It has certainly been a wet week in the UK. It must be awful if you live in low lying ground when we have heavy rain as it must be difficult to relax. Sad person died; awful to have to get the flood waters - river water out of one's home, what an awful job.
He must have found it very cold sitting on top of the statue, naked!
