Two things resonated with me: first healthy eating - dropped daily fast foods when I stopped working - but my body hasn't caught up with the message - either that or the FAT from hamburger, fries and chicken as just plain hanging on for LIFE! And Second the words and symbols floating in the air - I thought I was the only one who saw those things?
