                     During this period of Ascension where most souls are experiencing very
                             rough weather, it is beneficial, indeed extremely important,
                        to connect within. By having this divine safe haven already in place,
                                   one can go there on days to connect with that strength
                                            only the spiritual power of divinity can give.

1/24/12 (SWITZERLAND) Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Dr. Michel Kazatchkine, a French clinical immunologist and head of the $22.6 billion fund has abruptly resigned, since revelations about corruption and misspending severely rattled some of its biggest donors. The resignation came on the eve of the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, which played a role in its creation a decade ago. A dinner for the public-private fund is planned Thursday with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and major backers Bill Gates and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The shakeup resulted from an internal review to address problems highlighted in Associated Press stories last year about the loss of tens of millions of dollars in grant money because of mismanagement and alleged fraud. Its biggest private donor is the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which has pledged $1.15 billion and provided it with $650 million so far.

Many Lightworkers, Starseeds and others of the Light, often say “thinking about the need for protection is silly and only serves to generate and experience more fear, after all, we are here to be in love and light, so that is what I focus on”.

St John, the Baptist is best known for his life as the cousin of Jesus. Yet it is not common knowledge, that in that embodiment he was already an Ascended Master.
St John made his ascension during his life time as Elijah. Jesus himself identified St John as Elijah returned. There is a great bond between these two Masters. Jesus in a previous life was Elijah's disciple Elisha. It was Elisha who witnessed Elijah's ascension. Theirs was initially the bond of Guru and disciple (chela), a bond of devotion and love. So it is no surprise to see Elijah return as St John, to path the way for Jesus and his mission.
St John, the Baptist is a first ray soul. The first ray is the blue ray. It is the ray of God's Will and God's power. No Master ascends and then sits back to rest, ascension is an ongoing process and the journey back to the source is long. And so, Ascended Master St John, the Baptist continues to serve and work with humanity. He is working to assist us in our ascension via the practices of balance and meditation. He is here to help us align our divine mind, sacred heart and soul - for it is aligning these three that we begin our proper journey into ascension. And it is only through this alignment can we go deep into meditation.
Ascended Master St John, the Baptist has an aura of white at the center radiating out to a soft blue. His energy is very strong and balanced.
He is working at this time with the Cosmic Master and goddess Ma'at. Remember the story; the ancient Egyptians believed at death to pass onto eternal life, a person's heart was to be weighed against Ma'at's feather. She too brings to the world the energy of balance. St John assists us to bring balance to all aspects of our lives, our bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual) and our chakras.
His unconditional love goes out to all humanity. He ask us to open our hearts to him, for in the opening of our hearts the Masters can come in closer and help to a greater degree. Meditation in Everyday Life

A lesson from a stressed-out masseur

I recently treated myself to a relaxing massage. I’ve had plenty of massages before, but this one took me down a path that I did not expect.

There I am, lying face down on the massage table. The candles are lit, gentle music is playing and everything seems just as it should be, until the masseur entered the room.

Suddenly, and inexplicably, I felt strangely on edge. The masseur (we’ll call her Carol) somehow seemed "off". I decided to put it out of my mind and I did my best to relax and just enjoy the massage.

Carol and I got to chatting and at some point along the way I mentioned that I meditate. Suddenly Carol paused and a strange silence filled the room. You could almost hear the gears in her mind clicking away. When she finally spoke, I could literally hear the tears welling up in her eyes...

She spoke quietly, but nervously...

"I’m so stressed. I wish I could meditate".

She didn’t stop there...

"I can’t sleep at night. I wake up five or six times. It takes me ages to get to sleep. I just can’t stop my mind from planning everything that I have to do".

I admit that at first I was a little uncomfortable about this situation. Carol was a massage therapist and her job is to help people relax and heal. I suddenly found myself in the position of being the unexpected confidant of someone who was anything but relaxed – the last thing I expected from my massage session.

But I quickly realized that Carol needed help, so I asked her the most straightforward question I could think of, "Have you ever tried meditation"?

Carol replied with the most common response known to man, "Oh I just don't have time", and she explained in great detail just how busy she was. There was no denying that her life was packed full, and that for her, finding the time to meditate was going to be a big challenge. Carol needed a technique that she could use without taking up any more of her day.

"Have you heard of mindfulness meditation?" I asked.

She had not.

"Mindfulness meditation is something you can do almost anywhere, anytime. It’s all about bringing your attention right here into the present moment so that you can free yourself from getting lost in the barrage of thoughts that are flying through your mind."

Carol didn’t say much, so I went on.

"Just listen to that music for a few seconds. Really listen to it."

A few seconds went by.

"Were you thinking while you were listening?" I asked.

"Not really", she replied. "I was listening pretty intensely so there wasn’t much room for anything else. But I don’t think I could keep that up for very long".

I was starting to get on a roll here, and I could tell by Carol’s tone of voice that she was paying close attention to what I was saying. "If you can do it for 10 seconds then you can learn to do it for 30 seconds, then a minute, then ten minutes. It will just take some practice."

Carol responded quickly, "But I don’t have time to practice!"

For a brief moment I felt stuck. We were back to the "I don’t have time" argument. How was I going to get Carol past this?

Then it struck me. A solution so simple and obvious that I couldn’t believe that I didn’t come up with it earlier. I was so excited about this idea that I spoke quite forcefully.

"Carol, you are going to meditate on your hands while you do massage."

"What do you mean exactly?" She asked.

"I mean that while you do massage you will focus all your attention on the sensations in your hands. Feel them move. Feel your muscles stretching. Pay absolute attention to what you are touching and how that feels. Just like you did with the music, bring your attention into this present moment by concentrating on something “here and now”. And every time you catch your mind wandering off you will just bring your attention back to your hands."

Carol was quiet for a moment. "Do you really think that’s going to work?" She asked.

"Absolutely. It makes so much sense. You do massage for a living, so you already spend loads of time in a quiet, candle-lit room, and I’ll bet that half of your clients don’t speak to you at all."

"Yep – half of them just fall asleep", she said.

"So you have the perfect opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation every day without it taking a single second away from your busy schedule. You should be able to become an accomplished meditator quite quickly, considering how much time you actually spend doing massage."

Carol was not just out of excuses, by this time she was genuinely excited about the idea of mindfulness meditation.

I had one final tip for her – something that would help put an end to her insomnia.

"There’s one other thing you can do that will help you sleep at night. By meditating on your hands each day, you’re going to build up a subconscious connection between the feeling of your hands rubbing, and the feeling of having a clear, calm mind. So when you go to bed at night, just rub your fingers together gently. You’ll trigger that subconscious association and you’ll find yourself relaxing very quickly."

My time with Carol reminded me of just how useful mindfulness meditation can be during everyday life. Most of us perform some simple task that can be transformed into a totally enriching, totally relaxing experience through mindfulness.

Your morning walk to the train station – be mindful of your feet as they strike the pavement.

Your afternoon coffee – be completely mindful of the taste, the texture of the liquid, the aroma.

Folding your washing, preparing a meal, listening to music, watching traffic. There is stillness and peace to be found in every moment of your life. Mindfulness is the key.

I knew of that kingdom through my late Tibetan master, Jamgon Kongtrul Rimponché, who was generous enough to give me my initiation in the Kalachackra, the gateway for me to Shambala. I couldn’t get in directly, because even in the etheric plane there is bureaucracy, and how, but finally they gave me permission and these are the teachings that they gave me.

Kumeka my guide says that one of the most important things we can do to move smoothly through the Transition to the new Golden Age starting in 2032 is to learn to work with the elements. This understanding would have helped those on the Costa Concordia and it will help people caught in earthquakes, gales, storms, floods or fires.

Humans have the power to influence the elementals who work with air, earth, water and air. In the recent storms to hit the UK all my neighbours lost fences or trees but my garden was untouched. All I did was remain calm, bless the trees in my garden and ask the elementals of air and water to cleanse my garden calmly and gently.
This is how it works

Air

The Unicorns oversee the element of Air. Under their command is the Elemental Master of Air, Dom. You can sometimes see his face in the clouds. He is in charge of the air elementals, the sylphs. If a strong wind is forecast, calmly invoke the unicorns and ask them to command Dom to direct the sylphs to be gentle.

Fire

The mighty Archangel Gabriel himself is in charge of the element of Fire. Under his command is the Elemental Master of Fire, Thor, who commands the fire elementals, the salamanders. You can ask them to help light a fire or to calm down and damp one down. The fire dragons are also fourth dimensional elementals and they can burn away negativity round people as well as in places.

Earth

Lady Gaia, the mighty angel in charge of our planet is sometimes known as Mother Earth. She is in charge of the element of earth. Her Elemental Master is Taia, who commands the earth elementals, pixies, goblins etc. You can call on them to help in the case of earth movement or earth quake of any kind.

Water

Poseidon is the great Master in charge of water. The element of water carries the love and wisdom of the universe. Water is everywhere - in the atmosphere and in the body -and so links everything. This is why love is the glue of the universe. Neptune is the Elemental Master of Water and the elementals who work under him are called undines. To calm a flood or to divert waters rather than letting them go over land, call on them for help.

As long as you remain calm, centred and commanding the elements will respond to you. It is important to practice doing this and to form a relationship with the elements so that you are able to make a difference in a time of crisis.

Beloved masters, an understanding of the elements of FIRE, AIR, WATER, and EARTH, which are unique components, facets or elements of the nature of our Father/Mother God within this Sub-universal experience, is vitally important as you seek greater wisdom and Self-Mastery. These are the four major elements which were encoded within the bodily system of the original human form to assist in Self-realization and Self-mastery on the material plane of existence. These elements are supplied to all created matter in this Sub-Universe via the great Archangels’ RAY-diation of the twelve Rays of God Consciousness from the Heart Core Essence of our Father/Mother God.

* The Etheric Body and Soul Self are attuned to and fed by the Element of COSMIC FIRE.
* The Mental Body resonates to and is energized by the Element of AIR /ETHER
* The Emotional Body is attuned to and affected by the Element of WATER.
* The Physical Body is anchored by and attuned to the Element of EARTH for the duration of each Soul’s journey into the realms of density, the first through the fourth dimensions.

The qualities, attributes and virtues of the Seven Rays of God Consciousness for this solar system were placed within Spheres of Light. These spheres, known as chakras, were designed to spin at a very high velocity, which made them appear to be spinning cones of Light radiating from the front and back of the physical body. Therefore, you are constantly radiating frequencies of Light out into the world of form. The power of the vibrational patterns, as well as the frequency level of the harmonics you project, will determine whether you will experience joy, peace and abundance, or limitation, stress and discord. Every living cell within your body is a capacitor which stores memories and energy patterns. For every feeling there are endocrine glands secretions produced which match the vibrational patterns you emit. Therefore, you might say that there is a specific energy pattern of hate and an energy pattern of love, and so on in varying degrees, depending on the power, force and consistency of the energy you project.

As you begin the journey of ascension back into the realms of Light, you gradually lose density within the physical vessel–not necessarily body mass–but your bodily form begins to resonate with higher and higher frequencies of Light. Never before have so many masters of Light walked the Earth among the masses. Many brave Souls were given the option of leaving the planet and continuing their work/mission from within the Celestial Cities of Light, or to continue their service to humankind within the framework of their chosen earthly environment. We wish you all to know that we are well-pleased with those of you, the Light Bearers, who are steadfastly walking through the dense, shadowed valleys of darkness in order to create a pathway of Light for others to follow.

Gaining mastery of the four elements of God-consciousness will assist you in creating a constant flow of Sacred Fire energy throughout the chakra system and the physical vessel. The Etheric Body vehicle is composed of the ELEMENT OF FIRE. In the beginning phase of your ascension process, the more refined vibrational frequencies of God-consciousness must first filter through the Etheric Body before they gradually begin to flow freely throughout the physical vessel. You must slowly build up a tolerance for these refined frequencies of God Light so that they do not create too much discomfort or do bodily harm. The Sacred Fire energy, Adamantine Particles, must flow through the Heart Chakra first, in order to be activated by your loving intention, before this Elixir of Life can freely flow throughout the body. Gradually, over time, as the frequencies of your Soul Song become more refined, you will be able to magnetize higher levels of Cosmic energy as well as greater quantities of Adamantine Particles of Light.

The AIR ELEMENT focuses on the Mental Body, the plane of mental consciousness. The mental nature is fueled by the Sacred Breath of God Consciousness. That is why the breathing techniques you have been given are so important. Soul-awareness is the critical beginning phase of awakening to one’s Divine Nature. The Third Eye, the Pineal and Pituitary Glands, and the Sacred Mind are all critical components of the Mental Body.

The Emotional Body is fueled via the ELEMENT OF WATER. The Mental Body provides the seed thoughts and the Emotional Body fuels the E-motion or energy in motion. As we have often explained, your creations are either a product of the ego desire-body or the desires and inspiration of the Soul. The Throat and the Solar Plexus are integral power sources for the Emotional Body. However, the full power of manifestation begins when you have tapped into the Kundalini Sacred Fire or the Adamantine Particles of God Light stored within the Root Chakra, and you have completed the connection with your Soul Star and OverSoul Self so that you have access to the Antakarana, River of Life. The activation and harmonization of the Mental and Emotional Bodies and the merging of the lower and upper chakras via the Heart Chakra result in a merger of the Father God and Mother Goddess qualities, virtues and abilities within the physical vessel. Your level of godliness is predicated on the harmonic resonance of your Soul Song, or the dimensional levels in which you are attuned.

The ELEMENT OF EARTH via the physical vessel is both an anchor and your means of soaring into the realms of Light once more. You cannot ignore the physical vessel and still fulfill your earthly mission. If you deny the bodily form, you are denying your God-given uniqueness and the specific, complex form that you chose for this life’s journey into the material realm of existence. You, along with the guidance of your guardian angels and your Council of Light, chose the appropriate DNA /ancestral lineage, the race, culture and circumstances you would be born into for this specific life’s experience. A broad spectrum of tests, challenges and opportunities were programmed to give you the best opportunity for Soul-growth. These events were designed to be initiated at the appropriate times throughout your lifetime. As always, free will applies, and it is up to each person as to how he/she handles the tests and takes advantage of the opportunities. Do you understand that each and every person is constantly releasing or emitting energy which originated from the God Source? You are using this God-given gift of Light/Life in either a positive or a negative manner. Via your free will, you are the cocreator, the builder of your own reality.

Many of you are experiencing a transformation process of ascending in consciousness along with physical evolution whereby the Kundalini Fire stored within the Root Chakra is moving swiftly up the chakra system and throughout the physical vessel. Fire Of God, Sacred Fire, Sacred White Fire And Kundalini Fire Are All Terms Used For Adamantine Particles Of Light, The Fuel Of Life Breathed Forth From The Heart Core Of The Supreme Creator.

KUNDALINI: A Sanskrit word which literally means coiled. This Sacred God Fire lies coiled at the base of the spine, and until activated, it is dormant or at rest and unconscious. It is often envisioned as a sleeping serpent; hence a number of English renderings have been created using terms such as “serpent power.” The ancients tell us that the Kundalini resides within the Root Chakra at the base of the spine in three and a half coils. It has been described as a residual/ reserve source of pure God Fire. According to ancient wisdom teachings, there are two nerve currents in the spinal column, a coiled double helix within a hollow tube, sometimes called a “Rod of Power,” that runs along in front of the spinal column. The Caduceus symbol, used as a healer’s and a medical symbol, is an ancient drawing of two entwined serpents around a central rod with wings at the top. Through meditation and various other spiritual practices, the Kundalini is awakened and will begin to rise up through the chakra system alongside the spine. The progression of Kundalini fire through the different chakras leads to different levels of awakening and mystical experiences. When the Kundalini fire finally reaches the top of the head, the crown chakra, it sometimes produces a unique mystical experience as you are reconnected to the multiple facets of your Higher Self.

THE FIRST MAJOR ACTIVATION is usually felt in the back of the body between the shoulder blades. You will feel a pressure in that area, which can sometimes be quite uncomfortable. This is an indication that the back portal of your Sacred Heart is opening. I have often said, “When this happens, we are growing our angel wings.”

THE SECOND ACTIVATION: The Kundalini Fire rises to the top of the spine where it connects to the Medulla Oblongata, sometimes called “The Mouth of God.” This is an indication that the ascension chakra is being activated. This activation will also affect the throat chakra. Practicing the Infinity Breath and toning will accelerate this process as they will help to break through any distorted energy blocks along the spinal column and within the chakra system. The throat chakra is one of the critical areas within the body which can cause distress as we strive to reclaim our personal power via the means of spoken language.

THE THIRD ACTIVATION: The Pineal and Pituitary Glands are stimulated and will begin to send impulses to the portal opening of the Sacred Mind so that full access to your personal temple of wisdom is realized. In addition, a firm reconnection with your Soul Star and Over Soul-Higher Self is established. When this is accomplished, your spiritual journey back into the higher realms will truly begin. Also at this point you are ready to receive the Sacred Fire of Spirit; Adamantine Particles of Creator Light will automatically begin to course into your Sacred Heart with every breath. The driving-upward force of Serpent Fire is now accompanied by a down-pouring of Adamantine Particles via your OverSoul-Higher Self, which resides within your Soul Star. You must activate these particles of Creator Light with your loving intention as they course throughout your physical vessel, with the remainder flowing down into the Earth and out into the world for the benefit of the Earth and all humanity. As the Kundalini, Sacred Fire, begins to rise up your spinal column (the etheric tube of Light), you may experience times of intense inner heat while your exterior body will feel cold and perhaps even clammy. That is the reason why, initially, it is best to strive for a gradual release of the Kundalini Fire stored within the Root chakra so that you may slowly become acclimated to the integration of higher and higher frequencies of God Light.

Remember, dear friends, faster and more is not necessarily better when you are in the midst of the transformational process of ascension. As a Self-master, you will begin to experience a constant uprising flow of inner Sacred Fire along with a downward thrust of Divinely encoded Spiritual Fire. This process will spur you on to a greater, expanded awareness, more inspired thought and the activation of capabilities of which you were not even aware. Bounteous blessings, miracles and assistance from our friends of the higher realms will become the norm, and you will be given an opportunity to become an active, full-fledged World Server along with the great multitude of World Servers from all over the planet. Beloved Family of Light, at this time it gives us Great Joy to greet you once again as you move towards the First Equinox of 2012. Indeed,things are Shifting and changing on your Earth, and the first new energies of the New Wave of Light for 2012 are beginning to be felt on the Earth.

Many of you may be feeling a little low, as you wait for the new wave of energy, and may be feeling a little down when you consider events on the Earth right now, especially in the Middle East. You may seem no closer to the ideals of Peace and Harmony that you seek. Beloveds, know that all is in Divine Order and in the Flow of Creation, the energies of Change are moving forward. The Earth is making herself ready to Reconnect with the 8th and 9th Dimensions of Light, and the Earth Keeper Councils and the Councils of Elders who will be responsible for the New Earth are now being formed and brought into existence.

Yes, Beloved Family of Light, after 2012 and the Earth's Passage through the Portal of Light in December, the Earth will be entrusted to the Keeping of those of you who are chosen and elected to the first New Earth Council of Earth Keepers and its associated Council of Elders. These Beings will be initiated into the 8th and 9th Dimensions where they will work with the Solar Councils and the Galactic Councils of Light. At last, Earth will take its place as a "star of Light", whose evolutionary path is determined by Divine Will and Divine Creative Intelligence, and those who follow the Divine Will.

You may ask how this is possible, given the state of politics on your Earth today. We say simply that the New Multi-Dimensional Earth is taking shape and the "old" energies of conflict and duality will have little importance in the Future that is being manifested. The frequency of duality and conflict belongs to the old third-dimensional world, and it is fading away. The new fifth-dimensional Earth is based on Flow and Harmony, and the shifting of polarities into Unity. Those in your Earth society who are advanced seek to bring polarities into unity through dialogue and discussion. This is the way of the New Earth and it will become the predominant mode of political life in an awakened fifth-dimensional Earth.

But, more importantly, the real power to determine the future path of the Earth is passing into the hands of the Earth Keeper Council and the Council of Elders. These ones are called and chosen in the Higher Dimensions and they have access to the Solar and Galactic Councils. They are not "obvious" to those in fifth-dimensional society, but they are those who are multi-dimensional and can access Higher Consciousness and create and manifest according to Divine Will as it is expressed in your Golden Rose Galaxy that is birthing and forming now.

Earth takes her place, and indeed, so do you as you "hear" the invitation to access Higher forms of consciousness and Earth Leadershio. You will become aware of your new connections to your rebirthed sun, whom we now call "Solaris". The 8th Dimensional Council of Solaris unifies the Planetary Councils of your Solar System and connects with the Stellar and Galactic Councils. Then, you will connect with the 9th Dimensional Councils of the Golden Rose Galaxy, Rosa Dorada, the new name for your Golden Galaxy that is forming now and was formerly known as the Milky Way.

With these structures in place, Earth ascends into her new "orbit" as the Blue Star Planet, the first planet within the Galaxy to achieve full Multi-Dimensional status and to be governed by a Council of Earth Keepers and Elders. These are "elected" by their Soul Communities on the Higher Level for their Wisdom, Commitment and Courage.

Indeed, Beloved Ones, there is much excitement as these new structures are put in place and connected with the New Earth grids. We know many of you have through that the Beings of Light would come down to the Earth, but we say that it is you who will ascend to meet with the Beings of Light in the Solar and Galactic Councils and take your place as part of the Golden Galaxy. And as you do this, you will also remain a part of the society of the Earth on the material level, ready to contribute and enjoy in the New Earth that is being birthed. We celebrate that Earth is no longer an "infant" in the keeping of the Sirians, Pleiadians and Arcturians. Now, the Earth is a fully mature and independent Star Being, representing the energy of Solaris in the Golden Rose Galaxy.
Dragons and Dolphins

Beloved Family of Light, as you begin this next phase of Connection and Re-connection, you will also make intense connections with the Awakening energy of the Dragons, and also the energy of the Dolphin Masters. These two groups of Light Beings are especially focussed on this part of the 2012 alignments and are fully ready to work with those of you who are ready.

Firstly, in the 6th Dimension you will encounter and reconnect with the Dragon energy. The Dragons are Higher Dimensional bearers of the "Cosmic Fire" or Angel Fire. This is a very basic but powerful elemental energy that you might term "nuclear" energy if you were to think of it in scientific terms, the basic "fire" that holds the holographic matrix in place.

The Dragons were the early bearers of the Cosmic Energy and were your "ancestors". They breathed fire because they were expressions of Cosmic Fire itself. When you awaken the Dragon Fire, you reconnect with your ancient ability to work with the Cosmic Fire for co-creation with the Divine. When you live in fear of the Dragon energy, it lives in your shadow side and can emerge in destructive ways as "explosions" of rather negative fire. This happens on a large scale when humans go to war and rain fire on each other in the form of weapons, especially nuclear weapons, which are the ultimate negative use of the Dragon Fire. This is what has happened when humans have approached the Dragon Fire from a scientific point of view and tried to harness it for negative purposes. Indeed, much of the present conflict in your Middle East centers around the use of the Dragon Fire for war and who should have the right to access this power. The Dragons themselves have evolved as well, and no longer wish to be used for negative purposes, they wish to reconnect with Humanity and offer themselves in the service of Peace.

Historically, the relationship with Dragons has been one of fear, leading to abuse and destruction. In the third-dimensional world where perception works in duality, the Dragons were feared and brought into conflict and "vanquished". In the fifth-dimensional New Earth you recognize Polarity within Unity and so the Dragons can re-emerge as you move into Mastery and the Higher Dimensions. In Mastery, you can become Dragon Riders and direct the Dragon Fire with Consciousness and use its power in manifestation and creation for the highest good and according to the Divine Plan. This is the way that the Dragon energy wishes to connect with humans, and not in the scientific way where the energy is harnessed and used without any understanding of the Sacred Relationship between Spirit, Dragons and Humans.

The Second Group of Light Beings is the Angelic Dolphin Masters, who are the Higher Expression of the Cetacean/Dolphin energy of Earth. They come from the Galactic Center or Great Central Sun, via Sirius and the Pleaides. Their purpose is, and always has been, to guide the development of the Species on Earth, especially the emerging Human Angelic Species. The Cetaceans are Masters of Holographic Engineering, and wherever there is a need for a major evolutionary shift or recalibration, they are there to assist. Even as Earth ascends into the New and Independent role in her Solar System and Galaxy, the Dolphin Masters continue to assist in this "birthing" process.

The Dolphin Masters and Angels embody the Cosmic Christ Consciousness. They flow with the Golden Energy of the Cosmic Christ, but they also embody the Turquoise and Magenta Rays of the Christ Love. The energy of the Dolphin Masters is expressed in Dance, Music and in Joy. It is fluid and flowing and light, beautiful and harmonious. When you embody the energy of the Dolphin Masters you become as they are, fluid, graceful, joyous and able to react with grace and speed. No change of direction in the Flow is a problem, you are simply able to move with it.

With the assistance of the Dragons and the Angelic Dolphin Masters, the Fire of Creation and the Evolution of Species on the Earth will once again be aligned with the Divine Will and Divine Creative Intelligence. This will ensure that these energies are used only for Higher Purpose in the New Earth.
The March Equinox as a Point of Balance

With all these change and reconnections and recalibrations, it is probable that you will be feeling some of the effects of these waves in the different dimensions. Firstly, Beloved Ones, it is possible that you may be feeling a sense of disconnection, as though what was important before no longer is. Or projects that seemed to be going smoothly might suddenly come to a halt. Also, you might find that relationships and friendships also suffer from a similar hiatus and disconnection. This is simply an aspect of the huge changes that are being put in place. You can be assured that in a few weeks things will flow smoothly once again.

The Equinox itself will be a point of Balance for you and your life. It will represent a moment when you will be able to find inner balance and peace and reconnect to the new flow of your lives. Many of you will find new directions and new paths as you enter into your new roles, especially those of you who will be working with the Earth Keeper Councils and the Councils of Elders.

In terms of the physical body, there may also be some symptoms. In the past, the symptoms were felt mainly as a result of the change of center and balance from the Solar Plexus to the Heart. Now, as you enter into this new phase, you will find that the physical body is actually becoming lighter, that is more filled with light and lighter in weight. In this phase, you may feel very heavy in your body, you may feel exhausted, and you may have difficulty sleeping. You may also have difficulty with food and finding food that aligns with your new sense of your physical body. These too will pass, Beloved Ones, as you become more accustomed to the lighter nature of your multi-dimensional body.

Soon, you will feel filled with energy and ready for the new opportunities and challenges that will present themselves towards the middle of the year as you move towards the Lion's Gate at the end of July!

Greetings Beloved Family of Light!

More than ever, at this time it is important that you utilize the resources available to you, and that you know work for you.

Each of you will experience this great awakening in ways that are divinely timed and ordained from a soul level and yet all of this requires your cooperation, your permission your conscious willingness to allow yourself to remember and reorient your ways of being.

As you realize the Divine Inner Being that calls you forth in life, you tap into a current of great clarity, coherent guidance and expansive resources. It is this current within you which is expanding, enlarging your perspective, elevating your energies as the focus you maintain is increasingly of a higher quality energy wise. So it is most obviously to your benefit to take advantage of this inner connection to being that is capable of fulfilling your experience.

As the energy rises on the planet and the flow of this energy seeps into many existing patterns and structures--in you, in your world, in the Earth itself--all kingdoms experience the challenge of integrating and balancing the new configurations of being. Realize that you own experience is completely engaged in this ongoing search for equilibrium. This is the essence of your deepest desire; to be in harmonic balance with all that is and most specifically to know this balance through conscious communion with your own soul.

So, knowing this, ask yourself now, "What is my conscious intention in terms of aspiration and that which I focus upon developing, or that which I want or seek?" Is it, dear ones, even similar to or in alignment with that inner drive that is propelling you into new energetic forms of focus? And your relationship with your soul, is this something you attend to each day? Your soul is fully available to you, and awaits your conscious communion in each moment. Have you opened the inner doorway to the Divine Being which is you coming forth?

Therein lies the clue for how to best arrive into the fullness of your being, while playing your part in the Unification of love and light through form. There are traditions in your world in which people pray at various moments throughout the year, or throughout the day. The reason for this is to keep the conscious mind focused upon that which is valued and deemed most important.

Continually returning in focus to your true being, to your priorities and values, is living as light.

What does it mean if your intent to awaken and to be conscious is only something considered once in a while yet your waking hours are spent pursuing love, money, validation, or other things? You then experience a sense of being lost perhaps or of feeling disconnected. And in a way these are true--for when you are veering from the inner center, the still point, the all-knowing source of your being, you discover that you are no longer fed from within with the abundance you seek.

Return. Return often. Return your focus to the true nature of reality often. Use those practices which return your focus to remembering and return your energy to harmonious balance. Cultivate your home base, your energy on a daily basis. Several times a day. Throughout the day, ideally. This will allow you to reside increasingly beyond time and space and thereby secure your sense of well-being in the midst of all uprisings and reorganizations taking place.

Know that your focus alone can find the pathway to inner peace, simply by intent. Don't make things more complicated than they truly are. All the keys to the kingdom of heaven are within you, and yet you can leave them be, you can stand outside of the door ignoring your access to divine light and love. These doors cannot be opened by another. You do not need another to open them. It is all done with sincerity and the intent of your heart. You must choose to open them.

What are you waiting for dear one? Have you today, returned to the true center of your being, the true connection of presence infused by your eternal and infinite soul? Why not do so now? Why not come into a still and endlessly nourishing presence of true being? Why not replenish and refresh yourself in this amazing eternal oasis of communion with your own soul.

All that you might desire and need is available to you. We, the Legion of Light, are ever available to you. Call upon all resources and energies that you sense will benefit you in creating your experience.

The light you are is impeccable and may be entirely trusted. Demonstrate this to yourself by calling forth the experiences you desire in communion with your own soul.

Love and light are you dear one! Open yourself to this still point of all knowing within and live in abundance!
