To receive the notifications for attunements, deekshas and loads of other

If you would like notifications of activity on the City of Shamballa including messages from groups, people and other activity updates you do not need to do anything. You will automatically receive them.
Also similar to groups on Facebook, if you are a member of a group here, you will be automatically subscribed to email notifications about new activity posted in the group. To stop receiving notifications in your group then go the bottom of the email notification and click stop following. If you want to re-enable notifications then go to the group's main page and click follow members.
If you want to change your email notifications to only receive messages from certain sources or to stop receiving all emails, log in and then on the upper right under your name click settings, then click email, then adjust your email notification settings, then click save.
