Meditation With Lord Maitreya to Awaken the Christ Consciousness Within
I, Lord Maitreya, wish to invite you to let me help you in this meditation and in your daily life to support you in connecting with this natural essence/ love consciousness/ Christ Consciousness within you.
Begin by repeating my name, ‘Lord Maitreya,’ three times silently while having your awareness focus through your third eye chakra into your heart chakra. Imagine a soft pink light filling your heart chakra, and sense your heart chakra relaxing, softening and expanding as you focus for a few moments while breathing deeply in this area.
Imagine a beautifully bright Divine Golden Sphere spinning gently above your head. See, sense or acknowledge a Divine Golden light radiating in all directions from the sphere. Breathe this Divine Golden Light into your Whole Being.
Now imagine & intend that beautiful golden droplets flow from the base of the Golden Sphere, one by one into your crown chakra at the top of your head, slowly seeping into your mind, brain, and consciousness... filling your head & your mind with golden light... and awakening a space and state of Divine Love within your brain and your mind.
When you feel that your head is filled with golden light, let droplets begin to flow into your throat and heart chakras. One by one they begin to fill your throat chakra until your throat chakra is radiating golden light...and the golden droplets continue dropping down & filling your heart chakra with golden light until your heart chakra is radiating Divine Golden Light throughout your Whole Being...and your Christ Consciousness awakens now & expands within you so you are once again living in a state of Divine Love.
As your heart expands with golden light, let droplets of golden light flow and fill your lower chakras and your Whole Being, and then flow into your earth star chakra below your feet, anchoring and further awakening your true consciousness, your Creator love consciousness, bringing it into true manifestation within your being and reality.
Now see yourself as a complete golden being of light, existing in unison with the entire universe of the Creator. Here you are connected to all remembrance and truth which is essential for you to understand and embody now. Let yourself melt into this space of pure consciousness, energy and truth and allow new perspectives, feelings and experiences of yourself and reality to dawn in your awareness.
When you allow yourself to connect with the Christ Consciousness and Divine Love within your being, you are raising the vibrations of all of the cells in your body into the vibrations of Christ Consciousness... and you transforming the way you perceive yourself and reality, expanding yourself beyond limitations.... and expanding your abilities to make a positive, loving difference upon the Earth.
And you are accessing the power & love within your being, allowing yourself to move into a space of empowerment, joy, & fulfillment. This is a positive transformation which will support your experience of your reality upon the Earth as well as allowing you to assist others in ways you could never have previously imagined.

Theologian Fr. Thomas Berry (1914-2009) was a true friend of and advocate for nature. Like Joanna Macy and many others, he saw that we are on the cusp of a new era, a new way of living that is in harmony rather than competition with nature. Berry highlighted several important elements to this shift:
Renewing Earth
The task of renewing Earth belongs to Earth, as the renewal of any organism takes place from within. Yet we humans have our own special role, a leading role in the renewal, just as we had the dominant role in the devastation. We can fulfill this role, however, only if we move our basic life orientation from a dominant anthropocentrism to a dominant ecocentrism. In effecting this change, we need to listen to the voices of Earth and its multitude of living and non-living modes of expression.
We should be listening to the stars in the heavens and the sun and the moon, to the mountains and the plains, to the forests and rivers and seas that surround us, to the meadows and the flowering grasses, to the songbirds and the insects and to their music especially in the evening and the early hours of the night. We need to experience, to feel, and to see these myriad creatures all caught up in the celebration of life.
Extinction Is Forever
We especially need to hear the creatures of Earth before it is too late, before their voices are stilled forever through extinction occurring at such a rapid rate. Once gone they will never be heard again. Extinction is forever. The divine experience they communicate will never again be available to humans. A dimension of the human soul will never be activated as it might have been. None of the wonders of the human can replace what we are losing. . . . We have lost sight of the fact that these myriad creatures are revelations of the divine and inspirations to our spiritual life.
Wonder, Beauty, Intimacy
Our inner spiritual world cannot be activated without experience of the outer world of wonder for the mind, beauty for the imagination, and intimacy for the emotions.
