I'm a 21 year old guy from the Netherlands. I started my spiritual journey with reiki (I did level 1 and 2). But that system was not completely suitable for me. Nowadays, I practice New Paradigm MDT. That system fits me better as a person. I also practice Munay-Ki and a few systems of Ole Gabrielsen.

I don't know actually. Maybe I'm attuned to a system that's not available on this website, yet.
