Hello Robin, There used to be a PDF attached with instructions and other information. Click onto Sebastian's image and go to his page and ask him. Ask him to synchronize a time with you to offer you a blessing as well. This will familiarize you with the vibration. I was familiar with it prior to learning about this form. As I suspect you will be as well. The energy that comes through me doing this is beyond discription and very beautiful and continues to grow in depth, scope and magnitude as I grow in my ability to open up.
