I am an Usui/Tibetan/Karuna Reiki master and practitioner for 20 years. I practice the Ishaya Ascension meditation practice of Praise, Gratitude, Love, and Compassion, I practice a healing art called The Way Of The Heart and I work as a food, health and life coach. I have 4 daughters. I LOVE Mt Shasta and have experienced personal miracles there. I have travelled to Glastonbury UK to receive master training and attunement in Stonehenge. If felt like a soul connection to that place.

What brought you here?

I love St Germain. He is my mentor, protector, and guide.

What can you contribute?

I have some wisdom and encouragement to share from an enlightened perspective awakened through much personal challenges and growth opportunities, great teachers, therapies and daily practices.
