Sorry for the late reply, i have just come across / found this message.

I tend to bounce in and out of this site as guided. Lol.
I come in, 'find' some information which i then explore / research / do further outside then bounce back again i'm assuming for the next 'piece' in my journey.
I was actually just looking at: AAM8: God and the Mahatma Ascension Activation Meditation. I woke up.at 3.45am this morning to turn my phone off - i have energetically had enough for one night. This meditation was abour 1/3 through. This morning i thought i would google what Mahatma means and 'stumbled / found' this post on a page i'm already a member of. Lol.
On reading the post - the information / photo/ download on my phone i was looking at last night is basically (i believe) a picture version of your description of the various levels / layers of the universe / energy levels etc which didn't 'quite' make sense to me and now do!
I believe the pic is a 'simplified' line drawing of your description. I downloaded this 30 June this year have seen it prior - though not as simplified pic on my phone from years back that didn't and never 'quite' make sense. Lol.
Thank you for all your work and for being here for those like myself. Trying to follow our guidance, though not blindly - trying to use discernment in following the guidance to make sure we're not being led down the garden path again!
