During this Love-filled time when people all over the world are focusing on
Valentine's Day and the Love they have for the special people in their lives,
we have the perfect opportunity to initiate the next vitally important phase of
the Divine Plan for the Earth and Humanity.



2013 is a New Beginning. This is true not only for the Earth, but for Humanity
and all Life evolving on this planet. There is a lot of confusion about what
actually happened when the Earth aligned with the Galactic Core of the Milky
Way on December 21, 2012. There are also many questions about what it means for
the Earth to have been birthed into the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New
Earth on December 22, 2012. That confusion is very logical; after all, we are
in uncharted waters. This was a unique experiment that had never been attempted
in any system of worlds. Never had a planet that had fallen to the depths of
separation and duality the Earth fell to been given the opportunity to Ascend
through two dimensional shifts in such a short period of time. Not even the
Company of Heaven knew whether or not Humanity could pull this off. But, WE DID
IT!



The God Victorious accomplishment of this experiment transcended the greatest
expectations of Heaven. The Earth has reclaimed her rightful place in our Solar
System, and every man, woman, and child belonging to or serving the Earth at
this time made the conscious choice, through his or her I AM Presence, to move
forward in the Light with the Earth and the rest of Humanity. This is true
whether or not the person was aware of this decision through the fragmented
consciousness of their human ego.



So what happens now? Well, as I mentioned, this is just the beginning. Now it
is up to you and me and the rest of Humanity to bring the patterns of
perfection for the New Earth into physical manifestation. These patterns are
flooding in, through, and around the mental and emotional strata of this
planet. This means that they are readily available for all of us to tap into
and to bring into our life experiences through our thoughts, words, actions,
feelings, and beliefs.



I know that many people were expecting that the patterns of the New Earth would
instantly manifest with our Ascension into the 5th Dimension, but that is not
the way this process works. With the Birth of the New Earth the patterns of
perfection did instantaneously begin flooding into the mental and emotional
strata enveloping the Earth. However, the Universal Law is that in order for
something to physically manifest on Earth, it must be drawn through the
Divinity pulsating within the hearts of the people embodied on Earth. This is
what is meant by the statement, "God needs a body."



With the victory of the Shift of the Ages and Earth's Birth into the
5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New Earth, the Light quotient on the planet
is increasing by leaps and bounds every single day. This is greatly
accelerating the awakening process taking place within the masses of Humanity.
When people awaken they "see with new eyes and hear with new ears."
As this occurs, they remember the Oneness of ALL Life. They realize that there
is no separation, and that there is no such thing as "us and them."



This knowing motivates awakened people to action, and inspires them to do
something about the maladies existing in the world. This is a very good thing.
The issue is that most people don't know where to begin. They focus on outer
appearances which are the EFFECT of the problem not the CAUSE of the problem.
People come to the erroneous conclusion that by changing outer appearances the
problem will be solved, but that is not true. When we deal with just the outer
appearance of a situation instead of what is CAUSING the problem, it is like
trying to change the reflection in a mirror without changing the object that is
causing the reflection. This is a futile effort, and we will fail every time.
Outer appearances will only change if we address what is CAUSING of the problem
in the first place.



Tackling the CAUSE of the maladies existing on Earth at this time is the next
vitally important facet of the Divine Plan. Presently, Awakened Humanity is
focusing on healing and transmuting everything that conflicts with the patterns
of perfection for the New Earth, knowing full-well that these human
miscreations must be transmuted into Light in order for the New Earth to
manifest in all her glory.



Sincere and deeply committed caring people are rolling up their sleeves and
taking on issues involving guns, violence, child abuse, sexual assault, crime,
war, terrorism, drugs, poverty, disease, corruption in government, the
appalling greed associated with economic institutions, the health care
industry, and corporations of every kind, hunger, homelessness, the abuse of
power, inequality among women and minorities, civil rights, human rights,
animal rights, pollution, the environment, the inequitable distribution of
wealth, lack of jobs, religious fanaticism, prejudice, and every other malady
existing on Earth. The astonishing thing is that not one of these things is the
CAUSE of Humanity's pain and suffering. Every single one of these maladies is
the EFFECT of the problem.



So what is the CAUSE of the unbearable pain Humanity has been experiencing for
so very long?



The CAUSE of ALL of the maladies existing on Earth is Humanity's distorted
and fragmented consciousness based in separation and duality.



This consciousness is the antithesis of Christ Consciousness. It is the
opposite of the patterns of Oneness, Divine Love, and Reverence for Life that
are encoded within the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.



When every person on Earth has completed his or her Awakening into Christ
Consciousness, we will all know that it is impossible to harm any part of Life
without harming ourselves and every other facet of Life. With that realization,
we will consciously and deliberately operate from the heart space of Oneness
and Love. We will open our hearts and minds to the patterns of perfection for
the New Earth, and we will find viable, win-win solutions for every situation
or challenge.



We will clearly KNOW that anything we do to enhance life for any person or any
living thing will enhance life for ourselves and our loved ones. Just imagine,
when everyone is operating from a consciousness of Oneness and Love none of the
problems we are presently experiencing will exist. We will have shifted the
CAUSE of those maladies and the outer world EFFECTS will naturally change.



Obviously, the most important thing we can do at this time is to assist our
precious sisters and brothers in the Family of Humanity to raise their
consciousness from separation to Oneness. Then they will KNOW they are One with
ALL Life and they will live their lives from that profound Truth.



There are many people who are so buried in their self-inflicted pain and
suffering that they cannot even grasp the concept of the Oneness of All Life.
Often these people are acting out of fear and perpetuating atrocities on their
fellow human beings. If we focus on their barbaric acts it is nearly impossible
to muster up the desire to help them in any way, but they are the ones who
desperately need for us to help them shift consciousness. This will greatly
benefit all of us.



Remember, we are One. There is no separation. As we are lifted up, they are
lifted up. And as they are lifted up, ALL Life is lifted up with them. It will
be to our great advantage if we help them. And by helping them shift
consciousness we will greatly accelerate the tangible manifestation of the New
Earth. They are our sisters and brothers in every sense of the word, and we are
here on Earth during this auspicious moment because we have volunteered to be
our sister's and brother's keeper.



Together we can do this. And when we succeed God Victoriously in helping to
lift the most recalcitrant souls out of the illusion of separation and into
Christ Consciousness, we will experience the wonders of the New Earth as well
as the elation of Heaven.



The Company of Heaven has given us a visualization that will help us accomplish
this wondrous facet of the Divine Plan. A hard copy of the meditation is

RAISING CONSCIOUSNESS - The Shift from Separation to Oneness



I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of every person on
Earth.



As One Breath, One Heartbeat, One Voice, and One Energy, Vibration, and
Consciousness of Pure Divine Love, we invoke our Father-Mother God and the
entire Company of Heaven to assist us in raising the consciousness of every
person on Earth in perfect alignment with his or her Divine Plan and the
highest good for all concerned.



Beloved Father-Mother God, we ask that you expand Your Flame of Transfiguring
Divine Love which is pulsating within the Divinity of every person's Heart
Flame. Create from this Sacred Fire a Heart of Love. Allow this Heart of Love
to expand and expand through each person's Heart Flame until it envelops the
entire Planet Earth.  (pause)



Now the Legions of Light from every Ascended level of Being project their Love
into the Divine Matrix of our Father-Mother God, the Cosmic I AM, ALL That Is.
This matrix is the Body of God within which every particle of Life throughout
the whole of Creation lives, moves, breathes, and has its being.



This unprecedented influx of Divine Love flows through our Father-Mother God's
Divine Matrix and floods the Earth blessing every man, woman, and child. As
this Gift of Divine Love bathes the Earth, every atomic and subatomic particle
and wave of Life on this planet is lifted into a Higher Order of Being. 
(pause)



The Light of God now flows into the mental body, the conscious mind, the
subconscious mind, the superconscious mind, and the physical brain structure of
every man, woman, and child on Earth.



This Gift of Light from our Father-Mother God balances the right and left
hemispheres within each person's brain, and activates their spiritual brain
centers. Through this activity of Light, each person's pituitary, pineal, and hypothalamus
glands and the ganglionic centers at the base of their brain are restored to
their full Divine Potential.



Utilizing this powerful Gift of Light, each person's I AM Presence now
recalibrates the circuitry within their physical brain structure enabling them
to withstand a higher frequency of Divine Consciousness. This activity of Light
heals the fragmented circuitry that has prevented Humanity from communing with
their I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven.



The I AM Presence within each person's Heart Flame now creates the sacred space
that enables that person to open their 5th-Dimensional Crown Chakra of
Enlightenment to full breadth. This allows each one to communicate with their I
AM Presence and with the Company of Heaven on a conscious level while reaching
ever higher into Christ Consciousness.



As I hold the focus of my attention on the Light of God that is flowing through
every person's physical brain structure, I clearly see Humanity's physical,
etheric, mental, and emotional bodies being flooded with the resplendent Light
of God.



This multidimensional, multifaceted, free-flowing 5th-Dimensional Crystalline
Solar Light expands into every cell of Humanity's Earthly Bodies allowing the I
AM Presence of each person to take full dominion of this experience.



Now, all is in readiness. Through their I AM Presence, every person on Earth
will participate at both inner and outer levels in this activity of Light,
which will raise the consciousness of the masses and assist every recalcitrant
soul to shift from a consciousness of separation to a consciousness of Oneness
and Reverence for Life.



I  AM  LOVING  ALL  LIFE  FREE



I continue to breathe rhythmically and deeply. The Legions of Light throughout
Infinity are with me now as I greet this sacred moment from within the peace of
my I AM Presence. I AM One with all Life. I now realize that I AM One with ALL
Humanity and together we are standing forth as the collective 5th-Dimensional
Solar I AM Presence on Earth.



I now reach up into the Infinity of my own Divine Consciousness. As I AM lifted
up, all of Humanity is lifted up with me. In this frequency of Divine
Consciousness, Humanity's free will becomes one with God's Will, and Humanity's
Divine Consciousness is reclaimed here on Earth. Humanity's Divine
Consciousness reveals the profound Truth that We are One. This Higher
Consciousness pulsates with Divine Love and Reverence for ALL Life.



Within the embrace of Divine Consciousness, Humanity experiences an endless
ocean of Light that flows from Suns beyond Suns beyond Suns, and each person
KNOWS, "I AM That I AM. I AM the Open Door for this celestial ocean of
Light. I AM the Light of the world, and my time for higher service to Humanity
and ALL Life is at hand."



Now, this cosmic ocean of Light intensifies, flowing unimpeded through
Humanity's physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. As each person
assimilates this Gift from On High, they release into the Light all thoughts,
feelings, words, actions, beliefs, and memories that are based in the consciousness
of separation or duality.



The I AM Presence of each person now affirms, "All that I AM, all of
the God Perfection that flows into my Crown Chakra of Enlightenment is
manifesting through me now on the New Earth. I AM at peace on the New Earth. I
AM resting in supreme God Confidence. I AM opening the 5th-Dimensional Stargate
of my Heart. I AM One with my Father-Mother God and the Powers of Light
throughout the Universe. I AM ready now to Love ALL Life FREE!"



Instantaneously, I see the Truth of every person on Earth. I see every
recalcitrant soul as a precious Child of God, no matter how far their behavior
patterns or their life experiences may be from reflecting that Truth. I
perceive all of their human miscreations and their unbalanced energies as
innocent primordial Light entering my awareness now to be transmuted and Loved
free.



I happily greet my wayward sisters and brothers in the Family of Humanity and
all of their unbalanced energy the same way my Father-Mother God would greet
them. I greet them with Love from within the embrace of Peace, Detachment, God
Confidence, and Supreme Authority.



Within the Invincible Forcefield of God's Infinite Love I take these fallen
souls into my Being, and I hold them in my arms of Light as I would an injured
child. They cannot overwhelm me or control me in any way, nor do I need to fear
them or shun them. I simply hold them and Love them until they surrender to the
Love of God, desiring on their own to rejoin the Kingdom of Heaven which is
pulsating within the Divinity of my heart.



As these precious souls surrender to the Light, their consciousness is raised
and they begin to remember that they are Beloved Sons and Daughters of God.
With this sacred knowledge, they once again find their proper place in the
Universe. In perfect Divine Order, they are set FREE to live and cocreate the
patterns of Love and Oneness on the New Earth.   (pause)



Now this activity of Light expands and expands, and I affirm to all Life
everywhere:



"Precious Children of God, come unto me and be raised up into

the Light and Love of our Father-Mother God."   
(repeat 3 times)



As an Instrument of God, I AM accepting these precious souls and their
unascended energies into my 5th-Dimensional Solar Heart Flame so that I can
Love them FREE. I AM in Holy Communion with my Father-Mother God, and as my
recalcitrant sisters and brothers enter my Heart Flame, they are also in Holy
Communion with my Father-Mother God.



Now rather than feeling rejected and thus perpetuating their negative behavior,
my sisters and brothers feel accepted and loved as the innate Children of God
they are. They voluntarily release themselves into the Light, and they become
One with all of the great forcefields and momentums of Divine Light throughout
the whole of Creation.



I rejoice that recalcitrant souls and their unascended energies are finding
their way Home through me, and I release myself into the Peace of KNOWING:



"My I AM Presence is handling ALL imperfection perfectly."

Father-Mother God, from your glorious Heart I came into being, and into your
Loving Heart one day-when my service here on Earth is through-I shall return. I
thank you for the privilege of having life and for my physical embodiment
during this sacred time when Divine Love and the patterns of perfection for the
New Earth are being established on this planet.



In deep humility, I offer you the cup of my consciousness as a Holy Grail
through which the Light of Creation will flow to fulfill the Divine Plan for
the New Earth.



Beloved Father-Mother God from this moment forth, with every breath I take,
empower me with the ability to radiate the Love of my I AM Presence to all Life
evolving on this planet.    And so it is!  Beloved I
AM That I AM.

New Age Study of Humanity's Purpose

2013 has most certainly taken off

in ways beyond my wildest

expectations. There is hustling and bustling on all levels and Kuthumi-Agrippa and Mary Magdalene are working with me day and night to get all the information through so as to prepare for everything coming our way - now and in the future.

This month we have two planets turning retrograde - Saturn in Scorpio on Monday the 18th of Feb and Mercury in Pisces on Saturday the 23rd of Feb. The last time Saturn was in Scorpio was in December 1982. Saturn is the slowest moving planet and takes approximately 2,2 years to complete it's movement through a constellation, thus, this retrograde is taking us back to unresolved issues which occurred during that 2,2 year cycle beginning in December 1982.

Retrogrades offer us the opportunity to re-visit the past so as to attain closure and move forward. Saturn rules time, karma and our fears, therefore, in time, by applying discipline and investing the time and energy it takes to work through our fears and working hard to "pay off" our karma, Lord Saturn rewards us with a clean slate and releases us of our karma and fears. So remind yourself daily that because Saturn, the greater malefic, is the Lord of Time and Karma, he demands that we take the time to apply the discipline and implement the boundaries and structures required to work into our karma/fears in an orderly fashion and persevere patiently so as to transform it, rise above it and manifest the equal but opposite of that which we perceive and experience as negative -that is the reward for our hard work.

Saturn in Scorpio is helping us "die" to the old and be "reborn" into a complete and utterly new paradigm of consciousness and life experience. We now have to address the authentic parts of ourselves that "died" in the past, resurrect them, and transform that old energy into something new and reclaim our power, as well as address the parts of ourselves that fear the "death" process. We cannot transform our lives without being willing to dig deep and address the wounded, obsessive, smoldering, paranoid, resentful, unforgiving aspects of our psyche that deceive us into believing we're not good enough. If we insist on suppressing our emotions it will explode into something very nasty, vindictive and hurtful and destroy the good, as well as the negative, but that is not the way it needs to be done.

Therefore, during the upcoming Mercury retrograde take the time out to draw your energy inward and rest, review, re-asses, research, revise, re-visit, deeply analyze and recognize what you need to do. As we head toward the next major turning point in December 2020 when the Aquarian Age completes it's final anchoring on Earth, we absolutely have to have mastered our emotions, because lack of emotional intelligence and maturity is what has created the world as we know it. The dysfunctions being exposed revolve around what I have already described, as well as depression brought on by lack of forgiveness and deeply buried wounds we are afraid to address. Another very important aspect of the healing opportunity we are being afforded is addressing sexual wounds and the deep-seated rage held by the "Goddess Collective" at having been misrepresented and forced into hiding. Forgiveness, signified by Scorpio, begins with the self, then we can move on to forgiving others, thus we are addressing the parts of self that deeply buried the things we wish we could forget, but have not yet forgiven.

This healing process is being greatly affected by the current Unified Twin Flame Upgrade and Power Portals activating, which is the key theme and purpose of my upcoming Pilgrimage to Bali in April. This is one of 44 major Projects of Light assigned to us by the Masters of Light so as to bring about healing to relationships and families. One of the major vulnerabilities within society which maintains the strong-hold of the Matrix of Illusion is weak and non-existent healthy functioning family structures and relationships. This serious debility has lead to a society seeking an escape from their "hell" through the abuse of drugs - illegal and prescription, alcohol, sexual promiscuity and acting out violently. This has been a cunning and successful ploy by the forces of darkness and disempowerment to ensure humanity remain imprisoned and enslaved and never catch a glimpse of the truth or their true power, never mind break free.

This is one of the major reasons why it is up to us to rise above our pain, suffering, fear and debilitation and turn the matrix of illusion upside down and inside out so that the truth be known. Not everyone will come to know or see the truth, however, that does not mean we must sit back and let what has been going on for ages continue. We are the Light and it is our responsibility to make the truth known so that those who are ready to wake up can. Instead of buying into victim consciousness and thinking we don't stand a chance because darkness and negativity have the majority rule at the moment, we must rise up and stand in our power, and slowly but surely the shift to positive power will be felt, seen and come to be the majority rule.

I have the privilege of working with a number of very powerful Lightworkers and we are all seeing the same thing. The "dark" are panicking and resorting to the most cunning, cowardly and insidious tactics to keep us down because they are under the biggest threat of all time. "They" know that we know what the truth is and no longer can "they" maintain "their" agenda as in the past, and the biggest threat to "them" is that we are growing in number, light and strength and that we have seen through the illusion and not backing down.

Here is a short list of how "they" are going about attempting to ensure the light fails:-

• Financial sabotage - unexpected      expenses, ridiculous increases in fuel, basic food requirements, inflation      etc. Crippling people financially is one of the major ploys to block us.
• Highlighting our fears and      greatest vulnerabilities by imprinting negative thoughts on our mind and      steering our focus into the negative fueling fear, anger, resentment,      self-hate, overwhelm, stress, poverty and victim consciousness,      disillusionment, self-sabotaging behavior etc.
• Petty distractions - constant      petty distractions wear away at our resolve and patience causing anxiety,      stress, fatigue, angry outbursts, moodiness and general negative      reactions. 
• Negative projections - falling      prey to the negative projections of others break us down and add to      fueling our fear and anxieties - criticism, judgement, blame, manipulation      etc. This then also leads to us projecting the same onto others or turning      it in on the self by buying into these projections.

By being aware of these tactics we are better equipped to deal with the situations when they arise. The moment you become aware of any of the above happening, immediately call in Full Infusions of the Highest Order of Light to override and disable all negative triggers. Remember, we are now dealing with a whole new paradigm of energy and have to change everything, especially the way we deal with negativity. Fully accepting and acknowledging there are negative forces attempting to deliberately disrupt us is absolutely essential if we are going to rise above this. Forget worrying about "buying into dark consciousness" if you do this, you/we've done that already, just take a look around you. It's time to "wake up" and see what's really going on. If people continue shying away from this fact by saying "I don't want to feed the dark by thinking about or admitting there are dark forces around," well, then, we don't stand a snowballs chance in hell. For goodness sake, stand up, stop with the victim and poverty consciousness and DO something about your sorry lot and make a stand! DO whatever it takes to take back your power and put an end to the misery and suffering. No one is going to come along and save you/us. We/I/you have to take the action - The Universe Supports Action (including NO action) and God helps those who help themselves! 

Complacency by Lightworkers is what negativity & darkness are counting on, as well the pattern of hiding under a rock, denying what's really going on and coming up with 101 excuses why it, whatever it may be, can't be done. In quantum physics they speak of where the universe splits and one part of the universe splits into the dark side and the other part splits into the light side, and in between the split of the two universes there is an energy flowing backwards and forwards all the time. There comes a point however where that energy either then pours into the darker universe and that becomes the primary reality, or it pours into the light universe and that becomes the primary reality. This is what we are getting closer and closer to - that determining moment where it is either going to be the dark universe that becomes the world we live in, or the light universe that becomes the world we live in. Kuthumi-Agrippa and Mary Magdalene have suggested we also work with or revisit Cosmic Laws 33, 34, 35 and 36 to accelerate our healing and integrate the higher aspects of self in relation to what the Masters of Light are currently bringing our attention to so as to achieve the levels of healing we desire.  

In light of all the new work and Projects of Light underway we are planning a pilgrimage to Hungary in June and Greece in September 2013. I am busy finalizing these itineraries and will make them available within the next week. This is a time of profound change, but we have the tools to transform the darkness of self into it's equal but light opposite. Utilize this time of the retrograde cycle to delve into your wounded aspects and heal them. We are not alone in this effort and quest. As Kuthumi-Agrippa always says: "Trust in the many invisible arms that hold you and the many invisible hearts that love you."

Ask a flower in the field: ‘Do you feel useful? After all, you do nothing but produce the same flowers over and over?’ And the flower will answer: ‘I am beautiful, and beauty is my reason for living.’

Ask the river: ‘Do you feel useful, given that all you do is to keep flowing in the same direction?’ And the river will answer: ‘I’m not trying to be useful, I’m trying to be a river.’

Nothing in this world is useless in the eyes of God. Not a leaf from a tree falls, not a hair from your head, not even an insect dies because it was of no use. Everything has a reason to exist.

Even you, the person asking the question. ‘I’m useless’ is the answer you give yourself. Soon that answer will poison you and you will die while still alive, even though you still walk, eat, sleep and try to have a little fun whenever possible.

         Don’t try to be useful. Try to be yourself: that is enough, and that makes all the difference.

Hi Everyone !

Are you happy? I mean truly happy, peaceful and content inside? Do you ever wake up in the morning and find the worry and stressful memories are the first things that come to mind? Well I don’t know about you..but I am almost certain that we were not created to live with these types of feelings. People try to be happy..filling their days with this and with that…but true happiness and joy must start within. 2013 has not started out the way most people would of hoped given the huge shift of consciousness that occurred on Dec 21st, 2012 (winter solstice). The first 6 weeks or so of this year have been very tough for many..emotional, physically and mentally. That is why I am asking you if you are happy. The challenges and adversities that present themselves to each member of the human race must be put into some managing perspective and ultimately put to resolution. Let’s look at how this can be started now.

Authentic happiness..not the surface stuff that you put out into the world…I’m talking real authentic happiness and peace…can only develop and radiate from your heart chakra. PERIOD. This is a fact. The heart chakra is the lens or channel through which your true joy will be found; and will be lived. Therefore..it is necessary this week to have a good look at your own heart chakra. No excuses..if you want to shift into happiness..abundance..aligned living..Divine presence..etc..etc…then you need to have a definite awareness of your heart. If you heart chakra is hurting from past pains, sorrows and sufferings..then you will not achieve the happiness you deserve in this life. Issues can be healed in the present..it is not something you need to wait to happen. Even just bringing your attention to your heart at this time…prompting you to focus on it…will begin the process. Why? Because INTENTION is 95% of the success..you are desiring to heal and be happy…you are looking for the shift…therefore..your INTENTION is the first major step to your success.

Take a moment to yourself..alone..and sit quietly. Try to imagine that your heart chakra centre..which is located where your Thymus gland is in the upper centre of your chest…has the harmony and vibration that a beautiful rose (flower) does. Just for symbolic purpose. That vibration..that energy Intelligence has a fragrance to it..you likely know how pleasant a rose smells…Try to imagine that fragrance right now..being emitted from your upper heart chakra. Try to imagine that each time you take a deep breath doing this..you can smell that rose..and the rose responds by opening up to your good thoughts..and opens up to the Light of the Sun..you may even feel a nice warm feeling in your chest. Now you have stirred the LOVE in your heart. That is how we start..we need awareness of our heart centre.

We are all Divine in origin..therefore we all have LOVE in our hearts. This love needs to come out and be practiced and enjoyed in your physical life. The heart chakra needs to work in an ebb and flow…giving and receiving. Open your heart to receive and let your life start to take the shift in consciousness that you are looking for. They say February is a month all about love..with Valentine’s Day and all that… Doesn’t true LOVE start within? Not from a hallmark greeting card or flowers. Dear Friends ~

You do not need to study anything in order to receive the divine truth within. Every soul that has incarnated onto this earthplane has arrived in the only school they need to realize their inherent spirituality This earth school supplies everyone with enough life experiences for each journey. Every incarnation provides excellent opportunities to experience the polarities through different life circumstances.

We may not remember why we chose to come here, but that does not matter. Earthlife will take care of your spiritual lessons each and everyday. It is how we handle ourselves and treat others that reveal to the aware person what their weaknesses and strengths are.

Not every soul is mindful of the wealth of opportunities that confronts each one when life takes a sudden turn in very unexpected directions. A huge test for sure, and when in the thick of such a situation, it can sometimes awaken within the strength that we all have hidden inside of us. How can we know of this enormous strength if we are never put into a situation which makes one dig as deep as they can to find the strength, and perhaps the solutions that are needed. Building spiritual muscles would be a good term to use when life becomes very challenging.

Knowledge does not provide you with the experiences you need for your particular life's journey. It does not matter if you are rich or poor, a university graduate or illiterate, for it is the love and courage we have within that will provide the necessary tools to face this life and all it has to offer. What it has to offer each soul is of course as vast as the stars in the sky. That is why this third dimensional world was created, to make one feel through their physicality what the basis of life is all about. If everything you have in the world is taken from you, what is left? Your divine self within. Perhaps the distractions of the world need to be taken in order to experience oneself and begin the journey inwards.

Sanyasi's are people who are aware of how valuable life is to renounce the physical world in order to be completely focused on the spiritual. It is with conscious choice that they give away their possessions and keep only the basic necessities of life. No unnecessary distractions is what is chosen by many on this earth, and not only in India. Even in western society one may renounce the physical world in their own private way and live a very quiet and focused life, communing with nature and the divine.

Yes dear friends, everything you need for spiritual advancement is already inside of you. Treat it as your own treasure-trove of precious jewels just waiting to be discovered. Approach the inner journey with joy and reverence for the beautiful spark of God within, and with the love you have for your Godself , feel it expand into the fullness of flame.

Atmanam viddhi - Know thyself. Each individual has to know himself. He has to know himself as the infinite, eternal and immortal Consciousness. The concept of Infinity, Eternity and Immortality is absolutely foreign to us. Why? The reason is quite simple. We live in the body, rather than in the soul. To us the body is everything. There is nothing and can be nothing beyond the body. The existence of the soul we consider sheer imagination. But I assure you that the soul is not imaginary. It is at once the life and the revelation of the Cosmic Reality. Most of us live in the body, in the earthbound physical consciousness. Our teacher is Darkness; our professor is Ignorance. But if ever we live in the soul, we shall see that our teacher is Vision and our professor is Illumination.

"Life is effort." So says the body. "Life is blessing." So says the soul. The human in man does not want to go beyond morality, society and humanity. The divine in man comes down from divinity into humanity, from unity into multiplicity.

Atmanam viddhi. Know thyself. The seers of the Upanishads not only discovered this Truth Transcendental but offered it to the suffering, crying and striving mankind. In order to know oneself, one has to discover oneself first. What is self discovery? Self discovery is God-Realization.

Without Yoga there is no self discovery. Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is the Universal Truth. It is the traditional truth of India. It is the most important experience of life. True Yoga and life go together. They cannot be separated. If you try to separate them, you will fail. Yoga and life are as inseparable as the Creator and the Creation.

Is Yoga another name for severe asceticism? Positively not. Is Yoga another name for self-discipline? Decisively yes. Does Yoga demand the rejection of the world and the starvation of the senses? No, never. Does Yoga demand the acceptance of the world and mastery over the senses? Yes, a mighty Yes. Is Yoga for everybody? Yes and no. Yes, because each human soul has come from God and inwardly aspires to return to Him. No, because some people, at their present stage of development, feel they can live without God.

Can learning and reasoning offer man self realization? No. Mere book knowledge ends in self deception. Why? Because a man of knowledge feels that he has achieved the infinite wisdom. Unfortunately, he does not know that the real Infinite Wisdom can come only from God, from God Realization. Mere mental reasoning ends in self-frustration.

Can dedication and aspiration offer man self realization? Yes. Man's dedication is his heart flower offered at the Feet of God. Man's aspiration is his soul fruit placed in the Lap of God.

For self realization, man needs freedom. God gives him freedom. What is freedom? Freedom is God's sacrifice-power and man's miracle-power. Sri Ramakrishna, the great spiritual Master of India, once remarked, "The wretch who constantly says, 'I am bound, I am bound,' only succeeds in being bound. He who says day and night, 'I am a sinner, I am a sinner,' verily becomes a sinner. One must have such burning faith in God that one can say, 'What? I have repeated God's name, so how can sin still cling to me? How can I be a sinner anymore?'"

We must cherish positive thoughts, positive ideas, positive ideals. Only then will our Goal no longer remain a far cry. Each man has to feel, "I am at the Feet of God, my own Master. I am in the Hands of God, my own Creator. I am in the Heart of God, my only Beloved."

"Ask and it shall be given to you; seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you." I asked. My Lord bestowed His boundless Compassion on me. I sought. My Lord gave me His infinite Love. I knocked. To my utter surprise, the door was not bolted from inside. My sweet Lord was eagerly expecting my arrival. Lo, I am come!

Dear Ascending Family,

The process of the externalization of the Krystal Star frequency into matter, as its mathematical proportions come into alignment with the core planetary architecture, has begun.  Our body consciousness is experiencing displaced time, as we are very slowly folding into the upward spiral that is created when the time membranes dissolve. These “time” membranes are levels of the blueprint in the planetary architecture that exist within the multiple dimensional layers that are “synonymous” with time and space. They are membranes that kept energy separate in “dimensional containers” which are also timelines, many of which are dissolving into non-differentiated energy units back into the planetary body essence.  This means that certain time and space containers, which include, past or future timelines are ceasing to exist as they did before. This is the meaning behind the funeral phrase, “Earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust." As time and space cease to exist as we have known it in the past, this may have many different impacts on your body, mind and spirit consciousness. The implication and impact to our multidimensional bodies are vast, and this requires that we undergo a Recalibration process to be in alignment with our inner source presence. This also is a Recalibration process that is required within the planetary body itself, as well as the interface of our energetic relationship with the planetary body. Every being will have a unique transition with that occurrence, and the waves of this Recalibration process have begun for many of us now.

The recalibration occurrence for the planetary body is in proportion to the Krystal Current energetic flow held within the Krystal frequency buffer field. These are the Krystal Star Spires and its network that was placed into the planetary brain and key points in its consciousness layers (the planetary aura and its demographic area stargate system). The gradual flow of the Krystal Current is being circulated throughout multiple layers of the complex planetary neural (nadial) network. The combined frequency tones that generate the Krystal Current (called inter-dimensional resonators) make up the merkabic geometry patterns of the Krystal Star. These sets of merkabic geometries hold mathematical patterns that reset the entire planetary grid structure into trinitized energy formats. This must happen slowly and gradually to support the transition of all biological life on earth as safely as possible.   Many of us are the planetary “acupuncture points” of frequency and as our body resonates to these new frequency tone patterns, we are undergoing a major biological upgrade.  The recalibration process to the Krystal current has begun a series of extremely deep cellular changes that impact our bodies dramatically.

Generating Cycle

At this time our planet begins a newly seeded Ascension timeline enhanced with massive creative and destructive forces, which is a part of beginning the natural cycle required to move to the next phase of planetary evolution.  In order to begin the cycle of generating the balanced forces required to build these new creations, we will experience the destruction of the old paradigm and its structures. This will be observed in every possible permutation of our existence, our personal lives and the world at large. Many bloated governments and corporatocracies will not be able to exploit groups of people in the ways that made them hugely financially successful in the past.  The material platforms that made it possible energetically are starting to dissolve and these structures will sink along with it. More people will decide to find their courage and solidarity to finally join with each other to find better resolutions beyond these controller structures. This is a part of the inspiration of humanities spirit influencing group consciousness and community awareness that generates the momentum to solve the serious issues that humanity faces. This means many more potentially shocking revelations are to come to the masses which require looking behind the controller façade to see what has been hidden. This forces human transformation into a forward progression amidst the chaos of these crumbling structures. As the momentum of great change accelerates it requires both adaptability and flexibility to let go of the past behaviors, beliefs and patterns. The spirit has the intelligence to know which pathway to follow, while the undisciplined ego mind may lockdown in fear creating confusion. We are experiencing both a death cycle and birth cycle simultaneously that is propelling us forward into the next platform of our spiritual growth. This is a time of generating new energetic structures and new material structures on the planet that are based in the balance of the trinity between energies.

Some of us are feeling an incredible relief from recent changes that free us up to move and explore in other directions.  Many heavy burdens have been lifted from the past, yet many of us are standing in front of a massive change of “nothingness”.  We can feel the “shifting sands” while at the same time there may be a sensation of vast nothingness before you.  This is the process of becoming empty and is not to be feared. This change includes a deep recalibration of our bodies which may be intensely physical, mental or emotional. These changes can be embraced or feared, depending on one’s willingness to adapt and will dictate the intensity of the experience we have moving forward.

Inner Alchemy

Ancient wisdom texts have long spoken about the essential Trinity of Energies of which are required to sustain human life and further, how they define our cycles of relationship to the planet and Cosmos. The attainment of Inner Alchemy between this internal trinity of energies is what leads to the embodiment of our inner spiritual light. (The Krystal or Cosmic Christ Consciousness) These energies work within a “Trinity of Unity”. When we bring our being into inner energetic balance, only then, we are naturally capable of its inner alchemy.  Our recalibration process is including the eventual inner alchemy of these forces that are newly present on the earth. Therefore the events in December 2012 have made this process of inner alchemy possible for humanity for the first time on this planet.  Ancient Esoteric studies have given pieces of this wisdom throughout many rigorous studies, exercises, meditations, and many years of devoted discipline to achieve alchemy. In many cases these techniques and principles were studied in secrecy for many lifetimes to finally achieve spiritual liberation. Our planetary consciousness cycle is requiring that we move from the esoteric doctrine (that which is hidden) to the exoteric doctrine (that which is made public).  As such the reflection in the macrocosm will show more of our inner to the outer world and we will observe this in others in our environment.  We will see what things are really made of. Less will remain hidden and humanity will begin to realize the larger picture that interconnects all relationships and is the causation of events.

Previous alchemy studies would attempt to use external substances, objects, elixir or medicines to activate the inner alchemical process from outer stimuli. Some of the history of this “outer alchemy” process came at an expense to which damage was incurred that distorted the original DNA pattern.  

The real inner alchemy is recognizing that by working with the energies that are already present in the human body, this is the organic alchemy process of our spirit, as opposed to using any substance from outside of the body.

This Inner Alchemy is becoming possible at this time as a natural part of the biological process of Spiritual Ascension.  With this, the human body becomes the “holy sepulcher” (or cauldron) of which houses the Trinity of Energies that cultivates superior health and balance between the body, emotions, mind and spirit. When perfect energetic balance or the “kinship of the three” unites, through the inner alchemy between these energies, all aspects of the multidimensional being return to the Oneness. Ultimately as we return to the primordial Unity of the God Source, we are then resurrected into our eternal body through the Eternal Light of God.

Internal Trinity or Three Treasures

At the end of the cycle in December, our planet began to receive the Quintessence of the Universal Mother (Cosmic Aether element) which is the substance that sparks and animates the terrestrial matter of elemental life alchemically. This Cosmic Aether is transmuting the base elements of our earth, as well as the elementals of our fleshly body. The application of Mother’s Quintessence to the DNA elements of physical matter is the beginning of the alchemical rising of the Inner Christos. There are tangible externalizations as the result of this element being introduced to the planetary energy body, which had not been introduced before. The Quintessence is alchemically changing the Internal Trinity of energies and how these energies reside within the human body and flesh. Most of us did not have these energies or qualities cultivated or developed from this last cycle which was defined as vampirism and consumptive modeling. During this time our bodies are undergoing many changes in order to accommodate this internal trinity of energies which eventually lead to our inner energetic balance and thus, sacred union.

The Internal Trinity or Three Treasures consist of: Vital Essence (Jing), Breath-Life force (Qi), and God Spirit (Shen).  

Jing 精 "nutritive essence, essence; refined, perfected; extract; spirit, demon; sperm, seed"

Qi 氣 "vitality, energy, force; air, vapor; breath; current; vigor; attitude"

Shen 神 "spirit, soul, intelligence, god, deity, monad; supernatural being"

Internal Trinity Becomes One

To balance and unify the internal trinity of energies it is necessary to focus on Unity in one’s life and in one’s body. When we “see” Unity, it is when we conduct our life through understanding that we are interconnected with all things in every way.  The Internal Trinity of energies makes up all life, and everything that exists. Each of us is able to understand and practice this inner alchemy on our own, by following the guidance of balancing our inner spiritual energies. As we inquire to the areas where we can bring balance between these energies, we are guided to get rid of harmful blockages so that the body’s energetic balance can be restored.  Many of us have blockages or leakages in one or all of these internal energies. We are entering a time where these blockages will require to be cleared to generate our newly sustained body built through the nourishing balance of these energies.  The Mother’s Quintessence is accelerating and supporting this process in our fleshly bodies through the activation of the internal trinity of energies. In turn the Krystal current tones are re-encrypting the elemental record of the fleshly body systems. It is the time to become aware of these energies as consciously operating the intelligence in one’s body.

The Vital Essence, Jing corresponds to the energies of the physical body. The conserving of jing/essence in the body is heavily focused on the capacity of the actual internal alchemy process. If we abuse our physical body and leak our energies, then internal alchemy is not possible.  The natural laws are one of conservation, so as we conserve and use our physical energies efficiently and wisely; it nourishes the other two energy relationships. This is why many of us during the spiritual ascension process will find ourselves, silent, still, sleeping or conserving physical energy. Our bodies, muscles and parts need to learn how to become extremely relaxed to allow the inner energies to move throughout the body systems.  This essence is stored in the kidneys, and relates to the etheric imprint that carries our DNA record and stores its karmic history in our blood. When we are stressed out, using addictive substances, getting little rest or sleep, abusing our sexual life, our bodily essence is quickly drained. As we seek balance within our body, we balance our vital essence contained in the body and this supports the Internal Trinity of energies. When we discipline ourselves to bring balance to our body and relaxation to our mind, (clear negative ego) the Spirit (Shen) takes over its functions through the jing body essence, and this is highly desirable.

The Breath-Life Force, Qi is defined as the "natural energy of the universe" and can be found in everything; it is that which animates the movement of a form. Qi has many different colors and frequency levels which determine its energetic quality. However, as we consciously participate with obtaining a positive flow of Qi in our body, this life force flows through the body in paths moving to each individual organ, and throughout the many layers of the physical body matrix. We can build or gather Qi life force though breath-work, chakra focus, mental concentration, group intention, martial arts or meditation. By understanding its color, rhythm and flow one can gather or direct life force Qi for positive effects. As we become more in tune with the energy flow and colors around us, we do not push against the flow. Therefore, we sustain much more life force for our use. We cease to require energies from other things. As we learn to sustain our inner life force, we evolve to undergo biological spiritual expansion of embodying these colored Qi energies and their frequencies.  If we leak or deplete ourselves of life force we stagnate and constrict our multidimensional bodies into blockages. These blockages are then used by negative forces which cleave on to harvest those dense energies. In the beginning stages of kundalini awakening we are interconnected to the lower levels of Planetary Qi, which is a finite energy source. As we balance the internal trinity we expand to the Universal Qi and our light body is nourished by cosmic energies. The quality and frequency of the Life Force becomes increasingly more high and refined. (i.e. the quality of Krystal current life force is a much more refined and a higher frequency than the lower base tone energies of first phase planetary Kundalini) Through being in balance with the movement of Qi life force, not using force, ridding oneself of parasites and leakages, the Spirit (Shen) take over its functions in the multidimensional body. Having given the Spirit (Shen) full control over all aspects of the multidimensional bodies (physical, emotional, mental) is the pathway to full inner alchemy and spiritual liberation.  

The God Spirit, Shen is the Original Spirit of the body. We define original spirit in order to establish there are possessing lower spirits that can attach to the human body and attempt to control it. The goal is to establish single One Spirit occupancy within the body. This is one’s Original God Spirit. At this time we can acknowledge that all that happens in the body is ultimately sourcing from the relationship we have to our God Spirit. If we do not know ourselves then we do not know our Original Spirit. One cannot know God Spirit until knowing themselves, through becoming self-aware. Through meditation, prayer and heart focused inspiration we can become conscious of our original God Spirit or Shen.  Our Spirit access is through our heart, comprises our nervous system and when embodied resides in the seat of our being, the hara complex. The balance and health of our Original Spirit in matter relies on the balance of the body essence and life force. One of the three cannot exist without the other. Our spirit energies are an intelligence that comprises many complex levels of our multidimensional being.  Our God Spirit energies descending into our body is ultimately the meaning of “consciousness”. The consciousness intelligence of our original spirit overrides the lower ego mental body.  We embody consciousness at the varying levels when we embody our spirit body intelligence at various levels. The embodiment of our One God Spirit intelligence bodies is a biological energetic expansion and evolution process called Spiritual Ascension. This means our auric body and its energies expand to encompass more layers of the Planetary, Galactic and Universal fields of multidimensional consciousness until achieving Oneness. The process of Spiritual Ascension is the natural and organic process of biological evolution for every living thing. This opportunity has returned to this planet through the Krystal Hosting and begins a cycle of planetary and human bodily transmutation.   

Reconnecting Body Parts to One God Spirit

Additionally our physical body parts can have varying degrees of embodied spiritual intelligence. Ultimately our goal is to reconnect every body part, every organ, every gland and all cellular tissue to be reconnected fully to our One God Spirit energies. These energies are intelligent and will change the function of our body parts. The body parts have increased functions when being fully operated by our original spirit and through holding higher dimensional frequencies.  Much of this is unknown to current science at this time. We are undergoing a change in our physical body parts that will manifest many different anomalies to the medical system.  Many body parts and organs were not operating as they were designed to function because of alien machinery and alien implants.  These inorganic energies and their imprints and residue will continue to require clearing and re-encryption through the Krystal Host to be able to run the internal trinity of energies properly. Some of us have begun this process now through the recalibration of physical reconnections which are deeply impacting layers of the following bodily matrices:

The Skeletal, Cranium and Bone Matrix

The Muscle and Ligament Matrix

The Circulatory and Lymphatic System Matrix

The Organ and Endocrine System Matrix

The Immunity Matrix and Blood Chemistry Matrix

The Brain Systems and Central Nervous System Matrices

Epidermal layers, Skin, Hair and Nails

These layers are all ultimately associated to energetic intelligence held within our One God Spirit body.  

It is suggested to request One God Spirit to reconnect all body parts and body intelligence matrices to the control of your Original Spirit.

This will begin to activate the inner alchemy process. When we reach inner energetic balance to unify the internal trinity of energies our Spirit (Monad) will take over the functions of these matrices to correct the systems they operate. All of these bodily energetic matrices have been impacted, implanted or damaged by alien machinery.  Once we are aligned, our spiritual intelligence will re-pattern and override these inorganic energies to correction through reconnection and re-encryption. Depending on one’s unique energetic signature and ascension pathway will determine how involved one will be asked to observe and carry out this process. Starseeds that are ascension prototypes and building bodily templates will have a much more detailed regime than another person without that mission. This group may have been undergoing dramatic or specific health regime to begin the bodily recalibration process at this time. (i.e. Cleansing, purification, fasting, sleeping, session or body work.)

Some of us may experience this physical reconnection and recalibration in more detail in the coming months. The Krystal tone pattern is a trinitized wave format which overrides the bi-polar geometries and reversal energy systems in our bodies and the planet.  The internal trinity of energies becomes Unity or Oneness. 

The Main Elements Organ Soul

The God Spirit is both a singular concept and a plural concept to describe its energetic reality.  In a plural concept of our God Spirit, our bodily organs are a part of that spirit yet each have their own soul. Each Organ’s Soul has a purpose, intelligence and function to contribute to the overall whole of a healthy and balanced body. When a body part cannot contribute its purpose it can also become depressed. When it’s depressed/blocked it can become “sick”.  All living things desire to be in their highest creative expression of spirit, even one’s bodily organs. This means there is a spiritual-energetic intelligence that can be communicated with as a part of your body functions and organ systems. This will become increasingly obvious as we evolve in this future cycle. Each soul blueprint of the main organs also holds an imprint of the elemental instruction set to activate that particular DNA code element in the body. So this means that the organs health and happiness will contribute its energetic intelligence to build, activate and merge the elemental base of the chemical lens existing in the DNA of your body.

Through the Cosmic Aether returning to the earth, (Mother’s Quintessence) the base elemental consciousness units are undergoing transmutation. This is a long term process of change. This means the elemental consciousness units on the earth, and the elemental units that make up our own physical body, are undergoing transformation. The re-encryption process of the elemental consciousness units are being overseen by the Aurora Host Projects. The Aurora elemental consciousness units are a part of the re-encryption of the base elementals on planet to ensure the Spiritual Ascension timeline manifests.  The elements, Air, Water, Fire, Earth and now Cosmic Aether are the consciousness units that make up the elemental (physical body) and the body substance of the earth. This transmutation of elements is required to activate many new levels of spirit (soul) essence into embodied physical matter. This is akin to the reanimation of souls in a way we had not existed with previously. One such change is realizing our body parts have a soul intelligence of their own that is a part of our original spirit self.

These body organ tissues are directly animated by the Elemental substance and undergo process of transmutation to hold the Soul intelligence as well as the internal trinity of energies pattern.  These biological upgrades are beginning now to be experienced as deep changes in our bodily organs and blood. This is a part of the inner alchemy also being experienced by bringing the elementals in our body into unity with each other. We can directly communicate with the intelligence of the Soul of our main organs to bridge their reconnection, as well as ask them what they may need from us.

The Heart Soul (Fire) – communicates and links to the God Spirit, is the ruler of the body and controls the balance between all of the other organ systems and the hormonal systems.  When we reach into the quiet place of the heart, we commune with God Spirit and receive guidance. When we are centered in our heart with quiet awareness and loving kindness, harmony is created in our being at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. In this way we affect our own well-being and positively influence the well-being of all around us. If we take a look at the doctrines of Confucius, the guidelines are: do not will, do not strive, do not be inflexible, do not be egotistical, do not be self-righteous, do not expect things, and do not force things. We see that the art of nourishing the heart had already been fully understood during the ancient times. Even though the Ancient Masters never said much about medicine, they certainly understood how to nourish the heart soul. The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body, thousands of times stronger than that produced by the brain. The energy field generated by the heart permeates every cell and acts as a unifying frequency for the entire body. (Counterpart: Small Intestine)

The Kidney Soul (Water) – the repository for circulating vital essence and the center which manages the bodily fluids. If not following the heart (spirit) but controlled by the mind, the kidney becomes gripped in fear. Intense or prolonged fear, the emotion associated with the kidney, will cause injury to the kidney soul. The other way around, a physical deficiency of kidney essence can cause a disposition for panic attacks and fearful behavior. A society that promotes sexual addiction and fear is designed to remove the personal will power by first stealing the kidney soul essence from the unaware person. Once the kidney has relinquished its control over the bodily essence from fear, addiction sets within the energetic center, and the path to control the heart and nervous system (possess the soul) is near. Clearing fear and addictions greatly support the kidney soul. (Counterpart: Urinary Bladder)

The Spleen Soul (Earth) – The Spleen has been impaled with an alien crucifixion implant and is undergoing rehabilitation in order to function in its true soul. It holds the earth element and its function is relevant to the liberation of planet earth. The Spleen’s higher function is to infuse our blood with spiritual light, the tones of our Krystal keys. As our blood purifies, the heart, soul and body are purified into the “House of God, where Christ can dwell. “  When healthy and functioning the spleen soul purifies the blood of miasma and karmic record. It is the piecing of Christ body with the Spear of Destiny that recorded this alien implant in the spleen.  It symbolizes the tainting of the blood of Christ to a destiny of karmic redemption. Those who wanted to control the World as False Gods, control the laws of God governing humanity, were to defile this symbolic artifact through bloodlust ritual.  Continued bloodshed on the earth maintained the crucifixion of the Christ, specifically the spleen implant, which existed as the redemptive vehicle for others karmic actions on earth.  This meant the perpetrator of karmic transgressions would superimpose his will upon others by recording it in their blood. This superimposed manipulation of others energies is ending on earth now, through the return to rightful owner. All is recorded in the body, and the spleen.  Within the spleen exists the "map" of the elemental body, which is the blueprint of our etheric body. The spleen tells the pancreas what the stomach is required to digest. (Counterpart: Stomach)

The Lungs Soul (Aether) - All bodily life force has its physical origin in the lung. If the lung's qi is clear, then there is not a single type of life force in the body that will not flow along smoothly. The large intestine is the bowel associated with the lung. Both the lungs and large intestine will harbor grief or blockages from a refusal to let go of the past from regrets or pain. Both bodily areas will harbor ancestral attachments that have remained as unresolved emotional conflicts. Resolving these emotional conflicts, primarily grief and sadness will free the Lung Soul.  To move forward into transformation with the ease of feeling supported by Spirit requires the development of the ease of the breath.  Taking deep abdominal breaths opens the Lungs Soul gateway to support “embodied knowing” and the ability to move on from deep and painful patterns.  When the Lung Soul energies are not protected with appropriate boundaries it produces an extreme sensitivity to outer influences on a psychic level. This is an example of understanding “breathing room” and the requirement of the personal space. As an example without enough breathing room, other people’s negativity “gets in” without awareness and creates bodily disturbances such as digestive upsets, headache, etc.  Without creating boundaries to protect the Lung Soul, (breathing room) this creates the feeling of being “invaded” and overwhelmed by people and events. Taking the time to create breathing room, personal space, breath work, meditation and quiet time will support the protection and development of the Lung Soul. (Counterpart: Large Intestine)

The Liver Soul (Air) - The liver is the organ that is in charge of storing and reading the blood. If a person moves around in a waking state, then the blood is distributed throughout the body; if a person rests, the blood returns to the liver. The Liver Soul is the seat of the spiritual purpose and it gives the ability to discern our path, stay clear in our direction and be true to ourselves. When the Liver Soul is disturbed people often feel angry and experience life as one injustice after another. When the spiritual purpose is not being expressed, the Liver will become depressed. Heavy ancestral karmic patterns left unresolved are attached to the seat of spiritual purpose which resides in the Liver Soul. Anger outbursts are poison and dry up the liver and the blood. Ancestral clearing and releasing fragments and attachments relieve the Liver Soul of burden. It is crucial to clear the body and mind of toxic substances and to recognize alcohol and mind altering drugs as the potent soul disturbing influences they are. Letting go of these self-destructive behaviors such as anger as well as liver cleansing with herbs are extremely potent ways to heal. (Counterpart: Gallbladder)

All of the Organ Souls are female principle energy and desire to work with their counterpart organ first. This is to create the balance of itself and its higher functions as manifested in pairs of opposite energies. All creation is based on gender pairing and it is the same for our bodily organ system. As we balance our internal energies we are bringing sacred marriage between our own bodily organs. Our body is recalibrating to become in balance between the gender pairs. We are entering a time where the emphasis of sacred union is now upon the internal body parts.

Troubled Grids

As many of us are experiencing deep internal change from these frequency shifts, there are the external contingents that are resisting these changes by refusing to adapt. These are the usual divide and conquer tactics of the negative alien agenda to continue to split apart the energetic balancing of gender pairs. These groups are clearly hostile when it comes to having to give up this piece. Controlling sexuality through the gender distortions and enforcing these schism through abuse, have yielded them control over the planet and humanity. In certain areas use of alien technology to disrupt the energy field, create EMF and other frequency disturbances have been in aggressive usage. Setting your calm and protective space with 12D shielding will bring support in these areas.

Disruptions in the Michael-Mary harnesses and their related grid networks, such as what is referred to as Cathar lines has been troubled with conflicts in the planetary body.  These Ley Lines hold embedded traumatic memories that are relevant to the distortions in the hologram of the KING and QUEEN archetypes and/or the sacred marriage between the masculine and feminine energies. Many unrevealed histories of unresolved war trauma and their genocide between humanity and the planetary invasion were used to split apart sacred marriage, defile the Mother and Christ consciousness and promote sexual misery programs to the human race. These are the old Vesica Pisces programs using bi-polar geometry attached to the Jesus/Magdalene, Michael/Mary, Cathar/Essene lines (fleur di lis implants) leading to Quebec and Calgary, as well as the Roselines and St. Michael lines in the UK. These areas have been surfacing painful memories of planetary trauma into the energy field which include spiritual-energetic fragments, attachments and soul bodies. These are the causation memories of the many historical events which led to the mutation of the female and male union and their ‘archetypal identities” due to multiple tragic events. The energetic result may cause sympathies to the gender/sex organs if we are sensitive and a part of these lineages or feel connected to these archetypes. Many people and entities have been erupted from out of these spaces.

• Take a stand in what ever small ways you can, not by making a power out of ideas representing beliefs of duality, but by gently planting seeds of truth without any expectations, where you can . You need not preach, but simply and silently hold the light of truth within dear ones, and be available for those who want more (truth).

  Many awakening souls are afraid and need validation regarding new emotions and ideas they find themselves experiencing. When an individual’s background has only been in and of the three dimensional belief system, a shift into perceiving the world in new and different ways can cause confusion,fear, worry, and alienation of friends and family. This is especially true for those in families or countries with strong traditional belief systems firmly in place.

  Today we again wish to speak of love. Yes, we have spoken of love many times but we wish to speak of love to help you understand that what you have been taught about love is not always love. Too many still see love as an emotional connection between people, family, or possessions. LOVE IS THE ACTIVITY OF ONENESS. Love is the interconnectedness between all that is, but this truth is interpreted according to the level of awareness within each individual.

  The powerful energy shift and ascension process taking place at this time is moving mankind more deeply into a realization of oneness. It is a shift from metaphysics (trying to change a bad picture into a good picture through various tools) into mysticism (the realization that within the ONE there can be nothing needing to be changed). In the absolute sense, everything is already whole and perfect because if Infinite Divine Consciousness is all there is, everything must be embodied within it. The attainment of this realization is the journey, is evolution, and is where all are slowly or quickly heading.

  Meditation, crystals, oils, etc. are all tools to help you get to that place of Oneness that each and every soul unconsciously seeks and yearns for. In the third dimension this innate yearning for wholeness manifests in hundreds of ways–pharmaceuticals for every perceived need, attainment of more and more money, better sex, right foods, as well as the readily available advice of experts on any topic. Corporations and businesses believe themselves to be making the world (usually themselves) “better” in some way, but often trample on the rights of other living things and even their own workers in order to do it. These human activities represent the un-awakened soul’s concept of completeness but these creations can never satisfy a soul’s yearning for that which he really is, for they are simply concepts of the spiritual reality he is seeking.

  There must be an understanding of this as you move into the next stage of your journey. Too many are still stuck in the teachings of metaphysics believing it to be the fullness of spiritual truth. Metaphysics is a good place to start and has assisted almost every spiritual student in their shift from duality and separation into truth but there is much more–you are ready to go deeper. It is difficult to throw away the tools that have served you well in your journey, so we say keep them and love them, but understand that you do not NEED them.

  You have learned that you are Divine beings who have chosen lifetimes of human experiences in order to experience evolutionary lessons and which have often been difficult and painful. In the past, new and higher ideas came to man through metaphysical teachings and teachers who understood deeper realities, however try not to become stuck at that level. Many of you were a part of the ancient mystery schools which taught new ideas on the use and manipulation of energy. This has evolved into current day metaphysical teachings and so for some of you, metaphysics feels very comfortable and familiar. There were a few at that time who were not evolved enough to realize that this information was not a self serving toy and so through the selfish use of this knowledge began what is now called the “dark arts”.

  There were in ancient times and still are a few highly resonating temples of healing where evolved healers use energy, light, oils, color, and sound to bring into alignment individual energy fields that may be in discord. This is beautiful and sacred work done by aware and highly resonating beings for those seeking help in this way. Many are still doing this sacred work through old and new healing modalities which become energetically higher as the “healer” himself evolves.

  The point we are making is that there comes a time in everyone’s, (teacher and student), evolutionary journey when he shifts into a realization of oneness. This may come in an instant after lifetimes of spiritual seeking, or it may be a slow and gradual process. This is ascension, the attainment of that state of consciousness that realizes everything Real is perfect and held in place by Divine law and that ONE is ever manifesting ITSELF as… What you “see is what you get” as the saying goes… Your state of consciousness is interpreting for you, the divine ideas embodied within the One.

  If the tools and books of metaphysics no longer resonate with you, trust that. It means that you are moving into a state of consciousness where you will be able to get your information, guidance, and direction from within instead of from people or the tools that have helped you in the past. Meditation is a tool that helps connect you to your higher self and would be worth keeping until you are fully experiencing the reality of yourselves. This is graduation dear ones. Trust, honor, and accept that as truth.

  Letting go of obsolete tools can be a difficult step for those who may have an ego attachment to their use–those who have built their identity on teaching certain techniques or ideas but it is time for everyone take spiritual teachings to new and higher levels of interpretation which does not leave these individuals without purpose or activity, but manifests as new activities to teach and practice.

  Move deeper into your awareness regarding the purpose of tools. The use of tools, including meditation instruction telling you that you must sit this way, chant, light a candle, spine straight, feet on the floor etc, were taught because they helped the student to shift into higher dimensional energy. Most are now in that higher energy and no longer need the tools that assisted you when you were not.

  Structures formed out of old beliefs are crumbling both within and without for the energy needed to sustain them is no longer present. Physically, emotionally, and mentally mankind’s’ “house of cards” is falling. Do not be afraid when this happens, dear ones for this is what you have asked for, yearned for, and waited for–lifetime after lifetime.

  Trust, trust, trust your inner guidance. All is well and all is proceeding according to what is needed for each one even though it may not seem that way to the un-awakened eye.

Sanat Kumara and the Holy Kumara’s Are Stepping In To Assist Lightworkers In Learning to Access Our Multi-Dimensional Self through the Study of the Venusian Rays of God.

What are the Venusian Rays of God and how can they assist me more than any other teachings I am learning presently? This is probably a very good question as many individuals do not understand how the Rays of Venus can offer a depth within our soul’s memory to bring into our present awareness.

First of all, the Venus way of existence comes directly through our Beloved Teacher Lord Sanat Kumara who was the Planetary Logos until the 1950’s when this post was taken over by Lord Buddha. He is loved and admired by many lightworkers on this planet but truly, why is he so special to us? He understands the pathway of accepting a new way of existence. He has worked with many of us in between our lifetimes as we visited the planet of Venus and in most cases, spent a lifetime or two with them. He initiated the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light to assist the Goddess teachings from Lemuria to go into safe keeping through the ages of time.

We are learning to be awakened by these teachings in our present circumstances. Now he is re-appearing to many of us to help us walk into the New World of Terra Christa or the New Earth. It is time for us to remember what we have learned while experiencing life on Venus and the teachings that are very important for us in this present timeframe.

The most magnificent part of this series is that it is not just about Sanat Kumara. We have a unique opportunity to tap into a part of our history as a Lightworker to learn about Venus once again as we are introduced to the Holy Kumaras that are the seven flame holders of the Rays of God. In actuality it becomes a remembrance and not an introduction. We know and love each of these beautiful beings. They are offering their services to step into our world of creation as they ignite each of the flames within us.

Now what does this mean actually?

The Venusian Beings work and live in a 10-dimensional level of creation. It incorporates only love, pure joy, and acceptance of God’s Essence represented by the Venusian Rays to be infused within us. We work with these energies within our full body system. They do not correlate with any specific chakras but work within the framework of the Full Body System which is what we are now trying to achieve. The process that each individual will go through will help them to take the focus away from each specific chakra and intuit the ray essence to speed along the process. In actuality an individual works directly within their Highest Essence to incorporate the frequency by allowing the Mental Mind to surrender through the process. There will not be any thinking about it ~ it will just occur.

This may be confusing to someone that works deeply from their Lower Mind and are having a challenging time of understanding how to allow it to surrender into the Higher Mind. You have just found the teaching to assist you in this process. As Sanat Kumara as our guide, he introduces each individual to each of the flame holders that will work with each person individually to process the blockages that may be holding an initiate from accelerating themselves within the physical body.

A Special Message from Lord Sanat Kumara on the Venusian Rays of God

It is with my utmost pleasure to take the teachings of the Venusian Essence into the Hearts of the Lightworkers who are truly my deepest comrades of the Light. Each of the Holy Kumaras is quite excited to be part of this second series about the Kumara Teachings. Our first meetings were absolutely miraculous as we were all introduced to the Lightworkers of the New Earth.

We understand that each of you are undergoing great changes within your environment and personal lives. It is because of these moments that we want to step forward and assist any individual that chooses to experience our essence in this manner. There truly is not much information about our lives on Venus, but we want to change that. You may find that you are completely comfortable with a certain Flame Holder that you knew in Lemuria or Atlantis as it is our time of remembrance. We are coming together to unite our essences in One Creation which happens to be on the New Earth. Going through this process can be quite challenging in many ways and that is why we are here to help.

Eventually Venus will be very interactive with Terra Christa. It is part of the Divine Plan for our essences to come together. Until that can occur, many individuals need to be awakened into their remembrance of the power and light that they held during those times. There is great knowledge to be accessed from those timelines that will benefit each of us in different ways. Our goal is to work with as many lightworkers as possible to help ignite these remembrances which in turn, are going to assist humanity in accepting the light formations necessary upon the Earth. GAIA has arrived into the 4^th dimensional reality and the more light that can be infused within the planet, the more successful we will be in acquiring the necessary structure to allow this to happen.

Our first goal is to assist individuals on a personal basis to realize their potentials but also to see the downfall of their lower self being too activated within their reality. This is a very big task and in order to assist the masses of the people we need as many lightworkers to assist. So it must come from within each of you and the responsibility that you may feel to walk upon the New Earth. It cannot be done just by wishing it to be but must be from a very concerted effort of desiring to create the New World of Light.

Each of you that are attracted to my energies and those of the Kumaras, know only too well, what it takes to be responsible in the light of God’s Heart and Will. We take our work very serious and only work with the best of the best. We honor our friendships deeply and they never die from timeline to timeline but are acknowledged deeply in the Heart of the Soul’s Essence. It is our time to assist the Earth in a new way of being that has never been done before. It takes great diligence and patience to walk this pathway of enlightenment. It is not for the weak-minded or the One’s that are n ot ready to accept their destiny.

I extend my hand and the hands of the Kumaras to work with each of you in this updated program. We have taken what we have learned from our previous seminar series which was very powerful and go to deeper levels of creation to assist each individual in understanding their process of continuance within this timeline. You will be introduced to each Kumara and develop a personal relationship with them. Timelines of the past will be ignited to assist you in your growth. You will be able to accelerate your body so that the higher chakras can be ignited within your physical existence as we will work with you to accept the Full Body of Light which will then open up the doorway for the higher chakras to be ignited within you just by allowing it To Be. You can then work through those higher chakras on your own with the flames of the Kumaras along with the energies of the Spiritual Hierarchy representing the new Earth. You will then be able to ignite a 10-dimensional consciousness within you to accelerate your 5^th dimensional body. Eventually, these tools will help you to accept the 10-dimensional body that will not be integrated until the New Earth is fully in place for several years. So you will be accepting the higher realms within your consciousness to help ground these energies for Terra Christa.

So as you can see I am very excited to work with each of you individually and collectively. I hope I have the opportunity to work with you on a much deeper level as I have in Lemuria.

The ups and downs of this Ascension Process is still affecting many. One day we can be feeling quite stable within, "Yeah! got it all together.....at last, " type of feeling, then the next day we can be highly emotional and shedding some tears. There are some things we can adopt into our daily routine, no matter how emotional we may feel, that can perhaps lessen the impact of "those" days.

One way is not to take on anymore than you can handle. I will share some excerpts from The Tibetan Art of Serenity from the chapter - Feeling Overwhelmed -

" We can spend ten minutes at the start of our day by determining what our priorities are and then focusing on them throughout our day. Don't let yourself be pulled towards anything - from business meetings to casual conversations - that feels time wasting. Instead, make space in your day for the things that are important to you: from projects, to exercise, to family time. Hold these times as sacred."

Absolutely ! It's so easy to be pulled into another project thinking we have plenty of energy, only to find out after getting halfway through it that we don't have the strength to take care of the most important assets in our life, like our kids and their needs re school, etc. And also don't forget the needs of pets - dogs tend to get bored and destructive if not given their exercise!       I have found out.........

" Revolutionize the way in which you communicate - Learn to speak from your heart. By this I mean don't talk about what is wrong but concentrate instead on what is right. Don't complain, belittle others or predict disaster. Instead, use your speech to praise, appreciate and be optimistic. Let your speech be a starting point of harmony and a tool to disentangle the confusion that creates the state of being overwhelmed.

" Change the way you work - Does your work contain the passion of your self? If not, reclaim your life. If your work is making you sick, bitter or no longer reflects the way you are, release it, for it is a contagious disease, which will be affecting the whole of your life. Choose instead to find work that supports who you are and your dreams, hopes and abilities. Too often we are hostage to work, believing that we must do jobs we hate in order to earn money. Have the courage to leave behind this way of thinking and the support you need will come to you. "

I have to agree with this, but not only in work issues. In everyday life, in general, we need to adopt a transformational  way of assessing HOW we think as life on earth contains much higher spiritual energy than ever before. I have found that the old way of doing, thinking and being on earth is changing rapidly to suit our higher personal frequencies. We are gradually aligning with the Universal Flow which puts us in situations that are compatible with our personal frequency. What this does is we ALLOW ourselves to be living in the consciousness of the Now which means our whole focus in any moment is on what we are doing in that moment. We are aware of our physical movements and the task at hand. When our minds are not overtaking our lives and stealing energy from us, we have crystal clear focus and a much higher energy to do the task at hand.

The Universal Flow is the way of living in the future when we all are living in that higher dimension on Earth. I do not believe in predictions of time and dates of when this will occur as the breaking down of the old 3D way of life is in process and the awakening of humanity IS happening, but I feel we have a long way to go. When we do, life takes on a very different, lighter feel. For one thing, we are less dense. Gone are the cumbersome days of heaviness. Life flows beautifully in this higher dimension and we live as One with the Universal Flow. We know instinctively where to go and what to do as though it is a part of us, which it is! And this will be the way of following our individual energy flow to have the things that we need in life; flowing along with the energies of Source which contains everything anyone, including the animals, will need for survival.

This may be anything - your breathing, a flower, an object, anything you wish. It doesn't matter what it is, what matters is that you observe the divine within it. Like the muscles in our bodies, the brain becomes stronger as we train it. And this focusing exercise trains the brain to recognize and accept calm. The calmer you are, the less overwhelmed you become, for from calmness comes the path to serenity. Focusing on just one thing starts to awaken your inner consciousness and allows you to recognize that the ability to meditate is naturally within you and not something you have to acquire or do. Single-pointed focus stabs fear to the core, while drawing out serenity within you to the point where it spills like a flood out into your everyday mind, imbuing all things with well-being. "

Message to the Beloved Ones from the Realms of Light

Beloved Ones,

It is the right of every person to be in charge of his or her energy. This right is given as a fundamental right of incarnation and a property of being a soul on Earth. Yet this right is being compromised now by the intrusion into the Earth's atmosphere of a vast amount of negative energy not generated by human beings, but by forces that would oppose not only the expansion of light as it has been taking place thus far, but the great leap forward that is about to take place in the very near future.

The presence of these negative forces lays like a cloud upon the Earth itself, not a cloud that may be seen in an open sky, but a cloud that hangs close to the body of the Earth, making it impossible to breathe freely, making it impossible to breathe in the pure light that is part of the ascension process and part of what changes the nature of life on Earth itself. This cloud of negative energy cannot succeed in its purpose. It cannot prevent the leap forward that the inhabitants of the Earth and the Earth itself is about to take. But it can create, even while that happens, a disturbance in the bodies, emotions, and energy bodies of those living on the Earth so they are distracted from what is happening that is of light, and begin to pursue other directions and purposes. The intent of this cloud of energy is to obscure and cover the holy purpose with which each human being who is present on the Earth today has come here, and to substitute both a false sense of security with things as they are, and also a greater tolerance for things that are not of the light but of darkness than would be the case if the cloud of oppositional energy was not there.

In order to divert people from their true and holy purpose, new energies that have not been felt before can be introduced onto the world stage and onto the stages of each individual life, energies that create the illusion that what is wrong is right, and that it makes no difference if these energies are acted out. The creation of moral indifference to the actions which are not of the light but of darkness has already begun in subtle and not-so-subtle ways, and its effect can spread like wildfire, creating a conflagration that bursts into flame all of a sudden, unexpectedly, and without warning. This conflagration, produced by forces of opposition to the expansion of light, cannot succeed in its purpose, but it can create havoc, and upset, and great distress for a while, and it can, especially when it operates on the world stage, create an opening for forces of darkness to enter the Earth's consciousness still further, to create even more havoc.

The time for this to happen is very short, and the preparation for that time has already begun by forces that would oppose the expansion of light on Earth. You are being called, each and every one who is here in a body, to respond to this energetic 'pull' away from truth with re-doubled efforts to anchor in the truth of light and of holiness, and to realize that what is going on, no matter what havoc and disorganization it causes for a time, can only be temporary. For God's plan for the Earth is ultimately unassailable. It cannot be changed. And thus no matter what forces of opposition may strive to create within human hearts, it cannot achieve its ultimate goal. Be certain, then, beloved ones, even as you hear this and cling to truth, that light is ever stronger than darkness and that a way through all difficulty shall be provided for those who seek the peace and safety of the light. This way will exist in full sight, open to all, yet it must be chosen as well. It must be chosen by the desire of the heart to follow God's light and to pursue the truth of one's own deepest heart.

We, who are with the Earth during this time of transition are guiding the way and helping to open the way for all to follow as the time of trouble falls more clearly upon the Earth.

All blessings to you, beloved ones, for you have chosen to be here during this time of difficulty, and it is because of your steadfastness in relation to God and light that you will succeed. All blessings, love, and gratitude to you from those everywhere who serve the light.

I have been worn, and I have accepted that my lifes mission will be something I will be doing alone. My heart and Higher Self are accepting my desicion to walk my path and give my Love and Light with out the person that has been in my life for over 32 years... I HAVE ACCEPTED THIS and will giove my entire Bieng to The Light.

But I have also been shown of another light being that will share her Light with me... Im 56, have a small back problem and have been Awakening for the last 12 years.

You have probably heard by now about 'mindfulness' and how it concentrates your energy by focusing solely on what you choose to place your attention on. Mindfulness is used for meditation, healing, staying in peace, a treatment for anxiety, and also for expanding your spiritual light. Whatever you focus on is where your energy goes. People whose minds are always busy, working frantically and talking constantly, will always be exhausted and drained and wondering what happened to 'all that energy' they had before..........

Being mindful is taking control of your life. Your everyday life can be more meaningful and full of energy if you focus on what you are doing in the Now moment. Yes, it takes practice. Everything worth achieving takes effort, and what is more important than your own precious energy and achieving what you have set out to do each day with calmness and clarity.

There is so much going on in the world it is very easy to feel hopeless and overwhelmed. That is where mindfulness is a valuable tool which keeps the focus in the Now and not conjuring up all kinds of 'possible scenarios' of what will happen in the future. The future is a result of what we do Now with our thoughts and actions, which includes speech and our attitude towards others. What are you going to fill your moment with? Each moment is a limitless expansion of energy and it is up to each one of us who inhabits this beautiful planet to feed the collective energies with the ingredients for soul expansion, prosperity, peace and love.

Chinese New Year Feast

Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year, is this Sunday. Traditionally, there’s feasting to be had on the eve of the new year. On the actual new year’s day, a vegetarian dish, Buddhist’s Delight or jai is served.

Certain dishes symbolize certain things. Dumplings for prosperity. Noodles for long life (make sure not to cut the noodles). Dried bean curd (tofu) for wealth and happiness. Mixed vegetables for family harmony and serving items whole to represent family unity and togetherness.

Appetizers
Stuffed Tofu Puffs with Chili Garlic Sauce
Deep-fried tofu puffs stuffed to overflowing with a potato-carrot filling, steamed and then topped with a chili garlic sauce.

Cream Cheese Wontons
Baked cream cheese and spinach wontons, a delightful concoction of east meeting west.

Main Dishes
Mock Chicken
Kinda looks like roasted white chicken, but it’s not. Bean curd sheets rolled with a mushroom filling and steamed. I could eat the whole thing by myself.

Roasted Tofu with Leeks and Black Bean Sauce
Golden roasted tofu cubes tossed in a savory black bean sauce. Lucky me. I mean you, lucky you.

Asian Styled Seitan and Vegetable Stew
Seitan chunks braised with potatoes, carrots and daikon, seasoned with star anise. A red-colored dish to ward off evil spirits.

Cantonese Style Vegetable Chow Mein
Baked crispy noodles topped with a medley of stir-fried bok choy, snow peas, bean sprouts and mushrooms. Remember not to cut the noodles.

Side Dishes
Vegetarian BBQ Pork Fried Rice
Rice stir-fried with veggies and bbq veggie pork (another “red” item to keep away those evil spirits).

Stir-Fried Yu Choy Sum
A simple stir-fry of chinese greens with just a bit of garlic. Keep it whole for that whole unity thing.

Dessert
Baked Banana Tempura
Not exactly a Chinese dessert but what a sweet and yummy ending.

Tangerines and oranges
Sweet, refreshing and symbolic of luck and wealth.
