I have learnt from all my experiences and the people I meet on my journeys, there is not one I can really single out.

Books

Deepak Chopra, Paulo Coelho, Elif Shafak and many others. I can't even remember the authors nor story line just a vague lingering awareness of connecting.

Movies

Most recently 'The Railway Man' that I will remember for quite some time. Most movies I forget very quickly after viewing. I might remember some message I take with me.

Music

My choice in music is constantly changing these days. Music I used to listen to doesn't appeal to me anymore. I mostly listen to instrumental music.
