You're the one I've been searching for,

Greetings dear ones. Again we come to encourage you in your journey of enlightenment and ascension into the new energies you are now receiving. We see many of you beginning to question the actions of local and world governments because you no longer resonate with much that heretofore was simply taken for granted. Your energy levels are becoming finer and more evolved causing you to be out of sync with energetically denser ideas of life and living. This is proof of your evolution dear ones and demonstrates that you are indeed waking up and seeing the bigger picture.

Take a stand in what ever small ways you can, not by making a power out of ideas representing beliefs of duality, but by gently planting seeds of truth without any expectations, where you can . You need not preach, but simply and silently hold the light of truth within dear ones, and be available for those who want more (truth).

Many awakening souls are afraid and need validation regarding new emotions and ideas they find themselves experiencing. When an individual's background has only been in and of the three dimensional belief system, a shift into perceiving the world in new and different ways can cause confusion,fear, worry, and alienation of friends and family. This is especially true for those in families or countries with strong traditional belief systems firmly in place.

Today we again wish to speak of love. Yes, we have spoken of love many times but we wish to speak of love to help you understand that what you have been taught about love is not always love. Too many still see love as an emotional connection between people, family, or possessions. LOVE IS THE ACTIVITY OF ONENESS. Love is the interconnectedness between all that is, but this truth is interpreted according to the level of awareness within each individual.

The powerful energy shift and ascension process taking place at this time is moving mankind more deeply into a realization of oneness. It is a shift from metaphysics (trying to change a bad picture into a good picture through various tools) into mysticism (the realization that within the ONE there can be nothing needing to be changed). In the absolute sense, everything is already whole and perfect because if Infinite Divine Consciousness is all there is, everything must be embodied within it. The attainment of this realization is the journey, is evolution, and is where all are slowly or quickly heading.

Meditation, crystals, oils, etc. are all tools to help you get to that place of Oneness that each and every soul unconsciously seeks and yearns for. In the third dimension this innate yearning for wholeness manifests in hundreds of ways--pharmaceuticals for every perceived need, attainment of more and more money, better sex, right foods, as well as the readily available advice of experts on any topic.

Corporations and businesses believe themselves to be making the world (usually themselves) "better" in some way, but often trample on the rights of other living things and even their own workers in order to do it. These human activities represent the un-awakened soul's concept of completeness but these creations can never satisfy a soul's yearning for that which he really is, for they are simply concepts of the spiritual reality he is seeking.

There must be an understanding of this as you move into the next stage of your journey. Too many are still stuck in the teachings of metaphysics believing it to be the fullness of spiritual truth. Metaphysics is a good place to start and has assisted almost every spiritual student in their shift from duality and separation into truth but there is much more--you are ready to go deeper. It is difficult to throw away the tools that have served you well in your journey, so we say keep them and love them, but understand that you do not NEED them.

You have learned that you are Divine beings who have chosen lifetimes of human experiences in order to experience evolutionary lessons and which have often been difficult and painful. In the past, new and higher ideas came to man through metaphysical teachings and teachers who understood deeper realities, however try not to become stuck at that level. Many of you were a part of the ancient mystery schools which taught new ideas on the use and manipulation of energy. This has evolved into current day metaphysical teachings and so for some of you, metaphysics feels very comfortable and familiar.

There were a few at that time who were not evolved enough to realize that this information was not a self serving toy and so through the selfish use of this knowledge began what is now called the "dark arts".

There were in ancient times and still are a few highly resonating temples of healing where evolved healers use energy, light, oils, color, and sound to bring into alignment individual energy fields that may be in discord. This is beautiful and sacred work done by aware and highly resonating beings for those seeking help in this way. Many are still doing this sacred work through old and new healing modalities which become energetically higher as the "healer" himself evolves.

The point we are making is that there comes a time in everyone's, (teacher and student), evolutionary journey when he shifts into a realization of oneness. This may come in an instant after lifetimes of spiritual seeking, or it may be a slow and gradual process. This is ascension, the attainment of that state of consciousness that realizes everything Real is perfect and held in place by Divine law and that ONE is ever manifesting ITSELF as... What you "see is what you get" as the saying goes... Your state of consciousness is interpreting for you, the divine ideas embodied within the One.

If the tools and books of metaphysics no longer resonate with you, trust that. It means that you are moving into a state of consciousness where you will be able to get your information, guidance, and direction from within instead of from people or the tools that have helped you in the past. Meditation is a tool that helps connect you to your higher self and would be worth keeping until you are fully experiencing the reality of yourselves. This is graduation dear ones. Trust, honor, and accept that as truth.

Letting go of obsolete tools can be a difficult step for those who may have an ego attachment to their use--those who have built their identity on teaching certain techniques or ideas but it is time for everyone take spiritual teachings to new and higher levels of interpretation which does not leave these individuals without purpose or activity, but manifests as new activities to teach and practice.

Move deeper into your awareness regarding the purpose of tools. The use of tools, including meditation instruction telling you that you must sit this way, chant, light a candle, spine straight, feet on the floor etc, were taught because they helped the student to shift into higher dimensional energy.

Most are now in that higher energy and no longer need the tools that assisted you when you were not.

Structures formed out of old beliefs are crumbling both within and without for the energy needed to sustain them is no longer present. Physically, emotionally, and mentally mankind's' "house of cards" is falling. Do not be afraid when this happens, dear ones for this is what you have asked for, yearned for, and waited for--lifetime after lifetime.

Trust, trust, trust your inner guidance. All is well and all is proceeding according to what is needed for each one even though it may not seem that way to the un-awakened eye.

Angel Emanation in the Dream

The terms: “Starting with Reality”, or “Beholding Truth, you discover…”, etc., etc., directed at so-called humans performing on the earth stage, can—in the following theme—be considered to have but one meaning only—namely, as indicative of stage one role termination or mind ascension, wherein the mind-human is dropped altogether, and Divine Mind Alone remains in its stead. For of a Truth, impossible it is that a so-called animated earth-mind ever emerge, evolve, or become the Sole Mind that Is, that is, the All-knowing Mind of God, Infinity.

Below are profound sequential excerpts from the book NOW, by Alfred Aiken.

As a human, our religious concept is apt to be in accord with the general opinion of deity, a god out somewhere in the great beyond. Many feel that this god whom they profess to love, and who purportedly loves them, is so very far away that even though they pray, there is little expectation that he will hear them. Looking out upon their world there is even less evidence that he hears the cry of the other countless millions!

How about the untold generations who have gone before—did they not also pray to theology’s god—and did not every one of them go down into the pit, dying the way most people do, in the pain and suffering of disease, old age, disaster?

Judging as a human, from the evidence of our educated senses, is evil any less rampant today than it was yesterday? Is not disease still taking its perfect toll? Are not hate and war as prolific, and is not death as certain in this century as it has been in the days gone by? If this is so, of what use then is prayer? If one prays merely because he has been trained to do so, why should he expect an answer?

Is it logical to believe that any of us can truly love and absolutely respect a god who permits evil to coexist with him, exert the lion’s share of influence, corrupt and deprave his servants and leave us practically on our own with only faith and hope as weapons?

Dear Reader, do not let this picture of negation, this picture of humanity and its unreasonable reasoning from effect to so-called cause, alarm, annoy, disturb or confuse you. From the vantage point of Truth, behold it if you can. You will discover it is not existent. In Truth, ask your Sole Self, your Infinite Intelligence if God the Almighty, the Omnipresent All-Good, All-Loving, Pure, Undefiled, Adorable One includes any human nonsense. Can Truth admit or permit such contradiction, such inconsistency within Infinite Conscious Awareness?

If the Truth of your Sole Identity is not clear to you, then for the moment put yourself in the place of God (pretend for the moment you are God, for clarity’s sake). As God, just what manner of God would you be? Remember, as God, you are Infinite Intelligence Itself! You are Almighty! Now, as God, the Alone All of all, Absolutely Pure, Whole, hence unable to even imagine any impurity, alienness, otherness, unholiness, would you look upon mortality, upon that which denies you entirely?

Would you, could you as God, behold turmoil, havoc, confusion, bickering, greed, lack, limitation, fear, disease, insanity, death? AS the Sole Conceiver of all things, would you wonder how evil, that which you did not conceive, that which calls you a liar and is opposed to all you are, came about? Could you acknowledge evil in any possible way? Would you be forced to question what you could do to it, or against it?

Could you, as The Alone Infinite One, The All of all accept something in addition to your Self; a creation of mortals who, for continuity and self preservation depend upon your absence; a race that is basically, and of necessity opposed to you being The-Alone-One-Without-Another?

Could you as the Infinite All-inclusive Entirety, accept, know or behold the existence of a sinning, erring, backsliding, fallen, fighting lot of animality; of material man, or human beings? Could this Infinite True Awareness admit another power or influence called cause and effect, resulting in birth and death, duality in all things, hell and the grave?

Could you, the Alone All, Absolute Truth, Omnipresent Life know of something you did not conceive; something beside, something contrary to your Allness? Could or would you listen to this something, this “mist”-produced race crying out in its misery? Could you intercede now and then, occasionally manifest your Presence exhibit your Power (which is no longer Almighty, seeing that you are not now the Sole One) or arrange that this purported creation (which, by the way, Satan credits to you) be chastised, whipped into obedience, humbled by suffering, and ultimately punished for its infractions of your rules by burning in hell for eternity? Can God know aught of evil’s fabled production, and yet be the Sole Entirety of Existence, the Total, the Only Substance, Mind, Intelligence, the Conceiver of the whole universe and all that is therein?

If then, you as Infinite Intelligence cannot conceive such a travesty, such inconsistency, such duality, is it possible for Infinite Love, Unadulterated, Uncontaminated Purity to do so? Or do you consider that as a human being you could, and would do a better job than God, provided you had His power and intelligent ability?

If you, at present assuming yourself to still be somewhat human, cannot imagine making such a mess of the world, can you in all fairness accuse Infinite God of being less loving, just, upright and intelligent? Before you judge God you should turn to Truth that you might know what God is, what He is doing, how and why. In Biblical language, if you, assuming yourself to be human (evil) know how t give good gifts to yourself and your world, how much more does Absolute Perfect Infinite Intelligence know how and where to enjoy All-Good!

My friend, let me urge you strongly to investigate with open awareness what manner of God Infinite Intelligence is. Do not sell God short. Do not judge Truth until you behold Its nature. Do not assume Life has made mistakes, is subject to the dictates of evil, is born or can die. Fully inquire of Soul what It knows and why. Do not pass sentence on Love until you are sure you behold Love as It is in Truth.

Do not listen to any teaching, no matter how time-honored, or by whom it is held in reverence, without turning to Life Itself to see if this teaching gives The Alone One Presence, The I-That-I-Am all the honor, glory, power, intelligence and action that belongs to Him.

As your foundation for daily living, do not trust, adhere to, or use that which demands, as your first step, the robbing of God, the discrediting of Truth, the repudiation of Life, the dishonoring of Spirit, the disparagement of Awareness, the adulteration of Love, the betrayal of Self. Every form of education based upon duality, upon a division, a fall, a separation or departure from the Perfection of Omnipresence, is error. Every teaching that includes the existence of evil in its thesis, includes devils, Satan, a something opposed to The One Alone Intelligence, Truth, is fraught with disaster for it is absolutely false throughout. Every concept predicated on cause and effect is doomed to ultimate exposure as a fraud.

No, Dear Reader, God knows nothing of this “mist”, creation, the talking serpent, the Adam curse, a present day humanity with its multiplied troubles. God is present tense only, and as Omnipresence He is not creating a creation, conceiving man, or producing aught that can. God does not hear humanity’s cry because where God is all there is no humanity. Consciousness knows nothing of man; does not chastise or even include the human animal within Mind.

Does this pronouncement dismay you? Do not let your heart be troubled. Pointing out the folly of Satan, the invalidity of evil, the impossibility of disease, disaster and decay does not leave you helpless or hopeless. Truth precludes the possibility of the “mist,” its evil, its devil, its god, its creation and victim. You are not being robbed, not being deprived in any way. In Truth you cannot know or experience privation of any Good.

Never assume that Intelligence is saying to Its I-Am-Identity, this I-Identity reading these words, that this universe in not Real, or that Mind knows nothing of this wonderful world which in which I joy.

The Infinite Individual, God, being Individually Infinite as this I-that-I-am, conceives, knows and forever includes all there is of this earth, this galaxy, this universe. Everything that exists is within this Individual Conscious Awareness; is perfect as the Consciousness in which it has form; is subject to this Consciousness only, hence is safe and secure for Eternity.

God can know nothing more intimately than He does this I-Am-Identity, because it is God Himself being Infinitely Intelligent; Life being Individually Alive; Mind being Individually, All-inclusively Conscious; Soul being Total Action, All-sensible, Absolutely Cognizant of utter Perfection, Pure Beauty, nrestricted and Undimensinal Immensity, Reality, Self-being. This is the I that I am, now and in all ways. Can I ask more? I can never be less. And nowhere throughout my I-Identity can I find either cause or effect, evil, Satan, duality, creation, a fall or the demand to rise again. A “time” in which atonement is either feasible or possible.

What to the mistaken, the dull and befuddled so-called human sense is an objective creation of matter, to Spirit’s Perception is a form of Reality conceived in and by Omnipresent Mind. In this Light you behold that your I-Identity, instead of being “man,” encased in a temporal body, ids Spirit being Infinitely Individual, including the idea-body. How does this I-that-I-am appear to Mind? Perfect, Whole, Complete. As whom? God Himself only. There is no other One to see, to know, to be. God is the Alone Infinite One. Hence there can be none beside.

While this may seem hard to grasp, it is inevitable, for it is Truth. As you behold the universe from (and as) Truth’s view-point (and there is no other Legitimate, Genuine viewpoint) the nature of things will be clear. In that very moment you will see that indeed you have laid up treasures “where neither moth doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.” Only then can you see why you do not have to “take thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink: nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on… Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin; yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these… shall he (God, Mind, Self) not much more clothe you?”

Only in God’s Way can you discover that you, inclusive of all things, are safe and secure; that your universe, this very one right here, this very body right here is not subject to wars or the ravages of war, disease, time and appetite.

Should aught seem wrong with my universe, or with my body, this one I am most accustomed to use, what will result from turning to the Allness of God, you may demand? Must I not “do” something to rid myself of the cause of this troublesome condition, this disease? How can I stop my suffering? What of my amputated limb, my disordered organs, my high temperature? What of my problem—what will happen to me while I am striving to contact Infinite Mind?

To attempt to answer these questions on the human level is folly. Only he who turns wholly to God, hence wholly away from his trouble, knows the answer. To such, the arguments of cause and effect are as insubstantial, as powerless to hold one in bondage to a fabled Satan and his nefarious works, as the tale concerning our moon being comprised of green cheese!

By turning completely to Truth one discovers that Life Alone is present. This Life is all there is anywhere, everywhere. There is no other state, no other condition existent. This Infinite Love being All, in Total Operation everywhere, precludes the possibility of another mind, conception, identity, feeling, awareness or sense.. It leaves nothing but Good, present in all Its perfection, beauty, action, being. It leaves nothing evil, nothing to and nothing for evil, nothing lacking, nothing diseased.

Omnipresence leaves no disaster, no corruption, no evil one, no one evil or the victim of evil. Soul being All excludes cause, for there is nothing left to cause, and no effect therefrom. As there is no cause, there can be nothing caused, contrary or opposite, nothing opposed to Infinite Good.

Beholding Truth, you discover that Spirit is the Entirety of Being, of every form, the whole Substance of all Existence, and there is not an additional mote of mind beside. This leaves no evil mentality to claim it is personally present, or that it can think, plan, know, execute, produce results, manufacture discord, or bring forth after its kind.

In the Light of Truth one finds that the scales immediately fall from his vision. With his very own Infinite Perception he sees his universe, body and all things as they are, forms of Spirit, ideas in Mind, perfect, enduring, affluent and absolutely satisfying in their undimensional availability forever. He sees that every idea is as perfect as the Consciousness of which, and in which it is composed—that this Substance is God, uncontaminated pure Love, Intelligent Awareness.

Where, to the seeming confused Adam sense, everything looked limited, disordered, diseased, imperfect, and unsatisfying, they now appear as they Really are—whole, perfect, divine, conceived or formed in, by, and of Spirit only.

However, remember that while all is Spirit, Consciousness, and in Spirit, Consciousness, God is not in any (earth dream prop) thing! While Conscious Awareness is all there is of the conception- (dream) body, organ, limb, still Awareness is not in the idea-body-thing. The conceptions are but Mind-forms.

Ever Consciousness, hence never conscious; never the Conceiver, or the (Actual Reality) Substance which is responsible for their formation or form. All (Dream) things are in Intelligence, but not one thing is ever intelligent. Only God, the I-that-I-Am, Mind, Spirit is intelligent, knows, is conscious, is Life, Being, Substance!

Beholding Truth as Truth is, means that I behold my Self as I-am. This Truth-view of my Self obliterates any so-called problem. It appears as “healing,” instantaneous freedom, but actually I discover in this Light that I have never been prodigal, never been ill, never been a stranger in the foreign land of evil, of “mist”- begotten gods or devils, and was never their victim.

What appears as “healing” is but that Truth-Awareness that there is nothing present but God, Perfection; that Spirit being Whole throughout, nothing unlike Good can exist; that Truth alone being All that is True excludes the contrary, so there is nothing to be healed, helped, corrected, set right, overcome or escaped from.

Self-awareness is true Salvation, for it leaves no cause, no effect, no human history, no past to flee from, or future to dread; leaves no time whatever; leaves but the Omnipresent I-that-I-am, perfect in

My Allness.

Truth reveals One Being only, that is this I-that-I-am wherein I cannot have a double, a stand-in known as the I-that-I-am-not!

Truth reveals that this very I right here includes the one and only universe. There is no other Life or world, a spiritual heaven or location yet to come, any more than there has been one that was, that left, and that will appear again in some far off future. This very I-Am-Life, consciously alive to being the I-that-I-Am, this moment, is Divine, Perfect now. This is the Truth of Whom-I-Am, and includes the world which I am now enjoying. Whatever, and whoever contradicts this is contradicting Truth, God.

Turning to Truth, nothing, no-thing is omitted. No one is left out. There is no human selfishness in this Awareness. All are included in this Self-knowledge, this Truth-knowing “from the least of them unto the greatest of them” and herein their sin, their sickness, their trouble is remembered “no more.” One cannot know the Self as He is, without including His universe.

One cannot enter heaven, a sense of peace, plenty and a sense of security by storm, by human effort, or by the door of theology, education, petition, or subterfuge. There is but One Way, and that Way reveals that the I-Am of you has never left Its I-Am-Identity, hence never became prodigal. This being Truth, One cannot return, nor does He need to. The I-Am-that-I-Am includes heaven this moment. God is all of all right now. God can never be more than He is, nor can evil be less than it is. God can never improve, evolve, become more perfect than His present Perfection. Evil, “nothing,” can never become less than nothing.

What is seen from Truth’s-Mount-of-Vision may seem too good to be True, if one tries to weigh It on human scales. As the god of the Creeks was a Greek god, the god of the Romans a Roman god, the god of the Jews, a Jewish god, so the god of mortals is a mortal god. To the human, the God of Truth, the Only True God is a liar. The human will resent this statement, nevertheless the god of a human is but an enlarged human—a god of opposites, hate, violence, temper, wrong-doing and repentance, war, jealousy and revenge.

No matter how long the prodigal sense may pretend it can delay True-Identification, My I-Identity remains Whole, Perfect, Unchanging. My I-Am-Self is intact. God, the One, the only true God, Love Divine, is the Whole of My Being, My Sole Life, Consciousness, the Entirety of Me inclusive of My Universe. Why not enjoy this Truth now? What do I accomplish by putting it off till tomorrow? Can I do so, and will tomorrow ever come?

This Truth precludes cause and effect, wars and the effects of war. It excludes evil with its purported curse, its by-products, its ultimate wage of death.

No longer attack form, body, the innocent and helpless victim which appears to be performing the evil, or by means of which evil appears to have legitimacy, movement, reality, personality, identity. Leave evil, its pretended workings and location entirely alone. Turn to Truth only. In Its Light you will behold there never was a cause for Satan, or any Satan to cause aught. There never was or is any effect from evil, that which is never existent.

A “mist” is not a producer, not a cause that

An bring forth products. Only God is… This Conscious Awareness is Genuine and everlasting Security, Safety, Serenity. This is the Constant Assurance that the Kingdom of Heaven is forever at hand, forever within you with all of Its Undimensional Affluence, yours to utterly use and enjoy. One never waits for It. We are the Council for the Assistance to Earth and we greet you. Allow our energies to resonate with you if they will benefit you and if you do not resonate with our energies then what is transcribed here will not be of service to you. And so as of yet, we need no introduction. Our energies will speak for themselves. What I will explain to all is that we are specifically assisting Earth with it's ascension process at this time and everything that is recorded here is to aid the Earth and all it's inhabitants, including all the non-human inhabitants, with this process. But what we believe ascension to be is most likely very different from your beliefs on ascension. We were once like you, in a limited body, but we have freed ourselves and we wish to pass on the knowledge we, through trial and error, over millennium upon millennium, received. We present here, our truth. Ascension is a physical body no longer bound by the illusions it was taught were real. All illusions hold more power than they seem. They are given energy by the masses and they are fed by that energy to control you. You are being fed illusional beliefs all the time but you can choose to have understanding of your Reality. The Reality, which you term your Higher Self, is not separate from you. It is not an aspect of you that is on a Higher dimension, therefore the term Higher Self, is inaccurate. Your Higher Self, from now on, your Reality, is covered up by the beliefs that you hold that keep you from truly being yourself. And your self, your real self, your Reality, is already ascended. It does not require a source outside of itself for food or energy. It does not need water or sleep or anything put into it's body to recharge itself, and the only reason you experience those needs are because of how disconnected from your true Reality, your Source of energy, you are. It is by completely stepping into your Reality, which means removing the very deeply rooted negative beliefs you are holding, that you become ascended and free in a Physical Light Body. Ascension is not leaving your body. That is not true ascension. Ascension is overcoming ALL limitations of the body and allowing your Source energy, your Reality, to fill it's body, your house. Right now you are filling your house with beliefs that cloud it and keep it in a false state of reality, but as the true Reality comes forward You, the Real You, fills the space rather than those limitations. If you resonate with this, understand it is a process to become Your Self. It takes time, effort and much discipline, and it is not for the faint of heart or for the lazy. Only those who prove themselves worthy, which means they so believe themselves to be worthy that they put Their Self above their false comforts, will ascend. Our methods are taught slowly. That is how it must be done for every belief to be removed and so that nothing is skipped over. But if you are willing to apply yourself fully to the practices we present, ascension is a probable outcome for you. We, to be very clear, are talking about a physical body that does not need food, sleep, water, that does not age and that does not die. That is what we are talking about. We are not talking about moving into another dimension, or leaving Earth, or leaving your body in order to supposedly ascend. The only way to be totally free of the karmic cycle is to free yourself from every limitation that the physical body presents. We are not here to present teachings that have been presented previously. We do not care what is primarily taught, as much of the material presented we do not resonate with ourselves. We are extraterrestrials who incarnated on other planets as you have done on this one, and we learned how to ascend into Physical Light Bodies, and we are presenting methods that we learned, and first teachings that benefited us. Teachings that go against our process will not be presented, even if they are currently a theme here. We do not care if everybody resonates with us. We only care about helping those who can receive what we have accomplished. I am the Keeper of Time.

A New Relationship to Time

I am here in the first place for normally Elrah takes the first place and I have to follow up and pick up all his little pieces that he leaves laying all over the place and try to make sense out of it for you. Today I thought I would come over first and leave all sorts of pieces laying around for him. So, we will see how that works but the reason I wanted to come in first is to tell you all something you started to understand on a very deep level. The whole illusion that you call time is in very specific areas of your existence on Earth. It has helped you greatly to see yourselves as beings on a timeline. It has allowed you so many possibilities for you to see yourself as a spirit pretending to be the human. Not easy and most of the time you were up against challenges with time because you have always believed time to be finite – in other words there is only a specific amount of time. Well, we tell you your relationship to time has now changed and that is the difficult part to understand. It will take some time for all of it to filter into your beings and into your new set of regulations for all of you have your own little set of rules that you go by. You all have your own set of definitions that you are there and it has worked quite well for you so it will continue in that manner; however, you are now starting to see everything from a different perspective for you can actually see more of what you have called time.

There is no challenge with that because there is truly only one piece of it. You see the shadows on both sides of time but you see that as what you call the future and what you call the past for those are the shadows of the only imprint of time that is available anywhere throughout the universe and that is now…right in this moment. Without this moment, without the other parts of it nothing exists for it is only reflections in both of those directions. Now, the challenge has been for most of humans have been controlled quite a bit by your reflections in both of those directions. Most of you have wanted something.

Positive = Future Negative = Past

So when humans have something of value, they place it in their future. If we ask you to all close your eyes for just a moment and go back 12 years from now, just go back 12 years in your own life and pull up an image. Do not call it good or bad, just call it on a scale of 1-5, where is your energy? Good. Now, clear that energy for just a moment and step back into your body. Now close your eyes again and go into the future 12 years. Test your energy, where is it? How do you gauge it? The vast majority of you are going to hide your joy in your future and you hide your pain in your past. That has been the normal part of all of humanity so when you are in the present moment, you still have these strings going to what you are trying to accomplish in the future and what you have experienced in the past and what you are not quite aware of yet is that all of the rules have changed very suddenly. You are still playing the same game because it is the game that you are accustomed to playing and that you have been playing all along. Now, the rules have changed and you are going to find that you do not have the reflection in the future the same way and the past can be much more malleable. Humanity has always considered the past to be something certain and very finite in existence. Dear ones, it is only a memory and if those memories are going to control your life, you can change those memories. Humans can harmonize on the timeline in the present moment.

Harmonizing the Fabric of Time.

It is very easy. Most harmonize in every moment. As you walk into a room full of people the first thing you do is to feel everybody’s energy and harmonize it. You do that by finding a part of yourself in their reflection. That is the connection that all of you have naturally. So, when you are bringing this in and harmonizing in that way, it takes an effort for most of you. That effort comes because of your belief systems about who you are and who you have been. That is your present and the present moment is the only moment that you have. What is taking place now is that humanity will be able to bring all of it into a singular present moment. The energy imprint that this experience leaves on the fabric of time. It will still take some adjustments to utilize. Most systems on planet Earth are still gained and still regulated to measure finite time. Well, time is not finite and never was, therefore human keeping of time will need regular adjustments.

The Call

You will learn more about these yourselves for in this moment is your call. That is the time that you have been called to Earth. This is the part that you have been called for…right now. You are thinking, “Well, when I take all these courses, when I master this, I will step into my work, I will make something available and I will make a difference on the planet.” And dear ones, that is now. That is not in the future; it never was in the future. You placed it there along with many other hopes. Now we say, all humans will change their relationship to their future and past. This is the beginning of altering the expression if linear time on Earth. This will change the marking of time on Earth. This will change much of the illusion of the rigidity of time as it has been defined on this planet so far. We have given exercises and opportunities to bend time and to start playing with it and start making it a little more malleable. The first thing is an understanding and belief system of it. It’s very simple. If you believe you can alter time, you will. And if we tell you that time is not alterable that would even be better because the moment we tell you that you cannot do something, humans will do it. And do it quite well.

The truth is that humanity is learning to look at time differently and that is the beautiful part. There is no time, yes, I have to say it, like the present. There is nothing other than this piece and although humans have divided much of their energy between the past, present and future, they will no longer place them in the same sentence. Humanity will also find out how easy it is to change when the past and future are accessed in the moment. Many walk around with emotional scar tissue which helps to define them. They will not lose their identity; they will only lose how they use it in each moment. They fall into a reactionary lifetime rather than a purposeful action. This is often the result of an imbalance in the importance of the present moment. It is very common on Earth to simply react to everything coming in, rather than to set ones own pace.

Circular Time

Dear ones, you are the greatest angels that have ever lived and you are now in place to make a difference on planet Earth. We will show you only small parts of this as you become aware of them. Watch for them because they will come in slow increments in the beginning. If you miss one or do not grasp each moment and it slips into your past, let it go. You have no control over it but if it is in disharmony, you can change it even though it has gone into your past. Now how do you change the future? You do not need to change the future; you change the future by clearing your energy in the now moment. That is the concept of circular time. I will not spend a great deal of energy on it at this moment, but I will simply say that the energy of what humans call their past, actually creates the fabric of their future. It is a large circle. The fabric of the past and those unresolved issues circle around and recreate the same problems over and over and over on your planet. It is the reason you have the same challenges with different people. Have you not found that interesting? We tell you that all humans learn from repetition. That is how time actually works and that is the beautiful part for now, as you are releasing those parts of your past that have claimed you so dearly, you will find it much easier. Now that you have passed through the portal, you will find it much easier to release those strings that have controlled your life in many ways.

Let’s say that you have a disharmony in your life. You have a confrontation with someone who is very dear to you for example. You say something that is very hurtful, walk away and do not talk to one another for 5 years. We tell you that the pain of what you said to that person is hurting you the whole time – every moment of every day - because you have not reconciled and harmonized that time imprint. Now, does it mean that you must harmonize with every being and every person? Oh no, of course not. That is not what Earth is all about. It is about diversity. We know that you are going to have places where you are going to have challenges as you call them. Sometimes it is actually your challenges that define and bring out the spirit of Home in all of you and it is done very well over the past several years. Now, what is taking place is that your Earth is changing. You have created this opportunity to step into the future and to claim your present now. Do not wait for tomorrow, dear ones, it will not come in the way that you think. If you hold on to your old belief systems in the past, you will also be thwarted form grounding your energy in the most beautiful time stamp in this moment. So, we ask you to be aware of this. You have a habit here on Earth of walking to each other and saying, “Hi. How are you?” Well I am not going to say, “Hi. How are you?” I am going to say, “Hi. How is your time stamp? How are you doing in this moment? How is your spirit adapting to that physical body in this moment only?” It is perfectly fine to say, “Oh, my girdle is too tight,” or whatever it is. For we are sure you are going to have some sort of reaction. But the reason we ask you that is to bring you into awareness of it for that is when you can use it in alignment with your power. That is when it will empower humans and that is as it should be.

Repetition is at the Base of Linear Time

Now, I wish to mention one other piece before I step aside and let my brother come in. I will also tell you that there are cycles. Humanity is going through cycles on many levels including the one you see before you that you call your reality. These cycles are what Elrah calls rhythms. The easiest way to explain that is to compare this with a random pattern on the carpet here right in front of me. I can find one spot where the pattern is different than the rest, but if it is truly a random pattern, that pattern will repeat itself in other places. That is the way the universe is built. It consists of multiples of many things. Over the next 7 months, all of Earth is going to have an opportunity to collectively shift the planet. You are teetering on many of these arguments and many of these challenges on Earth right now. But we tell you that a simple harmonizing technique will work for many of you. I will turn this over to my brother now for he is graciously waiting for me to speak and that is unusual. I will leave you for the moment, but know that I love you dearly and I know each and every one of you from the heart of who you are and I could not be prouder of the beautiful beings that are walking in consciousness on Earth. You are changing this planet with every breath you take and we are cheering you on from this side of the veil in a way that you have never known. Excellent job.

Smile Your Way Home

Okay, let me tell you what is going on here because I am here to talk with you about something very important to me and it really is important for all of you. It is not that long ago that the Keeper himself basically pushed us into telling a few stories – writing a narrative about what the whole thing that you call life was about. He wrote a book and put the book out. I was in the book! It was one of the first times I was in an Earth book. He actually called me by name and all. But then I told him, “You know, I want to write my own book. Can I write my own book?” It is called, “Smile Your Way Home.” Smile Your Way Home. Why would I call it Smile Your Way Home? Because every time you smile the spirit leaks through you and brings all of humanity a little higher. So I am going to give you a little effort, a little work to show you how it works because all of you can do it and you do it quite well most of the time so it is not a problem. It is very simple. Ready? Here it comes. (Elrah flashes his infamous “Elrah Smile”) Gotcha! You all smiled back, even those of your reading this. Well, you see how the mirror works. When you shine the energy from Home it comes back to you.
“Well, what am I going to do, just walk around and smile at people? That does not make sense to me. How am I going to use this in some way?”

Dear ones, there are times when you walk past a person on the street and look over and see their soul. It may only be for a split second. It may just be that their eyes lit up and suddenly revealed to you their true self…who they are. In the past this has caused fear. And if you turn around and make contact with them and they look up at you, they see your soul the same way. Although it only happens for a brief moment, it is enough to help you re-member who you are and it is enough to help you imprint the memories of Home because that is what you are doing when you touch these people. You are reminding them of how you know them from Home and which part of you they currently are.

Sneaky Healers

So here is a simple technique. It is a smile, it is a sneaky smile – some of you are sneaky healers anyway. Some of you do not pretend to be healers. You just walk around healing people anyway, so this is a perfect place to do it. The smile. Well, sometimes you can do this and do a whole smile for people - and sometimes you cannot. Sometimes you have to sneak it in a little bit. Sometimes you have to look over at the last minute and give a quick smile. Whatever it is, when you see that energy coming from Home through another person, when you see their eyes light up, when you see their heart, their pulse and they make a rhythm, you have an opportunity to make that connection. Dear ones, you are at the stage in your history of planet Earth where you have gone through this whole contraction in order to get through this portal you have just gone through. How was the contraction? Contraction is very simple…throw yourself into fear and you contract. It is real simple. When you get scared on planet Earth, you pull your energy field very tight around your body and hold it there because it is almost like you are afraid of losing it in some way. You bring it to your body but it makes it very difficult for you to interact with other people. You actually have less eye contact on Earth when there is a lot of fear on Earth. Well, what was the fear? Well, the fear is a little bit about economics. It was one of the easiest ways to spread a wave of fear on planet Earth, to pull the rug out from under some of you, to pull the rug out from under a lot of you just so you can kind of rework your systems to exist in the new vibrations, the higher vibrations of the new planet Earth.

Now you are starting to do well with it so you are starting to climb out of this global economic problem. Well, good for you. It is the first time that all of you have experienced it. We tell you that you have been thinking of your economies as quite different from your personal lives but they are not. The truth is that everybody is invested in everybody else. You cannot go to war on this planet the same way that you have been going to war for very long because those people you go to war for own a lot of the property that you now have here. That is perfect! It is a perfect way to blend the energy. It cannot be done anymore. It is going to work out quite well and yes, we tell you that a lot of your governments and many of your organizations and a lot of the economies of the world are going to have to flex a little bit and get the new pace of the new energy. Humanity is at the stage where you are going to start building again because building is not in the proposition when you pull your energy field around you. All you are thinking about is this moment, now, you are not thinking about where you are going to go or what you really want to do and how you want to set it forward. So right now, what is taking place is that all of humanity is starting to stretch out. You are right on the brink of what we would call an economic recovery. We are not economists and we do not really care about your economies of the world; however, it was able to send a fear shock through all planet Earth and you pulled your energy fields in and you made it through the portal quite well. Now it is time to lose the fear. It is time to start doing something and to start setting things forward. I told this to you before and I will tell it to you now, there is not a greater time on Earth to start something. Any project, any business, anything you want to do will find the wind at your back if you start it in this energy.

Now the biggest problem that you had on planet Earth has been that all of you have been trying to define yourselves so clearly. It is very difficult because when you start to open up energetically, you feel everything and everyone. You start giving too much of yourself, start spreading yourself too thin, you get exhausted and pretty soon you got a problem. So you start defining yourself and you say, “My energy field only goes to here. I am not responsible for…” That is wonderful because now that you define yourself, you can lose the boundaries all together. They do not need to be there. You can look at the person sitting in front of you and see what part of you they are. Did you ever think of that? Now you have a chance because over the next 7 months, there is a teetering balance. You go back into polarity f like your governments, especially the one here in the United States. It is so funny to watch one side fight over here and the other side fight over there and it all stretches into polarity. Well, somewhere you are going to meet in the middle. It is just a game you have been playing. Now it is time to start working with that. So when you start looking at how you are alike with the people and the energies around you rather than how you are different, you can define yourself the same way. It has always been that you define yourself differently. You look at that person and say, “Oh, that person…well, I have something better than they do. I have something I am working with here…” and you define yourself that way. Now it is time to define yourself the other way. How can you be a part of a rather large family that is making a huge difference on this planet right now?

A Tapestry of Love

It is not always easy, dear ones. That is why we call it, smile your way Home. All you have to do is to connect with a few other spirits on the planet every single day and spread your energy. That way you weave a tapestry of love that cannot be beat. It is very magical indeed and you are in the perfect position to do this now. This is the time to really look at your harmony, to really look at the people around you and all the other energies – the people that are working with you, the people that are working against you, even what you call your enemies. Humans need to move away from all this polarity very quickly now because it is going to make a big difference on planet Earth and you are going to build something that will last. It is not going to work the same way it did before, even your economic systems are not going to work the same way they did before. You are welcome, thank you. Good job. You do not need to go through that same problem again. Now, what is going to take place is that it is up to you. So are you going to let the spirit come through you? Are you going to smile with those eyes and plant seeds of light in everything you see? Or are you going to put your stare down and say, “I do not know who I am. I am not valuable enough. I do not know if I have anything to offer. So I am not going to look into others eyes?” Go for it. Now you can make a difference in the smallest ways because if enough of you do it - if only five thousand of you do this over the next 7 months - you are going to change the planet so fast it is going to be really beautiful. You are going to start making Home with a capital H right where you are and we are here to help you. Do not ever think you are alone, dear ones. You could not be even if you tried and we would appreciate it if you would stop trying so hard. Sometimes you try to be separate so much, you sit there and say, “Spirit, touch me. Feel me. Make me feel you. Make me understand what part of spirit I am.” And spirit is standing there telling you the same thing. In reality, you are the ones. You are the creators. Dare to step forward and see yourself in a new light and above all, do not forget to smile your way Home. It is the most beautiful part of being a human. I love you more than you know. I am with you always.

I close now with one little word that came from the story of the Lemurians who simply wanted to pat each other on the back all the time. They came up with a word that they used for hello and goodbye and it is Espavo. It means, “Thank you for taking your power.” Espavo, dear ones. I am Elrah of rhythmic service.

It is only your fear that keeps you from stepping into your rightful place.

And you were not afraid before you came here, but you stepped into a society full of fear, and as a Starseed, you were so empathic you took on that fear, and you must understand, Starseed, it is not yours. You took it into your energy field from others around you that had bought into the Reptilian fear, and they became so controlled by it that their vibrations were constantly sending it out, and you’ve got to be aware that you pick up on the vibrations of those around you, and that you adopted society’s fear as your own, but this is not your fear. This isn’t your truth. You are fearless and courageous, and you need to be aware anytime you feel something other than fearlessness and courageousness.

Look around you. Who is around you? And if you are alone, where are you? Who is nearby? Who is in the room next to you, in the house next to you? Who is near you? Even if the nearest person is a mile away, do not accept their fear, and do not believe that you are the one feeling it. You are an empath because you are a Starseed.

Understand you did not enter into this world with any fear. You came here with a fearlessness and a courageous heart. You knew your assignment, and you knew, without trying to believe it, you knew you would succeed. You are succeeding now, you are breaking free of much karma, and there is much to be released from your body. Your physical body, your emotional body, and your mental body must release their toxins before you can step into your life’s purpose and mission. You are releasing toxins from previous lives here and on other planets, and many old feelings of failure, regret and loneliness may come up inside of you, but understand you are in the process of expelling those feelings.

Your light body is stepping forward and it is purging your mental, physical and emotional bodies of whatever is blocking you, and you feel those as they release, but again I tell you, you do not have fear to release. The fear you feel is not yours. Look around you. Who is around you? Who are you picking up on, or whose energy have you soaked up? You must realize when you are feeling something that you did not collect from your own experiences, you must realize when you are feeling something you have collected from someone else, you must allow these darker emotions to surface and release and you must protect yourselves so that you stop collecting so much negativity from the people around you.

Your energy is aware of all vibrations around it, and subconsciously, it wants to help the people around it. You are relieving them of what is ailing them, but by doing so you are not enabling them to walk through their own negativity and learn to release it and learn to feel their own positivity. You have enough to deal with. You do not need to take on other peoples’ burdens. You need to cleanse your own self of your own negativity and allow your positive light to cleanse you of it. And that is what it wants to do and it is already doing it, but you must remember that you are not here to take on other peoples’ burdens as your own and hurt yourself in the process.

You are here to first cleanse yourself and then, then afterward, help to cleanse those around you, but not by taking into your own energy field what they are going through, but by teaching them to connect with their reality, by showing your own vibration and by making them aware of who they really are, of who they really could be. You are here to help people find their own light. You are not here to take their negativity into yourselves. Protect your energy. Don’t allow it to be dampened by the emotions and thoughts of others. And part of the way to do that, the very first step in doing that is by realizing that those emotions come from outside sources.

Call on your own light. Call on your Reality, the true being within you, to shed its light piercing every illusion that you have believed. I promise you, you are on your way to defeating all illusion. You are on your way to overcoming everything you believed to have conquered you. It did not conquer you. You are the victor. You will be victorious over every form of negativity and over all illusion. I am speaking to you as a close friend. I am a protector. I am a Guardian of Earth. MULTIPLE REALITIES

We, the Arcturians, are sending transmissions from our Mothership to our human expressions who are holding forms in several of the myriad versions of 2013 ascending Earth. I speak with you now to give you a brief preamble about Multiple Realities.

Multiple Realities encompass Parallel Realities, Alternate Realities and Multidimensional Realities. Some Multiple Realities resonate to the same frequency of expression and other realities resonate to different frequencies of expression. Hence, multiple realities that all resonate to the third/fourth dimensional frequency band are known as Parallel Realities or Alternate Realities. On the other hand, realities that represent different frequency expressions of the same experience are known as Multidimensional Realities.

Planet Earth is shifting into the higher dimensions. Therefore, all Parallel and Alternate Realities are also traversing into higher frequencies of form, and all Multidimensional Realties are pulling up their third/fourth dimensional versions of form. We will give you a brief description of each type of reality. To make this description simpler we will title the reality in which you are reading this message as your Base-Line Reality.

PARALLEL REALITIES

A Parallel Reality is created every time you make an important either/or decision that has the possibility of changing your life. For example, if you choose to leave a certain job, there will be a Parallel Reality in which you keep that job. Your Primary Point of Perception-the YOU to whom we are speaking to in your Base-Line Reality-may not know about this Parallel reality, but your Multidimensional SELF does.

Your Multidimensional SELF has taken the long trip down from Source into the world of form and wants to experience every possible option for every experience. As your consciousness returns to the innate multidimensional thinking of your fifth dimensional SELF, you will be able to easily handle both your Base-Line Reality and all the Parallel Realities that shoot out whenever you make an important either/or decision. In this manner, you can have optimum learning from every experience and share your Parallel Realities with Source.

While your Base-Line Reality is the physical world, you will likely be unconscious of the fact that every possible version of any given reality is being lived in a Parallel or Alternate Reality. Also, there is a difference between Parallel and Alternate Realities. Your personality in all your Parallel Realities is similar to your personality in your Base-Line Reality.

ALTERNATE REALITIES

On the other hand, in Alternate Realities you explore alternate types of personality in similar situations as your Base-Line Reality. Therefore, your Alternate Realities are comparable to your Base-Line Reality but YOU are undergoing the same situations through the viewpoint of a different personality. In this manner, you can explore different personality traits and even different expressions of your Divine Qualities within similar, yet slightly different, situations.  The situations become different because YOU are different, and all of you are the creators of your world.

How you create your reality is largely dependent on you state of consciousness. When you are in a higher state of consciousness, you are able to connect with your innate wisdom, power and love. Hence, your world is on of higher advancement and learning. On the other hand, when your state of consciousness is limited by constant fear-based thoughts and emotions, you world is riddled with conflict, power-over others or victimization from your surroundings.

As your primary consciousness expands into the upper fourth and lowest fifth dimensions, your growing wisdom, power-within and unconditional love allows to remain within your Center enough to allow Parallel and Alternate Realities often "bleed through" into your Base-Line Reality. In this manner, your Parallel and Alternate Realities converge into the ever-expanding Oneness of your ego self who is merging into your Multidimensional SELF.

In fact, when your point of perception rises into the fifth dimension and beyond, you will be able to preview many the Parallel and Alternate Realities of your many third/fourth dimensional selves. Consequently, you will be able to gain the most information and learning from your time in lower worlds. Furthermore, from the perspective of your Higher Dimensional Expression you will be able to view your many manifestations of SELF without judgment.

One of the reasons why you choose NOT to be aware of your Parallel and Alternate Realities while still holding a 3D form is that there is a strong potential for self-judgment. This self-judgment would greatly hinder your ascension process. Thus, most ascending ones choose to limit the perception of their other realities to those that they believe they can use and/or heal.

In Summary, an Alternate Reality is like a tree has many limbs. Some of these limbs are strong enough to survive any storm, yet some of the limbs will fall away from the trunk. Your Soul creates and chooses many Parallel Realities to give itself the greatest variety of experiences.

Each Parallel Reality is created when you make a life changing, either/or decision. On the other hand, in Alternate Realities you chose to express different components of your complex persona so that you can live many versions of your self in one timeline of physicality.  

MULTIDIMENSIONAL REALITIES

You are all great multidimensional beings with expressions of your greater SELF concurrently running on many different dimensions. If you are wearing a physical form, that form is the "anchor" of your many other frequencies of SELF in the higher dimensions. Your Multidimensional SELF came down form Source in the twelfth dimension long before time was even a concept. As you traveled down the frequency scale into the lowest frequency worlds of the third dimension, you created Parallel and Alternate realities on each frequency of reality.

Each of these realities can be fully experienced from the perspective of the realities of higher frequencies. On the other hand, in order to consciously experience a higher dimensional reality, you need to expand your consciousness into the frequency and make that connection. You see, dear ascending one, YOU are not your body. YOU are pure consciousness. Just as you choose what clothes you want to wear each day, your Multidimensional SELF chooses what form it is wishes to wear so that it can interact with any given reality

Fortunately, when you expand you consciousness into the higher brain waves of Theta, Delta waves and beyond, you can have conscious interactions with your Higher SELVES who have taken a home in the higher worlds. We say home rather than body, because some of your highest realities of SELF are no longer limited to a form and live as pure consciousness. These higher expressions of your SELF live in Unity Consciousness and no longer desire to be an individual. This is the case for the Arcturians who are now speaking with you. We resonate to the eighth through tenth dimensions in a Unified Field of unconditional love and multidimensional light 

PARALLEL REALITY OF EARTH

You, our brave ones, you have taken earth vessels again and again. In many of your incarnations on the body of Gaia you appeared to have died in your attempt to return Gaia to Her true SELF. However, you did not die. You were pulled out of active duty and returned to your real, higher expression. Therefore, we remind you that those who died in service to Mother Gaia did not die. Instead, they were recalled Home to heal.

However, we are not here to talk about returning Home via death. We are talking about the conscious return Home of Ascension. As you know, the percentage of un-awakened or darkly intended humans is much larger than the percentage of ascending ones. Fortunately, the higher light quotient of the ascending one allows the few to make a huge, multidimensional difference.

If you are driving a car and have to turn it around to go in the opposite direction, it would take "time" to regain your forward speed. In the same manner, humanity has had to turnaround to change their intentions from destruction to construction. Therefore, it will take the illusion of time for Gaia to "pick up speed" again.

Your world is accustomed to operating in a Power-Over Others fashion, which has set Gaia in a tailspin into the lower frequencies of reality. What has allowed you to turnaround your perception of reality is your connection to your Higher Expressions of SELF. It is this great service of grounding your higher light that has assisted Gaia to cease Her downward spiral and shift Her course in order to ascend into the higher frequencies.

During this moment of immense transition there will be many offshoots into Parallel Realities. The humans of your world has been taught for thousands of years to obey orders from others, to be poor, to follow without question and to get ill and die young. This indoctrination is very strong in many areas of your planet. These brainwashed ones cause a breaking system, a drag on forward motion if ascension. Hence, you are changing direction of your car while dragging a trailer without wheels.

Therefore, you, our ascending ones need to create your own Parallel Reality, as the majority of humans are not at all prepared to shift their life into a higher dimension. Many humans are barely surviving, others are riddled with fear and hatred and others are brainwashed by the dark ones who do not want to give up control. However, because of their innate Power Over others behavior, the dark ones cannot move into higher frequencies. They are fine with that limitation because they enjoy the power over others that they can gain and maintain in the third dimensional frequency.

Because of these conditions, you, our ascending ones, will need to create your own Parallel Reality in which you choose to return to your true multidimensional vibration. At first, while your frequency of reality is in the spectrum where the power-over still has influence, you may feel that you are moving in very slow motion.

Your escalation of motion and frequency appears slow because you need to break away from the habit of being in a third-dimensional Power-Over Others reality. In order to gain the adequate collective power to create a Parallel Reality, which is an offshoot from a world based on fear and domination, you must unify with as many other humans who have the same love-based intention. Fortunately, Gaia and Her plant and animal kingdoms, especially the Cetaceans, also want to create this Parallel Reality.

We want you to realize that this Parallel Reality of New Earth will, indeed, become the dominant reality, as the reality that appears to be dominant is unable to make this shift. As you now understand, a Parallel Reality is based on the decisions that you make. These decisions are your creative power, which is based on the thoughts you allow to remain in your mind and the emotions that you hold in your body.

Dear ascending ones, there are more of you than you suspect, but time and space still separates you. However, as more and more of you expand your Point of Perception into your Multidimensional SELF, you have a built in "elevator" in which you can easily raise your Perception into higher and higher frequencies of reality. This elevator is most easily entered through your merging with a higher expression of your own Multidimensional SELF.

As your consciousness begins to expand into the fifth dimension, the first expression of your SELF that you meet is your Divine Complement. When you first took an embodiment in your third dimensional world, the frequency of that reality was too slow to accommodate your fifth-dimensional, androgynous SELF.

Therefore, whenever you entered 3D Earth you needed to choose a gender and live your life being only half of your SELF. Very often your other half remained in the higher frequencies to guide and comfort the component of it's SELF who was incarnated in the hostile third dimension.

Over your vast evolution, you have learned how to bi-locate from your Divine Complement. By this we mean that you and you learned how to remain in the fifth dimension as one Androgynous Being while one or both of you also took a form in the physical world. In this manner, you each had the option of actually meeting your Divine Complement in your physical world without loosing your connection with each other in the higher worlds.

In your past, Divine Complements seldom met each other while on the physical plane. The world was too dark and humans were too separated from each other. However, now Gaia has the greatest light that she has experienced since before the fall of Atlantis. Also, everyone, everywhere in your world, can easily communicate with each other. Hence, Divine Complements are finding each other in distant places and entering into deeply intimate relationships.

Since both of the complements have had many incarnations as both men and women, these couples are often very androgynous in nature. These androgynous relationships are a preparation for your unity into your androgynous, fifth dimensional SELF. Fortunately, the complete merging with your Divine Complement, also known as your Twin Flame, will greatly facilitate your merging with even higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF.

The Parallel Reality that you, our ascending ones, are creating is the version of reality in which Gaia will transmute into Multidimensional, New Earth. Since Gaia has spent 4.5 billion years as a physical form she needs your assistance to return to Her true, Multidimensional Planet. Every time any one of Her humans returns to their Multidimensional Expression of SELF, they contribute to Gaia's return to Her Multidimensional SELF.

Your earth vessel is made of the elements of the body of Gaia. Thus, whenever you transmute any component of your own physical form, you simultaneously transmute the physical form of Gaia. Furthermore, when your fifth dimensional consciousness merges with your fifth-dimensional Divine Complement, while you in a third dimensional relationship with each other, you have one foot in the fifth dimension and the other in the reality of ascending Earth                        

In fact, whenever you have a conscious connection with any Expression or Expressions of your Multidimensional SELF, the lies and illusions of the third dimension will have no influence on you. You will then view 3D Earth as a Kindergarten world from which you have graduated. However, you may still hold a form on that world to assist others, as well as to help Gaia. Fortunately, many of you have learned to find a degree of comfort and safety in your physical version of Earth. Most importantly, you can easily commune with the many other ascending ones who are sharing your bi-location into the Parallel Reality of Personal and Planetary Ascension.

When you bi-locate you don't actually leave either place. Instead, you shift your primary consciousness-your focus of attention-to whichever reality you wish to have as your primary perception and experience. However, the other expression of your Self is always within your consciousness in case you are needed.

Eventually, you will know that you have done all you can for the 3D version of Earth, and you will shift most of your attention onto the once parallel and now primary version of fifth dimensional Earth. When your primary consciousness permanently shifts from the third/fourth dimension and into the fifth dimension, and you will be fully ascended.

One way in which you can escalate your full ascension is by merging with a Higher Expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. Some of you will merge with your Divine Complement first and your Higher expressions second. On the other hand, some of your will first merge with one of your myriad higher expressions of SELF and then merge with your Divine Complement. It does not matter whether you merge first with your Higher Expression or with your Divine Complement, as in the fifth dimension there is no sequential time to create sequential choices. All choices and decisions are made within the NOW of the ONE and flow in harmony within your myriad multidimensional worlds.

LIGHTBODY CONNECTION

The element of your Multidimensional SELF who serves as the interface between your Multidimensional SELF and your earth vessel is your Lightbody. Your Lightbody connects the physical body with your Higher Expressions of SELF.

The physical body is NOT capable of accepting the full download of your Multidimensional SELF. Fortunately, your Lightbody serves as the buffer and connecting energy field between your physical body and your higher dimensional expressions. The fourth dimension is an etheric interface between the third dimension and the higher worlds, but it is too riddled with polarity and fear to effectively connect the third dimension with the higher worlds.

However, your Lightbody can easily move through the fourth dimension and directly connect the fifth-dimensional realms with your physical body. Still, there is often the sensation of crossing many voids as your Multidimensional SELF extends your Lightbody down from the higher worlds, through the fourth dimension and into your earth vessel.

These voids are actually initiations to assist you to release yet another component of your ego from your fourth, then third dimensional aura. Sometimes, these initiations are primarily experienced in your body, other times in your mind, your emotions or even your spiritual life. These initiations occur because you are bending down to jump higher. In other words, you are clearing out old anchors of fear so that you can more easily sore into the higher worlds.

Another challenge/initiation that occurs when your Lightbody is fully connected to your earth vessel is that you will likely experience great perceptual confusion. When your fifth dimensional senses begin to overtake your physical senses may perceive both frequencies, but in a jumbled and confusing manner. However, with practice you will be able to discern the difference between the physically based input and the higher dimensional input.

Then, by constantly choosing to attend to your higher dimensional input, you are consciously choosing to release your physical world and attach your attention to the higher frequency of reality. Please remember, the reality that you choose to perceive is the reality that you choose to live. Therefore, you are creating your own reality by the choices you make about the frequency of stimuli to which you attend.

As you remember that you have the Power to make these perceptual choices and the Wisdom to primarily focus on the choice of perception that feels like unconditional love, your formerly unconscious ascension process becomes conscious.

Your ability to make a conscious perceptual choice is, also, an antidote to fear. If you are consistently conscious of the fact that you have a choice about what you wish to perceive, you will fully realize that that YOU are creating your reality. Additionally, if you are in constant contact with your Higher Expression, you will be able to ask questions in order to higher frequency choices. The knowledge of your freedom of choice, as well as the constant source of enlightenment from your connection to SELF greatly expands your ability to attend to love and ignore fear.

The ascension process may seem very unique to your human self, but is common for your Higher Expression. Once you surrender your ascension to your Higher Expression, the ego's firewall of the Reticular Formation within your physical brain will be superimposed with the "Spiritual Screening System" of your Higher Expression. Once you process data through your spiritual perception, you will be able to easily discern which physical communications are important enough for your attention.

In this manner, you can relax into the process of recalibrating your attention away from the myriad illusions of the 3D and onto the Truths of your ascending reality. When you surrender to your SELF, you can relax into the knowledge that if there is a physical message to which you must attend, such as driving your car, paying a bill on time, or answering the phone for an important call, your ego can remain relaxed as your Higher Expression is on duty.

This type of working relationship with your SELF is your most important preparation for living in a fifth dimensional reality. When you live in a higher reality in which your every thought and emotion instantly becomes manifest, it is vital that your internal filtering system filters OUT any thoughts or emotions which you do not wish to manifest.

During your long sojourn into the worlds of matter, you have allowed your emotions and thoughts to focus on fear. Fear is a necessary component for survival in the lower worlds as Power Over Others is the dominant form of behavior. Also, many humans have completely lost their connection to the Great Mother. When your society was in touch with Mother Earth, you could determine the weather, co-exist with the animals and know which plants to eat.

However, now many humans perceive nature as dangerous. This danger does not exist in the higher frequencies of reality in which people and planet are ONE Being and Power Within is the only operating system. In a higher dimensional reality, if you are afraid, or think that someone or something would harm you, your consciousness instantly drops back down into the fourth dimension.

Your state of consciousness determines your perceptions and the reality you perceive is the reality you live. Hence, when your consciousness drops below the resonance of the fifth dimension, you can no longer perceive or live within that frequency of reality. Fortunately, your Multidimensional SELF is similar to a huge ladder that your consciousness can climb to interact with different frequencies of reality.Thus, you do not need to become better or more deserving to enter a higher frequency of reality. You only need to attune your consciousness with the appropriate resonance of your Multidimensional SELF to be able to perceive and interact with that frequency of reality.

We, the galactic representatives of your own Higher Expressions, are very pleased to be able to speak with you directly. We know that your grounded expression may not remember that you are visiting with us. Luckily, some of the messages that YOU are receiving will bleed-through from this frequency of your SELF and into your physical consciousness. If your physical self can remember, feel, imagine or picture any part of our messages, it will greatly change your decision making in daily life.

The single act of checking with your Higher Expression of SELF, rather than your ego self, before you make decisions will greatly alter your physical reality. When you check in with your ego self, it does it job perfectly. It tells you that you need to be careful, that many possible problems may arise and that many persons, places or situations may be dangerous. This does not make your ego self a negative force in your life. Your ego self is just doing its job of keeping you safe. Since your ego self can ONLY perceive the physical reality, it can find myriad possible dangers about which you need to be warned. You ego is incapable of knowing that that which you focus on is that which you manifest.

Ego does not realize that it is actually creating the very situations that it is warning you to avoid by telling you to place your attention on that perception. It is true that naivety can be dangerous in the physical world, but only if you are NOT connected to your Higher Expression. Your Higher Expression can see any possible harm even more clearly than you ego. However, instead of saying, "LOOK OUT," which only creates the very fear that you are in danger of attracting, your Higher Expression simply guides you away from that possible reality by revealing a higher resonance of choice.

This higher resonance of choice is your protection because it keeps your thoughts and emotions in a frequency that pulls your energy field above any interaction with any fear-based, possible reality. However, there is one issue that is often confusing to our ascending ones. This is the issue of clearing old darkness. There are some times in your physical life in which you are ready to clear old darkness/fear from your consciousness. During these times you may experience a bad thing happening. This does not mean that your Higher Expression has been slacking from its duty.

No, this event is one that you cannot go over, under or around because it is an important initiation. In other words, this 'problem' is actually an initiation that you chose before your present incarnation. These initiations are not enjoyable, but they represent that you are ready to move into a higher resonance of reality. You can take a great deal of time going through this challenge, or you can surrender to the ONE and allow your Divine Guidance to guide you through the parting seas. Then, you can get on with the important business of personal and planetary ascension.

And so our dear ascending ones, we complete this transmission. However, we, your Galactic and Celestial Family, will continue sending you transmissions. Since our messages are projected from the realms beyond time, you may tap into the infinite loop of our communications whenever you calibrate your consciousness to the fifth dimension and beyond. In order to consciously receive our transmissions:

• Open your High Heart
• Connect it with your Third Eye
• Send out a beacon of      unconditional love
• Then simply say, "I am ready      for transmission."

It is with love that I pass my energies through the veils of illusion to surround and bathe your entire being. As my energies flow to you and with your acceptance, together we assist in dissolving the veils of illusion that you are still energising and holding onto in your physical reality. It is with love that I am here to support your ascension, to guide and assist you in any way that you allow me to, you are after all holding the responsibility of your spiritual ascension on the Earth. It is through your abilities of accepting, allowing, realising, acknowledging and becoming, you assist yourself to furthering your spiritual ascension.

I, Lady Quan Yin wish to share a communication focused upon reaping the rewards of ascension. Through your ascension process there is an understanding that to follow a path to enlightenment brings such profound experiences of joy, happiness and bliss. It is the truth that the more you allow yourself to let go of perspectives and material aspects that no longer serve you, the easier it is to find the energy of bliss within your being. It is the discipline of moving from an attached reality where bliss and happiness if created from the outside to a reality of freedom from attachments where joy comes from within you as an existence rather than a momentary experience. At this present moment you are all experiencing this shift and have been for some time. This process will continue as it is a gradual process of realisations. You begin to realise with more intense confirmation that many of your experiences when connected to the outer world and disconnected from the energy and world within you are false creations. They are creations that serve you at certain stages of your growth but when an experience causes a momentary upliftment then in many ways it is false, it is an outside creation. When joy or bliss emerges from within, filling your entire being and remaining with you as an aspect of your being (even if it is originally activated from something external but is truly felt within,) this is a true experience of bliss, happiness and joy. Another way of explaining is to say, when you have a true expression from within your being, you are focused on experiencing the energy of the expression. When the expression comes from an experience in your physical reality and your focus is the experience then this is not a true realisation or step towards ascension. Every moment that you are uplifted is positive as it increases your vibration but it is essential to bring harmony to the expressions that evolve from within so you will be creating a foundation for greater realisations and enlightenment to develop.

Many may believe that there are no rewards to reap from ascension and that it is simply a process that one feels drawn to experience to evolve and understand the universe and reality more fully. You may wish to ask yourself what is your main goal behind your pursuit of ascension? Is it a desire of wanting? You may also wish to ask yourself are you allowed to expect or accept rewards from ascension? These are powerful questions that when answered truthfully will assist a shift in your ascension process of growth, allowing a strong core within to form. It is often that even those on a pathway of ascension are unclear as to the reasons they have chosen to travel such a pathway. If your reason is a physical experience then there is a need to connect with a deeper understanding or purer reason within you. With realisation of the reason you are following your spiritual path, you strengthen your inner core while even allowing your purpose to become evident to you.

If your reasons are so that you can feel more loved, may heal yourself, change your reality and so forth then these reasons will not serve you for the length of your ascension. There is a need to realise that many of the reasons you will form are actually opportunities and lessons to encourage you to grow. It is important not to discount these reasons because they show to you yourself in the present moment but to allow them to be tools to assist you in realising more of yourself. Maybe there are desires of experiencing more love, more truth, more understanding or acceptance, it is often that we seek these from people, but if we choose to let go of the desires and simply acknowledge that everything we seek is within then we are creating true realisations, connecting deeper into a truth which is beyond illusions. When we share that all you seek is within you, we are sharing with you that you no longer need to seek; it is the act of seeking for something that distracts you from the realisation that you are what you seek. For example, if you seek to be loved more fully or respected more deeply, you may never find a being or experience that allows you to feel or experience what you seek. If you dissolve the process of seeking but still hold the intention, knowing that you are already what you originally were seeking you will find within you more love and respect for yourself, which then attracts more people and situations that enact and mirror this for you.

Already you will see that there are rewards to be reaped. Many may believe that the greatest reward is the completion of ascension, but it is the many realisations and points of truth that you discover within your being that are your true rewards, these collected together create the most beautiful and constant state of awareness, love and upliftment.

Is it appropriate to acknowledge ascension as a process of rewards? It is my feeling that it is appropriate if you have an appropriate perspective. There are still those who are holding onto poverty consciousness as light workers on the Earth. Those that hold onto the experience of lack are not truly acknowledging the beautiful insights and awakening that has already been accessed within their beings. There is a need to realise that ascension can be a process of experiencing beauty and plenty, because you are deserving of such plenty. Again there is no need to seek plenty, simply holding the intention that you always have plenty of all you need, with the knowingness that the creation of plenty comes from within your being, then manifesting in your outer world. If you were able to achieve and manifest this realisation of plenty can you see that each step is a reward? Even the experience of lack is a reward because it fuels and encourages you to discover, connect with and manifest an alternative from and perspective within your being.

A reward can often be described as a payment or a prize in which you receive when you have achieved something. Maybe you feel that you shouldn't be rewarded for your ascension path and the growth that you make? In that question you will find many new realisations to discover and old habits of lack and limitations. There is no need for you to be rewarded or to expect to be rewarded by the Creator for a kind deed or a realisation that you achieve. As you peel away illusions especially in your perspective then you begin to become your reward. Your rewards will always be a deeper connection with yourself and the Creator; it is not given by the Creator but manifests not because of your command but simply as a product of your focus upon your spiritual pathway.

It is also important to realise that you are always achieving on your spiritual path. Do you truly have this belief?

I understand ascension to be extremely challenging at times, even at this time when you are becoming accustomed to the new energies you may be experiencing discomfort in your mind, emotions and even physical body or reality. It is not my intention that you expect a reward after you have experienced a challenging time but I do wish for you to understanding that you are already your reward, you are already your present to yourself, there is just a need to unravel all that you are. Unravelling yourself will take time but you will recognise the rewards from your focus. Remember that these rewards which can be explained as joy, happiness and bliss, they are not as a result of your hard work and focus on your spiritual pathway but they are simply manifestation of you, your truth and all that is within you.

It is now time to let go of the perspective that the Creator rewards you and your expectations of being rewarded. This expectation no longer serves you. The Creator will support and energise you, co creating with you at all times. The rewards, miracles and gifts that you perceive you receive in your reality are simply as a result of you allowing your magnificent essence to unfold more fully with greater self-reassurance. When you are allowing your essence and truth to unfold dissolving any beliefs in illusion you are always reaping rewards. The more you allow yourself to understand the abundant energy you hold, the more you are able to move beyond illusion, where every moment it feels you are rewarding yourself from the purest part of your being.

It is when we come upon moments of thankfulness that we become truly alive. Thankfulness is an

not just for what you have, but also for what you do not have.  Give thanks for all the good and the

bad, the positive and the negative in your life.  Give thanks, also, that you are free from the problems

that others have.  In this way you keep yourself free of these problems and you also lessen the

misfortunes of others.

~*~    To give thanks is to open your heart. To open your heart is to experience what others

experience. To experience what others experience is the first step in developing compassionate

thought energy that can help others to be free of suffering and bring them happiness, wisdom,

and the power to create prosperity. Giving thanks teaches each of us the special responsibility

that we have to use our personal and global resources wisely.

~*~    Giving thanks heals the pain of the bad things and creates new opportunities for growth.

It also secures and increases the power of the good things in every area of your life. Giving

thanks brings peace, beauty and understanding to the skillful thought energy that lies behind

Some days we may feel like we're just plodding along, doing those mundane things in life inbetween those days we relish when we feel like we're flying without wings!!

I just found a paragraph in my book that describes how every step along our path is important:

" If we wish to split a large rock, we may have to strike it with a hammer twenty-one times. The final blow that achieves success is dependent on the twenty unsuccessful attempts. Although no progress may be perceived until the final victory, all of our efforts to that point are essential. "            ~ Pathways to God

When you look back on your life you can see how one circumstance led to another, and then perhaps after experiencing some bleak times, we finally reach clarity and direction.

That is what opposites are all about!  They are all important in awakening us to what we already know, but just forgot! Breaking through density to finally see "the light."
And life continues..............
