On our journey through life we will encounter so many things Things that make us happy simple things beautiful things We will meet friends on our path miracles and beauty But every now and then we will meet with the road demons who will bring us sadness and pain but who also teach us everything about true happiness.
Sometimes sadness picks me up and sweeps me of my feet. I fight the silent tears the demons in my head. I'm searching for a glimpse of light to help me escape. Escape from all the turmoil in my head the pain inside my heart and bring me back the simple joy of life I always had.
I love autumn I love the warm and beautiful red, yellow and golden colors, the wonderful smell of the fallen down leaves and all the different sorts of mushrooms. Everywhere outside there are the most beautiful spider webs, covered with millions of dewdrops that glisten like little crystals when touched by the sun. Each morning the land is covered with a beautiful mysterious veil of mist that slowly withdraws when the sun rises in the pale early morning sky and slowly the beauty of the world around me reveals itself. The rays of sun that fall through the leaves and the branches give the forest that special touch of magic. The birds sing the most beautiful songs, a roe deer watches me from between the trees and slowly walks away not feeling endangered by my presence. The wind softly whispers through the leaves telling me the stories and secrets of long ago. The almost forgotten stories and secrets only to be heard by those who still believe in miracles and who still see magic everywhere around them.
Silent sadness Silent tears Pain kept inside hiding all my inner fears from the outside world Nobody knows Nobody sees what 's going on inside It's well hidden safely put away. Only for me to feel for me to know and for me to try and chase.

“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” - Albert Einstein
Reiki: simple is good
Reikiis a natural healing modality that relies on the healing intention of the practitioner for its effectiveness. It is a simple process that can be of great benefit to the individual’s overall health and wellness.
It does not require a lot of knowledge or practice to become adept at the process. In fact, it is an instinctual part of our being.
What’s the first reaction to stubbing a toe, bumping the head, or banging an elbow? We grab the inflicted area, hold it, and focus healing to the spot. Often the comment “I’ll be alright in a minute” becomes part of the healing intention.
What do we do when a child gets hurt? We place our hands on the hurt and ensure the child that “we are going to make it better”.
Other animals respond in a similar fashion. They bring a focus and intention of healing to the damaged area.
Reiki simply helps to facilitate what our system is doing naturally. It is beautifully simple yet amazingly effective.
Something that is simple to do, sadly, is also simple not to do. To achieve these benefits we need to actually practice as much as possible. There is no need to wait for an injury or illness. Self healing with Reiki should be an important part of our daily routine.
Do not let the simplicity of Reiki scare you away. Unfortunately our cultural experience has taught us many mistaken ideas. It is often suggested that something that is simple is somehow of lesser value. That is not the case with natural law. Most of the superb processes of nature are perpetual, automatic, and requiring little effort.
We are completely connected to this natural order. Using Reiki to aid our personal healing and helping others with their healing is simply a wonderful benefit of our creative self.

Spirit rising High up in the sky The entire world looks different everything is so small but yet so beautiful I feel my spirit rising higher and higher in the sky It feels like I was given wings strong and powerful to take me up high towards the sun
The majority of us lead quiet, unheralded lives as we pass through this world. There will most likely be no ticker-tape parades for us, no monuments created in our honor. But that does not lessen our possible impact, for there are scores of people waiting for someone just like us to come along; people who will appreciate our compassion, our unique talents. Someone who will live a happier life merely because we took the time to share what we had to give. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have a potential to turn a life around. It's overwhelming to consider the continuous opportunities there are to make our love felt.
Life is a dance A beautiful journey with all its ups and downs That teaches us to see the miracles that surround us every day and that gives us the strength to carry on each new day.
Whatever our hands touch - We leave fingerprints! On walls, on furniture On doorknobs, dishes, books. There's no escape. As we touch we leave our identity.
Wherever I go today Help me leave heart prints! Heart prints of compassion Of understanding and love.
Heart prints of kindness And genuine concern. May my heart touch a lonely neighbor Or a runaway daughter Or an anxious mother Or perhaps an aged grandfather.
Send me out today To leave heart prints. And if someone should say, "I felt your touch," May they also sense the love that is deep within my heart.
For over 3000 years the Blue Lotus was used by priesthood of ancient Egypt for its medicinal properties and as a spiritual sacrament. The Blue Lotus generally produces mild psychoactive effects that are purported to have a "divine" essence, which brings upon the feelings of tranquility and subtle euphoria.
Nymphaea caerulea, also known as the Egyptian blue lily or sacred blue lotus, is a blue water-lily in the genus Nymphaea that grows along the Nile and other places such as the Indian Subcontinent and Thailand.
The main effect you will probably sense is a pleasant feeling of warmth around the head and upper body; a very comfortable, dreamy feeling, with a slight stimulant effect. Many people relate to an expanded state of awareness with feelings of a psychic opening of the higher chakras, especially the 6th, or the third-eye.
The sacred flower seems to produce a subtle, high-level, expanded state of consciousness that may have been used in ceremonial meditation and magic. Energy workers have reported a heightened sense of psychic energy and the ability to better utilize these higher states in their practices. Many people also use the Sacrament to enhance meditation, utilizing the dreamy, trance-like effects to reinforce an alpha-state. Using the Sacrament before bedtime has also been reported to induce lucid dreaming.
Perhaps the most well-known role of the blue Lotus flower in Egyptology is set in it’s association with the Sun, the creation, and rebirth. The reason that that Lotus is used as a metaphor for these things is due to the way that it raises out of the water, over a small period of time, and flowers in the morning to the late afternoon, before sinking below the surface again. The repeat of this pattern makes it easy to understand why the Egyptians chose it to symbolize the Lotus with rebirth, as it followed the same pattern as the sun.
In Egypt, not a monument in the valley of the Nile, not a single papyrus scroll is without this plant in an honored place. On the capitals of the Egyptian pillars, on the thrones and even headdresses of the Divine Kings, the lotus appears everywhere.
The Blue Lotus in Buddhism is the symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, of intelligence and wisdom, of knowledge. It is generally represented as a partially opened bud, whose center is unseen, the embodiment of the “perfection of wisdom”. The Blue Lotus of the Nile was the most sacred of plants, prized above all others. The plant was associated with the sun god Ra as the bringer of light.
Even today blue lotus is used as a tonic for good health. It may be consumed as an extract in doses of 6-12 drops. 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of extract may be taken in juice or wine, 1 to 3 times daily. Fresh Nymphaea caerulea flowers are made into a tea or soaked in wine, then consumed, followed by smoking the dried plant material. The buds and flowers are the psychoactive parts of the plant.
I love the sound of water falling down I love to sit down beside a waterfall and enjoy the beauty of all the water coming down with such force. The powerful noise of the water falling down makes me dream of faraway places beautiful and mysterious wild and untamed. It makes me feel calm and peaceful and it captivates me to know that even though I'm just nothing and only very small I'm still a part of something big and that is the most beautiful miracle of it all.

WE ARE SERVING AS A GROUP VACCINE STABILIZER TO HELP ERADICATE THE VIRUS CALLED HATE
From our evolved state of Unity Consciousness, we have the ability to bring a dramatic shift to any and all outplay not aligned to love. This assistance cannot wait a moment longer. We are marching now, into the Middle East as an invincible Army of Light.
Begins this Equinox September 23, 28, October 5, 12
Children of the Sun Foundation launches a most penetrating campaign to assist in transmuting the hate virus and its entire energy hologram that has kept the Middle East locked in a barbaric loop of prejudice, war, violence and killing.
Our immediate priority is to empower the land and the people to rebuild their life force so that the entire energetic system can be re-trained to reject the dis-ease of conflict that has plagued this entire area for centuries.
This mission is to help clear blockages, repair and reconnect the energy grid system. We will purify elemental matter and transmit highly alkalizing healing light. Our group forcefield will deliver a transference, likened to a walloping love vaccine, purposed to trigger eradication of a most deadly, hate empowered virus and its contagious influence.
We begin in the Middle East due to the current level of turmoil. We head next to Africa. If participation numbers are high, we will keep going strong.
We are one Group Avatar in transforming action... NOW!
