Watermelon Tourmaline: Marriage of the Feminine & Masculine

All eyes are rightfully on Venus this month due to her alluring dance patterns in the sky. The entire month of June is saturated in Venus retrograde energies, as she gives us the optical illusion that she is moving backwards in the cosmos. We may experience this as energetic ripples cascading through our relationships, surfacing any unfinished business and karma. Troubling aspects of a current romantic relationship may be highlighted, and old flames may pop back up to instigate a necessary healing and clearing process. Venus is helping us to clean house and rid ourselves of old habits, wounds, and attitudes around love. Ultimately, this is a gift to help us refine our relationships and move our love to a higher place.

But perhaps her most provocative move this month is the rare transit of Venus on June 5th and 6th, which we won't see again for another hundred years. Directly before the Venus transit, we will have a powerful "super moon" eclipse on June 4th, which will mark a culmination point of energies and a shake-up to take us to the next level. Then Venus will pass right in front of the Sun. The Sun will imbue Venus with its positive and life-giving energies, empowering all that she represents and radiating her essence upon Earth. And what Venus represents is goddess energies, happiness, art, beauty, and love. So the transit of Venus is a cosmic marker of the empowerment of the Divine Feminine...at last! The masculine has been running the show through most of recorded history, and now it is time for the feminine to come into her full glory and share her gifts for the balancing of the Earth. Each polarity is vital and necessary, one is no better than the other. The idea is to have both in balance, within ourselves and also on a societal and planetary scale. June's Crystal of the Month, Watermelon Tourmaline, contains both the masculine and feminine rays living together harmoniously in one stone. It is the perfect choice for helping us to achieve the same within ourselves.

Tourmaline is a high vibration gemstone that is a treasured healing tool for many reasons. It has a striated structure, which means that it has parallel grooves recessed down the length of the stone. These grooves act as channels, where energy can flow through and be amplified. In my crystal healing training from Katrina Raphaell, I learned that striated stones are perfect to place where energy is especially dense or negative, to quickly clear and transmute the problem. I've also noticed in my practice that striated stones make great bridges or connectors in crystal healing layouts, as they naturally promote energy flow between two points. Tourmaline is also piezoelectric, which means that it produces an electric charge or voltage when a mechanical force is applied to it. Piezoelectricity is what makes watches work, and only two other stones share this property: Quartz and Topaz. Finally, Tourmaline has the widest color range of any other stone--there's a match for every chakra. Tourmaline can express in black, brown, red, red-violet, orange, yellow, green, pink, blue, indigo, lavender, and violet. Many times you can find several color combinations in one stone. This is the case with Watermelon Tourmaline, which caries both the Pink and Green color rays.

Pink Tourmaline is a pure carrier of the feminine ray. It enhances the feminine qualities inherent in all of us: nurturing, receptivity, intuition, allowing, flowing, and cooperation, just to name a few. Green Tourmaline is a pure bearer of the masculine ray. It fortifies our masculine qualities, such as ambition, action, passion, stimulation, analytical thinking, and providing. There is an uplifting magic that occurs when you gaze at a high quality piece of Watermelon Tourmaline. Although pink and green are almost perfect opposites on the color wheel, the two colors come together in Watermelon Tourmaline and compliment each other in such a beautiful and pleasing way. They do more than coexist, the contrast actually seems to enhance the vibrancy inherent in of each color ray. The pink shines brighter next to the green, and vice versa. And the combination produces synergy, an energy field of wholeness and amplified radiance. Isn't this what we are shooting for in our romantic relationships: to create partnerships where each person enhances and brings out the sparkle in the other, and when combined create more than when separate? This is also what we are trying to create within ourselves, the harmonious integration of our internal polarities. Watermelon Tourmaline models this for us and gifts us with the energetic blueprint for making it our reality.

Watermelon Tourmaline is the perfect gemstone for activating the higher heart, since it contains both heart chakra colors and has a naturally high vibration. Located a few inches about the heart chakra, the higher heart connects us to higher levels of love, in the spectrum of Divinity, the soul plane, and higher dimensional realities. Activating our higher heart helps us to connect to higher, more evolved forms of love that exist beyond 3D. It is a love that is accepting; without conditions, fears, lower emotional tendencies, or the need to control. Evolving the heart is the quickest route to raising our light levels. One of the key vibratory notes of the soul plane is joy, and Watermelon Tourmaline clearly connects to this high emotional frequency. In my opinion, joy is one of the highest states we can embody. Take a moment and remember a time when you were in a state of complete bliss and joy. It feels like all of the cells in your body are singing and humming, and your heart is wide open and radiating pure love. It is the feeling of being aligned with your true spiritual nature and soul authenticity. When you are there, you feel a vibration that courses through you, harmonizing all aspects and bringing them into a higher alignment. If you can maintain that state, even sad events can quickly be transmuted in the flows of higher reality perspective. Since Watermelon Tourmaline naturally exudes the vibration of joy, wearing it as a pendant over the higher heart or placing it there in crystal layouts can help to infuse you with happy energy and a brighter emotional state. In honor of Venus and the energetic trends she bestows, I'd like to offer a powerful, two-part Watermelon Tourmaline exercise that is perfect to do this month. It is designed to integrate your masculine and feminine sides, while also connecting you to the energy and higher vision of your soul. You'll need one piece of Watermelon Tourmaline, and be sure to cleanse it before you begin.

Begin by lying down, and then place the Watermelon Tourmaline directly over your higher heart. Then place your hands in the namaste prayer position at your heart chakra. Place your hands facing each other, with your fingertips touching and palms slightly cupped. This simple mudra naturally brings in an energy that balances your masculine and feminine energies. Now hold the intention that you are tuning into your Divine Feminine, who is coming in at the left side of your body. Ask for a symbol that represents her, and take note of the first impression that you receive. It could be a color, a shape, an image, a scent, or a feeling. Be open to her, and trust the first thing that comes to you. Once you feel the connection, ask her what she needs so that she can come into her highest expression. Spend a moment listening to what she is expressing, and take it into your heart. Now you will do the same with your Divine Masculine, who is coming in at the right side of your body. Ask for a symbol that represents him, and be open to receiving an impression. Then spend some time tuning in and asking him what he needs to come into his full expression in your life.

Once you have gathered this information from your masculine and feminine selves, it is time to integrate them both at your higher heart. First ask your Divine Feminine to send a beam of her pink ray straight to the Watermelon Tourmaline over your higher heart. Then ask your Divine Masculine to send a beam of his green ray to this area. Feel these energies blending harmoniously and spinning at the higher heart, unifying in a beautiful and synergistic way. The Watermelon Tourmaline will facilitate the merging, imprinting patterns of higher integration.

With your masculine and feminine now joined together, you can start phase two of this meditation: connecting with your higher self on the soul plane. Tune into the Watermelon Tourmaline, and invoke the power of its striated structure to build an energetic bridge spanning from your higher heart up into the realm of your soul. Visualize the bridge forming, then invite your soul to appear on the other side. Take a moment to really witness all of the beauty, love, vibrant colors, exquisite patterns, and sheer brilliance that is your higher self. Ask for and receive an infusion of soul energy straight into your higher heart. Really allow yourself to take it in, then ask your soul to show you a vision of your highest and most joyful path and the greatest potential you can achieve in this lifetime. Bask in this vision, absorb your highest potential, and then ask your soul for advice about what you can do to begin manifesting this higher vision as your reality. You can also ask your soul any other question you may have at this time. Be open to receiving the beautiful wisdom that is available to you, and know that you can do this at any time when you need guidance. Your soul is always here, and it delights in answering all of your requests for help.
May this meditation help you get the most out of this cosmic healing opportunities available this month; and may Venus shower you with all of her blessings, moving you into a space of greater wholeness and love.

Work environments can certainly be one of the most stressful situations that we find ourselves in, especially considering the current state of the economy and the fact that the ascension energies are pushing all of our issues to the surface. The good news is that you are a light worker, and that you are aware that there are steps you can take to improve the quality of the energy and your experience. I'd suggest seeing this situation as a gift, an opportunity given to you by your soul to move you into a higher level of mastery. When we find ourselves in places that feel energetically unbearable, it is time to realize that we have the power of choice and the ability to change things.

The first choice to contemplate is whether it is time to consider a different career path or workplace. Maybe this is a higher plan, and the unpleasantness is here to move you to a work situation that is more of a vibrational match to who you really are and what your soul wants to do. But if it is not the right time or decision to shift into a different job, perhaps you are faced with a different lesson. Maybe you are learning about how to protect and manage your energy and auric field. Or perhaps you are there to be a source of light and to help heal and shift the energies in your current workplace. If this is the case, I have several crystal suggestions that will help you to protect your energy and space, and also some ideas for how to shift the workplace energy into something higher.

Remember that your first responsibility is your well-being and to exercise good self care. If you have been immersed in an environment that is negative, it is likely that you will need to begin by clearing any lower energy that you may have absorbed and healing any damage that your auric field may have sustained. There are many ways to achieve this, such as working with sage or receiving sessions from a qualified energy healer. I would suggest working with a Selenite wand to clear and seal your auric field, and also taking a "Magic Multidimensional Cleansing Bath," which is a technique in my book that can clear up multiple issues with your auric field and energy. Once you have cleared, healed, and sealed your energy, I would suggest wearing or carrying protective gemstones in your pockets on a daily basis, such as Black Tourmaline, Healer's Gold, Pyrite, Smokey Quartz, Labradorite, Moonstone,Citrine, Amethyst, Auralite, Turquoise, Malachite, Obsidian, or Lapis Lazuli. Also, remember to call upon your higher self and any spirit helpers that you work with, and ask them to put a protective bubble of white light around you each morning before you go to work. It makes a big difference.

Now that you have your energy field taken care of, you can tend to the energy of your personal workspace. It is absolutely your right and within your power to create a clear and protected zone in and around your office or cubicle, and I would like to suggest building a basic crystal grid to help with this. You will want to obtain at least four crystals from the list of protective stones I shared above, and you will also need a terminated Clear Quartz crystal or Selenite wand to activate the grid. Cleanse your crystals. Then arrange them into the shape of a square, since the geometry of squares naturally exude an amplified field of stability and protection. If you work in an office or cubicle, you can place a stone at each corner of your space. Or you could just make a small, discreet square grid beneath your desk. If you want to use more than four crystals, you can fill in lines that make up the square. Once you have the stones arranged, you will want to activate the grid, which significantly amplifies its power. State your intention out loud, "I activate this grid to keep my workspace clear and protected." Then work with the Clear Quartz or Selenite as a wand, and trace the pattern of the grid three times. I would suggest cleansing the stones in your grid at least once a week, and then reactivate your grid after cleansing.

With these bases covered, now you can focus on improving the overall energy of the office or healing the sources of stress that are affecting the well-being of the environment. Start by considering what you know about the problem. Where is the negativity coming from? Are there certain people you work with who have difficult personalities? Use your power and awareness to send them light and healing energy. Tune into the higher self of the person, and ask for permission to help them. If the answer is yes, you can send them white light or place violet flame energies around them to transmute lower energies. I would also ask the angels to work on them and send them whatever healing they may need.

You could also program a small Quartz crystal to send them positive energy and healing, and then plant it in their workspace. Select a Quartz crystal, cleanse it, ask it if it gives you permission to program it to help the person with their energy. If you get any sense of resistance, then do not proceed with that crystal, and ask another one. Hold the crystal in your dominant hand, then repeat a healing affirmation between eight to twelve times, visualizing the energy of your intention flowing into the crystal. The crystal will permanently store this affirmation, amplify it, and continuously beam out a healing energy to help them. Once you feel like the healing is done, you can retrieve the crystal and remove the program. Hold it in your hand and repeat, eight to twelve times, this statement: "The program is now removed."

Perhaps the negativity is not directly related to your co-workers; and instead it comes from outside forces, such as a competing company, an increased workload, or general economic factors. In these cases, use your creativity to bring more in more light or solutions. You could imagine your entire office being immersed in pure white light, and you can take your power to ask spirit for divine intervention. Ask for the highest outcome for the well-being of your company to manifest with ease and grace. If your company is experiencing financial struggles, consider bringing in crystals that are aligned with abundance and leaving them in your workspace or in a break room. Some good prosperity stones are Citrine, Uvarovite Garnet, Peridot, Dioptase, Sunstone, Emerald, and Ruby. If there is a specific problem that needs to be resolved, you could program a Quartz crystal to bring in the highest solutions possible. There are so many ways that you can make a positive difference in the energy of your workspace. Ask your higher self what you can do to be of service, then follow your guidance. You have what it takes to raise the vibration of your office, and I know that, on the higher levels, your co-workers will thank you for it.

Having followed the path of the true Dharma in search of purest path, I am giving the eternal message at the world Peace Maitri Puja, lovingly benefitting all the Dharma loving followers for the liberation from the suffering and pain of all sentient beings by the form of the GuruMarga GuruPath- Bodhi Shravan Dharma Sangha which was established having arrived on earth 35 thousand years ago according to the Maitri Calander. Just as a flower without obstacle freely offers its beauty and fragrance to the whole universe proves itself to be, so should humans eliminate from their lives attachment, anger, greed, desire, pride, murder, violence, and other defilements; for unless one cultivates the true Dharma's precepts, the fragrant flower cannot blossom.

Since I have submitted to extreme penance and practices for the path of true freedom and emancipation for the world from May 17, 2005 until May 17, 2011; without deviation even for a single moment, I have been fully devoted to the Maitreya Meditation with complete determination, the GuruMarga (Guru Path) that has landed is Bodhi Shravan Dharma Sangha. This is indoctrination.

Being aware of those who have fostered illusions in the world since ages past, I am endorsing the true GuruMarga to follow and make others follow for Sanghas, Dharma-Loving followers and trut-seekers who have been confused in the past. In the true Dharma, following the GuruMarga with right action, by virtue of truth or being true, one can eliminate the bad effects that could have happened by birth or after birth, in life or in one's generation due to the evil effects of one's past karma or ancestral karma such as having a violent nature, being mentally challenged, blind and so forth, I am giving these precepts to benefit self and others by spreading the feeling of loving kindness in order to eliminate and purify the defilements of the human mindstream. Never discriminate on the basis of name, appearance, complexion, class, belief, community, power, position, or qualification; even discard differentiating between the concepts of material and spiritual. Having become acquainted with the Eternal Dharma, the Path, and the Guru, respect all religions and beliefs. Forsake lying, allegations, counter-allegations, belittling and spreading falsehood through baseless gossip. Forsaking philosophies or ways that make boundaries of divisiveness and difference of opinion, take up the Satya Marga – The Perfect Path. Following the Satya GuruMarga – The True and Perfect GuruPath – throughout life, renouncing evil actions, always remain intent in union with the Guru Tatva [3] - The Guru Essence. Not having reached Enlightenment oneself, do not seek to prove what it is with clever words; and, while still in confusion, do not make others confused. Renouncing such demonic conduct as killing sentient beings and violence, consume wholesome food. Do not hold narrow-minded opinions about people and countries on the basis of national identity. Engaging oneself in the pursuit of the Satya GuruMarga - The True and Perfect GuruPath - perform actions that benefit the Earth. When one realizes the Truth, the GuruMarga - The GuruPath - takes form, so achieve Enlightenment for all Sentient Beings. Staying in the highest and deepest state of Chitta - Pure Awareness, assimilating within the Self these Precepts, be free from all bondage. Benefit self and all sentient beings through the internalization of these precepts by all sangha members. May all understand that these precepts are not to bind, rather they are the way to liberation from all bondage. One who follows the GuruMarga with true belief, devotion and trust, that person will lead life in the realization of mysteries of the universe with omniscient loving kindness. It is necessary for humans to take wholesome food in order to active Enlightenment.

Why do humans, who are above all beings eat those foods that harm self and other beings? Forsake those foods that harm self and others and by taking wholesome food, treat others as you would yourself. From today I will take wholesome food. Finally , I will travel to spread the feeling of loving kindness by accumulating virtue through guiding Dharma Lovers, Peace- Lovers, and truth seekers. I understand how compelling your present situation is according to the objective of the True Dharma. What Is Happiness Anyway? ,

God said:

You are My happiness. Have you ever looked at your role in life that way? You tend to be looking for Me to give you happiness. I hear that a lot.

But I ask you, 'Give Me your happiness."

Of course, I am ever serene. I have a great fountain of happiness, and it is called Love.

It is easy to give Me happiness. Just be the Truth of Who You Are, and happiness will rise like roses to sweeten the world.

Of course, I am never ever unhappy. Yet, if you would like to ladle happiness upon Me, even as I don't need it, ladle happiness upon Me. You need it, beloveds. You need your own awareness of your own happiness that you pour upon Me. You need to think in larger terms than you may have been thinking. Widen your circle of influence in the world through the happiness you give. You can't give to Me without giving to everyone, and everyone includes yourself.

Think love. Be love. Love first, not second or third or fourth or last after everything else. Love first. Joy first. Your mission is to give joy. When you take joy in living, you are giving joy. There is no least of Me to give to.

Those who have greater needs than you are a blessing to you, for they point out to you all that you have to be happy for. They are teaching you the happiness you already have.

The fact is that everyone is blessing you. Even those who have hurt your heart deeply have offered you a blessing, unseen as it may be. Their blessing may be taking your ego down a peg or two, yet a blessing nevertheless.

By no means is life all about lessons, yet lessons you do learn. Learn them, and then move forward. Maybe you had to be hit over the head. Maybe next time, you will learn sooner. Whatever else you are doing on Earth, most certainly you are learning. If you are alive, you are learning. Learn well.

Learning is a two-headed nail. You also have to unlearn. This is letting go. You have to let go of the past and unlearn a lot that you already learned, is this not so?

I yearn for your happiness. I can hardly wait for you to bestow your happiness upon Me. You may be sure I welcome you. You may be sure I thank you. You may be sure of My devotion to serving you.

What is this state of happiness that seems to have had a way of stopping in on you and then leaving? Is it happiness that eludes you, or you who eludes happiness? Do you walk right past its door?

Happiness surrounds you, and yet it eludes you. You are standing in a field of flowers and are searching for the field that you are already standing in.

But what is it, happiness? What is it anyway? One day something seems to give you happiness. Another day the same thing does not. Where does happiness abide, and why doesn't it stay up front, you wonder:

"Why can't happiness be in a file drawer under H so I can pull it out any time I want and take it with me? Why can't happiness be On Demand?"

Yes, it can. You stand in a field of flowers. You can look down at your feet and see where you are, and pick all the flowers you want.

Beloveds, where does your happiness lie but with you? Look around, and pick up some of the flowers of happiness and give a bouquet from your field of happiness to the next person you see. What can you do right now to give happiness to someone?

So this blog post has to do with another difficult decision I made today. I made the decision to purify both Rudy Eugene and his victim Ronald Poppo.

I sent Ronald healing and protection today for his highest good. My hand was full of energy, which meant it was badly needed. I sent it with the intent it is received as long as needed regardless how long I sent it.

Then I intended Ronald was escorted into the Light once he departs his body. Archangel Michael told me, he will be in the Light and is already there once he passes.

Finally  I was reserved about purifying Rudy because of his attacks, but Source reminded me to "Be Love" which reminded me of a quote: be universal love, like the sun, shining on all things....which reminded me to question myself...why should I withdraw love? Does Source do that? Then I played the background music from the video Green Tara Seichim Reiki Attunement to get me in the mood and released all judgment, merging everything into the Oneness perspective.



Then I set my protection through intention and visualization invoking Archangel Michael and his circle of warrior angels, Archangel Metatron and the Metatronic Cube, Flower of Life, Star of David symbols, then invoked only the highest presence of love and light from Source to be allowed in my space. Then I invoked all solar, galactic, universal masters of the highest love and light to assist me perfectly with this purification. Then I invoked Medicine Buddha and began the process. Long story short Rudy was purified but during the Buddha of Ocean step, two black spirits departed his etheric body in the afterlife and were contained by a force field from the warrior angels and sent to the negative density realms with the seal of Metatron preventing their escape to Earth or other realms again. Then he was escorted, rather wounded into the light, he will go the Shamballa hospital for healing since the black spirits overcame him so much that he became a possessed monster.

Using drugs or not, he was possessed by these things and tormented on Earth. This was perhaps a soul lesson for both of them.

 Regardless, it was difficult for me to release the mind, but it was done.

Each morning when we awake, we have an opportunity to create our day with what inspires us the most.

The moment during the day when we very first open our eyes and come into consciousness is a precious opportunity. It sets the tone for all that comes after it, like the opening scene in a film or novel. At this moment, our ability to create the day is at its most powerful, and we can offer ourselves fully to the creative process by filling this moment with whatever inspires us most. It may be that we want to be more generous, or it may be that we want to be more open to beauty in our daily lives. Whatever the case, if we bring this vision into our minds at this very fertile moment, we empower it to be the guiding principle of our day.

Sometimes we wake up with a mood already seemingly in place, and it’s important to give this feeling its due. It can inform us and deepen our awareness to what’s going on inside us, as well as around us. As long as we are conscious, we can honor this feeling and also introduce our new affirmation or vision, our conscious offering to the day. We may want to decide before we go to sleep what we want to bring to the next day of our lives. It could be that we simply want to be more open to whatever comes our way. Or we may want to summon a particular quality such as confidence. Then again, we may simply call up a feeling that perfectly captures the texture we want our day to have. 
We can reaffirm our vision or affirmation as we shower and eat breakfast, as well as recalling it at various times throughout the day. We can write it down and carry it with us on a little slip of paper if this helps. Simply by being aware of those first moments, we set the stage for a more conscious, enlivened experience, and we become active participants in the creation of our lives.

After the great success of World Liberation Day and even greater success of Reboot of the Grid, our efforts for planetary liberation continue. This time, we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, at the exact time of the Venus transit on June 5th. Masses will gather and visualize the arrival of the Goddess energy so that for the first time in 5000 years we will have the chance to co-create our own spiritual destiny in harmony and replace the outdated society of war and conflict with a more advanced one of spiritual understanding. We need to have 144,000 people doing this visualization with focus to achieve the desired effect.

On June 5th/6th there will be a Venus transit, a rare cosmic event when planet Venus passes in front of the solar disk. This Venus transit will mark a completion of the 8 year cycle of the Return of the Goddess which started with a previous Venus transit in 2004. Goddess energy is a pure feminine essence of Love that will help us easing the planetary liberation process. Both masculine energies of action and feminine energies of receptivity are needed to complete this process successfully. Removal of all dark entities will be a direct consequence of a newly achieved balance of female and male energies on this planet.

Instructions:

1. Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes.

2. Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, going through your body to the center of the Earth. Keep this pillar of Light active for a few minutes. Then visualize a loving feminine presence in the shape of a beautiful Goddess descending from the sky and entering your physical body. If you are female, this presence will harmonize your inner woman and make you more loving. If you are male, this presence will make you more balanced in your actions. Stay united with that presence for a while.

3. Visualize bright new spiritual future for humanity, with men and women in perfect understanding, with our society growing beyond need for wars and conflicts as all dark entities, physical and non-physical, are removed from our planet. Visualize all wounds of humanity being healed, all humanity being inspired and guided with everybody having their own connection with their own Soul and the Source in perfect balance of their inner male and female aspects.

The times you have long prepared for have arrived. Do you know what this means?

Right now you are in one of the calmer transitions, preparing for the next big wave of energy. It's like you have a few moments to catch your breath and reflect. As you do, it's quickly apparent how much is changing all around you. Your own changes are at warp speed, too.

The part of you that's conditioned by limited thinking may be feeling nervous, not seeing the other multidimensional parts of reality now on the drawing board. Just because you can't see them, of course, doesn't mean they aren't there!
Divine Changemakers and Multidimensional Reality

Adding to your uncertainty, without your knowing it, is an inner conflict between the linear conventional life approach you learned and the multidimensional approach that comes naturally to you on an inner level.

As a divine changemaker, you are learning to apply the multidimensional approach more and more of the time.

As part of your spiritual growth process, you are embracing new-paradigm thinking with multidimensional approaches. The more that you apply these in your life, the more expanded your potentials become.

You see more of the subtle realms and grasp more of the deeper concepts. This adds richness to your life experience, allowing you to perceive beyond ordinary parameters.

As you learn to live in the multidimensional reality, a whole new range of options becomes available. Your path literally expands, right before your eyes. Instead of seeing your choices as this or that, you begin to realize it can be this and that.

When you approach calmer moments with a multidimensional or quantum perspective, you know to look beyond the obvious. On a surface level, for example, it may seem as though your forward movement is blocked.
How to Discover Subtle Factors

If you want a new job and none are materializing, look at subtle factors. These could be within you or they could be external.

Inner blocks, often subconscious, are more difficult to detect. Examples include self-doubt, anger, blame, insufficient passion, and resistance.

External blocks, often beyond your control, include personal issues of other people and chaos within organizations.

If you find yourself blocked, therefore, invite your higher wisdom to reveal how much of the obstruction is coming from within you and how much is related to external factors.

Next you inquire about the underlying causes of the block. When you are doing this inquiry, be sure to allow enough quiet time for reflection. Don't assume that the first answer you receive is the whole picture; go deeper for clarification.

It's ideal to bring the issue into your dream state for a night or two as well, inviting spirit to give you a higher perspective.
A Simple Question

Remember that you are moving through unprecedented amounts of change. Go gently with yourself. You won't have answers all of the time. You won't feel comfortable all of the time. You won't always know what to ask, either.

The next time you feel blocked on your path, become still and ask this simple question: "What am I not seeing?" The answer to that question can open your mind to a larger picture. You may also be pleasantly surprised to learn that there's nothing further to do right now, except to be patient as your accumulated efforts begin to materialize. Go enjoy your day then, knowing all is well!

A note from Aluna Joy...

I was in the path of a solar eclipse when I was a young child . . . I remember it clearly. The sky slowly darkened. The birds sang their evening songs and then they all went still. I heard the crickets begin their chorus. That is when I looked up expecting clouds; instead I saw a shadow crossing the sun. I was alone out in nature, but I was not alone. I was one with the Earth and sky, and the distance between the two had just shrunk to the point that I felt one with everything. There was a deep stillness overlaying a potent raw power of the universe. I could clearly feel my place in the scheme of life. It was a powerful and life changing moment in time for me.

When I was visiting Mount Shasta in late June this year, the whole town was buzzing about the upcoming 2012 May 20th Eclipse. The excitement that it was arousing among my Shasta friends felt like the energy I experienced over the Harmonic Convergence way back in 1987. It was great to feel that frequency again. I was in Mount Shasta for the Harmonic Convergence only by luck, synchronicity or accident; but it changed my life radially. It was a huge turning point. It changed the course of my life and activated what I am doing to this very day!

I forgot about this eclipse for a while; but this eclipse did not forget about me. Soon it was coming back up on my radar. I called a Shasta friend Troika, and as we were talking, the eclipse came up again. She was already planning a weekend to celebrate the event. So we joined forces. Yet another great reason to go back to Mount Shasta. Now I get to celebrate this event with a nice group of like-minded friends!

Then I remembered an old English pal of mine, Marcus Mason, who is an eclipse astrologer and an expert on eclipse paths, sacred sites and the effect that eclipses have on those areas. So I wrote him to see if he wanted to join us. He was already into full gear placing himself right in the middle of the eclipse path in the Aleutian Islands in Alaska. The major stun factor hit Marcus when he discovered that the Aleutian Islands will be at the pivot point; exactly midway between Mount Fuji in Japan and Mount Shasta. These are two locations where the Eclipse path crosses the Great Male Dragon energy. . . the planetary Plumed Serpent Line which goes on through Mexico, etc.... This is yet another reminder that 2012 is and will be a very powerful and life changing year; no matter if the predictions about the Maya calendars are right or not.

There were gatherings being held at all three locations during the eclipse time: Mount Shasta, the Aleutian Islands and Mount Fuji. Solar eclipses have great impact for those that are along its path for nearly a year. The eclipse will create doorway between where we were, and were we are going. The Sun will reboot and begin transmitting a new program to anchor our new base camp into a new world. This eclipse is proving to have the same kind of life changing potential and powerful impact that the Harmonic Convergence had.

My Beloveds take a deep breath in and just breathe slowly and rhythmically for a few minutes with your eyes closed and your palms resting on your Solar Plexus. The physical form needs to slow a bit to bring you back into center and balance.

The energies will continue to escalate My Beautiful Beings of Grace so learning to work with your physical form to help calm it will be a very important tool for you to master. Deep breathing is very relaxing and as well as surrendering your issues to your Angels or The Creator are helpful.

My Beloveds, keeping your frequency levels balanced, centered and in harmony allows you to attract to yourself the most beneficial areas to you and those that are for your highest good.

Since the energies and chaos are going to be around for a while it is vital to your health and wellbeing that you learn to flex and cope with what is coming into your own energy fields and awareness. It is important for you to learn your own technique so that you in turn can teach it to others. Perhaps you already have an excellent exercise that you use to put yourself into this state of balance to calm down the drama, but if not work with this one for a while and allow it to assist you with this issue.

Meditation is an excellent tool to help one center and balance as is visualization in a make believe setting. Whatever works for you is appropriate as long as you put it into practice when you feel yourself reaching overwhelm.

Making Believe in your imagination is such an interesting skill and a very beneficial one as well. Children have no problem with this one, but for some reason that ability seems to lose itself as the child turns into the adult. So you may find many of you have lost your ability to play and be creative.

My Beloveds you can bring these gifts back with just a little effort. You did not volunteer to come to this place to lose Who You Really Are. You came to this place to experience and learn from experience along with remembering while in disguise Who You Really Are.

You are all on the journey together playing a game of hid and seek from yourselves. So the question to ask yourself in meditation or dreams or whatever method you use to reconnect to your own Inner Beingness is “Who Am I”. Keep asking that question until you allow yourself to glimpse into eternity and pull out that image in whatever way that happens for you.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey to reconnect to your playful side.

Sit in a chair or lie down so that you are comfortable. Uncross your arms and legs, as this blocks the flow of energy. If you chill easily cover up with a light blanket. It’s time to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few comfortable deep breaths in and out. Visualize with each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. With your final exhale let it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day.

Feel your total body relaxing and give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace that accompanies that relaxation.

My Beloveds ask your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object please do so.

My Beautiful Beings of Light, in your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you a protective Ray of White Light, by mentally praying something like this “My Creator, I AM asking please for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me in love and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. My Creator I am protecting myself on this journey from anything that is not for my highest good. I am thanking you My Creator for this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. I am sensing it is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.”

My Beloveds, The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Soft Pink Ray and One Golden Fluid Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

My Beloveds, you find yourself in a White Marble Corridor your Angels want you to have a great time today so they have brought in some really great play clothes for you. Your Angels direct you to go behind the changing screen. You grimace a little thinking what if they don’t have the right size for you. You go behind the screen and to your amazement you have an assortment to choose from. All the clothes are in lively colors of the rainbow. The colors themselves just make you smile. You select and outfit and put it on. The clothes fit perfectly and make you look absolutely fantastic, down to the little accent pieces.

You walk out from behind the screen in your colorful play outfit. The Angels ask you to look in the mirror on your left to see your reflection. The colors themselves are adding to your playful glow, you can’t believe how good they feel and how good you feel just being in these wonderful hues.

My Beautiful Beings of Light, it’s time to go on an adventure so you follow your Angels down the hall to the third door on your right. You read the door label, “play area” as you open it and cross over the threshold. The Angels on the other side of the door have on party hats and are blowing party horns. The Angels tell you, that no, you are not having a party but they want you to get in the spirit of joy, so that you can allow yourself to have fun.

You smile and perhaps are just a little bit disappointed until you see the giant butterfly waiting for you on the tarmac. The butterfly is rainbow hued and has a small saddle attached to its back. You walk over an introduce yourself to Jennifer the butterfly. Jennifer smiles and greets you and tells you to hop on with the help of that ladder there to your right. The ladder looks a little like those you would use to board an airplane.

You climb the ladder and quickly find your seat in the saddle. There are a pair of flight goggles and hat for you to put on. The interesting part of this is those goggles and hat change to match your outfit the minute you put them on….Cool you think to yourself. You feel very safe and secure and Jennifer announces that she will be taking off now.

Jennifer begins flapping those beautiful colored wings and you can feel the air currents lifting you from the ground. You think to yourself who is going to believe that you have actually flown with a butterfly…smiling

This is so exhilarating you tell yourself, you are floating in the air on the back of a rainbow colored giant butterfly named Jennifer. WOW…you will have to journal this one when you get back.

Jennifer loves to have passengers, the Angels whisper in your ears. See how careful and gentle she is being with you.

You gaze off into the blue sky and it looks like it goes on forever and the Angels assure you that it does. You look down at the ground an notice below that there is a clearing in a meadow that has a butterfly landing area. You notice that Jennifer is heading for that spot now.

Jennifer lands and your debarkation ladder is rolled up. You climb down the ladder and are aware that there is a lot of activity to your left in the grove of trees. You see rack after rack of outfits all lined up there.

The Angels are guiding you towards this area and the commotion continues as more racks of garments are rolled out along with additional mirrors and changing areas sit up. The Angels tell you that you can start at this station. They explain to you that each area is a different theme of attire. You observe that the first area customs are all of a nautical theme.

Following the directions of the Angels you pick and outfit and go behind the screen to try it on. You come out and select the mirror that you want to use to look at your reflection, but the Angels stop you there. First they tell you that they want you to close your eyes and in your imagination make believe that you are the character that this custom portrays.

Smiling from ear to ear you close your eyes and picture yourself as a wealthy ship captain. If like magic in your imagination, you feel yourself become that character. Then you look in the mirror and see that the character has come to life. In the mirror, you see yourself at a party where you are being celebrated for being the best and kindest ship captain your land has ever experienced.

You are ready for a new character and so you walk over to the next station. There you hear a calliope playing a faintly familiar song in a park. You select your clothes from the rack and go change. You close your eyes and visualize the juggler in a park entertaining children and seniors with your keen juggling skills. Wow! you can’t believe that you are actually juggling. This is so fun you tell yourself. The mirror shows how excited and delighted your audience is with your juggling abilities.

Time for another part and thus you move to the next station. You select your clothes from the rack and go change. You walk out and find your horse waiting on you there tied to the mirror. You are the Cowboy/Cowgirl that you only dreamed about in your childhood. You are really getting the hang of this make believe game again and loving it. You walk over and stroke the horses ears and the horse nuzzles your arm in reciprocation. You look in the mirror and see yourself riding the range with a herd of cattle, you can see your large stone homestead off in the distance. You look to your left and right in the mirror and see the other ranch hands helping with the cattle.

The next station beckons and you walk over and select the next costume to put on. This one is all shinny and silver. Walking out of the changing area you see your space capsule awaiting your departure. You view the mirror and see yourself and your astronaut buddies all climbing into a space shuttle that is soon to launch. You notice that your name tag is showing that you are the commanding officer on this voyage.

What a wonderful range of adventures you have been able to participate in today, the excitement and thrill of making believe in each of these scenes has been really fun and you notice as you sense your body that the tension, tightness and stress have dissipated. You think to yourself that this is a real plus because you have been very stress with life circumstances lately.

You walk over to the last station and find a rather unusual costume but go ahead and put it on. You close your eyes as before to make believe and walk out to view yourself in the mirror. When you open your eyes and view the scene in the mirror you realize that this is the real YOU. This is what you actually look like when you are not in an incarnation. You are brilliant, huge and glowing with a faint hue of color. In the mirror you see your Spiritual Family all surrounding you and sending love to you. They let you know telepathically that they are so glad to see you and to be with you for just a moment. You see your Angels and Spirit Guides in their true environment and the wonderful view of HOME. OH MY you tell yourself, there is nothing like HOME. You feel the love flowing out to you and just softly engulfing you as you stand for another moment or two basking in the reflection of HOME. You can’t stop smiling and feeling the presence of peace and joy.

Your Angels nudge your arm and let you know that it’s time to return. Sadly but so appreciative for the opportunities to play and visit HOME you change back into your attire and walk back with the Angels to board Jennifer for your flight back.

You climb back into Jennifer’s saddle and before you can blink an eye you are back on the tarmac where your adventures started.

You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor change into your own clothing an look one last time in the mirror. You are truly glowing from head to toe and looking so refreshed and at peace. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

Beloved masters, every sentient Soul must follow his/her own particular destiny, a specially designed path that leads to illumination and reintegration with his/her Divine Self. The lessons you are learning and perfecting will be your contribution to the whole. Within these seemingly painful experiences are the jewels of wisdom you will need to fulfill your particular segment of the grand design. So do not judge yourself or your progress by that of other people. Do not gaze on others in awe or with envy at the talents and gifts they have mastered and manifested, for within you are treasures just as great awaiting discovery.

You are deep in the midst of discovering a truth that has eluded humanity for hundreds of thousands of years, a secret that has been deeply hidden in the illusionary reality of the third- / fourth-dimensional world of existence: The truth about the nature of true love, what it is and what it is not. Love is not just a sensation of the physical emotions, the intense desire to own or possess another in order to feel a sense of wholeness. True love is not the thrill of conquest or obtaining what seems to be “a great prize” at the time, which often ends up being a great burden instead. Love as an external focus, exterior to you, will always bring a sense of vulnerability, for the ego-desire body will constantly seek validation from someone or something. Love is neither Self-sacrifice nor victimhood, where you give away so much of yourself that you no longer have an identity of your own. Love is not enabling those around you to dishonor you and abuse you as they reinforce your own projections of unworthiness. How can you expect anyone else to treat you with respect and love if you are not willing to set boundaries and send clear messages of love, acceptance and worthiness for yourself, as well as for others?

You must remove the etheric barriers or filters you have placed around your heart and emotions if you are to be able to receive and radiate the higher frequencies of heart/Soul love. You must confront your fears about losing those you love, and let go of the disappointments and betrayals of the past, which often manifest as a fear of intimacy or of making a commitment to another. As you learn to believe in and trust yourself, you will develop a fundamental trust in others, and others will place their faith and trust in you, for trust begets trust.

The limiting, crippling thought forms of self-sacrifice, martyrdom and suffering and the denial of the beauty and perfection of your physical vehicle must end. It is time to re-evaluate, release or transmute all of the destructive thought patterns you have taken as your truth or allowed others to force upon you for so many past lifetimes. Pause a moment and answer these questions truthfully: do you identify who you are exclusively as a physical Being and then through constant self-judgment, focus primarily on your imperfections? Do you habitually compare yourself with others as you fight an ongoing inward battle, which ultimately assures failure and validation of your distorted point of view? A great majority of people have a love/hate relationship with themselves, which keeps them constantly frustrated and mired in self-inflicted misery.

You must be aware that the Path of Soul Illumination creates a dramatic upheaval in both your inner and outer realities. You must endeavor to rise above the discordant dramas in your everyday life as you diligently strive to return to harmony any imbalanced and challenging relationships. It will take time and patience; however, when you learn to function from within your Sacred Heart center, while attuned to your Sacred Mind, you will gradually develop a heartfelt sensitivity and serenity along with purity in thought and actions. We tell you that there are multitudes of brave Souls in this world who are well on their way to Self-mastery. They are the honored disciples on the Path who will one day become the Ascended Masters of the future, fifth-dimensional planet Earth.

We know you are wondering why you are being subjected to so many tests and negative situations. We tell you, brave Souls, you are in the midst of an intense initiation/transformation process that must be experienced in order to attain the higher levels of consciousness–not as a punishment, but as a means to once and for all release or transmute all the impacted, stagnant energy that has kept you enslaved in a greatly limited, chaotic environment. Many of you have been on the path of initiation for many lifetimes, and you are ready for the next giant step in consciousness.

When you first step onto the probationary path of ascension, the personality/ego becomes aware of the Soul’s nudgings and the battle for supremacy begins. Soul Fire or the invigorating, higher vibrational patterns begin to burn off the negative energy that rises to the surface to be addressed. The fires of purification eventually become the Light of Illumination as the process is repeated over and over until the multiple facets of the Higher Self begin to merge with the Soul and the process of ascension speeds up dramatically.

Remember, every thought or statement you make has a specific range of vibrational frequencies. If you repeat a statement often enough, it becomes firmly implanted within your subconscious mind as a part of your truth. It matters not if the frequency patterns are of a high or low vibration or whether they are true or false. Over time, your subconscious mind will integrate them into your “memory bank of established beliefs.”

Criticism can be a positive thing as long as it is not permitted to become destructive (expressed with malice or with a desire to hurt). There are times when criticism is an expression of fact–when it is a neutral recognition of limitation. However, please be careful of value judgments. Remember to use your free will wisely–you always have the right to accept or decline a judgment statement.

The energies of love from the vantage point of an en-Lighten-ed Soul are totally different than the energies from those who are still playing the distorted game of duality or “me versus you.” You must first open to the love and wisdom of your Soul. As the love grows within your Solar Heart Center, a magical thing takes place; slowly the portal to your Sacred Heart opens and the Sacred Love stored there begins to flow throughout your physical vessel, especially throughout the chakra system. You begin to realize that you are a Divine Spark of our Father/Mother God, and you are worthy of love and respect as well as all the joy, beauty and bounty of Creation. Love projected outward from the Sacred Heart Core results in a constant flow of Self-assurance and Self-acceptance. A person centered within his/her Sacred Heart is always striving to incorporate and project more of the blissful feeling of unity and harmony. This is a precious feeling, which becomes an intrinsic part of your Being once you have gained access to the River of Light / Love / Life and you have a steady flow of Creator Light into and through your Sacred Heart.

Before you can establish a satisfying, loving relationship with others, you must relearn how to respect and love yourself. You must begin to focus on what is right about you instead of what is wrong. Begin to listen to the whispering, intuitive voice of your Soul Self (which will grow louder as you acknowledge its wisdom) as it gives you encouragement, insight and awareness of your vast potential. We are speaking not of egotistical love, but of a deep abiding feeling of worthiness and Self-confidence as you begin the process of re-establishing contact with the many facets of your wise and loving Higher Self.

Divine love is the Essence of our Father/Mother God, and it flows forth in great streams of White Fire Light filled with unlimited potential in its never-ending desire to experience more of Itself. The Adamantine Particles of Creator Light pour forth from the heart core of the Supreme Creator to us via the Father/Mother God of this universe. It is a blessed gift to be used by all Creation at all levels, from the highest, most powerful, to the lowest, most diminished. It is your birthright to bring forth your own unique self-expression, through loving co-creation in harmony with the Divine Blueprint, which is always in perfect accordance with the grand design of the Creator.

How much of your Divinity have you embodied? How loving are your creations, my brave friends? What kind of temple have you created for your Soul? Your spirituality is becoming “up close and personal” as you clear the major distortions in your world-at-large. You are learning that your connection with our Father/Mother God is also a very personal relationship. In fact, you are discovering that you have a facet of God Essence within your Sacred Heart Core.

When you are in an “interactive relationship of learning,” depending on the stage of en-Lighten-ment of both parties, you are either sharing conditional love of the ego-desire body or the Sacred Love of the Soul. There is an attachment process going on in both types of relationships. You are either in a relationship whereby you have allowed energy cords to be attached to your Solar Power center, and you have also sent forth energy cords to the other person (which results in a push-pull dance created by imbalanced frequency patterns). Or, if you are centered within your Sacred Heart and you are using the wisdom of your Sacred Mind, you will have allotted a share of your Adamantine Particles of Light (God Particles) to the relationship, which totally changes the dynamic interplay between you.

Truth and integrity must be the foundation of any relationship you establish in the future. Your Soul Self will accept nothing less, for compatible vibrational frequencies will be an intrinsic barometer of validation in any close relationship. First you must accept who you are, as you are at the present time, and you must strive to become the very best person you can possibly be through self-examination of your attitudes, beliefs, habits and weaknesses.

You must learn that the foundation of a lasting relationship with others is to first establish a deep loving acceptance of your Self, exactly the way you are at the moment. Remember our words of the past: “you must love the Self you are at the present, while you are striving to become the Self you desire to be.” You must first focus on your capacity to “embody love,” whereby you strive to become more loving and lovable until, eventually, you realize that “you are love personified,” and you do not need anyone else to validate that truth for you. As you tap into your own Sacred Heart and that wellspring of Sacred Love within your own Divine God Spark, you will remember that there is a never-ending supply of Love/Light available to you, for it is your Divine Heritage.

You will reside outside the normal, mass-consciousness state of reality when you attain spiritual illumination, which results in a Lightness of heart, mind and emotions. In order to receive and send love, you must remove the filters of protection you placed over your Solar Power Center many ages ago so you could not be hurt by others. You must allow the mighty Three-fold Flame to burst forth and open the portal to your Sacred Heart to receive love. Love is a powerful, natural state of Being. The pure, Sacred Love of Spirit is an emotion that cannot be distorted by conditions or actions. Love has many different qualities and feelings, such as the exquisite, romantic love between mates, the tender, protective love of a parent, and the trusting love of a child. Love is the language of Spirit, and it is the only way to communicate with our Mother/Father God. The love of the Creator and our Mother / Father God is all-encompassing and never-ending. Pain and suffering are a result of denying the love that you are. When you are firmly centered within your Sacred heart, you will transcend all major discord. When you are living your truth, you will be Self-confident, and you will always strive to interact with others in a positive, truthful manner. And so we implore you, beloveds, throw open the portal to your Sacred Heart so that you may be filled to overflowing with the Divine Elixir of Life. The gift of Eternal Life awaits you. Know that we are ever near to guide, inspire and protect you.

The cosmic moment this year is the most important moment that any one of us will ever experience. If we are ready there are incredible opportunities for higher ascension and true happiness as well as the return of our gifts. We must get our twelve chakras clear and fully open in order to access the full potential of this moment. Each chakra contains a number of chambers, each of which holds a lesson. We must work through them and master these energies to be fully open to the possibilities.

I have been going through my chakras again and find there are still lessons I have to learn, especially in my solar plexus and have made affirmations to shift the energies in my consciousness. Kumeka my guide has also reminded me of the importance of eating healthy food and doing appropriate

exercise for the base chakra to be fully operational. (I have cut out sugar again).

Remember to ask the angel in charge of the chakra you are working on to help and support you as you do this work.

Also here are a few affirmations that might resonate with you. If they do not you have already mastered the lesson. If they do, use them. Some appropriate affirmations work very quickly if your chambers are almost clear. Or you may need completely different ones.

I trust the universe to provide for my safety and security.

I deserve to be happy, successful, loved, nourished, have a beautiful home, surrounded by good friends, have a satisfying job or whatever you need.

I commit to being fifth dimensional.

I listen to my intuition and trust it totally.

I accept and honour who I truly am.

My heart is open and radiates warmth and love.

I communicate honestly.

I see the divine in people and situations.

I am one with all.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

Take a breath dear ones for everything is in right order. There is a grand dance being orchestrated in the universe by nothing less than the loving Divine Presence that animates all of creation. If you can imagine, the universe is like a giant body, with every element, every being, every little piece of creation designed to act and respond in cooperation with one another. The energy and love that flows between you and all creation is like a giant nervous system. If you cut your finger, the entire body responds immediately and begins immediately to heal the cut. In a healthy body, as cancer cells do not find a hospitable environment in which to grow.

Rest assured knowing that everything in your life is in right order. Everything is in right timing. Truly dear ones we watch you rushing about and know that if you only knew the truth of your place in eternity, you would slow down a bit and enjoy the journey. Nothing is more important than the quality of this moment. Nothing is more important than whether or not you are adding love to this moment or running from it.

Are you conscious of how your body feels right now? Take a moment. Become aware of your body. Are you hot, cold, in need of stretching, in need of touch, in need of food? Ask your body right now, "Body, what do you need in this moment?" Then make a deal, that at your earliest convenience you will give your body what it needs. Your physical vehicle is the starting point for living in the present moment. If you are aware of its needs, you can start to become aware of so much more.

Ask your heart now, "Heart, what do you need in this moment, and how can I give this to you?" We are not talking now about your physical heart, but rather your sacred heart, the energy of your spirit, the energy of God's love that lives within you. The answer may surprise you. The answer may be remarkably simple. Your spirit is not as complex dear ones as you think. It always wants to express or experience that love in some fashion in any given moment. Your minds come up with remarkable machinations as to how you should move yourself through life in order to express or experience that love, but your hearts will always give you the simplest answer.

If you were able to move through life in this fashion, moment by moment, being aware of the needs of your body and spirit, then dear ones, you would move through life as much of the natural world does - with thought being used as a tool rather than as a torment, with a trust in the movements within you, guided with ease and grace, moving naturally towards that which uplifts and 'feeds' you and moving away from that which does not. You would do so without self-judgment, without the need to judge others, and with simple grace. Try it for a few hours. Try just living your life with awareness of what it is you need now, and now, and now... and soon dear ones, you won't even need to ask the questions for you will have made room to allow the answers to arise naturally from within. Your bodies and souls are programmed to seek and express love in your daily moments. You have learned to block these simple truths, but with a bit of practice you can become adept once again at feeling your internal guidance and acting upon it.

Message From Ann

I've been living this way for awhile now, tuning into my body and spirit to ask what it needed. Lately my body has been rather vehemently guiding me to strengthen my core. After the parasites in 2010 and some other health adventures last year, I got lazy. And now my body is basically saying, "Please strengthen me!" Being tiny does not automatically mean I'm in shape! So I prayed and asked Archangel Raphael to guide me to an easy way to strengthen my core that would fit my scheduled and ta da... a day later Dr. Oz had a personal trainer on with a five minute routine that is working great for me. (If you're interested, here's the link: http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/brett-hoebels-5-minute-flat-belly-workout). My first thought was "Five minutes can't be that bad." WELL, it was!! Even with great music, I couldn't keep up with the video the first several tries, so I just did what I could at first. Now its getting easier but still makes me catch my breath. My body is thrilled! My heart is pumping, my posture is improving, and best of all I'm feeling the spiritual energy flowing through me more easily now that proper alignment is returning. Some days I don't feel like doing this. My mind says, I'm tired. I want to plop on the couch and watch TV, or stay in bed a little longer. But my body commands me, "Move!" and so I move and soon my entire being is happy. Even my mind is starting to agree that this is a good idea!

Likewise I've been asking my spirit what it wants lately. "Time outdoors," came the answer. So I'm back to breakfast on the patio with some inspirational reading or quiet time, and hikes when I can fit them in. My soul feels like singing again. There is nothing like the warm sun, the breeze, and the birds singing over breakfast! It might only take ten minutes but it fuels my spirit.

What we want IS simple. If I don't get my exercise and time outdoors, I start to think I have other problems. I'm more tired, less productive, and less inspired. When I do this little bit of self care I feel so "full" I can easily withstand life's more challenging moments. A lady on my facebook page, for example, wrote this week that her guides told her I was fake and that she was sad about it, but her guidance always right and that she didn't have time for this sh$!. I was in such a good space it was easy to simply write and say that I totally supported her in honoring her guidance, that it simply meant I wasn't right for her, and that didn't take it personally. When we fill ourselves up, and take care of ourselves, it is so much easier to be loving and gracious than if we ignore the needs of our own body and soul. This little 15 minutes of self care a day does wonders.

In my work with clients over the years I find that people get lonely and needy far more easily when they don't listen to their own bodies, and souls. They want someone else to "make it better," but the funny part is, we can "make it better" for ourselves and be happier people right now. In that space we are more capable of attracting good in our lives than from that other space. And if you're looking for someone, wouldn't you rather meet someone who takes care of themselves and is happy rather than someone who is miserable and wants you to fix their lives? Why not take care of your own spirit and be the happy person who has joy to share?

I know it takes overcoming inertia and mental programming to do something good for yourself at times. I know it isn't easy to put yourself first. But if you fill it, you can spill it, and when you take a little time to nourish body and soul, you will be so much more capable of sharing with the rest of the people in your lives. Stop for that little break amidst your errands. Take time to smell the roses if you walk by them. Take a second to really feel the sun on your face, or the breeze on your back. Call that friend when they pop into your mind. Write that loving and grateful email to a friend even if you're worried about what they might think. Its your life, your heart, and these are your precious moments to spend.

What if you got a dollar for every second spent in a loving way and lost a dollar for every second spent in an unloving way. Would you be rich or poor?

So try to tune into your body and soul this week and ask them what they need. The answers are always simple, always things you can do for yourself, always things that CAN fit your life if you are willing. Give up the excuses for not listening to your internal guidance and give yourself a little love. See how it makes you feel :) You might just be surprised.

Wake up Call: Sananda May 29, 12

Good day my dear ones. I am here today to share with you what is taking place in a level that is above the ones who seek to harm earth and all who live within and on the surface. I am going to be completely honest here and tell you about how there are ways for all of you to wend your journey through the myriad of confusion that is being lent to the societal activities.

It is a matter of taking a stand in your lives that comes from the inner guidance that is prevalent in your lives. When you feel strongly about something and know that if someone tries to dissuade you of it, you will remain in that knowing, then stand by it. If there is something that feels right to you and you follow through with it only to find that it does not work, it most likely is because something changed in the meantime and brought a whole different outcome from what it would have been.

This is what living in the moment is about, dear ones. This is what I found was the outlying reason for so much of what I knew on an inner level was the truth in my time on earth as Jesus. I came to many conclusions in that lifetime that were supported by my inner knowing. Then in the amount of time that it took for it to come to manifestation, it very often was changed, and the outcome became quite different from what I had seen it to have been.

This is because there was a feeling of Now within me at all times. Then when the outer events and energies from those events came to fruition, it was because of the inner feelings that the people had. This was in a time when the inner and the outer were more in sync with each other. Most of you may feel that the present changing times are the reason for the feeling of living in the moment. It feels to you like this is something different from what it ever has been.

I am here to tell you that this is now reflecting what it was very closely as far as the energies were concerned at that time. The difference is that the dark forces were not as strongly at work in their agenda then as they have been for the past 100 or so years. This reflects the exponential energies of change. It reflects that the moves that the cabal have made over the past century have had an intensely different and more powerful change on all of earth life. There is more potential for the elusiveness to cause more harm than good, because they are increasing at a higher rate.

You may feel that this is not good news, but I tell you now that it is increasingly good news. Just as the cabal activities are increasing rapidly, so too are the light activities increasing, exponentially. This means that there is more activity of the light that is working in its favor than of the dark. There is rapidly approaching a moment when the splitting of the evolutionary process of the dark and light will take place and that will bring a more rapid increase of the light energies.

We are at that apex, dear ones, and as I see the energetic patterning mount and set into place, I see the immediate turn around already taking place and extending itself into every heart, soul and life of humanity and all life on and within earth. Yes, even the ones who reside within this planet are being affected. They are seeing that their imminent coming forward is more and more going to take place in a welcome from the ones on the surface, as is so with the ones who will be coming from above the planet.

I am one of those who will be coming from off planet. As we all come with those who return to welcome you back to yourselves, we will all remember how it was back in the time of Jesus and all of the others who are being remembered from the early times of earth life. We will bring to you the reminder that you have been with us here and off planet. We are all family. That will become more evident to you as your memories return of the times when we were all in harmony with one another. So many of you are already remembering bits and pieces of those times. Many of those remembrances are clothed in what you can refer to in these times, but they still are rooted in former expressions.

As I wind down this message to all of you, I do so with the clear knowledge that so many of you are expressing at this time. We are all rooted from the same seed. We are all here to bring this evolutionary phase to a close, in order to begin the next one. That one will be so grand and glorious as to be beyond words. Many of you are living that dream and you understand what I say when I express the ‘no word’ energy that is so prevalent. We are all in sync with each other and any words expressed are for our entertainment only. Constancy in communication is always present to be tuned into and lived. I express that to you in this instant and forever.
