I am a wife an mom who loves nature, cooking and helping others. I believe that we can improve our world by accepting ourselves, being in harmony with the earth and those around us. I love going back to the basics in all aspects of my life.

Books
I have very eclectic reading tastes . I enjoy cook books, how to books , the earth children series , natural remedies and anything about homesteading , gardening an herbology and holistic living and healing.
Music
This is as varied as my reading - I love nature tracks, soul r & b, soft rock, classical, jazz, some blues , anything Irish , Indian flutes , Christian and some country .
Goals
To hold weekend retreats for couples and workshops for individuals . I want people to connect with themselves and thier loved ones in a way that leads to a more spiritual, emotional and physical healthy relationship.
