im 62 ive spent the last 30 years taking care of my parents who both suffered from dementia i started meditating when i was 16 and practice yoga and tai chi and energy healing every day it is my practice that sustained me through the years my father died in 2017 at home with me in agony like my mum ive worked teaching english in china and france and travelled in india/africa/usa/europe...i met the dalai llama twice in mcleod ganj,,his hometown,,,which was like finding a a mountain spring in the desert...ive had only 5 "oneness" experiences in my life...one was in the presence of his holiness....and never in meditation...but these experiences are the most precious things i have this is all there is "about" myself

i listen to chris music and attunements everyday whilst practising my yoga..theyre incredibly beautiful...i naturally wanted to know more about him
