Celebrate dear ones! Love is always working to come to the surface in all being, all things, and all of the circumstances of your life. If you can adopt this belief, and if you cultivate a habit of looking for the love in all things your life will suddenly become a dance of love.
We know how hard it is to feel love when someone is upset. In truth they are simply trying to express themselves and their heart... admittedly in a very awkward way. We know it is hard to feel love when you are in pain, but even then the pain is a messenger, saying, "Somewhere, somehow you have strayed from loving yourself, being true to your own heart. Listen... your heart wishes to get your attention." We know it is hard to feel love when people die. Perhaps they have graduated from their lessons on earth. Perhaps they have volunteered to be teachers of awakening or compassion. Even there, love abides.
So try, every day to cultivate a habit of looking for love in all things, in all beings, in all situations. It is there, sometimes easily found at the surface – as in the case of beautiful people, places, and kind situations – and other times buried so deeply it may take prayer and creative thinking to see beneath the surface of an upset individual or a sad circumstance.
If you are willing to do this on a regular basis, your lives will transform. You will find yourself connected more deeply to the Creator and the creative forces in the universe. You will more easily begin to transform your challenges and difficult circumstances. You will be happier and more easily handle life's challenges. You will be living in the truth where the angels abide.
God Bless You! We love you so very much. -- The Angels
MESSAGE FROM ANN
Hi Everyone,
The angels have taught me over the years to see love even when its very difficult. A dear one snapped at me once. "How wonderful," they said! "You've been wishing he'd get more real with you! Yes, it was awkward but that was the best he could do." I wasn't so evolved at the time. "Awkward," I thought. "Rude!" Now however, when people send me angry emails, I see beneath the surface and know they're just trying to express their truth. I take care of myself of course and decide if I am going to respond lovingly or set a boundary, but I don't have to waver from love.
I'm often asked, how is there love beneath war? The angels say that both sides love their perspective, love the people they are trying to protect, love their ideals. It is love, but just love expressed in an unloving way. Focus on the love beneath it, the angels say. Send light to those involved and pray they find a kinder way.
How is there love beneath acts of violence? Most often the one perpetrating such crimes is a wounded soul, either wanting others to see their pain, or reaching for innocence in inappropriate ways. Of course we must set boundaries, have consequences for atrocities, and walk away when we can, but... the angels beg us not to hate.
So recently when I had my little physical challenge, the angels told me to see the love beneath it. Yes I did care about my friend when I wished to take away his physical challenge. There was that compassion underneath it all. I could admit that. "Look for more," the angels suggested, eager to not only help me heal, but also help me find every last drop of goodness in a difficult situation. I realized I was in training to help others have miraculous healings in their lives. I have been for some time now. I gazed for a lady with pneumonia a month ago and she was out of the hospital and miraculously healed in two days. At that time, I didn't wish to take her pain away. I simply prayed for it, allowed God to decide, and allowed myself to be a conduit for Divine love. I finally admitted to the angels, "OK, I love even this illness because I can use it as a training tool to learn to create miracles. And If I can figure that out, maybe I can help others too!"
"Find more love!" they persisted! I had to think. "Well this has had me focus a lot on self care. I've had to be careful not to get stressed one bit or I hurt. I've had to watch my thoughts and make sure I was being kind to myself." Now they were happy! Lessons learned. And in the meantime I've been blessed with rapid healing and very little pain compared to what most people go through with this!
So this week, try to find the love trying to emerge from beneath life's challenges. If you can't see it pray and in time it will be revealed.
I love you all! Have a blessed and beautiful week! Ann

Here is a spiritual practice that will bring empowerment and creative expansion into your life. Make a list of a number of everyday routine activities that you perform frequently. Include activities that you may consider uninteresting, boring, tedious, irritating, or stressful. But don’t include anything that you hate or detest doing. That’s a case either for acceptance or for stopping what you do. The list may include traveling to and from work, buying groceries, doing your laundry, or anything that you find tedious or stressful in your daily work. Then, whenever you are engaged in those activities, let them be a vehicle for alertness. Be absolutely present in what you do and sense the alert, alive stillness within you in the background of the activity. You will soon find that what you do in such a state of heightened awareness, instead of being stressful, tedious, or irritating, is actually becoming enjoyable. To be more precise, what you are enjoying is not really the outward action but the inner dimension of consciousness that flows into the action. This is finding the joy of Being in what you are doing. If you feel your life lacks significance or is too stressful or tedious, it is because you haven’t brought that dimension into your life yet. Being conscious in what you do has not yet become your main aim.
The new earth arises as more and more people discover that their main purpose in life is to bring the light of consciousness into this world and so use whatever they do as a vehicle for consciousness.
The joy of Being is the joy of being conscious.
Awakened consciousness then takes over from ego and begins to run your life. You may then find that an activity that you have been engaged in for a long time naturally begins to expand into something much bigger when it becomes empowered by consciousness. Some of those people who, through creative action, enrich the lives of many others simply do what they enjoy doing most without wanting to achieve or become anything through that activity. They may be musicians, artists, writers, scientists, teachers, or builders, or they may bring into manifestation new social or business structures (enlightened businesses). Sometimes for a few years their sphere of influence remains small; and then it can happen that suddenly or gradually a wave of creative empowerment flows into what they do, and their activity expands beyond anything they could have imagined and touches countless others. In addition to enjoyment, an intensity is now added to what they do and with it comes a creativity that goes beyond anything an ordinary human could accomplish.
But don’t let it go to your head, because up there is where a remnant of ego may be hiding. You are still an ordinary human. What is extraordinary is what comes through you into this world. But that essence you share with all beings. The fourteenth-century Persian poet and Sufi master Hafiz expresses this truth beautifully: “I am a hole in a flute that the Christ’s breath moves through. Listen to this music.”
