Interesting. The ring looks great. Larimer is a lovely blue; I see it sometimes on QVC - it kind of has in my opinion a creamier kind of texture than aquamarine; aquamarine can be quite pale in colour, it all depends on how much one spends. Unfortunately it is more expensive than most crystals! I have two small pieces of aquamarine, one flat oval and one small ball, plus an aquamarine ring, which has a more translucent texture.
It is interesting when you close your eyes you mostly see purple. My understanding is that amethyst and aquamarine are especially connected, so in a way, we cannot see one without the other! (It could also be that your ray of origin could be on the amethyst ray, which lots of the ray children of the Dhuman Adamic Race are on).
That is also interesting that you ask for protection from Archangel Michael first and foremost.
I read a lovely blog posting Goran has just put on, from Wes ...... and Steve Berkow... about Archangel Michael - it is a channelling and personal message Wes has received from Archangel Michael, and he has shared a lot with us. (Perhaps you could enquire about having a personal message also from Archangel Michael.... after all, we have to ask, and then you never know)!!!!!
Through Akashic Readings I have had, and my spiritual affinities, I too, ask certain spiritual beings for help, protection etc. Although I also ask Anubis, the Egyptian deity also! He is known as the overall protector, so I am connected to him as well.
What is amazing for me, is that there is now so much coming through on the Archangels, which was never the case 30 years ago. They have really come into their own now.
I often remember going for two interviews in particular, one was in 1979 and the other in 1986... both were before I knew my Aquamarine Ray of Origin, but during each interview, I was aware both times of so much blue... needless to say I was offered both jobs.
Perhaps next time you are in such a situation if you think of purple with some blue, it will help you. Although I have wondered if these two ex bosses were just on my own particular ray of origin and vibration.

I am almost always wearing blue as well. I wonder if I have a deeper connection to the blue ray than I may have considered? When I close my eyes I see purple more than anything else, though. I feel the presence of angels and as I said, feel that Michael helps me not to fear when treading in unfamiliar territory. Even before a car trip I ask for help from him. He is the first in mind when I call for help with protection or setting up a safe and holy space.
I used to have some German money from pre-WWII that had very similar art on it, but I sold it when I was young and cared more about video games!

That is funny you should mention ascended masters because that was my thought as well; within the group of Chohans there are many colors (pun intended!) Also Tibet and India have much art that shows many colors; Green Tara, Lapis Lazuli Medicine Buddah, Light Blue Krishna. I have also heard it said that Metatron is blue, but that is just words I heard and not personal experience.
The Aquamarine ray, huh? I just mail ordered my first piece of aquamarine yesterday, but here is a pic of a Larimer ring I made on this solstice. I think the color is similar and it is so soothing. Namaste.

Carmen, that was a lovely occurrence, and is great.
In my view.... I would say I have probably been influenced by drawings and paintings of the angels since childhood, although today, the spiritual artwork is amazing and greatly innovative and spiritual, even more so than years ago. There is so much translucency now.
Although I have seen some Ascended Masters, whereby then I will have that image in my consciousness, rather than someone else's painting or drawing, as far as the angels go, I do not as such see angels; it could be I see them though without their wings, but just beings of light and guides in spirit! (We kind of see that which resonates more with us don't we).
As someone whose Ray of Origin is the Aquamarine Ray, I always love seeing blue, as Archangel Michael is usually shown.

He is my Guardian Angel, and he watches over me, and those that I love and send him to. He once enveloped me with his wings and I forgot the pain I had been suffering to that moment and the entire World changed for me!
I am totally devoted to him, as he is to me!
Of course, Angels are a part of ourselves, since we are all but ONE!
Is it supposed to be Michael or is that a conclusion you reached intuitively?
I find myself, usually multiple times daily, asking Michael and my higher self to protect me and allow me to keep myself open to receive what is best for me while keeping that which is not for the greatest good to be kept at bay. I never really have a visual image of Michael and I am always wondering if people picture the Archangel based on artwork that they have seen of angels, or if it worked vice versa.
Growing up I always had a lot of black friends and some people get very hung up on the ethnic look of how God, Jesus, and angels are presented. While I can see how it can be disheartening to see that all the images of divinity presented to you look like they are patterned after something that looks white, and if you are not white that may make you feel as if those images are part of a control mechanism; I never felt that it mattered much. Jesus (or Yeshua) could be any color you want him and the story is still as meaningful in my opinion.
I'm curious, since we have so many brothers and sisters with us here from all over the world, if there are pictures of religious artwork from other cultures that contain some of these same persona (Judeo/Christian/Islam) with a different look?
I think it is a human tendency to try to anthropomorphize, or make like a human, every intelligence. As a result, as a whole, humanity is therefore having trouble finding life anywhere but Earth. Maybe if we become less stringent on something having to look like ourselves to be like us in any way, we will find solace in the realization that we are not alone. And we can begin to release our Xenophobia. (and hopefully all fear!)
