I am a mental health counselor. I'm 28 years old and eager to continue learning and helping others to do the same. I'm from Rhode Island and live in southerstern Massachusetts. I love to laugh and enjoy when others share a sense humor as well. People would say I am genuinely empathic and kind hearted. I believe respect is important to any relationship. I plan to continue my journey of learning and helping others with the golden rule in mind, "treat others how you would like to be treated".

What brought you here?

Actually, a client of mine had sent me this link. I have always been a creature drawn to learning and sharing, looks like the law of attraction continues to flow in my life. :)

What can you contribute?

I am an empathic listener and helper. I'm a mental health counselor drawn to existential, metaphysical and holistic approaches. I enjoy supporting initiatives that promote well being, awareness (on all levels), love and positivity. I have learned that your network is an example of this and would be grateful to be apart of this community.

Teachers

I'm not sure I understand this question but I've been navigating a spiritual awakening myself and have sought out broader understanding by watching segments/youtube videos and reading. I have gone to group meditations and spiritual healers whom have urged me to continue to explore my spiritual gifts.

Books

I have read books but not necessarily limited to books. I've read and watched other publications too. Some include; Louise Hay on healing yourself, Reiki and energy healing as well as Ambraham Hicks and their discussions of the law of attraction.

Movies

I haven't watched spiritual movies, just segments and documentary videos explaining topics as described above.

Music

All kind of music are appreciated. Some make me feel closer to god than others, especially when I'm singing into a hair brush, haha! A positive feedback system nontheless.

Goals

My main goal is to continue to learn about, and evolve into, higher states of consciousness and help others to do the same.
