Great video. I do not hold the truth from my young children. I do not scare them with the "what can Happen", I teach them that change is constant. I explain the truth and what is reality and what is fiction. We play games and tell stories of fiction for fun. They have an imagination that is endless and a great sense of humor. I do forget that they see me as a leader and a teacher and show my weakness. I know I teach them well because they call me on my weakness and support my strength.I LOVE EM!
