I have realized I cant do it alone and it is ok to admit and ask for help. I intensely feel the feelings of others, which sometimes overwhelms me with sadness and can be debilitating. I feel SO much joy and pain all at the same time. I choose to attract the the things in my life, positive or negative, conscious or unconsciously. I choose to seek the universal truths and pursue happiness for myself and others.
