Soul- Causal Body- The Choice- The Causes- Love and Compassion from higher levels filters to here and down. You can't reach your Soul consciously unless you choose for Service to Others and Do Inner Healing- Inner Acceptance becomes Outer Acceptance. Also existence without preconceived beliefs. Eternal Life.
The Effects:
Mental- Thoughts. Thoughts that form Intentions and Beliefs. Thoughts based upon Intentions and Beliefs. Beliefs are generally formed in two ways: by our experiences, inferences and deductions, or by accepting what others tell us to be true. Most of our core beliefs are formed when we are children. Mental body and Plane.
Astral- Emotions and Desires. Feelings based upon the Thoughts. Beliefs cause Desires and also other feelings. Astral/Desire body and Plane.
Physical- Actions/Manifestations on Earth. Physical Body and Plane.
The higher we ascend, the more the same we are. But as we descend it is the opposite. We have similar thoughts, less similar emotions, and even less similar bodies.
But if we can release all limiting beliefs and intentions and rest in Spirit/Oneness, we can purify and ascend.
