Dear Sohiniben, I remember about 20yrs ago a Sai Baba devotee came back from India and the Ashram and told others about this mantra and demonstrated how to use it, with his breath.
He since sold up his house, and he and his wife both being Medical specialists, are working at the new Sai Hospital over there.
