Some of these ascension symptoms are ones I’ve lived with for many years now and have gotten familiar with how they cycle in and out, year after year, becoming less intense the more I transmuted and released. As I’ve said elsewhere over the past few years, your mileage may vary, because we each are dealing with and transmuting slightly different emotional energies, karmic/polarized energies, past life energies, and varying degrees of lower negative vibrating energies across time on earth. Some of us have been processing not only our own stuff and junk from this life, but ALL of them, and also doing transformational bloodline family work, and also planetary clearing of specific lower stuck (dark or negative) energies done by people across time on this planet. That is what Starseeds do, and more.

PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS

ascension flu— flu-like body aches and pains but you don’t get “sick” like with typical physical flu abnormal heat and/or cold in certain body parts, severe heat in bottoms of feet, cold solar plexus etc hot flashes/kundalini risings repeatedly for both sexes unusual headaches that just don’t go away until they are done doing what they’re doing physical vision changes – blurring, seeing non-physical mist or fog , seeing new colors, lights, heat mirages, warps, vortex swirls
physical hearing changes – inner ear clicking, pressure like when you change altitude, hearing non-physical voices and strange sounds low-grade fever, chills, body and bone pains, aches and exhaustion when there’s heavy solar and/or cosmic energies sudden food and chemical sensitivities that make it nearly impossible to eat a lot of foods or go much of anywhere insomnia and/or only being able to sleep for an hour or two and then waking up repeatedly throughout the night drastically less dreaming (because you’re dealing with issues/energies 24/7/365 We’re transmuting while awake too) sudden diarrhea (usually after you’ve been through a hard phase of transmuting lower energies and then shifting into a higher state) sudden nausea or “morning sickness” for both sexes weird food cravings, repeated high protein cravings (due to increased transmuting of energies), need for a lot of food fuel severely increased sense of smell, smelling strange smells for days, weeks or months even (like burning incense or smoke) sense that your bones are not as dense and solid as they were in lower 3D, they now feel more like cartilage that can bend etc.

EMOTIONAL SYMPTOMS

crying over simple things that profoundly move you, crying over the stupidity, crying because you feel SO much (this is 5D Heart Consciousness beginning) rage and deep anger over the stupidity, anger/rage/frustration over everything and everyone still in a lower energy and state of awareness. They’re literally too painful physically and emotionally to be around or to endure now sudden and total intolerance of anything, anyone, any system, religion, government, foods, belief systems etc. Intolerance of anything vibrating lower than you currently are sense of being very alone and on your own with no one else around you who understands what’s really happening to reality and you needing to be alone and isolated from other people ultra sensitive emotionally – like puberty/pregnancy/menopause all happening at the same time!
emotionally knowing and feeling things in other people that you never could perceive prior family issues and “stuff” that must be dealt with within yourself and your bodies total emotional disconnect with things and people you used to love
and enjoy very much feeling like you are changing so profoundly that you’re actually dying (you are and it’s part of this process)

MENTAL SYMPTOMS

sudden loss of mental focus and ability to concentrate sudden inability to read books due to inability to focus,
concentrate, or even comprehend what you’re trying to read!
forgetting the names of common everyday things, objects, places, people etc. – like “milk”, “hammer”, “orange”, etc.
forgetting your own name and/or sense of old familiar “you” or “self” having to triple check things because you can’t remember if you actually did them or just thought about doing it loosing track of “time”, loosing track of yourself within “time”, suddenly not knowing what time of the year it is or even what year it is!
thinking and physically doing things becomes very blurred to your awareness, feeling disconnected from things like never before disconnect with the ego self that was mentally multitasking constantly, inability to focus and so you relax and unfocus finally

PSYCHIC SYMPTOMS

seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing nonphysical beings both positive and negative, perceiving strange unknown energies and lights hearing nonphysical voices call your name seeing different colored lights, balls, points of brilliant light, flash and roll around in your house and/or outside seeing solid 3D objects (like walls etc) suddenly look like a heat mirage, sparkle, shimmer with brilliant light and appear transparent seeing, hearing, and even telepathy with both “positive” and
“negative” beings, entities, perceiving areas of condensed negative energy negative psychic attacks by other lower vibrating living humans, and/or negative non-physical energies, beings etc. (deal with it and move on. It’s someones unresolved negative shit looking for a new place to live; transmute it, release it all and move on) working through polarity resolution, repeated encounters with polarized energies, polarized consciousness, etc.

increasing conscious connection and awareness with your Higher Self – spherical or “triality consciousness” instead of the old 3D polarized and linear consciousness increasing but HIGHER empathy, telepathy, clairvoyance, greater and greater unity within your self and with other people that are vibrating at or near the same frequency and state of ascension that you are, 5D awareness or Heart consciousness coming under negative psychic attacks occasionally from both human and nonhuman energies, thankfully decreasing in potency over the months and years stages of dreamless sleeping, stages of numerous unpleasant nightmares each night for weeks at a time. This usually happens when we’re making yet another shift and need to process some more stuff and energies within ourselves.

Who’s been looking at your Facebook page? Can you find out?

If you have been an internet user for more than five minutes, you've no doubt seen an advert or two that promises to "find out who's searching for you". It sounds like a scam, but is it actually possible?

Can someone find out if you've been looking at their Facebook or LinkedIn profile? Can you tell if someone's unfriended you? And can you see what searches have been performed with your name?

First the warning: there are scams a plenty promising to show you who is "stalking" your Facebook page. I put in a call to Facebook and spoke with their technical folks - the truth is no-one can see who's been on your Facebook page. There are no features buried in the Facebook settings with that data. There are no apps that can unearth that info. Facebook says it is one of the most common scam come-ons on the site. Don't fall for it; you cannot see who's looking at your profile (and no one can see if you've been looking at theirs).

But… there are apps and tools to see who's unfriended you. Facebook tries to squelch these apps, but I found a couple: one that you download to your computer called UnFriend Finder and one for Android called Friends Checker. Sign in, and they store a list of your friends. Then every time you check back, it tells you who's no longer on the list. UnFriend Finder also reminds you of friend requests you've made that haven't been answered. For Twitter, Qwitter does the same thing, telling you who's unfollowed you each week.

Professional tools

LinkedIn is a popular social networking site that lets you connect with professional associates and keeps your work activities up to date, and it does let you see who's viewed your profile. This handy feature is over on the right column of the site - it looks like an ad, but click it to see a handful of most recent people who've looked at your profile. To access a comprehensive list of people checking up on you, you need to pay £8.55 (inc VAT) a month to upgrade to a Personal Plus membership.

While this may seem voyeuristic, it actually makes sense to me: if you're looking for a job, you'd want to know which hiring managers are checking up on you; or if you network for business, this feature tells you which sales leads are vetting you. Another professional site for academics and researchers called Academia.edu has the same useful feature.

Finally: search data about you. You'd love to know who's searching for your name, but the real truth is that search companies will not reveal any data about searches, not unless they are compelled by a warrant. So any come-on promising to tell you who's searching for you is a scam. But you can find out what search terms people combine with your name. Google AdWords offers a keyword search. It will tell you what corollary terms are associated with the search for your name. For example my friend Leo Laporte is a tech podcaster. The words associated with searches for his name are ‘Leo Laporte Twitter name’ and ‘Leo Laporte Blog.’ This corollary info is helpful and might influence his decision to more prominently market his Twitter handle or blog address.

Bottom line: there is very little data available for you as a consumer to track who's looking you up or looking you over on social networking sites.

Facebook Spy - Who's been looking at your profile and pictures?

A rogue application that promises to allow Facebook users to know who visited their profile page is circulating the social network.

A new iteration of an old scam has surfaced on Facebook pushing a fake application that promises to enable users to see who has visited their Facebook page.

The problem? Facebook does not allow this capability. According to Sophos, the app is spreading across the social network with messages that say: "OMG OMG OMG... I cant believe this actually works! Now you really can see who viewed your profile! on [link]."

Those who click on the link accompanying the message are taken to a Web page that asks them to permit the application to have access to their Facebook profile, blogged Graham Cluley, senior technology consultant at Sophos. Granting that permission will make a user's profile "yet another victim of the viral scam. ... And no, you don't ever find out who has been viewing your profile."

This is far from the first time this type of application has circulated the network. Tempting as it may be for a user to know who is visiting his or her page, promises to keep track of that type of information are invalid.

"Facebook does not provide the ability to track who is viewing your profile, or parts of your profile, such as your photos," the company states in its Help Center. "Applications by outside developers cannot provide this functionality, either. Applications that claim to give you this ability will be removed from Facebook for violating policy."

The company later states, however, that while it does not provide an app that enables users to track profile views or statistics on the views of specific user content, third-party developers may offer some of this functionality. Still, the company has made it "technically impossible" for applications to track profile visits for users who simply go to another user's profile.

According to Cluley, the current campaign is using a variety of different links, but via bit.ly Sophos has observed that at least one of them has tricked nearly 60,000 people into clicking.

"Always think before you add an unknown application on Facebook, and ask yourself if you're really comfortable with ceding such power to complete strangers," he blogged. "Rogue application attacks like this, spreading virally, are becoming increasingly common—and do no good for anyone apart from the scammers behind them."

Scientists find an alien world '''like no planet we know of'''

Hubble team detects a watery super-Earth enshrouded by thick atmosphere Scientists have discovered a new type of alien planet — a steamy waterworld that is larger than Earth but smaller than Uranus.

The standard-bearer for this new class of exoplanet is called GJ 1214b, which astronomers first discovered in December 2009. New observations by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope suggest that GJ 1214b is a watery world enshrouded by a thick, steamy atmosphere.

"GJ 1214b is like no planet we know of," study lead author Zachory Berta of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Mass., said in a statement. "A huge fraction of its mass is made up of water."

Adding to the diversity

To date, astronomers have discovered more than 700 planets beyond our solar system, with about 2,300 more "candidates" awaiting confirmation by follow-up observations.

These alien planets are a diverse bunch. Astronomers have found one planet as light and airy as Styrofoam, for example, and another as dense as iron. They've discovered several alien worlds that orbit two suns, like Luke Skywalker's home planet of Tatooine in the "Star Wars" films.

But GJ 1214b, which is located 40 light-years from Earth in the constellation Ophiuchus (The Serpent Bearer), is something new altogether, researchers said.

This so-called " super-Earth " is about 2.7 times Earth’s diameter and weighs nearly seven times as much as our home planet. It orbits a red-dwarf star at a distance of 1.2 million miles (2 million kilometers), giving it an estimated surface temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius) — too hot to host life as we know it.

Scientists first reported in 2010 that GJ 1214b's atmosphere is likely composed primarily of water, but their findings were not definitive. Berta and his team used Hubble's Wide Field Camera 3 to help dispel the doubts.

Hubble watched as GJ 1214b crossed in front of its host star, and the scientists were able to determine the composition of the planet's atmosphere based on how it filtered the starlight.

"We’re using Hubble to measure the infrared color of sunset on this world," Berta said. "The Hubble measurements really tip the balance in favor of a steamy atmosphere."

Berta and his colleagues report their results online in the Astrophysical Journal.

A watery world

Since astronomers know GJ 1214b's mass and size, they're able to calculate its density, which turns out to be just 2 grams per cubic centimeter (g/cc). Earth's density is 5.5 g/cc, while that of water is 1 g/cc.

GJ 1214b thus appears to have much more water than Earth does, and much less rock. The alien planet's interior structure is likely quite different from that of our world.

"The high temperatures and high pressures would form exotic materials like 'hot ice' or 'superfluid water,' substances that are completely alien to our everyday experience," Berta said.

GJ 1214b probably formed farther out from its star, where water ice was plentiful, and then migrated in to its current location long ago. In the process, it would have experienced more Earth-like temperatures, but how long this benign phase lasted is unknown, researchers said.

Because GJ 1214b is so close to Earth, it's a prime candidate for study by future instruments. NASA's James Webb Space Telescope, which is slated to launch in 2018, may be able to get an even better look at the planet's atmosphere, researchers said.

She stayed on the planet Meton for four months where she gave birth to and reared her space child, Ayling.

Particular interest was shown in Elizabeth's experiences by the British Ministry of Defense and they announced that UFOs do exist and are now official.

Elizabeth's story has attracted the attention of many countries, in particular America, Britain and Russia.

In 1975 she was given a standing ovation at the 11th International Congress for UFO Research in Germany.

In 1983 she addressed the House of Lords, in England and her paper was also read at the United Nations.

Elizabeth Klarer was born in 1910 in Mooi River, Natal, where she grew up on a farm and soon learned to understand the Zulus very well. She was trained as a meteorologist at Cambridge, England. She later went to Trinity College, London, to study music, where she obtained a degree.

She is also a pilot, and learned to fly the DeHaviland plane. During World War II she was employed by the South African Air Force Intelligence and during operations did work for the Royal Air Force decoding German communications. She was also trained to observe UFOs for the South African Air Force UFO Division. She has a son David, a daughter, Marilyn, who is now a medical specialist, and another son, Ayling ~ an astrophysicist living on another planet, which we will cover shortly.

Her fascinating story began at the age of seven when a flying saucer visited her near her home.

Telepathic communication between Elizabeth and Akon, who was a crew member and scientist of the spacecraft, occurred several times. In April, 1956, on Flying Saucer Hill at Rosetta, Natal, the crew revealed themselves and Elizabeth Klarer was taken up into space and into the vintage mother ship.

In November, 1957, on the high plateau of Cathkin Peak, in Drakensberg, Elizabeth Klarer entered the spacecraft to meet her new-found lover Akon.

During the next eight and a half months she endured harassment, especially from American intelligence forces, and on one occasion she was almost kidnapped by the Russians who wanted to capture the future space child. She was eventually taken by Akon to another solar system, our nearest neighbour, Alpha Centauri. There she stayed on the planet Meton for four months where she gave birth to and reared her space child, Ayling. Owing to the vibrations of the magnetic field being different on Meton, her heart was unable to adjust to the new pressures, and she was forced to return to Earth. Contact has been maintained and Akon and her son, Ayling, have both appeared to her visually in a projected holographic image.

In 1984 particular interest was shown in Elizabeth's experiences by the British Ministry of Defense and they announced that UFOs do exist and are now official. Elizabeth's story has attractd the attention of many countries, in particular, America, Britain and Russia. She was applauded by a group of scientists representing 22 nations where she gave a speech about the secrets of light. In 1983, she addressed the house of Lords in England, and her paper was also read at the United Nations. A few years ago she traveled to Switzerland to appear on a TV show. She has written a book entitled "Beyond the Light Barrier," and has now completed a second one, "The Gravity Files." (Editors Note: This book has not been published as far as we know.)

Interview With Elizabeth Klarer By Stuart Bush

Stuart Bush: Could you describe the flying saucer you flew in?

Elizabeth Klarer: She was perfectly circular, about 60 feet in diameter, with a very large hull and a flattish dome in the center with portholes around the dome. There were sets of three portholes encircling the entire dome and she had a silvery sheen about her. This wasn't a reflection from the sunlight, it was her own glow. It came directly from the skin of the ship and when the power was switched on the whole ship glowed and would set up this field differential around her, which, of course, she moves within. Inside she is very, very beautiful; simple but completely beautiful, and the colors so lovely. The entire floor is covered with a rose-red type of carpeting ~ very soft and very springy to walk on. The walls change color when the power system is on; they change from blue to green.

S.B.:Is there a functional reason for this?

E.K.: Yes, in harmonic interaction you are not only going to have the color in the electromagnetic wavelength of the universe, which, of course, is the whole basis of her power system, but the colors come in as well and the different movements, particularly when she is speeding through the atmosphere. These starships vary in size. The mother ships are very much larger and do not land.

The ships can travel instantaneously from one place to another.

S.B.: What was the number of the crew in the ship you traveled in and what were their duties?

E.K.:Two, and they were both scientists. Both were astrophysicists but one was also a very great botanist which was a needed ability in understanding the flora and fauna of planets for their protection and in the preparation of planets for human habitation. This is a continuous activity.

S.B.: Tell us something about the outside construction of the ship.

E.K.:The ship is created in space from pure light energy into substance, and it takes naturally the celestial form. They then bring her to the surface of the planet and construct the interior. But the whole skin of the ship is created in space in order that this atomic structure of the skin of the ship is conducive to energizing. That's how you get the power and the different colors.

S.B.:I s the material metal?

E.K.No, it's not like a metal at all. It is more like a porcelain. It is made of an atomic substance from pure light energy which is the ultimate particle.

S.B.: How long does it take to create the ship?

E.K.: To create the complete shell, no matter what the size, you have to have the harmonic interaction of the measurement of that circle; it has to be perfectly in harmony. It takes, in earth time, about 15 minutes to create. And it is created and not constructed, from natural cosmic energy. Then when they take her to the surface of the planet to complete the interior, in earth time, it takes about a couple of weeks.

S.B.:Are they armed?

E.K.: No, all they have is a deflecting ray as a form of protection which will keep any hostile craft at bay and immobilize them. The shield effect completely protects her ~ from bullets, a missile or atomic bomb. The magnetic field is so tremendous.

S.B.:Is it vulnerable then, when it is at rest?

E.K.:No, there is an automatic switch. The approach of any intrusion causes the field to come on automatically.

S.B.:Could you tell us something about the vintage mother ship?

E.K.: She is a vast carriership with about 24 small landing craft each of which carry a crew of two people. The mother ship hovers about 1000 miles away in space and releases one of these landing craft to the surface of the planet. They accommodate at least 5000 people ~ including women and children. They are completely self-contained with an abundance of everything. They grow their own food on the ship using their own means of irradiation; sunlight is not necessary.

S.B.: How do you view outside the ship?

E.K.: The ship is completely enclosed but there are portholes which can be opened, and also inside there is the viewing lens which enables you to see outside in all directions.

This device not only can see through barriers such as into cellars of buildings but can reveal the finest detail, such as beads on a necklace worn by a person on the ground. And similarly for sound.

S.B.: Are all the crew from Meton?

E.K.: They are from the one civilization ~ of seven planets. But they are preparing other planets for human habitation in the system of Vega. Vega is a young blue-white waxing star.

S.B.:Could you tell me how the people compare with humans on Earth?

E.K.: They are human but taller, better looking, more considerate and gentle; not aggressive and violent. They dress and eat more simply and are still young at an age of 2000 years of Earth time. Their star is not so violent. Our sun is a variable and produces rather harsh radiation which affects the skin, ages one, and can be dangerous. They wear simpler and less clothing made out of silk. Silk is beautiful and comfortable next to the skin. Everything is free and you can pick out your own clothes at a silk farm. There is an abundance of everything. No money or barter system is necessary.

S.B.:What was the planet itself like which you visited?

E.K.: It is similar in size to Earth, a little larger, covered with vast seas, and the lands are islands, not continents. Climate is beautiful, under control, and in fact, is really a utopia. They have everything they want. They are not only thousands of years ahead technologically from us, but are also spiritually very advanced.

S.B.: Could you describe the social systems on Meton?

E.K.: There are no politics, law, or the monetary system. Medicine is a scientific activity and not required for health since they are all in perfect health. Their way of thinking is quite different from what most people over here would understand. They are a loving, gentle and constructive people. Everyone industriously does their work which they like doing most. There is no need for law; there is no crime or police. Everyone is free and has a code of ethics. They constantly create beauty around them and in general there is complete harmony. Their homes are lovely. You can see from the inside out; the material is transparent one way. Regarding pets, they love their birds, in particular, and there is telepathic communication with them. Predatory animals are kept on a different planet.

S.B.:What about their educational system?

E.K.:They don't have schools or universities. Their education is completely visual ~ all done by what is called an electric mirage. They have a little phial about three inches long and they insert it into a niche in their home or the wall of a spaceship. A 3D scene fills the room ~ an advanced form of a holograph. There are no books. They travel a great deal. The young children are taken around the galaxy so they can learn from experience. They can use the electric mirage to go back to a former time in their history. They could, for instance, view our planet at the time of the dinosaurs.

They have beautiful paintings and create lovely music ~ harmonic music and very uplifting spiritually, which relate to the harmonic music of the galaxy.

They communicate by means of telepathy and educational concepts can get transferred this way.

They are capable of thinking in terms of the basic concepts not dependent on language ~ they perceive the feelingness behind words. There is no problem in the learning of languages such as any of those on Earth.

S.B.:What shape was the mother ship?

E.K.: She was more of a cigar shape with blunt ends and angles depending on the light effect. From certain angles she could look circular and may be five miles in length. These are city ships containing everything needed ~ trees and flowers, lakes, beautiful living quarters. Families are raised on the ships.

Some spacecrafts which land and are seen by people, are only holographs. This is part of the conditioning process so that earthman will become used to the idea of the existence of extraterrestrials.

S.B.:And what is this system they have of harmonic mathematics, and are there any books explaining this?

E.K.: Yes, I have books on it, written by professor William Conner from the U.S.A. I have his treaties on harmonic mathematics which explains the whole process. He's also done this with respect to my book "Beyond The Light Barrier." He has related the various figures, distance of Meton from Earth, Akon's age, etc. to harmonic mathematics; it's all there.

S.B.: Returning to the educational aspects, if there are no books, how is information imparted?

E.K.: It is done from mind to mind, telepathy ship works ~ how she is using the power system of the universe. You have to understand the physics of the power system. The physical body could go but not the mind. This knowledge was imparted to me by Akon. He just put his hand on my forehead and told me to relax and think and know exactly how the spaceship is utilizing the cosmic power to go from this system to the home system. His hand on my forehead enabled me to relax completely and understand how the ship was using the matrix of space to go through the ether. I had to be in complete harmonic relationship with the spaceship to go through the light barrier.

S.B.: What is the woman's life like on Meton?

E.K.:There are no chores as we have on earth. It is all done with a light ray. For example, a beam of light will bring you your food on a tray. Families are larger ~ most families have about seven children. You could have children while thousands of years old, as there is no problem with age. They use a natural contraceptive; a type of vegetable which they put in their food. There is no marriage and divorce. They simply find their mate and stay together for life. If there is an accident and a loss of life, the person simply reincarnates and comes back to their same mate.

S.B.: What about the gravity belts? Did you use one?

E.K.:Yes, I used one to go upstairs. There are just three knobs for starting, control and direction.

S.B.:You mentioned seven planets. What are the names of the others?

E.K.: They don't have names, just harmonic numbers. Akon gave me the name Meton for
identification purposes.

S.B.:How important is time to them and how do they measure it?

E.K.:They don't measure time at all. Time varies too much in any case. With their triplet star system, they do not measure time as we do here, with night and day, since they don't have night and day. When the smaller star, Proxima sets, the other two rise so there is never any night.

S.B.: What are their sleeping patterns?

E.K.:They depend on sleep ~ it is a great health restorer. In terms of Earth time they would sleep nine hours.

S.B.:Regarding their eating habits, what are their views on how to eat?

E.K.: They don't cook, they eat the natural foods, vegetables, salads, etc. The only thing they heat, using electricity, are certain oat cakes, made of fresh whole oats, like bread. They are only heated briefly to bind them together. They never use chemical fertilizers for growing food.

S.B.:Why don't they have competitive sports on Meton?

E.K.:They don't think about it ~ it is not necessary for them. Earthman, when he is not involved with wars, etc., needs to release his aggression in sports and such competitive activities.

The Meton people do not have this problem.

S.B.:Do they recognize creative aggression?

E.K.: Yes, one must have determination and drive to create, but it doesn't have to be aggressive!

S.B. What is their approach to health products? On Earth there is a growing enlightenment in this direction.

E.K.: Yes, well they eat the natural foods and know which contain the necessary ingredients for health. It is necessary to balance the chemical processes in one's food for proper utilization by the body. The important thing in growing natural foods is the soil to grow them in, and you cannot possibly, as you do here, use chemical fertilizers. They never use anything like that. They simply put back into the soil what they take out. They revitalize the soil by means of electricity, which is what lightning does. It brings the Nitrogen into the soil. This is why lightning and thunderstorms are so important, along with the light and radiation from the sun.

S.B.: So they would eat say, a raw potato?

E.K.: They do grow peas. They are a necessary source of protein, and they eat a lot of fiber, as this is vital. They have natural vegetables and fruits, which are scientifically improved and enlarged. For example, an apricot, which would be the size of an apple, would be enough for one meal. It would have all the vitamins in it you would need, because apricots are a tremendously nutritious source of food and have a rejuvenating effect on the body.

S.B.:Now, can you say anything about planet Selo, which was visited by Hal Wilcox (UFO contactee), and which is about 600 years ahead of us, yet is of the same Alpha Centauri system as Meton, which is how many more years ahead of us?

E.K.:About a hundred thousand!

S.B.:How is there a planet (Selo) in the same system so far behind?

E.K.:Planets vary. You have planets in certain stages of advancement, and planet Selo is closer to two major components of Alpha Centauri. These are the two larger stars, and these rotate about each other. Selo is closer to them in that vicinity, therefore Selo would receive greater intensity of radiation from these double stars. Proxima Centauri is very much farther away, but it still makes up a triplet system, which is known as Alpha Centauri, and Akon's home planet is in orbit about Proxima Centauri. There are seven planets there altogether (around Proxima Centauri) which is a star about the same size as our sun. So you have a different radiation output, which has a great effect on civilizations that exist on the orbiting planets. Radiation has a vast effect on the brain or mind, and consequently on development.

S.B.:As I understand it now, Selo has two suns and Meton has three suns, yet they are both in the same system. Does it mean this third sun is in a higher dimension?

E.K.:Meton, my home planet, only has one sun, and Selo has two suns, so that makes up the triplet system of three suns!

S.B.:But I gather that there is no nighttime on Meton!

E.K.:That's right. Because when Proxima Centauri sets in the planetary rotation, the two larger stars rise, and they are so big that their light is cast very far afield, and naturally Meton, being in this triplet system, gets the light from these two larger stars, but not the intensified radiation, because of the distance. You see, the two larger stars are young, waxing stars, and they give out intensified radiation, while Proxima, the third star, is smaller and a middleaged star, so it gives out a modified, highly intensified vibratory radiation, which has a very different effect in the formation and advancement of a civilization, because it does affect the brain.

S.B.:I would presume then that Meton is in a higher dimension than Selo.

E.K.: Yes, in a higher vibratory rates and very much farther advanced, and has a civilization which occupies all seven planets in that system. (Ed. But it is in the same physical dimension.)

S.B.: To get back to the mother ships or city ships (some cigar-shaped, and five miles long!), how were these constructed ~ out in space?

They had bases on the Moon, Mars and Earth which they still visit.The Venus people left a section of their civilization here on Earth to look after the planet and advance the mentality and consciousness of the indigenous people of this planet, which they are in the process of doing.

S.B.: Did they have anything to do with the age of Lemuria and Atlantis?

E.K.: Yes, definitely with Atlantis. Atlantis was, of course, their main base and they also had a base in South America. Some of the Incas are descendents of the space people. Now, in the region of the Andes there used to be a very tall, fair race of people, many redheads, and these people were from Venus. They remained there until the great upheavals of Atlantis, which resulted in the Andes being pushed up by volcanic eruptions and with the volcanic evolution of the planet generally. So what was once a very fertile area became barren and mountainous, as it is to this day. But you still have certain buildings that remain, and also under the sea. Some of the pyramids still remain in Central America and these are the most important ones because they are very beautiful and vast, and there is one pyramid which has just been uncovered by archeologists who thought it was a mountain. The Spaniards built a cathedral on the top. It was covered in trees and grass, and the excavations are now revealing a pyramid.

S.B.: Where do the rest of the Earth people come from if only a small portion came from Venus?

E.K.: The majority of people here on Earth are indigenous, with a certain percentage from the home planet Venus who had stayed here when the main civilization moved out from Venus before going on to Proxima Centauri. They remained to look after the planet, and also for educational purposes for the native people, which of course is being done to this day.So we're here to inform people of the truth of their origin. Also to bring Venus back to life by feeding the atmosphere with algae, which creates the storms, the rain and the lightning, the volcanic eruptions, and the life.

And also to form the seas again, because Venus was originally covered with vast seas, as is Meton.

That is why Akon's civilization moved out from earth to Meton because it is very similar to what Venus was in the past; islands and seas, with thick atmosphere, which filters the radiation, and above all has a higher vibratory rate for the advancement of a higher civilization, and particularly for the advancement of a consciousness into the fourth dimension.They have also come back to create bases on the Moon and Mars. They can bring back to life Mars as well as Venus, and this they plan to do since their main work throughout the galaxy is to prepare star systems for human habitation.

S.B.: How would this tie in with the information that the Sun is dying?

E.K.: The Sun is dying, but we don't talk about age, it is simply a metamorphosis. It is becoming cooler so something has to be done about it. It is going to be a double star system since Jupiter is a forming star. Jupiter will have a star burst in the very near future and we'll then have two stars in the skies of Earth. As the Sun cools down, Jupiter will heat up.

S.B.: How long do you think the Earth people have been in existence?

E.K.: The indigenous people of Earth go back to the time of the dinosaurs. Before the demise of the dinosaurs there was a very small colony of human kind, as there was also a very small colony of mammals, and they were not affected by the intensified radiation because they took refuge in caves and escaped the radiation by going underground. This was instinctive, and it was the same with the other mammals. But the giant creatures had nowhere to escape from the intensified radiation. The ultraviolet destroyed the vegetation so they had no food and became extinct. The mammals were intelligent enough to go underground and then lived on other life. Now many of our race today are descendents of these people from Venus. Generally they are not conscious of the fact that they are here to advance and educate the indigenous peoples of this planet, but many have had a race memory which has been activated by certain events ~ material in a book or seeing a spaceship in the sky. They have suddenly realized this is their purpose and that this is what their life is all about and they are here for a reason.

S.B.: To come back to Akron's spacecraft, when he visited you did his craft create the thunderstorms?

E.K.: Not always ~ sometimes. This is a very interesting question. The thunderstorm, particularly the hailstorm, which I described in my book, was quite natural. But it has happened in the past and very recently that his spaceship has created thunderstorms. This is due to the fact that when she come into the condensation level of our atmosphere the heat field around the ship condenses the molecules of the atmosphere into cloud and the result is that the gravity field retains the cloud around the ship, spinning it around in its lines of force ~ you can actually see this.

This is what we call an inorganic cloud because it is created by the spaceship.As she moves, the cloud goes with her, and we have actually photographed this cloud effect with the spaceship in the middle. Now this is a very good form of camouflage and they (Akon) use it quite a lot.Just recently I experienced Akon's spaceship in Natal which created a most tremendous storm. I saw this circular cloud which had a grey edge to it, the perimeter was clear-cut in the blue sky and it was perfectly circular; in fact it looked rather like a mushroom cloud of an atomic explosion. The high center to the cloud was the spaceship dome. The cloud itself was almost an apple green cloud. In the center was this pink-orange color ~ it was quite beautiful. The resulting storm was tremendous, incessant lightning, rain and wind. It happened four times. It was a warning for me regarding making a decision.

This happened in the last two weeks.

S.B.:Couldn't Akon have remained in the fourth dimension, in invisibility, to avoid the storm and still communicate to you? Why was it necessary to be so dramatic?

E.K.: He wished the effect to be observed by others. He wanted the people to understand the power of the spaceship and that it was there. Now I'm known by the natives as not just the star lady but also the storm lady.

S.B.:Are you a twin flame of Akon, that is, from the same source of consciousness or are you a soul mate in which the relationship has built up from many lifetimes together?

E.K.: We both originated from the same place so we have always been twin flames but we are also soulmates because we have the same consciousness, realization and ideas in life completely. I can't remember many past lives. I remember my previous life clearly with Akon on Venus, and we have always been together through the ages. I have only had this one life on Earth.At certain periods we have to be parted, for example, for me to do my work here and Akon to do his work in outerspace. My purpose here is involved with a vast educational system throughout the world to tell people about all this, to write about it. It is necessary for people to realize there is a greater authority and civilization out there who will intervene if we do not behave ourselves.

S.B.: The spiritual advancement is so great on Meton one might have thought that the people would have transcended the physical level and moved into a higher plane. Why are they still using physical bodies like us?

E.K.: So they can communicate more easily to other civilizations in the physical. There are no physical disadvantages: they keep in perfect health, and there are no injuries. So it is perfectly safe for them to retain the physical body, besides they seem to enjoy it.

Mystery Meteor Flashes Across British Skies

Police forces and astronomy websites have been inundated with sightings after a suspected meteor shot across darkened British skies.

Reports of a "bright light" and an "orange glow" were received by police across Scotland and the north of England at around 9.40pm on Saturday.

The Met Office tweeted: "Hi All, for anyone seeing something in the night sky, we believe it was a meteorite."

A spokesman for Strathclyde Police said the force had been "inundated" with calls about a bright object in the sky across the west of Scotland.

Minutes later, Durham Police received calls from concerned members of public who had seen a "bright light or a fire in the sky" and believed it may have been an incident involving an aircraft.

The American Meteor Society website was inundated with dozens of Britons logging sightings.

Michelle Thornton, from Birmingham, stated it was "the most amazing thing I have seen in the night sky in ages - outstanding :)"

Meanwhile, website user Brandi, from Stirling, at first thought it was a firework and wondered if it was a missile after it "changed direction".

"We wondered if it was a missile. The tail was longer than any astral body I have ever seen and the colour between the head and tail was very distinct.

"The head was bright - warm colours - and the tail was much longer. We thought it was a firework because it stuttered out and seemed to fade, but we did not hear the bang.

"It then reappeared as it continued across the sky, seemingly changing directions slightly - as if around a 15 degree corner.

"It then also seemed to go lower down in the sky and then passed out of our vision after another 10 seconds or so.

"It still looked orangey-red in the distance as it left our vision, but we could not see the tail from that angle."

The Royal Observatory at Greenwich said it was probably part of a meteor shower that happens at this time every year.

The Kielder Observatory reported the sighting as a "huge fireball" travelling from north to south over Northumberland at 9.41pm, and rated it at magnitude -9.

A brightness of magnitude -6 is required to be seen in daylight and according to the International Meteor Organisation only one in 12,000 reaches magnitude -8.

The observatory tweeted: "Of 30 years observing the sky #fireball best thing I have ever seen period."

Ice dam collapses at Argentine glacier

An ice dam at Argentina's Perito Moreno glacier collapsed early Sunday, creating an impressive spectacle not seen since July 2008, although few tourists were actually awake to experience the moment

Several tons of ice fell off the 60-meter (200 foot) ice dam into Lago Argentina at the national park in southern Santa Cruz province.

Some 5,000 tourists had been in the park Saturday awaiting the ice show, park rangers said, but the slight movement of ice which began Wednesday turned into an avalanche at around 4:00 am (0700 GMT), leaving visitors disappointed.

Only a group of rangers witnessed the collapse, which created a crash heard several kilometers away, accelerated by heavy rainfall overnight.

"The noise was very great, it was coming down in buckets," said park ranger Carlos Corvalan.
Perito Moreno, one of the biggest tourist attractions in Argentina, is one of the largest glaciers on the Patagonian ice cap.

The glacier has a travel speed of 1.7 meters (5.5 feet) per day in its central part and periodically creates an ice dam which collapses from the pressure of the advancing glacier.

The glacier was named after one of the first explorers in Argentine Patagonia.

Space Storm Could Hit GPS Systems And Flights

The biggest space weather storm in five years is heading towards Earth and could disrupt power grids, GPS systems, satellites and airline flights, Nasa has warned.

In a statement on its website, the US space agency said the storm was caused by two solar flares that erupted on Sunday .

Following the flares, two bursts of solar wind and plasma - known as a coronal mass ejection (CME) - were thrust towards Earth.

"The first is travelling faster than 1,300 miles per second; the second more than 1,100 miles per second," the statement added.

The brunt of the storm is expected to last until Friday.

A similar storm in January forced Delta airlines to divert flights across the polar regions.

"Space weather has gotten very interesting over the past 24 hours," said Joseph Kunches, a space weather scientist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

The solar flares alone caused brief high frequency radio blackouts that have now passed, according to the NOAA .

The storm is likely to be "the strongest one since December 2006," Kunches said, despite admitting the Earth experienced a stronger radio blackout last August.

"But en masse, if you put it all together with the geomagnetic effects and the solar radiation effects, I would put it on par with one at the end of the last solar cycle, which was over five years ago."

Astronauts aboard the International Space Station could also be affected by the radiation storm, which may cause them to seek shelter in better protected parts of the orbiting lab as they have in the past.

"Flight surgeons in Houston's mission control centre have been monitoring the solar activity and will continue to do so," Nasa spokesman Mike Curie said.

"They have determined that there presently is no concern for the six crew members aboard the International Space Station ."

Space storms are not new. The first major solar flare was recorded by British astronomer Richard Carrington in 1859.

Other solar geomagnetic storms have been observed in recent decades. One huge solar flare in 1972 cut off long-distance telephone communication in the US state of Illinois.

Another similar flare in 1989 "provoked geomagnetic storms that disrupted electric power transmission" and caused blackouts across the Canadian province of Quebec.

Symbolism: A white cow. (Cows are sacred to Celts and the color 'white' is associated with illumination.) Hazelnuts, salmon and water all represent wisdom.

Mythology and interpretation: Long ago, in the time of the Tuatha de Danaan, there existed a sacred well, named Segais, which was the source of wisdom. The well stood hidden in the shade of nine hazelnut trees, its magical waters inhabited by salmon who ate of the nuts as they fell into the water, providing them with the knowledge of the universe. The keeper of this well was Nechtan, god of water. Because this was a sacred place, only he and his three cupbearers were allowed to approach the well. They were the guardians who kept anyone from entering these sacred grounds and possibly obtaining knowledge no mortal or other god should understand.

But curious Boann, the goddess wife of Nechtan, challenged this law by approaching the well to partake of its wisdom. She walked counter-clockwise around the well, causing the waters to rise up and rush after her in response to the violation of this sacred place. The raging waters chased her through the land toward the ocean. As Boann was swept along, she lost an arm, a leg, an eye and ultimately her life to the churning waters that consumed her. At once the water became Boann, Boann became the water, and their merging created the river Boyne. Boann realized her quest for knowledge and she was from that moment on universal wisdom, inspiration to poets.

Boann's thirst for knowledge was her downfall because she lost her life, but ultimately it was her (and our) blessing because she received, and thereafter provided, illumination. Her story is reminiscent of the biblical Eve who rebelled against God's word in her quest for knowledge.

Disregard for the law exacts a great price; Eve was expelled from the garden, and Boann suffers significant losses as she tumbles in the raging waters. She essentially loses half her body (an arm, a leg and an eye), a symbolic image suggesting that she is half of this world, half of the other. Is there a moment where nature and divine being merge, each giving up half in order to accept the other? This sentiment runs deeply in Celtic belief; that the land, or more precisely, the genius loci (spirit of the place) and its people are one and the same, much as in Australian aboriginal belief; there is no separating the two.

The term Tuatha de Danaan (where Boann is), means "land" and also "people." The people of this land were considered a divine race of poets, seers, and warriors incarnated in this world to ready the earth and its inhabitants for an awakening. They were called the "Salmon of Wisdom;" those who had been exposed to the sacred salmon in Segais well and who then beheld the wisdom of the universe. Boann is of this race; and as goddess of water, what other fate would be hers but to completely enter the spiritual realm of the Tuatha de Danaan and reach us through water so that she may inspire us? In doing so, she embodies all the purposes of this sacred people/place. She becomes the vessel where we may swim and absorb all that she has to offer: awakening of the mind, inspiration, illumination, courage, creative power, knowledge, poetry, wisdom.

Meditation: Goddess Boann is here to invoke creative inspiration and to give you courage to go beyond what is comfortable in order to gain knowledge. Go to her when you need to access this energy. Remember that Boann does not borrow illumination from some outside source, rather, she brings what you already have within yourself to light. The best atmosphere to meditate on Boann is near a stream or river. Find a peaceful, comfortable spot close to the bank where you may be alone and without distraction. As you sit with eyes closed, inhale deeply and smell the breeze that follows the water's current, allowing Boann's breath to flow into your body and become part of you. Imagine her swimming like a water nymph through your external and internal rivers. See her darting in and out of light and shadow, attaching to the greater aspects of both and showing all to you. Hear her flowing toward you, through you, past you. Boann enters you through all senses and flows in the currents of your body, awakening the creative powers that reside there.

A Mexican woman who turned herself into a vampire look-a-like after suffering years of domestic violence is helping other victims.

Mother-of-four Maria Jose Cristerna, who is known as Vampire Woman, is a 36-year-old former lawyer from a Catholic family background.

Not only is 98% of her body covered with tattoos, but she has had fangs dentally implanted into her mouth and titanium horns surgically placed beneath the skin on her head.

The accelerating energies have had affected us with their light and information and we in turn are evolving further. What this looks and feels like depends on where we are in our awakening process, what our elements of our energetic architecture are active, and what our intent is for using the energies.

It is increasingly important to note that our intent shapes the way we use the energy we receive. If you have not yet considered setting intentions for how the energy flowing into your field is received and utilized, why not do so now? You might intend to make your soul available to the new energies to support your ascension in to higher frequencies, with ease. (For example.) Intent is everything these days as energy is more available and many are vibrating with greater amounts of energy and thus also have more influence and greater resources with which to create.

The waves of light are activating new groups of souls. There are people beginning to feel the restlessness, the awareness of something deeper and more significant and with this shift, the beacon of the inner journey is ignited.

For those who have completed the clearing of the lower etheric layers--the physical, emotional and mental bodies being clear and free of energetic congestion--there is an enormous surge propelling you into transparency. The seat of your awareness is shifting and you are being called to live in a different relationship to the inner planes and your life in manifest form as the human reading this.

This energy creates a strong desire to release the outward, lifestyle components that may have felt necessary but not harmonious with your true self. And specifically many who have remembered and rediscovered their paths to wholeness are being urged to find ways to set up shop and broadcast their uniquely approachable energy-flavor. Many are called to be bridges to awakening, sharing and shining so those who will resonate with their energy and processes and be able to connect and use what is shared to remember and create on their own path of enlightenment.

For those beings, ready to shift into transparency the impulse to movement is strong and remaining still or hesitating will create great frustration and unhappiness. Realize that you will not necessarily know exactly how all of this is going to play out, but like Indiana Jones watches the path appear in front of him in faith, you too must walk forward on the inspiration as it appears in order for the next step to be given.

Life is dynamic and accelerating. Realize that the next steps are not being hidden from you. You are being given the steps that exist as reliable-now (and now and now and now). This keeps you in harmony with the ever expanding leading edge on which you are creating and increasingly living energetically. Know that not being able to organize your whole life or business or work or move, to not be able to plan ahead, is actually a gift. It supports you in staying in alignment if you just allow yourself to trust and take things one step at a time. Give birth to the essence of your dreams and then stay focused on that, calling forth the next guidance, insight, coincidence or connection by asking questions with intent to move, each day. Allow the next steps to show up and pay attention to synchronicity and coincidence which will often reveal the way if you're looking.

As we live from a soul level current, each relationship and conversation is a gift. These connections have the ability to accelerate the creation of the New Earth. Being open hearted and willing to share what arises and is inspired within you, will make you part of the collective co-creation. The time to stand on the sidelines and watch the game is over. Especially for those being drawn into transparency, this stalemate choice of non-movement and non-participation because you may feel uncertain or unworthy, will just leave you feeling disconnected and unhappy. Just trust yourself and jump in.

Along with transparency, there is an elevation of the seat of consciousness. Increasingly there is the call to bring the movement and expansiveness of the inner planes into your manifest life. This is an enormous signpost on the way to 5th Dimensional Manifest Reality. Recognize it as such and allow yourself a whopping "Woo-hoo!"

The New Earth will show up as reflection of your inner experience made manifest by focus and willingness to flow energy in your experience into new ways. As more and more of us embrace this quality of sincere participation as powerful creators in the ongoing generation of life on Earth, others will have confidence to join the fun and the momentum will build.

Transformation alone has never been the point of all this change. The shift of the ages involves transformation for the purpose of manifest reality transforming. We need awakening and manifestation as our experiences to fulfill the intentions for the Divine Plan for our Planet, and our personal aspirations of participating in this auspicious epoch of time/space.

Civilization and culture rest in our hearts. The outcomes of creation on Earth, the shape of things to come, and the experiences of right here right now are enormously influenced by those high-vibe Earth Angels who have found their light and are bringing it home.

We need to awaken and bring this way of being to bear on reinventing and recreating our lives, our world, our civilization and the collective thought forms and beliefs of our shared consciousness. As one of us enlarges our consciousness and elevates our being, all of us benefit for we are all One, interconnected and whole together.

It is within this wholeness that we have great hope and promise, for we can springboard off of one another, leap-frogging into new territory and expanding the experiences possible for humanity and thus for all life on our planet.

Lastly, I encourage you as you are ready to step into your role as Creator Gods, to begin with your own life. It's important for your own life to work. That means being healthy, happy, having abundant energy and resources and work, relationships and a lifestyle that allows you to flow and thrive. Get happy, essentially, then share the love.

The example of your joy is a beacon to those unsure about things. It helps inspire the deep inner recognition of this glorious opportunity available here and now. Furthermore and most important, your joy generates energy and this allows you to be highly magnetic--attracting all you need, and highly influential--shaping the world with your ideals.

As the most complex sentient being here we have enormous responsibility to care for and include all life in our perceptions of reality and the way we choose to live and create a mode of being.

Life is essentially the same thing in all forms: source energy made manifest. As we learn to live expressing this appreciation and realization we experience countless shifts in our lifestyles. These changes bring that which we are and how we live into a full expression of this innate appreciation and love for all of ourselves as One.

It is this harmonious, peace-filled experience which is increasingly available to each of us now. It is up to us if we continue to participate in unsustainable pathways which continually draw us out of our own hearts and into power struggles and other energetic distortions to feel good and as an artificial substitute for love, true connection and the joy of being ourselves.

Life is opening to new pathways. Many are discovering the inner joy that never fades. The innate wisdom always available and the abundant experience of love and well-being that is part of all that.

You too, wherever you are, can move beyond restlessness and the sense that there must be more to life, through the dark night of the soul and the inner forest, into a glowing meadow; to this radiant state of luminous being. It is your true nature to be light and to emanate this energy from your focus--regardless of form. As the Human Being reading this, you know this. Deep within you is also the clear awareness that you are entirely, fundamentally wonderful and there is not, and never has been anything wrong with you.

As you reconnect the inner pathways to this eternal truth, all kinds of distortions and old patterns and habits will arise and depart from your experience. As you knowingly let them go, you will discover a process of continual expansion. You will increasingly dwell in grace-filled states of knowing, clarity, creativity, joy and love. It is from this gloriously happy state that you have the vision, inspiration and the vibrational resonance to open up creative options in the New Earth. Remember, access is granted by frequency resonance with specific bands of energy. As you reinstate your own freedom and confidence, self-love and sense of innate beauty, you will find 5th Dimensional dwelling available in your waking state, regardless of where the Earth is in her progression toward this higher band of residence. You will effectively become a bridge to the new life possible for those not yet there. It is inspiring to realize all the points of light and love moving into this state of being on our beautiful Earth!

It is from this empowered, energized state that you are called into transparency, into radiant, sincere, ego-free self-expression. There then is no hesitation, no doubt, no evaluation. Your role is simply to be you, to express and create as you are inspired. No more, no less. You can trust in the value of your inspiration and impulses as we are all inspired from the same ground of being. And as you are inspired to offer, another is inspired to receive. As you are looking for something, someone is inspired to create and share it. Life exists and unfolds in an awesome choreographic dance of unfathomable complexity and grace-filled connections.

Live from the true nature of your being, however you know this to be. The energy of this month will peak with the Equinox and all of this momentum will crest and we will emerge with a new, elevated sense of all that we are and what we wish to experience.

To celebrate and open fully to this arc, simply state your intentions, open your heart and come forth as you are. Know you are profoundly loved and vital to everything.

It is becoming clear now, regarding the energies of this year of 2012, that we have the critical point on our evolution. We all have been waiting for this time. This is our time. As old souls, incarnated and still ones un-manifested in this physical reality, we come at these precarious junction points, at the end/beginning of ages, because we absolutely love it.

Now you . . . that are already in physical form, you are having to deal with your rapidly morphing DNA and beyond that, adjust to the actual laws of nature that are changing right under your feet. You will feel like the carpet has been ripped out from under your feet. But remember . . . this is your time, and you came here for this time. SO MANY have come to experience this rapid evolution and rebooting of an entire system. Your body IS going with you. This has been the plan for eons. Atlantis was only a dress rehearsal, and we know that it didn't go so well. But you have all learned and grown through this age, and this time . . . is your time. We can see from NO TIME, and we can see that you have completed the job. You are victorious, and you are celebrating in the most extraordinary style. Hold this dream of victory as you pass through this year with all of its tidal waves of energy that are coming.

There is no doubt that your body will feel rocked and surprised by this year's energies. But your heart and inner truths are unshakable now. Rely on this inner truth when your body is telling you differently. No one will be immune to this process. There are going to be a lot of mixed signals in the outer world. Don't listen to them.

There will be medical experts out there telling you to drug yourself with anti-anxiety and anti-depressants meds. This won't help you as you are going to reboot anyway. Fighting the process will only make it less joyful. There will be well meaning alternative healers as well who will tell you to eat this, or do that. Again don't listen to them unless your heart is in full resonance with their suggestions. Everyone has a unique past that comes from your spiritual ancestors. We are not talking about your genetics; like who are you parents or grandparents. We are talking about your spiritual past. This is an akashic past that is much more potent than that of your genetic past. Listen to your heart, your core, your inner constant. This is your orientation point in a world that is wobbling like an out of control gyroscope. Fighting the transformation at this point will only make it harder and less joyful. There is no escape. If you are in a body, you will re-boot and re-celebrate. Remember . . . this is great fun for you spirit and soul. This is why you came here.

In these coming waves, you are going to feel out of sorts and your body is going to give you weird issues that seem to come and go. You might feel like you need to hunker down and lay low for these shifts and changes; but we do not suggest this, although it is your free will to do whatever you want. Let us explain . . . You know when you sit in a chair too long, you get stiff. This is what will happen if you don't KEEP MOVING while these waves wash over you. You will not find the answers you need while hiding in your home praying for solutions. The world is moving into a unified field of collective manifesting. You cannot do this by yourself. Pieces of your solution to this transformation are out in the world with other like-minded souls. All the pieces to this transformation are spread out among all of you. This is why you need like-minded ones around you. These waves are too large to surf alone. You must do this together.

There are going to be a lot of huge waves in 2012 that we will be surfing together. This is a good time to gather with like-minded soul family that live in a place that is centered in the heart and not from fear. Surround yourself with FEARLESS beings. We love the logo "NO FEAR" that you wear, because this is what we are asking you to BE now; FEARLESS and full of LOVE, TRUST, and a deep knowing that the big celebration is nearly upon you all.

The following are some of the energy waves that, at this point in our no time perspective, we expect may come to you. This does not mean that it will happen as we say here. The future is not real and can change at any moment as you evolve. There may be other waves that are coming as well that we do not see today as Aluna transcribes this for you.

The first wave will be on your Equinox. GATHER TOGETHER and celebrate this beginning wave of your great transformation. Equinox will bring a much needed balance in your world that will be necessary for what comes after this date. Balance yourselves in preparation as you will need this later. We can't say this strong enough. Please hear this, and do as your heart calls. This ballance will be essential in the days to come.

On March 21st, we will enter the Maya year of 2 KAN (Kiche long count) and 10 EB (Yucatan Haab count). 2 KAN is about balancing duality, but Kan can also bring up survival issues. I think this is why the Star Elder are speaking strongly about gathering together with like-minded souls, so your collective positive intent will soften the duality and the body issues that might raise survival issues. Negative and fearful friends and family, etc… will be toxic to you now. The year of 10 EB is about the awakened human finally arriving and anchoring. We are finally going to put our feet down on a new foundation to a new world. 10 is all about manifesting in a real physical dimension. EB is about exuding outer peace, but inside there can be inner turmoil. The outer peace is our heart knowing and truth. The inner turmoil, fear, etc... that we have inside is the last of the old programming fading away. If we do not feed it, it will starve. Feed the Love, starve the fear.

Back to the Star Elders . . .
The next large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is a total solar eclipse on May 20th (http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/SEgoogle/SEgoogle2001/SE2012May20Agoogle.html). In the path of this total solar eclipse, your dimension will begin an entire reboot of its operating system on your Earth. As the sun is blocked so perfectly by your moon, in this very still, no-time place, a new operation system will be created and uploaded into your body as well as your world, solar system and universe. Remember that this is a universal shift and recalibration . . . not just a planetary one. We are shifting with you, as well as Ascended Masters and Angelic Realms. We are all transforming together as ONE in unity. If you are in the path of the shadow of this eclipse, the download will be quicker, more complete and graceful. You will become the living messengers for this new download for the rest of the world that did not have the luxury to travel into the eclipse path. This new operating system will begin to spread across the Earth over some time (a month or two). Again we strongly say, gather with fearless ones on the days surrounding this reboot. Gather with ones that come from the inner knowledge of Love, trust and truth that this transformation of our reality is already victorious.

Another large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is the June 6th Venus transit. For the last 8 years, your collective consciousness has been building a model for a unified, universal heart. This process began on the last Venus transit on June 8th, 2004. This new unified, universal heart model will be downloaded into the new operating system. The collective unified heart will be anchored. Any place where there is not love expressed, it will be shaken to its core. This will cover everything including your personal relationships all the way to global governmental systems. This new down load will make selfish acts nearly impossible to achieve. In other words, we will begin to think, act and live in the knowing that there is no separation and all life is connected. We will not be able to make a choice without considering the whole and future generations. This new heart model will take several weeks before it is fully anchored. The universe is loving and kind and will allow this heart transformation download slowly so you can readjust with each daily heart pulse. Breathe . . . surround yourself with loving, positive, like-minded souls. This will make your heart transformation a joyful experience instead of a painful one. But we see that this will be somewhat uncomfortable for everyone to a certain extent, as this new heart program has never been experienced in a human form before. This program has been long awaited by so many of you that already consider your actions and the future reproductions of these actions. Thank you for holding this space open for this program to down load. You are and will be successful.

The next big wave we see will be on November 13th . . . the second total solar eclipse (http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/SEgoogle/SEgoogle2001/SE2012Nov13Tgoogle.html). Now that the heart model has been fully anchored into your new heart, as well as into your world and our universe, this eclipse will be quite important and very potent as it makes necessary adjustments based on our collective consciousness. This will make the universe self-justifying. What we are saying here is that anything that is still not in alignment with unified love will be reprogrammed to make adjustments for human error. This is not a judgment on humanity. But we know that holding a perfect love space in your wobbling world will be hard to accomplish 100% of the time. So the universe is giving you a break for any mis-qualified energy you may have anchored. We also tell you this to be easy on yourself. It is difficult to hold perfect space in a radically morphing world. Relax and just be your truth as much as you can. The universe will clean up anything you might have done that came from anything but love. In this eclipse path, there will be a temporary no-time space in which to reboot all the upgrades. This eclipse will be quite intense, and we are glad that most of the passage of this eclipse is over the ocean to soften its impact. During this time, we can see that there is going to be a lot of upgrading. Stay in a place of peace and neutrality as the reboot washes across the Earth. Now you are running on a fully upgraded and re-calibrated system. It is time to give this new world a test run. You have been ready for this for eons.

The next wave will come in mid-December on 12/12/12 which also falls on an important celebration day for the Maya 8 BATZ. For the Maya, this day is a recalibration of their sacred calendar, and it will set off an explosion that will light the fire under the new programming that we have helped download this entire year. Essentially the Maya Elders will be plugging it ALL in. This comes almost 2 weeks before the December 21, 2012 date that so many of you are aware of.

The last wave of the year comes on December 21, 2012. All you old souls will be celebrating in love and peace. Any that have not allowed this recalibration to take place, and were strong enough to hold it off , will hit an extreme crisis point. Your job is to anchor love and positive intent in celebration, and THIS ACTION will bring these last hold outs into alignment with the new program. This is not a judgment for these souls. They were the last hold outs to keep the old world running up to the very last second, and they did this for us. This was a very hard job for them. ALL souls on your Earth are pieces of God. So don't forget this.

So, with this said, we suggest and hope that you will gather in HUGE numbers on December 21, 2012 around the Earth to celebrate no matter what the outer world is doing. Remember that you are living in the no-fear all-love zone. You are opening portals to your heart, the Earth and the universe. Be out on Mother Earth and under Father Sun. Go to your sacred sites, celebrate and be in love with all your soul family. This is your time. You have waited and prepared for a long time. So allow yourself to celebrate this victory and revel in the glory of the shining God that is in YOU and now anchored in the world and universe.

Do what resonates with your heart...release the ego

Earth is much like a racing car right now, foot down on the accelerator, moving forward at breakneck speed into more and more of the higher vibrational light showering down on us. The light, and the speed with which we are entering it, is throwing off our veils and shackles faster than you can say ‘We’re not in Kansas anymore Toto’.

Sometimes the light makes us feel overwhelmingly peaceful and blissful, when no matter what is seemingly going on in the outside world all is well in our inner domain. Other times, like the days leading up to March, we feel like hapless passengers holding onto our seatbelts for dear life, knuckles white and tight. Sticking our heads out the window for some air brings no relief – we are met by 500 miles per hour winds flapping into our faces. We look over to the driver – one Ms Mother Earth, who has a surprisingly lead foot for a woman several billion years old, hoping the harried look in our eyes might make her take pity on us and slow down. No such luck. She looks over to us with a wild gleam in her eyes and shouts out “Don’t ya love the feeling of freedom!”. Errr, that’s what this is?

Yes folks. The knot in your stomach, the fear gripping you and the panicked hyperventilating is a result of waking up every day to more and more energetic freedom, thus paving the way for more freedom in our physical, materialised lives. We don’t have to play the same old roles anymore. We don’t have to repeat the same old stories anymore. Old beliefs? In the trash. Jobs and relationships that aren’t working for you anymore? Tribal council has spoken – you can vote them off the island. Surely this sounds like paradise? Isn’t that what our new reality is supposed to feel like? A blissful, wondrous, paradise? Somehow we forgot to read the fine print in our ‘Come to Earth in the midst of the greatest Shift ever!’ contracts: Freedom may feel slightly terrifying and completely disorientating after lifetimes of general repression and limitation.

The energies of Freedom are well and truly upon us, and March is stepping it up a notch or thousand. While our Soul is sitting on top of the race car grinning like a jockey about to win the Kentucky Derby, our ego/mind/old self is the one having a hard time below us. “You want to do what? Leave your job? Are you crazy? You’re never going to survive financially. What are you going to do? You think there’s a soulmate out there for you? You think you’re going to change your life with your new positive thoughts/positive goals/positive whatever? Yeh right, it will last a few days like everything else, who do you think you are? You have what you say? Needs?? You have your own needs? And you want them met? Hahahaha very funny, get back to work.”

We are facing a period of up and down energy as we undergo a major paradigm transition. The need to creatively and authentically express our true selves is fiercely burning through us. We know that there can be no more compromises. No more procrastination. No more broken promises to ourselves. Enough already with delaying being who we really are, delaying doing what we know we want or need to do. Yet while this feels exciting and exhilarating on one level, it is also triggering every last nook and cranny of self-sabotage patterns within us – and these patterns are being mirrored via situations or people outside us that seem to be blocking us as well as our own critical inner voices. Seem being the operative word because there is only one self-sabotageour in the building. Guess who?

So all this freedom can actually feel quite heavy and sad at first, with us feeling disappointed and disillusioned about ourselves, our lives, our dreams, our world. Every cell in our body wants whatever it is we want, and now more than ever we truly know that we can’t possibly keep moving forward in our lives being less than who we truly know ourselves to be. We just can’t keep doing what we used to do, we can’t go back to, or stay in, what energetically we have already moved on from. We have to go do what we need to do, and there is a strong ‘it’s now or never’ feeling to this urge. Yet there is all this stuff within us and around us telling us we can’t do it, can’t have it, it’s not going to happen, it’s impossible. So we are spending a lot of time feeling stuck and confused. Not wanting to stay where we are or go back to where we came from, yet not knowing quite how to move forward.

We are feeling this way because the concept, and reality, of limitless freedom feels totally foreign to us. Limitless freedom is of course not foreign to us, it is our natural state of being. However we have been without it for so long, or at least we have been in the illusion that we are without it for so long, that we have almost forgotten what to do with it and how to use it. We are like prisoners who have just been set free from years in darkened isolation. The light of an open sun-filled sky can be blinding, and it is an actual fact that two-thirds of prisoners re-offend upon release because they don’t know how to function in a healthy, empowered way as free adults. Prison becomes the comfort zone.

We cannot allow our old reality to be our comfort zone because as you know, it’s really not all that comfortable. Yes aspects of it may have provided us with something we needed – financial security for example – so another reason we are finding it so hard to let go of the old and jump head first alongside Mother Earth into the new is we fear that the new won’t provide us with those things we need. The irony is, the new has the potential to not only provide us with what we need but also open doorways to experiences and opportunities we never even thought to ask for. These doorways are usually not visible from the perspective of our old lives, so as much as we love to have guarantees before we make any drastic changes, it’s often only when we finally commit to the new that our new doorways appear.

How does this work in real life with bills to pay and children to support? Ask to be shown a bridge from the old to the new that will help you get there in an easeful way. ‘Just trust’ does work but it’s easier said than done for lots of people. So if ‘just trust’ sounds a bit lala for you, ask for a bridge. Don’t ask with your arms crossed in a ‘fine if I’m meant to change, prove it, bring me a bridge’ way. The universe is not going to do the work for you and your belief that change it not really possible will override your genuine desire to attract it. It will meet you more than halfway if you take the first step, but you have to take the first step. The bridge is for those of you who genuinely in your heart of hearts know it is time to make a change in one or more aspect of your lives, but just don’t know how to get from here to there. From your heart, ask for a bridge.

Another reason we are feeling stuck as we transition from ‘here to there’ is that our true power has become just as foreign to us as our freedom. We are hearing the voice of our dreams and desires calling to us ever louder, but our inner voices and beliefs telling us we can’t do it have been way louder for a long time. We have become used to setting our dreams, our needs and our true desires aside, and as a result our inner power feels more like an inner deflated balloon.

There are hundreds of healing tools available now for addressing our issues with not owning our power and freedom, but something you can do right now is simply decide enough’s enough. Tell yourself “Lack, I don’t believe in you anymore...Limitation, I don’t believe in you anymore....The part of me that says I can’t do it, I don’t believe in you anymore.” Visualise your Power and right to Freedom as if they are long lost friends. Embrace them and say “It’s been a long time, and I can’t really remember how to use you or how this all works, but I’m ready to remember. Please show me. Please guide me.” Another thing that may help is something I say daily: “I am aligned with my best possible self, best possible reality and best possible movement forward.”

What is your desired dream? What is it that you keep putting off or telling yourself you can’t do yet because...? What do you feel you’d be letting go of by following your heart? Why do you feel that your desired dream can’t meet whatever needs were being met in your old life? What is it about your desired dream that you’ve used as an excuse to not go for it and create/attract it? Take some time to answer these questions if you are ready to embrace your freedom, as foreign as it may seem.

Usually selfless people are awakening to their own needs right now, and this too feels foreign after a lifetime of putting others first. This doesn’t mean we are becoming selfish and inconsiderate, rather we are realising that at times we have not considered ourselves and it is time now to do so. Lines in the sand are being drawn all over the place, boundaries are being strengthened and we are learning that sometimes we have to say no to others to say yes to ourselves. We can no longer serve others from a position of not serving ourselves – our true selves. Make the embodiment of your true self your first priority right now, and that in itself will work as a compass and magnet for you to create and attract right relationships, right work, right service and right lots of things in your life. This embodiment will ensure that you are always in the right place at the right time (something that lots of people are concerned about right now), and also guide you to do the most good for the most amount of people in the best way possible for all (including yourself). To help this embodiment process affirm “My thoughts, words and actions are aligned with my true self.”

Our authentic power is being reclaimed and it can be shocking to realise just how much of it we have given away by not believing in ourselves, not standing up for ourselves, not being true to ourselves and not loving ourselves. Those days are over. We are entering the age of Light and of Love. Not in a fluffy new agey way, but in a real, practical, walk our talk kind of way. The kinds of fear-based and ego-based decisions we have seen made by our governments, media, big business and banking institutions were ultimately a result of a lack of light (awareness of truth) and a lack of love, especially self-love which manifests as a lack of love and consideration to others. Those days are ending. They cannot exist out the other side of this shift, no more than darkness can exist once you have turned on the light in your house.

It is time to believe in the Light and in Love more than you believe in the lack of it, and believe in its ability to transform our world – inner and outer. As you see and feel the chaos, and all renovation projects are preceded by some chaos, trust in this ability. Trust in your own ability, no make that your own destiny, to be a powerful part of the process.

This past weekend as my housemates and I were watching one of our favorite shows, I realized that I was having a very hard time with the violence in the show. It wasn't graphic or over the top. Just bringing alot of tension into my body. I took a few deep breaths and felt better. When the movie started and the violence started again only much more graphic the tension returned only this time upsetting my stomach. I excused myself and went to bed. This is the first time this has happened. I have always said that I knew the violence in movies and tv shows are make believe, but I guess I am progressing and can no longer handle violent movies. I am also seeing how harmful words can be. It seems this week all the negative talk and sarcastic remarks made by my coworkers and myself are being shown to me. I'm once again getting that big push from Spirit to change how I am treating others and myself. This will be a big change, I often speak without thinking how its going to sound or what impact it will have.  Maybe a day of silence is in order.

 A Whole World Full of Light ,

God said:

The world, as you know it, is changing, for you are growing. And so, the world as you know it, changes before your very eyes. The world is a reflection of you. As you change and grow, so goes the world. The world is of your making, and the world is of your perception of it.

As you see a beautiful world, the world becomes more beautiful. And so do you. You become more beautiful to yourself and to others. You have always been beautiful to Me. My perception doesn't change. My perception has ever been true. I see. I have never not seen. Wherever I look, I see beauty. I have heard that beauty is in the Beholder. That saying holds Great Truth.

It is also true that how the Beholder sees rubs off on the Beheld. The more beauty you see in others, the more beautiful they will actually become.

You have seen this. When people feel loved or are in love, they light up, and they are beautiful. It is beautiful to see, and you have seen it. Be beautiful, and you will have a glow. See beauty, and what you see will have a glow about it. This is how you light up the world!

What is glow but light? And what are you but light? Light is spreading across the land. Beauty is becoming more beautiful. Beauty is infinite, and infinite means always more. There is no going back, beloveds. You can no longer hide your light in corners. No longer can you be shy or reticent to shine your light. You came here to Earth to shine your light, and shine your light you will. It is ordained, beloveds, it is ordained that you will come out of the shadows of your own perception. How about now? What is there to wait for? What are you waiting for? Come out from the shadows now.

Simply step out from the shadows of your past thinking. You, yes, you. You are a most beautiful being. Any lack you may have is lack of true perception of yourself, life, and others. You notice I say that it is your perception that is lacking. That is all that can be lacking. I created you as beauty. My perception is accurate. You are the non-believer. You are a non-believer in yourself.

You can't make yourself believe. You believe what you believe. Yet what you believe can be changed. You can raise a lesser belief to a higher belief. You do this by noticing. Any little bit of beauty you notice anywhere becomes you, and it becomes part of you. Start noticing beauty in yourself and others, and pat yourself on the back. Be pleased. You saw beauty. You noticed it. You became it. This is worth celebrating. Celebrate now. It's fine to celebrate even ahead of time.

Once you make the decision to see beauty, you will see it. You will notice it even in dark places. Even in the dark, there is some light. See the beauty in yourself. See the beauty in others. The truth is that all beauty is yours. It is all yours.

In this moment, the supposed you and the supposed I, are beautiful together. We make beautiful music, for you see, We love, and what is love but seeing the beautiful wherever it is, however it is housed. Every single person has a spark of light, and now We are going to make this spark become a huge bonfire of light, a mountain of light, a whole world full of light, thanks to you.

Follow Your Heart

“Recently, Neurophysicists have been astonished to discover that the Heart is more an organ of intelligence, than (merely) the bodies’ main pumping station. More than half of the Heart is actually composed of neurons of the very same nature as those that make up the cerebral system. Joseph Chilton-Pearce, author of The Biology of Transcendence, calls it “the major biological apparatus within us and the seat of our greatest intelligence.”

The Heart is also the source of the body’s strongest electromagnetic field. Each heart cell is unique in that it not only pulsates in synchrony with all the other heart cells, but also produces an electromagnetic signal that radiates out beyond the cell. An EEG that measures brain waves shows that the electromagnetic signals from the heart are so much stronger than brain waves, that a reading of the heart’s frequency spectrum can be taken from three feet away from the body…without placing electrodes on it!

The Heart’s electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus.

The Hearts’ torus electromagnetic field is not the only source that emits this type of electromagnetic field. Every atom emits the same torus field. The Earth is also at the center of a torus, so is the solar system and even our galaxy…and all are holographic. Scientists believe there is a good possibility that there is only one universal torus encompassing an infinite number of interacting, holographic tori within its spectrum. Because electromagnetic torus fields are holographic, it is more than likely that the sum total of our Universe is present within the frequency spectrum of a single torus.

This means that each one of us is connected to the entire Universe and as such, can access all the information within it at any given moment. When we get quiet and access what we hold in our Hearts, we are literally connecting to the limitless supply and Wisdom of the Universe, thereby enabling what we perceive as “miracles” to enter into our lives.

When we disconnect and shut down the Heart’s innate wisdom of Love-based thinking, the ego-based intellect takes over and operates independently of the Heart, and we revert to a survival mentality based on fear, greed, power, and control. In this way, we come to believe that we are separate, our perception of life shifts into one of limitation and scarcity, and one in which we must fight in order to survive. This amazing organ, that we often time ignore, neglect and build walls around, is where we can find our strength, our faith, our courage and our compassion, enabling our higher emotional intelligence that can, if we allow it, guide us through our lives.

We switch the gears out of the fear-based mental state that we have been taught to believe in, and move into Heart Centered living. For this transformation to take place, meditate, “go into your Heart” and access the inner wisdom of the Universe. As each one of us begins this quiet revolution of living from the Heart, we will begin to see it reflected in our lives and in our World. This is how each one of us will create change in the world, create Peace, create Harmony and Balance, and in this way, will we all create the New World Paradigm of Heaven on Earth.”
