In case anyone was wondering, the only requirement to get into heaven is to bring someone else with you...Greater than 50% service to others...even if you don't think you are making an impact, you are. Just be you.
I'm grateful for the lessons on Earth. Many of my lessons in life were valuable because they opened me to other perspectives. In 2009 I learned the lesson of self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others, as my first girlfriend who cheated on me died in a horrible car accident leaving her only son. It also taught me to pray for the betterment of others on the other side. Also going through a divorce in 2014 from my first wife taught me the lesson of self-compassion and self-empathy, as well as humility...as the result of going through a 10 years long abusive marriage. In 2021, due to a business dispute, I learned the lesson of free will and empathy toward others as well as self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others.
I am starting to see life on Earth as sacred, because there is gratitude for all of the growth as a result of lessons. Recently, I found a subconscious fear within me preventing deep empathy and compassion, as I retreated into the mind for safety trying to find logic when emotions were to be applied (empathy and compassion). I am hoping to resolve the catalyst of the lesson by apologizing to another for miscommunication and lack of understanding/empathy. I am still learning but my hope in writing this (and sharing everything here) is to pass the torch to inspire others to light up themselves, light up others, light up communities and therefore light up the world.

Many enlightened people spent years doing spiritual practices prior to attaining Self-Realization. Almost to a person, they claim their spiritual practices had nothing to do with it. Sudden, total enlightenment regularly strikes people who have no interest in spirituality, like alien abductions of the heart.
What are we to make of this? I think it’s like falling in love.
Someone strikes your fancy and you want to get to know them. Your heart is in your throat when you send that first, unnerving text.
There are mishaps and misadventures, as in any good love story.
At the same time, you get the strangest feeling that your love is in the stars. You tell your friends your partner is your soulmate and your destiny.
This isn’t like you. You’re a hard-nosed, “show me” realist, and now you’re going around like a half-cracked mystic.
But you’re right. You’re not pursuing a relationship - the eternal Relationship is pursuing you on the apparent, temporal plane.
It’s the same with meditation.
You think you’re meditating to attain enlightenment, but you’re meditating because enlightenment has already claimed you.
You think you’re setting out at dawn to find your quarry, but the “hound of heaven” has pursued you this whole time.
There are no “selves” trying to reach enlightenment or God-Consciousness - there is only God playing the eternal game of hide-and-seek.

It is my assumption that the Avatar of Synthesis downloads to the current incarnated Avatar Dharma Sangha.
"This group inspiration can happen today. If it does, there will then be a simultaneous appearing of the cosmic Avatar, the World Savior in the Person of the lesser Avatar, and at the same time a group savior, composed of responsive disciples and world servers." Yes- The Mahatma, Avatar of Synthesis (Cosmic Avatar), first arrived in 1987 and then came in stronger in 2012 (reachable in meditation). Dharma Sangha (World Savior- lesser Avatar) was born in 1990. The group savior is Christ Consciousness, which is us. And yes all three are currently simultaneous.
How to reach the Mahatma-
"The Mahatma, or Avatar of Synthesis, is the great cosmic being who has been made available to Earth since the Harmonic Convergence of 1987. The Mahatma is the connecting link between us, as incarnated personalities, and the Godhead Himself or Source of all creation. The Mahatma embodies all 352 levels back to the Godhead. The Mahatma also embodies the energy of Melchior (our Galactic Logos) and Adonis (heart focus of the universe). This cosmic being is really a group consciousness. The Mahatma allows us to build the antakarana all the way to the Source itself. There is no energy in the infinite universe of a higher frequency than the Mahatma’s that is available to Earth at this time. The Mahatma exists at the Multi-universal level. The first refracted color in the prism of divinity at the multi-universal level is platinum.
In a sense the Mahatma is the I AM presence of Mother-Father God. The Mahatma is gold-white in colour with a hint of lavender or pale violet around its edge. At times it will come in as a light turquoise colour. It embodies all of the first 12 rays. It has been made available to humanity at this time to assist in our ascension and conscious connection to Source. With regular invocation, it speeds up one's ascension. As it enters one's body it increases one's vibration, allowing blockages to be released. It will break up the hardest thought and emotional behaviour patterns. Because the Mahatma energy is new to the Earth, there is no resistance to it in our memories so it will flow in more easily than some other energies / rays that may have been used to manipulate us. Indeed, because this energy is unconditional love it cannot be used for harmful purposes. I read in one of Joshua David Stone's books that he knows of no other energy that will speed up one's ascension and that regular invocation will increase one's ascension a thousand fold. He also stated that regular invocation allows the building of a Lightbody in a way that has never been done before...The Mahatma energy is of such a high frequency and cosmic nature that it creates a Lightbody akin to a monadic body.
Invoking the Mahatma need not be complicated. Throughout the day one can simply state: "I Am the Mahatma". Or, to focus on a particular aspect of one's life, say troubling relationship issues, one can state, "I Am the Mahatma, I am that I Am in Love," or "I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love." Invoking the Mahatma will greatly aid you on your ascension path and grounding it into the Earth is considered to be of great service to others."

Did you know? Thoughts and emotions can move through Akasha or the ether. The void is part of the Akasha or ether. Also prana moves through the akasha or the ether to our bodies. The akasha (astral light) records and uploads to the akashic records. The source beyond the akasha is Spirit, THE I AM THAT I AM, and in unity called God, ALL THAT IS.
The subconscious mind exists in the ether or akasha. Karma flows through it. Dharma flows through it. Reiki flows through it. Intuition and messages flow through it. The akasha or ether has also both absorption (sponge/archiving) qualities for upload to Spirit and reflective qualities to return actions (instant karma or dharma and manifestations ie law of attraction) to the person.
Oneness becomes a reality when you can sense the akasha or ether that connects everything.
The Heart and the third eye can perceive it, the mind cannot perceive it.
The etheric body is formed of the ether, it is a densified ether so that it forms a body. Within the etheric body there are nadis, meridians, axiatonal lines, chakras, and kundalini that are formed of prana that flow through the etheric body. The etheric body is used in astral projection in the real time world. Our physical body with its nervous system is a densified replica of the etheric body. Ether and prana respond well to sound and light, which is why Solfeggio frequencies work well for your chakras, and why Reiki can open your third eye.
Within the akasha/ether contains all potentialities and manifestations, the ether holds the records of timelines from simultaneous lives (present, past and future lives in linear thinking), which is why it is linked to the akashic records. This is why Kryon mentions looking at/manifesting your Akash in his channelings. The akasha/ether is connected to the Void (center of creation) and also Nirvana. Our Soul/Higher Self exists very close to the ether and then beyond the Soul/Higher Self is our Group Spirit (OverSoul) then the Avatar field then God, Source, All That Is.

Law of One Practices:
Question: I care what others think of me and others say negative things about me and it hurts me. What can I do?
Answer: The Divine is supporting you always.You are so very loved and worthy of love. Ignore the naysayers, take nothing they say personally. They are lost little children throwing temper tantrums based on their fixed beliefs based on their own insecurities/fears. This is a Free Will density (the choice of Love or Fear) and if they are ignorant of Love, that is their choice. Love is the key to graduation. All we can do is show the way.
An example of this approach- Luke 23:2–32 "And they began to accuse him, saying, “We found this man misleading our nation and forbidding us to give tribute to Caesar, and saying that he himself is Christ, a king.” And Pilate asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” And he answered him, “You have said so.”....Jesus took nothing seriously that was untrue. It was their choice to accuse him of nonsense but he knew the real truth from God. So we are with our lives, we understand fear based choices are from unconscious autopilot reactions while Love is truth-based conscious action. Those people who are based in fear base everything on illusion, so there is nothing to take personal they say because it is illusion.

A modern approach is how Suzanne Giesemann says, "Isn't that interesting?" A complete detached neutral observer. It is their choice to say what they say and react as they do, but our choice is to ignore their fear and center ourselves in the loving truth within.
Basically centered in Love we become transparent to all that is not of Love. Fear passes right through us with no effect. I use this technique a lot as a grocery cashier. I look right through the angry customers to their inner little child hurting core. The angry customers complain "you should and you should that", "should" is an indicator of their fixed beliefs by the way which leads to their fear based temper tantrums, and I respond neutrally with love- I'm sorry that happened to you, let me see how I can help. Conscious love action not a reaction from fear.
This is a skill called discernment. If it resonates with love keep it, all else let it fall away. Initially filter all thoughts and feelings through the heart. Question yourself- Does it resonate with love or not? If it is love keep it. Else let it fall away.
Later once the heart fully opens [after lotus petals open of sacrifice (of lower self/ego), love (service to others) and knowledge (acquire spiritual knowledge)] it emits a powerful electro-magnetic field that silences the mind with its fears and judgments and there is only love and peace allowed in the fields. Thoughts are electric (mental body) and feelings are magnetic (emotional or astral body). The Fully Opened Heart has a higher spiritual frequency (from buddhic/atmic planes) that bathes the mental and emotional/astral body. Higher frequency energy always dissolves lower frequency energy. Basically the fires of love/spirit burn away all non-love debris (mental and emotional/astral body sheaths). This process happens in the bardo for people not ascending and later reincarnating but for people ascending this happens in the physical body while alive on physical Earth.

A description of the 7th and 8th initiations. It is my understanding the 7th initiation is the highest to be taken on Earth, and the 8th initiation is taken outside of physical form. Interesting reading material however.
It is my understanding that once Humanity achieves the 5th initiation, Sanat Kumara/Planetary Logos will be freed to move onward from the 10th to the 11th initiation, and Earth will be an ascended planet entirely in the 5th dimension.

A Powerful Prayer of Forgiveness
There are two forces in the universe- Free Will which is electric and completely unpredictable. It jumps from point to point in a random zig zag. If you want to observe electric behavior in nature just watch how insects or Lightning moves from point to point. Let's call it the wind that changes directions all the time. This explains people how they can run the spectrum from being evil to being good. It explains that you cannot predict anyone. How some people are great and other people are jerks. Most of Humanity is centered in the tunnel vision of free will. Free Will is how Humans evolved from the instinct of the animals- it self-awareness.
And then there is Love which is stable and unifying. Love is magnetic. Love is evolution from the Human Kingdom into the Spiritual Kingdom. Love is group and others awarenesss. The Love force is used by people on the positive path. Free Will (of self and others) and Love get balanced on the positive path- it is called the Will to do Good. You respect free will and follow the Golden Rule. It is called the Path of Service to Others. Love your neighbor as yourself. Evil people only respect their own free will and have no love. Evil is the Path of Service to Self, which is a dead-end path. That is the difference, love or the absence of love.
As we pause at times during the day to radiate our heart’s care and compassion to all the people suffering in Gaza and Israel and in the Russia-Ukraine war, we can wonder how much of a difference are we making and how else can we help the world. You’re not alone if you feel discouraged at times. With all the intensities going on, one after another, it can look like the world is falling into disarray. It’s important that we remember there’s a Shift happening on the planet. Old repressed energies have to come to the surface to release, or there wouldn’t be a Shift. It’s clearing the old to make room for the new.
An indication of the new is the wonderful momentum happening on the planet, with more and more people around the globe reporting that they are just tired of the separateness, the resentments, and of people, cultures, and countries not getting along with each other. Particularly among younger generations, there is a growing feeling of “enough is enough” and wanting to help the world by doing something different. Instead of waiting for governments or political parties to change, they realize they are the ones who have to create the change.
There is a heart-directed momentum developing in the midst of the wars and climate crises. More people are wanting to reduce the judgments and separation they have with each other. More people are practicing heart qualities — being kinder and having more compassionate care. It’s in the air. It’s a kindness and compassion movement across the planet and in different religions — a universal feeling that opening our hearts to each other is the one thing in the collective that hasn’t been tried yet. By allowing our hearts to lead, we can transform our care into actions that serve the whole.

Mari Swaruu: Hello, thank you for being here with me once more. I hope you are doing very well.
The greatest fear of every creature that is alive is death, the destruction of the Ego self-identity, the fear of the intense pain that it conveys, and that is expected. Death instigates intense fear in all of us, especially when we've confronted the loss of a loved one, friend, family, or pet. The death of a loved one gives us the strongest and most maddening psychological and mental pain, so we translate it to our own death, even though many times we may fear how we get to it rather than death itself.
But from the point of view of the one who dies, death is a predator with no teeth. All the accounts of people who remember how they died in previous lifetimes and also what other people who have had near-death experiences have shared, indicate that indeed there is a lot going on in the spirit side, and that there is no destruction of our own identity in Ego self. We continue to be conscious of ourselves, of who we are and how we got there. This is at least mostly as there are many accounts of people who don't know they are dead, so it would depend on how they died.
Even from the point of view of the information that is freely available on Earth, not having to trust anyone or any single spiritual teacher or master, the amount of information that indicates that there is a spirit world and that our consciousness transcends after our life has ended is overwhelming. I know that countless scientists may want to refute this, explaining away everything in a purely deterministic and materialistic manner but, as I explained in my video "The Falsity of Earth Science," the scientific method cannot be applied to everything, and it is also controlled so that the results conform to the interests of the ones in power.
You cannot apply the scientific method of having to be able to reproduce and repeat results to validate something as scientifically proven to everything that exists. And even many disciplines that are considered to be sciences simply cannot corroborate nor prove any of their theories and hypothesis.
Examples of such sciences would be astronomy, where the scientists can only observe the heavens, formulate hypotheses about what they see, and try to explain away everything using mathematics, even though it has been proven that it results in a self-contained mathematical universe that does not reflect the outside world. This mostly in the case of astrophysics.
All sciences such as anthropology, psychology, or sociology, where their subjects are impossible to prove anything in them using the strict rules of the scientific method, and forcing it on these disciplines results in incongruent and dangerously wrong conclusions.
My point is that Earth science simply cannot prove countless things that are known to be true in other more intuitive ways and beyond any shadow of a doubt. The conclusions other much more advanced cultures have come to accept as truth and hard fact is that the body works as a filter for perception, to only experience living within a very narrow and restricted bandwidth of frequencies that are perceived as the so-called material world. And that narrow bandwidth is also part of the spirit world, resulting in there being no such thing as a material world, as it is only a perception. The illusion of being in a body or of being a body is very compelling, very strong indeed. And that is the whole point of it, to provide that experience.
But you are a soul, you are free from all concepts of time and space. Everything that you truly are is in the ethers, in the spirit worlds. And what you perceive as someone, as yourself in a body, is only the translation into the so-called material world that biology gives.
Everything you truly are, and everything you experience, and all your memory, is not in your body. Your brain, nervous system and DNA, are the translators into the material world. Your DNA, in each of its crystalline parts, acts as antennas that are activated or commenced to vibrate when a frequency of vibration is in accordance with theirs. And the specific DNA code in each cell is tuned to one specific soul as a specialized receptor.
You are experiencing the so-called material world through your body, but you are not your body. Much as when a drone is used to go into faraway and difficult-to-access places, and its operator sees through the cameras of the drone and manipulates objects using the drone's mechanical arm and hand. All the operator's attention may be there with the drone, but the subject is not in the drone.
There have been many instances where a person suffers major brain damage, resulting sometimes in the removal of a large part of the brain, and it has been proven that all the memory of the person is still there, nevertheless.
Memory loss is caused by much more complicated factors that compromise the entire brain's ability to act as a translator for the soul on the etheric side. Such as a severe chemical imbalance within the brain or the damage of key controlling parts of it that will affect the entire system.
There are specialized parts of the brain that process and control specific functions. For example, specialized areas for sensory perception, speech centers, and so on. But in the case of memory, there are none, as the entire brain works as the translator. Memory is very much linked with who we are and with the formation of our Ego self, and it is not found inside the brain. It is in the etheric field, in the spirit world.
This causes people with severe memory-compromising conditions like Alzheimer's disease not to be able to access the memory on the etheric side because their physical brain is compromised and is unable to complete the connection. But the person is still there, probably feeling despair and trapped inside a body that cannot translate into the material world what the soul intuitively knows is there.
But the knowledge that we transcend death and that we go on manifesting the world we are in as a direct reflection of who we are and of our vibration, knowing that we can reincarnate into a physical body if we want, should be very comforting.
I find it especially important for the people, for the souls on Earth to know this, as they are so heavily immersed inside a society that constantly pushes materialism and determinism as the only thing that truly exists in the universe. Life on Earth, inside western society, has pushed the notion of being only a body and insisting that there is no proof of anything else as another mechanism to control the masses.
As I have come to find, even Christianity accepted and taught the concept of reincarnation well into the Middle Ages, until people in Italy started to commit suicide in very large numbers as they were desperate because of the high taxes and the exploitation they were being subjected to by overlords and by the church itself. So they had to erase reincarnation from their teachings to be able to impose the notion of heaven and hell to instigate terror in the hearts and minds of their population.
It is clear that on Earth the controllers are interested in instigating everything that brings despair to the population. They promote everything that makes people feel separated from Source itself, as awakened and enlightened people are impossible to exploit in control.
But rest assured that all stellar cultures know that the spirit world is there, beyond any doubt, and so does reincarnation and the concept that we don't lose our Ego self-identity when we pass on. You cannot ever be separated from Source because you are Source, and that becomes something to see as blatantly obvious.
I strongly suggest you invest some time researching the paranormal if you haven't already. You quickly start to be able to discern fraud and fiction and the real thing, and it is then that you start to realize that there cannot be any other explanation than the fact that the spirit world is there.
Don't be afraid of evil spirits and entities because once you understand them well, you begin to see that you can control what you experience. But I strongly discourage making any kind of rituals, summoning, playing with the unknown, or giving rights of passage to anything you don't understand.
The spirit world is there, and it does affect the material world in a very direct and strong manner. And not understanding this fact, entering into skepticism and denial, and following scientific deterministic and materialistic dogma can have strong consequences.
Because, as we've come to understand here, those dark entities that may be egregors and manifestations of the human collective have in their best interests to make the population of living humans on Earth believe that they do not exist, as to be able to exploit and control them more efficiently.
I see that the spirit side is far more complicated to understand than the material world, but it is possible, and it is a necessity for all of us who have a body. But the good news is that we can protect ourselves and our energy, so we can control what we experience and what we want.
The spirit world is often associated with ugly and evil entities and things, but it is not only that. As I've said before, it is only a matter of perception and personal vibration and frequency that dictates what we will see and experience, wherever we are, dead or alive.
The spirit world is our true home, and it is beautiful and truly magnificent. But we must also stop associating our conscious sentient existence only with the material world because the spirit side and material side are the same. So we need not wait to be on one or another side to manifest all that we want and all the best things and experiences we all want for ourselves and our loved ones.
We are incarnated for the learning experience of being able to control what we feel, think, and manifest.
