Choosing Loving Care

Extra Weight

If we make food choices from a place of love and awareness we will nurture ourselves with the foods our body really needs.

Our bodies are like living temples, and deserve all the love and care we can give them. Amazingly flexible and strong, they allow us to experience the world. If we notice that we’re not feeling our best, that we’ve put on extra weight, or that our favorite clothes don’t fit, we can make the choice to be good to ourselves in a new way today.

There are times we become conscious of a deeper hunger that will not be satisfied physically. We can make a new, healthier choice for ourselves in any moment, regardless of the hour, day, week or month. And when we make the choice lovingly, we work from a creative place of improving our lives and nurturing the best within us, so there is no need to punish ourselves. From this place, we can be gently honest with ourselves about the reasons we want to eat certain foods. We can reach out to doctors to help us determine if our bodies are out of balance at a level that requires something other than basic nutrients. We can also reach out to our friends for support and to share the journey of health, which is just another part of our adventure on the physical plane.

When we treat ourselves and our bodies as we would a trusted and loyal companion, we keep our energy free from negative thoughts that would complicate our journey. Our bodies are not our enemies, and we are not fighting a battle. Instead, we are investing our love and attention into the care and support of a beautiful creation—our selves.

Accepting Our Calling

Worthiness

When we accept our divinity we no longer question whether we are worthy because we know that we here for a purpose.

The issue of worthiness may come up in many areas of our lives, as we ask, often unconsciously, whether we are worthy of success, love, happiness, and countless other things, from supportive relationships to a beautiful home. In the end, though, it all comes down to one thing: our willingness to claim our space in this life as humans on this planet at this time. When we accept our divinity, we no longer question whether we are worthy, because we know that we are meant to be here to fulfill a particular purpose, a purpose that no one other than us can fulfill.

There are no replacements who can take over and live our lives for us, no other person who has had the experiences we have had, who has access to the same resources and relationships, who carries the same message to share with the world. Our purpose may be large or small, and in most cases it is multi-leveled, with important actions taking place on the interpersonal level, as well as in terms of the work we do in the world. Small acts of kindness share the stage with large acts of sacrifice, and only through accepting and honoring our divinity can we know what we are called to do and when.

Ultimately, we are all equally, exactly, completely worthy of being here in this life. Moreover, we are all essential to the unfolding plan of which we are each one small, but important, part. If we suffer from low self worth, it is because we have lost track of understanding this truth, and allowing it to guide our actions in the world. Seeing ourselves as part of something larger, as beings called to serve, is the ultimate cure for feelings of unworthiness. In the end, it’s not about evaluating ourselves as worthy or unworthy, so much as it’s about accepting that we have been called here to serve and taking the steps required to listen and respond to what our lives are asking us to do.

Seeing the Illusion

The Secret of Surrender

True lasting success comes only with surrender, which is the opposite of control.

Most of us were raised and live in a culture that emphasizes the ideals of independence and control. The general idea is that we are on our own and we don’t need any help from anyone else, and if we are really successful it’s because we are in complete control. However, true lasting success comes only with surrender, which is the opposite of control. We cannot accomplish anything truly great on our own, without any help, and the idea that we can is an illusion that causes most of us a great deal of suffering. Surrender comes when we see that illusion and let go of trying to attain the impossible. Surrender can then be seen as a great strength rather than a weakness.

Even small moments of surrender are powerful indicators of how different our lives could be if we would only let go. We’ve all had the experience of extending huge amounts of effort and energy to reach a particular goal only to realize that we can’t make it happen after all. At the moment of letting go, realizing that we need to ask for help or simply release our agenda entirely, a profound feeling of relief may rush over us. This warm, open sensation is the essence of surrender, and if we didn’t feel that we didn’t really let go. But it is never too late to let go, even of things in the past that didn’t work out the way we wanted them to, because surrender is always an option in every moment of our lives.

When we finally do surrender, our goals actually become possible, because the act of surrender is, in essence, asking for the help we need. This help may come in the form of other human beings or unseen helpers such as angels or inner guides. It may also come in the form of shifting circumstances, the small miracles that we call grace.

Knowing Our Heart’s Desire

Feeling Jealous

When we examine jealousy of another, we can use this feeling to help us determine what we really want for ourselves.

Jealousy is one of the toughest feelings we come up against in our lives. There is not much worse than this aching sense that somehow life has been unfair to us, while amply rewarding someone else. It’s even worse if that someone else is present in our daily lives, making it difficult for us to get the space we need to feel and heal our pain. We may be jealous of a sibling, a dear friend, or even famous personalities. We may even face the challenge of feeling jealous of our spouse, our child, or one of our parents. Whatever the case, we can normalize our experience by understanding that, as painful as it is, jealousy is a common human feeling.

Nevertheless, it is important that we not revel in our jealousy for too long, feeding it with inner talk or gossip with others. If we do, we run the risk of losing ourselves to its negative power. Jealousy has something good to offer us, though, and that is information about our own heart’s desire. When we are jealous of certain people, we want what they have, and if we are to be conscious, we must acknowledge that. In this way, we discover what we want for ourselves, which is the first step to getting it. It may be a certain kind of relationship or a career. Whatever it is, it is possible that we could create it for ourselves, in our own lives, if we are able to honor our own desires.

Of course, there are times when we cannot heal our jealousy in this way, and then the lesson may be about acceptance and the understanding that our path is different from the paths of those around us. It may be hard to see now, but perhaps it will eventually be clear why our life has taken its particular path. In the end, the best cure for jealousy is the recognition that the life we have is full of its own meaning and beauty, utterly unique to us—a gift that could never be found in the life of another.

Taking the Risk

Permission to Be Real

People who keep it real present themselves as they truly are, the good parts and the parts most of us would rather hide.

Most of us are familiar with the idea of keeping it real and have an intuitive sense about what that means. People who keep it real don’t hide behind a mask to keep themselves safe from their fear of how they might be perceived. They don’t present a false self in order to appear more perfect, more powerful, or more independent. People who keep it real present themselves as they truly are, the good parts and the parts most of us would rather hide, sharing their full selves with the people who are lucky enough to know them.

Being real in this way is not an easy thing to do as we live in a culture that often shows us images of physical and material perfection. As a result, we all want to look younger, thinner, wealthier, and more successful. We are rewarded externally when we succeed at this masquerade, but people who are real remind us that, internally, we suffer. Whenever we feel that who we are is not enough and that we need to be bigger, better, or more exciting, we send a message to ourselves that we are not enough. Meanwhile, people who are not trying to be something more than they are walk into a room and bring a feeling of ease, humor, and warmth with them. They acknowledge their wrinkles and laugh at their personal eccentricities without putting themselves down.

People like this inspire us to let go of our own defenses and relax for a moment in the truth of who we really are. In their presence, we feel safe enough to take off our masks and experience the freedom of not hiding behind a barrier. Those of us who were lucky enough to have a parent who was able to keep it real may find it easier to be that way ourselves. The rest of us may have to work a little harder to let go of our pretenses and share the beauty and humor of our real selves. Our reward for taking such a risk is that as we do, we will attract and inspire others, giving them the permission to be real too.

Staying in Pain

Pain comes and goes- it is when we get stuck in our pain that it becomes detrimental to our well-being and development.

Pain comes and it goes. It is just one component to the grand cycle of life. And when experienced as such, pain can serve as an important teacher. It is when we get stuck in our pain that it becomes detrimental to our well-being and development. If you notice that you feel closed-off, resentful, heavy-hearted, or that you try very hard to avoid being hurt again, there may be a part of you that is still stuck in pain.

We can get stuck in our pain for many reasons. As children, it was natural for us to cry, throw a tantrum, and let the experience move through us. By fully feeling our pain in this way, our emotions would wash us clean, leaving us open and available to new experiences. With age, though, we might have determined that expressing emotion was no longer appropriate, and so we developed a variety of coping strategies to deal with our discomfort. We may have learned to stuff our feelings down or to run away from them. Perhaps we began thinking that staying closed and unwilling to try new things would keep us safe from heartbreak, safe from rejection, and safe from failure. We may have even gotten so used to being in pain that the thought of being without it scares us. But, if we continue to hold onto it longer than necessary, we are expending a lot of energy that could instead be channeled into making our life experiences more positive.

If you notice that you are continually connecting with the same familiar patterns of pain, consider embracing your feelings and letting go of your hurt. Whether your pain is from childhood or from an experience last week, see if you can give it room to move. When it does, you will reconnect with a wonderful source of your own vital energy.

Not Everybody Will Like You

When someone doesn’t like you, rather than taking it personally we can release the need for approval and move on.

It is not necessarily a pleasant experience, but there will be times in our lives when we come across people who do not like us. As we know, like attracts like, so usually when they don’t like us it is because they are not like us. Rather than taking it personally, we can let them be who they are, accepting that each of us is allowed to have different perspectives and opinions. When we give others that freedom, we claim it for ourselves as well, releasing ourselves from the need for their approval so we can devote our energy toward more rewarding pursuits.

While approval from others is a nice feeling, when we come to depend on it we may lose our way on our own path. There are those who will not like us no matter what we do, but that doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with us. Each of us has our own filters built from our experiences over time. They may see in us something that is merely a projection of their understanding, but we have no control over the interpretations of others. The best we can do is to hope that the role we play in the script of their lives is helpful to them, and follow our own inner guidance with integrity.

As we reap the benefits of walking our perfect paths, we grow to appreciate the feeling of fully being ourselves. The need to have everyone like us will be replaced by the exhilaration of discovering that we are attracting like-minded individuals into our lives—people who like us because they understand and appreciate the truth of who we are. We free ourselves from trying to twist into shapes that will fit the spaces provided by others’ limited understanding and gain a new sense of freedom, allowing us to expand into becoming exactly who we’re meant to be. And in doing what we know to be right for us, we show others that they can do it too. Cocreating our lives with the universe and its energy of pure potential, we transcend limitations and empower ourselves to shine our unique light, fully and freely.

Disarming the Know-It-All

A person that is a know-it-all is usually afraid of listening because it has become completely unfamiliar to listen.

Most of us have encountered a person in our lives who can accurately be referred to as a know-it-all. This person seems to know everything about anything that gets brought up and tends to dominate the conversation. They don’t take well to being questioned, and they have a hard time ever admitting that they were wrong.

Being around a know-it-all is inevitably tiring because there is no shared energy between the two of you. Rather, you become an audience member to this person’s need to be the center of attention. Attention and respect are probably the two things this person most longs for, and at some point in their lives, they learned that knowing it all was the way to get those needs met. Over time, they have become stuck in this pattern, regardless of the fact that it is no longer working. They may feel afraid of the experience of listening, being receptive, or learning something new, because it’s so unfamiliar.

On the one hand, when we see the childlike need underneath the know-it-all’s mask of confidence, we feel compassion for the person, and we may tolerate their one-sided approach to conversation out of a desire not to hurt their feelings. On the other hand, we may be feeling drained and tempted to avoid this person altogether. In the middle of these two possible ways of feeling, we may actually like this person and wish for a closer relationship. If we come from a place of kindness, we might attempt to bridge the gap that this person’s habitual way of relating creates. Simply expressing a desire to be closer may open their heart, and give you a chance to ask for what you need in the relationship—a chance to contribute.

A Legacy of Love

Leaving the Earth a Better Place

From our first breath here to our very last, we will find infinite opportunities to influence our environment for the better.

We inherit this great planet from our parents and from the generations that came before. Then, in concert with the surrounding culture, our elders teach us how to care for the land and the sea, ourselves and each other. They model ways of being in relationship with every other expression of life on earth. But whether they act with care or carelessness, compassion or cruelty, generosity or greed, we have the ability to choose our own individual way of relating with the planet and her inhabitants. From our first breath here to our very last, we will find infinite opportunities to influence our environment for the better. We can decide now to act with intention in order to leave this amazing planet brighter and more beautiful than when we arrived.

If we enjoy environmental activism, we might feel moved to clean up beaches or to plant trees. But, we need not feel limited in our ability to contribute positively. There are many ways to leave a legacy of love. We might begin by radiating affirmative thoughts and feelings about how magnificent the earth truly is. We might create and tend a special garden, one that provides an abundance of food and herbs for ourselves and our loved ones. Or we might create a garden filled with sweet smelling flowers to uplift our hearts. We might even honor the earth simply by trying to be the best person we can be while we are here. Such good will can have a domino effect, inspiring others to contribute in their own way as well.

We spend our lifetimes being nourished and enlivened by the rain, sun, soil and wind. Our experience is blessed by other living beings, from plants to insects to birds and humans. We receive so much; giving back just naturally feels good. When we live our lives with intention of leaving this temporary home a better place for generations to come, we are perhaps leaving behind the best gift of all.

A Matter of Significance

Recognizing Your Value

Sometimes we can feel as if we don’t matter in the world, but we all have something to offer.

It can be easy sometimes to buy into the illusion of our own insignificance. We may see large corporations or institutions, celebrities or successful people in our community, and compare ourselves to them, thinking that their fame or material power affirm how little our own lives amount to. But nothing could be further from the truth. Every single one of us matters—tremendously. Our very existence affects countless people in countless ways. And because we are each essentially a microcosm of the larger universe, our internal experiences affect the whole of life more than we could ever imagine. The world simply could not exist as it does now if you, or any one of us, were not in it.

Perhaps you are aware that on some level you believe your life does not matter. If this thought resonates within you, maybe it is time to explore why you feel this way. You may have formed self-rejecting or belittling beliefs as a child to keep yourself safe or to help you make sense of confusing situations. You may have felt unseen or unheard and decided that there was something wrong with you, rather than with the attention span of the people around you. Spend some time looking into where these feelings of insignificance first took root, and see what changes you might be able to make in your life and in your heart.

This one belief in your own unimportance could be limiting you and impacting your life in enormous ways. When you shift your perceptions around your own ability to affect your life and impact the world, you may discover wonderful parts of yourself that you had long ago forgotten. There may even be exciting new parts that you never even knew existed. When you gain awareness of how much your life really does matter, new sources of energy can emerge and your sense of connection with the world is renewed.

There is a difference between feeling gratitude and appreciation for something, and feeling attachment to something. Appreciation and gratitude are states of pure love, while attachment contains fear - fear of losing or not having what you are attached to. When it comes to something you want in your life, appreciation and gratitude attracts, and attachment pushes away. If you are feeling afraid that you will not get what you want, or losing what you have, then you have attachment.

To remove the attachment, keep shifting yourself into a state of appreciation and gratitude, until you can feel that the fear has gone.

Myanmar is one of the most mysterious countries in the world. It borders India, Bangladesh, China, Laos and Thailand. Each of these destinations (except, perhaps, for Bangladesh) is full of tourists. But Myanmar remains outside of usual tourist routes. There are no direct flights from Russia, visa to Myanmar is not the easiest one to get, not to mention that it's not really advertised by travel agencies. This is why this amazing destination remains unknown to the world.

To say that one misses a lot by not going there is an understatement (you'll understand why when you see our panoramas). This country with a century-old history has preserved countless of monuments and it is rightfully called the "Golden Country" or "The Land of Golden Pagodas". There are around 2500 pagodas there. In fact, the entire country is one huge archaeological reserve, which preserves heritage of ancient civilizations.

Of course, it's impossible to describe thousands of pagodas and other Myanmar landmarks in just one article and to show all of them in one panorama cycle. So we're planning to tell you only about the most outstanding monument, the Shwedagon Pagoda (stupa).
Stupa is a dome symbolizing Buddha's teachings. Usually stupas serve as Buddhist shrines and repositories of sacred Buddhist texts. Some stupas conceal different vessels with Buddha's pieces of clothing or his hairs. Stupas are topped with spires that look like umbrellas, a symbol of protection from the rays of ignorance. Bells are hanging on the stupas to express the symbol of doing some good things.
The capital of Myanmar, Yangon (Rangoon) is known for the most famous stupa in the country, the Shwedagon Pagoda, along with a temple complex around it. These constructions are a couple thousand years older than the city itself. The name comes from «Shwe» (Burmese for "gold") and «Dagon» (previously this settlement was situated where the modern Yangon now exists).

According to the mystical yet forgotten legend, in ancient times this was the place where relics of three predecessors of Buddha were kept: the staff of Kakusandhi, the water filter of Konagamana, and a piece of tunic of Kassapa.

One day unknown brothers took a few hairs of Buddha from India, but during the trip they were attacked and robbed several times. However, they were able to deliver part of the sacred treasure - they brought eight hairs of Buddhism founder to Myanmar.

A grand festivity was held to celebrate this event. Lord Sakka and four spirits descended from heavens to choose a worthy place to store Buddha's hairs. They helped to discover three forgotten sacred places, and, as a result, it was decided to keep all sacred objects together with proper honors.

Thus, Shwedagon is the only temple in the world which holds four Buddhist relics of such high value. Furthermore, it's one of the few structures created during the life of Buddha.

It was built with great care and thoroughness by ancient Burmese. They dug a hole on a hill near Dagon, built a tomb, and covered it with a golden plate. Several stupas made from different materials were erected on top of it one by one: golden, silver, tin, copper, lead, marble, iron, and brick.
The Shwedagon Pagoda reached its current height only in 1774. After being rebuilt several times by King Hsinbyushin, it reached the height of 99 meters above the plate. At the same time the Shwedagon Pagoda started looking the way it looks now.

All sixty-eight surrounding stupas are gilded, while the Shwedagon itself is sheathed with golden plates from top to bottom. 8000 gold plates, 5000 diamonds, 2000 gem stones and semiprecious stones were used to decorate the main pagoda.

So it's not surprising that the stupa was repeatedly plundered over the years, and some parts, like three hundred years old bell encrusted with jewels, are now lost. However, the Shwedagon Pagoda in Myanmar has survived to see our days in its full glory.
There are bells hanging along the perimeter of the temple complex with wooden mallets lying nearby. It is believed that if you make a wish and hit the bell three times it will come true. So here and there you can always hear a bell's ringing in the distance.
This Myanmar landmark represents this country like the Moscow Kremlin represents Russia, or Mount Fuji represets Japan. The Shwedagon temple complex is one of the largest architectural ensembles not only in Myanmar, but in all of Southeast Asia. You can always see the golden cone of the central stupa dozens of kilometers away from Yangon, both from sea and land.

In order to get to the pagoda you have to climb the highest hill. But modern technologies made this task a lot easier: an escalator can take you to the Scwedagon. And for those of you who are thousands miles away from this amazing monument, there is a perfect opportunity to see it from the height of our panoramas.

Even as a child I always felt I was here for a reason. I have felt this way all my life. Not in a bragging way, not in a way that made me more than other people...never felt self important. It was this deep knowing from within me that would keep me going in some of the darkest times of my life...that it was all happening for a reason. And every time I made it through those hard times, it would strengthen my belief that I was here for a purpose. Never had any idea what that purpose was, however. Always figured it would play itself out. Seemed to be always waiting to see.

This knowing within me,of me having a purpose, did not seem to affect my self esteem in a positive manner however. In fact I have to say that growing up was extremely rough. Very dark. A lot of self loathing. Self hate.

I was taller than most boys growing up and therefore became embarrassed of my height. Instead of standing tall, I learned to slump. I also developed earlier and more than my school mates... My body became embarrasing because I felt different than other girls. I began to hate my body as well. In my eyes I looked funny and ugly. I never felt I fit in.

I was very smart but very unconventional in my learning style. I was extremely ADD and somewhere along the line I was labeled as being very smart but unable to sit still, to focus. A waste of intelligence sort to speak. I learned to not raise my hand and question what I was being taught. I believed my self to not be smart at all. Eventually I believed myself to be dumb.

So I hated the way I looked and I thought I was stupid.

So I come now to this stage in my life. At 48, fully aware of all the untruths that I believed about myself. Finally seeing myself for the first time...with my eyes of my soul. The beauty that is truly me.

Self esteem is how one sees oneself in life. But just because you see yourself in a light of low self esteem, it does not mean that is who you are. When as a child I saw myself as ugly, it does not mean that I am. Or dumb. Or any of those things which made me feel lacking somehow...less than. I am none of those things,for I am an aspect of creation. An individual expression of Source. I just could not see my own light, but it has been there all along.

The Light that is within us can never be put out. Yes,it can dimmed due to the dirt around it, but at the core it always shines bright. And that core is our heart. For our heart is our direct connection to our Source. We don't need anyone else to help us to connect. We have it all within us.

So next time I find myself falling back,thinking low thoughts about myself or others, I will remember that within my heart resides the Light that is creation. The energy of the original Source. And it is as beautiful as all of us.

And those old thoughts of low self esteem? They are just that: old thoughts. No longer serving my highest good. No longer needed in my new life. Going to let those thoughts, that old programming needs to go.

I think that is exactly what we are all doing. Letting all go to make room for the new. Each of us individually taking a stand and vowing to help make room for the new by each shining our individual,beautiful Light.

It is said that Mt.Tibrogargan, the father, and Mt.Beerwah, the mother, had many children - Mt.Coonowrin (the eldest), Mt.Beerburrum, the Mt.Tunbubudla twins, Mt.Coochin twins, Mt.Ngungun, Mt.Tibberoowuccum, Mt.Miketebumulgrai and Mt.Saddleback. There were also Mt.Round who was fat and small and Mt.Wildhorse who was always paddling in the sea. One day, Tibrogargan was gazing out to sea when he noticed a great rising of the waters. Hurrying off to gather his younger children in order to flee to the safety of the mountains which lay to the west, he called out to Coonowrin to help his mother, who was again with child. Looking back to see how Coonowrin was assisting Beerwah, Tibrogargan was greatly angered to see him running off alone. He pursued Coonowrin and, raising his club, struck the latter such a mighty blow that it dislocated Coonowrin's neck and he has never been able to straighten it since.
When the floods subsided and the family returned to the plains, the other children teased Coonowrin about his crooked neck. Feeling ashamed, Coonowrin went to Tibrogargan and asked for forgiveness, but filled with shame at his son's cowardice, Tibrogargan could do nothing but weep copious tears, which, trickling along the ground, formed a stream which flowed into the sea. Then Coonowrin went to his brothers and sisters, but they also wept at the shame of their brother's cowardice.
The lamentations of Coonowrin parents and his brothers and sisters at his disgrace explain the presence, to this day, of the numerous small streams of the area. Tibrogargan then called Coonowrin, asking him why he had deserted Beerwah; at which Coonowrin replied that as Beerwah was the biggest of them all she should be able to take care of herself. He did not know that Beerwah was again pregnant, which was the reason for her great size. Then Tibrogargan turned his back on Coonowrin and vowed that he would never look at him again.
Even today, Tibrogargan gazes far out to sea and never looks around at Coonowrin, who hangs his head and cries, his tears running off to the sea. His mother Beerwah is still heavy with child as it takes a long, long time to give birth to a mountain.

The Geology Of The Glass House Mountains

The Glasshouse Mountains are the remnant cores of volcanoes active about 25 million years ago. They were formed as molten rock was forced out of vents from within the earth. As these flows of magma cooled over a period they solidified into conal shapes of hard rocks (rhyolite and trachyte). Erosion of the surrounding softer sand stone over millions of years has lowered the ground level to where we live to day. The only testimony to this violent volcanic era are the Mountains we see. Mount Beerwah at 556 metres high is the "Mother by legend" and the grandest of all the mountains. Mt.Tibrogargan is relatively smaller at 364 metres but still impressive with it's distinctive Aboriginal face looking east towards the Pacific being very visible from Glasshouse Mountains Road. At 375 metres high Mt.Coonowrin (Crookneck from the legend) is possibly the most striking of the group with a bare tooth like appearance. Very photogenic from the Old Gympie Road area. To the south are The Tunbubudla Twins at 338 and 294 metres. Somewhat smaller but still very dominant in size.

A total of 15 mountains of various sizes cover an area of over 600,000 hectares from Mt.Mellum in the north to Round Mountain south of Elimbah, to the lesser Wild Horse Mountain at 123 metres high on the Bruce Highway to the east. One of the most accessible places to view the mountains from is lookout 589 - just a short drive off Old Gympie Road and from most of the local tourist attractions, the magnificent views are worth every kilometre.

The History Of The Glass House Mountains

On Thursday 17th May 1770 Captain James Cook while sailing up the east coast of the land known as Terra Australis or New Holland, sighted and named "these hills" as the Glass Houses (the reflections and the shape of these hills reminded him of the glass manufacturing houses back in England).

The next morning at 9 am James Cook, Joseph Banks, Doctor Solander and a small group of men landed in the north shore of Moreton Bay and are recorded as the first British people to come ashore in Queensland. Cook named this area Glass House Bay. This bay was renamed 29 years later. On 15th July 1799 Capt. Matthew Flinders aged 25, sailed the sloop "Norfolk" into Moreton Bay. The next morning they landed on Bribie Island and after a disagreement with the natives, named the area Skirmish Point.

On the 26th July, Flinders sailed north up this river and beached 'Norfolk' on a sandy strip for some minor repairs. Together with two seamen and a native "Bongaree" from Sydney, he proceeded up a small creek in the general direction of the highest peak. After leaving the small boat they pushed through low swampy country until they were stopped by a small creek. (Glass House Mountains Creek). Unable to reach the larger mountains they decided to head for the closest 'round mount with sloping sides', and climbed Mount Beerburrum before returning to Norfolk. Flinders continued to explore and map the coastal area north to Sandy Cape on Fraser Island until the 9th August when he departed for Sydney.

In 1824, a penal settlement was established at Redcliffe Point. After moving this settlement to where Brisbane stands today, it was finally abandoned in 1839 and the area was opened to free settlers in 1842. In 1859 the state of Queensland separated from the colony of N.S.W. and Brisbane, by now a prosperous city, was declared the capital.

I made this video explaining the Gnostic version of the story of Sophia in a nutshell. Sophia is the Greek word for wisdom, She is the bride of Christ and the mother figure of the holy trinity.

She had fallen from the Pleroma(divine world) because of a faulty passion to emanate without her husband/bridegroom the divine being known as Christ. During her agony and sorrow after her fall, a mistake is made and the physical world was created because of the goddess's extreme regret.

The Demiurge is another mistake that was created in this process. He is the one who forms these lower worlds, he is both a god and a mistake and is known as Samael(God of the blind) because he is ignorant of Sophia as well as anything else that is above him. He has no recollection of where he comes from and believes himself to be the one and only God.

Christ is actually sent from the father to come down and take the form of a man, so that he can redeem Sophia and bring her back to her first estate in the true heavens by reminding her of who she is.

As my heart chakra and third eye in particular is now activated,

I clearly see what my greatest fears are,

and gently release my fears through the Cosmic Embrace of the Divine Mother,

and this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Light.

I now experience the healing of my wounded Masculine Spirit,

releasing my anger and rage, and perceived justifications for my thoughts and actions

through forgiveness and Love.

I now embrace my inner persecutor within my Heart’s Temple,

And now all sub-personality aspects of my Self needing to be integrated in this Now,

through the ray qualities of understanding, strength, stability, loving kindness, wisdom, generosity, abundance, compassion, equilibrium and balance, organization and discernment, and the knowing of my Self as this sacred transfiguring Flame of Divine Love.

I merge with my Beloved I Am Presence,

and now all 144 Soul rays of my Beloved I Am Presence of which I Am One.

As I now align with the Inner Earth Sun, the Sun, the Central Sun and Great Central Sun,

I bring a focus to my Heart’s Temple,

and I now experience the actualization of the Golden Solar Sun Disc of Light within my heart.

I now connect into the Unity Grid of Divine Love, and focus once more on the 12 Golden Solar Sun Disc Discs,

as a recalibration of my DNA occurs,

taking me into the New Earth Templates of Divine Love, and One Unity Consciousness.

And now, as I connect to the Light Workers and Star Seeded Ones,

I experience the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light,

and the “Return of the Inner Sun”.

I now anchor the eleventh major Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc and two minor discs along the spinal column.
I gently move my body from side to side and backwards and forwards, facilitating the process of the cerebrospinal fluid and the recalibration of my sensory system, central nervous system, chakras and meridians.

I am now taken in an external Merkaba Vehicle of Light

into the Ascension Seat of the Brotherhood of the Light.

I now enter into the Temple of Illumined Truth and Divine Love,

and surrounded in a beautiful dodecahedronal shaped Temple of Light,

I am welcomed and greeted by the Melchizedek Brotherhood of the Light as The Priest and an Initiate of Light,

I am now placed in an Axiatonal Chamber of Light.

As this Axiatonal Chamber of Light is now activated,

through the appropriate geometries of sound and color and noise light emissions,

it rejuvenates and heals my etheric and physical bodies.

And now, the creation of my perfect physical Light body,

my Adam Kadmon Body of Light and I AM Avatar Body of Light occurs.

I am now placed in a 12 Strand DNA Activation Chamber of Light.

I now request the full activation of my 12 Strand DNA to the new DNA templates of zero point energy and fractal equations of Universal-Source frequency through the related keycodes, harmonics, sacred geometries and fire letters.

I now request the activation of my two additional etheric chromosomes,

and the creation of my immortal genes.

I now assist the Brotherhood of the Light and all the Light Workers, Starseeded Ones and Beings of Light from On High,

I now assist in activating the Light Grids, the axiatonal lines, within and around the Unity Grid of Divine Love,

I now experience the healing of my wounded Feminine Spirit,

releasing the subjugation, victimhood and persecution of the Divine Feminine Principle through all timelines,

as I step into a deeper level of appreciation of my Self,

of loving and nurturing and forgiving my Self.

I now embrace my inner victim within my Heart’s Temple,

and now all sub-personality aspects of my Self needing to be integrating at this time

through my Divine Love and the Love of the Divine Mother.

And now, as I experience the integration of my Divine Feminine Spirit,

I merge with my Divine Masculine Spirit,

amplifying the energy of Who I AM in all my magnificence and preciousness,

in completion and wholeness, in Love, appreciation and One Unity Consciousness,

through the Twin Flame energy of my Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine archetypes of Light.

I now find my Self back in my sacred space,

grounding into the Crystal Heart of Mother Earth,

and the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God.

Breathe deep into the body, come into your Heart’s Temple and surround yourself in this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Illumined Truth and Divine Love. Expand the lower abdomen as you breathe in and contract the lower abdomen as you breathe out. Connect in to the Crystal Heart of Mother Earth, into this holographic representation of the One Heart of All Creation, and now into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God, merging with your Beloved I AM Presence, and all the Beings of Light from On High that you personally acknowledge, bringing them now into your sacred space, as you bring in your Pillar of Light and antakarana, breathing through this fluorescent tube of Light, connecting through all dimensions, to all the Beings of Light from On High, to your Higher Self, and Beloved I AM Presence.
Know what an exciting Now moment this is, sweet ones, as you move closer to the 12:12:12 Gateway of One Unity Consciousness, and the completion of the Unity Grid of Divine Love, within and around this Earth Plane, with the geometries of Light and keycodes and the New Earth Template to be experienced by all Life on this Earth Plane should they so choose; and these escalating Light Frequencies in this Now, sweet ones, take you into new levels of experiencing yourselves as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love and Master Beings of Light, bringing a deeper level of stability through the immutability of Mother/Father God. As you remain steadfast in the Light, you are able to embrace your greatest fears within your Heart’s Temple, within the Cosmic Heart of all Creation, and further to this, through the Golden Solar Sun Disc Discs, to be able to actualize the Golden Solar Sun Disc of Light within your hearts, sweet ones, and experience the new DNA encodings of Light. It is a grand alignment of Light, taking you in to a deeper understanding of what is occurring on this earth plane sweet ones; of the changes that are being experienced in this Now, amplified too through a merging of your Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine spirits, in wholeness and completion, through Divine Love and One Unity Conscious, and the “Return of your Inner Sun”. Hold this focus through your Heart’s Temple as the third eye is now activated, as you experience greater levels of understanding and insight through these merging Christed timelines and parallel realities as they come in now in streams of Light, sweet ones; of your highest potential, and indeed, a deeper understanding of this initiation as The Priest.

The geometry of Light that is activated through this eleventh ray of Illumined Truth and Divine Light is that of the dodecahedron, sweet ones, and we say to you your DNA is related specifically to the dual relationship between the icosahedron and the stellated dodecahedron and now as you re-sequence and reactivate your DNA through the twelve primary Golden Solar Sun Disc Discs, you will experience not only the new DNA encodings and templates of Light but additionally the two etheric chromosomes creating your immortal genes, which were activated through the full anchoring of the cosmic rays and the third level of Christ Consciousness, which occurred on your earth on April 23rd, 1994 through the combined efforts of both Sirius A and B and the entire Company of Heaven, when Sirius B was most closely aligned with Sirius A through its fifty year elliptical orbit around Sirius A, and in a star alignment with Earth that occurs once every ninety thousand years. At that moment in time the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light with the assistance of the Pleiadian Emissaries of the Light, and further Overlighted by the entire Company of Heaven amplified the frequency of Cosmic Love to activate the star-tetrahedronal shape, starting from the your original Divine eight-cell Blueprint to the third level of Christ Consciousness. This actualization was also imprinted into the Christ Consciousness Grid around your Earth Plane, the Unity Grid of Divine Love, and through the complete anchoring of the third level of Christ Consciousness, your immortal genes, two additional chromosomes were additionally reactivated. This means, sweet ones that you now have 46 chromosomes plus two additional etheric chromosomes, which are waiting to be physically activated, for many of you this will occur through the Halls of Amenti as you are crowned the High Priest to the Order of Melchizedek and experience the Cold Flames of the Flower of Life. And as you move into the year 2013 and experience the cosmic rays starting with the Cosmic ray of Solar Christ Consciousness, you have the potential to actualize your immortal genes, sweet ones, and we say to you that the understanding of your true immortal nature as these initiates of Light and Master Beings was programmed into the Christ Consciousness Grid, and into the Akashic Records, at the time of the reign of Akhenaton in 1500 B.C. During his time as Pharaoh Akhenaton was to create the Akhenaton Mystery School in which at least 300 people achieved immortality, following a period of training in the Right Eye of Horus. These immortal Beings of Light were later to form the Essene Brotherhood and many of these teachings of Light that are understood today through the kabbalah, sacred geometry, and quantum science, come through from the Brotherhood of the Light and the Essene Brotherhood, sweet ones. Additionally we say to you that a deeper understanding of your true magnificence as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love is to be found indeed within the Great Pyramid of Egypt and these many Chambers of Light, including the Immortal Chamber of Light holding the forty-eight symbols of immortality.

And the key to activation of your DNA into the New Earth Templates of Light, sweet ones, lies within the activation of your Light Body/Merkaba through the frequency of Divine Love. It is in this moment, this year of 2012, that you can experience the New Earth Templates and the collective consciousness of all Life on this earth plane, animate or inanimate, as well as the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light, as you become one with all Life, sweet ones. And this is occurring for you and your planet through the 12:12:12 Gateway of One Unity Consciousness. In this Now what you are experiencing is a deeper activation through your Heart’s Temple of all your shadow aspects, integrated through this beautiful Golden Solar Sun Disc of Light within yourselves, and the recalibration of the DNA so you may match the geometries of Light found within the Unity Grid, sweet ones.

And now, you bring a focus to Palenque in Mexico, another pyramid of Light holding many of these key-codes for this new Golden Age of Light, you are lifted now in a beautiful external Merkaba Vehicle of Light with your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, and the Overlighting of your Beloved I AM Presence, Lady Quan Yin, and the Brotherhood of the Light, into this Crystalline City of Light. As you enter into this beautiful temple of the eleventh ray of Illumined Truth through this Crystalline City of Light, you are welcomed and greeted as The Priest to the Order of Melchizedek. Lady Quan Yin and your soul and star families of the Light, now come forward to embrace you. The ray qualities of understanding and strength, stability, loving-kindness, wisdom, generosity, abundance, compassion, equilibrium and balance, organization and discernment, are now anchored and activated in this beautiful pink-orange ray of Light through the third eye, and in this Illumination and Truth you see clearly through the Christed Timelines to your heart’s calling, into clearing and transmuting all that still needs to be cleared and transmuted, sweet ones, for you to stand steadfast in the Light as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love.

Wonderful. You now sense and experience the geometry of the dodecahedron around your body and energy field, sweet ones. There are three dodecahedrons around your body, related to the etheric body, the emotional body, and the mental body. You have a sense now of these dodecahedrons of Light as they come in now, fitting perfectly within an eighth dimensional platinum bubble of Light 16.8 feet in diameter around you. These pentagonal dodecahedrons are made up of 12 faces of five sided pentagons, and initially now you visualize the etheric body dodecahedron, now the emotional body dodecahedron, and now the mental body dodecahedron; all fitting perfectly within this beautiful platinum bubble of Light 16.8 feet in diameter around you. This level that we are working with is an eighth dimensional level, sweet ones, taking you into the Kingdoms of Light within Orion and this sphere of Light further connects you to the Melchizedek Brotherhood of Light at a fifth dimensional level of Christ Consciousness.

And now, as you focus on the emotional body dodecahedron, you start to gently spin this emotional body dodecahedron in a clockwise direction, spinning this at a comfortable speed within your platinum bubble of Light. This dodecahedron is assisting in the activation of the DNA to the New Earth Templates, and the activation of the Golden Solar Sun Disc of Light of Light within your heart. And now as you slowly stop this spinning of the emotional body dodecahedron, you bring a focus to the mental body dodecahedron and as you slowly spin this mental body dodecahedron in a counter-clockwise direction within this platinum bubble of Light, you feel yourself vibrating to a higher consciousness of Light, expanding dimensionally to the teachings and understandings of the Brotherhood of the Light. Wonderful. You now bring the mental body dodecahedron to a standstill, as you bring your focus back to this Temple of Illumined Truth and Divine Love, this Crystalline City of Light. And now, as you experience the total Solar Eclipse and New Moon energies, focus on the integration of the Divine Masculine Principal and bringing into balance your Divine Masculine Spirit, sweet ones.

Through this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Illumined Truth and Divine Love you go within your Heart’s Temple now in embracing your persecutor, the inner persecutor within yourself that feels justified in its actions and thoughts to experience the anger and the rage, sweet ones. And now, as you look at those within your reality with whom you may have perceived conflict, you forgive, sweet ones. For it is knowing that many on this earth plane are ignorant and unconscious, and are blameless from the perspective that they would not do what they do if they understood from a consciousness perspective the impact of their choices, decisions and actions upon others. And you forgive, sweet ones, because you have the conscious awareness to do so ~ you forgive, sweet ones, so your own anger does not envelop you and take you into being disempowered, or power and control issues. As you bring a focus back to your inner persecutor, you forgive and Love this archetypal aspect of yourselves now, sweet ones. It is to find the balance of being the Spiritual warrior, in empowerment, in Love, in wisdom ~ of knowing when to step forward in dynamic right action, and when to step back in Love and wisdom.

And now as you experience the activation of the 144 Satellite Sun Discs into the twelve primary Golden Solar Sun Discs of Light, a re-calibration of your DNA occurs, taking you into the Unity Grid of Divine Love and the geometries of Light in near completion, sweet ones. You have a sense of these geometries of Light, as the dormant DNA is activated through Melchizedek Consciousness and is experienced by you through your multi-dimensional selves at each dimensional level, and every multi-dimensional aspect to yourself that you have ever been, currently are, or will be in any probably timeline through the continuum, the ever-present Now. As you experience these geometries of Light you become an extension to the Unity Grid of Divine Love, taking on the New Earth Templates of Divine Light and experiencing and reflecting the exact sacred geometry and harmonic resonance found within this Unity Grid. As you connect through these twelve primary Golden Solar Sun Disc Discs you hold the collective consciousness of the entire planet and are able to change the shape of the collective DNA of humanity through the frequency of Divine Love, through the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light. And now, as you come into your Heart’s Temple, you experience the actualization of your Golden Solar Sun Disc of Light taking you into Unity Consciousness, as you align now with the Inner Earth Sun, the Sun, the Central Sun, and now the Great Central Sun.

Wonderful, sweet ones. You are experiencing the solar vibrations of Light of this diamond and platinum matrix of Light through the axiatonal lines, though the photon rays and solar flares, through the super-electron and Spiritual Microtron, and through the geometries of Light that will assist you to activate your Light Body/Merkaba and the Light Body/Merkaba field of Mother Earth, in December 2012. As you now find yourself in the Ascension Seat of the Melchizedek Brotherhood of the Light and the Kingdoms of Light in Orion, you are welcomed and greeted by Lord Melchizedek and the Brotherhood of the Light, as an initiate of Light and The Priest, sweet ones. As you find yourself within this beautiful Temple of Illumined Truth and Divine Love you are placed in an Axiatonal Chamber of Light, and we talk to you very briefly about the understanding of these axiatonal lines, for they are the Light grids used by the Brotherhood of the Light to assist in the forward evolution of the lower worlds. Your Beloved I AM Presence and Higher Self of the Light and the geometries of light of your physical organs, which form the physical body, can be described as a grid of magnetic domains and the lines that cohesively bring the body together as this grid of magnetic domains are the axiatonal lines, and these axiatonal lines, sweet ones, through the appropriate geometries of color and sound frequencies, are able to bring through the necessary noise-light emissions to rejuvenate the body as well as assist in the clearing of dis-eases that are experienced on this earth plane. Have a sense of the axiatonal lines being activated through your body, sweet ones, through the twelve spin points found along each of the twelve meridian lines in your body, bringing you back the master frequency of 144 and the templating of your magnetic domains. And as these sonic vibrations and sounds, colors and harmonics of Light come in, of Universal Source frequencies, sweet ones, bring a focus to any body part or organ that you need this frequency to be activated within, or around your body.

And now see yourself assisting multi-dimensionally in the activation of the axiatonal lines within and around Mother Earth’s Light Body and the Unity Grid of Light ~ assisting the Light workers, star seeded ones and Legions upon Legions of Light as you bring in now this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Illumined Truth and Divine Love. Wonderful. As you come back now into this Ascension Seat, surrounded in this Pink-Orange Flame of Illumined Truth and Divine Love you are placed in a Twelve-Strand DNA Activation Chamber of Light, experiencing the New Earth Templates, and indeed too, sweet ones, the activation of your two immortal chromosomes. You are experiencing the new DNA templates of zero-point energy, and these fractal equations of Universal Source frequencies in the activation of your two additional etheric chromosomes. To assist in this activation we will speak in tongues, sweet ones.

“You are a Child of the Light, a Child of the Sun, ever growing, upwards in Light” and the time is Now, sweet ones, for your ascension process ~ as you become the Spiritual Suns through the Golden Solar Sun Disc of Light within your hearts, the Earth herself becomes the Spiritual Sun for this Solar System and all Life potentially experiences the Cosmic Heart of all Creation, and you are leading the way as the Lightworkers and facilitators and teachers of Light ~ you are creating change within your current reality, you are paving the way into this new Golden Age of Light, sweet ones. And now the re-calibration the left and right hemispheres of the brain occurs, of the pituitary, pineal and hypothalamus glands, as you now further experience the anchoring and activating of the eleventh Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc and the two minor Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs along the spinal column. These Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs ~ thirteen major and twenty minor ~ are connected to the 33 Cosmic Portals of Light to be experienced December 21st, sweet ones ~ 21:12 ~ and this integration allows for you to activate your Light Body/Merkaba and the Light Body/Merkaba of Mother Earth as you experience the re-booting of the ascension grid at that Now moment through the Galactic Heart of All Creation.

As you come into your sacred space once more, sweet ones, and surround yourself in this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Illumined Truth and Divine Love you experience the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse ~ the shadow around the shadow ~ being activated through the partial lunar eclipse on November 28th and 29th, and the Full Moon. What this is signifying and allowing you to experience, sweet ones, is the integration of the Divine Feminine Principal, and the healing of your Feminine Spirit, sweet ones, regardless of your gender. So take the time to come into your Heart’s Temple now, to embrace the victim consciousness; to move through the timelines of healing of the Divine Feminine Principal for all Life, sweet ones. For this work that we do brings you to the culminating point of experiencing Divine Love and Unity Consciousness through the merging of your Twinned Flame aspects ~ your Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Spirits, within your Heart’s Temple, and this time is coming now, and it is in this wholeness and completion that you may chose to deepen your connection to the center of Divine Love and radiate your Love out to all Creation. Have a sense now of merging and integrating your Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Spirits in wholeness within your hearts, sweet ones. As you now call upon the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light and ask them to place you in a Kundalini Activation Chamber of Divine Love, you start to feel this kundalini activation in the base chakra area, monitored by these Beings of Light and all the Beings of Light from On High. As this liquid warmth fills the base chakra and pelvic area you continue this deep rhythmic breath through the lower abdomen as you move these beautiful energies of Light through your body, adding vaginal and anal muscle contractions at this stage should you so wish to, to further enhance your experience. As you breathe in, you can contract the vaginal and anal muscles, and as you breathe out, relax the vaginal and anal muscles. Gently rock the base chakra and pelvic area from side to side, backwards and forwards, as this kundalini energy spirals upwards from the base chakra, though the sacral chakra and into the solar plexus chakra. This kundalini energy further moves up the spine to the heart center, passes through the heart chakra in two golden spirals of Light now, into the throat chakra, and then the third eye, and now from the third eye, this kundalini energy moves into the crown chakra and the crown chakra opens right up to receive the rays of Eternal Love, the Divine Love of Mother/Father God, of All Creation.

As you come back into the Heart’s Temple you receive this Love from your family and friends of the Light, as you send your Love out now to every single person on this Earth plane – to the Light workers and star seeded ones, to all the Beings of Light from On High, sweet ones. As you ground once more into the Crystal Heart of Mother Earth, sweet ones, and merge with your Beloved I AM Presence, know that indeed the time is Now, where you are overcoming your challenges, understanding them from a cosmic perspective, integrating the shadow aspects, activating the dormant DNA, and truly becoming the Group I AM Avatar Race. The following is the 14th message that we received in Avalon (England and Scotland) this past June/July 2012 over Solstice. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Star Elders and all the others that joined us, assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you as you read them. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos on the website that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites.

Duloe Stone Circle - June 29, 2012 Our local guide and friend, Marcus Mason: Welcome everyone to Duloe. A small group of us have been working here every full moon for the last four years now. I came here first about ten years ago. I felt rather strange here because it felt really beautiful and really intact, but it felt a little bit flat. Then I came here with Sue about five years ago, and she said "Wow! This is all white quartz. I think it comes alive at night." The white quartz absorbs the sunlight during the day, and reflects that energy outward at night. So, we came here on the full moon one cold February morning, and it was stunning. Beautiful full moon up there, and it was like we were standing inside the full moon. It's a lunar site. This is a site that holds and works with the energy of the moon. So we have been working here with the energy of the full moon every month for the last four years.

The first year and a half, after seeing that first full moon, we didn't see the moon at all. It rained and it was cloudy and it snowed. So one day we asked the stones, "What is going on?" And the stones said, "We just want to make sure that you're serious." (laughter) And we are. So, welcome to you all. I would like to lead you in a meditation.

We will work with the energy of the moon. The moon is behind us somewhere, and it certainly is held in the circle there. There is a line that connects Duloe behind me, from this stone, and it connects up to the Hurlers, which are on Bodmin Moor. The Hurlers is one of the major vortexes and energy centers on the Michael/Mary Line.

So breathe in deeply into your heart. Feel your heart opening to receive your breath, opening to receive air from this place. And breathe the air out and down through your feet into the Earth to connect in to this sacred site. Breathe in again. Feel your heart opening more. And breathe out and down into the Earth. Feel your breath sending roots and energy down through your feet into the beautiful Mother Earth.

Breathe into your heart; and this time, send your out-breath down your left arm to the person next to you and feel it touching their heart and the person next to them, and so on, until it comes back around to you from your right. Breathe in and send it out clockwise around the circle.

Breathe into your heart. This time breathe out and up. Feel your attention and your energy moving up from your heart center to your throat center and from your throat center up through the center of your neck, coming to rest tucked in top of your spinal column under your brain. . . . level with the bridge of your nose. Imagine a flower of light opening at the bridge of your nose. This is the amygdala center-the shamanic center. Breathe in through that center and feel light concentrating-a small pair of lights-tucked in right under your brain, where your brainstem meets your brain.

Breathe in the light that looks like the light of the moon, clear milky white, radiant light. With each breath, breathe it in just above the bridge of your nose and try to concentrate it on the brain stem. Feel this light beginning to permeate and irradiate in and around your head, in and around your brain and in the spinal fluid that encircles your brain. Feel it calming and soothing your whole nervous system. As you breathe in, connect with the energy of the moon. Let your breath fill you with stillness and calm, gentle, radiant peace.

Feel that gentle, clear, white light starting to flow down your spinal column, flowing in the spinal fluid around your spinal column, around your central nervous system. As that clear, white light flows downward through your body, you can feel it relaxing and calming every organ in your body. The nerves become relaxed, and your spine becomes relaxed. So you allow this wave of soft white light, soft moonlight, to flow down your spine . . . down through your neck . . . down to the level of your chest, to your heart, down to the level of your diaphragm . . . relaxing the diaphragm and releasing any tension: any emotional tension, any physical tension. Feel it flowing down into your abdomen, as it relaxes the organs of your abdomen. Feel it coming to rest just below your navel. Imagine, beneath your navel, cool clear light-radiant pool-like water. Imagine the center of that pool has a reflection of a perfect full moon. The pool is calm and still until you can see a clear image of the moon reflecting in your belly below the navel-reflecting your emotional center.

As you bathe in the stillness, this gentle beauty, you can feel the containment of the stones around us. You can feel these beautiful white stones holding the energy of the moon around you.

Feel yourself absorbing and assimilating all the experiences that you have had from this journey . . . your feelings and senses . . . feel them coming up assimilating into your emotional body and then into your physical body, so they become a part of you. Feel yourself assimilating everything shared with each other, everything you have shared at sacred sites where you have been, the stones and the water, and the spirit beings of the Earth. Be aware of your every impression, every little previously unnoticed feeling and thought. Feel yourself filled with gratitude and wonder for this journey-knowing that your call has been completed and that you will always be a part of this whole.

Breathe in deeply into your belly, and breathe out through your legs into the Earth. Breathe in deeply, and out and down into the Earth. Breathe in, and out and down into the Earth.

The group finished with a final Om.

Aluna begin to share her insights and message: These stones make a chalice that goes deep into the Earth. We have been working, polishing, clearing, and emptying out our chalice within. As we were doing this mediation, I saw a little flame begin to grow inside our chalice, a little flame that is like a germination of a seed that we have picked up and tended to on this pilgrimage, and now it has caught fire. This is a new fire inside of us, the one we will take home across to the four corners of the Earth.

The Guardians here and the ones that have been walking with us on this journey know that it's the last day for some of us, and they are wrapping you in a beautiful light to send you home in a silken blanket . . . a shelter for this little tiny flame, so you can get home with this flame still burning brightly. As for the rest of us, we will carry our flame with us onward up north into Scotland until we are completely finished with our journey. At that time, they will blanket our flame as well.

Also there is something being placed underneath our feet. It is very solid, yet it looks like light underneath our feet. It looks like a disc of some sort. I don't quite understand it; but when I ask the Star Elders, they say it is "our new footing in the New World." So over the last eighteen months (2011-2012) or so, they have moved our hearts; they have moved our minds; they have moved our chakra systems to a new frequency, bandwidth, or dimension, etc. They are now putting our feet down upon a golden disc. This is the beginning point, or foundation stone, from which we are to build a New World.

Now looking back at the stone circle, I can see that the energy goes through the golden disc of light that we are standing on, and goes all the way to the core of the Earth. Outside this circle it looks like golden light, an opalized light; but when you look inside, it is filled with gold. On the bottom of the stone's chalice, there is a tiny, multicolored flame.

Okay, the Star Elders are asking me to examine this flame a little further . . . I can see multiple doorways, and at the core I see a mother figure. It could be the Marys or the archetype of the Great Mother inside this flame that is beckoning us through those multiple doorways. She is standing there holding absolute love and purity much like what I felt when I was in Tintagel. It's that really strong, beautiful love and purity . . . beyond description. She is slowly going to send us through these doorways. They are telling me to call them "locks," as in the different stages within a canal. These stages are the stages of the growth of our lives.

When we travel on this canal of life, we can only go so far before we reach a deciding factor in our lives, like a crossroad. Once we pass through the "lock", or crossroad, we can never go back. Then we move forward again and get a little further down the path, and we reach another "lock." Once we pass this "lock," we can never go back, as well. The reason we cannot go backwards is that once we have passed this pivotal point in our lives, we can never un-learn what we learned. That truth is with us from this point on.

The Star Elders are going to take us step by step into a place where we can't go back to the old way of being-become shut down, armored, defensive or closed. This process is going to keep us wide open and take us back to the energy of the Great Mother. The Star Elders are going to take it nice and slow for us. It looks like there are quite a few "locks." We will know when we passed through each one. We are going to feel much lighter as each door closes behind us. We are going to feel our light enhanced and feel more resilient with each "lock" we pass through. We also might feel a little more vulnerable and a little more visible.

For those of you in the circle who have always felt invisible in your life, they are saying "That's over. Get used to being seen." You are going to be seen. But you are so used to being invisible that this might make you feel a little like being in dreams we all have when we show up at school without our clothes on. (laughter). It's going to feel a little like this, which is exactly why we have those dreams to prepare us.

Such dreams are not because we are afraid we are going to show up in school without clothing. Those dreams are us being afraid that we actually will be seen, and the Star Elders are saying, "Get over it. There is no going back." We have agreed to go through the "locks," Yes? They are not going to reverse the doors for us to escape anymore. So . . . if we are okay with this process right now, they will begin to take us through the "locks." The Star Elders and Archangel Michael also say the "locks" are a lot like a zipper. Are you okay with this? We need to give permission for their assistance.

Group: Yes!

Aluna watches for a moment: Okay. Nice, I see nice easy zipper steps, each one opening our hearts a little further, clarifying our energy a little further, making us a little more visible with each step. On the other side, we will merge with the archetype of the Great Mother. When I look a little closer, it looks like once we get there, we will either be male or female or androgynous or whatever we are. But it looks like this Great Mother is a part of within us that has been waiting for us. The Star Elders prefer to do this last step while we are surrounded by white quartz crystal circle, standing on the golden disk/foundation stone of the new world. Are you ready to step into this wholeness? (Breathe and take a moment here.)

We have purified and clarified and have done much work on this pilgrimage (and those reading this as well). We are aware of a lot of what we have learned, but a lot of it we are not. We felt huge energy changes from really being weary to really being wide-awake, as we went through many levels of work. We are echoing what Kelly said the other day. "Good job. Well done. Well done." We are not the same. We even can look at each other now and see that we are a lot different by the way our faces have changed.

We are different from when we arrived. We have merged with our core . . . the Great Mother that is within us. This essence is the light, truth, and wisdom that fill our chalice. When we go home, we will take this full cup with us. We are the weavers who weave the sacredness back onto the Earth plane. This "work" is facilitated by these kinds of groups coming to sacred places with love and respect. We recognize that we have been weaving our light on the Michael/Mary Lines. We also recognize the Ancients that anchored these ley lines in ages past.

I'm feeling the guardians again-Joseph of Arimathea and Arthur-not quite as strongly as we did at Cadbury, which was mind blowing. They are also saying "Well done. Good job." They are pleased with us. The best way I can describe it is a profound recognition of who we are, not so much about what we have done or what we have accomplished, but the recognition that they know who we are and that we have come back. They are happy to see us again. So they thank us.

We take a moment in our hearts now to thank all of them for watching over us and opening the doors and giving us surprises and opportunities and beautiful experiences and for helping us to understand the vastness and differences of energy between magical and flat-out bizarre. (laughter) We have fine-tuned our inner instruments to know what good energy does and doesn't feel like-what calls to our heart and soul and what is not to be energized by our presence anymore. We know where to plant our feet, and we know what to move away from.

So we have long go released those misqualified energies that were anchored by the "old sides" of us (our former selves). Those energies will fade away because we are going to starve them to death by not participating in activities of the world that no longer apply to the focus in our hearts. "May the Camelot Hotel rest in peace." (laughter) That was Archangel Michael, not me.

Remember . . . "We cannot un-learn light." Once we have learned something, we can't unlearn it. So once we wake up to something, we can't go back to sleep to that truth because it is already alive within us. So with that waking up comes a great responsibility, but all of us are ready for this. YES?

As you may have noticed by now, the Star Elders and all the Guardians we work with never say "hello," and they don't say "goodbye" because that is linear consciousness, and they are coming from spherical consciousness. They just decide to quit talking. There is always a knowing that they will connect and see us again anytime we call on them.

Greetings Beloved Ones, it is with joy I come to speak with you today; so much is happening, many huge changes are taking place and the Earth and all the Other Planets within the Mighty Universe, and Smaller Universes, are also undergoing great upheaval and refinement. These other Planets have not had the need for this as the Earth Planet. However, refinement and less solidification is a good thing, for it takes the Planets and indeed Earth, ever upwards into the Golden Spheres of the Creator, from whom All Life and Planets and Universes have Originated From.

Daily, we see from our Worlds of Light, the Mighty Rays which you on Planet Earth send out to the Worlds of Light and also into the Dark Corners where you, as individuals feel Your Light and the Light of The Creator is needed… And so it is Dear Beloved Ones, and for this I, And The Creator, along with all the Beings of Light within the Divine Spheres and Other Planets thank you. Your work has been helping to heal not only Earth but the Light generated by you Beloved Ones, has been transported into Worlds not yet even in Existence.

There will come times in later years, when much further Knowledge and Awareness will be Known. For now, it is enough that We in Our Worlds, Thank You, as We Work Together for the Higher Light of Earth and its peoples; many of you go back to Sirius, and Other Planets and Planes Within the Universes.

Sirius was a Planet, As Were Others, Which Existed, Alongside the Ray Children, back long before recorded history, and then even further back. Such information can only be accessed through spiritual teachings where attunement and insight and awareness takes place.

All of the Higher Teachings are available… all can access. What is a pre-requisite from the Creator is the reason and wish for such. If it is a part of a person’s blueprint, then These Teachings will have a Huge Chance Of Coming To Fruition. Therefore, Beloved Ones, Listen, Listen, Listen – to that Inner Voice, which can be found in the Stillness of Your Being… for it is the Voice of the Creator speaking to you. Trust Your Judgement; do the words ring true – are they full of Love. Love is the Keynote Of Our Teachings from the Highest Dimensions, if Love Exists, then you can be more certain, We Are There.

Of course, there are indeed today Many Planets, Spheres and Planes within the Solar System… not all are accessible. It takes a certain amount of ‘faith’ that such is the case, and even more Knowledge that there are Teachings which Exist upon these Different Planets and Spheres above Earth, which have been in Existence Long Before Planet Earth Came Into Being.

What Are Planets…. Planets Are Aspects of the Creator’s Mind… they can be likened to Stepping Stones Upon Which The True Seeker of God Has Travelled And Will Travel, thus Learning and Seeing, The Many Wonders Which God Has Created For All Life, and for the Well-Being Of The Whole – God’s Dream In Reality, Made Manifest To All.

In the Early Days, the Different Planets and Spheres in Existence, (Long Before Planet Earth Came Into Being, Many, Many, Aeons Later), Were All In Telepathic Communication with Each Other. We Were Able To Levitate From One Planet To The Other. Thus was this our Mode of Travel, And Today, in Planes Above Earth, This Still Happens. Levitation in those Days of Great Light, (As In The Spheres and Planets Above Earth Even Now), Meant We Were Able To Have That Freedom Which Today On Earth Has Been Hidden - far too long for many of you, for with Freedom, Comes Joy… Joy at the Simplest Things Made Manifest, Which Transports The Spiritual Beings Of Light To Spheres Where That High Attunement And Love Exists. Like Attracts Like… so just as you are drawn to Many Different Spiritual Teachers through the Ages, so also, The Planets in Attunement With Your Own Love And Essence, Are There For You.

 
The Beings from Sirius, as with All Life, Originated from The Creator, but Beings Born Into and From Sirius, Did Not Come From The Breath Of The Creator, As Did The Ray Children of the Dhuman Adamic Race. Instead, for them, their Lineage comes from the Archangels…. The Attributes, Qualites, Aspects, which are a part of their Being, Concentrates on the Mind, but with the Mind Comes Love…. For Mind without Love, Is As Nothing. The Love Aspect takes the Being from Sirius and Aligns it with the Archangels, who Work With The Mental Aspect and Rays of the Creator. Thus at the end of this Earth Life when the Beings from Sirius Return Home, So Also Does The Sun (Son).

The Children, Although Adults of Sirius, have been Given a Particular Aspect of Intellect Which Resonates On A Certain Frequency Of The Creator. Many Children (Adults) from Sirius, Descended, as did Beings Later From Other Planets, Apart From The Ray Children, Known As The Dhuman Adamic Race, Who Were The First Beings to Descend From The Heights In Atlantis, to Offer Their Services in the Great Work to be Done Upon Raising the Consciousness and Light of Earth, So As To Become Similar To Those Other Planets Of Great Light, Already In Existence In The Universes Of The Godhead.

These beings, like others from Planets other than Earth, feel all too often we are aware, Far From Their Homeland. For this, we thank them, as does the Creator, For Their Work Is Of Great Assistance, To The Trinity, Of Father-Mother-Son, and Later, Daughter, Twin Soul, Or Eternal Flame Of God The Son, That Third Aspect Of The Trinity Of The Godhead, Of All Life Eternal.

Upon Sirius, Exists All The Colours Of The Spectrum, With So Many Tones and Hues All Within Each Individual Ray, That It Is Glorious To Behold.

As The Two Aspects Are Fused And Become As One – The Mind, The Intellect And Love, Then The Children Of Sirius Have Unlimited Insight Into The Mysteries Of Creation.

Archangels are of course Not Only Connected With Sirius. Our Beloved Archangels and Angels are Beings of Light, who are able to Transcend Time, Space and Densities, Far From Their Homeland Within The Very Radiance Of The Creator.

Depending on the Different Colours - the Children, Adults of Sirius have been Given, Denotes the Work which they are Destined to Complete. Each Colour, Ray of Light, Has Its Own Work and Love It Has Been Destined To Achieve For The Creator. All Are Equal. Two sides of the same coin, just different qualities and realisation will come to the Spiritual Seeker of Sirius as It Remembers its True Heritage and Destiny of the Work it has Undertaken To Do For The Godhead.  Memories are returning, and many more will do so, as the years go by.

Therefore, Again, We Would Like to Thank You, As Ambassadors of the Light, In All The Work You Are Doing, For The Creator And For The Well-Being Of All Life, In All The Many Planes Of Existence, In Worlds Beyond Worlds.

Greetings Beloved! I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and I welcome you this moment, and encircle you with Celestial Light.

And so Dear Ones, we tell you that there is even greater life that circles about and above you, above the sacred Earth , and these are now flowing into your planet and available to enter your field of awareness. It is light of a subtle nature. It is not the light of expectation, it is does not hold logic, rather it is the light of wellness, and indeed carries the energy of 'home' of the angelic realm.

We will say to you upon this special planet of duality, this beloved and sacred Earth, that all who open and allow this Celestial Light to enter their sphere of influence, their field of consciousness, will immediately find themselves blessed in spirit, and glowing in divine serenity. This energy is quiet, this energy is reconciling, and this energy connects your chakras with your celestial home. It is available to all who come here, and readily so. This is a place of healing and wellness. Humans on the path as yet do not always seek to include wellness in their search for understanding, but all should, as it is complimentary to truth and all parts of your trinity being cry out for it.
The Superstorm

A very recent super-storm has occurred in the eastern seaboard of the United States. We understand the deep trauma and sorrow, as well as the great pain and misery that accompanies all such catastrophic incidents as indeed has occurred with the hurricanes and earthquakes over recent years.

Being human at this time of shift on the Earth is extremely difficult for so many, and we ask all of you to offer your prayers to those that are experiencing agonizing loss. We of the angelic realm are with you. Although there was a tragic loss of lives and devastation to the land and structures, these catastrophes are not meant as any karma, as any punishment or in truth as anything negative. Masters, we tell you that what is taking place must transpire. It is a requisite realignment. It is the earth shifting, transiting into new energy.

Dear Ones, we feel your pain at these losses, and we honour you so much for holding the energy of change throughout the hardships you are enduring. We truly do understand the sadness of duality realms. We encircle you in love through these times of transition. But understand that everything happening is by choice, and the courageous and sacred choice that humanity has made, is to Ascend. Every soul whose physical life ends in such events, makes the choice to do so in free will and in higher purpose. We will also tell you that while difficult, such events bring people together, and truly bring out the best in humanity, pulling together to help one another.

Question to Metatron: We understand from the information given over the past years, that these are necessary for the Ascension. Will these decrease or stop after 2012?

Metatron: The earth is ever dynamic. You must understand that the balancing of the living planet is a continual 'natural' process. The equilibrium shifting that has always occurred will continue to occur as needed, it is an ongoing process. Just as your physical human body & Auric body make necessary adjustments according to external and internal experiences and forces, so does the body of GAIA make shifts for balance. The planet ascends on the 12-12-12, and rebirths on the 12-21-12. But understand that 2013 is then the new beginning in an expanded matrix. In the next 26 years, the planet will shift away from singular heliocentric aligned patterning into Galactic patterning. So change, upshift does not stop in 2012.
Planetary Change

Many humans feel the phenomenon of global warming is to be feared and stopped. This is not the case. The melting of the polar ice caps and such is appropriate, it is necessary. Global warming brings about the very evolution and it will continue past 2012.

The planet receives the energies of the sun, melting the ice caps, as it were, releasing that which has been encoded within the water crystals, removing old patterns. The new codes being received travel through the living waters and thus influence all the fields of energy of the earth, attaching and activating all that touches upon them as well. In this way, planetary & human evolution, consciousness and such begins to move more quickly forward.

So while the work needed to allow for the shift of 2012 ends in 2012, the expansion occurs well beyond .The work designed to format the New Earth, and indeed humanity over the next 300 years, begins in 2013. The next stage is the formation & formatting of the New Firmament, finalizing in 2038.

2013 is a new beginning, not an end. And in the new beginning, planetary changes and shifts (and planetary warming) will indeed continue.
The Warming

The super-storms, the hurricanes and super tornadoes occurring in the past decade are much larger, and more potent than any recorded in recent recorded history. The scale & scope of the recent Hurricane Sandy covered a diameter of over 1000 miles. The increase in size and potency is indeed directly related to warmer temperatures of the waters and lands of the earth. The melting ice-caps are adding to the sea levels and this will continue. The glaciers and ice caps at your polar regions, served to reflect the sun light, and reduce heat adsorption into the planet. As this declines, temperatures increase.

Yet this is not the primary reason for the warming... although your academics will naturally attribute causes of global warming to fit within their scope of understanding.

Humanity are aware of the ongoing planetary shifts. Dynamic changes are taking place on a regular basis, and have been 'quickening' for over two decades. Yet few truly are at peace with it. We wish to re-emphasize a key understanding: and so we tell you again that these metastasis are not only appropriate, but are the necessary mechanisms that enable the Earth, and mankind to release the' old energy' and shift upward into the new.

These hurricanes & earthquakes are designed to clear and up shift the vibrations of the planet as are the other dynamic -earth occurrences that so often are misunderstood. So we ask you to recognize that the ongoing increased activity of earthquakes, tsunamis, global warming, and super hurricanes are not to be feared or stopped. This is not the case. These events indeed are quite necessary for the evolution. The evolution you call Planetary Ascension simply cannot manifest in the 'old ' frequencies. And we do understand that releasing the 'fear' is not an easy thing to do, for it is a natural reaction ingrained in your survival instincts.

The clearances from the hurricanes & earthquakes and such directly influence, powerfully effect the conscious fields of energy of the living earth. These events release trapped energy held within all power-nodes of the planet, recoding and realigning all that touches upon the earth as well. In this way a new consciousness, a New Earth begins to move forward.

Yet the fear still persists, and that is natural and indeed understandable. Even those of you in so called 'safe-areas' that are not directly affected are subconsciously quite aware of the previous global cataclysms that inundated Atlantis, LeMuria and beyond.

Four times, Dear Ones, has mankind's existence on the planet been all but removed. So we understand why you fear that the quakes, planetary warming, the volcanic eruptions, the storms, and the potential of magnetic shifts will create yet another 'rebooting', a global cataclysm that eradicates life as you know it. The rebooting will occur, indeed, but we tell you that for now it will be a more gradual shift, depending somewhat on the mass reaction of humanity.

Despite the dramatic histrionics of your news media and cinematographers, 2012 will not be a Global Destruction. Prior to the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, it indeed would have been. But you changed that. Kryon, the Magnetic Master has told you 2 decades ago, of the change brought about by the Harmonic Convergence, of how humanity met required quotient of the 'Light-Measurement' and thus scripted the Ascension to take place.

So we tell you, that the fears of an axial tilt, cataclysmic meteor impact and magnetic pole shift that been dramatically projected in media and movies will not occur. Such fear can be requited. The planetary axis will not tilt in the feared devastating degree, no destructive meteor will crash into the earth, and the magnetic poles will not shift in 2012.

So we say again that it is in fact humanities 'Light Quotient Measurement' and choice that has determined that there will NOT be a great global cataclysm, a massive destruction on a worldwide arena. Rather the cleansing will be on smaller localized settings, and humanity will indeed now move forward and graduate to the next level.

Make no mistake, Dear Ones, the changes to allow the clearing will and must continue and if the masses were to be duly educated and open to the stance and vision of higher good, such appropriate changes could be made much more easily, and sooner rather than later.
Saving the Planet

Many are those who wish to 'save the planet' in your terms. So what is the nature of mans relationship to the living planet? It would be best if the relationships were to be synchronistic and be aware that a truly harmonic dialogue can take place now between the earth and humankind. Those of you who have spent lifetimes as the Earth-Keepers, the indigenous, the Druid, the Atla-Ra are to take the lead in such communication. Indeed many of you such as the channel are here now specifically to hold the energy of these dialogues, and they are occurring.

Now, the difficulty with many others who are well intended, is that they are not intuned, not of a high enough light quotient to accept the true paradigm of the nature of reality. And so these, while they wish to assist, truly know not how. They believe that to prevent the change or to move it elsewhere is appropriate; better there than here, you see? Not all that wish to assist truly understand the greater good, the higher purpose of those events you term super hurricanes, volcanics, earthquakes and tsunamis.

So most simply react in fear to these events, and wish to be free of the anxiety. But to dissolve fear is not the same as understanding the fear and therefore the masses of humankind transmute and actually recreate it. To dissolve or to dissipate events of change is not necessarily of benefit, not to the earth and not to humanity. The difficulty with those that wish to assist is that they believe they are more academic in their understanding and know better. Yet they omit the divine, they omit the integrity of that termed spirit. They do not understand or see the perfection in what takes place because there is great difficulty for those of closed minds or narrow vision to comprehend that all is in perfection, that all is in good order. So then they do not add grease to the squeaky wheel, rather, they try to block the cogs which then become still and stuck. And so turning with the wheels of transition becomes that much more difficult, you see? Fear & ignorance is the great culprit of closed minds.
The Perfect Storm

Now one of the very important frequency upshift mechanisms taking place on your planet are the super hurricanes. These are greatly misunderstood, and greatly feared. Again the fear. These are truly intended to charge the oceans with magnificent energies. They are not intended to be drawn to the lands. Hurricanes require water, and dissolve on land.

But it is as if, the entire world becomes focused on where it will land, what destruction it will cause, and the experts predict where it will come to shore. And so with such global focus, indeed the hurricane is pulled into shore as expected by the humans who watch in fascination and fear.

The true purpose of these storms is to increase the energy of the waters and to allow it to electrically expand. If these remain at sea, then the electrical energy is simply conducted as gentle current waves to very great proportion of the planet. As such it is conducted to the land and peoples, not by wind and waves, but by its energy current so that it may reach that many more beings. There is a perfection to it, you see? There is what is called the perfect storm in some ways, but the perfect storm is that which is the perfect blend of electromagnetic currents. As these 'storms' then move through the fields of humanity, they are of benefit, for the frequential ascension of the planet and as such to the entirety of mankind.

Question to Metatron: There have been some very powerful hurricanes that occurred over the past several years. Is it accurate to say that when energy amasses in such an organized fashion that it has a consciousness?

Metatron: You will note that the super hurricanes have a geometric aspect, and indeed have a Fibonacci sequencial pattern. So we will say these 'organized' elemental energy consolidations have an awareness, yes, but to call it a consciousness is not appropriate. There is an awareness that comes together. Do you see the difference? An awareness is that which is a unit that works for a common purpose. A school of fish has an awareness, as a unit working in harmony toward a common goal, a common purpose, a single unit made of many individual components. This is not the same as a consciousness, a succinct energy that expands and becomes a mind, a very capable mind that truly wishes to become more, and is imbued with that termed Divine Mind. That is consciousness, you see?

Question to Metatron : There were and are literally millions of people, praying to soften the impact of the hurricanes that have occurred over the recent past, and the one that just occurred now, and I do believe that this can have an impact. Is that correct?

Metatron: Yes, energy of thought does indeed effect everything. But in essence, that which can be prayed as well, must be toward highest good, and that is to allow the benevolent electromagnetic shift that are the true purpose of the hurricanes, but to have them remain at sea. To have them dissipate and decrease before reaching land. But the misunderstanding is that these storms can be eliminated. Indeed these must occur, they are requisite to the Earth shift. On the higher level, all of you know this, yet in duality it is understandably very difficult to grasp.

And so the reaction of the masses is to pray in FEAR. As we have said, what amplifies and draws hurricanes to specific locales is in part, mans fear, mans emotionally negative focus on them. A group consciousness , an enormous group mass field of FEARFUL EXCITEMENT is amassed that in fact draws them onto the land as well. As you say, there are millions praying, but what most are projecting is fear. "We do not want this, we do not wish this, send it away !"

But we say again, the major emotion behind their reaction is fear and that fear magnetizes the event, and fear attracts that which is feared. It is the Law of Attraction, with emphasis on the word 'Law'.
Media Focus

The entire hurricane occurrence becomes a media event, and the masses , particularly along the coastal regions become glued to the television screen and radios. The meteorologist draw direction models and make predictions of where landfall will occur, and the targeted area become magnetized. As such, mass consciousness energy, of human emotional interference can become so enormous that it interfaces and affects somewhat the events natural course. Again the warnings from the meteorologists are beneficial, and prudence would dictate heeding the advice to 'move to inland higher ground', but many humans disregard the evacuation calls.

Now of course the use of your technologies to give advance warning to people of coming storms is in itself quite useful, quite benevolent, but it is the aggrandizement by some media that to some extinct refashions the occurrence into an opportunity for sensationalism to capture viewer attention, and that is done in a manner that exacerbates fear and drama. Do you understand the difference.

It is not to say that human emotion creates the event, but rather that the amassed fear, when accumulated to a certain quantitative inertia can and will magnetize and attract the energy of the hurricane to varying degrees.

If this massive emotional energy were not fear based, it could in fact have the effect of having the hurricane remain at sea, or to landfall in a much less potent energy. So were the mass reactions attuned to prayers of greatest good and harmlessness, without panic and fear, the effect would have a very beneficial influence on the 'natural occurrence'. It could prevent the emotionally charged amplification , rather than expand it, you see.

Question to Metatron: What is the higher purpose of the hurricanes?

Metatron: As we have said, the purpose is to enlarge the harmonic energies and to expand the frequential increase and resonance over the water covered areas of the planet, which in fact represent two thirds of the earth's surface. Tornadoes fill that purpose over land. Cyclones, typhoons, hurricanes and tornadoes all have the vortexial spinning and that specific pattern both cleans and steps up energy not just on the surface seas and lands, but feeds it deep into the planet in the spinning vortexial format. The velocities and size carry specific ratios and are dispersed into areas far wider than just the areas that it traverses. They feed into leylines and axialtonal energies to a very great proportion in order that the upshift may reach many more areas & beings. There is a perfection to it, you see?

So what is happening form the greater stance, from the higher perspective is in perfect order. This is then the perfect storm in the aspect of that which is the perfect blend of electromagnetic currents. The imperfection that is attributed to it , is truly from the stance of duality, from misunderstanding, from fear.
The Core of Global Warming

It is an absolute fact that the increased potency of your hurricanes is due to the warming of the waters. And as much as you humans want to assume the responsibility of Global Warming, it is not due primarily to your industrialization. Global warming would occur now even if you were a campestral society. But do not misunderstand, environmental pollution from industrial waste and emissions, must be brought under control for the health of humanity and the living kingdoms of your planet.

But the primary cause of global warming is the increase in spin of the inner molten core of the earth. The accelerated core spin, increases the mass & temperature of the molten iron-nickel of the core. The heat generated warms the mantle. The higher spin affects the torque ratio between the inner and outer core in the planets centre interior. These rotate in opposite directions and different speeds.

It is the very mechanism of this torque & ratio of torque change that is increasing the flash of your time sequence on your planet. It also increases mass of the inner core that subsequently increases the ionic discharge you term the Schumann Resonance.

These changes are profound in effect, and are involved in the evolution of your planet and planetary matrix. The adjustments are ongoing and require 'fine-tuning'.

At present the 'tuning' is not complete, and so there is currently an imbalance within the center of the planet, within the very core, as to how the core spins both clockwise and counterclockwise and so then there must be a balancing upon the earth as well. Otherwise, without such balance the earth cannot truly move into its higher octaves in requisite preparation for receival of higher dimensions.

So in truth and in irony, the paradox and greater reality unknown to masses of mankind is that without such balancing of the electromagnetics, there would be even more earth changes. There would be first an earthquake, then the hurricane and tornado to balance, you see? Then another earthquake, then the hurricane and tornado creating a pattern of its own, which would not be of assistance. In this way, then, there is an anticipatory energy of how electromagnetics move about the planet, circulating about the grid system and then permeating the earth and then balancing within as well.

It is not done necessarily to prevent earth changes, but to bring balance where balance is appropriate. The imbalance, left unadjusted, we assure you, would lead to cataclysm on the macro scale. Better then that the micro events occur to bring the balance and in so doing prevent the macro you see.
CME's & Celestial Influences

In kind, there have been coronal mass ejections, solar storms creating what is called solar winds that have been greater and greater and greater in intensity ,some of the largest ever recorded. So you ask what is the role of the solar winds, or the coronal mass ejections on the ascension of the planet? We tell you these are changing the vibration that affects the earth. They change the frequencies at which humanity's minds operate. They provide the interface to higher dimensional access.

How does this work? The energy that comes from the coronal mass ejections is being absorbed into the tectonic plates of the earth and increasing the vibratory resonance of the earth through that method. These work particularly with certain power points and sacred sites. Particularly those of geometric crystalline overlay. .

These then move through the entire node systems of the earth. If such coronal mass ejections create such a vibration, then the entire electromagnetic flow of the earth is affected. The tides are affected, the tectonic plates, the mind of humanity is affected, how humanity creates the reality in which it lives, the illusion it believes, how it feels toward its own life, how there is a community of beings or individual beings. All of this is affected by that which comes from the sun, that which comes from the solar wind.
Celestial Influences

Indeed, there are myriad other celestial energy sources that are having a great effect upon the ascension, beyond coronal mass ejections. It is best to say that the sun coordinates all the others as well. When there are other rays of influence, even these are absorbed, coordinated and reflected by the sun.

Now the other celestial bodies, other planets also effect and influence your planet. This has long been known, but greatly misunderstood, greatly discounted. The channel asks how, exactly, do the gravitational influences from other celestial bodies affect the earth?

We tell you they move outward in rings of intention that are then carried by celestial intent, as it were, toward the earth.

Some of these are magnetic, some electromagnetic, others of a more subtle matter, that of zero field energy.

Now the greatest mechanism of these energetic and frequential distributes are what you term powerpoints. Particularly, as mentioned, those of geometric overlay are among the greatest of these. It is the crystallization, the sacred geometric matrix that receives, refines and distributes these harmonics. This planetary node system of sacred sites, grid points and powerpoints are is greatly involved in the ascension process. Both for the planet and for mankind, you see..

The storms the hurricanes offer further clearing, and soften and brighten these energies. Not as a retribution, rather as a recalibration, rather as a softening of the pendulum of duality. Indeed many of the industrial cities in the Americas are being so effected. You see as those termed the Indigos and Crystal children come into power, this area will serve as a beacon in the New Energy.

The Earth is an omnipotent presence. The Earth cannot be destroyed. Whether you accept it or not, nothing is taken from the Earth that the Earth does not allow. Man cannot destroy the earth, only his ability to live on her. The Earth was just as conscious as a burning sphere of lava, as she is now. The changes that are coming are agreed to by Gaia, indeed to a great degree orchestrated by the sentience of earth, sun and that you term Creator God. Know that all is in perfect order.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels whisk you down the hall to the twenty first door on your right. The sign on the door says “Sound Room”. You open the door and cross over the threshold. You look at the walls and they are soft white with musical notes bouncing all over them swirling round and round.

The Angels direct you to a large golden cushion in the middle of the floor. You have a seat on this super comfy floor cushion and immediately feel safe, grounded and centered.

The Angels hand you a set of headphones and you put them on. Then the Angels hand you a special gold cone shaped piece that they instruct you to put over your heart. This is simply a sound amplification device, your Angles explain.

You place the special cone over your heart and the Angles turn on the headphones with a simple tap to the left ear section. Faintly at first but growing in remembrance you begin to hear your very own song clearly.

The tears of joy and remembrance simply run down your cheeks as you feel, truly feel the vibrations and remembrance of HOME right there in your heart. The melody is exquisite and nothing like what you hear on the Earth Plane.

You immediately remember the dances that you’ve personally had with The Creator, It’s Self. You feel The Creator’s presence with you there NOW and as you do you get up from your sitting position on the pillow and begin twirling around the room dancing once again with Your Creator. There is simply nothing in the physical like this that you can even use to reference the awe and exhilaration that you experience.

Dancing, twirling, dipping, swaying, touching, embracing, releasing totally to the ONE that has always been with you. What ecstasy, what bliss, it is seer indescribable joy. This exquisite communication speaks to every part of you both Esoteric and physical. No physical words are necessary all feelings, emotions and communications are on an energetic telepathic higher plane. You feel yourself in total sync and unison, you simply follow the lead of The ONE that brought you forth with such love and gentleness.

Within this exceptional union with The Creator, you are gifted with a special light packet that will expand and amplify, when activated, your ability to hear your very own song.

As The Creator slows the dance and dips you for the last time you realize that it is time to return. You thank The Creator for the dance and exchange love waves once again as The Creator’s Essence fades back into the Etheric.

You realize how tired you are from all the dancing and plop back down on the floor cushion.

The Angels walk over and ask you to take your index finger and lightly touch your heart three times to activate the special light packet.

As you complete the last tap you remove the headphones and hand them back to the Angels. You close your eyes and picture within your heart your song and your dancing with The Creator. You hold up a finger waving it in rhythm to let the Angels know that you are indeed now able to hear your very own song right there in your own Spiritual Heart Chakra.

Smiling you get up from the cushion and once again begin floating around the room remembering The Creator’s every move and turn. You find yourself dancing, dancing, dancing , twirling, swaying, pirouetting and leaping in the air with such grace. In joyous laughter you proclaim that you can now hear your very own song once more. The tears of awakening stream down your face as you remember your origins so much more clearly now.

You slow and tell the Angels that you can return now, as you carry your very own song back with you into your physical incarnation. You now feel that your SOURCE is so much closer to you than before. It is kind of like a child returning to her/his beloved parents that she/he has been away from way to long.

The Angels are smiling and lead you back out the door you instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror with your very own song playing faintly in the background. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.

Greetings dear ones, for I AM Kryon of Magnetic Service.

It is wonderful again to be in Riga, in Latvia for there is much love and much change coming to this small Baltic country. In fact there is much love and much change coming to many, many places. The old powerful countries will do what they can to hang on their power but as the people learn the power and knowledge of the existence and relearn the secret mystery of the Holy Grail the world will once again begin to be free, and human beings will once again be free; free from a system that doesn’t work for anybody, even for those that seem to be winning with the system. Your essence is of love; the only thing that will make you feel whole and complete and happy is love, it’s becoming and being whole and complete. Knowing you’re on the journey to become whole and complete will make you content. Being whole and complete you are permanently content. When you are whole and complete the love is always flowing, your vibration goes higher and higher and you are moving to a space of expansion, into a place of love, and the joy and the freedom keep flowing.

So, once again we are back in Latvia, and this country is very close to the pagan gods. The last time the mighty Thor spoke, and this time you will speak with Freya, a Goddess. We are reintroducing you to your Gods. There are many more gods than just one, and there is a reason to have more than one God. Number one is that you are here to heal your entire family constellation. You are created in the image of the Divine. The Divine is both masculine and feminine, it’s both male and female. And there are many aspects to masculinity, to male, and there are many aspects to femininity or the female.

So we are going to introduce you to a feminine God – Goddess Freya, and she will explain to you about love and the free flow of love.

“Greetings dear ones for I AM Freya. I am a Goddess of Love and I will bring you love in a special, a flowing and loving, way. I am feminine, like a water in a river, and I have many different flows. I have many different aspects to myself, like a raindrop falling from the sky, like a little bubbling brook, or I could be like a mountain stream or a waterfall or I could be like the Daugava in Riga, moving slowly towards the ocean, with much power, much force but still in constant flow.

The new world is coming, dear ones and we, your true Gods, are returning. I am the one that will teach you to love. I am the one that will teach you about men. I am the one that will teach women to love men and men to love women; how to flow with the masculine, for love is feminine and this is the feminine flow. That’s why we started this channeling speaking of water and the different kinds of flow. Once the river gets close to the ocean, it’s a much slower flow. For there, you can save there the journey that you’ve come along. You can look backwards and see how far you have come. You can observe your trials and tribulations as you move slowly back to the oneness.

We are not here to speak bad things about other gods but you have been cheated. You have been cheated out of love. The empires in which you live don’t tolerate love. They hang it on a fishing line in front of you, tempting you with sexuality and beautiful objects, beautiful cars and beautiful homes. But love is only a reflection of these things. And love is a feeling; in its feminine form it is a feeling. Always feeling good... letting the love always flow. And, because you’ve been cheated out of love for so long, you have lost your way and lost your path, lost your footing. And things are like a figure of 8, turned upside down – nothing is as it seems. This earth plane is nothing that you think it is. Your consciousness is so low that you don’t understand love. You’ve been led by people that are greedy, and they don’t love either. They don’t know how to love. And so the first ones that learn to love will teach the others how to love. And this will be your job; most of you in this room will learn to love very quickly. You already have an inkling of how to love.

So, close your eyes and go inside. Love comes from the heart. Allow your hearts to open even more than they already are and let the love flow from your heart to everybody’s heart in the circle, and receive that love into your heart from all those that are around you. Love also has another flow – from Mother Earth through your bodies and back to Father Sky. And then there is another flow – from Father Sky through your crown chakra and all the other chakras into Mother Earth. And when you become very conscious these two flows begin to merge and to flow, and to create. And this is high consciousness. It’s very easy to block the flow of love. Love takes a lot of understanding. At the same time love is very simple – love is love. Love is a flow.

We know you’ve been listening to David earlier in the evening, explaining the inner world. Once the inner world comes into harmony, this is what you can expect – a flow from the right to the left: the right being the masculine, the left – the feminine. These two flows are flowing through you, and these flows will reflect the masculine and the feminine, the husband and the wife. The flow from Mother Earth to Father Sky would be the Mother flow – the flow of love from the Mother. And from Father Sky through crown chakra and through the base chakra to Mother Earth – this is a very different flow, with a different meaning and a different consciousness. The more conscious you are about mothering yourself and fathering yourself you’ll have this flow. And this flow will make you very safe and very secure. It will make you feel very connected. It will make you feel like you have a good parenting. And you will live in abundance, for a true abundance comes from a flow of Mother Earth. And we know David has explained perfectly how to do this – to bring the inner world to oneness, wholeness and completion, allowing the inner world to reflect the Solar system. And this takes love, and it takes patience, and it takes time. David has been very honoured to have his spirit guides that he has and he honours them by listening to them. This is not an easy journey. It takes time and it takes patience. And it takes action, not reaction. It takes you to act without action, just observing yourselves, constantly taking everything inward, always going inward, always flowing inward.

The other energy, the other flow will bring you this high vibrational, ecstatic type of love – when your mother and your father love each other as husband and wife, when you allow the merging and the flowing of the masculine and feminine like two beautiful rivers merging together. The water is always flowing, it never stops... it always flows and merges, always flows and merges... sometimes more, sometimes less but always, always, always flowing... And this also takes a lot of inner work. But these two things happen more or less together, simultaneously. As the mother and father love each other as husband and wife, they are developing their skills as mother and father in the inner world, and then the whole family constellation heals. Once the entire family constellation is in perfect harmony with each other then you are the perfect reflection of the Solar system. When you look up at the sky, you are looking up at the Divine, at the Gods, for the planets and the Sun – they have power over you. When you are hurt and you’re wounded the Universe has power over you. When you’re whole and complete the Universe has power with you. This is what is meant by the macrocosm and the microcosm. The Solar system is the macrocosm and you are the microcosm of that. Until you become whole and complete you’re constantly being agitated by the Solar system, for the Sun and the planets are constantly sending energies and are constantly manipulating your emotional states. Once you become whole and complete the planets are energizing you allowing you to expand into the Universe. And the love constantly flows... When your family constellation on the inside of you love each other you will feel smooth and harmonious and you will attract smoothness and harmony, and you will become like that. Whatever you turn your mind to, whatever your dream is your energy will move towards your dream. And this has constantly been happening in your lives, even now it happens, except that now you have negative qualities and positive qualities and you are creating your reality with both sides of the coin. The more whole and the more complete you become you will create with more of the positive energy. Once you become whole and complete you will have an internal polar shift where all of your body shifts from negative to 100 % positive. And all those energies that are flowing through you, merging and flowing, will all be positive energies, creating a positive reality.

In order to become a butterfly you have to go through the negativity. It is your journey, it’s just the way it is. There is a special way in which to do it, if you are one of those people who are always searching for light you will turn into a moth, always flying around in the darkness looking for light. Sometimes these lights are naked flames and you will get burned. In order to become a butterfly you go in and out of the darkness, in and out of the darkness, in and out... And sometimes you feel like you are going up and down, up and down... high vibration to low vibration... But we say to you: get used to it. Remind yourself that you’re on your way to becoming a butterfly. Each time you move into the darkness and out is like releasing one of the silk threads in the cocoon wrapped around the butterfly. And the more you do this the more comfortable you become with the process, the more you trust and the more you can flow with your life. But we say to you: take it easy, relax, just relax... Know that this is a journey, it’s an inner journey. With the energy the way it is now from start to finish it should take two years, if you follow these Kryon teachings. Most of you have been on this path much longer than that, wondering why does it take so long. We say to you: don’t become a moth. Sometimes take the difficult route – become a butterfly. Go through the darkness not looking for the light but knowing that light is on the other side. Just relax... Take time out from your life and rebuild your inner family constellation, always working with the masculine, always...

I am the Goddess, the feminine. I need the banks, I need the structure to flow. I need to be held. I need to be guided back to the ocean, back to where I came from. I want to enjoy that journey. I want to feel deep, strong and powerful guidance. I want to feel safe and secure and know that I’ve been guided, feel that I’ve been guided. And I need the masculine to flow between. I know you always use this analogy in your channelings – but we need the banks and parameters to flow between.

There are many traps on this journey to consciousness, mostly because your leaders on this planet don’t want you to be conscious. If you were conscious they would be homeless and jobless because you are creating a beautiful reality out of pure love. You don’t need leaders. When you are at that level of consciousness you’ll become the leaders and you lead the others into consciousness. That is what leaders are there for; to guide you into consciousness. And you are deeply led down by your leadership, they have not led you into consciousness. They have led you into the arms of Rex Mundi, for whatever you do on this Earth you have to pay. Just similar to mafia, with the protection racket – it’s no different. But when the love is flowing you are free from all of this. You hold the hands of your brothers and your sisters and you guide them back to oneness and to love. Then you have your abundance, you have all these things that you dream of, and when you don’t they are in the process of being manifested, and you will now it inherently. You will know no want, no lack – it’s impossible if the love is flowing. There is so much energy on this planet: the wind, the Sun, the waves, and many, many other options, some thought of and some not. Some of them just can’t be controlled, and control is the energy of the old world. And know that you cannot control love. You can only guide it and let it flow. Both men and women need to be able to guide the flow of love. When you have this on the inside you have it on the outside.

So feel our love. Feel the feminine love that we bring to you this night. Feel our softness... feel our love... And allow yourself to become softer and softer. In the softness you’re receptive. You’re receiving all the Universe has to give. You are what the Universe has to give. And as you become used to this love and the flow of love you will learn many, many tricks, many, many things – things that you can’t even dream about in the moment. But you will make magic with this love. And always remember that magic is the physical manifestation of the Divine love. The Universe, your Creator, wants you to be Magicians – Love Machines and Magicians, constantly making magic with love, creating a beautiful tapestry of a love-filled life.

And we just ask you to feel your bodies with the intention of becoming softer and softer, and softer... Hardness only comes from hurt. Let the softness dissolve the hardness. Hardness can’t dissolve the softness. The softness always dissolves the hardness. Like pebbles in the river – the river always makes the pebbles smooth, always rubbing away the sharp edges, making the pebbles soft to touch and eventually dissolving the pebbles over time into soft sand. Become softer and softer... Feel my love for I am the Goddess Freya. Feel my love... feel my love... feel my love... Become softer and softer... In the softness there are your dreams, all of your dreams... And my softness will dissolve your hardness. Invoke me when you wish... for the feminine is there to be soft, and the softness must flow safely and securely between a masculine structure.

And in this room tonight it is safe to become soft... soft like the raindrops... soft like the petals of a flower... soft like a summer’s breeze... soft like the ocean in the tropics... warm and soft... This is what love is – warm and soft. The answer to every problem. Just allow the warmth and the softness to flow.

This softness has a special place – softness and the love have to be looked after, to be cared for. My love has to be looked after by the masculine. This is why the last time we brought you Thor, for without Thor I am nothing. I am just a flow without guidance, without being held. So allow the energies of Thor to come into your body. We feel your fear of this softness. Let the energies of Thor flow into your bodies and let Thor be the masculine flow, and I, Freya, will be the feminine flow. Just allow your bodies to let happen what needs to happen. And we will be quiet for a little while for you to have this experience, for we are all coming back – not just Thor and I but all the Pantheon of Gods. We are coming back to teach you to be magical and ecstatic, completely ungovernable, to be free and alive. Like the wind and the waves... free... flowing... blowing...

We’re taking you to another world, dear ones, the world of your dreams and the world beyond even your wildest dreams. But remember, I am the feminine and I will always need the masculine. The following is the 15th message that we received in Avalon (England and Scotland)this past June/July 2012 over Solstice. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Star Elders and all the others that joined us, assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you as you read them. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos on the website that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites.

We took a small boat to get to the island where Loch Leven Castle is located. Once on the island, our local guide Iain gave us a brief history regarding Mary Queen of Scots, who had been imprisoned here. But we all agreed this did not feel like a prison . . . and the message began to unfold the true history.)

Aluna begins sharing the message. . . .When the Star Elders lived on the Earth, they anchored a quality of spirit that was magical, or mystical. It was a presence of nature-a presence of the wholeness of nature-that they carried inside of them when they were on Earth. They say that we will carry it inside of us as well. This will be more apparent as we get closer to wherever we are heading to on this path we are on.

The Star Elders always saw this quality of spirit that we can feel in the air. Clues to the presence of this spirit might be that the birds sing extra sweetly, the grass is really green, and the air is sweeter. It is a presence of spirit much like what we felt in Tintagel. But this place feels very grounded and real, yet there is a sweetness and a feeling of abundance where nature really comes alive. The Star Elders are showing me that this is the way it was in other parts of the world when the Earth was anchored with this magical energy all over the grids. They also say that this energy will again re-enter and flood the Earth with the magical energy we feel right now.

There is definitely the presence of a lot of women here, a lot of women who knew they were holding this energy. (Months later Karin from our group uncovered their names-the Guardians of Grace.) These women allowed themselves to be imprisoned because they knew they were going to come here to this sacred land. This island is on a grid line, and they knew they had to anchor their magic and wisdom here.

Contrary to history and outer appearances, none of the women were imprisoned on this island against their will. I was expecting to feel resistance here, yet we are not. Mary Queen of Scots and other women allowed themselves to be brought here because they had been negatively labeled, as a lot of us have been labeled for living "outside the box." They allowed themselves to be brought here because they knew that together they could anchor their special energy and wisdom, a quality of spirit, in a pure state without any outside influences or interruptions. In fact the guardsmen of the prison knew this as well and were the women's protectors-most likely they were knights pretending to be prison guards.

The castle is completely surrounded by water, so it is very well protected psychically. We noticed that the island definitely has a cocoon feel to it. Off the island, we can't feel much, and it is almost as if the island is not here at all, like it is invisible. That cocooning effect is probably a natural occurrence that was enhanced by the power and grace of the women. The women used this earth grid to anchor even deeper the energy that the Star Elders call pure potential of the creative force in nature.

This place has many acupressure points, similar to what we have been learning about and discovering at different sacred sites. Also, this place has been used for a long, long, time. It is very, very ancient, much older than any recorded history. I definitely feel that there is something else locked here deep below. All we can read about today is recent history.

It is fascinating to me that there is a break in history in every lineage all across the world. Because of this break in recorded history (called pre-history) there are a lot of assumptions and myths regarding pre-history. Much of pre-history evolves into myth. Consequently, we know that all myth always has some foundation in fact. But myth gets romanticized, and the truth becomes exaggerated. Yet those of us with open hearts and eyes to see can uncover the truth within the myth and bring it back to life. This is what we are doing in these intense transformational times. We are re-birthing the light and truth of authentic power upon the Earth and within our bodies.

I feel the energy of a lot of women, the Guardians of Grace. Because of the area's natural and energetic safety, these women were able to stay very open, as they were incredibly protected. It reminds me about when I fell at Tintagel and cracked a rib over my heart. I said how open I felt and how much I felt. I couldn't say anything without crying, and everything I shared came out so deeply emotional. I was picking up on energy that was beyond anything I have ever felt before.

I think the women who came here were able to stay in this state of wide openness for a long period of time because they were so protected here. They could anchor this same loving wide open energy. The protection on this sacred land allowed them to open to a level of grace and love that could heal the planet. It feels like their hearts are anchored here very deeply and unshakably. Now we get to remember this energy and rebirth it once again.

I don't feel any tragedy here. The women knew what they were doing. They played the role of prisoner on the outside to appease the fearful. They said, "Okay, you win. You can imprison me here if you think I am a witch." Although the word "witch" has negative connotations, they knew they were Goddesses, the Guardians of Grace.

The Goddess women knew that when they came here gossip would die down, and they would be slowly forgotten. There is no better psychic protection then to be forgotten by your enemies. For the fearful community on the mainland, they were out of sight, out of mind, so they were no longer psychically connected to anyone on the mainland.

For example, if someone thinks about you, it opens a psychic door between you and that person. If someone says, "You look tired today. You must not be feeling so good," don't you always feel a little worse? This is a light form of psychic attack. On the other hand, if someone says, "You look really great today. You are glowing," don't you feel better? These are all projections. The women who were sent here needed to go to a place where they could be clear of other people's negative projections. They wanted to be out of sight, out of mind, so they could do their work.

So when the women came here, essentially they were invisible psychically. While the outside community went on about their lives, the women had the freedom to fully express themselves, or be who they really were, the Guardians of Grace. The water surrounded them as well as the stone walls. Within such safety, they really were able to let their magic out. This magic is passed down to a whole linage of Guardians of Grace that also are working today here and out in the world. (Those reading this… are you receiving this today?)

Now we have been talking a lot about the Michael and Mary lines and walking/working with the acupuncture points on the Earth. Up here in Scotland, we are entering the Rose Line. The Rose Line has to do with the ability to BE wide open with our hearts-to have love without armor, or barriers. We have so many ways we shut ourselves down in what at times can seem a brutal world. We need to learn to unchain our souls and our light. It is time for a re-birth.

Many of us woke up this morning feeling like we really needed an integration day. But when I asked the Star Elders about this, they said to take an extra couple of steps beyond a lot of our comfort zones. These couple more steps are taking us past old patterns and old blocks. We have found that we have gotten more tired, more quickly on this pilgrimage compared to other pilgrimages, yet we really have had lighter schedules. The Star Elders knew the trip would be really powerful and that we needed time and grace while traveling these energy lines. (This is very true for those reading this as well. Take the extra step and then allow yourself to integrate.)

The steps we are taking now are our first much needed steps that go beyond that which we have previously known. We are moving into a place that is opening us to that which is beyond our old, fading reality. We are entering a space beyond any place that we have gone before in any life; we are moving past the past.

All the mystics and seers of the world are talking about the new energy we are moving into. The Star Elders didn't give us the integration time because they knew that out of habit, we would back up, and we would armor ourselves again. They want to take us an extra couple of steps beyond our known universe, so to speak. So, it looks like what we are doing is actually stepping beyond what is known and comfortable into something that is going to expand us out even further. (and those reading this).

The new energy we are feeling is anchored in nature and the core of the land here. When I feel this energy, it is hard to describe-except through feeling-we notice the way the air feels lighter, the way the grass moves, and the way the birds are singing. So remember this feeling. You will find it in other places, and that same feeling will be a clue that it is another grid point in which to anchor you heart and grace.

Our local Scottish guide Iain: That exactly explains my mysticism. It is based on an experience of growing up in this country. It is based on exactly what you are saying. It's based on just the wonder of this land and place. I was saying to some of you before, I will take people to places like this, and they don't get it. I'm sorry; there is not anything I can do about that. If this isn't logical, then you are not with me, and I can't bring you with me. Because you have to look at all of this and think that the trees and the ancient castle and the island and the loch are under the blue sky that is the blue of my bonnet, that is the blue of the Scottish flag-that is what Scotland is about. It is about the colors. It is about the feel of the air, as you said; that is important.

Iain continues: Look at the hills over there, the breasts of the Mother Goddess. The people in Scotland didn't need to have a great deal of detail. They accepted that they were in a sacred setting, and they were. There wasn't a distinction between the sacred and the profane. The sacred was just there-the way that it is just here now.

Iain continues: If you forgive me for interjecting, I think you are absolutely right about the women. It is my suspicion . . . again this is not history; it is not fact . . . but Saint Serf (or Serb) Island and the Culloden Church are the inheritors of the Druid tradition. I suspect this one here was the island of the women. At Saint Serf Island, where there is also a priory, there would be Druids and there would be the pagan nuns. This island would be perfect for the women, because of the feel of the place. It is such a sacred site, and you have the larger island for the Druids, for the men. There would always be fewer women because women were less free to make their own choices and become religious. So there were fewer women, but they would be on this island. And I would suspect, as you say, away from the gaze of life, they were communing in nature on behalf of the community, but without the judgments of the community. I am only saying this not to interject but to confirm.

Group member Roar: Yes, we could actually hear the women singing when we got closer to the island.

Aluna continues: There is a definite rejuvenating quality that they gained by being on this island, because what was anchored here a long, long, long time ago is full of light. I can see that this energy was anchored in ages past . . . through many shifts of ages. The women knew that they could come here re-anchor, recharge, and remember. Words are hard to find. This energy is just a state of being in a state of nature with a safety net in which to allow a state of total openness.

One of the things Lightworkers did throughout the ages (Lightworkers who kept the Earth from going into total darkness) was to maintain the ability to stay open, even in the darkest of time. It is hard work. Many times in history, it got very, very difficult to hold this light. Groups splintered off in different directions out of protection for the wisdom. Therefore, over time different traditions developed separately and did different things in order to anchor the light.

The women would return to this place, and it would help them maintain their openness when everything else was kind of going "wacko." This place balances in an extremely gentle, very nurturing way. I don't feel any ending or tragedy, nor do I feel that something is ongoing and will continue to go on. It doesn't feel like whatever was started here had a beginning, and I don't think it had an end as well. This land feels eternal. The Ancient Ones that were sensitive enough to pick up on this energy knew this, and that's why they left relics to point us here. If there weren't a stone building or a remnant of something, we probably wouldn't come. There are little islands everywhere.

Our local Scottish guide Iain: They named the landscape and even the manmade things . . . for instance . . . the Lomond Hills are the breasts of the Mother Goddess. There was a stone in the lowland tradition, the witch of Halloween. But she is not the witch: she is the triple goddess in her crone stage. The witch is known as the cailleach (ancestral deity or deified ancestor) in Gaelic and in Scots. Because the landscapes have been named, the whole ideas surrounding Loch Leven and the Lomond Hills have stayed with us. They have not been eradicated because they have been named.

Our local Scottish guide Iain continues: You were talking about people judging people. The magic (not magic like Harry Potter, not with fire coming out of a wand) in Scotland or other places was largely from the power of suggestion. If you name something, you give it a power or energy because other people can interact with that it. Even if it doesn't actually have an energy, the fact that it has been named means other people's energy of thought interacts with it. So, that is the reason why the names of all the places are important to me. That's how a huge, huge amount of my understanding arose, since this stuff isn't taught to us. But because they call the hills the "Paps of Fife," I know what they are, and I can confirm it. I have a mental handhold for other information that is attracted to that name. So that legacy of naming the landscape, like leaving the pointers that you were talking about, has pointed my way to my understanding.

Group member Kerrie: Tying into what you both are saying. I just had the visualization of the Flower of Life on the Earth here. And from my travel and my understanding, through my own interpretation, energy was everywhere that the ascetics went. So the energy was there first, and then we travel to those energy places to become enlightened. So there was energy first; then there were people, and then there was enlightenment.

Our local Scottish guide Iain: I think so. That's why all of these different ethnic groups were in Scotland . . . because they were drawn there.

Group member Roar: For me it is a place of huge heart opening.

Aluna: Yes, a heart opening like the past life overlay I was feeling in Tintagel. It was safe to let your heart open here, because nobody was projecting on them here. Isn't that the way we always are when we are waking up? When we first start waking up, we kind of hide in the closest a while. We don't let anybody see who we really are because we are afraid we will be judged. We instinctively know to avoid judgment, as it can alter our growth by draining our energy. When we get strong enough we come out. And for a while we think we are the only one feeling these feelings, or knowing what we know. Then, when we have the courage to start sharing, we discover there are thousands upon thousands of people all across the Earth that are opening their hearts and waking up to their authentic selves. This is not the faux self that we have been programmed to live, but our true authentic self.

Our local Scottish guide Iain: That is why Lao Tzu of the Tao says, "When there are no taboos, then there will be truth."

Our group sang a blessing song to the land and the Goddesses.

Aluna: The Rose Line is an acupuncture point. It feels like this sacred pattern under our feet began to rise up when we were singing. Singing from our hearts brought the energy up to us, and we gave some back. There is an energy exchange happening between the ancient women who sang here and us, so we are reenergizing the place by being here. But we are definitely receiving something to take along home with us. (and those reading this as well).

When we were singing the song about we are so blessed, I knew that the women who were supposedly imprisoned here felt that they were so blessed as well, because they didn't have to deal with the crazy world out there. It was somewhat like a "ha ha to you . . . We are imprisoned here and well taken care of, and you have no idea what you have done for us. We get to be on this perfectly clear, psychically protected island. Everybody has forgotten that we are here, and we can be who we are-the very thing you were trying to stop." So they were in the world but not of it. Light always wins. The blessing was incredible here.

So the Star Elders are asking us if we are brave enough to invite more of this wide open heart into us now. I think this is why we named the trip what we did: we call it "The Path of the Illuminated Chalice Within." The chalice is our heart. It is time to illuminate and awaken and open that heart-chalice even further in this spot. The Star Elders are offering this opportunity to us (and to those reading this).

So as we wander and touch trees and stones, ask that your heart be opened further and wider. This is what the Star Elders drew us here for. They want us to ask for this next step of heart opening. We must ask for it, or they will not offer it to us. Once we ask for it, this heart-opening will continue for the rest of the year until we reach the level our souls agreed to. Each day we should ask to take a couple of steps further than we are accustomed to doing. We are ready for a huge breakthrough.

Oh no! Archangel Michael is jumping in here. . . . He is humming The Doors' " Break On Through (to The Other Side)." He has a really, really crazy sense of humor. So that is what we are doing. We are going to bust through to the other side with the power and grace of our hearts.

Barbara: I was thinking, Iain, about what you were telling us about the weather forecast in Scotland . . . it's either raining or about to rain. Well they have certainly changed the weather forecast on this island.

Our local Scottish guide Iain: Yes, yes. We sang the Sunshine Song on the bus, and remember what I said before about hoping . . . if I catch anybody not hoping for sun . . . because that is what it is about. It's about breaking through. There is a perception in traditions in Scotland that we drift. Maybe there is an ultimate breaking through, but we shimmer, like toggling between the two existences. We are not taken to only the mundane and the profane, because we are more than one person . . . because we are different strands of neurological processes and other things, we can shift into different appreciations.

Places like these help us focus that. And that's also true in the festivals in Scotland. That's true in the traditions and the songs, and that's what all these things are for. We are holding hands here, and you will know the Scottish tradition because when we sing "Auld Lang Syne," people hold hands like that. People do these ritualistic things naturally in society as the separation between the sacred and profane is lessened: there is much more blood in Scotland. It's a kind of shimmering between realms.

PS. It would have been so much fun if you could have heard Iain's accent. He was charming and understood us tribe of weirdos.

We had overwhelming blessings everywhere we went on this journey to Avalon. When our group went back home, we were all shocked at how deeply this pilgrimage had shifted us. Even now (four months later) as I post this last message, when we speak to each other, we still don't know what to say about it. We went on to Roslyn Chapel after this Loch Leven Castle day with our hearts wide open and ready to download its mysteries. What transpired in Roslyn was truly beyond words and too precious to share at this time. We would not know what to say anyway. It was powerfully deep, and we received on a level we have never felt before. The only way we can share this with you is by the sacred site essence we made in Roslyn.

We have shared the Avalon messages here from our hearts for you to read. We hope that the messages have transmitted at least a small part of the energy we felt there. Dratzo! We return! Everywhere around your planet, teams drawn from a special coalition of our sacred allies, Agarthans, and our liaison personnel are preparing a grand surprise! The present reality is beginning to experience difficulties as the many timelines that determine how it operates collapse. This massive temporal deconstruction is forcing the dark cabal to realize that the present construct can no longer hold. We have watched these cabalists obstinately refuse any and all proposals to step down and allow your divinely decreed freedom to manifest. Apparently, they still believe that some sort of 'event' can somehow reverse their predicaments and keep them in control. This is simply not going to happen! The Creator's edicts state that the time for a new consciousness gestalt for humanity has arrived. The dark cabal needs to step aside and let us do what the divine plan mandates. Our role, at this point, has been reduced to using our abilities to bring this situation to a head, and this we are doing by setting up the final procedures which are to topple the besieged and outdated power structures of your globe.

These procedures are in effect as we speak, and we have informed the cabalists that it is time to let in the new governance and to allow the rise of the new economic system founded on prosperity and global debt forgiveness. This new global setup is ready for all to enjoy but for the continued roadblock thrown up by the dark cabal. Therefore we have put into play a series of edicts and have duly informed these stubborn and blustering old men and women of this move. Your home world is in the midst of creating new grids and new realities, and the current ways of running your societies stand counter to what Mother Earth now intends. The use of oil and the many other types of fossil fuel to provide energy for your global economies is to end. Humanity needs to bring on line those discoveries that use the limitless natural energies of physicality. In effect, your world is at a crossroads which extends not only to consciousness but also to energy. You can no longer live on the surface of Earth in the unthinking manner that you do at present. New attitudes based on new understanding and information is needed in order to move into the new epoch decreed by Heaven.

This is simply a matter of survival dictated by the laws of physicality. We have come across the galaxy to prepare you for first contact, not to be a witness to your extinction! Our divine orders are to push this mandate through to completion if we are unable, after a sufficient amount of time, to achieve our minimal set of goals. We are approaching this magical point of no return. We need to give our many associates the time to carry out a legal coup and change your present governments; however, the time is fast approaching for us to take action. There are currently many lawsuits in courts throughout the world that are set up to eventually arrest those in charge of instigating the general morass that is responsible for one climatic and geophysical disaster (as you see it) after another. We intend to quickly resolve this environmental instability once our associates are in power. To do this, we intend to 'propel' them into power so that much-needed change can manifest around the globe. Your world is getting to a level of distress that cannot go on much longer. You need a means to lift you up and move you in a new direction!

Our technology is capable of resolving all current issues instantly. The only question is how Heaven intends to direct us. We have received many 'green lights' in recent times but were then stopped. It is not our wish to placate the dark cabal in any way; it is rather a matter of how Heaven sees this present impasse playing out. This is how we operate: we let Heaven have the final say in all matters. We make neither judgments nor a single move that is not in line with this policy. There exists a certain set of procedures that is predicated on how humanity's collective life contract is to be transformed by Heaven, and this sets up a divine timetable that we need to follow. Heaven is using this timetable in the manner of a prime directive to determine how you are to come face-to-face with us on a global scale. The final times are set and we expect you to shortly receive several grand, historic announcements. We suggest you view these surprises in this light as a whole parade of wonders is now ready to roll out before you! We are getting closer and closer to a mass first contact with you!

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! We come today with some important news about an upcoming event. Our sacred associates are completing a series of projects that will lead to the fall of the dark cabal. These projects have so far created the rudiments of a new monetary system; produced the basics of a new global financial system; and fleshed out the foundation of a new international era of global peace and cooperation. These things are only the thin end of the wedge. The many dark governments of your world now realize that the blessings of the Light are not just so many words but a powerful reality. As we wait on the verge of the announcements that will transform your world, we gleefully watch our associates filing multiple court cases and preparing the evidence for trials that are to push the dark from power. The time for our grand victory arrives!

The Agarthans are contributing to what is happening by giving us the means to contest the dark cabal by legally denying it its claims of legitimacy. The cabal derives its power from a set of structures whose legitimacy is now being called into question. Equally importantly, we have established the foundation for a new rule whose structure is rooted in the Light. This gives each of you your Creator-given personal sovereignty, prosperity, and the grounds for a return to full consciousness. The natural progression of this solar system is to produce a new reality, one that is predicated on, and dedicated to, the Light. Here, the blessed decrees of Heaven will be made manifest, but this new realm's configuration cannot sustain the dark and its creations. In accordance with this up leveling, Heaven has proceeded over the past decade with a number of new alignments that prepare your body, mind, and Spirit for full consciousness. In this mode you become another glorious expression of Heaven. Our blessed journey has guided you toward this. Despite a great deal of resistance from the dark, we have maintained this full-conscious mode due to our blessed duties to the Light. If you are like most people, you feel like you are moving on a very fast train, unable to process all that you are seeing and experiencing. Some days, as you cope with feelings of overwhelm, you may wonder how you can slow things down, or at least have a better understanding of what's going on.

Questions are helpful, especially now. Your wise inner self and spiritual guidance team are now working overtime to help you stay awake, nudging you with thoughts that can catalyze all sorts of questions about reality. Pay attention to your thoughts, then, and keep asking questions.

Not Your Ordinary Year

The part of you asking for understanding has a particular interest in remembering why you are alive now. This is not your ordinary year or your ordinary year-end. You as a spiritual being had a specific purpose for being on the planet during these pivotal moments, when you could be a conscious and integral force in birthing a new reality.

These auspicious moments have been unfolding for thousands of years, and the time has arrived. If your future self - understanding what is at stake now - had set an alarm clock to start going off with increasingly loud beeping in the last days of 2012, that clock certainly would be beeping like crazy now!

We are now moving into the future our ancient wisdom keepers foretold. We step into our collective future, regardless of whether we are conscious of the opportunities and what is at stake. Knowing this, let's do what we can to remain awake and help others to awaken.

In the next several weeks as 2012 draws to a close, it's vital that you do your best to be present and watchful of what shows up in your life. Pay close attention to dreams and to repetitive messages inside your head that are spirit's way of showing you what's important for you personally.

11/11 and 12/21 Gateways

We have two major energy gateways coming up before year-end - 11/11 and 12/21. At each gateway, you can connect with spiritual energy transmissions that are quantum and vast, helping you to shift into the higher frequencies of ascension and to hold your energy there more of the time.

The 11/11 energy gateway is always a powerful spiritual catalyst, but this year the benefits are magnified. That's because it occurs during the last days of 2012, a year that marks completion of a very long evolutionary cycle. It is also significant because of its potential to help prepare you energetically for the 12/21 Solstice.

On a spiritual level, of course, you are already prepared for what comes next. It is your human self, long conditioned by fear, which needs preparation. You therefore benefit from regular reminders of what's truly important, and assistance with keeping your energy above the octaves of fear and stabilizing in the higher frequencies of love. Given the chaotic state of the world today, this is no small task, even for the most advanced spiritual practitioners.

Our Process of Emergence

We are now in a powerful process of emergence and remembering what we have been born to be and do. Each experience we have can become part of the catalyst we need to evolve out of our old stories and patterns - and into our true nature, which is divine.

When we consider the enormity of our task to shift this planet into light, it can feel overwhelming. In fact, though, this response is from our linear mind, the part of us that does not grasp the interconnectedness of all things and the power of people coming together with intention to create a loving world.

Let's choose the non-linear view today as we contemplate what needs changing and how we go about changing ourselves. We are vast, multidimensional beings, capable of miracles and achievements that will fill future history books!

How can we lose hope in our ability to change this planet when we are the revolution, each one of us? That's why we are here now.

Tools to Help You Succeed

Here are some things to help you succeed with your higher purpose in the final days of this year.

Confront your doubts as they arise. When you question how you will cope with the present and what's coming next in 2012, remember that you are not the same person who asked that question a year ago. Your energy has shifted even beyond your detection since then, resourcing you in brand-new ways. Keep this in mind as you question your capabilities.

Make each day count. Avoid the tendency to fantasize about the future or review the past. Three ways to make today count: be kind, be present, and be mindful of what today means in the larger picture. Example: today you have about six weeks before the 12/21 Solstice, a spiritual marker in humanity's evolution of consciousness. Remember this as you are faced with challenges, focusing your mind on the bigger picture. Use your time and energy wisely.

Update your view of what's possible. You are shifting regularly, and so are others around you. Do not discount how much is occurring, even if things appear to remain the same. Much indeed is happening beneath the surface viewed with conventional eyes. Your own shifts in awareness can come seemingly overnight, as you process insights in your dream state and have a new view of something that you could not grasp before. It's vital that you keep your energy up-to-date, especially now. Regularly revise your world view, too, reflecting with your more aware consciousness. Example: as you have spiritual openings during energy gateways like 11/11, intentionally update your world view. Remember that as your consciousness shifts, you see the world with new eyes. Invite your more aware eyes to show you how to interpret life day-by-day.

Come back to the simple and natural ways of your wise ancestors. The sages from past cycles understood how to be in harmony with nature and how to gain wisdom by listening to their own bodies and other life forms. They respected the cycles of the Earth, and they knew that most problems had simple solutions that could be accessed with a higher consciousness.

Track your own resistance and inner fight with what is. By becoming mindful of how you resist circumstances, you move back into the driver's seat as an empowered divine changemaker. Only you can change the channel of negative self-talk inside your own head. Only you can consciously choose to let go in the moment, allowing the universe to orchestrate the next steps in your highest good. Only you can say 'yes' to moving forward. A single 'yes' coming from enlightened awareness can change everything.

Initiation

We need to understand what Initiation really is.  It is purification of a very special kind.  To us, when we are in the world of spirit, the soul is the whole being of man.  When that soul is imprisoned in the human body he is attached to a personality.  Soul and personality are two but soul-personality is one.

When you, a spiritual being, set apart to fulfil some spiritual work in the world of men under the guidance of God’s laws, planned your return to earth in this day of time it was for you, and for those who guided you and are still guiding you, a very important event for when the soul has a spiritual message to give, that soul is not permitted to slip through the ethers from heaven to earth for incarnation.  It is a very long preparation and a dwelling in each plane of consciousness on the part of the soul before it enters the human body.

While you were in the place of light you would be one of a group of workers attached to a Master-Initiate.  The work of the Master-Initiate has one definite purpose;  he may be a healer, he may be a teacher, he may be both teacher and healer, but one of those attributes will be the most important one.  But because he is a Master-Initiate he has himself passed through every phase of the experiences which we call ‘Initiation.’  He knows how far a student may be helped and how far he must tread the path of initiation alone, and he knows just exactly how much power and light and what coloured rays will be necessary for the student’s path.

You, too, as the soul coming into incarnation, have a part to play.  You must prepare for that descent into matter.  First of all, under the guidance of your Master-Initiate, your Doorkeeper and your Spiritual Guide will be chosen.  Although your Doorkeeper and your Spiritual Guide will be indicated by you, it is the Master-Initiate who advises you, and there is no choice.

You will spend a portion of each of your periods, which are equivalent to your day and night on earth in the company of your Doorkeeper.  You will spend a similar period with your Spiritual Guide.  Those periods will be spent in preparing for the great event of birth and living in the physical body.  There will be a great deal to be done.  You will have to meet those Great Beings of the Hierarchy, who guide that particular group of Master-Initiates, and step by step, with all the joy and the glory of the light of the place of light, you will be guided by your Master-Initiate in all you say and think, ‘say’ being merely a projection of sound upon the ether, not the spoken word.

You will plan your life under the guidance of the Master-Initiate.  It will be his advice that will set the plan of your Zodical signs and of course the planets which guide you under those signs, and there will be a helper set apart who will collect your past experiences.  These will be studied and arranged in such a way that certain of them will be taken again, so that it will be a very long preparation.  Your soul will be purified during the whole time of the preparation.  The rays of light will be poured into you and then there will come that immensely important moment when the Spirit of the Father-Mother God will be poured into you by the Father Himself, that is His gift to you as you set forth, and that spirit contains a portion of the Glory of God which you carried to earth with you even though you may not remember it.

You will greet your Master-Initiate at regular periods of very short intervals in between.  You will come to know him and to love him and to realise that his gentleness contains the power of the love of God and that his severity must always be with you and that you must understand the need for that severity if you falter on the path.

So you make that preparation for that immense journey to earth.  The soul sets forth, descending, Oh so slowly, through plane after plane of consciousness until the moment comes for it to enter the physical body and be born a tiny crying child.  It will probably be a long time before the Master-Initiate himself, to whom you belong and who belongs to you, will be able to manifest to your vision or your understanding, but he will be very near you through your life, and those whom you call your Guides will come under his instructions until the moment comes for him to manifest to you, and after that moment you will spend two periods in every twenty-four hours with him.

For a long time you will not even be conscious of his presence.  You certainly will not be conscious of it during the waking hours of your day, but you may begin to be conscious during the hours of sleep and when you meet him pass it off as a dream.  But all the time he will be guiding you towards those great steps of initiation which you have come to earth to take and you are not taking that initiation alone for yourself;  you are taking it with a large company of men and women who serve and love the same Master-Initiate as you do and whom you will meet in your waking life without recognising them, and during the hours of sleep with still less recognition.

We speak of a great spiritual Being named Gautama as the Buddha, and I wonder if you realise exactly what Buddha means.  Buddha is an immense force of light, the greatest force of light in the world, because it is a combination of Christ rays enclosing within them the rays of the Cosmos and the rays of the Hierarchy.  Therefore, when we speak of the Master-Initiate Gautama coming to earth as the Buddha, we mean that his great being, his physical body even, was able by its immense purification and preparation to hold the full force of this immense power of light.

Gautama did not come to earth only for that period in which he lived.  He came to prepare for a new Christ whom he knew would be much greater than the Christ who would follow him and who would also hold the full force of the power of light that he held, plus certain additional rays of light set aside for the purpose, and it is this Being, prepared for 5,000 years ago, that we are expecting at the moment. We do not expect him to manifest tomorrow. His coming is a very, very slow process.  Everything that is touched by his power must first be purified just as you were prepared for your descent into matter.

Above all, the disciples must be prepared, and that preparation is by purification.  That is exactly what initiation is.  It is a purification of the whole being of man in preparation for his fulfillment of an immense work for God.

In the very ancient days this immense force of light could only be touched through the Mysteries and therefore Master-Initiates chose certain members of their people under the guidance of Beings of Light who set the pattern for that School of Mysteries in which they worked, and these, men and women alike, were set apart.

They purified their bodies daily with cold water.  The purification of their garments was something of immense importance.  Their food was fresh and clean and pure, untouched by the hand of ordinary people, and these people lived apart from the multitude, apart from the Court, apart from the world, and they studied in the silence of the Temple the great Mysteries.  Through these Mysteries there were set for them certain tests which were tests for the Initiation and there were seven great trials or tests for everyone.

When the power was withdrawn from the Mystery Schools, so that man could no longer purify himself and prepare himself through initiation in the Temple, a great loss was felt, and this loss or blankness, this emptiness came to the hearts of men just before the coming of the Master Jesus, and that period would have been roughly, about 3,000 years ago, so that during a period of 2,000 years, the chosen ones who were able to study the Mysteries were able to reach that tremendous Buddhic force when they had become initiates.

It was during this period that man, lost and alone, began to practice evil in the Temples, and it was during this period that the blood sacrifices were prominent among men, and then gradually the force of the incoming Master-Initiate was felt and the Christ ray was poured through the planet you know as the Sun, so that long before Jesus dwelt among men that Christ force was felt by man through the power of the physical Sun.

From the moment that Jesus was born, incarnate man was able to contact the Christ force direct, that was the great gift which the Master Jesus brought to man, and those among the rulers of the people in Rome and in Jerusalem who knew and realised what was happening sought to destroy Jesus because they did not feel they wanted the whole earth to feel the force of that ray or to become regenerated by it.  They crucified Him, but in crucifying Him they released a still greater force of light which returned to the earth through the blood which fell upon the ground, and through the etherisation of the blood, the first manifestation of the Christ of Aquarius was felt among men.

It probably will be a very long time before the Aquarian Christ comes fully into His own, but all those who are set aside to work through their initiation under their own Master-Initiate, their Teacher, will move step by step towards Him and the purification which is necessary for the initiate will be carried out on all planes.

If your soul had come to earth to enter the physical body swiftly and without preparation it would have had no inner light which could expand and draw light from each plane as it descended.  It would have had only grey ugliness which would have made contact with any part of ugliness in any of those planes and gathered it together, so that when the soul came into incarnation, it would be a hideous being, lacking in spiritual light, with no knowledge of the laws of God.

In a sense your preparation for initiation is just that period reversed.  You are on earth.  Your soul is guiding your personality through certain experiences on earth in order that you may become purified, body, soul and spirit, sufficiently so that the Buddhic force may touch you and hold you for all time, and that means that when you return to the world of spirit you will be already filled with light and you will make your contribution to the place of light as an initiate of whichever Master you are called upon to serve.

All countries, all peoples, have different forms of initiation, and therefore the souls that understand the value of these tests and trials will return to earth again and again and again, always seeking different nations, different peoples, for their incarnational period that they may learn through every possible angle and every possible point of view all that there is to learn about the purification of the body and the soul for the coming of the light.

You are the children who are leaving the Piscean Age behind you.  You are held by the light which Christ Jesus gave to mankind.  He did not mind if He never touched it Himself again so long as the people of the earth whom He loved should have the full power and value of it, and in order to test you He withdraws the light very slowly away from you during that period from Christmas to Midsummer and then He begins to pour it out upon you again until your whole being is filled with the Christ force in preparation for the Buddhic force which comes later.

On this day the people of the USA will tell the world, and each other, what kind of future they desire. We know that each of you is supporting them in your hearts, as well. Lightworkers around your world are waiting and almost holding their breath in prayer for the results. Instead of holding your breath, dear ones, breathe deeply and send your intention for the new world you desire into the consciousness, the collective consciousness. There are many millions voting with their intent this day who do not reside on those shores, but who do reside in that consciousness. Hold space in your hearts for the new to manifest, for the light to assume a greater role in the governance of that land. On this day, much will be set into motion that has been waiting its time. Its time is now. Your time is now. It is time for you to begin to look for opportunities each day to say or do something which will increase the light upon your world. Find something, big or small. You cannot, in fact, see far enough ahead to know how big or small that word or act may become, at least not quite yet. But the time when you begin to realize the effects of your causes approaches. Perhaps it will serve you well to assume they will have immense effects just beyond your sight. That is not so far from the truth, after all. Do you feel the energy of this day? It is one of hope. The Pleiadians would like to share some higher dimensional insights on this topic, but before we get to that I want to quickly remind everyone that even tho these natural disasters (aka clearings) will likely continue into the future, know that we are always safe from harms way…long as we are paying attention to the subtleties and dialed-into our intuitive voice.  When we are awake, thinking with our hearts and thereby making decisions from what feels good in lieu of what is rational/reasonable/logical/acceptable/etc., we are aligned with our highest good and drawn to the people, places and geographical locations that will serve our higher purpose.

The universe always conspires to our success…and doors will literally open where once there were none…when we make decisions from our feeling-center and take action when inspired.

The Ascension Code

The most delicious information I received for this report was, by far, the announcement that we are soon to embody the 13th (DNA activation) code, what the Pleiadians call the “ascension frequential”.

Apparently, this is the mastery code required to transcend duality and enter unity consciousness…with our physical bodies.

On 11/13 we have a total solar eclipse which is really significant according to the unseens. From what I understand, this portal is precipitating the overarching energy of 2013…a binary and time-released program that activates the essential (13) code for ascension.  We have been preparing to download this specific frequency since 11/11/11, and on the upcoming eclipse we will activate the new light-codes…specific to the 13 frequency of universal LOVE…that will emerge in totality in 2013.  The PHC call this eclipse an end-cap of transformation that has been in effect since the solar eclipse of 1999.

This eclipse is bringing through the sacred code of ascension…both for you as individuals and for the planetary consciousness as a whole.  By this we mean that the 13th activation code is the overarching frequential of physical ascension…the code required to bring each of you into physical alignment with your soulular self. -PHC

More than anything else, the unseens want me to make especially clear that the activation of the 13th code through the solar gate on the 13th of November is the precursor to ascension and that by January 13th, 2013, we will have completed the download & activation of it.

This eclipse, coupled with the 11:11 gateways, will supposedly act as an opening to the new crystalline grid and, according to the PHC: the energy brought forth will begin to flow through your bodies in pulsating undulations to prepare you for the triple date downloads as you are bathed in the frequencies of home, of LOVE, that which will bring much healing to you and to the planet. (hmmm…not looking forward to that so much)

They also share that as a result of these power-portals this month…the completion energies of the closing of the final 11:11 gates & the activation of the 13 energy… that there will be BIG changes, like turn-us-inside-out-changes, mostly at the macro level.
