

And all of you – I want to just work on the voice with you sometime – but the voice is so indicative of you, of what’s coming up. And you’re talking from here (neck). You’re talking from here (head). When you start to use that voice and the energies come out clearly, it affects change. It does.

I’m working with Cauldre right now not necessarily on the tone or the volume, but bringing through huge amounts of energy through the voice. Through the voice, as we’re doing right now. Yes.

VINCE: The way you talk to the Nephilum here, a year ago January.

ADAMUS: Yeah.

VINCE: Firm.

ADAMUS: Firm.

VINCE: Just no more.

ADAMUS: No more. Yeah. No more. Done. Done with it.

It comes out through a variety of ways. It’s radiated literally from the belly out. Energy can come through the eyes as well and through your expressions. But the voice right now – the voice is probably the key for commanding energies, for choosing what you want. You shouldn’t go another day in your life with the knee problems. You shouldn’t, or any of you with any of these issues. Not at all. Stop thinking about it. Good.

SHAUMBRA 1 (woman): I think I have to command my ants to get out of my house. (she giggles)

ADAMUS: Yeah!

SHAUMBRA 1: But actually my question was we had this other questions there on the board. One of them was “What else should I do now?”

ADAMUS: Right.

SHAUMBRA 1: So I was just happy and joyful, composing my songs with Kuthumi. And after my husband passed away I was very free, like the bird in the sky. And just recently I got an idea or I got some message, “You could do some meditation,” although I know that don’t need to do any meditations. But I wanted to try it. It’s called pyramid meditation.

So I was building myself a pyramid. Put it over four sides, central sun was coming down through my spine, down in the Earth, in the Gaia. Thankful …

ADAMUS: Where are we going with all this?

SHAUMBRA 1: Yes, and I – now I was trying to climb the tube of the light to meet you!

ADAMUS: Ah! Ah!

SHAUMBRA 1: You guys! Adamus, Kuthumi and …

ADAMUS: Gee, funny. I was down under the ground!

SHAUMBRA 1: And then I come here, and I say, oh okay, I can meet you too. But I’m missing Kuthumi.

ADAMUS: Yes, well he’s busy.

SHAUMBRA 1: So my question is where is Kuthumi? (laughter) To bring a little laughing.

ADAMUS: (chuckling) I’ll tell you something about dear Kuthumi. He tends to work with you individually, compassionately. But he doesn’t come around too often, because, well, he’s not blunt enough. He’s not tough enough. He comes around once in a while just to be compassionate and loving. But right now, it’s time we get through some of the makyo, get through some of the crap, get through these mental things that will block you up, address what you’re going through and give you tools to make it easier. Absolutely. But I’ll tell him you said hello.

SHAUMBRA 1: Okay. Thank you.

ADAMUS: Thank you. Two more quick questions.

Let’s just stop right here for a moment. Let’s just do what we just talked about before. Get out of the mental, let those creative energies come in. Great, great things coming up within you right now, some of the issues that you’ve had lately, some of the things we’ve talked about here. SHAUMBRA 2: I want to share what’s in me, but I don’t feel that anyone catches on.

ADAMUS: Okay. Stop right there.

Now, without even thinking about the words, what was the energy in the voice? (audience says “Timid”) Timid! Timid, afraid of herself! Sorry to pick on you.

SHAUMBRA 2: No … I’m … I’m … blunt.

ADAMUS: Afraid of herself. No determination! That wind will not move a sailboat! There’s nothing there. There’s more questions in the words than there are statements. And ignoring even the words she said, she’s basically saying, “I’m not sure what to do about anything. I’m not sure where to go or what to do.” And please, it’s with a lot of you also.

So now tell me something – the rest of you close your eyes – tell me something.

SHAUMBRA 2: Eh, when we were talking about what should we be doing, it’s like nothing. Just what we’re doing and what feels right and to love our self for that.

ADAMUS: Good. Do you believe that?

SHAUMBRA 2: Yes.

ADAMUS: Good. Good. And what would give you joy?

SHAUMBRA 2: I mean, what does?

ADAMUS: Yeah, what is joy for you?

SHAUMBRA 2: Well, I don’t know how to answer this. I mean, what gives me joy, why I want to be here is I love the Earth.

ADAMUS: Yes.

SHAUMBRA 2: And I would like to share what I have with others.

ADAMUS: No. No.

SHAUMBRA 2: I wouldn’t?

ADAMUS: No. No. No. (Adamus chuckles) And I’m not just speaking to you, I’m speaking to all of you. Get over that makyo, please! Please! We’re going to have a really difficult time with this whole enlightenment thing if you say that you’re doing it because you want to share with others. Doesn’t work! Sorry!

SHAUMBRA 2: Okay, well, is it because I …

ADAMUS: We’ll do that later. After enlightenment we’ll come back and talk about sharing with others.

SHAUMBRA 2: Okay. Is it because that I don’t want to feel I’m alone?

ADAMUS: I don’t know.

SHAUMBRA 2: Well, I mean, would that be an okay answer? (she giggles) Since the first one wasn’t.

ADAMUS: It’s programming. It’s old programming. You can’t do it for yourself, so you got to do it so you can share with others. Forget about it.

SHAUMBRA 2: Okay.

ADAMUS: Yeah. There’s no sharing in the Third Circle.

SHAUMBRA 2: Okay, so going back to I don’t need to do anything. (laughter) I don’t need to do anything. I don’t need to share.

ADAMUS: And that sounds selfish. So now what brings you joy?

SHAUMBRA 2: What?

ADAMUS: What brings you joy?

SHAUMBRA 2: Getting outside and doing things.

ADAMUS: Good.

SHAUMBRA 2: And I love it.

ADAMUS: Great.

SHAUMBRA 2: And it’s a passion for me.

ADAMUS: Good. Good. Good. And also get into that voice, because everybody could hear it, there was timidness in it. Yes. And you let other things affect … move you around, keep you from what you really want to do.

SHAUMBRA 2: Okay.

ADAMUS: Yes. And every time somebody stands up, they’re really speaking on behalf of all of you. There’s still timidness. Are you worthy of this ascension? Can you possibly accept all these energies coming in? What if maybe you’re really depriving somebody else of some energies? (laughter) Exactly. Exactly.

SHAUMBRA 2: So do I feel I need to validate with other people in the sharing what I feel? Or is that the need that I have?

ADAMUS: Truly, I don’t think you’re clear about what you want, to put it very bluntly. But you wanted blunt today.

ADAMUS: Oh absolutely.

ANISHA: And, you know, I have a lot of my own issues, the makyo you call, and go ahead be blunt. I mean, I’m …

ADAMUS: (chuckling) They say that!

ANISHA: No seriously. Maybe I need that. I need a wake-up call, because I’m just lost.

ADAMUS: Yeah.

ANISHA: I think I’m getting it, but then I take two steps back.

ADAMUS: Right. Why?

ANISHA: I don’t feel like I deserve it.

ADAMUS: Yeah. I didn’t need to be blunt. You were pretty blunt with yourself! (laughter) Why – help me to understand – why would you not deserve it? Bad girl?

ANISHA: Some of the time.

ADAMUS: Some of the time. Yes … yes you were. (laughter and Adamus chuckles) But because maybe others told you weren’t worthy. Maybe there’s mass consciousness issues, other issues that say ‘you shouldn’t have it first.’

ANISHA: Right. Yes.

ADAMUS: So it’s that, and also being scared of, you know, what happens when you open that door. What truly happens, yes. So what are you going to do about it?

ANISHA: I don’t know.

ADAMUS: Ah, exactly. And that’s exactly what you get – I don’t know – and you say then you’re lost and confused. Absolutely. But if you’re not feeling worthy of something, what do you do?

ANISHA: Well, right now I’m working on loving myself and accepting who I am.

ADAMUS: (Adamus coughs and gags on his drink; some laughter) Glad that wasn’t already in Cauldre’s mouth. It would have sprayed all over Edith! Yes, that’s wonderful makyo. (laughter) And you know it. I know it. We all know it. It’s like a fart in the elevator. (laughter) You know it occurred. Everybody pretends it’s not there. But it is! It’s makyo.

First of all, you don’t work on loving yourself. You do or you don’t. You just love yourself. You give yourself that love.

Secondly, it’s about – oh, long story – others feeding off you; you feeling unworthy. You just say no. “No more. No, I’m not going to tolerate it anymore. I’m going to be who I choose to be.” It’s that simple. Let’s hear your voice.

ANISHA: (she pauses, then whispers) I can’t do it.

ADAMUS: (whispers) I didn’t think so! Yeah. Yeah.

ANISHA: I can do it.

ADAMUS: Okay good. Command it.

ANISHA: Yes.

ADAMUS: Yes. Good. Just any … give us your voice.

ANISHA: What am I saying?

EDITH: Say I Am that I Am.

ADAMUS: I Am that I Am. Yes. Good, thank you Edith.

ANISHA: I Am that I Am. (Adamus gives a thumbs down and audience agrees) Okay. I Am that I Am. (a little louder) No?

ADAMUS: And no microphone.

ANISHA: Okay. This is hard.

ADAMUS: (laughs) Not really.

(she pauses; someone says breathe through your tummy)

Yeah, breathe in. Imagine Aandrah right there.

ADAMUS: No. And you see – and I want to use this again as an example – you think about things. You worry about things. You wonder about things. It’s time to start commanding those things. I Am that I Am is a statement to yourself that you’re worthy, that you’re present and that you’re ready to live. So with that voice, you’re not going to convince yourself, much less anybody else. So?

(pause)

ANISHA: I am worthy, and I Am that I Am. No?

ADAMUS: No. No. Sorry. It’s a determination. (she starts to sit down) Oh, you’re not going to get off the hook that easy. (laughter)

I Am that I Am. (said very confidently) You see? I Am that I Am. I’m committed to it. I Am that I Am.

Yes, and sometimes it does take that rage coming up. But all these voices of other peoples saying “You’re not worthy. You have to be like this, you have to be like that.” Even your aspects coming in and saying that “You’re not ready yet. You’re not ready for ascension. You’re not ready for enlightenment.”

No, you’ve got a long way to go. You’re just a little girl working at this. So …

ANISHA: No!

ADAMUS: Ah, see? Ah! Ah ahhh! Ah ha! That was a good no.

So now, again, for all of you in this next month, work on that voice. I know I talk a lot about the voice, but it is your energy. It’s your energy signature. Listen to yourself. Where’s it coming from? Up here? Is it afraid? And, again, perhaps next Shoud Aandrah could tell us her story about rage, about finding her voice. And now when she uses that voice, which is still going through its evolutions and openings, it’s clear. It’s really clear. It’s time to get clear with yourself.

So with that, let’s take a deep breath.

Let’s get back into this wonderful, flowing creative energy. Opens up new possibilities and potentials.

This wave of energy coming in May 10th, lasting for about a week. What are you going to do with it? You’re going to let it blow you over?

One of the moons of Saturn, is a technically conceived construct, and was put in place for specific purpose. We tell you that your Earth is very influenced by the energy of Saturn, and thus by the energy of Iapetus.
There is somewhat of a simplistic comparative analogy between planets and their moons, suns and their planets and atoms with circulating electrons. Just as the addition of one orbiting electron changes the energy and nature of an atom, and indeed molecule, additions of moons change the resonant energy of each planet. But we tell you even now your more enlightened astrophysicist are becoming aware that one of Saturn's moons is 'artificial', though they dare not as yet seriously express such nonconventional belief. ETs are performing blatantly physical interventions to stop the "Powers that Were" from throwing Earth into war and chaos. Every aspect of the war machine is being systematically blocked -- with a minimum of casualties.

Human DNA evolution is now moving 100 times faster in the last 5000 years, according to Dr. John Hawks. The human DNA molecule is now fully seven percent different than it was in 3000 BC -- worldwide.
Furthermore, roughly 25,000 years ago, the Neanderthals spontaneously disappeared -- on a worldwide level. A vast majority of giant animals that threatened human life disappeared during this time as well.
Additionally, 50,000 years ago, people all over the world experienced a quantum leap in their level of intelligence and sophistication -- which baffled the scientists studying it, such as anthropologist John Fleagle.
Before this time, tools were only made for survival purposes. After this time, we see creativity, art and spirituality suddenly flourish.
This is not a "conspiracy theory," but a hard, documented scientific fact.
Something happened to everyone on Earth 50,000 years ago that caused a remarkable boost in their IQ -- and their level of spiritual awareness.
The Neanderthals and the giant beasts of the Earth took their exit 25,000 years later. And now, as we approach the end of the cycle once again, our DNA is evolving at an extremely rapid speed -- and our overall IQ scores are consistently increasing.

There are those amongst you that are now awakening to their missions, as you are approaching a most intense period of activity. These Beings have been waiting for this particular time, to be available for the masses who will need guidance to understand what is going on around them. Events are going to move quite quickly, and there will be some confusion and fear as a result. All Lightworkers can assist in such times, and we ask them to be ready to share their knowledge with others. We shall continue to assist our allies and many Starseeds will come into their own, having been carefully prepared for exactly what their experience allows. There is so much being done to ensure you make the transition with Mother Earth, and that as many of you as possible succeed. Even those that are not yet ready require help, as they too need to be made aware as to what lies ahead for them.

According to your perspective of what is happening, you will go into shock or surprise when matters really gather speed. People need to understand that the upheaval is unavoidable, and is necessary to cleanse the Earth of low vibrations that cannot carry forward into the higher vibrations. All will find its rightful place and it cannot be otherwise. The Laws of the Universe are irrevocable and cannot be ignored without invoking karma. We will hope to have sufficient outlets that will provide all of the information that will be needed. Certainly the whole concept of the changes will need to be carefully explained, as some will undoubtedly feel that what will happen is an unwanted intrusion into their lives.

As you will have noticed, unrest is spreading across the world as the call for freedom and peace reaches new levels. People are now realising what power they have to bring about change, and no longer afraid to confront their leaders. It is having an effect and galvanising more of them to support the protests, and it is gradually bringing about results. So it shall continue and we have our own plans to ensure that you are not denied a return to lawful ways of living. With that those Laws that are against the Constitution will be revoked, and re-written. It is all moving ahead and very soon all those who have committed crimes against you, will find themselves removed form society.

The Galactic Federation is engaged in the final efforts to persuade your governments to adopt more far reaching polices, so that they can reflect the changes that will totally alter your way of life. There is no point in continuing to think in the old ways, as a new paradigm has been formed to bring in the changes to your lives. Once it is realised that Ascension will be the greatest event to ever affect the whole Human Race, there will more attention given to your needs. Indeed, it will be you who will decide the rules by which you live, and no more shall such decisions be taken away from you. You are no longer to be governed by those who seek only to further their own ambitions. Those changes will come about when the arrests have cleared the way for reforms.

Look well ahead Dear Ones and know that you will come safely through the next few months, to take your place in the higher dimension. Then shall your lives be refined even further, as you take a higher path to full consciousness. You will soon see that your present reality has been the development of the darkness more than the Light. It has kept the vibrations at a low level from which you have found it most difficult to lift yourselves up. However, as the plan was for you to complete this cycle with Ascension, it allowed us and other Beings of Light to assist you through it. So who better to do it than your families of Light, who act upon divine commands that if necessary give us the authority to intervene in your lives. What we have done is to empower our allies, so that they stopped the dark Ones from completely overwhelming you.

So far our mission has accomplished its goals, and now we stand poised to come more into your lives for the end times. Evidence of our presence has continued to increase, as our ships come closer more frequently than ever before. You hardly need Disclosure to convince you of our contact with you, but it will show you that our presence is officially accepted. It will allow us to meet you on your level and prepare you for what is to come, and it will be a most wonderful time. It will not take long for the most sceptical people amongst you to realise that we are your friends and are in no way a threat to your lives. Indeed, you will soon learn of the various changes we are to help you with, that will uplift your quality of life to one that is comfortable and enjoyable.

The truth about your lives shall be revealed in no uncertain way, so that you fully understand that for eons of time you have never experienced it at the level you should have done. With the revelations you will clearly come to know exactly where you future is heading. You will also learn that the One God has always provided for you, and never for one second has withdrawn the love that has continually embraced you. You are all loved beyond understanding and there are no exceptions. We make the point again, that no soul is condemned or damned forever and all are treated equally. You have been in duality to experience, and allowances are made for those who have become embroiled in the lower energies and lost touch with their Higher Selves.

Nothing is static in the Universe and is always changing, so that there is always something new to learn and explore. The driving force is taking you back to the Source, and all souls are on this path and strive for completion. It is within all souls and gradually you will come together to form larger units of consciousness. You are looked upon as the bravest of souls, to allow yourselves to be sucked into the darkness of the lower vibrations. However, you did have the assurance that when the cycle was near to completion, you would be helped to come back into full consciousness. That is of course the period that you are now experiencing, and why we are with you.

From this recent full moon to the next, on June 4, there is an inter-dimensional gateway open and energizing the power of our intentions exponentially. In this case, simply be willing to release your expectations in exchange for a more refined version of truth...you will be glad you did! The energies of the New living field around earth are not complicated or difficult to navigate . . . the trick is unlearning complication and allowing ease.
If you can do this, if you can let go of the need to struggle, to work for every gain, and can get fully present with joy then you are in the fast lane to Awakening and soaring up the evolutionary ladder of human consciousness. Over the next couple of weeks use this portal to strengthen your power of Presence. Really focus on transforming yourself into an ambassador of Spirit/Soul/Source and you'll be attracting copious adventures, abundance and auspicious outcomes for your life and to the lives of all.

We're setting up an action that can be done at the speed of light.
We know that our world is ruled by corrupt people, who all work together to keep us under control.
We also know that our world has been visited by benevolent ET species, many of them humanoid, who work together in a huge organization called the Galactic Federation of Light.
Why don't they help us and free us from this corrupt regime that has so many people suffering and starving to death?
Well, from what we understand this is for karmic reasons partly, but the main reason is a universal law called "The Law of Non-Interference". This means that a higher civilization cannot just interfere with a lower one, because the natural evolution will be disturbed then.
This all changes when they are INVITED to come down. Then it's no longer a matter of interfering, it's accepting an invitation.
Well, today, we're officially inviting them. Not on behalf of our corrupt governments, who know about the ET presence but are covering it up, but on behalf of ourselves, as sovereign human beings.
Anyone who is awake, and has evolved spiritually, knows that when you send out a thought, it always reaches its destiny. This is how telepathic communication works, for instance, or prayers. We all have this capability, and today, we're gonna use it.

        Hi everyone!

        It was another beautiful sunshiney sort of day today as I went into deep think mode again,
        while walking to the shopping centre this morning. The pathway along the main road is
        lined with little alcoves of small parks, or nature strips that are full of native Australian trees.
        My thoughts went to the many things that we go through as humans and I compared these
        to Nature, and especially the trees, as they also have consciousness. Our trials in daily
        life, when you think of the interconnectedness of ALL life, could also impact on trees and
        perhaps their daily trials as well.

        I know this may sound completely silly to anyone who has never communicated with trees
        and Nature, but I can assure you, they have a wonderful way of communicating with us
        in the same way that we use telepathy with our friends. So, after admiring these gorgeous
        gum trees as I continued my relaxed stroll, I tried to imagine what could possibly BE a
        trial in the day of the life of a tree! I looked up and smiled at them and could see that a
        tree avails itself to all animal and bird life, without conditions. It serves as a home to many
        varieties of birds, and then at night to the possums and koalas, if it is a eucalypt gum.

        Knowing that trees have beautiful energy, and that includes healing energy, they must also
        contain a lot of love. They, like all nature in all forms, come from the same Divine Source
        as humans, so perhaps they also contain emotions like compassion, happiness and joy,
        sadness, etc. So I could imagine them feeling happy within when birds fly onto their
        branches to rest and even share a song or two! And, also share in the mother bird's joy
        when her babies hatch and start chirping for their food. I can also imagine trees being
        concerned that an old branch might not hold long enough for the baby birds to grow up
        and fly off.

        These could be just a small number of trials that trees go through. Appreciating them
        enormously is our way of saying 'thank-you, I love you' and I am sure they feel it.
        Just as I was wondering, on my walk, if trees knew what I was thinking about them, for the
        first time on my walk along that path, a gum leaf slowly drifts down and lands on my chest.
        I looked up and laughed at the synchronicity. Such a simple act of a leaf falling at that
        precise moment..........was pure joy!

Greetings, I am Metatron, Lord of Light ! And I embrace each of you in nurturing LOVE. Unconditional LOVE, a love that can only be truly reached in the initial crystalline plane  you call the dimension of 5. Masters, take a moment and feel the energy we embue upon each of you, for indeed it is the energy that is home.

And so we speak of a very important transition that is ushered into place thru the 2nd phase of the heralded Cosmic Trigger on the March Equinox of 2010. This is truly a tantamount event in the Crystalline Transition of the planet, and indeed a benchmark for humanity.

Masters, the MerKaBah is now obsolete, and it is being replaced in the Crystalline Age with the non-polarity geometrics of the crystalline Tri-Level MerKiVa system toward the goal of evolving into crystalline MerKaNa.  We tell you that the MerKaBah that has served as the Star Tetrahedron Vehicle to higher dimension for the past 12,000 year cycle is now being transposed into greater capacity. Indeed it is evolving into progressive expansive mode to the Crystalline MerKiVa System.

Understand then that it is the energy of the Earth in the Ascension in parity with the 144-Crystalline Grid that is enabling the crystalline energy expansion of the Earth into greater dimensional reach. And take note Masters, the energy from 5d to 12d that is accessible to you is only the beginning. For the aspect you term zero field is the aspect of crystalline dimension. It is non polar and non gendered.

It expands into energy dimensions that indeed exist within you, but have been dormant to the masses of humanity, yet these dimensions are your true origin, and you exist in higher form within them. These are areas you term 'dark matter' and anti-matter. This we have previously shared with you.

The three levels of Crystalline Light Body termed the Mer-Ki-Vic System are:

  The emergence of the Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va System has been in waiting, and with the 9-9-9 Crystal Activation ushering in of the initial phase of the Crystalline Energy Transformation of the Earth, many of you are awakening to your sacred unity potentials. Indeed the development of the Mer-Ka-Na is the ultimate goal of the system and is truly an accomplishment many of you on the Path have waited many lifetimes for the opportunity to achieve.

The Polarity MerKaBah is Now Obsolete

Phase ll of the Cosmic Trigger, which will occur on the March Equinox of 2010, and will stage another important release of the crystalline transformation. You see, your human mind in duality was designed to assist you to gather and process information and to discern truth, but the wisdom that carries you into the higher Crystalline Realm dwells beyond the reach of the dual polarity MerKabah.

Therefore the establishment of the new Crystalline MerKiVa and MerKaNa are requisite to expand into the Crystalline Energy of the Ascension. Indeed the higher realms of the celestial dimensions made available thru the Ascension lie in Unified Divine Consciousness. As such, access to them requires integral crystalline light, and this cannot be entered in the previous system of the gendered polarity MerKaBah. Accordingly the old model of the 'polarity' MerKabah is obsolete, unable to carry the far greater frequency of unified crystalline coherent light. Thus comes the requisite transition into the Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va, Mer-Ka-Va and MerKaNa.

The 8-Point (Star Tetrahedron) Crystalline MerKiVa stage is initially accessible on the crystalline phase of the Cosmic Trigger, occurring on the March Equinox of 2010. In essence the old MerKaBah is evolved thru intent and focus into the Crystalline MerKiVa. It forms into a different format of the star tetrahedron that is non gendered/non-polar & rotates uniformly in an anti clockwise spin. The 12 Point Crystalline MerKaVa becomes fully available on the 10-10-10.

  In 2011 the MerKaNa becomes available as the 20 point star, and in 2012, the MerKaRa the exalted 24 point star of Kristos Ascension is available. The processes and mechanics of this transformation will be made available through the teachings of the 'Metatronic Keys'.

Question to Metatron: You have said the Mer-Ki-Va, Mer-Ka-Va and Mer-Ka-Na are not fully accessible until certain 'grid alignment' dates occur. Can you expand on this? Does this mean we are unable to develop these light bodies before hand?

AAMetatron: Indeed, the timing for development into initial stages is appropriate and desirable in the NOW. The Level One Mer-Ki-Va is the first stage for all, and while it will not be 100% functional until the Cosmic Trigger of 2010 (March 20, 2010) it is indeed available for initial staging and installation now, and has been so since the 9-9-9. Just as your 144-Crytsalline Grid does not achieve full power until the 12-12-12, your Mer-Ki-Va does not achieve full power until March 20, 2010.

Question to Metatron: What do you mean by 'full-power"?

AAMetatron:  Exactly that. The coded crystalline energies that will be released on phase ll of the Cosmic Trigger are required to dislodge, discharge and disseminate within the 144 Grid in order to fully synergize the planet and humanity into synergistic crysto-geometric harmony in non polarity access. It is well to begin the installation of each phase well in advance of its full potential.

Full powering of Level One occurs on March 20, 2010, full powering of Level Two is available on the 10-10-10 and full powering of the Mer-Ka-Na, Level 3 on March 20, 2011. Yet understand that full powering is still dependent on each person's 'Light-Quotient', and ability to master, achieve and sustain the optimal 13-20-33 ratio of Auric Circuitry.

  Each new matrix, each new geometry will occur in layers through dimensional openings that will occur through the rapidly expanding portals of the Ascension. Each requires effort and work to establish. The inertia of your planet is rapidly increasing as the 144-Crystalline Grid nears total energy activation and completion.

   As such there are very significant changes in the function, geometry and mechanism in the upshift to Crystalline MerKiVa and the initial function of these will be given to you in this assay. What each seeker must do is in aspect the intentional development and willful evolution of the expansive human spirit in integration with the Crystalline Zero Point Field. It is in essence a unification of physical duality into etheric coherence. It combines the frontal mind into the crystalline nature of the super subconscious or God Mind in a purposed bioengineered process of Impeccable Wholeness.

Merging the Male / Female into Sacred Oneness

  The previous version of the (gendered-polarity) Mer-Ka-Bah had components of 'male' and 'female' energy fields within its two tetrahedrons that rotated in opposing motion. These were appropriate to your level of consciousness to initially enter into this field.

The Crystalline nature of the Upshift then is in a more unified aspect within the genderless zero field of non-polarity. This then is crystalline in nature becoming sacred ONENESS.

  Dear Ones, most forms of life in duality on your planet have the polarity of gender, in one form or another. As such gender is a form of creative expression within duality employed by Spirit to enable polarity experience. In this manner of gender polarity, life force in duality seeks its compliment, and there is myriad purpose in this. And while gender does not express spirit, spirit expresses through gender whilst in polarity. Spirit is the active force employed by All That Is, but it is in Oneness in the higher realms above duality. And while most forms of all life in duality are in one form or another of gender matrix, the crystalline aspect of the Mineral Kingdom is not. Indeed that that is in perfect unity is Crystalline, and so the Celestial Kingdoms are in Crystalline Oneness.

  Neither the Ascended Masters, Celestial Beings nor the Angelic Realm truly encompasses what would be in your linear-duality terms, actual gender. However, such celestial energies powerfully influence your thoughts and emotions with attributes that in humanities linear-field of polarity, is oft interpreted and identified as being of a specific gender.

  Accordingly your human male-female/passive-aggressive textural forms affect your linear perception, and a predisposed gender disposition is triggered in your view. This in why you assign certain polarity-gender attributes to an otherwise androgynous being that are in the higher realms of the Unified Crystalline Field of Divine Oneness. But in TRUTH, the Archangels you perceive as having gender are in fact non gendered, neither male or female, rather are they in the indivisible state of Sacred Unity, Divine Oneness. It is again, your limited perception in linear duality that views Angelic Beings as male or female.

  Now we will add the caveat, that many of what you humans perceive your 'guardian-angels' are souls of family members and dear ones who have passed over. They work with you in highest intent, in pure love and guardianship. Often these guardians do appear and speak to you in a familiar gendered format. But while they are in a realm above your linear aspect, they are not in the higher realms of the Crystalline Oneness. And though they appear to you as an angel, grandmother, grandfather, brother or sister, in actuality they are in an integral field of androgyny.

The Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va is above polarity, and in Sacred Unified Oneness, and that aspect is quintessential. In the ongoing dawn of the Crystalline Ascension, it is requisite that you understand this. The ongoing crystalline integration will dissolve old belief structures and offer you new possibilities, which in turn will accelerate your multidimensional consciousness beyond any boundaries you may perceive today.

Merging with the Twin Flame

In order to move higher in the 3 Levels of MerKiVa, you must merge with your other half, your 'twin flame'. This means if you are female, you must merge with your complimentary male aspect, and if you are male, discover and merge into sacred harmonic balance with your female aspect. In higher aspect, Dear Ones, you are neither and both. That statement may seem a paradox, but it is not. Sexuality as you think of it in biological duality does not exist in higher realms, but those emotional attributes that you assign a gender label to in duality, do exist in higher realms, but such attributes as nurturing and strength are without gendered labels in the quantum crystal resonance of the celestial dimensions.

This is why many advanced souls are drawn to the balance of the 'Divine Feminine' with the "Divine Masculine", and both within, in order to achieve internal integral 'Soul-Arc'  balance. This is why many of you are in lifetimes in which the old paradigm of the once and forever 'Soul-Mate' no longer serves. Edge-lines of sexual polarity are becoming blended in this process for many. Divine Solitude is the path chosen for many master souls who seek to blend internally with the other half of self. In zero field, Masters, you do not require a partner, rather a unification of the androgynous self, well above polarity aspects of gender. This is your true and truer nature above polarity, and within it you merge further on higher level yet, into the Divinity of what may be termed Group Consciousness, flowing into the supreme All-That-Is.

  Dear Ones, there are infinite probabilities, timelines, and paths that have created what you term the Ascension, and enabled the present return to the Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va. Yes, we said return.  We tell you that the Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va is not new; indeed it is how you arrived here.

Aeons ago, much longer ago than humanity realizes you came here to undertake a specific path of evolution, by means of the 4th level of the Crystalline matrix or Mer-Ka-Ra. As you took on dense duality, the crystalline matrix was replaced by electromagnetic polarity, and coherent light became fractured and fragmented. The coming Ascension is returning mankind to the gateway of crystalline coherent light.  But the path has not been a direct one, because your consciousness has needed a variety of experiences in order to expand, and these you have garnered from all aspects of your multidimensional SELF.

Neither your present Earth nor Humankind were ready or able to move into Crystalline Consciousness until now. Not only was your frequency not yet within the same band of compatibility but it could also be said that you both had your hands full, so to speak.

Dear Ones, the Ascension for the Earth is pre- required for mankind's Ascension. And so understand that the Earth will indeed Ascend before mankind, in order for mankind to Ascend into Crystalline nature. And so the Ascension of 2012 is largely planetary. It is only the beginning for humanity, the true Mass-Illumination of Humanity is as yet 2 to 3 centuries away. Indeed many of you will chose to return in Mer-Ka-Ra for that event.

And we tell you this; the Ascension opens the portals of expanding your dimensional access. But it will be another two centuries before the collective consciousness of Mankind and frequency on your planet will be able to fully support, fully live the resonance and thus project the complete light quotient required to sustain your full participation in the multidimensional Earth and Omniverse in conscious awareness within simultaneous time. And both now and until then, humanity will not ascend in mass, rather individually one heart, one mind at a time. It has always been so, albeit great and greater will be the opportunities and numbers.

The 10-10-10 Activates Crystalline Metamorphisis

The 999 ushered in the Crystalline Field that enables both the Earth and mankind to move consciousness into the Unified Crystalline Field. The Cosmic Trigger and 10-10-10 will further advance the cause of Crystalline Consciousness via Mer-Ki-Va, you see.

  In your Divine Mer-Ki-Va, Mer-Ka-Va and Mer-Ka-Na you are indeed fully conscious across the infinite dimensional corridors of the Cosmos and within these vast crystalline corridors wisdom reveals itself and emerges as multi-dimensional layers of Truth when the soul achieves sufficient quotient of Crystalline Light. Your Divine Self, your over-soul is not disturbed by the infinite vastness of space, or by the fact that a universes can exist in the Cosmos vacuum as easily as in an atom or molecule. Space like time is an illusion. Your mind does not comprehend this within duality, but your 5th dimensional consciousness does as you begin entry into the Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va.

  As an example, consider the metamorphisis of the butterfly. The caterpillar wraps itself in a silk cocoon and transforms into a liquid gel to morph into the splendid form of the butterfly. That very cocoon is the MerKaBah that enabled its first stage of evolutionary metamorphisis. But the butterfly, once emerged cannot return to it, indeed it has risen above and its beautiful gossamer wings are its MerKiVah that allows it to flutter and fly above the trees into sparking air, no longer confined to the ground. Dear Ones, you can never return to energies of lesser awareness. You may for a time slip and fall, but the greater awareness is retained and is the very divine impetus that urges you into requisite wings of renewed flight and forward progression.

The Levels of MerKiVa

  The Crystalline Transformation is requisite for all who seek to the ability to carry the expanded light energy that is being showered upon the expanding energy of the Earth. MerKiVa occurs in 3 primary stages and evolves into a final formation that is called MerKaRa:

• 1: The 8-Point Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va -Star Tetrahedron (anti-clockwise rotation) - This stage quickly transforms into the true MerKiVa, the 12 point star, the stellated dodecahedron
• 2: The 12-Point Crystalline Mer-Ka-Va -Stellated Dodecahedron (clockwise rotation)
• 3: The 20-Point Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na - Stellated Icosahedron (dual inner rotation with double infinity flows)

Understand that Mer-Ka-Na is the ultimate goal in the Mer-Ki-Vic system. The intricate details and mechanics of this shift will be made available in Metatronic Keys teaching and offered to all, for there are other attributes of rotation to be understood and installed.

There is indeed a fourth level, that called Mer-Ka-Ra, that  is rarely present on the Earth, it is the 24 Point MerKaRa of Exalted Kristos Light, that of the Kristos Avatar. Yet some of you are ready and will achieve this. Those referred to as 2nd stage 'Walks-In' have access to this geometric matrix.

  Masters, many changes have occurred over the past few years on your Earth, but the changes that will occur from 2009-2012 are logarithmic. Indeed the up shifts of 2009 alone are greater than the sum of all transitions since 2001. 2010 offers infinitely more.

The Cosmic Trigger

  In March of 2009, the initial phase of the Cosmic Trigger occurred in the release of coded electro-magnetics across your planet. This was the most potent surge of energy on your planet since the Golden Age of Atlantis. But this was only the beginning. The 999 brought the activation of 5 of the 9 Atlantean Master Crystals and the 144 Grid launched into 75% function. The March Equinox of 2010 will be the release of extraordinary stored and coded crystalline energies, to bring in the crystalline component of the Cosmic Trigger. And the 10-10-10 further activates the grid into 84% function. (The 11-11-11 achieves 92% and the 12-12-12 achieves full function.)

  Dear Ones, the energy of the Earth is vaulting into hyper phase, and you will not be able to maintain this energy without the transmutation into the Crystalline MerKiVa. The 'rebooting' into MerKiVic System enables a much expanded field, with exponentially greater capacity to hold Crystalline Light. Without this your previous 'auric body' will fissure into etheric short-circuit and throw you into imbalance. This short-circuitry is in essence the shedding of the 'old-skin'. One which you have outgrown and no longer serves you. So understand that your transition into MerKiVa is requisite. You will not be able to hold the light required to experience the Ascension without the new MerKiVic Light body. The quickening of life itself will be overwhelming to you without the transition into a more complex geometrical form.

Orbs Are Metatronic Crystalline Codes

  The quickening of the crystalline energy is evidenced by the appearance of what you term 'orbs'. Indeed these have created quite a stir in the 'New Age' of metaphysics. We tell you these orbs are tangible evidence to those of you who see them and photograph them on your digital technology cameras. Orbs are one very real aspect of the emerging crystalline field on the earth. Those of you that choose to evolve into Crystalline MerKaNa will indeed begin attracting and generating orbs as you achieve the Integrity of Sacred Oneness.

  These are affirmation of increased and increasing ability to perceive energies of higher dimension within the coherent light of the Divine Self.

You see, crystalline orbs are geometric emanations of Metatronic coherent light. They are codes and communications that are the demonstrative underpinnings of revelations. Revelations that reveal that the overlaying veils that have separated your from the 'Impeccable Gestalt' of Creator God are evaporating.

There are several types of orbs. Some are for humanity in mass, others for individuals. All orbs are of Metatronic origin and carry a coded geometric imprint of unique purpose. The ones that are charged masses of swirling energy, are (*among other utilities) etheric energy telegrams. They are then the artists & authors of your true Crop Circles. Others are intended for the individual as you grow into Mer-Ki-Vic, Mer-Ka-Vic and Mer-Ka-Nic Consciousness. These orbs can and do manifest specifically to interact with you as you seek to shed the old fragmented aspects of polarity and develop your coherent crystalline nature.

The geometrics and crystalline orbs helix in a pattern that assists you in reprocessing and upshifting 12-strand DNA, 6-Strand RNA and the 3 sacred glands. You see crystallization is also required for the pineal, pituitary and thymus. These also are super imposed with the geometrics of the individual level of your Mer-Ki-Va, Mer-Ka-Na and Mer-Ka-Na and rotate in sync within and without them in matter/antimatter flux. These activate a double wave of the infinity pattern within.

Closing:

  As we have told you, the world remakes itself now and whether or not humanity in micro or macro is supportive of expansive change or against it, it is truly a moot issue as the inertia of time-chronology speeds past more quickly today than it did yesterday in linear terms. All is quickening, time is accelerating as the Ascension draws nigh. So as time reshapes itself it will also reshape the experience of mankind, of visible and invisible forces of nature and that of the face of the Earth itself. This is indeed the Crystalline Cosmic Trigger, and its time is here. Imperious is the transition within and without of Crystalline Tri-Level Mer-Ki-Va. Indeed the goal of which is the exalted Mer-Ka-Na. Without it the quickening energy cannot truly be optimized or completely sustained. This is both a challenge and a gift, a gift that opens the veil and allows infinitely more light into your integral consciousness. Integrity is driven by the first cause of creative expansion and growth into fulfillment.

The acquisition of Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na is vastly facilitated by organized study, yet can be achieved in solitude by the individual thru diligent intent, focused will and practice. Indeed the Hermetic Masters did not attend the scholastic Universities to acquire access to Universal Mind, but few have the opportunity in the caves of the Masters in today's rapid-paced world.

Indeed the Ascension is but a step before you. The Equinoxes, Solstices, Triple Date Stargates and Eclipses are the most potent of events afore December 2012. These remaining dates are exponential in their magnified energies, relative to comparative occurrences the years prior. Well to gather and amplify the energies in group, where possible. Truly the sum is greater than the parts.

  The transition into Mer-Ki-Vic Tri-System is geometric and as such is an element of that termed the Metatronic Keys. The Keys are the sacred science of crystalline geometric consciousness, which indeed is the fabric of Cosmic Mastery. It is imbedded and coded within each of you. Seek within and without, seek and you will find, that is an indelible Law. Intent and action are the rule!  And Dear Ones, we say again, this information is within each of you that truly seek it.

            Hi Dear Friends ~ Awareness and understanding are always changing, within our worlds.
          We live in awareness of what we see, feel, acknowledged, and learnt along our earth-path.

            That awareness and understanding also evolves and expands - this happens as we interact
            with others and gain deeper insight. This applies to any subject in our life at any given Now.

          As a baby, what we were aware of ,was confined to our needs, only. As we grew we explored
          our world, and even our body! We found that our body can do amazing things and had lots
    of fun showing others ! When we gained the attention of others, another part of our brain kicked-in
          and showed us that by having attention we get all the praise and the cuddles and the treats.
     And we kept on evolving...........dependent on our environment. Our environment shaped who we
       are from a very young age. As we made our own way through the world, we had the opportunity
          to break away from the limiting awareness we grew up in. Experience is everything to our
                     gaining insight into a more vast world than we could imagine as a small child.

         In fact, what we are aware of is all that exists in our world. Each time we are made aware of
         something else in life, it expands our understanding of life through experiencing it. We hear
         many stories of others' experiences, but it is not real to us yet, it is not part of OUR world.
         Many things in life exist that we have not experienced ourselves, but that does not negate the
                                                               fact that it DOES exist.

         So, as we go through life, we evolve by keeping ourselves aware of the world around us.
         As an adult we can be subject to all types of scenarios mainly because we are responsible
      for our own lives and welfare..........and choices! There is always opportunity for widening our
      perspectives on many things in life, and now that our spiritual life is coming to the forefront of
         everyday life, more new awarenesses are flooding in. Keeping our mind open and our senses
                   sharp, we can differentiate between what is right for us, and what to ignore.

      Evolving and expanding our world within. Embracing life with optimism and a positive outlook.
       Our strengths within go deeper than anyone could ever imagine. It is like looking into a well
       and never seeing the bottom.........endless source of untapped energy.     Life is Amazing !
