four Noble Truth explained:

four Noble Truth explained:

(1) LIFE IS FULL OF DISSATISFACTION, SUFFERING.
everything we sense with our six senses, namely, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, touc, thinking, if it is good we want more; if we don't get more we have suffering;
everything we sense we don't like it, we suffer or get dissatisfied. some foolishly think we get pleasures out of senses; the wise know we suffer more because of our senses.

(2) SUFFERING IS DUE TO THE ATTACHMENT, attachment to what we sensed.

human beings foolishly get attached to what they sense, meaning they carry to the end of the process of what they sense,
what is being seen becomes seen,
what is being heard becomes heard,
what is being tasted becomes tasted,
what is being smelled becomes smelt,
wha is being touched becomes touched,
what is being thought of becomes thought.

it's the seen, heard, tasted, smelt, touched, thought, that cause us the suffering.
if only we can stop at
being seen,
being heard,
being tasted,
being smelled,
being touched,
being thought of,
as such
then we will not suffering.

that's called mindfulness,
when you say
there is seeing
there is hearning
there is tasting
there is smelling
there is touching
there is thinking
and not let the sense processed to the end
to become
seen
heard
tasted
smelled
touched
thought.

then
there will be no suffering
from the senses.

(3) THERE IS A WAY TO END THE SUFFERING
indded there is
a Way to end the suffering
like i mentioned above

(4) PRACTICE EIGHT FOLD NOBLE PATH, OR
SILA, PRECEPTS; SAMADHI, MEDITATION; PANNA, WISDOM.
that's the practice you can undertake,
out of which
the mindfulness training is most important
to end suffering.

happy journey
on the FOUR NOBLE TRUTH.

be well,

deep bows,
