    Of course, don't we already have biofeedback to help lower our blood pressure and heart rate? Yes, one can communicate with one's body cells! I am learning that, if I talk with my body organs, muscles, nervous system, etc., thank them for doing what they do to keep me healthy, I find they respond to my intentions. It's a whole new awareness & way of maintaining wholistic health for me. We are ONE. Vibrational beings within a Divine Matrix of open flow. Great video. Thank you. Namaste. BJ
