Watch this amazing video about a Native American woman who speaks to water, which is overflowing by her house. She channels the message that we need to respect water, and that the water that we see/hear/feel/drink is the same water our ancestors saw/heard/felt/drank - it keeps recycling itself.
She also reminds that your words go into the water in one form, then they are spread around - by rain, running water, even steam from the shower. Choose to surround yourself with messages of love and hope, then to share them out with the rest of the world.
