Chananda is currently working on a top-priority project with the Darjeeling Council and unascended initiates of the Brotherhood. Part of the project
involves the precipitation of a golden-age government based on the
principles behind the Constitution of the United States. This
God-inspired document was released to America by its founder, the
ascended master Saint Germain; and when properly used and followed, it
will provide the key to a golden-age civilization that is just beyond
the horizon.

Chananda is particularly concerned with the problems of racial and religious divisions between people and with the future of India. Call to beloved
Chananda, the Great Divine Director, El Morya and Saint Germain for the
proper implementation of the plans for God-government throughout the
world.

30. Chananda:
Together with Saint Germain, the Ascended Master Chananda’s activity of light is helping to usher in the new system of
God-governance for our Golden Age and its proper implementation
throughout the world. He is also focused on transforming racial, ethnic
and religious divisions and strife upon the planet. His home is the
Palace of Light/Cave of Light in the Himalayas of India which is also
the etheric retreat of the Great Divine Director, the great Initiator on
the Path of the Ascension. They are conducting many activities there to
prepare and accelerate candidates for the Ascension. Call to Chananda
for personal support in your transformation… and to also bring great
light and integrity into these important areas of the world shift.

    The ascended master Chananda and his sister, lady master Najah, maintain an etheric retreat in a valley of the Himalayas, the Palace of Light. This
retreat is a magnificent four-story white edifice with a great dome and
rooms inlaid with violet and gold. In the retreat is a music room, an
observatory with scientific instruments not seen in the world, and
science laboratories. Here, the Indian Council meets to help hold the
balance for the spiritual destiny of India and to further the principles
of God-government on Earth.

Call to attend the Palace of Light

    In the name of the Christ, My Own Real Self, I call to the Heart of my Mighty I AM Presence, to the Angel of the Presence, to Beloved Archangel
Michael, Kuan Yin and the Maha Chohan, to take me to the Palace of Light
in the Indian Himalayas, according to the will of my Holy Christ Self
and the direction of the Maha Chohan. I ask to be taught how I can help
implement God's will and God's freedom in my daily life and contribute
to the unfolding of the Brotherhood's benevolent thrust in world
affairs.

     Beloved Chananda, help me to remember upon awakening all that will help me to fulfill my mission on earth and the mission of my twin flame. I accept
this call manifested through the power of the Christ and am thankful for

Who is Chananda?

Chananda is the chief of the Indian Council of the Great White Brotherhood and hierarch of the Cave of Light—a focus of Light in the Himalayas. The
Palace of Light, which is adjacent to the Cave of Light, is the home of
Chananda. He was a scholar on Mu and lived in the city of seven hills
where San Francisco presently is located. He was also embodied at the
time of Jesus and knew the Master of Judea.

Elizabeth Clare Prophet described him during the Harpstrings of Lemuria conference in 1979:
"He is a very familiar and personable master... He wears white and a white turban with a jewel in front—very tall, majestic."

Chananda has said about his appearance: "I think that those of you who have some concept of my physical appearance will be interested to know that some have thought of me as somewhat
'moon-faced.' This is understandable if you will consider the negative
aspects of the moon, which but reflects the light of the sun, whereas I
AM one of the sons of heaven dedicated to mankind’s spiritual
unfoldment."

Chananda is particularly concerned with the problems of racial and religious divisions between people and with the future of India. He outlines the path of peace as the way of overcoming:
"India was won through nonviolence. We shun violence and exude the peace of the Buddha, which is the all-power of God. But we would have our chelas
understand that when you depend upon the peace of the Buddha as the
ultimate power, then it would be well for you to study assiduously the
terms of that peace. For you must make peace with your God if you expect
your God to provide that power in the hour when peace is challenged by
absolute war….

"I know whereof I speak. I remember in a previous incarnation as the battle raged all around me and I stood holding the balance in the midst of thousands and ten thousand. Blessed hearts, I stood in
their midst holding the focus of the sacred fire. And do you know—they
saw me not! I was not visible in the physical spectrum, though I was in
physical embodiment. And thereby…by my unswerving allegiance to the
light, which I owe to the Almighty and him alone—I was that pillar! I
was that fire! And thus they could not continue the battle. And they
retreated on both sides, leaving me standing alone in the midst of the
plain of the battle itself."
