Your Starseed relatives -- within the ships -- are attempting to talk with you now. They are trying all means of communication available. They approach you through dreams, visual signs, plus you may sense them physically of feel their ever-persistent presence in the psychic realms. Are you listening? Are you feeling? Are you sensing?

While you believe you are sleeping, you are -- in fact -- *on assignment* on your ship above. You are now attending ship-side schools related to your skill-set and Starseed race. Fundamentally, you're being *reprogrammed* for a brighter intergalactic future every night.

Many factors and tests (in the ships and higher dimensional areas while you believe you are sleeping) have decided your upcoming roles and jobs -– in the very near future -– in these primary arenas:
- Acting as a Liaison between Humans and many other Star Races;
- Being a journalist on one of many media 7D holo ships;
- Returning to your home planet for rest and reunions;
- Working in this system for the Ashtar Command;
- Being a VOYAGER with your Twin Flames;
- Employment in space farm agriculture;
- Negotiating within a liaison / alliance;
- Performing within a committee;
- Being an empath healer;
- Working for the GFL;
- Being an artist;
- Performer;
- Pilot.

Most of these posts involve living on a ship, if only for a short time. This calls for traveling to a different planet within another galaxy -- or to an alternative dimensional reality such as a parallel universe -- or to even to a higher frequency of expression.

While you are co-habitating within a starship, flagship or lightship, you will be interacting with those from across the Cosmos! They will not be comparable to anything you’ve seen, felt, or perceived with your current reality veils (in this incarnation thus far).

Since you are now experiencing dimensional shifts leading to *life aboard the ships with your star race family* it is crucial to be as open-minded and open-hearted as possible: there are infinite prisms of kindness and utility that can be found within each planetary civilization.

Your Starseed relatives cannot *yet* be completely understood from your current vantage point, but will be holistically perceivable during your ecstatic love-filled multidimensional Starseed reunion.

You will be surrounded by non-human *family* on these ships (and your appearance will most definitely reflect theirs in your future). What will they look like? What will they be like? Here are some basic essential traits of just a few of the planetary star races you will relate with very soon:

Andromedans:
1) The 7D, 8D and 9D humanoid group-thinkers from the Andromedan Star System, or; 2) term identifying the race of sentient service-to-other beings occupying the livable planets such as Aion in the Andromeda sector, as well as; 3) Sentients known for perfecting co-creation for peacefully-running planets and star bases.

Arcturians:
1) Both 6D and 7D Sentient service-to-other beings occupying the livable planets and bases in the area of the star Arcturus, and; 2) These individuals are known by their deep compassion and unfailing kindness towards all walks of life in all dimensions.

Centaurians from Meton in Alpha Centauri:
1) 7D - 12D Loving high dimensional humanoids who are descendants of Venus Beings; and 2) Wildly strategic deep mental thinkers who are holographically connected to the Great Central Sun and maintain a 12D Akashic Library within it, and; 3) Gorgeous brainy beings whose ships appear in the form of a Merkaba spinning.

Centaurians from Proximi Centauri:
1) 5D to 7D Beings who come in the form of Humanoids and Reptoids, and hybrids who have both types of DNA; 2) Strategists, counselors, and empaths who are excellent benevolent thought-broadcasters; 3) machine savants who can fix anything mechanical, and; 4) Peaceful and harmonious group-thinkers with telepathy.

1) Felines -- the original progenitor race of this Universe -- who are beautiful bipedal (standing) cats, and; 2) 6D through 12D Creators originally from the Vegan Star System of a planet called Lyra, but now live everywhere in the Universe, and; 3) Planners of many flagships and living planets, plus; 4) Cat-Beings who have a keen sense of fair play in all arenas, plus; 5) Sentients who believe that their young have more wisdom than elders.

1) 5D and 6D humanoids as well as reptilian-humanoid hybrids (in gorgeous prismatic skin colors) from the planets surrounding the stars Targeta and Maia; 2) Soul-collective service-to-others beings who are artistic and sensual in nature, plus; 3) Beings who are masters of storytelling as well as inspired artistic ingenuity in

Sirians from Sirius A:
1) 6D - 8D hybrids with a variety of humanoid, canine, and fox-like appearances resulting from tremendous dna manipulation, as well as; 2) Star races who are experts in bodily implant-device-tracking over eons of time, plus; 3) Beings well-versed in hyper-advanced bio-technology and organic holographic realities, and; 4) Sentients who are well-known across the Universe for their senses of humor, and their love of practical jokes.

Sirians from Sirius B:
1) Nektons of hyper-intelligent water beings -- called Chloglians, who look like Cetaceans (dolphins, whales, and orcas) of Earthshan -- whom group-think within pods, and; 2) Chloglian-humanoid hybrids, who are bipedal in shades of pale blues and greens, and; 3) Higher dimensional Sentients who reside in and upon many planets to raise vibrations, plus; 4) Playful and loving group-consciousness beings, known for their intricate songs, and also; 5) Advanced Beings who can live as numerous souls (called a pod) within one biological entity, such as a whale or orca.

Now that you have some depictions of some of your biological star race relatives, spend some time each day communicating with them -- until you have a constant rapport -- so you can quickly Ascend upward beyond the mundane.

Multidimensional life with your Starseed relatives is multi-layered, and must be cultivated by **you** making an effort to be alert to all subtleties. You need to reach out towards your Star relatives to begin communicating with them to have a relationship with them in a pro-active way!

It is the time to discipline yourself to be silent and aware of every nuance through waking hours of hearing (e.g.; you hear songs about specific constellations, star beings, etc.). Also it is vital to be hyper-aware of what you’re seeing (i.e.; you notice paintings of aliens, observing lightships everywhere, seeing number sequences indicating names of universes). Focus all of your six senses on receiving signals from your NOW future’s new realities.

Force your inner “Self” to wake up! Attempt to be lucid while your projected Earthshan body sleeps: talk to whomever you meet in dreams, as they just might be your relatives in the ships above.

Sochi has for years been what President Vladimir Putin has called the world's biggest construction site, with new hotels being built with state money. Despite the concerns about safety, IOC President Thomas Bach said Russia had managed in seven years to transform an old-fashioned sub-tropical summer resort, once favoured by Soviet dictator Josef Stalin, into a "modern all-year sport and tourism hub".

Who Are You, Truly? ~ A Message from the Angels ~ via Tazjima

“Who are you (or “Hu R U” in text!)?” asked the Caterpillar of Alice in “Through the Looking Glass”. Many of you are now deep into the process of discovering the answer that Alice was seeking.

Today, several of us, as ascended masters, angelic beings and divine mentors have joined together to address you through our scribe:

I AM Sanat Kumara, Planetary Logos, also known affectionately as “Raj” by many.

We are the Angelic Legions of the Divine Mother.
We are the Pleiadian Council of Nine.
We are the Divine Mother and Father.

We are You, part of your Multidimensional nature, which you are now in the process of rediscovering and opening up to the realization that you are greater than you know.

We have joined together to address our brothers and sisters through this scribe as part of her own mission to know herself better. While well aware of some of her own spiritual roots, she has been unwilling to reveal much to her readers. Now has come the time to speak of many things, not just of a personal level, but a Universal level.

Each of you is in the process of returning to Source. Why? Creator has instilled his creation with the desire to be in Oneness. For some time, this has not been the case; many worlds, universes, creations and individuals have, shall we say, strayed from the original blueprint and far into darkness and separation. And so Creator has sent forth brave ones, volunteers all, to work in these distant fields to act as wayshowers, to bring awareness back to those who notice them, in whatever light, positive or negative, that joining into oneness is possible for anyone to accomplish, no matter how lost they currently feel.

Our scribe has been undergoing the process of “getting to know yourself” as described and guided through the work of Jim Self, long one of our guides and mentors, taught by Archangels and Masters. This is one approach to coming into Oneness, but only one; there are many and each individual needs to discover what method or direction suits their own individual needs. All of you are unique and precious to Creator; all of you are now discovering just how unique and amazing you truly are. To some the revelations will be overwhelming at first, and then others will be quite accepting and also blasé about their discoveries. And still others will be secretive, at least at first, because they do not yet trust themselves or those around them to understand completely what has been revealed or why.

We ask nothing of yourselves that you are unwilling to give at this time, only to look dispassionately at what your heart tells you, what is shown to you through dreams and visions, what you feel through your body, what is revealed to you in moments of “aha”, as you piece together disparate bits of information into a complete picture… a new you is being revealed.

Our scribe has noticed what has been explained by Jim Self in his latest energy update (August 2013) as a removal of certain levels of frequency, a detachment from the need or ability to emotionally react to some happening in daily life that would have earlier created a disturbance in her emotional body, creating another thought form to be stored in her unconscious to be dealt with at a later date. This detachment, while deemed by some to be a lack of response or coolness in her nature, is a godsend now as the agitation in the world around her increases. She is now able to watch the gyrations of the minions of the departing paradigm with equanimity; these oppressors are now struggling to retain their control over the people and are attempting all kinds of acts of oppression and aggression to push through their agenda. It is not working anymore as the energy has shifted and the structures that once held together the rigid paradigm of the third dimension have been removed. All the flailing about is pointless, but will be done by these stubborn ones until they, too, realize that change is inevitable and that their time is done.

For the lightworkers to be drawn into the drama of the departing paradigm is not the solution, either, for to place attention and focus on these dark energies is to strengthen their remaining hold on society and the individual. One must learn to be observant, compassionate and removed, focusing instead on the golden vision of the inner heart and connection with soul; the I AM Presence and Creator. Through the Law of Attraction, what is focused upon will emerge into your life and hers. It is universal law and above all those created by those who wish to control the actions and lives of others for their own benefit. So be willing to forgive those who have worked against you throughout your many lives on this planet and others, and to move on into your own dream of bringing heaven to earth. It can be done; it is being done by many who have learned to focus on what gives them joy and can offer abundance and healing for the collective of humanity, not just their own pocketbook.

Now has come a time of letting go of what is not yours, what has never been yours. It is up to each of you to identify just what constitutes those things that have been put forward by others in your life as being the way to do things, what to believe, how to act, who to trust, who to hate. All of you have been affected by the administrations and belief systems of your elders, mentors, teachers and bosses, to one extent or another. However, as the energies shift and change, the new children coming into the world and many who are here already as Indigos, blue-ray beings, crystals, walk-in volunteers, starseeds and other various titles, these individuals do not resonate with the old energies and so they rebel or walk away from what has been placed before them as the way things have always been and seek another direction, one quite divergent from that of their parents and teachers. The children understand that there is another way to be, to follow; so they go their own way because of their different “wiring”. They have come in with bodies that naturally respond to higher frequency levels and so they can adapt to and demand that others change, as well. For them the process is easy and quite natural.

This ability to shift with the incoming energies and shifts is not quite so apparent in the older generations still living on this planet. Our scribe is one who came in soon after the last great world war; she took on some of the decades of energetic healing of karmic patterns and lines that many of her compatriots did, but in a mostly unconscious manner. She just knew that things weren’t right or comfortable for her, so a great search for meaning was undertaken quietly, moving her away from the paradigm of her parents, and eventually quite away from her entire family. She has lived a solitary life for many years now out of choice, realizing that she needed to focus on her own inner growth and not respond to the needs of others in the manner which was the existing and unsatisfying paradigm of her own mother. Perhaps her actions were deemed suspicious and selfish by some, but she was driven by a deep inner desire to understand what was going on, outside and within. The process for her is still ongoing, but now there is an increasing acceptance of her inner power, strength and determination to be reunited with her Soul and with Creator. With this acceptance also comes a sense of peace despite all that is continuing to play out in the world around her. This is a journey that is being undertaken by many individuals, each in their own way, and is beginning to be reflected in changes manifesting in the outer world, as the “people” come awake to the need to change what has been accepted and put forward by the few to control the many to what can be accepted by the many and is for the good of all.

It is up to each individual to arrive at that place when they can accept and learn to love themselves, as they are, not as they hope to be, but as they are here and now. And they will begin to discover just how truly wonderful and astounding that knowledge can be, even if they now see themselves as being quite simple and plain on the surface. No one is what they appear to be; all are part of creation, facets of the great diamond of Being and in the process of being buffed and polished by events in daily life, by opportunities and promptings to expand horizons and sense of Self. Respond to these promptings as you see yourself guided and learn to trust the process. You are in control; you just may not be aware of that fact, yet, mainly because you are not quite aware of Who you are.

You will discover that paradox will be quite apparent as you continue to grow towards self-realization. Paradox allows for people to change. What is true of a person or an event one day, may not hold true the next. Perhaps someone hurt you in the past. Will you hold that against them until the day you breathe your last breath or can you forgive yourself and them for what has happened and allow them to reveal how they have changed or not. You do not have to give in to another; just be compassionate and understanding. You act as mirrors to one another and reflect back what has not been dealt with. As bluffing agents, your “enemies” act to bring your attention to what has not been released from your own unconsciousness. How you react to their actions or not can give you a sense of just how far you have come in the process of forgiving yourself for acts of omission or commission.

What upsets you today as someone commits an atrocity “out there” is something that you, yourself, may have committed in another lifetime or even this one. You need to forgive “them” and yourself and move on. These acts are still being committed by those who hate themselves so desperately that they believe by hurting others they will regain a sense of control and power over their own lives. Of course they are seriously deranged in thinking so, but even the worst murderer or child rapist can change, can find redemption in the “lord” if they can forgive themselves and learn to love what they are now, a child of the Creator.

Can you do any less than the angels and forgive that one as the Creator does every day, every moment, knowing full well what that individual truly is already?

Can you forgive yourself?

Can you learn to love your loneliness and the traits that drive you from being able to live with others?

Can you learn to accept that what you deem as weaknesses and character faults within may truly be your most precious gifts and strengths that you can place on the altar of Being?

As the velocity of change quickens in the world, through the avenues of extreme weather, social upheavals, economic and political changes, as well as upsets caused by the now daily revelations of what has been hidden from the general populace by their governments, religious institutions, by corporations and powerful individuals, each person is undergoing a process of initiation into mastery. Many are unprepared and will leave as the paradigms shift and the frequency levels of the planet continue to rise. This exodus is well underway already; it can be seen in an increase in the death statistics, whether through natural causes or through violence and social upheaval. Do not feel that the ones leaving have failed, however, as each individual has a path to follow. When one leaves the body, one can adjust the patterns and make another attempt at mastering the energies and demands of physical embodiment, which is so much more challenging than many beings existing in the higher frequencies, truly understand.

You are the brave ones, who have taken on the job of bringing a planet back into alignment with the Will of the Creator; it is not an easy task and will take some time to come into full manifestation, but the light is increasing in this world. The new world will come into being; it exists already in your Heart of hearts. Each individual who leaves will come back to fulfill their mission or choose to fulfill it from the worlds of light, as they are so guided. Do not fear for your loved ones who do not appear to be awake yet; they will not be left behind even if they appear to forsake you and your efforts to go forth into the New World, now.

If you are meant to work together, you will, but you cannot force change on another against their will. Let them be what they are. They will discover what lies within soon enough.

Be the process of change that you want to see happen in the world. Focus on what is your dream, your passion, your joy and bring it into manifestation. It is not your duty to correct what is broken. The energies of change will scour and remove that which is not suitable for the continuation of life from the world. This planet is undergoing her own path of initiation and return to her Christic plane of being; what vibrates at a lower level is being removed, naturally. What already exists within her and within each individual will eventually manifest in the physical. This process is already underway. See the world with the eyes of a child, filled with excitement and wonder, free of cynical judgment, alive to the possibilities and delights of physical existence. Your world is a wonder of creation and you are, too. Discover the joys of life on a beautiful planet, made even more beautiful by your focused thoughts and visions of heaven on earth. You are a part of the Creator made manifest. Bring your most beautiful dreams and passions into reality. You have the power within; learn to harness it for the good of all creation. Be what you are meant to be, a beautiful, powerful being of light.

Go gently into the new day that approaches you as a dawn flushing the skies of your world. Go forth in wonder and create in joy. You are human angels, drawn into manifestation by the Mother and empowered with grace and spirit by the Father. Sperm whale causes a big splash in Norway

These kayakers were joined by an unexpected guest during a gentle paddle - when a 40ft whale rose from the water just a few feet away.

Casually minding their own business the kayakers were paddling along trying to spot whales in the distance at Monterey Bay in California, USA.

But suddenly the 80,000lb beast rose from the water almost within touching distance of the shocked pair, who couldn't believe their eyes as the once-in-a-lifetime scene unfolded.

Laws state that nobody can approach a whale within 100 yards of them, but the mammoth mammal decided to take them by surprise instead.

The incredible moment was captured by Giancarlo Thomae, a marine biologist from Moss Landing in California, while on a day trip whale watching last weekend.

He said: 'We were kayak whale watching and the whales just came right up to us. For being some of the largest animals on the planet they were very graceful.

'The whole encounter that happened between Karen and I lasted about three-quarters of a second. The whale dove three-feet from her kayak and didn't get one drop of water in it.

'Humpback whales are very curious and playful animals and get very friendly with kayakers and boaters - although maybe sometimes a bit too friendly.'

A letter from the Post Office

Whoever wrote and did this for this child... is a beautiful soul working in the UNITED STATES Post Office. Thank you.

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month.
The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey.
She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her.
I told her that I thought we could so, and she dictated these words:

Dear God,
Will you please take care of my dog?
She died yesterday and is with you in heaven.
I miss her very much.
I'm happy that you let me have her as my dog even though she got sick.
I hope you will play with her.
She likes to swim and play with balls.
I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that she is my dog.
I really miss her.

We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey & Meredith, addressed it to God/Heaven.
We put our return address on it.
Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven. That afternoon she dropped it into the letter box at the post office.
A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet.
I told her that I thought He had.

Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand.
Meredith opened it. Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.'
Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God in its opened envelope.
On the opposite page was the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:

Dear Meredith,
Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I recognized her right away.
Abbey isn't sick anymore.
Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart.
Abbey loved being your dog.
Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to keep your picture in so I'm sending it back to you in this little book for you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.
Thank you for the beautiful letter and thank your mother for helping you write it and sending it to me.
What a wonderful mother you have.
I picked her especially for you.
I send my blessings every day and remember that I love you very much.
By the way, I'm easy to find.
I am wherever there is love.

A balloon returned from a high-altitude flight this year covered in microscopic life forms which seemed not to be of this world - and reignited the debate over whether life on Earth actually began here, or somewhere else.

This year, other scientists have argued that life originated on Mars, due to a mineral found in Martian meteorites, thought to be crucial to the genesis of life. Another experiment showed that amino acids could have arrived in impacts with comets - which suggests life might be widespread in the solar system.

But a new book by American ecologist Dr Ellis Silver argues that humans may well not be from Earth - and may have arrived separately. Silver offers arguments, based on human physiology, that suggest we may not have evolved alongside other life on Earth - but arrived from elsewhere, brought here by aliens as recently as a few tens of thousands of years ago.

Silver, an environmentalist who is currently working with the effort to clean plastic debris from the Pacific, says his book aims to provoke debate - and is based on scientific work on the difference between humans and other animals.

“The Earth approximately meets our needs as a species, but perhaps not as strongly as whoever brought us here initially thought,” Silver said in an interview with Yahoo news.

“Lizards can sunbathe for as long as they like - and many of them do. We can just about get away with it for a week or two. But day after day in the sun? Forget it. You might as well just lie down on the freeway and wait for a bus to hit you.” We are dazzled by the sun, which is also odd, says Silver - most animals are not.

Silver claims that some chronic illnesses that plague the human race - such as bad backs - could be a sign we evolved on a world with lower gravity. Silver points to other unique human traits - such as the fact that babies’ heads are so large that women have trouble giving birth - in earlier eras, this was often fatal for mother, child or both.

“No other truly native species on this planet has this problem,” he says. Silver also points out to the “extra” 223 genes in human beings, which are not found in any other species, and to the lack of a fossil “missing link”.

Silver chose not to publish in a scientific imprint, wanting to inspire open debate. Reviewers have compared Silver to other space-gazing theorists such as Erich von Däniken, while others have said, “it is possible to drive a coach and horses through several of his arguments.”

Silver also claims that the human race has defects that mark us out as being possibly “not of this world”.

“We are all chronically ill,” says Silver. “Indeed, if you can find a single person who is 100% fit and healthy and not suffering from some (perhaps hidden or unstated) condition or disorder (there's an extensive list in the book) I would be extremely surprised - I have not been able to find anyone.”

“I believe that many of our problems stem from the simple fact that our internal body clocks have evolved to expect a 25 hour day (this has been proven by sleep researchers), but the Earth's day is only 24 hours. This is not a modern condition - the same factors can be traced all the way back through mankind's history on Earth.”

Silver does not suggest one answer - but a possibility that early pre-humans such as homo erectus were crossbred with another species. He also suggests several possible origins, including Alpha Centauri.

“Mankind is supposedly the most highly developed species on the planet, yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth's environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring (raw) foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more. Plus there's a prevailing feeling among many people that they don't belong here or that something "just isn't right".

“This suggests (to me at least) that mankind may have evolved on a different planet, and we may have been brought here as a highly developed species. One reason for this, discussed in the book, is that the Earth might be a prison planet - since we seem to be a naturally violent species - and we're here until we learn to behave ourselves.”

“Humans are not from Earth was published mainly to gauge reaction from readers and to provoke thought, particularly among those who might not have considered such a possibility before.”

Ellis hopes that readers will contact him with more evidence for a more extensive follow-up work.

The claim that bacteria are arriving from space has also caused controversy - and revived the idea of “panspermia”, where life from Earth might have “pollinated” other planets nearby..

"There is probably truth to the report that they find curious stuff in the atmosphere," Chris McKay, an astrobiologist at NASA told SPACE.com in an interview. "The jump to the conclusion that it is alien life is a big jump and would require quite extraordinary proof."

Professor Wainwright and his colleagues at the University of Sheffield aim to conduct further tests.

“In the absence of a mechanism by which large particles like these can be transported to the stratosphere, we can only conclude that the biological entities originated from space," Wainwright added.

"Our conclusion then is that life is continually arriving to Earth from space, life is not restricted to this planet and it almost certainly did not originate here."

Silver’s more radical idea is presented as polemic, intended to inspire argument - “Initial reaction has been positive, although one reviewer thought it was a parody, while another found the writing style heavily dictatorial,” he admits.

The debate over the origin of life looks set to intensify. Simulations on supercomputers at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the U.S. have found that amino acids, the building blocks of life, could have arrived on Earth via comets.

This would suggest that life might be found elsewhere in our solar system - or even beyond.

Nir Goldman suggests that the simple molecules found in comets (such as water, ammonia, and carbon dioxide) could have supplied the raw materials, and the impact with early Earth could have “ignited” a prebiotic reaction.

A series of experiments where projectiles were fired into a cometary ice mixtures formed amino acids - the building blocks of life.

"These results confirm our earlier predictions of impact synthesis of prebiotic material, where the impact itself can yield life-building compounds," Goldman said. "These results present a significant step forward in our understanding of the origin of the building blocks of life. This increases the chances of life originating and being widespread throughout our solar system," Goldman said.

Silver wants to pose the question of whether humans arrived separately, “Recent scientific reports suggest that life itself might not be from Earth but might have arrived here on meteors or comets. This primitive form of life then evolved over billions of years into what we find on Earth today.

“My thesis proposes that mankind did not evolve from that particular strain of life, but evolved elsewhere and was transported to Earth (as fully evolved Homo sapiens) between 60,000 and 200,000 years ago.”

“Little in the book can be proven - it can only be supposed or suspected. But there is more than enough indisputable evidence to make further study worthwhile.”

In Bringing Heaven to Earth, be YourSELF - A Message from the Angels

We are the Angelic Legions of the Divine Mother.

There are some among you that question the need for such transmissions. We continue to address these messages through this scribe and many others, simply because your fellow human beings are at various levels of their own journey. Some are still asleep. Some are awakening and becoming aware of the apparent injustices existing within the remnants of the old paradigm. Others are well-awake and coming into an awareness of their own inner connections. Still, many in the course of their transition from the limiting world of the third dimension and the soaring possibilities of the fifth and higher dimensions are struggling with day to day issues, moments of regret and disappointment, physical issues and issues of supply. Many of your brothers and sisters are also dealing with the onslaught of unexpected physical and emotional clearings, as the astral plane of the earth is being cleansed through your bodies. They are perhaps not aware of the work that has been done by the older starseeds, the wayshowers, and the scarred veterans who have been consciously clearing ancient karmic and ancestral lines for decades.

All of you are at different levels of need. We are here for the collective, as well as the individual. The act of bringing in a transmission, can, for the scribe, be an act of fulfillment as she connects with a lighter, higher vibrating part of her own multidimensional nature. Yes, dear ones, all of you are angels masked by fleshly vehicles. You are now discovering that you are ascended masters, that you have genetic ties to many worlds, dimensions and frequency levels. In short, you are the Universe in embodiment. You are in the process of bringing your Self into your physical bodies.

The physical body of the earth is undergoing rapid changes. These changes are reflected in changes within your own bodies. Much more in the way of destructive changes was expected and even hoped by those looking to see the coming of the Rapture as taught in Christian scriptures and in churches.

The Rapture, such as it is now manifesting is coming about by the process of bringing heaven to earth. You, the human being, are not going to be lifted up and removed from your daily existence, from your family or those who are not members of your religious sect. You are bringing in, through your own rising consciousness, an awareness that you already exist in the ‘higher’ levels or planes of existence. What and who you are there can exist here, if you only change the way and manner in which you think about yourself and those who surround you in your world. You, dear human, are becoming a heavenly being, because you are already one. You are One with the Mother and Father and swiftly regaining your connection to Source, to the Creator of the All That Is.

As you seize upon the inner knowledge and understanding that you are all united through the Heart of the One, you will discover answers to your questions and ‘problems’ that exist on the world front today. How can social injustices, fraud, waste, war and destruction, disease, poverty, environmental destruction, governmental and corporate domination and other perceived ills of the world be solved?

Only by coming together, first individually with your own center and then by discovering your connection and existing unity with your neighbor, can you solve the world’s problems. If you continue to only see what is wrong, you will fail to see what is possible. You are the ones who must recreate the world. No one else is going to do it for you.

In your conditioned state, you feel that you cannot do for yourself; that you have to rely on the words or advice of others (even our words) to see yourself through the day. You have been taught that you require leaders to tell you what to do. You look to your teachers, to your mentors, to your parents, to your religious leaders, to your bankers and corporate presidents, to your investment agent… to anyone outside of yourself for advice on what to do. You have been carefully taught that the experts have all the answers. We are here to let you know what you already feel in your heart, that you have been led woefully astray by these false leaders. You have been led away from the guidance that you receive from within daily if only you were to take a moment or two to listen.

Those who have moved outside the boundaries of social expectation and mores have often received the unjustified abuse of others who have sought to suppress innovation and change. Now, the pioneers who have gone forward are being seen as the ones who saw the potential in human existence and who cherished life and each other enough to care, from the heart, for the welfare of future generations. These are the ones who have seen the potential for problems to become opportunities for humanity to regain its trust in itself, to regrow into a collective human world, where all live in abundance, where the gifts that children bring with them into the world are nurtured, not suppressed by drugs and disciplines. Where people can live in balance with nature, adapting to the rhythms of the earth and her seasons, where the Circle of Life is strengthened rather than weakened by the use of drugs, poisons and other unnatural means such are used today.

In each of you, we see the future. You are the future as you are the present moment. Only by living in the present will the future manifest in a positive direction. Go within. Discover what can be found there within your living temple, the Heart, for the Creator lives there within each of you. The Mother and the Father are there. The Christ is there. The angels, archangels and ascended masters are there. Your galactic sisters and brothers are there. We are there, within each of you because we are YOU and you are us.

We are truly One with creation and as one we go forth into the world, giving words of encouragement to those who still contain doubt and fear within their bodies. Fear is the lowest of the low frequencies and continues to hold you down IF you let it. Worry and fear draw your energy levels downward. You have the power to reverse the process by feeling yourself ‘happy’ and ‘amused’. You might say, "What do I have to feel happy about?” Do not think but feel what makes you happy; it can be something very simple, like a smile from a friend, a flower, the feeling of the sun on your shoulder, the warmth of a blanket, a good meal… anything.

To change the direction of your life and bring it into alignment with the ascension of the planet is a simple process, yet one that will take all your focus, attention and intention to complete. You are in command of your journey. You are powerful beings, all of you and capable of great things, but start with the simple things. First learn to accept yourself as you are now, warts and all. Next, learn to love yourself and to trust your inner feelings and intuition. Listen to your friends and mentors but then decide for yourself what it is that makes YOUR heart sing and then follow that guidance wherever it takes you. Learn to trust yourself. The ‘higher’ parts of your being care for the spark of divinity that is currently housed within a fleshly vessel, the human being. You are loved and as you open to that Love, you will begin to know how to move forward.

There is much change already occurring upon the surface of the planet and more to come. It will test the limits of human cooperation. Those who would command the surface for their own benefit have already found that the reins of control have been and are being ripped from their hands, despite their almost unlimited source of funds and resources. The old rules no longer apply. People power will rule, but the people must also learn to live within their own individual guidance. Freedom is not chaos.

Freedom can only exist when all sides of a conflict can live without fear or judgment. Acceptance of what is not comfortable will have to come before all can come into balance.

The face of darkness is the opposite side of the coin to the light. The shadow anchors the light. Through the contrast, you learn about its opposite. The shadow gives substance and form to what is ethereal and transient. Many of the things feared by people today are practices that are closer to the rhythms of the earth than what is currently deemed correct by science. The ways of the ancestors, the ways of farming without pesticides, living on the land as stewards not conquerors, the ancient ways of working with the elementals and with Nature, will come forward even as the artificial tenants of current ‘science’ fall by the wayside. Science, business and the State have become the religions of today; that will change, as humanity returns to its roots, but roots that reach not only the center of the Earth, but the center of the galaxy and even of the Universe.

As above, so below; you are heavenly creatures, who chose to come here to bring heaven to earth. Through many lifetimes you have trekked through the jungles of the astral miasma recreated by a lost race, to bring a lost world back into the light. The miscreations of humanity stem not from themselves, but from the miscreations of overzealous creator gods. Some of these very same creator gods now are present in human form to assist in the restoration of the planet and eventually this Universe back into alignment with Source.

Your planet is a stepping stone for the restoration of many worlds. What knowledge and experience you gain here will serve you well for those of you who volunteer to bring other worlds back into the light and alignment with Creator. This work is ongoing simultaneously, in the Present Moment, in many places, but your work as an individual, bringing yourself back into alignment with the Will of Creator, with the First Ray of Creation, is important indeed. Each of you is a part of God and what you do for yourself you do for the All. Never, ever think or feel that you are lesser being just because you believe that you have failed in some humanly defined manner. No one of you feels your perfection as you struggle with daily life, changes and challenges, but you are a facet of the perfect Pink Diamond that exists within the All.

With the rising frequencies of this planet you have an unequaled opportunity to get to really know all that is You. Feel within, go within, dance, sing, paint, walk in nature… find those activities that stir your heart, whether alone or in company. Discover your connections with your sisters and brothers, as many are becoming aware of their soul families, but do not feel that you are missing something if you still wish to be alone, right now, in your journey. You are the ultimate decider and creator of your world. Do not feel pressured to do more than you feel you can take on. Feel into things, ponder and then let it go. You will know what to do and when to do something. You have all that you need within yourself; trust that you will know what to do, where to go and how to do it, when the need arises.

Be flexible, daily adjusting your grounding to the rising frequencies of the earth below your feet and feel into your environment. What can you change? What can you release in your world? What do you no longer need? What is yours and what belongs to someone else? Release what is not yours, whether it be the teachings and guidance of another (yes, even these words!) or the lingering effects of childhood conditioning. Be yourself, real and unvarnished. Be love in action.

We are with you, standing at the edge of your consciousness. Call upon us if you require a moment of comfort or guidance, but know that you must do the work and take the first steps or the next steps upon your journey back into the fullness, beauty and power of your heavenly inheritance.

May the blessings of love bring peace to your bodies, minds and hearts.
On this year of transition many changes will happen in your planet and in your lives.

Therefore open your minds, my beloved to recognize what needs to be changed on this moment of your evolutions, giving space to the new conscience that emerges from inner of your being, so that you can manifest a new reality on Mother Earth.

Your minds each more and more need to overcome your egos, generating a new state of being that needs to reflect in your daily actions.

Angel Emanation in the Dream

The terms: “Starting with Reality”, or “Beholding Truth, you discover…”, etc., etc., directed at so-called humans performing on the earth stage, can—in the following theme—be considered to have but one meaning only—namely, as indicative of stage one role termination or mind ascension, wherein the mind-human is dropped altogether, and Divine Mind Alone remains in its stead. For of a Truth, impossible it is that a so-called animated earth-mind ever emerge, evolve, or become the Sole Mind that Is, that is, the All-knowing Mind of God, Infinity.

Below are profound sequential excerpts from the book NOW, by Alfred Aiken.

As a human, our religious concept is apt to be in accord with the general opinion of deity, a god out somewhere in the great beyond. Many feel that this god whom they profess to love, and who purportedly loves them, is so very far away that even though they pray, there is little expectation that he will hear them. Looking out upon their world there is even less evidence that he hears the cry of the other countless millions!

How about the untold generations who have gone before—did they not also pray to theology’s god—and did not every one of them go down into the pit, dying the way most people do, in the pain and suffering of disease, old age, disaster?

Judging as a human, from the evidence of our educated senses, is evil any less rampant today than it was yesterday? Is not disease still taking its perfect toll? Are not hate and war as prolific, and is not death as certain in this century as it has been in the days gone by? If this is so, of what use then is prayer? If one prays merely because he has been trained to do so, why should he expect an answer?

Is it logical to believe that any of us can truly love and absolutely respect a god who permits evil to coexist with him, exert the lion’s share of influence, corrupt and deprave his servants and leave us practically on our own with only faith and hope as weapons?

Dear Reader, do not let this picture of negation, this picture of humanity and its unreasonable reasoning from effect to so-called cause, alarm, annoy, disturb or confuse you. From the vantage point of Truth, behold it if you can. You will discover it is not existent. In Truth, ask your Sole Self, your Infinite Intelligence if God the Almighty, the Omnipresent All-Good, All-Loving, Pure, Undefiled, Adorable One includes any human nonsense. Can Truth admit or permit such contradiction, such inconsistency within Infinite Conscious Awareness?

If the Truth of your Sole Identity is not clear to you, then for the moment put yourself in the place of God (pretend for the moment you are God, for clarity’s sake). As God, just what manner of God would you be? Remember, as God, you are Infinite Intelligence Itself! You are Almighty! Now, as God, the Alone All of all, Absolutely Pure, Whole, hence unable to even imagine any impurity, alienness, otherness, unholiness, would you look upon mortality, upon that which denies you entirely?

Would you, could you as God, behold turmoil, havoc, confusion, bickering, greed, lack, limitation, fear, disease, insanity, death? AS the Sole Conceiver of all things, would you wonder how evil, that which you did not conceive, that which calls you a liar and is opposed to all you are, came about? Could you acknowledge evil in any possible way? Would you be forced to question what you could do to it, or against it?

Could you, as The Alone Infinite One, The All of all accept something in addition to your Self; a creation of mortals who, for continuity and self preservation depend upon your absence; a race that is basically, and of necessity opposed to you being The-Alone-One-Without-Another?

Could you as the Infinite All-inclusive Entirety, accept, know or behold the existence of a sinning, erring, backsliding, fallen, fighting lot of animality; of material man, or human beings? Could this Infinite True Awareness admit another power or influence called cause and effect, resulting in birth and death, duality in all things, hell and the grave?

Could you, the Alone All, Absolute Truth, Omnipresent Life know of something you did not conceive; something beside, something contrary to your Allness? Could or would you listen to this something, this “mist”-produced race crying out in its misery? Could you intercede now and then, occasionally manifest your Presence exhibit your Power (which is no longer Almighty, seeing that you are not now the Sole One) or arrange that this purported creation (which, by the way, Satan credits to you) be chastised, whipped into obedience, humbled by suffering, and ultimately punished for its infractions of your rules by burning in hell for eternity? Can God know aught of evil’s fabled production, and yet be the Sole Entirety of Existence, the Total, the Only Substance, Mind, Intelligence, the Conceiver of the whole universe and all that is therein?

If then, you as Infinite Intelligence cannot conceive such a travesty, such inconsistency, such duality, is it possible for Infinite Love, Unadulterated, Uncontaminated Purity to do so? Or do you consider that as a human being you could, and would do a better job than God, provided you had His power and intelligent ability?

If you, at present assuming yourself to still be somewhat human, cannot imagine making such a mess of the world, can you in all fairness accuse Infinite God of being less loving, just, upright and intelligent? Before you judge God you should turn to Truth that you might know what God is, what He is doing, how and why. In Biblical language, if you, assuming yourself to be human (evil) know how t give good gifts to yourself and your world, how much more does Absolute Perfect Infinite Intelligence know how and where to enjoy All-Good!

My friend, let me urge you strongly to investigate with open awareness what manner of God Infinite Intelligence is. Do not sell God short. Do not judge Truth until you behold Its nature. Do not assume Life has made mistakes, is subject to the dictates of evil, is born or can die. Fully inquire of Soul what It knows and why. Do not pass sentence on Love until you are sure you behold Love as It is in Truth.

Do not listen to any teaching, no matter how time-honored, or by whom it is held in reverence, without turning to Life Itself to see if this teaching gives The Alone One Presence, The I-That-I-Am all the honor, glory, power, intelligence and action that belongs to Him.

As your foundation for daily living, do not trust, adhere to, or use that which demands, as your first step, the robbing of God, the discrediting of Truth, the repudiation of Life, the dishonoring of Spirit, the disparagement of Awareness, the adulteration of Love, the betrayal of Self. Every form of education based upon duality, upon a division, a fall, a separation or departure from the Perfection of Omnipresence, is error. Every teaching that includes the existence of evil in its thesis, includes devils, Satan, a something opposed to The One Alone Intelligence, Truth, is fraught with disaster for it is absolutely false throughout. Every concept predicated on cause and effect is doomed to ultimate exposure as a fraud.

No, Dear Reader, God knows nothing of this “mist”, creation, the talking serpent, the Adam curse, a present day humanity with its multiplied troubles. God is present tense only, and as Omnipresence He is not creating a creation, conceiving man, or producing aught that can. God does not hear humanity’s cry because where God is all there is no humanity. Consciousness knows nothing of man; does not chastise or even include the human animal within Mind.

Does this pronouncement dismay you? Do not let your heart be troubled. Pointing out the folly of Satan, the invalidity of evil, the impossibility of disease, disaster and decay does not leave you helpless or hopeless. Truth precludes the possibility of the “mist,” its evil, its devil, its god, its creation and victim. You are not being robbed, not being deprived in any way. In Truth you cannot know or experience privation of any Good.

Never assume that Intelligence is saying to Its I-Am-Identity, this I-Identity reading these words, that this universe in not Real, or that Mind knows nothing of this wonderful world which in which I joy.

The Infinite Individual, God, being Individually Infinite as this I-that-I-am, conceives, knows and forever includes all there is of this earth, this galaxy, this universe. Everything that exists is within this Individual Conscious Awareness; is perfect as the Consciousness in which it has form; is subject to this Consciousness only, hence is safe and secure for Eternity.

God can know nothing more intimately than He does this I-Am-Identity, because it is God Himself being Infinitely Intelligent; Life being Individually Alive; Mind being Individually, All-inclusively Conscious; Soul being Total Action, All-sensible, Absolutely Cognizant of utter Perfection, Pure Beauty, nrestricted and Undimensinal Immensity, Reality, Self-being. This is the I that I am, now and in all ways. Can I ask more? I can never be less. And nowhere throughout my I-Identity can I find either cause or effect, evil, Satan, duality, creation, a fall or the demand to rise again. A “time” in which atonement is either feasible or possible.

What to the mistaken, the dull and befuddled so-called human sense is an objective creation of matter, to Spirit’s Perception is a form of Reality conceived in and by Omnipresent Mind. In this Light you behold that your I-Identity, instead of being “man,” encased in a temporal body, ids Spirit being Infinitely Individual, including the idea-body. How does this I-that-I-am appear to Mind? Perfect, Whole, Complete. As whom? God Himself only. There is no other One to see, to know, to be. God is the Alone Infinite One. Hence there can be none beside.

While this may seem hard to grasp, it is inevitable, for it is Truth. As you behold the universe from (and as) Truth’s view-point (and there is no other Legitimate, Genuine viewpoint) the nature of things will be clear. In that very moment you will see that indeed you have laid up treasures “where neither moth doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.” Only then can you see why you do not have to “take thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink: nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on… Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin; yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these… shall he (God, Mind, Self) not much more clothe you?”

Only in God’s Way can you discover that you, inclusive of all things, are safe and secure; that your universe, this very one right here, this very body right here is not subject to wars or the ravages of war, disease, time and appetite.

Should aught seem wrong with my universe, or with my body, this one I am most accustomed to use, what will result from turning to the Allness of God, you may demand? Must I not “do” something to rid myself of the cause of this troublesome condition, this disease? How can I stop my suffering? What of my amputated limb, my disordered organs, my high temperature? What of my problem—what will happen to me while I am striving to contact Infinite Mind?

To attempt to answer these questions on the human level is folly. Only he who turns wholly to God, hence wholly away from his trouble, knows the answer. To such, the arguments of cause and effect are as insubstantial, as powerless to hold one in bondage to a fabled Satan and his nefarious works, as the tale concerning our moon being comprised of green cheese!

By turning completely to Truth one discovers that Life Alone is present. This Life is all there is anywhere, everywhere. There is no other state, no other condition existent. This Infinite Love being All, in Total Operation everywhere, precludes the possibility of another mind, conception, identity, feeling, awareness or sense.. It leaves nothing but Good, present in all Its perfection, beauty, action, being. It leaves nothing evil, nothing to and nothing for evil, nothing lacking, nothing diseased.

Omnipresence leaves no disaster, no corruption, no evil one, no one evil or the victim of evil. Soul being All excludes cause, for there is nothing left to cause, and no effect therefrom. As there is no cause, there can be nothing caused, contrary or opposite, nothing opposed to Infinite Good.

Beholding Truth, you discover that Spirit is the Entirety of Being, of every form, the whole Substance of all Existence, and there is not an additional mote of mind beside. This leaves no evil mentality to claim it is personally present, or that it can think, plan, know, execute, produce results, manufacture discord, or bring forth after its kind.

In the Light of Truth one finds that the scales immediately fall from his vision. With his very own Infinite Perception he sees his universe, body and all things as they are, forms of Spirit, ideas in Mind, perfect, enduring, affluent and absolutely satisfying in their undimensional availability forever. He sees that every idea is as perfect as the Consciousness of which, and in which it is composed—that this Substance is God, uncontaminated pure Love, Intelligent Awareness.

Where, to the seeming confused Adam sense, everything looked limited, disordered, diseased, imperfect, and unsatisfying, they now appear as they Really are—whole, perfect, divine, conceived or formed in, by, and of Spirit only.

However, remember that while all is Spirit, Consciousness, and in Spirit, Consciousness, God is not in any (earth dream prop) thing! While Conscious Awareness is all there is of the conception- (dream) body, organ, limb, still Awareness is not in the idea-body-thing. The conceptions are but Mind-forms.

Ever Consciousness, hence never conscious; never the Conceiver, or the (Actual Reality) Substance which is responsible for their formation or form. All (Dream) things are in Intelligence, but not one thing is ever intelligent. Only God, the I-that-I-Am, Mind, Spirit is intelligent, knows, is conscious, is Life, Being, Substance!

Beholding Truth as Truth is, means that I behold my Self as I-am. This Truth-view of my Self obliterates any so-called problem. It appears as “healing,” instantaneous freedom, but actually I discover in this Light that I have never been prodigal, never been ill, never been a stranger in the foreign land of evil, of “mist”- begotten gods or devils, and was never their victim.

What appears as “healing” is but that Truth-Awareness that there is nothing present but God, Perfection; that Spirit being Whole throughout, nothing unlike Good can exist; that Truth alone being All that is True excludes the contrary, so there is nothing to be healed, helped, corrected, set right, overcome or escaped from.

Self-awareness is true Salvation, for it leaves no cause, no effect, no human history, no past to flee from, or future to dread; leaves no time whatever; leaves but the Omnipresent I-that-I-am, perfect in

My Allness.

Truth reveals One Being only, that is this I-that-I-am wherein I cannot have a double, a stand-in known as the I-that-I-am-not!

Truth reveals that this very I right here includes the one and only universe. There is no other Life or world, a spiritual heaven or location yet to come, any more than there has been one that was, that left, and that will appear again in some far off future. This very I-Am-Life, consciously alive to being the I-that-I-Am, this moment, is Divine, Perfect now. This is the Truth of Whom-I-Am, and includes the world which I am now enjoying. Whatever, and whoever contradicts this is contradicting Truth, God.

Turning to Truth, nothing, no-thing is omitted. No one is left out. There is no human selfishness in this Awareness. All are included in this Self-knowledge, this Truth-knowing “from the least of them unto the greatest of them” and herein their sin, their sickness, their trouble is remembered “no more.” One cannot know the Self as He is, without including His universe.

One cannot enter heaven, a sense of peace, plenty and a sense of security by storm, by human effort, or by the door of theology, education, petition, or subterfuge. There is but One Way, and that Way reveals that the I-Am of you has never left Its I-Am-Identity, hence never became prodigal. This being Truth, One cannot return, nor does He need to. The I-Am-that-I-Am includes heaven this moment. God is all of all right now. God can never be more than He is, nor can evil be less than it is. God can never improve, evolve, become more perfect than His present Perfection. Evil, “nothing,” can never become less than nothing.

What is seen from Truth’s-Mount-of-Vision may seem too good to be True, if one tries to weigh It on human scales. As the god of the Creeks was a Greek god, the god of the Romans a Roman god, the god of the Jews, a Jewish god, so the god of mortals is a mortal god. To the human, the God of Truth, the Only True God is a liar. The human will resent this statement, nevertheless the god of a human is but an enlarged human—a god of opposites, hate, violence, temper, wrong-doing and repentance, war, jealousy and revenge.

No matter how long the prodigal sense may pretend it can delay True-Identification, My I-Identity remains Whole, Perfect, Unchanging. My I-Am-Self is intact. God, the One, the only true God, Love Divine, is the Whole of My Being, My Sole Life, Consciousness, the Entirety of Me inclusive of My Universe. Why not enjoy this Truth now? What do I accomplish by putting it off till tomorrow? Can I do so, and will tomorrow ever come?

This Truth precludes cause and effect, wars and the effects of war. It excludes evil with its purported curse, its by-products, its ultimate wage of death.

No longer attack form, body, the innocent and helpless victim which appears to be performing the evil, or by means of which evil appears to have legitimacy, movement, reality, personality, identity. Leave evil, its pretended workings and location entirely alone. Turn to Truth only. In Its Light you will behold there never was a cause for Satan, or any Satan to cause aught. There never was or is any effect from evil, that which is never existent.

A “mist” is not a producer, not a cause that

Wild Dolphin "Asks" Divers to Help Free Itself from Hook

Dolphins may be one of the planet's smartest creatures, but one thing they lack are opposable thumbs. However, they are clever enough to recognize that, in a pinch, they can approach humans to get help with those hard to reach spots.

In this video, a bottle nosed dolphin with limited mobility due to a hook and fishing line restricting a pectoral fin, approaches some divers for help. Diving instructor Keller Laros noticed that the dolphin was hanging around them, and that it wasn't able to move freely. Closer inspection revealed the ocean debris lodged in the fin.

Thankfully, the dolphin not only allowed the divers to attempt to work the line and hook out of the fin, but actually shifted its body to make it easier.

The divers were able to remove the fishing line which allowed increased movement for the animal. Unfortunately, the hook was not able to be removed.

Fear is not your enemy. Fear is your friend. Embrace it, welcome it and push past it to find your true destiny that lies waiting for you on the other side.

All growth springs forth from venturing out into the unknown. Out there beyond those fateful frontiers of your perceived limits lives your greatness. The infinite possibilities available to you in life lie waiting for you in unchartered territory. You simply have to choose to embark upon that voyage.

To get everything you want in life, you must be willing to do something you have never done and be someone you have never been. Where you are in your life right now is a result of the choices you have made in the past. And you will continue getting what you have gotten unless you do something bold. Something new.

Whether it be skydiving, starting your own business, running a marathon or public speaking, go out there and do something that makes those butterflies in your stomach go wild.

This action does not need to directly relate to your life goals. The action just serves as a metaphor for your limitless potential. Every inch out into the unknown builds a rock solid, unbreakable spirit that cannot and will not be shattered.

Self confidence results from successfully having survived a risk. Thus the form of the risk matters less than the level of courage it requires to face it. The greater the required amount of courage, the greater the rewards on the other side.

As C.S. Lewis said, "courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point."

Any worthy risk will induce fear. It is only natural. Expect it, so you don't let it stop you. Then embrace your only freedom: the space that lies between a stimulus and your response to it by choosing to focus on the pleasure on the other side of fear, not the possibility of pain on this one. That choice is the spark of courage.

It takes courage in the face of fear, not the absence of it, to take a leap into something magnificent.

Each step through fear pushes your comfort zone out one inch further. This constant process of mental, physical, spiritual and physical growth transforms success from uncertainty to inevitability.

As a result of the compound effect of those incremental steps over time, you will achieve a level of self confidence that will make you unstoppable in the face of any challenge that comes your way.

The only enemy you have is your choice to be paralyzed by fear. Should you remain stagnant though, you will continue floating down a lazy river that leads to nowhere.

If, on the other hand, you choose to live your greatness, in the raging rapids of life, you will hit rocks.

Rest assured, as long as you aim for the stars, life will beat you down. You will encounter failure. But the unbreakable spirit that is forged in the fires of facing fear will guide you through every obstacle and into success.

Today, at this moment, you get to choose your destiny by taking that first step.

Striking and evocative, they chart a dramatic period of British history - from the end of the World War One to the year of the Queen's Coronation.

But these treasured photographs of famous landmarks such as St Paul's Cathedral and Blackpool Tower could have been lost forever, were it not for a major conservation project which has made them freely available on the internet for the first time.

More than 15,000 pictures - many so old and fragile that they were close to becoming beyond repair - have been uploaded on to the Britain from Abovewebsite, which is launched today.

It is the first batch of some 95,000 images, taken between 1919 and 1953, that are due to be put online in the next two years, showing the changing face of modern Britain.

The pictures come from one of the earliest and most significant collections of aerial photography.

Many shots were said to have been taken during the early days of aviation by former war pilots flying at very low altitudes.

The collection includes rare photographs of some of Britain's most historic landmarks, such as a picture of St Paul's from 1921, a 1927 image of Brighton's West Pier, and a view of the Forth Rail Bridge from 1937

But experts have asked the public to help them identify other photographs whose subjects remain a mystery.

The website has interactive features which visitors can use to add information, share personal memories, download images and customise their own themed photo galleries.

Today's launch is the latest stage of a major exercise in conservation and cataloguing.

The photographs come from the Aerofilms Collection, which was acquired for the nation in 2007 when the company faced financial difficulties.

They have been digitised with the help of the English Heritage and the Royal Commissions on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland and Wales.

70 year old recordings from Māori soldiers rediscovered

70 year old recordings from Māori soldiers rediscovered in time for Christmas

Today recordings made by wounded Māori troops in North Africa 70 years ago have gone up on the 28th Māori Battalion websitewww.28maoribattalion.org.nz and help recognise official winding up of the 28th Māori Battalion Association this weekend. The recordings were personal messages to be broadcast back home in time for Christmas, however the identity of some of the soldiers on the recording still remains a mystery.

The recording was made by the National Broadcasting Service (now Radio New Zealand), which had a mobile recording unit that travelled overseas with the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force. In the early 1940s this was cutting-edge technology, recording sound onto acetate discs in a mobile studio in the back of a specially fitted-out Bedford truck that travelled through the deserts of North Africa and on through Italy with New Zealand forces.

Sound Archives Nga Taonga Korero preserves and maintains these recordings, and archivist Sarah Johnston came upon this taonga while researching seasonal Christmas audio last month.

“The original description of this 1942 recording was ‘Christmas carols from staff and patients at No. 2 New Zealand General Hospital, North Africa’”, she explains. “On listening to it we found messages from doctors and nurses and descriptions of Christmas Day celebrations in the hospital, and then a group of Māori patients is introduced, led by Nurse Wiki Katene of Porirua (Ngati Toa).

They sing “Silent Night/Marie te po” and then, while the choir sings “Tama Ngakau Marie” in the background, 14 men introduce themselves and send greetings in Māori to whanau back home”.

Because of the background singing and the age of the audio, some of the voices were hard to decipher, but by enhancing the audio historian Dr Monty Soutar of the Ministry for Culture and Heritage and coordinator of the 28 Māori Battalion website, has been able to identify most of the speakers who he says include Peter Hodge of Ngati Whakaue, Te Irimana Waenga of Te Whanau-a-Apanui, Barney Kapuaroa of Gisborne, Tame (Thomas) Karena of Ngati Kahungunu, Kopu Heremia of Ngati Raukawa,, L/Sgt Hira Parata of Ngati Toa, Cpl Ripene Matoe of Ngati Ruanui and Hami Ngaheke of Ngati Pikiahu-Waewae.

It is hoped whanau and descendants of these men will listen to the recording through the website and maybe put names to the remaining unidentified voices.

Soutar says the recordings include interesting snippets such as an interview in Egypt with the victorious Māori Battalion rugby team captain Syd Jackson and coach Pine Taiapa, at the end of the 1943 Freyberg Cup final.

There are also recordings by Lt Rangi Logan (Ngati Kahungunu), Pte Bill Te Anga (Waikato, Maniapoto), Henare Toka (Ngapuhi), and Lt-Col Tiwi Love (Te Ati Awa), who was killed just months later, encouraging their iwi to send more reinforcements.

The Sound Archives and the website are continuing to work to create a comprehensive online collection of wartime recordings made by members of the 28th Maori Battalion, which will ensure their legacy remains alive and accessible for future generations.

“Got anything sharp?” the woman at reception barks, as I deposit the entire contents of my briefcase—laptop, phone, pens—into a clear, shatter-resistant locker in the entrance hall. “Now place the index finger of your right hand here and look up at the camera.”

Once you pass through border control at Broadmoor, the best-known high-security psychiatric hospital in England, you are immediately ushered into a tiny air lock, a glass-walled temporary holding cell between reception and the hospital building proper, while the person you are visiting—in my case, a psychologist assigned to escort me to my destination—gets buzzed by reception and makes his way over to meet you.

It's a nervy, claustrophobic wait. As I sit flicking through magazines, I remind myself why I'm here—an e-mail I had received a couple of weeks after launching the Great British Psychopath Survey, in which I tested people in different professions for psychopathic traits. One of the survey's respondents, a barrister by trade, had written to me. He had posted a score that certainly got my attention.

“I realized from quite early on in my childhood that I saw things differently than other people,” he wrote. “But more often than not, it's helped me in my life. Psychopathy (if that's what you want to call it) is like a medicine for modern times. If you take it in moderation, it can prove extremely beneficial.

It can alleviate a lot of existential ailments that we would otherwise fall victim to because our fragile psychological immune systems just aren't up to the job of protecting us. But if you take too much of it, if you overdose on it, then there can, as is the case with all medicines, be some rather unpleasant side effects.”

The e-mail had got me thinking. Might this eminent criminal defense lawyer have a point? Was psychopathy a “medicine for modern times”? The typical traits of a psychopath are ruthlessness, charm, focus, mental toughness, fearlessness, mindfulness and action. Who wouldn't at certain points in their lives benefit from kicking one or two of these up a notch?

I decided to put the theory to the test. As well as meeting the doctors in Broadmoor, I would talk with some of the patients. I would present them with problems from normal, everyday life, the usual stuff we moan about at happy hour, and see what their take on it was. Up until now it had seemed like a good idea.

“Professor Dutton?” I look up to see a blond guy in his mid-30s peering around the door at me. “Hi, I'm one of the clinical leads at the Paddock Center. Welcome to Broadmoor! Shall I take you over?”

The Paddock Center is an enclosed, highly specialized personality disorder directorate comprising six 12-bedded wards. Around 20 percent of the patients housed there at any one time are what you might call “pure” psychopaths. These are confined to the two Dangerous and Severe Personality Disorder (DSPD) wards. The rest present with so-called cluster disorders: clinically significant psychopathic traits, accompanied by traits typically associated with other personality disorders—borderline, paranoid and narcissistic, for example. Or they may have symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations indicative of psychosis.

Suddenly, reality dawns. This is no drop-in center for the mocha-sipping worried well. This is the conscienceless inner sanctum of the Chianti-swilling unworried unwell—the preserve of some of the most sinister neurochemistry in the business. The Yorkshire Ripper is in here. So is the Stockwell Strangler. It's one of the most dangerous buildings on earth.

We emerge from the mazy, medicinal bowels of the hospital to the right of a large, open-air enclosure, topped off with some distinctly uncooperative razor wire. “Er … I am going to be all right, aren't I?” I squeak.

My guide grins. “You'll be fine,” he says. “Actually trouble on the DSPD wards is relatively rare. Psychopathic violence is predominantly instrumental, a direct means to a specific end. Which means, in an environment like this, that it's largely preventable. And in the event that something does kick off, easily contained.

“Besides,” he adds, “it's a bit late to turn back now, isn't it?”

Getting to Know the Locals

We enter one of Broadmoor's ultrasequestered DSPD wards. My first impression is of an extremely well appointed student residence hall. All blond, clean-shaven wood. Voluminous, freshly squeezed light. There's even a pool table, I notice. A man named Danny shoots me a glance from behind his Nintendo Wii. Chelsea are 2–0 up against Manchester United. “We are the evil elite,” Danny says.

“Don't glamorize us. But at the same time, don't go the other way and start dehumanizing us, either.”

Larry, a gray, bewhiskered, roly-poly kind of guy, takes a shine to me. Dressed in a Fair Isle sweater and beige, elasticized slacks, he looks like everyone's favorite uncle. “You know,” he says, as he shakes my hand, “they say I'm one of the most dangerous men in Broadmoor. Can you believe that? But I promise you, I won't kill you. Here, let me show you around.”

Larry escorts me to the far end of the ward, where we stop to take a peek inside his room. It looks like a typical single-occupancy hospital room, though with a few more creature comforts such as a computer, desk space, and a raft of books and papers on the bed. Next is the garden: a sunken, gray-bricked patio affair, about the size of a tennis court, interspersed with benches and conifers. We then drop in on Jamie.

“This guy's from Cambridge University,” announces Larry, “and he's in the middle of writing a book on us.”

Jamie stands up and heads us off at the door. A monster of a man at around 6′2″, with char-grilled stubble and a piercing cobalt stare, he has the brooding, subsatanic presence of the lone, ultraviolent killer. The lumberjack shirt and shaven, wrecking-ball head don't exactly help matters.

“So what's this book about, then?” he growls, in a gangsterish Cockney whisper, arms folded in front of him, left fist jammed under his chin. “Same old bollocks, I suppose? Lock 'em up and throw away the key? You know, you've got no idea how vindictive that can sound at times. And, might I add, downright hurtful. Has he, Larry?”

Larry guffaws theatrically and clasps his hands to his heart in a Shakespearean display of angst. Jamie, meanwhile, dabs at imaginary tears.

“I happen to think that you guys have got something to teach us,” I say. “A certain personality style that the rest of us can learn from. In moderation, of course. That's important. Like the way, just now, you shrugged off what people might think of you. In everyday life, there's a level on which that's actually quite healthy.”

Jamie seems quite amused by the idea that I might be soliciting his advice. “Are you saying that me and Larry here have just got too much of a good thing?”

Back at other end of the ward, Danny has just been named Man of the Match. “I see he hasn't killed you, then,” he says casually. “You going soft in your old age, Larry?”

I laugh. More than a little nervously, I realize. But Larry is deadly serious.

“Hey,” he says insistently. “You don't get it, do you, boy?” He looks at me. “I said I wouldn't kill you. And I didn't, right?”

And it hits me that Larry may not have been bluffing. The curtain comes down on the football game.

Danny zaps it off. He leans back in his chair.

“So a book, eh?” he says.

“Yes,” I say. “I'm interested in the way you guys solve problems.”

Danny eyes me quizzically. “What kind of problems?” he asks.

“Everyday problems,” I say, and I tell him about some friends of mine who were trying to sell their house.

Ruthless People

How to get rid of an unwanted tenant? That was the question for Don and his wife, Fran, whose elderly mother, Flo, had just moved in with them. Flo had lived in her previous house for 47 years, and now that she no longer needed it, Don and Fran had put it on the market. Being in an up-and-coming area of London, the house had drawn quite a bit of interest. But there was also a problem. The tenant. Who wasn't exactly ecstatic at the prospect of hitting the road.

Don and Fran had already lost out on one potential sale because he couldn't, or wouldn't, pack his bags. But how to get him out?

“I'm presuming we're not talking violence here,” inquires Danny. “Right?”

“Right,” I say. “We wouldn't want to end up inside now, would we?”

Danny gives me the finger. But the very fact that he asks such a question at all debunks the myth that violence, for psychopaths, is the only club in the bag.

“How about this, then?” rumbles Jamie. “With the old girl up at her in-laws, chances are the geezer's going to be alone in the house, yeah? So you pose as some bloke from the council, turn up at the door and ask to speak to the owner. He answers and tells you the old dear ain't in. Okay, you say. Not a problem. But have you got a forwarding contact number for her, cuz you need to speak to her urgently?

“By this stage he's getting kind of curious. What's up? he asks, a bit wary, like. Actually, you say, quite a lot. You've just been out front and taken a routine asbestos reading. And guess what? The level's so high it makes Chernobyl look like a health spa. The owner of the property needs to be contacted immediately. A structural survey has to be carried out. And anyone currently living at the address needs to vacate the premises until the council can give the all clear.

“That should do the trick. With a bit of luck, before you can say ‘slow, tortuous death from lung cancer,’ the wanker will be straight out the door.”

Jamie's elegant, if rather unorthodox, solution to Don and Fran's stay-at-home tenant conundrum certainly had me beat. The idea of getting the guy out so sharpish as to render him homeless and on the streets just simply hadn't occurred to me. And yet, as Jamie quite rightly pointed out, there are times in life when it's a case of the “least worst option.” Interestingly, he argues that it's actually the right thing to do.

“Why not turf the bastard out?” he asks. “I mean, think about it. You talk about ‘doing the right thing.’ But what's worse, from a moral perspective? Beating someone up who deserves it? Or beating yourself up who doesn't? If you're a boxer, you do everything in your power to put the other guy away as soon as possible, right? So why are people prepared to tolerate ruthlessness in sport but not in everyday life? What's the difference?”

Winning Smiles

Jamie's solution to Don and Fran's tenant problem carries undertones of ruthlessness. Yet as Danny's initial qualification of the dilemma quite clearly demonstrates—“I'm presuming we're not talking violence here, right?”—such ruthlessness need not be conspicuous. The dagger of hard-nosed self-interest may be concealed, rather deftly, under a benevolent cloak of opaque, obfuscatory charm.

Psychopaths' capacity for charm is, needless to say, well documented. As is their ability to focus and “get the job done.” It's a powerful, and smart, combination.

Leslie, another inmate, has joined us and has a rather nice take on charm: “The ability to roll out a red carpet for those you cannot stand in order to fast-track them, as smoothly and efficiently as possible, in the direction you want them to go.”

With his coiffured blond locks and his impeccable cut-glass accent, he looks, and sounds, like a dab hand. He also has a good take on focus, especially when it comes to getting what you want. Leslie realized from a rather young age that what went on in his head obeyed a different set of operating principles than most.

“When I was a kid at school, I tended to avoid fisticuffs,” he tells me. “You see, I figured out pretty early on that, actually, the reason why people don't get their own way is because they often don't know themselves where that way leads. They get too caught up in the heat of the moment and temporarily go off track.

“Jamie was talking about boxing there a minute ago. Well, I once heard a great quote from one of the top trainers. He said that if you climb into the ring hell-bent on knocking the other chap into the middle of next week, chances are you're going to come unstuck. But if, on the other hand, you concentrate on winning the fight, simply focus on doing your job, well, you might just knock him into the middle of next week anyway.”

The triumvirate of charm, focus and ruthlessness can predispose someone for long-term life success. Take Steve Jobs. Jobs, commented journalist John Arlidge shortly after the Apple chief's death in 2011, achieved his cult leader status “not just by being single-minded, driven, focused …

perfectionistic, uncompromising, and a total ball-breaker.” In addition, Arlidge noted, he had charisma. He would, as technology writer Walt Mossberg revealed, drape a cloth over a product—some pristine creation on a shiny boardroom table—and uncover it with a flourish.

Apple isn't the world's greatest techno innovator. Far from it. It wasn't the first outfit to introduce a personal computer (IBM), nor the first to introduce a smartphone (Nokia). What Jobs brought to the table was style. Sophistication. And timeless, technological charm.

Apple's setbacks along the road to world domination serve as a cogent reminder of the pitfalls and stumbling blocks that await all of us in life. Everyone, at some point or other, leaves someone on the floor, so to speak, and there's a pretty good chance that that someone, today, tomorrow or at some other auspicious juncture down the line, is going to turn out to be you.

Neural Steel

Psychopaths, lest Jamie and the boys have yet to disabuse you, have no problem whatsoever facilitating others' relationships with the floor. But they're also pretty handy when they find themselves on the receiving end. And such inner neural steel, such inestimable indifference in the face of life's misfortunes, is something that all of us, perhaps, could do with a little bit more of.

Studies of psychopaths have even revealed a brain signature for this relative indifference to setbacks.

Anthropologist James Rilling of Emory University and his co-workers scanned the brains of those scoring high in psychopathy after these individuals experienced having their own attempts to cooperate unreciprocated. The scientists discovered that, compared with “nicer,” more equitable participants, the psychopaths exhibited significantly reduced activity in the brain's emotion hub, the amygdala. This diminished activity, suggestive of a muted emotional reaction, could be considered a neural trademark of “turning the other cheek,” a response that can sometimes manifest itself in rather unusual ways.

“When we were kids,” Jamie chimes in, “we'd have a competition. See who could get the most elbows (rejections) on a night out. You know, from girls, like. The bloke who'd got the most by the time the lights came on would get the next night out for free.

“Course, it was in your interest to rack up as many as possible, right? A night on the piss with everything taken care of by your mates? Sorted! But the funny thing was, soon as you started to get a few under your belt, it actually got f— harder. Soon as you realize that it actually means jack, you start getting cocky. You start mouthing off. And some of the birds start to buy it!”

The Feel-Good Emergency

Mental toughness and fearlessness often go hand in hand. Of course, to many of us lesser mortals, fearlessness may seem quite foreign. But Leslie explains the rationale behind this state—and how he maintains it. “The thing about fear, or the way I understand fear, I suppose—because, to be honest, I don't think I've ever really felt it—is that most of the time it's completely unwarranted anyway. What is it they say? Ninety-nine percent of the things people worry about never happen. So what's the point?
“I think the problem is that people spend so much time worrying about what might happen, what might go wrong, that they completely lose sight of the present. They completely overlook the fact that, actually, right now, everything's perfectly fine.

“So the trick, whenever possible, I propose, is to stop your brain from running on ahead of you.”

Leslie's pragmatic endorsement of the principles and practices of what might otherwise be described as mindfulness is typical of the psychopath. A psychopath's rapacious proclivity to live in the moment, to “give tomorrow the slip and take today on a joyride” (as Larry, rather whimsically, puts it), is well documented—and at times can be stupendously beneficial. In fact, anchoring your thoughts unswervingly in the present is a discipline that psychopathy and spiritual enlightenment have in common. Clinical psychologist Mark Williams of the University of Oxford, for example, incorporates this principle of centering in his mindfulness-based cognitive-behavior therapy program for sufferers of anxiety and depression.

“Feeling good is an emergency for me,” Danny had commented as he'd slammed in his fourth goal for Chelsea on the Wii. Living in the moment, for him and many psychopaths, takes on a kind of urgency.

“I like to ride the roller coaster of life, spin the roulette wheel of fortune, to terminal possibility.”
A desire to feel good in the here and now, shrugging off the future, can be taken to an extreme, of course. But it's a goal we could all perhaps do with taking onboard just a little bit more in our lives.

“Settle in okay?” my guide inquires as we jangle back to clinical psychology suburbia. I smile.
