Feeling Joy in Sadness

Went through yet another incredibly tough emotional release today.(In fact kinda still going through it in a way.)You know the type of release I mean.It's like a hand reaching within my self and pulling all the emotion out...the guts of the emotions even...Deep stuff.Old stuff.Not me stuff any longer.Afterwards I realized that crying makes me happy now,in a weird way.For when I cry, I know I am releasing old baggage, that which cannot go with me.That which no longer serves my highest good.And when I release it, it leaves a space within me.And I want that space to be filled with love.More Light.I want to take love with me where I go.Instead of the old baggage.So even though I was crying my eyes out, and feeling such deep sadness,I was happy too because I knew that is what I am doing.It was kinda weird, have to admit...I was making room for new and improved luggage within me.And what better traveling companion, than the company of love?So next time you find yourself releasing emotional baggage, and feeling the sadness, or anger, or even hate...remember what will take the place of what you are letting go...more love and more light.More connection to your Source.Making it easier to stay in the flow of the energies which are pummeling many right now.We will get through this.I know it......And I feel it in my heart.Makes for a nice combination.In light and loveMarie
