    Hello Hari,

    How are you? This is an amazing place where we find ourselves. (mother earth) But much of my time has been spent in longing for knowledge for the invisible. What now - feel in some way that I have wasted this special life due to my longings for a deep spiritual understanding .... 

    Somehow I always retreat back to a place deep within and take refuge there, and cannot seem to find a way to connect deeply with others.

    I would appreciate any suggestions to help me to come more fully into life and make good any learnings I have had the good fortune to receive from teachers.
