Question: I care what others think of me and others say negative things about me and it hurts me. What can I do?

Answer: The Divine is supporting you always.You are so very loved and worthy of love. Ignore the naysayers, take nothing they say personally. They are lost little children throwing temper tantrums based on their fixed beliefs based on their own insecurities/fears. This is a Free Will density (the choice of Love or Fear) and if they are ignorant of Love, that is their choice. Love is the key to graduation. All we can do is show the way.

An example of this approach- Luke 23:2–32 "And they began to accuse him, saying, “We found this man misleading our nation and forbidding us to give tribute to Caesar, and saying that he himself is Christ, a king.” And Pilate asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” And he answered him, “You have said so.”....Jesus took nothing seriously that was untrue. It was their choice to accuse him of nonsense but he knew the real truth from God. So we are with our lives, we understand fear based choices are from unconscious autopilot reactions while Love is truth-based conscious action. Those people who are based in fear base everything on illusion, so there is nothing to take personal they say because it is illusion.

A modern approach is how Suzanne Giesemann says, "Isn't that interesting?" A complete detached neutral observer. It is their choice to say what they say and react as they do, but our choice is to ignore their fear and center ourselves in the loving truth within.

Basically centered in Love we become transparent to all that is not of Love. Fear passes right through us with no effect. I use this technique a lot as a grocery cashier. I look right through the angry customers to their inner little child hurting core. The angry customers complain "you should and you should that", "should" is an indicator of their fixed beliefs by the way which leads to their fear based temper tantrums, and I respond neutrally with love- I'm sorry that happened to you, let me see how I can help. Conscious love action not a reaction from fear.

This is a skill called discernment. If it resonates with love keep it, all else let it fall away. Initially filter all thoughts and feelings through the heart. Question yourself- Does it resonate with love or not? If it is love keep it. Else let it fall away.

Later once the heart fully opens [after lotus petals open of sacrifice (of lower self/ego), love (service to others) and knowledge (acquire spiritual knowledge)] it emits a powerful electro-magnetic field that silences the mind with its fears and judgments and there is only love and peace allowed in the fields. Thoughts are electric (mental body) and feelings are magnetic (emotional or astral body). The Fully Opened Heart has a higher spiritual frequency (from buddhic/atmic planes) that bathes the mental and emotional/astral body. Higher frequency energy always dissolves lower frequency energy. Basically the fires of love/spirit burn away all non-love debris (mental and emotional/astral body sheaths). This process happens in the bardo for people not ascending and later reincarnating but for people ascending this happens in the physical body while alive on physical Earth.

Black hole at heart of our galaxy “will erupt next year”, say astronomers By Rob Waugh

A huge eruption lit up the skies on our planet two million years ago - coming from the black hole at the heart of the Milky Way.

A huge eruption lit up the skies on our planet two million years ago - creating a fuzzy ball of light around the size and brightness of the moon.

The eruption - a huge blast from the black hole at the centre of our galaxy - would have been witnessed by our ancestors, homo erectus, on the plains of Africa.

Scientists have found the first evidence of this “huge explosion” of radiation from the supermassive black hole - four million times the mass of our sun - a faint glow in a cloud of gas millions of miles from the black hole itself.

Scientists describe the supermassive black hole - Saggitarius A* - as a “dormant volcano”.

Blasts of energy can jet out of black holes when stars and gas clouds are “consumed” by the black hole - and scientists warn that there are “lots and lots” circling our galactic centre.

One in particular could erupt next year.

"They have been monitoring a cloud and predict that it will fall into the black hole at some point in the next year; however, the amount of material will be far less than the event that illuminated the stream," said Greg Madsen, astronomer at the University of Cambridge.

"It will be much fainter and will pose no threat to Earth, but several powerful telescopes will be poised and ready to watch what happens."

Astronomers have long suspected that a large explosion occurred millions of years ago - but have never been able to prove it.

The evidence comes from a lacy filament of gas, mostly hydrogen, called the Magellanic Stream. This trails behind our galaxy’s two small companion galaxies, the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds.

“For twenty years we’ve seen this odd glow from the Magellanic Stream,” said Professor Joss Bland-Hawthorn, of the University of Sydney, who led a team studying this problem.

“We didn’t understand the cause. Then suddenly we realized it must be the mark, the fossil record, of a huge outburst of energy from the center of our galaxy.”

“It’s been long suspected that our galactic center might have sporadically flared up in the past. These observations are a highly suggestive ‘smoking gun’,” said Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal.

Death Star: Hypernovas and Black Holes

Stan Woosely, a scientist at the university of California, tries to identify where the powerful explosions in the universe are coming from, where stars are dying and where black holes are being born. From BBC science show Death Star.

The team gives its arguments in a paper accepted for publication in The Astrophysical Journal. Professor Bland-Hawthorn will speak about the work at the Galaxy Zoo meeting in Sydney, Australia, on 24 September.

The galaxy’s supermassive black hole has been known for decades. It’s orbited by a swarm of stars whose paths let us measure the black hole’s mass: four million times the mass of the Sun.

The region around the black hole, called Sagittarius A* [“A-star”], pours out radio waves, infrared, X-rays and gamma rays.

Flickers of radiation rise up when small clouds of gas fall onto the hot disk of matter that swirls around the black hole.

But evidence has been building of a real cataclysm in the past. Infrared and X-ray satellites have seen a powerful ‘wind’ (outflow) of material from this central region. Antimatter boiling out has left its signature. And there are the ‘Fermi bubbles’ -- two huge hot bubbles of gas billowing out from the galactic center, seen in gamma-rays and radio waves.

“All this points to a huge explosion at the center of our galaxy,” said team member Dr. Philip Maloney of the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA.

Scientists studying the galactic center came together at a workshop at Stanford University in California earlier this year.

While at the workshop, Professor Bland-Hawthorn realized the Stream could be holding the memory of the galactic center’s past.

Death Star: Huge explosion in deep space

On 2nd July 1967, a satellite picked up a huge burst of gamma rays. Was it evidence of a nuclear bomb test in space? Or was it from a much bigger explosion in deep space? Can Einstein's famous physics equation E=MC2 help?

Struck by the fiery breath of Sagittarius A*, the Stream is emitting light, much as particles from the Sun hit our atmosphere and trigger the colored glows of the aurorae -- the Northern and Southern Lights.

The brightest glow in the Stream comes from the region nearest the galactic center.

Geometry, the amount of energy from the original flare from Sagittarius A*, the time the flare would take to travel to the Magellanic Stream, the rate at which the Stream would have cooled over time -- “it all fits together, it all adds up,” says team member Dr. Greg Madsen of the University of Cambridge in the UK.

Scientists say that such flares can and will happen again.

“There are lots of stars and gas clouds that could fall onto the hot disk around the black hole,” says Professor Bland-Hawthorn. “There’s a gas cloud called G2 that we think will fall in next year. It’s small, but we’re looking forward to the fireworks!”

Greetings!

My Dearest Ones, what a divine pleasure to be here with each of you.  I encompass the dimensional frequencies of the higher realms of your stars of the inter-planets and all the inner galactic of the Christed universes.  We come tonight as the Divine Pleasure to be able to share with you our Light in this manner through a voice this is very exciting for each of us.  I have with me Beings from the Andromedeans, Beings from the Sirians, Beings from Arcturus and Pleiades and many others you may see.  There are many different species here that fill the stage; and we arise your energies and our friends are in the Temple amongst each of you which is the beauty of our energies.

Tonight we want to share, we want to share about the upcoming energies of meteor shower of Love.  It is our way of expressing that we are one with each of you.  This is the way that we can share it in these moments because many are looking for the shifts; they are waiting to see physical appearances because humans have a way of wanting a great celebration and waiting for that ship to land; then all of a sudden all these Beings come out of the ship and welcome them into the ship and take them to different foreign places.  Do you know why everyone is so concerned with the inter galactics? Because you are us, you want to be where we are, and you have chosen to be here now.  You so want to feel those energies once again and to know that you can communicate so we are showing you a way to do so.

I bring to you tonight the 21^st Ray of this dimensional frequency of Divine Structure.  You see, some of you have already been there and you come down here to this Earth.  You think it’s the same and it is not.  We send this message to all the Star Seeds that are struggling with their lives now because Earth is not what they wanted to be.  They have a hard time existing in this duality and they fight the system.  This is occurring because they have the gifts, they have the ability to tune in to channel, to feel the energies, to have amazing dream states, geometric patterns that they can understand, what it is to be a galactic high technical essence.  But do you know why so many of you are here?  You are here not to show everyone what you know; you are here to be in Oneness.  This is the planet that is changing and so many souls in the last twenty or thirty years have decided to incarnate to be part of these energies.

So we say to you, let us blend.  You must blend the energies so we are going to share with you the essence of how to do that.  Do you think that each of us could stand here in front of you in all these planetary systems and agree?  Oh, there were times that we could not so I overlight all these essences to come into Oneness which is just like you are communicating with your Spiritual Hierarchy which are the overlighting energies to come into Oneness.  I overlight the inner galactic energies so that we can come together.  This is our time and what a perfect day to allow these essences to come into creation because, because what is happening on your Earth.  The intensity, the thought forms, and the lack of compassion amongst so many and yet others are awakening to that compassion and they don’t understand why it cannot be.  You tap into another world of existence and you want that to be your reality.  How do you think that changes? It has to change because you are changing.  You that are present listening in these moments are the ones that will show how it is done.  Not by what you know, not by how you do things, just by being, being that multi-dimensional self that is acquiring within your physical existence.

It is just amazing to watch the process that is occurring so know we are going to be infiltrating more often.  They say that this meteor shower this month 22^nd of April is going to be huge for everyone to see.  It is an expression of Oneness; it is expression of fireworks.  As the fireworks come down from the higher universes into this sky formation of this Earth, it becomes Oneness.  It does not become like “oh my gosh what is going to happen to me”! We must realize that this is the Lights within Lights shinning down upon each of you to help you to remember the part of yourself that is inter galactic and that may have been eons and eons of time ago for you or it may have just been yesterday.  It does not matter when because those timelines become very active within your Etheric self so allowing them to come within your memories, into your dreams, and into your thought processes is going to assist you greatly in creating your multi-dimensional self.

Our essence is going to be able to overlight many of the dark forces upon this planet from other planetary universes.  It is going to assist in bringing in more frequency of Light on a physical basis by a molecular structure.  Not just the fact that there are elements stuck in environmental conditions.  This is a showing of your planetary structure with all the others coming into Oneness, coming into the frequency of Light that is us together.  Don’t we deserve to be with one another?  Don’t we deserve to have what we had from the beginning before we came into this creative process of planetary structures when we were all one-spirit group ball of Light? And we just move from place to place; while this is occurring, I ask of you now to look within the Temple up above.  The Temple is open as there is no ceiling of the Blue Gold Ray filtering within you and the entire Temple.

Let us heal these individuals that are newly upon the Temple of Oneness; let us heal these souls; they may be in a state of confusion because they just don’t know realized what has happened them.  They may have just passed over and their spiritual pathway did not allow them to think something like this is possible.  This is what you share in this Temple of the Light.  That is our expression moving into the totality of complete Oneness.  The beauty of these moments is the movement into expressing many facets of Light into the one essence that we are.  So tonight this is why we are here, we are here to tell you about this as we are here to be One with You.  If you think about what the Blue Gold actually means it represents Divine Structure.  What is Divine Structure in the mental aspects of your mind.  You may not be able to ascertain what that truly means.

If you take yourself out of this body that you are inhabiting and you travel and travel into the heavens up to the 36^th dimensional frequency, you will see that there is where I Am and so are You.  You just don’t remember it’s not part of your process at this time to stay in that frequency as your body cannot hold those elements, but you can take a little portion of it to experience your totality.  So tonight I give you a small, small starlit essence to put into your Heart so that you can tap into these elements of frequency to help you become more grounded.  This will help you to know that if you are a Star Seed, you can ground that more.  Because what you are bringing to GAIA, is more Light into the planet to help the places of duality not to hold on to the duality yourself as so many Star Seeds have a tendency to do.

So arise to the occasion; arise to the star you see. This beautiful star is coming down through the Blue Gold coming into the Temple.  Feel it is huge because this star represents each of us; it represents all these beautiful beings that I have here with me tonight.  Some of them you may know Ashtar Command, Lord of Sirius, Lord of Arcturus the Andromedeans, Master Valencia, Lady Voltar, all the beautiful beings that have been here before the Sirians of their essence with the Pleidians and all the Councils of Light.  They are all here tonight; they are all here to bring in this essence because we are becoming complete together.

See the Blue Gold star coming down into the top of the Temple.  It is going to filter a portion of its essence into each of your Hearts.  Then there is a star glyph that is going to activate within your own Heart Center for you to tap into anytime that you need to feel our assistance, that you need to feel each of us, or you need to remember that part of your multi dimensional self that is coming out.

So what does this do?  It creates the ability to remember the Divine Being that you are because it is so much forgotten within this Earthplane.  So we express this essence unto you, as the One Star becomes many more stars within each of you within this Temple.  We will all be Stars within Stars for each other.

Oh, feel the essence of the Star within your Heart.  It now sparkles.  It may be twinkling; just touch it if you like or feel its essence vibrating, vibrating within your Heart.  Feel this essence within you vibrating and then touch your Third Eye because there is another aspect of it that is going into your Third Eye. It should allow you to have the ability to intuitively see an expansion of stars in the sky of the Blue Gold.  Feel this vision now as it comes down into this Temple into each of you.

This vibration will change you.  It will allow you to receive your Divine Essence.  There is an expansion occurring outside of yourself in this moment.  In this expansion it is your Divine Essence now manifest.  This all depends upon your Higher Self and how much you can handle within your physical structure allowing your physical structure to receive more of this essence into your being.  Right now most of you have received just a small spark  ~  it is remembrance, it is an essence of each of us as I the Lord of the Great Bear Star system overlight these energies into each of you and why am I here at this time.  This is due because it is time; it is time for us to communicate, it is time for us to understand that when you receive essences with in your sky that there is a message.  The message is, “we want you to know we understand and we walk with each of you through this process of your divinity to make it better and better and better”.  As it is not appropriate not to have a world full of Oneness and this is what we shine to each of you in this moment.  Let us take a breath and feel these essences.

Just think about it ~ if every human being can feel their own Divine Essence being manifested through their Third Eye  and their Heart,  how much different this world could be.  This is why we are here.  We are here to share with you how to do this so that you can share it with others.  Right now what you have received through this frequency of Light is a vibrational attunement that is going to allow you to center upon the energies within yourself to make the necessary changes.

During this period you may feel fluctuations of emotions, thought processes, flashes of remembrance.  Whatever you are doing, just remember to tap your Third Eye and your Heart; you must connect to both because the Third Eye can perceive deeply but without the Heart Center being activated within it, it becomes a mental thought, it becomes a lower energy.  So you must tap within the Heart Center at the same time alternately and it will help you to reflect in All That You Are.  Without doing them together you will be receiving but not in the space of Wholeness that You Are.  Let us think right now of the star that you have become; a portion of your Star Essence is being embodied within you.  It does not matter if you feel that you are from Pleiades, Arcturus, or any of the other star systems; please know that we are all One together as we were originally.

And now we are coming back into that combined correlation that is us, so what you experiencing and what we are experiencing is because we are totality connected especially after this evening.  Let us think about the Ones on the Earth that are hurting and send them this star glyph now.  With a breath, just breathe and a tap over your Third Eye and your Heart to connect with your own Heart and send this around the globe.

Now Gaia has received her star glyph and now she is relaxing as now we are all connected within that Oneness.  Feel that energy now being reactivated within you as you now no longer send it out but bring it back in, bring that essence in whenever you connect with someone in this manner.  With each of us you must always remember to bring it back into yourself which will create a full connection within our hearts in our essences of this Ray to be fully within each of us representing the Light of the One.  Feel the Blue Gold completely circling within the Temple and within each of us and each other.

It is my Divine Pleasure to be able to express this essence unto you.  I and all the others that are with us feel this essence as we are different species; we are One just as you have many different species on the planet.  :et us come into that Oneness together.  Now that we are fully One as you look for the meteor shower, feel that essence, feel the sparkles of Light, feel the stars upon stars all combining within each other now you are one of the stars.  Even if you don’t see it with your physical eye, experience our essence together.  This is not just about the planetary stars in the skies; it is about each of us being those stars within one another.

I am deeply honored, deeply, deeply honored to be able to speak here this evening in this beautiful Temple and I do hope that I do return.  Thank you for inviting me, thank you for allowing me to be here in your Hearts, within your intuitive minds.  I am real ~ we are all real.  We are just not with in a structure that you are used to experiencing.  So let us come together in that completeness of wholeness that we are together in the frequency of Light.

Knowing that all physical life forms in the Universe were created for the purpose of furthering the experiences of the state of being of the GODHEAD, we might consider the manner in which we live our lives. In order to do this, it helps to know a little more about the basic origin of physical life forms.

The consciousness we call Divine, or Source, exists in a state of non-material Bliss. We would know this state of consciousness as forms of Colour, Sound and Light. Source Consciousness – which speaks to us as AN - extended Its Divine Sound outwards in order to develop another type of experience for consciousness. This Sound projection is responsible for the creation of material life forms.

The first generation of physical beings which emanated out from the GODHEAD in this manner were tasked with furthering physical life on the various planets. This has happened for all time, and we have no way of truly understanding just how old life forms are, as we cannot conceptual what is referred to as the No Time of the GODHEAD and of the Universes.

One of the most powerful Light Beings who is a first generation emanation from the GODHEAD is SAN AT AN. This Being is also referred to as SANAT KUMARA. Another first generation God Being was known as ANU on Nibiru, and as AMUN RA on Earth. Other God Beings emanated out from these Light Being in ways we would refer to as cloning brothers or sisters.

The great Light Being who speaks to us as SAN AT AN, was originally tasked with the development of life on the planet Venus. It was from this place of physical existence that various other planets were populated and worked upon, by the Beings of the GODHEAD Light. Among these planets were ancient Tiamat (a remainder of which is now called Earth), Nibiru and Mars.

Physical life forms are always created life forms, and the style of that life form is determined both by the available planetary building blocks, such as Carbon, Nitrogen and Oxygen on Earth, and by consciousness. Consciousness of a physical life form will determine the physical life experience of reality, or what we refer to as the dimensional experience of existence.

No matter what type of physical life form a planet can support, once in manifest existence those life forms become responsible for their own progress. This occurs regardless of the fact that all life was originally created as Divine physical life forms by the Light Beings of the GODHEAD. It is for this reason of Free Will that souls choose to have when they come into existence, that there are now varying degrees of Light in the physical dimensions of reality. The ability to choose means that all possibilities exist.

All beings, including human beings, choose how to live their lives. Consequently, we note the life experiences of the Arcturiuns is a particularly pleasant dimensional experience, because they live the Oneness of 8th dimensional reality. The Martians devolved their dimensional experience to the point of the 3rd dimension and destroyed their planet in the process. Earthlings, as you and I, are in the process of advancing our consciousness to an Ascended state in the 5th dimension of reality.

We were certainly supposed to know all about this, because the awareness of who we, where we come from, and what we are doing was part of our original creation, as a life form. It was, therefore, supposed to be up to each one of us to make life choices to continue to live under the auspices of Light. However, this has not always been the case on Earth.

It will always be the case that any form of physical existence on a planet brings with it all potentials of existence, including the possibility of lowering the dimensional experience. This became the case with ENLIL, when he chose to fall from his Archangelic Light and interfere in the Hu-man creation of the other God Beings on Earth. With the ill-considered actions of a single individual we, as the human species, lost our conscious connection to the Light and have stumbled around in the dark for many long centuries.

Now, however, as the outer planetary alignments shift and change once more, we are in the most auspicious time of our development on Earth. We have the stellar opportunity to utilise the high frequency energy which is beaming towards Earth at this time. Situated all over the globe, the Light Portals receive this outer-planetary high frequency Light energy and channel it into the Earth. All who live upon her are influenced by this resonance raising energy.

Even ENLIL’S redemption into the Light at this time has been stimulated by the outer-planetary alignments. In turn, ENLIL’S rapidly developing Light no longer shores up the darkness of old, and people are forced to face the fact that they have to make a choice to shift into greater states of Light, or continue on another long cycle of time on the Wheel of Karma.

We, as individuals, can choose to utilise this raised energy of the Earth to raise our own resonance towards higher states of Light. In so doing, we re-activate our long-dormant DNA and awaken our consciousness. With this we recover our understanding of who we are and what we are doing on Earth.

As our DNA re-activates we remember everything and we resonate with the truth that we hear and see around us. With this we reject anything of a low resonance nature and simply pay no attention to it. Our thoughts, feelings and behaviours develop so as to be in line with this. Thus, we are stimulated to clear and release our past low energy experiences, and strive to work from the heart. The more we do this, the more we become heart centred and live that reality.

From a heart-centred human perspective we change our life experiences in leaps and bounds. This state of consciousness then becomes the consciousness of the collective and all human experience on Earth resonates with a higher dimension of reality, because higher dimensions operate from the basis of love. It is this which creates the Golden Age on Earth, which is the shifted dimensional experience.

Reading this short quote from the ancient Being known as DUMUZI, we are given more than just these words to consider. We have heard so many times, from the Light Beings of the GODHEAD, that Earth is so much more important than we could imagine. In addition to this, the work we do on ourselves - individually and as a collective consciousness - has such far reaching consequences that it impacts way beyond Earth.

DUMUZI is the beloved of INANNA, who gave up his GOD BEING state and took on physicality. He did this in order to support humanity to find their way back to the Light and out of the lowered dimensional experience of reality. As such, he has been a valuable wayfarer for all of us, waiting until this time of humanity's awakening consciousness to begin communicating with us again. Without his sacrifice we might have remained in a difficult state of blinded consciousness for far longer than we have done already.

By meditating on Dumuzi's quote we begin to glean the depths of what he has said to us. Some of this is as follows:

• Nobody owns Earth.
• Nobody owns the resources of Earth.
• Collectively, as creations of the GODHEAD ourselves, we may participate and partake of the riches of Earth.

In discussion on this topic, DUMUZI commented that, while it is perfectly acceptable to own a patch of land upon the Earth, it is not reasonable to suggest that the riches within the Earth belong to any one country, or any one person. Earth's resources are for the use of all the Beings of the GODHEAD and their creations. It was never intended that any one person, or corporation, or nation, enrich themselves at the expense of any others by mining or otherwise extracting the riches from the Earth.

If we had to bear this in mind, these simple facts would make nonsense of the so-called reasons for war on our planet.

Let us reclaim our birthright as creations - Hu-man - creations of the GODHEAD, and live together in peace, love and harmony. ONENESS is the only way forward.

With this in mind, we easily see others around us in peace, and forgive them because they are not only our friends, but part of ourselves. From this we develop volumes of love within our hearts and easily love ourselves as we love others. Unconditional love is a short step from this, as is the Ascended state of living in a higher dimension of reality.

So, in conclusion, let each one of us visualise people all over the world smiling at each other with joy, love and tolerance in their hearts. Let us see the global 'V' symbol of peace being waved around, and hearts glowing with the Light of love. Most especially, let us all concentrate these visuals on the people and the leaders of Middle East at this time, so that we may tilt the delicately balanced energy of that area in the direction of Light and love. Let us all participate in manifesting the world we want, with love. Let us do this immediately and each day onwards, until we create what we want. And, after that, we simply create more!

The Light Beings have stated something that they rarely do: that this is a time of emergency on Earth. As such, it is important that as many people as possible work at visualising peace on our planet. We need to be aware that each and every single person who visualises peace, love, harmony and happiness existing between all the people of Earth contributes significantly to the manifestation of exactly that.

It is imperative that we concentrate our visualisation orientated peace efforts on the entirety of the Middle East at this time, as well as elsewhere and within ourselves. The Light Beings have commented that Earth is extremely delicately balanced right now, and that our ability to visualise peace is sufficient to support the dissipation of the looming crises in this area. Conflict in the Middle East is nothing new, as it has been an area of strife and stress since ancient times. These ancient patterns of behaviour have continued to be recreated again and again, and this is the reason that the regional unrest continues in our modern day.

Nevertheless, it is now time for all these ancient, and very negative, patterns to finish. There is no need for people to continue repeating them. We are in an Ascension process, as humanity and Earth, and we have the perfect opportunity to finalise all the pain and suffering that has predominated on Earth since the fall of man and of the Angelic Being ENLIL. This process is supported by ENLIL'S own rapid advances into the Light of redemption at this time.

We can take the opportunity that ENLIL'S Light recovery process offers us and use it to further our own progress. Knowing that this is happening - that the Fallen Angel is recoving from his fall - means we that we too can shift as dramatically. Therefore, there is no need for any human being to feel insecure while that which previously underpinned darkness shifts. The energy of archetypical darkness has changed, and has become Light. Nevertheless, it is bound to happen that people feel unsettled at this time, especially those whose intentions concentrate on power over others and greed.

The deserts of the Middle East area came about as a direct result of the nuclear war in ancient times. The fact that these areas were previously lush and abundant with life and that they are no longer, is testament to the devastation that the Middle East and North Africa have suffered. These desert regions are the result of nuclear warhead detonations, and we, as modern man, are in danger of repeating those ancient catastrophes. The human anger that creates this is as unnecessary and as it is unproductive.

Earth cannot tolerate any more unnecessary upsets, and certainly nothing as energetically and physically devastating as a nuclear war. Under such circumstances, the energy unleased would damage the whole globe. We would be naive to imagine that only the Middle East would suffer. The climate of the entire globe would be negatively affected, and every human being would suffer, including you and I. Hunger would prevail and crops would fail. We don't need any more of that. It is, therefore, highly beneficial to help to create peace and harmony amongst apparently opposing peoples - for the good of all.

Let us use this opportunity to not only visualise all the world at peace, but ourselves at peace too, while intensely concentrating our efforts on the Middle East,.

Let us visualise our families, work places, and suburban neighbourhoods at peace.

Let us visualise an abundance of food for everybody on Earth.

Let us visualise blind anger being replaced by love in the hearts of the people of troubled lands.

Let us visualise everybody's hearts, including our own, glowing with the Light of love.

Let us visualise the Ascension Chakra (just above the base of the skull) of every single person glowing with the Light of Ascension.

Let us visualise leaders of Light, whose hearts sing with love.

Let us visualise people who desire peace.

Let us visualise soldiers who prefer peace.

Let us visualise previously warring people raising their hands with the classic ''V sign as a greeting of peace.

Let us visualise all people of the Middle East, and then of the entire world, looking at each other with love on their faces; love which reflects the love in their hearts.

Let us visualise the happy result of this peace, as we live in Bliss on Earth.

And So It Is.

Anger and resentment are two of my lessons in life. Anger was caused by a lack of faith and resentment caused by a lack of satisfaction. Faith and Satisfaction (acceptance) open the inner heart and open the flow of energy to the upper chakras.

Anger is a disturbance that often sparks due to discomfort. It comes from feeling un-grounded and off-center. It comes from an overwhelming inbalance. Anger is a form of emotional communication, an energy that is powerful but is best channeled into pursuits involving energy. Sports, Dancing, Music etc etc. Anger is caused by an inbalance of the root chakra, sometimes sacral chakra. It is instinctual survival response (root chakra). Or, it may be sparked by relationships with others or our relationship with our self (sacral chakra).

The solution to anger is to find the heart, listen to the heart, express from the heart, and love dissolves anger. To listen to the heart, one has to know they are not alone. One finds faith. Faith that you are protected and that you are loved always. Faith opens the heart which unifies and dissolves first and second chakra blockages. The energy that was translated into anger by the lower chakras still remains, and that is best transmuted into physical activity to heal the physical inbalance and music to heal the emotional inbalance.
