How to be spiritual? Those words don't hold the same weight as in the past. Times are changing rapidly. What is spirituality anymore? Is it meditation, praying, mindfulness, altered states of god consciousness?Some of us have an unknown desire that can't seem to be quenched. We are the few.. we are white cells - Navigators... Our roles are different. What separates us from the rest of humanity? Our desire for truth, the paranormal, metaphysical, things beyond man's normal perception of reality?
